Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Humanoid is seeking a Head of Solutions Engineering to turn customer operational needs into feasible, commercially compelling robotics solutions. Based in Boston, you will partner with the Commercial, Product, Engineering and Deployment teams to lead technical discovery, define customer requirements and build a clear path from initial evaluation to scaled deployment.
Initially, you will be the core individual contributor: personally visiting customer sites, designing solutions, developing technical proposals and creating the pre-sales material the Commercial team needs. As demand grows, you will establish and lead the Solutions Engineering function across the UK/EU, US and MENA, hiring and developing regional engineers while retaining direct involvement in strategic opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Customer discovery and requirements:
- Lead customer site visits and operational assessments to understand workflows, volumes, layouts, materials, shift patterns and constraints; identify repeatable, high-value use cases for humanoid robotics.
- Align customer Operations, Engineering, IT, Safety, Procurement and executive stakeholders on the problem to solve and measurable success criteria, including throughput, availability, accuracy and human intervention.

- Solution design and Product partnership:
- Define solution concepts, workflows, layouts, robot configurations, infrastructure and interfaces with customer systems such as WMS, MES, ERP and existing automation.
- Work with Product and Engineering to validate feasibility, distinguish demonstrated capabilities from development requirements, and agree capability gaps, owners, validation plans and realistic timelines.
- Translate customer demand into prioritised Product requirements, balancing commercial value, engineering effort and the potential to reuse capabilities across customers.
- Identify safety, cybersecurity and deployment compliance requirements, coordinating with the relevant specialists and documenting the actions needed for customer approval.
- Technical pre-sales and commercial enablement:
- Own the technical content of proposals, solution specifications, statements of work, RFI/RFP responses and customer technical due diligence, working with Commercial and Legal on commitments.
- Provide technical cost and resource estimates to support pricing, deployment planning and commercial risk assessment.
- Create and maintain the full pre-sales technical library: capability and performance evidence, use-case descriptions, technical presentations, reference architectures, layouts, integration guides, FAQs, demonstration assets, business-case models and requirements/SOW templates.
- Train Commercial colleagues and relevant partners to qualify use cases, gather the right site data and communicate approved technical capabilities consistently.
- Use operational modelling and simulation to assess suitability and deployment economics, including Humanoid AnalitIQ where appropriate.
- Validation, acceptance and deployment handover:
- Define the technical scope of demonstrations, proofs of concept and pilots, including baseline measurements, test conditions, resources, milestones, pass/fail criteria and the evidence required for acceptance.
- Work with Commercial to connect each evaluation to a measurable long-term business case and a credible path to larger fleet or multi-site deployment.
- Coordinate technical input to trials with Product, Engineering and Deployment; evaluate results, resolve gaps and translate learning into revised requirements and reusable material.
- Build and lead the global function:
- Define the Solutions Engineering operating model, ownership, technical review process and engagement with regional sales teams, Product, Engineering and Deployment.
- Develop a phased hiring and coverage plan across the UK/EU, US and MENA, aligned to pipeline value, opportunity complexity, travel demand and delivery capacity.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and lead regional Solutions Engineers, establishing consistent standards for discovery, solution design, technical documentation and commercial judgement.
- Establish the tools, CRM discipline, knowledge base and reporting needed to track requirements, feasibility decisions, proposal progress, technical risks and team performance.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years of proven experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally within robotics, industrial automation or complex hardware solutions.

- Direct experience with humanoid robotics, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), industrial robotics or AI-driven automation.
- Familiarity with operational modelling, simulation tools and robotics deployment economics.
- Experience scaling a Solutions Engineering or technical pre-sales function in a high-growth technology company.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and work closely with teams and customers across the UK/EU, US and MENA.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

Order Experience
– the area responsible for the user experience from the moment an order is placed: payment and the user’s journey in the app after purchase.
