We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Preferable to have someone near one of our offices in NYC or San Francisco, but open to hiring around the world for the right candidate.
Runway Enterprise is a complete solution for enterprises, offering out-of-the-box creative tools, a generative media developer platform, model licensing, and forward-deployed creatives and researchers that embed directly within enterprises.
We're hiring an Enterprise product marketing leader for Runway Enterprise, leading the segment and developing priority verticals including Media, Retail/eCommerce, Software, and more.
This is not a purely positioning or “launch” role. You'll own the success of the enterprise segment, partnering closely with the sales & enablement team, enterprise marketing & growth. You’ll lead the development of Runway’s overall enterprise messaging and positioning and create tailored, vertical-specific messages and value propositions, built from your first-hand experiences engaging directly with Runway’s customers.
This is a builder's role. You'll be defining the discipline, working shoulder-to-shoulder with sales, product, creative, marketing and growth; you'll be measured on the growth of the business (not just on assets shipped or messaging consistency).
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the Enterprise segment. Define Runway audiences in the enterprise: who they are, the jobs they hire Runway for, how they differ across verticals. Ground audiences in hands on customer research, win/loss details, and usage analysis. Turn these insights into a point of view that product and leadership actually build against.
- Own positioning and messaging for enterprise & vertical solutions. Define how Runway is positioned across its audiences, with tight value propositions and proof points for key verticals. You’ll make the story sharp, consistent, and reflective of Runway's ambitious brand, and make sure a professional buyer recognizes themselves in it.
- Drive acquisition and conversion, not just awareness. Partner with growth to move the funnel that matters for this segment: acquisition channels and targeting that find more customers within our ICPs. You're comfortable owning metrics and running experiments, not just producing the narrative around them.
- Drive competitive intelligence and response. Track and deeply understand the key players across the AI creative tools market. Turn your market understanding into a living point of view on where we win, where we're exposed, and how we respond, and make it legible to product and leadership.
- Partner on enablement. Partner with the sales enablement team to develop assets that drive confidence in Runway’s customers and sellers alike.
- Player & coach. You’ll operate hands on as the direct owner of Enterprise and Solutions Marketing; opportunity to lead and manage a team of PMMs for candidates of the right seniority.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years in product marketing, including time leading PMM for a winning enterprise product at meaningful scale. You’ll bring a track record of work that moved business metrics and grew new verticals (not just launches & messaging that you shipped).
- Core & Vertical expertise. You’re comfortable leading product positioning exercises at the executive level. You come with a proven track record of industry/vertical product marketing, including defining, developing, and launching new verticals.
- Exceptional positioning and narrative craft. You can take research concepts and technical products and make them land for a discerning, professional audience. You create sharp positioning, ad creative, and launch stories (and you can write them yourself).
- You thrive in an environment with rapid pace and a high accountability culture. You move very fast, make decisions with incomplete information, and instinctively gravitate toward shipping today (not writing docs for tomorrow).
- Sharp competitive instincts. You track markets closely, form a real point of view on where to win, and translate it into product and messaging decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. You confidently assess the state of the business, call out challenges, and articulate your plans to solve them.
- (Bonus) Pricing and packaging experience. You've shaped how a product is packaged and priced across individual and team/enterprise tiers, and you understand the tradeoffs a self-serve-to-enterprise motion creates.
- (Bonus) PLG. You've led product marketing efforts in a growth stage company with both PLG & Sales Led motions.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase.
With Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes, we deliver on that mission today - giving engineering teams and their AI tools the cross-repo context to navigate massive codebases with confidence, and the ability to make changes across hundreds of repositories at once.
Companies like Stripe, Reddit, and Leidos rely on Sourcegraph to ship faster and with higher quality. We're backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, and proud to operate as a globally distributed team that values high agency, direct communication, and customer love.
If you want to build the infrastructure that lets every engineering team - and every agent they deploy - operate on their codebase with confidence, join us.

Why this job is exciting
Source code is at the heart of Sourcegraph. We support multiple code hosts and retrieve, store, index, and serve source code - to end users, admins, and other internal services.
