Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan Workplace: OnSite Almaty, Kazakhstan · Trust & Safety Engineering Why this role exists Higgsfield builds tools for AI creators: creative workflows, collaborative projects in Cinema Studio, and a community for sharing work. We need a backend engineer who combines deep database and architecture expertise with the initiative to own product outcomes, from the first idea to production. What you'll actually do - Build AI creation workflows, Cinema Studio collaboration, and community features: sharing, discovery, contests, profiles, and follows. - Own features and bugs through release and follow-up. Define API contracts and coordinate frontend work to deliver the complete feature. - Deliver responsive UX: live progress, timely updates, and clear failure recovery, even when it takes more engineering effort. - Remove database and service bottlenecks under high traffic; improve correctness, latency, and reliability. - Define success metrics, build dashboards and alerts, and track adoption and system health after launch. Must-haves 1. Deep database expertise: data modeling, indexes, query plans, partitioning, transactions, and locking. You diagnose production bottlenecks and understand the trade-offs behind your fixes. 2. Strong architecture judgment: service boundaries, APIs, asynchronous workflows, caching, and failure handling. Hands-on Kubernetes and CI/CD experience, from design and testing to deployment and debugging. 3. A track record of shipping and operating backend systems across multiple projects, including high-traffic workloads. You can explain your decisions and measurable results. 4. API security: authentication, object-level authorization, and tenant isolation. You prevent IDOR in reads and writes, including resource IDs in request bodies, and test access across users and workspaces. 5. You've built or studied social networks and collaborative tools, and can explain design trade-offs in feeds, follow graphs, notifications, sharing permissions, real-time sync, and concurrent edits. 6. High agency and ownership: you find worthwhile problems, propose improvements, remove blockers, and follow through without waiting for assignments. 7. Low ego: you welcome direct feedback, admit mistakes, change your mind with evidence, and help wherever the team needs you. 8. Ambition and optimism: hard goals and rapid growth energize you. You challenge assumptions constructively and commit to making ambitious ideas work. 9. Energy for an intense pace, shifting priorities, and urgent launches or production issues that can require work outside regular hours. Our tech stack - Languages and frameworks: Python (FastAPI), Go (Gin), and TypeScript (React/Next.js on the frontend). - Data: PostgreSQL and Redis; analytical databases such as BigQuery or ClickHouse. - Messaging: Kafka, Amazon SQS, and RabbitMQ; event-driven services and asynchronous workers. - AWS: S3, DynamoDB, ECR, and Secrets Manager. - Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes on Amazon EKS, Helm, Argo CD, and GitHub Actions. - Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Sentry. Interview process 1. Recruiter screen: role expectations, logistics, and fit. 2. Technical interview: a difficult system you shipped, what you personally decided and built, and how your work made the team more capable without leaving it dependent on you. 3. Additional technical interview, if needed: a deeper discussion of technical skills and open questions. 4. Product fit interview: turn a user problem into a small first release, decide what to leave out, and explain how feedback would change the solution. 5. Offer. What we offer Competitive base in USD, equity, relocation support, and ownership of product experiences that directly shape how people create with AI.