Here, analytics directly affects both the user experience and the business economics: how easy it is to pay for a purchase, how quickly a customer’s issue gets resolved, and how much that resolution costs the company.
You’ll work with the Product, Payments, Billing, and Support teams: together with managers, engineers, support specialists, and the finance team, you’ll identify opportunities for improvement, test hypotheses, and see them through to implementation. To do this, we have a mature internal A/B testing platform, a set of MCP tools and AI agents for analytical tasks, high-quality data in BigQuery and Spark, and transparent data preparation processes built on Airflow and dbt.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys proactively proposing changes, taking part in setting priorities, and seeing the results of their work in the product and in business metrics.

Requirements
Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis and automation
A solid understanding of mathematical statistics and hands-on experience with A/B testing – from forming a hypothesis to drawing conclusions and making recommendations
Experience applying AI in analytical work: the ability to integrate it into everyday tasks, verify its outputs, and find new opportunities for automation
Independence and an interest in the business: the ability to dig into a problem, propose hypotheses, and connect analysis results to a specific decision
The ability to explain complex topics clearly to colleagues with different backgrounds — from engineers to support, finance, and legal specialists
The ability to manage work for multiple stakeholders: making priorities transparent, agreeing on scope and timelines, and justifiably deprioritizing less important tasks
Preferred
Experience in e-commerce, payments, support, or operations automation
Building your own AI tools and agents for data analysis
We offer

Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide to reimagine how they operate and compete.
We're looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Associate to help grow two revenue motions: converting partner-sourced leads from Anthropic and AWS into Provectus clients, and building new pipeline in our target industries. This is a high-growth role for someone with solid BD experience who wants to sell AI services at the center of the industry's most important partnerships. You'll work closely with our BD leadership, take ownership of deals as you grow, and develop into a full-cycle enterprise seller.
What You'll Do
Partner motion: Anthropic and AWS
Act as a day-to-day point of contact for Anthropic's and AWS's partner and field sales teams.
Receive and qualify enterprise leads shared by our partners, run discovery calls, and move qualified opportunities through to proposal and signed SOW, with support from BD leadership on larger deals.
Keep the joint pipeline up to date, and help prepare quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions.
Build relationships with Anthropic and AWS field reps so Provectus is their first call for implementation needs.
Support partner program activities: certifications, co-marketing campaigns, case studies, and partner events.
New business development
Prospect into enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences through outbound, networking, events, and referrals.
Run discovery, scope opportunities with our architects, and own deals through the sales cycle.
Build a growing network of decision-makers on the East Coast.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with delivery leads and solution architects to scope proposals accurately. You'll be selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Share market insights (buyer objections, competitor moves, industry trends) with leadership and marketing.
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience
in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally in B2B technology, cloud, or consulting.
Hands-on experience working with a technology partner ecosystem (AWS, Anthropic, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar), for example co-selling, joint pipeline, or co-marketing.
A track record of moving deals through the sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal and close.
Strong written and verbal communication, and confidence presenting to VP-level and senior stakeholders.
Curiosity about AI and a genuine interest in how enterprises adopt it.
Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you take ownership without being micromanaged.
Willingness to travel up to 40% for client meetings, workshops, partner events, and conferences.
Nice to Have
Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech).
Experience selling services or statement-of-work (SOW) engagements rather than SaaS subscriptions.
Exposure to AI/ML, LLM-based products, or cloud data solutions.
An existing network in New York's financial services or life sciences communities.
Why Join Us
Work at the intersection of two of the most powerful partnerships in AI: Anthropic and AWS.
Sell with confidence, backed by a world-class AI/ML team that delivers what you sell.
Learn directly from experienced BD leadership, with a clear path to a senior partnerships or sales role.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.
Choice of B2B contract or full-time employment.
Unlimited vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(k) matching plan.