This role gives you the opportunity to solve complex, challenging, and highly technical problems for our customers, both internally and externally, help unleash the potential and productivity of our Engineering teams, and delight our customers with industry-leading quality software.
The Platform team primarily focuses on building a fully managed platform for using Sourcegraph, Sourcegraph Cloud, our SaaS offering. As a member of the Platform team, you will work closely with both external customers and internal stakeholders to meet their needs. You will:
Develop inter-cloud connectivity solutions to support enterprise customers from highly regulated industries to use Sourcegraph Cloud.
Build a control plane to orchestrate a fleet of single-tenant Sourcegraph Cloud instances.
Expose complex infrastructure as API to support internal customers to iterate faster.
Dive into upstream dependencies (e.g., CDK for Terraform, Terraform providers for GCP) to debug and patch non-trivial problems.
Be an advocate for building reliable services and work with leadership to help product teams achieve operational excellence.
Participate in on-call rotation to uphold our contractual SLA commitments.
📅 Within one month, you will…
Onboard onto the Sourcegraph architecture, tooling, and development workflow.
Build a solid understanding of the team’s areas of ownership, technical challenges, and problems the team solves for our customers, and know how all of these align with the top-level company goals.
Actively participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and insights to contribute to the overall team goals.
Start contributing to the team goals and deliverables by shipping new features, debugging issues, and fixing bugs.
📅 Within three months, you will…
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Cloud infrastructure, its underlying technologies, and its integration within the Sourcegraph ecosystem.
Lead initiatives contributing to team goals through both discovery and delivery phases, collaborating directly with product and design partners, other engineering teams, and non-technical stakeholders from different departments.
Contribute to the architectural design and implementation of new features or improvements, actively shaping the future direction of Cloud infrastructure based on customer needs.
Lead initiatives contributing to team goals on the roadmap by going through the entire product development lifecycle discovery, design, implementation, and delivery.
Participate in our on-call rotation.
📅 Within six months, you will…
Be defining long-term technical vision and strategies for new product development, scaling existing services, and managing technical debt. These plans will consist of multiple smaller milestones that you will deliver iteratively with the team.
Collaborate with the Engineering Manager on defining the team’s growth strategy based on the long-term product vision, the technical vision, and the team’s needs.
Seek feedback from customers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for further improvements or new features, actively iterating on the Cloud infrastructure to ensure it continues to meet our high bar.
About you
You bring a product mindset in balancing architectural flexibility and philosophy with meeting immediate customer demand. You are an experienced software engineer who seeks to solve problems by writing code rather than through one-off operations. You are passionate about user experience and self-service. You balance maintaining and designing high-impact systems with a pragmatic understanding of how to make appropriate tradeoffs (e.g., cut scope, low-tech vs. custom complex solutions) to ship quickly and iterate when necessary.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Go, or other strongly typed languages.
Knowledge in one of the public cloud platform providers (GCP, AWS, Azure)
Experience with Terraform (or similar IaC solutions) and Kubernetes to build tooling and automation.
Skilled at debugging distributed systems, followed by designing and implementing solutions to those problems. This means you should know your way around various OS-level primitives, e.g., network, CPU, and memory.
Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically, especially in writing and documentation.
Preferred time zone between UTC-8 and UTC+2
Nice to haves:
Built services and exposed them as API for external consumption (e.g., gRPC).
Comfortable implementing system-level software (e.g., custom transport protocol) if needed or has contributed to Kubernetes controllers/operators.
Published blog posts and/or tech talks about your work.
Experience working on small high-performing teams, preferably tech startups.

Being recognized at the biggest specialized exhibitions such as IFSEC, Expoprotection and Intersec, as well as winning prestigious awards from industry-leading media like PSI magazine and GIT SECURITY, today Ajax is one of the most awarded security systems in Europe.
