Perplexity is revolutionizing how companies get work done. We are seeking an Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our team and serve as the bridge between how our products actually work and how the world learns to use them. You will develop the deepest product understanding on the team and translate it into webinars and education materials that inspire adoption and drive growth.
If you have a passion for understanding how things work, thrive in taking something complex and making it simple, and want to build a world-class product education engine that turns new users into power users, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Know the product cold. Develop a deeper working knowledge of our products than anyone else in marketing, using every feature the day it ships, building the workflows yourself, and staying close to the teams that built them.
- Turn complexity into clarity. Transform complex product capabilities into simple, specific, and accurate explanations, defining not just what we built, but how it works, when to use it, and why it matters.
- Teach at scale. Own product webinars end to end, from content and live demos to delivery and follow-up, spanning onboarding series, feature deep-dives, and use-case walkthroughs.
- Build the education engine. Create the product education materials our users learn from: how-to guides, demo flows, video walkthroughs, and use-case libraries that make customers materially better at their jobs.
- Obsess over the user. Maintain a sharp, real-time view of what users misunderstand and where they get stuck, ensuring our education remains grounded in how people actually use the product rather than how we assume they do.
- Measure outcomes, not just outputs. Tie webinars and education content to tangible activation, adoption, and retention, running lightweight experiments to iterate fast on format, content, and delivery.
- Get products to launch. Own and coordinate the cross-functional workstreams that take products from built to launch, keeping teams aligned on dependencies, timelines, and the work needed to bring each launch to market.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, customer education, business development, or a related role, ideally within a high-growth technology company, or work that proves the skill regardless of title.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into simple, specific, and provable explanations that travel across new users, power users, and admins.
- Genuine obsession with product: you explore every setting, test every new feature, and can explain what a product does better than the team that built it.
- Sharp teaching and storytelling skills grounded in data, with the ability to summarize how a feature works in a single sentence and demonstrate it live.
- High slope: you learn unfamiliar products and domains fast, and your rate of improvement is your standout trait.
- Extreme comfort delivering clarity in high-velocity, ambiguous environments.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.

- A track record of successful collaboration with product, marketing, and customer support teams to drive adoption and retention.
- Ability to balance urgency with thoughtful execution, helping teams ship quickly while maintaining high quality. Able to turn ambiguous problems into achievable goals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and design.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for both team outcomes and long-term system health.
- Experience improving engineering velocity through tooling, processes, and team practices.
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Experience building products for developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, or DevTools.
- Background working on highly scalable distributed systems or infrastructure platforms.
- Experience building products used directly by developers or technical users.

THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Finance Manager to be the key finance partner to Xero’s UK go-to-market (GTM) organisation.
You’ll work closely with UK and Global leaders to improve commercial decision-making, improve visibility of performance, and ensure resources are directed to the highest-value opportunities.
You’ll lead planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and scenario modelling across the UK GTM organisation, bringing financial rigour and commercial judgement to decisions on growth, investment, and execution.
This role suits someone who enjoys operating close to revenue teams, is comfortable working through ambiguity, and can turn analysis into action.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
You will help the UK leadership team make better, faster, and more commercially grounded decisions.
You’ll do that by creating clarity on performance, improving planning and forecasting, and building robust analysis that helps the business evaluate trade-offs with confidence. You’ll be expected to challenge assumptions, surface risks early, and focus attention on the choices that will have the biggest impact on growth and efficiency.
Over time, you’ll become a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders and a key contributor to how Xero prioritises investment and delivers performance in the UK.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Partner with UK GTM and global finance leaders to translate commercial priorities into clear financial plans, targets, and trade-offs.
- Lead the UK planning cycle, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts and longer-range planning.
- Analyse business performance across revenue, cost, productivity and profitability, identifying the drivers behind results, risks and opportunities.
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support investment decisions, scenario planning, resource allocation and business cases.
- Provide clear, practical insight that helps leaders understand both financial and operational performance.
- Strengthen performance reporting so leaders receive timely insight that supports action, rather than simply more data.
- Support decisions on operating expenditure and headcount, helping ensure investment remains aligned to strategic priorities.
- Evaluate commercial opportunities and GTM initiatives with rigorous analysis, clear assumptions, and practical recommendations.
- Improve finance processes, models and reporting so they are scalable, reliable and useful for decision-making.
- Build strong relationships across finance and the wider business, using credibility and sound judgement to influence outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, models and reporting through better use of data, automation and AI-enabled tools.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING WITH YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 8+ years’ experience in strategic, commercial or GTM finance, FP&A, strategy consulting or investment banking, with a track record of using rigorous analysis to inform planning, investment or commercial decisions in a complex business environment.
- Experience partnering with senior GTM, commercial, or regional business leaders and influencing decisions through financial analysis and commercial insight.
- Strong financial modelling skills, including scenario analysis, investment evaluation and business cases.
- Digital and AI fluency: You are comfortable using modern data, automation and AI-enabled tools to improve the speed, quality and scalability of financial analysis, modelling and reporting.
- Strong performance-analysis skills, with the ability to identify what is driving results rather than simply report them.
- The ability to explain complex financial issues clearly and turn them into practical options and recommendations.
- Strong commercial judgement and the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on analytical work and follow-through.
- Clear communication skills across operational, technical and executive audiences.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
- Experience supporting a regional leadership team or market-level P&L.
- A professional qualification such as ACA, CFA or CPA.
- Experience using data visualisation or reporting tools to communicate insights clearly.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- UK leaders have a clear, actionable view of performance, risks and opportunities.
- Planning and forecasting are robust, transparent and useful for decision-making.
- GTM investment, resourcing and commercial decisions are supported by rigorous analysis and clear recommendations.
- Risks and delivery trade-offs are surfaced early and discussed openly.
- Reporting and models are trusted, scalable and fit for senior decision-making.
- You are seen as a credible finance partner who brings constructive challenges and practical solutions.
- Cost discipline improves while protecting strategic priorities.
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

Build and maintain an investor-grade financial model that can be shared with prospective institutional investors, covering historical financials, KPI drivers.
Develop the company's financial equity story — in partnership with the CFO and external advisors
Build and maintain relationships with sell-side analysts and institutional investors, supporting the CFO in soft-touch investor outreach during the 12-month pre-IPO period
Own the preparation of quarterly earnings materials post-IPO: earnings release, CFO script, analyst Q&A preparation, and management discussion sections

Own OpEx budget management across all corporate functions — headcount planning, discretionary spend, capital expenditure prioritisation — acting as the financial gatekeeper for all material resource allocation decisions
Build and manage a two-gate strategic investment review process: all investments above a defined IRR threshold (≥25% IRR on Base scenario; positive IRR on Bear / Winter Mode scenario) require FP&A-endorsed investment cases before Board approval
Provide go/no-go financial analysis for all new market entries, new product launches, M&A opportunities, and strategic partnerships
4. Board & Executive Reporting
Produce the monthly and quarterly financial package for the Board of Directors and Management Team — concise, with clear variance commentary, updated forecasts, and strategic recommendations
Lead the FP&A input into the monthly Management Team Reporting cycle
Support the CEO and CFO in preparation for Board meetings, Audit Committee reviews, and any investor committee meetings requiring financial presentation
5. FP&A Infrastructure & Team Building
Build the FP&A team from the ground up — hiring, developing, and leading a team of finance professionals across corporate FP&A, business finance partnering, and investor analytics
Implement the FP&A technology stack: Anaplan (planning and forecasting), connected to NetSuite (actuals), data warehouse, and Looker (dashboards)
Design and implement the KPI framework that will serve as the operating dashboard for the company, the Board, and future public company investors — covering trading volume, revenue per user, take rate, EBITDA margin, and segment-level metrics
Establish the monthly operating cadence described in the five-step Monthly Operating Cycle framework, embedded across all business units

The Position
We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CRM across the business.
This role will drive the full lifecycle of the Salesforce deployment, including solution design, stakeholder alignment, system integration, implementation, adoption, and optimization. Responsibilities
Salesforce Project Delivery

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Serve as the Salesforce Implementation Champion by building executive sponsorship, driving cross-functional alignment, and promoting user adoption across departments.
Work closely with Salesforce architects, developers, administrators, and external implementation partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
Facilitate workshops, process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements sessions to translate business needs into effective Salesforce configurations and automations.
Lead change management, communication plans, and training programs to maximize user adoption and minimize resistance.