OTE range $120-140k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Mechanical)
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Global Supply Chain
- Reports to: R&D Supply Chain Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office/On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
THE MISSION OF THE ENGINEERING SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (MECHANICAL)
As our Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Mechanical), you'll join our fast-moving Global Supply Chain organization and work closely with our hardware engineering teams as they design and build mechanical systems and structures on tight and shifting timelines.
You'll be an active part of our engineering projects, helping to execute them and staying ahead of supply. That means identifying long lead items, critical materials and complex parts as early as possible in the process, and securing them before they become bottlenecks for testing and builds. When machining capacity, material availability, special process queues or a late design change threaten a prototype schedule, we need you to act. Our development cycles are fast and iterations are constantly occurring since we thrive on pushing the technology for the best.
You'll also be a key link between Engineering and Production. You'll communicate R&D supply chain risks and the critical parts and materials you've identified to Production, so nothing comes as a surprise at handover. Your work supports the success of every engineering prototype iteration and at the same time prepares Production for rollout and mass production.
This role suits someone who is proactive by nature, with a solution driven mindset and a deep understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes, materials and hardware prototyping, who is comfortable with ambiguity and acts before problems arrive rather than waiting for them. How quickly we get from concept to working hardware in orbit, and then into production, depends on how well this role is done.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
HIGH-VELOCITY ENGINEERING SUPPORT
- Serve as the hands-on supply chain counterpart for fast-paced mechanical engineering teams working on multiple, rapidly evolving hardware projects.
- Identify long lead items, critical raw materials and complex parts as early as possible, and secure them proactively (early orders, material reservation, capacity booking, buffer stock, coating readiness, securing helicoils) before they can delay a project.
- Translate early-stage concepts, evolving BOMs, and mid-design changes into actionable sourcing steps with minimal delay.
- Provide engineers with real-time insights on material availability, components availability and quick-turn manufacturing options.
- Identify supply issues before they become blockers and propose workaround paths immediately.
RAPID SOURCING & PROCUREMENT EXECUTION
- Own project procurement of CNC machined parts, structural elements and composite parts, mechanisms, motors, fasteners, bearings, thermal hardware and raw materials, including related special processes such as heat treatment, surface treatments and coatings.
- Run fast quoting and supplier selection so prototype and builds get their parts and materials on the dates engineering committed to.
- Lead efforts to find alternative suppliers, processes or materials within hours, not weeks, when capacity or material shortages occur.
- Set stock levels and material availability plans for development and prototype builds.
SUPPLIER INTERACTION & TECHNICAL ENGAGEMENT
- Worked closely with machine shops and composite fabricators, special process providers and material distributors, and worked with them to understand lead time constraints, manufacturing capabilities, DFM implications and fast-track build options.
- Support technical capability assessments of machining, special process suppliers, and material distributors.
- Negotiate priority machine time, expedited processing and shipments, and secure prototypes under compressed timelines.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL START-UP COLLABORATION
- Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, program management, and operations to remove obstacles and maintain build readiness.
- Maintain complete visibility into prototype schedules, engineering changes, and material risks, communicating clearly and frequently.
- Operate with a bias for action: if something is unclear, you chase it; if something breaks, you fix it; if something is missing, you find it.
AGILITY, RISK MANAGEMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Build and maintain a living view of supply risks across all active projects, including capacity constraints, raw material availability, single-source suppliers, special process bottlenecks and export restrictions and qualify alternatives early.
- Keep purchasing details accurate in the ERP system, with clean traceability and build readiness status that the organisation can rely on, even under fast-moving conditions.
- Bring an experimentation mindset: test new suppliers, new sourcing channels, new manufacturing partners, and new tools to reduce lead times and cost.
R&D TO PRODUCTION READINESS
- Communicate R&D supply chain risks and identified critical parts and materials to Production early and clearly, so they are known well before handover.
- Support the success and rapid iteration of engineering prototypes while preparing Production for rollout and mass production.
- Make sure critical and long lead parts, qualified suppliers and special processes, and realistic lead times and capacity are in place before a design moves into series production.