Ajax Systems' production includes four factories, two of which are located in Ukraine, one in Turkey, and one in Vietnam. At the same time, the company's certification according to the ISO 14001 standard ensures a minimal impact of production on the environment. The selection of components for Ajax device manufacturing is determined by the presence of manufacturer declarations confirming compliance with RoHS requirements.
The company emerged against the backdrop of revolution and war. That's why resilience is the cornerstone of the brand's DNA, and the fight against evil by creating the best security and automation devices is Ajax's unwavering mission.
The role
You own operational procurement for a defined commodity/category of components end-to-end — from purchase order to component delivered to our factory, on time, in the right quantity and at the agreed quality. Because we run our own production across several manufacturing locations, you are the day-to-day single point of contact with your suppliers and the link between them and our Planning, Quality, Logistics and Finance teams.
We move fast, and our scope keeps growing and changing. We expect a strong getting-things-done attitude and hands-on. Own your issues end-to-end, stay close to the detail, and close them.
Key responsibilities:
Full order management, expedite / de-expedite and drive OTIF ≥ 97 % for your category (e.g., passive components, PCBs, semiconductors, mechanicals, plastics, raw materials, radio modules).
Manage shortages and escalations end-to-end; keep production running across our sites and stakeholders informed.
Own the day-to-day cost of your category — recommend solutions that optimise cost without compromising quality or delivery.
Visit suppliers and production sites as needed — including urgent cases and primary/quality inspections — to understand the process and strengthen good results and cooperation.
Uphold integrity in all supplier dealings — transparent, fair and free of conflicts of interest.
Drive process improvements and digitalisation within your scope.
What we expect:
8+ years as Commodity Buyer / Operational Buyer / Procurement Specialist in a manufacturing environment — ideally supplying components to in-house production.
Solid command of the end-to-end purchase-to-pay process and a confident user of an ERP system + Excel
English at B2 level for daily work with international stakeholders across our manufacturing locations.
Ability to manage several projects and priorities at the same time, identifying problems and driving them to a result.
Strong getting-things-done attitude: ownership, sense of urgency, hands-on involvement, structured problem-solving, and flexibility for a growing and changing scope.
Willingness to travel to suppliers and production sites as required.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or similar); a technical degree is a plus.
Hands-on SAP experience — a strong plus as we evaluate it for our procurement landscape.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Master’s degree in finance, engineering, or supply-chain / foreign-economic-activity.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Department overview:
At PlayStation, Data Science plays a critical role in shaping how we invest in, retain, and delight our global player base. The
CLV team
focuses on understanding player behaviour and driving more effective engagement across the player lifecycle — from acquisition and onboarding through to retention, monetisation, and long-term value.
As a
Data Scientist
, you will develop models and insights that help drive more personalised player experiences and inform commercial and product decisions at scale. You will work in cross-functional teams to translate player behaviour into actionable strategies that drive measurable improvements in player engagement and value.
This role is ideal for an individual who is comfortable owning problems end-to-end — from framing and modelling through to delivering impact — and partnering with stakeholders to support data-informed decision-making.
What you’ll be doing:
Own the development and delivery of machine learning models for use cases such as churn prediction, purchase propensity, store recommendations, customer lifetime value.
Translate business problems into modelling approaches, selecting appropriate methods and features to deliver measurable impact.
Work with large-scale behavioural and transactional data to uncover patterns and opportunities for player growth and engagement.
Collaborate within cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and commercial stakeholders, to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Partner with stakeholders across commercial, finance, and lifecycle teams to support decision-making with data-driven insights.
Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Develop and expand your understanding of more advanced modelling approaches (e.g. deep learning and sequence-based methods) as part of solving increasingly complex problems.
What we are looking for:
You're curious, analytical, and a strong problem-solver, with a structured approach to tackling business problems. You bring strong foundations in modelling and data manipulation, and are motivated by applying these to impactful, commercial problems.
Experience building predictive models (e.g. churn, propensity, segmentation, or value modelling) in a commercial setting.
Ability to independently take a problem from definition through to solution and delivery, demonstrating initiative and ownership.
Proficiency in Python and SQL, and familiarity with common data science and ML libraries.
