Business Assistant

About the company We are building business-focused media across popular social platforms. Responsibilities — Conduct research in English: find relevant information, organize it clearly, and draw conclusions from it; — Find, evaluate, and implement new tools and services; — Work with social media platforms: publish content and analyze performance metrics; — Source freelancers, including video editors, designers, lawyers, and other specialists; — Assign tasks to our English-speaking team and oversee the quality of their work; — Improve existing workflows and guidelines, and create new ones when needed. Requirements — You must be based outside Russia; — At least 2 years of experience as a business assistant, business analyst, product or project manager; — English proficiency at C1 level or above, with the ability to communicate confidently with English-speaking freelancers and research and analyze information from English-language sources; — Ability to independently figure out new tools and processes.