Deliver the Salesforce CRM implementation aligned to business goals across the Loans, Deposits, and Cards business lines.
Project Planning & Governance
Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan covering scope, milestones, resource allocation, risk management, and budget tracking.

Define data flow specifications, field mapping, and API integration requirements with architects and integration teams.
Define and validate condition-based triggers governing when customer information is propagated into Mambu.

Define data governance standards for customers and lead information managed within Salesforce, including mandatory fields, data quality rules, and lifecycle stages.
Establish validation frameworks that determine when a lead record matures into a customer profile eligible for downstream system population.
Ensure the integrity and completeness of data migrated or created in Salesforce, with traceability into Rencore and Mambu.
Stakeholder & Change Management
Serve as the primary point of accountability for all Salesforce implementation workstreams with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage relationships with implementation partners, Rencore technical teams, and Mambu integration support.
Lead organisational readiness activities, including training programmes, process documentation, and adoption tracking.
Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and escalate risks or blockers through appropriate governance channels.

An overview of this role
This role is not a typical infrastructure operations role. As Manager, Engineering, Git & Gitaly Operations, you'll lead the team responsible for the infrastructure layer underneath Git at GitLab: the open source Git project itself, Gitaly, GitLab's Git storage and remote procedure call layer, and the services that make Git perform at enterprise scale.
Git and Gitaly are core to GitLab. If they go sideways in production, they affect everything downstream, including continuous integration, code review, and deployments. This role starts with genuine subject matter expertise in Git technologies and extends to reliable operation across GitLab's deployment models: Self-Managed, GitLab Dedicated, and SaaS.
You'll build and develop a team with deep platform expertise and strong operational judgment. You'll partner across engineering groups to shape how Git and Gitaly operations evolve as the platform grows.
What you’ll do
Build and lead a team with deep platform expertise in Git and Gitaly, hiring and developing engineers who can operate this infrastructure layer with strong operational judgment.
Own production reliability for Git and Gitaly across GitLab's full deployment footprint.
Drive incident management, root cause investigation, and postmortems with the technical depth to distinguish a Git internals problem from a generic infrastructure problem.
Design and operate Git and Gitaly service models that work across Self-Managed, GitLab Dedicated, and SaaS, with a clear view of which elements are common and which must differ between them.
Maintain cloud-agnostic architecture and tooling decisions, avoiding designs that assume a single hyperscaler's primitives.
Partner with the teams that own each deployment model so operational practices stay coherent rather than fragmenting into separate playbooks.
Apply distributed systems fundamentals, including consistency, replication, and failure domains, to Gitaly's storage and replication model.
Own elastic storage and compute strategy for Git repository data, including capacity planning, autoscaling, and consumption-based provisioning for GitLab's largest self-managed and SaaS customers.
What you’ll bring
Familiarity with GitLab's product and deployment models, and how Git and Gitaly support repository operations across self-managed, dedicated, and SaaS environments.
Hands-on subject matter expertise in Git internals, including how the protocol, object model, and storage layer behave under load and at scale, not only familiarity with Git usage.
Strong distributed systems fundamentals, including consistency, replication, failure handling, and horizontal scalability.
Experience running production infrastructure across multiple deployment models, such as self-managed, dedicated or single-tenant, and multi-tenant SaaS, or a credible path from adjacent experience to it.
Experience with elastic storage and compute, and consumption-based system design for variable, unpredictable load.
People management experience, ideally leading site reliability engineering-style or platform operations teams.
Direct experience with Gitaly, libgit2, JGit, or another Git implementation's internals is advantageous.
Experience operating cloud-agnostic infrastructure across multiple hyperscalers or on-premises environments is advantageous.
About the team
The Git & Gitaly Operations team owns the Git infrastructure layer that powers GitLab and works at the intersection of Git internals, distributed systems, storage, and production operations.
We expect the Git & Gitaly Operations team to go deep on one of GitLab's most critical platforms. The work requires technical depth, strong operational discipline, and the ability to solve complex reliability and scaling challenges in Git and Gitaly.