- Help build the sourcing foundations that will carry a design from prototype into repeatable production.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- 5+ years of direct experience in mechanical sourcing, procurement or engineering supply chain roles in fast-moving hardware environments.
- Strong procurement understanding of machined and composites parts, special processes, engineering materials and prototyping flows.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in startup-like conditions: tight deadlines, shifting priorities, incomplete information, and rapid cycles.
- Hands-on experience running purchasing and material management through an ERP system.
- Confident negotiator, commercially and technically, able to influence engineers, program managers and suppliers without formal authority.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience in space, aerospace, defence, hardware startups or other deep-tech R&D environments.
- Engineering Mechanical Background, knowledge of the tools (such as CAD) and technical understanding/background of designs.
- Exposure to taking a hardware design from prototype into series production.
- Existing relationships with machine shops, fabricators, special process providers and material distributors. Familiarity with rapid-prototyping suppliers and global component marketplaces

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics)
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Global Supply Chain
- Reports to: Engineering Operations Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office/On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
THE MISSION OF THE ENGINEERING SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (ELECTRONICS)
As our Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics), you'll join our fast-moving Global Supply Chain organization and work closely with our hardware engineering teams as they design and build electronic systems on tight and shifting timelines.
You'll be an active part of our engineering projects, helping to execute them and staying ahead of supply. That means identifying long lead items and critical components as early as possible in the process, and securing them before they become bottlenecks for testing and builds. When lead times, allocation or a late design change threaten a prototype schedule, we need you to act. Our development cycles are fast and iterations are constantly occurring since we thrive on pushing the technology for the best.
You'll also be a key link between Engineering and Production. You'll communicate R&D supply chain risks and the critical components you've identified to Production, so nothing comes as a surprise at handover. Your work supports the success of every engineering prototype iteration and at the same time prepares Production for rollout and mass production.
This role suits someone who is proactive by nature, with a solution driven mindset and a deep understanding of electronics, PCB manufacturing and hardware prototyping, who is comfortable with ambiguity and acts before problems arrive rather than waiting for them. How quickly we get from concept to working hardware in orbit, and then into production, depends on how well this role is done.

Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
HIGH-VELOCITY ENGINEERING SUPPORT
- Serve as the hands-on supply chain counterpart for fast-paced electronics engineering teams working on multiple, rapidly evolving hardware projects.
- Be an active member of engineering project teams from kick-off, helping to execute the project plan and reviewing draft BOMs while the design can still be changed.
- Identify long lead items and critical components as early as possible, and secure them proactively (early orders, allocation, buffer stock) before they can delay a project.
- Translate early-stage concepts, evolving BOMs, and mid-design changes into actionable sourcing steps with minimal delay.
- Advise engineers, in real time and in early design reviews, on how component choices affect availability, alternates, obsolescence, cost and lead time.
- Identify supply issues before they become blockers and propose workaround paths immediately.
RAPID SOURCING & PROCUREMENT EXECUTION
- Own sourcing and procurement of electronic components, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, connectors, harness, sensors, RF parts, embedded modules.
- Run fast quoting and supplier selection so prototype and builds get their boards and parts on the dates engineering committed to.
- Lead efforts to find alternative components or new supply paths within hours, not weeks, when shortages occur.
- Set stock levels and material availability plans for development and prototype builds.
SUPPLIER INTERACTION & TECHNICAL ENGAGEMENT
- Own relationships with PCB fabricators, electronics manufacturing partners and component distributors, and work with them to understand lead time constraints, manufacturing capabilities, DFM implications and fast-track build options.
- Support technical capability assessments of PCB/PCBA vendors, machining partners, and component distributors.
- Negotiate priority build slots, allocation and expedited shipments, and secure prototypes under compressed timelines.
- Build and maintain a living view of supply risks across all active prjects, including obsolescence, allocation, single-source parts, counterfeit risk and export restrictions and qualify alternatives early.
