About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
At Wolt, we’re building the future of retail — and our Enterprise Supermarkets team plays a critical role in shaping how the largest retail chains operate and grow on our platform.
We are looking for a Retail Development Specialist to join a senior team managing Wolt’s most strategic supermarket partnerships in Israel. This is not a traditional sales role — it is a highly operational, analytical, and partner-facing position focused on driving performance, improving processes, and leading strategic retail partnerships end-to-end.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 3–4 enterprise supermarket partners, acting as the main business owner for each account. You will work closely with store teams, operational stakeholders, and senior HQ management to improve performance, solve operational challenges, and drive sustainable growth across the partnership.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 3–4 enterprise supermarket partners, acting as the main business owner for each account. You will work closely with store teams, operational stakeholders, and senior HQ management to improve performance, solve operational challenges, and drive sustainable growth across the partnership.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Own the end-to-end management and development of strategic enterprise supermarket accounts on Wolt.
Analyze business and operational performance to identify growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and operational inefficiencies.
Lead proactive operational improvement initiatives with field stakeholders such as pickers, store managers, and operations teams, focusing on topics like picking times, rejection reasons, availability, and fulfillment quality.
Conduct trainings and onboard partners on Wolt’s operational tools, workflows, and advanced platform capabilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at partner headquarters, including leading quarterly business reviews and strategic discussions.
Drive commercial and marketing initiatives together with partners, including campaigns, assortment optimization, storefront visibility, and growth opportunities.
Handle complex escalations and coordinate cross-functional problem solving, including cases involving technical or operational issues.
Conduct regular visits to supermarket branches across Israel to support operational excellence and partner success.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics using BI and analytics tools, translating data into actionable business insights.

Strong analytical capabilities and hands-on experience working with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Advanced Excel skills — ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive decisions independently.
Experience leading operational improvement initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is rebuilding its go-to-market motion around a workflow-first, builder-led model—and the BDR is at the front of it. As a Business Development Rep, you'll be the force that turns the right accounts into the right conversations. You'll partner closely with Solutions Consultants to identify and target companies that are ready to rethink how they work—and your job is to get them in the room. This isn't generic pipeline work: you're qualifying for workflow-first, build-ready opportunities that set SCs up to win. If you're competitive, curious, and energised by outbound that actually means something, this is the role for you.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts in your assigned book, partnering with your sellers on account and outbound strategy
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns—email, phone, LinkedIn, and events—to create urgency and secure first meetings with the right decision-makers
- Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings handed to sellers are "ready to build," not just "ready to talk"—validating ICP, intent, and workflow fit before the handoff
- Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypothesis, and stakeholder context so sellers can hit the ground running
- Leverage GTM System tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting, prioritize accounts by signal strength, and increase the quality and consistency of your outbound motion
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- Business fluency in English
- Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation, with hands-on experience in cold prospecting across phone, email, and social channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, persona-specific outreach that earns a response
- Sharp qualification instincts—able to quickly assess ICP fit, identify urgency, and set solutions consultants up for high-quality first conversations
- Passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models
- High-activity mindset with the discipline to prioritise based on signal and data, not just volume
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar GTM tooling
- Familiarity with Notion as a product or prior experience selling productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Background in a high-velocity, metric-driven outbound environment with clear pipeline targets

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
As a member of Ramp's Risk Strategy & Operations team, you will leverage data to develop and optimize credit strategies.
Credit is one of Ramp's most consequential products. Every policy change affects how customers can grow their usage, and how responsibly Ramp scales up while managing risk. Credit Risk Strategy owns these tradeoffs end to end.
In this role, you will own or help build strategy across credit risk areas like credit limits, payment speed, and collections. You'll take ambiguous problems, get to the data, prototype the solution, and push the change with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Risk Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, and Compliance.
AI fluency is required. We use AI as a core pillar of our risk management stack, and you will be prototyping and managing related Agents and tools. You should already be using tools like Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI tools to write code, explore data, prototype apps, automate workflows, and check your own work. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you do need to use AI to ship something runnable or inspectable enough to test, improve, and hand off.
We are looking for builders with high agency and high urgency: people who prototype the workflow, not just write the recommendation for someone else to build.
What You'll Do
- Own credit risk strategy for areas like model prototyping, credit limits, payment speed, collections, etc.
- Use SQL, quantitative reasoning, and credit risk judgment to investigate patterns, size opportunities, define policy changes, and pressure-test recommendations.
- Build the first useful version when the workflow does not exist: a tool, app, dashboard, agent, notebook, QA loop, monitor, or decisioning process.