What sets this role apart: we’re looking for someone who knows our products well enough to demo them and sell them. You have used agents, APIs, or creative tools hands-on, and you can explain how they work and why they matter to customers. You blend that with sales, solutions engineering, or product marketing experience, so you can teach sellers how to use a product, how to demo it, and how to pitch it. This role sits within GTM Enablement and reports to the Product & Technical Enablement Lead. You will work in close partnership with: - Product marketing and engineering teams (keeping content accurate as the platform ships) - GTM enablement (aligning on shared onboarding infrastructure) You will support product enablement for our go-to-market teams across Agents, APIs, and Creative, with the most day-to-day focus on API and Creative launches. This is a full-stack role on a lean team: you’ll build content, deliver training, design practice environments, and flex across products as needed. What you’ll do - Support new product launches: get an early heads-up from product marketing, research, and engineering, follow releases from alpha through GA, and have training ready before launch day, not the week of - Build launch workshops: go beyond what shipped and why it matters, with hands-on workshops on how to use the product, how to demo it, and how to pitch the value - Support competitive enablement: turn product marketing battlecards into trainings, simulations, and demo workshops, so sellers can answer parity, differentiation, and value questions with confidence - Support product certification: help define what “product certified” means for GTM teams, and build the playbooks and training content that raise product confidence across the whole field, not only new hires - Support everboarding and onboarding: keep training tied to new releases and capabilities, and keep content current as products ship - Craft realistic practice environments: demo certifications, role-play scenarios, and customer simulations with scored feedback, built on our own agent technology - Operate AI-natively: use ElevenLabs’ own voice and agent technology to build training and practice environments; default to AI tools to build faster, and teach others to do the same - Measure what matters: define and track the percent of sellers certified within 2 weeks of GA, demo and pitch quality scores, and win rate and stage progression against named competitors, and use the data to improve each launch Requirements We’re looking for someone who knows our products well and can teach sellers to demo and sell them. You’ll thrive here if you: - Have 4-7+ years as an enterprise seller or solutions engineer, or as a seller who moved into product marketing or enablement, at a SaaS, platform, or API-first company - Are hands-on with agents, APIs, or creative tools, and understand at a conceptual level how they work - Have demoed and pitched technical products to customers, and can explain the value, not only the features - Have a track record of teaching, mentoring, or building training, in addition to your customer-facing work - Are comfortable building a program from scratch, with no playbook to inherit - Have credibility with sellers, built from time in the seat or supporting sellers directly, and work well with product marketing, research, and engineering teams - Communicate clearly and can adapt product material for different audiences without diluting it Bonus - Experience at a high-growth AI/ML, developer tools, or API-first company - Background in voice AI, conversational AI, or contact center technology - Vertical depth in financial services, healthcare, telecom or CCaaS, or at other AI companies - Hands-on experience with competing voice and agent platforms - Experience running workshops or labs for sellers or customers - Experience building role-play, simulation, or demo practice environments Location Remote-first, globally distributed role. Expect occasional travel to team hubs and onboarding sessions. Candidates should be able to work effectively across US and European time zones. We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Location: United States; St. Louis; Detroit; Charlotte; Denver; Chicago; Seattle; Austin; Minneapolis; Phoenix; Atlanta; Washington D.C.; New York; Los Angeles; Houston; Boston; Columbus; San Francisco; Dallas Workplace: Remote ClickHouse is one of the fastest-growing databases in the world, and our design team is at an inflection point. As we expand into new solution areas, we’re looking for a designer who codes. You’ll own the design side of Click UI, ClickHouse’s open source design system. As a member of a solution-oriented product team, you’ll see those system-level design decisions through to end users. If you think of design systems as a way to bake good design into technical products, fix bugs yourself instead of filing tickets, and use AI to stay ahead of the curve, we’d love to hear from you. What You Will Be Doing - Own the design system in Figma and the design decisions that determine how components look and feel across the ClickHouse ecosystem. - Work directly with contributors and consumers of Click UI to improve the system and drive adoption of new and existing components. - Communicate designs through wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups, iterating quickly on feedback. - Partner closely with a product team, including product managers and engineers, as a trusted, embedded collaborator rather than a separate creative function. - Use AI tools to accelerate your workflow, automate repetitive tasks, and improve both code and design quality. - Contribute to design feedback sessions with internal and external stakeholders to validate assumptions. - Advocate for product quality and user experience, even when you have to create the guardrails yourself. What You Bring Along - Strong visual design fundamentals and experience building and maintaining a design system. - Proven experience designing for complex software applications, ideally in B2B SaaS or developer