- Keep purchasing accurate in the ERP system, with clean traceability, cost visibility and build readiness status that the organisation can rely on, even under fast-moving conditions.
- Bring an experimentation mindset: test new suppliers, new sourcing channels, new manufacturing partners, and new tools to reduce lead times and cost.
R&D TO PRODUCTION READINESS
- Communicate R&D supply chain risks and identified critical components to Production early and clearly, so they are known well before handover.
- Support the success and rapid iteration of engineering prototypes while preparing Production for rollout and mass production.
- Make sure critical and long lead parts, qualified suppliers and realistic lead times and capacity are in place before a design moves into series production.
- Help build the sourcing foundations that will carry a design from prototype into repeatable production.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or similar.
- 5+ years of direct experience in electronics sourcing, component procurement or engineering supply chain roles in fast-moving hardware environments.

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.
LOCATION
Hybrid New York or Remote (EST timezone).
ROLE
Morpho's commercial activity is growing fast, and the partnerships, integrations and vendor relationships behind it now outpace what Legal can cover. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will own the contract lifecycle for our partnerships end to end (intake, standard paper, signature, post-signature obligations) and build the tooling behind it, so that standard deals close without waiting on senior lawyers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deal desk: intake and triage of partnership team requests, NDAs on our paper and the counterparty's, and first drafts and negotiation of our standard partnership and incentive agreements, through to signature packs and signing summaries.
- Post-signature tracking: a single contract repository linked to our CRM, and an obligations register (milestones, grant tranches, exclusivity periods, notice windows, renewals) with alerts to deal owners and Finance. Be the go-to person for the conditions of signed deals.
- Legal ops infrastructure: negotiation playbooks, a clause library, a consolidated set of templates, a Legal FAQ for recurring partner questions, AI workflows and agents for intake, drafting and review, outside counsel budget tracking, and a monthly report on legal throughput.
- Vendor and compliance ops: standard vendor and SaaS terms, renewals and insurance calendar, due diligence and security questionnaires, internal policy upkeep and data room hygiene.
- As capacity allows: corporate housekeeping for Morpho's legal entities, and support on employment, IP and privacy matters with outside counsel.
- Work daily with the partnership team, Finance, RevOps, BizOps and outside counsel.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
You understand Morpho's products and main commercial relationships, own the partnership legal queue and all NDAs, and have read every live partnership agreement and our standard templates.
FIRST 3 MONTHS
Counterparty-paper NDAs are turned around within 2 working days. Every signed agreement sits in one repository linked to its CRM record, and the obligations register is live for all agreements in force, with alerts to deal owners and Finance.
FIRST 6 MONTHS
Standard template deals run without senior lawyer involvement, except for listed deviations. Partner categories are consolidated into an agreed set of templates, each with a playbook. You deliver a monthly throughput report (volume, cycle time, deviations), vendor renewals and insurance sit on a single calendar, and you have proposed the 2027 legal operations roadmap.
MUST HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Legally trained (qualified lawyer or equivalent law degree), with 5 to 8 years in commercial contracting, part of it in-house at a fast-growing technology company.
- Has negotiated partnership, integration or licensing agreements alone, on both own and counterparty paper. US-style commercial drafting is essential.
- Has built legal operations in practice (contract lifecycle tooling, playbooks, intake, reporting), not only used them.
- Builds with AI tools: writes prompts and skills, automates document workflows, and knows where review by a lawyer is still required.
- Comfortable working with Finance on payment mechanics, milestones and budgets, and with a CRM as the source of truth.
- Able to hold a position with a deal team under time pressure.
- Clear, concise communication with non-lawyers.
- Strong ownership and autonomy at startup pace with limited support: doesn't wait to be told.
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
- Ability to work across US Eastern time zones with shifting priorities.
- Team-first mindset, low ego.
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.