- Use AI tools every day to move faster on research, analysis, coding, synthesis, writing, verification, and follow-through.
- Build AI into credit risk workflows: feature exploration, policy monitoring, case review, exception handling, decision support, documentation, and human-in-the-loop QA.
- Investigate new data sources and model features; evaluate signal quality, coverage, failure modes, and how they would change credit decisions.
- Make ambiguous credit risk decisions within your surface area, balancing loss, customer experience, operational burden, growth, compliance, and risk-adjusted returns.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, to execute and build the risk management infrastructure
What You Need
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit risk management or quantitative strategy role
- Minimum 2 years of experience using SQL or Python for data retrieval and manipulations
- AI fluency you can demonstrate live: name the tools, show an artifact, explain a recent failure mode, and walk through how you verified the output before using it in a credit risk decision.
- Ownership in ambiguity: you define the question, get the data, make the call, communicate the tradeoffs, and drive follow-through without waiting for perfectly scoped work.
- Strong communication: you can compress a complex credit risk decision into a clear narrative that leadership and cross-functional partners can act on.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience building credit risk in similar Card or expense management products
- Previous experience in high-growth startups or environments where the operating model changed quickly.
- Previous experience with Operations teams

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
As an Account Executive on the Commercial Scaled Install Base team, you will own a broad portfolio of existing Vercel customers and be responsible for both retaining and growing their business.
You will manage a high-volume book of accounts, balancing renewals, customer engagement, pipeline generation, and expansion opportunities. You will learn to recognize which customers need immediate attention, which signals point to growth, and where proactive outreach can create new commercial opportunities.
This is a true closing role. You will own revenue outcomes, run sales cycles, negotiate renewals and expansions, and build pipeline within your portfolio. You will also learn how to operate at scale, using customer data, automation, AI, and repeatable workflows to focus your effort where it can have the greatest impact.
This role is an ideal next step for an emerging seller who is ready to move into full-cycle account ownership. You may have developed your skills in an SDR or BDR role, renewals, account management, customer success, or another customer-facing position. What matters most is that you are commercially driven, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of a number.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own the commercial relationship for a portfolio of existing Vercel customers.
Manage the renewal process from early preparation through negotiation and close, protecting recurring revenue and identifying risk before it threatens the relationship.
Build expansion pipeline by prospecting within existing accounts, reaching new stakeholders, developing champions, and uncovering new teams, applications, and workloads.
Run discovery, demonstrations, commercial conversations, and negotiations across a range of renewal and expansion opportunities.
Use customer signals, product usage, account data, and business context to prioritize the right action across a large portfolio.
Re-engage customers with limited activity or unclear growth indicators and develop hypotheses for how Vercel can create additional value.
Build relationships with developers, engineering leaders, product teams, procurement partners, and business stakeholders.
Partner with Solutions Architects, Developer Support, Customer Success, Product, and other internal teams to help customers achieve meaningful outcomes.
Maintain accurate account plans, opportunity details, forecasts, renewal timelines, and next steps in Vercel’s systems.
Use automation, AI, and repeatable workflows to operate efficiently and deliver thoughtful customer engagement at scale.
Share what you learn and help the team develop scalable plays for renewals, risk mitigation, customer re-engagement, and expansion.
Develop the technical and commercial skills required to grow into increasingly complex accounts and sales opportunities.
What you need
We are looking for someone who is ready to take the next step into full-cycle selling and account ownership.
You might be a great fit if you have developed your skills through an SDR or BDR role, renewals, account management, customer success, sales, or another customer-facing position.
In practice, this looks like someone who:
Is motivated by owning a revenue target and being accountable for measurable outcomes.
Has experience generating pipeline through thoughtful, personalized outreach.
Can manage a high volume of accounts, priorities, and deadlines without losing attention to detail.
Is comfortable initiating conversations, asking direct questions, and creating momentum where little currently exists.
Learns complex technical products quickly and is curious about how modern web applications and AI products are built.
Can connect customer needs to business value and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrates sound judgment about where to spend time and when to ask for support.
Is organized, reliable, and disciplined in managing opportunities, renewals, forecasts, and follow-up.
Is coachable and actively seeks feedback as a way to improve.
Brings a team-first mindset, low ego, and a willingness to contribute wherever needed.
Acts proactively and does not wait to be told what needs attention.
Is resilient, resourceful, and energized by working through accounts where the path to growth may not be immediately obvious.
You do not need to arrive as an expert in Vercel or web infrastructure. You do need to be excited to learn, willing to go deep, and able to translate that learning into better customer conversations.