Solid understanding of machine learning techniques (e.g. regression, tree-based models, clustering) and when to apply them, including how to refine and tune them for real-world problems.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Awareness of modern machine learning approaches (e.g. embeddings, sequence models, deep learning) and interest in applying them to real-world problems.
Experience working with large datasets to generate actionable insights.
A strong academic background, typically a Master’s or Ph.D. in a quantitative or technical field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science).
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with production environments, MLOps, or data pipelines.
Experience working with large-scale data using PySpark or equivalent distributed data processing tools.
Experience in gaming, e-commerce, or subscription-based products.
Benefits:
Discretionary bonus opportunity
Private Medical Insurance
Dental Scheme
25 days holiday per year
On Site Gym
Subsidised Café
Free soft drinks
On site bar
Access to cycle garage and showers

You see software development and team organization not as a rigid set of rules, but as a craft that deserves better tools. You want to design complex, data-rich productivity platforms where information architecture is a first-class problem, and you want to rethink how humans work alongside AI. If you are a designer who values hands-on craft, hates unnecessary bureaucracy, and wants the autonomy to build a team's design process from scratch, this role was built for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 companies rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
YouTrack handles serious complexity – agile boards, backlogs, knowledge bases, helpdesks, and deeply customizable workflows – across teams from two-person startups to global enterprises. We’re at a point where the category's oldest assumptions are worth reconsidering. Issue tracking has relied on the same foundational blocks for years, but AI opens an opportunity to rethink how software can actively help teams get work done.
We need a Lead Product Designer to shape where project management goes next while keeping a massive, mature surface area coherent, legible, and a pleasant to use. In this role, you’ll lead a small design team of two designers, own the overall design quality bar across the product, and act as an individual contributor on our hardest, least-charted problems. You’ll build a fresh design process from scratch with the full backing of a team lead who respects craft and values professional judgment.
Day to day, you will:
Shape a point of view on how project management and issue tracking evolve in an AI-native world and turn those concepts into tools people can actually use.
Design how people work alongside AI capabilities in YouTrack, from conversational interfaces to inline assistance and background automation.
Develop interaction patterns for unsettled problems, including surfacing AI confidence, making actions transparent, and keeping users in control.
Prototype and test new concepts quickly, separating ideas that feel clever from those that genuinely reduce friction.
Keep a large, deep product coherent so that boards, helpdesks, reports, and administration feel like a single cohesive engine.
Partner with product management and engineering to shape roadmap priorities from a design perspective, influencing what gets built and why.
What you’ll bring
A deep commitment to craft ownership, holding yourself and your team to high standards without creating bottlenecks.
Comfort building clear, lightweight processes, without turning them into restrictive bureaucracy.
The generosity to share knowledge openly and collaborate across a broad, global design community.
Clarity in your writing and reasoning, with the ability to explain complex design decisions in plain words.
Comfort with ambiguity and a healthy appetite for finding the right questions before designing the answers.
Strong opinions, loosely held, with a clear understanding of when to follow platform conventions and when to break them.
What you’ll need
Successfully led the design of complex, data-rich productivity tools or software systems where information architecture is a primary challenge.
Proven understanding of how modern AI systems operate beyond single-turn prompts, including agentic workflows and multi-step execution.
Experience mentoring and leading other designers, giving clear feedback that lands and raises the bar.
Ability to design unified experiences that cater to small startup teams and large enterprise customers simultaneously.
A portfolio showing a range of work from precise micro-interactions to large-scale information architecture.
What success looks like
Success means earning the trust of your team and peers through sound interaction choices and clear systemic improvements. You will establish a reliable critique rhythm and a structured way of working that helps your designers grow. Within your first few months, delivering clear patterns for our AI capabilities, paying down accumulated UX debt, and ensuring YouTrack remains both deep and remarkably quick on its feet.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work schedule. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Relocation support. Assistance to help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Free meals and snacks. Lunch and refreshments provided to keep you fueled.
Health and wellness. On-site gyms or sports club stipends.
Internal events. Company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