tools. - Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping, and design systems. - Frontend engineering skills: you write CSS, React, and TypeScript, and you’re comfortable in a real codebase. - Experience owning products end to end, working directly with developers and product managers. - Enthusiasm for AI tools and an active practice of using them in design, engineering, workflows, or all of the above. - Energy for the startup pace, including the ambiguity and shifting priorities that come with scaling a company with as much potential as ClickHouse. - Preferred: Experience owning multi-brand design systems or the same design system across multiple tech stacks; experience designing IDEs, data products, or other technical developer tooling. - Preferred: Familiarity with AI-assisted design or engineering workflows (Cursor, Copilot, Figma MCP, v0, etc.), open source contributions or an active GitHub presence, and experience in a fast-moving, globally distributed startup. PERKS - Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries. - Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare. - Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options. - Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries. - A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee. - Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites. CULTURE - WE ALL SHAPE IT As part of a rapidly scaling start-up, you will be instrumental in shaping our culture. Are you interested in finding out more about our culture? Location: USA (Remote); Canada (Remote) Workplace: Remote WHO WE ARE Hi, we're DuckDuckGo, the online protection company and remote-first team of 400+ on a mission to raise the standard of trust online. Founded in 2008 and profitable since 2014, our annual revenue is in the hundreds of millions USD and millions use our browser on Mac https://spreadprivacy.com/introducing-duckduckgo-for-mac/, Windows https://spreadprivacy.com/windows-browser-open-beta/, iOS https://spreadprivacy.com/duckduckgo-privacy-browser-ios14/, and Android https://spreadprivacy.com/introducing-app-tracking-protection/, our search engine https://duckduckgo.com/, and the DuckDuckGo subscription https://duckduckgo.com/pro. We also offer private, useful, and optional AI, including Duck.ai https://duck.ai/, which lets you chat privately with ChatGPT, Claude, and other AIs, all in one place. Our culture https://duckduckgo.com/how-we-work of trust, inclusivity, and empowered project management underpins everything we do, where each team member takes full ownership of their projects, from scoping and execution to postmortem. If you're seeking end-to-end ownership of your work, you've come to the right place! YOUR TEAM AND ROLE As a Senior Product Partnerships Manager on the Partnerships team, you’ll lead DuckDuckGo’s most complex Product partnerships and drive strategy — sourcing, negotiating, and scaling high-impact deals with partners that can materially enhance our entire portfolio of products (search, Duck.ai, Privacy Pro subscriptions, etc) and work on related projects. Many of these partnerships will be the first-of-their-kind where you will have to create playbooks from 0-to-1 — you'll be structuring deals where the product, economics, and strategic value need to be figured out together, and you’ll be working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Finance to make them real. You'll manage a portfolio of competing and complementary partner relationships, forging partnerships with leading organizations while, in the case of AI, navigating the strategic tradeoffs of a market where pricing, capabilities, and competitive dynamics shift quarterly. Your work will directly shape how our products evolve, including Duck.ai and Assist, and reach millions of users. What Projects Might Look Like 1. Figuring out further partnerships that could enhance our Duck.ai and Search Assist offerings 2. Identifying opportunities for Partnerships to drive product enhancement and user engagement/retention. 3. Creating new distribution channels to help grow our AI related services ABOUT YOU - 8+ years of Strategic Partnerships experience. - Significant experience leading complex product partnerships end-to-end — from identifying the opportunity through deal close and beyond. These should be partnerships where you've created something new together and navigated real product and technical complexity, not sales deals or API licensing. - Self-sufficiency on the commercial details — you don’t wait for someone else to draft terms, build financial models, or pressure-test deal structures — you can handle these details on your own while partnering with Legal and Finance. - Experience with consumer internet or user-facing software business with an understanding of the AI/LLM ecosystem and how AI capabilities are being integrated into consumer products. - Experience managing a portfolio of complex strategic partner relationships and an understanding of the tradeoffs that come with balancing competing and complementary providers. - 2+ years of cross-functional leadership on partnership projects and teams, including legal and engineering. - You build trust quickly with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders you've never worked with before. You're collaborative by default and decisive when it counts. - Located in US or Canada. COMPENSATION This role is paid on a regional pay scale, in local currency: - United States: $214,767 USD annually - Canada: C$284,417 CAD annually Compensation also includes stock options. Compensation is transparent across the organization, and all team members within the same professional level and region receive the same compensation. Eligibility for company-sponsored health benefits is limited to team members based in the United States. This program does not extend to team members located in other countries, such as Canada or the UK. Our Team Member Support Guide https://duckduckgo.com/assets/hiring/team_support_guide.pdf explains how we prioritize your wellbeing including paid parental leave, office setup, and co-working allowances.