Bonus if you
Have experience as an SDR or BDR in a technical, developer-focused, cloud, infrastructure, or product-led growth company.
Have owned renewals, expansion opportunities, or a revenue target.
Have experience progressing and closing smaller commercial opportunities.
Have worked with developers, engineering leaders, product teams, or other technical buyers.
Have experience using tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
Experiment with AI, automation, or self-built workflows to improve how you work.
Aspire to grow into larger accounts, more complex sales cycles, or future leadership opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

This is the core of Docker's sbx product: developers can give an agent the autonomy it needs to get real work done without it ever touching the host, and tear the whole environment down when it's finished.
The successful candidate is a technical, product-minded engineer with deep experience building secure, isolated runtime environments (sandboxes, containers, or VMs) and a track record of shipping and owning that kind of infrastructure in production at scale. They think naturally about isolation and security boundaries, understand the tradeoffs involved in running untrusted or semi-trusted workloads safely, and can reason confidently about a system that spans multiple surface areas.
They can drive clarity and consensus on hard, ambiguous problems that cross team and component boundaries, raise the bar for engineering quality wherever they work, thrive in a remote-first environment, communicate clearly across time zones, work with our users, while bringing curiosity and craftsmanship to hard problems.
Please note: this role is currently prioritizing candidates currently located in the Eastern time zone (US or Canada), or in the EU.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and lead improvements to the sandboxes product across agent integration, tool permissions, and developer-facing workflows.
- Investigate and resolve correctness, performance, and stability issues in the agent integration layer across macOS, Windows, and Linux.
- Drive the reliability and performance of sandbox creation, session management, and teardown for AI agent workloads.
- Collaborate with peers, Product, and adjacent teams to evolve the architecture as requirements grow.
- Mentor engineers on the team and set the bar in design reviews and code reviews.
- Engage with the open source and agentic development community around sandboxing, MCP, and related ecosystems.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical stability issues affecting users.
- Document your work clearly and share knowledge with the rest of the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with demonstrated technical leadership on production systems at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience building developer tools, desktop applications, or runtime infrastructure used directly by developers.
- Familiarity with the agentic software development ecosystem: how coding agents work and how tools like Claude Code, Codex, or similar agents interact with their environment.
- Ability to reason about isolation and security boundaries: what a sandbox should and shouldn't expose, and how to make safe defaults obvious to users.
- Experience driving architecture and technical strategy across multiple engineers or teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy in a remote-first environment.
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
- Build an understanding of our codebase.
- Meet the people on your team and those adjacent to it.
- Build an understanding of the products we are shipping and our near-term technical priorities.
- Deliver small fixes or improvements.
FIRST 90 DAYS
- Lead the design and development of a significant improvement or feature of the local sandboxes stack.
- Engage with our open source project and the relevant upstream communities.
- Shape the team's technical direction, and drive architecture discussions.
ONE YEAR OUTLOOK (FIRST YEAR)
- Deliver measurable improvements to the correctness and performance of sandboxes.
- Become a recognized technical owner of key parts of the codebase and a go-to technical leader for the local runtime.
- Help us define the longer-term technical strategy for the filesystem layer in a way that fits with Product and Business goals, and rally the team behind it.
Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.

WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
YOUR IMPACT
Help Scout has earned something most software companies never get: genuine trust. 10,000+ businesses use us because we've always believed that customer relationships are the business, and that every interaction should feel like it came from someone who cares. That trust took a decade to build, and now it's the foundation for something bigger.
The support industry is changing shape. AI will take on more of the tedious work so humans can lean into the relationship part. At Help Scout, the place where that relationship actually happens is the Conversations product group, which spans two product lines. Inbox is the workspace: every channel and every conversation in one place, built for the people who spend their whole day inside it. Copilot is AI working alongside them: drafts ready to review, context at their fingertips, and the tedious parts handled so every reply is faster and better.
Conversations is the most-used surface we have. This is where every user spends most of their day, so speed, reliability, and craft are the product. It's also where the rest of the platform becomes real: Agent hands conversations to humans at the right moment, customer context shows up right where the work happens, and every one of those moments either builds trust or spends it. You'll be accountable for bringing it all to life with clarity and impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll own the Conversations product group end to end: vision, roadmap, monetization, and results for the Inbox and Copilot product lines. You'll report to Scott Rocher, our Chief Product Officer, and you'll be accountable for the revenue growth of the group. This is a player/coach role.
Inbox and Copilot are the surfaces our customers touch most, the core of the business today and the front door to everything we build next. You'll do the strategic product work on them yourself: deciding what needs to get built next, how the workspace and its AI evolve together, and where investment in craft pays off. As the group grows, you'll hire and manage a team of PMs.
Note: This role is open to US-based applicants only.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set the vision and strategy for the Conversations group, and decide how Inbox and Copilot evolve together as one experience where AI makes every support pro faster without breaking their flow.
- Drive the Inbox roadmap hands-on: the workspace where every channel comes together and where our users spend their time in the product. This surface is held to a bar where speed, reliability, and polish are a differentiator.
- Drive the Copilot roadmap hands-on: integrations, contextual summaries, suggestions, and in-the-moment assistance that make each person on a support team meaningfully better at their job.
- Own how your products are monetized. Conversations spans seats and AI usage, and you'll design the packaging that makes each seat more valuable as Copilot does more. You'll collaborate with partners across Help Scout to model the impact of the products you ship.
- Partner deeply with the Autonomy group. Significant parts of Copilot run on the agent platform, and likewise, Agent hands conversations to humans in your workspace. The seams between the two groups are owned jointly, and making them invisible to customers is part of the job.
- Spend real time with customers, understanding how support pros and their leaders actually work, where AI helps, and where it gets in the way
- Partner with GTM and CS so the Conversations story is clear, the adoption motion is tight, and customer feedback loops back into the roadmap
- Build and manage the Conversations PM team as it grows, coaching for judgment and raising the bar for product craft across the group
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You've owned a core product at scale, the kind people spend their whole workday in, and you're as fluent in the commercial side of product as you are in features and user experience
- You've shipped AI-powered products and you understand how they succeed and fail
- You collaborate well across ownership lines. Copilot ships on technology the Autonomy group builds, and you know how to co-own a product surface with a peer and keep the seams invisible to customers
- You think in outcomes. Time to resolution, drafts accepted, teams that get more efficient as they use more of Help Scout .
- You care about craft. You notice the details that make daily-use software feel fast, calm, and reliable, and you hold a roadmap accountable to them
- You have strong monetization instincts. You can package a product line that spans seats and outcomes, and explain the tradeoffs.
- You've managed product managers before and still love doing the work yourself. You know how to coach without taking over, and you know when a decision is yours to make
- You're data self-sufficient. You pull your own data, run your own analyses, and use numbers to pressure-test direction
- You're technically fluent enough to build genuine trust with engineers. You can hold a meaningful conversation about system architecture and make better decisions because of it
- You're fluent with AI tools and treat them as part of your craft, for research synthesis, strategy testing, rapid prototyping, and customer signal analysis. You have a point of view on where these tools are heading and how they're changing the shape of product work
- You understand that when execution is cheap, judgment is the bottleneck. Your highest-leverage hours go to strategy and prioritization, defining what's next and what's not
- You're an excellent writer. Help Scout runs on writing, and you make your thinking visible in one-pagers, briefs, and narratives that move decisions forward
- You've worked in B2B SaaS and understand the difference between building for support teams and building for end consumers

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten's engineers want to work in an AI-first way. What's missing isn't enthusiasm — it's the platform underneath it. Today everyone assembles their own agent config, context files, and MCP servers, so the good patterns stay trapped in individual setups instead of becoming defaults everyone inherits.
You'll build that platform: the agent configurations tuned to our monorepo, the context and tooling layer that makes agents competent in our codebase, the evals that tell us which approaches actually work, and the rollout mechanics that get a new engineer productive with agents in week one.
You are not here to mandate how engineers use AI — you're here to make the good path the easy path. Success looks like teams adopting what you build because it beats what they'd cobble together themselves, not because a policy requires it. Platform engineer, not AI evangelist. Ship infrastructure, measure it, kill what doesn't work, let adoption be the referee.
The playbook for AI-first SDLC doesn't exist at any company yet. You'll write ours.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
Agent substrate — Repo-level context infrastructure that makes agents competent in our codebase (CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md http://CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md conventions, architecture and domain context, and the tooling to keep it accurate as code moves). Internal MCP servers giving agents scoped access to CI, observability, incident tooling, deployment state, and docs. Shared skills, subagents, and hooks that encode Baseten workflows. Sandboxed environments where agents can build and test safely.
The golden path — Project templates and onboarding that ship with AI tooling configured and working. Self-serve infrastructure so teams build their own agents without you as the bottleneck. Gateway, auth, cost controls, and audit logging for internal model access.
The feedback loop — Eval harnesses that answer "is this config better than that one" against real Baseten tasks, not vibes. Instrumentation of AI tool usage and its downstream effects on cycle time, review latency, and change failure rate. Honest reporting, including on what you built that didn't pan out.
Agents in the SDLC — Automation where agents earn their keep: PR review triage, test gap-filling, incident context assembly, migrations and refactors, codebase Q&A. Integrating agents into CI/CD with guardrails that make it trustworthy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the internal AI developer platform end to end — architecture, build, rollout, operation, measurement.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and whatever ships next quarter), and build the context layer that makes them work against our monorepo.
- Build frameworks that let other engineers create their own agents without deep LLM expertise.
- Establish the evaluation practice for AI-assisted development at Baseten, and use it to drive investment decisions.
- Drive adoption through developer experience — good defaults, clear docs, low friction — not mandate.
- Embed with teams to find where AI genuinely unblocks them, then generalize those wins into platform capabilities.
- Own the safety layer: permissions, secrets handling, audit trails, cost management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have 4+ years of relevant industry experience building and enabling AI native SDLC
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or Go, building tools other engineers depend on daily.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks — tool calling, MCP, context management, orchestration, failure handling. You've shipped something agentic that real people used, not just prototyped.
- Deep personal fluency with AI coding tools and well-formed opinions about where they break down.
- Platform mindset: you build for adoption and self-service, treat internal engineers as customers, and would rather ship a good default than write a style guide.
- Developer tooling, CI/CD, and Kubernetes/Docker fundamentals.
- Comfort with ambiguity — this space invalidates its own best practices every few months.
- Excellent written communication. Much of your leverage is docs, templates, and examples that scale beyond conversations you're in.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten is seeking talented and experienced Software Engineers to join our Platform team within the Infrastructure organization. As a member of Baseten's Platform Team, you will own the systems that let every engineer at Baseten prove their code works before it reaches production. Our product runs mission-critical AI inference for customers who measure downtime in dollars per second, which means our internal bar for correctness, performance, and failure tolerance has to be exceptional.
Your focus is the full testing stack: fast and reliable unit test tooling, integration harnesses that spin up realistic environments on demand, load and performance testing for GPU-backed inference workloads, and resilience testing that deliberately breaks things so our customers never have to find out what happens when a node dies mid-request. This is a builder role with org-wide leverage. You won't be writing tests for other teams — you'll be building the frameworks, harnesses, and feedback loops that make writing good tests the path of least resistance, and you'll set the standards for what "well-tested" means at Baseten.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own Baseten's testing strategy end to end — define the standards, the tiers, and the tooling that engineering teams build against.
- Build and maintain unit, integration, load and performance testing frameworks
- Design end to end test infrastructure that provisions realistic dependencies on demand — ephemeral Kubernetes namespaces, containerized service dependencies, etc.
- Build resilience and chaos testing capabilities: fault injection, network partition and latency simulation, pod and node failure scenarios, dependency degradation, and automated verification that our systems degrade gracefully and recover.
- Attack test suite reliability head-on — flake detection and quarantine, test impact analysis and selective execution, parallelization, and aggressive reduction of end-to-end CI wall time.
- Build observability into the testing layer itself: coverage reporting, test health dashboards, failure triage tooling, and clear signals about which areas of the codebase are under-tested.
- Create project templates and shared libraries so new services start with a complete testing setup on day one.
- Partner directly with product and infrastructure teams — embed where needed, understand their hardest testing problems, and turn one-off solutions into platform capabilities.
- Mentor engineers across the org on testing practice and raise the collective bar through code review, documentation, and internal advocacy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong proficiency in Go and/or Python, with hands-on experience building test tooling and libraries used by other engineers.
- Deep experience with testing frameworks and their internals — pytest, Go's testing package, testify, testcontainers, or equivalents — including the ability to extend them, not just use them.
- Experience designing integration test infrastructure for distributed systems, including ephemeral environment provisioning and dependency management.
- Practical experience with load and performance testing tools (k6, Locust, Vegeta, JMeter, Gatling, or similar) and the judgment to interpret results and drive action from them.
- Solid Kubernetes and Docker fundamentals — you can build test infrastructure that runs on and tests against real cluster environments.
- Advanced understanding of CI/CD, including how to keep large test suites fast, deterministic, and trustworthy at scale.
- A track record of measurably improving testing culture on an engineering team — you have opinions on what to test, what not to test, and where the ROI actually is.
- Are excited about building foundational infrastructure and are comfortable working independently on ambiguous, high-impact technical challenges
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
