What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As an Enterprise Sales VP, you'll be embedded in the Enterprise Sales team and report directly to the VP, Public and Labor.
The Enterprise Sales VP, Labor and Trust will expand our footprint with large labor health & welfare funds through direct sales. This is an individual contributor seat with a defined national territory: a named book of private multiemployer Taft-Hartley funds at 10,000 to 100,000 participants. We are expanding our team in order to continue to hit our ambitious Enterprise Sales goals. We are searching for a candidate who possesses the exceptional ability to establish and cultivate high-level relationships, as this will be instrumental in our pursuit of growth and innovation.
What you will do
Own the direct sales cycles and deploy sales objectives through the preparation and measuring of sales quotas, prospecting and pipeline management across a named national book of labor health & welfare funds
Sell to boards of trustees: build fund office relationships, navigate joint labor-management board dynamics, and win both the labor and management sides of the room
Keep current with market knowledge and competitor products to effectively communicate the value proposition of a relationship with Garner
Support the development of new, strategic relationships with fund professionals (administrators, actuaries, counsel, and consultants) and carrier labor channels, including working the conference circuit (IFEBP), and influence the buying decision
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of deep sales experience with a focus on health benefits (medical, ancillary, vendor) via brokers, consultants, and insurers
5+ years selling into labor / Taft-Hartley funds strongly preferred, with fluency in how these funds actually work: joint boards, collective bargaining linkage, and fund professionals (administrator, actuary, counsel, investment consultant)
Existing, reference-checkable relationships with trustees, fund administrators, and the labor consultant ecosystem (Segal above all), plus credibility in the room with union leadership
A data literacy with the ability to turn complex, disparate datasets into insights that drive actions
Proven experience with developing processes (sales playbooks, KPIs, collateral creation, etc), and executing on sales strategies to promote long term success
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team's metrics.
What you'll get here
You'll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You'll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you'll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It's demanding by design. You'll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Where you will work:
Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
Visa sponsorship:
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Compensation
The target total comp (inclusive of base + bonus) range for this role is $425,000 - $475,000. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive plan and benefits package, including: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health, and more.
Few roles offer this combination: work that is genuinely hard, a mission that is genuinely important, and a team that is genuinely invested in your success. If that's what you're looking for, we'd love to meet you.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We’re reinventing how People Operations runs at Vercel — and this role sits right at the center of it. You’ll help us build and integrate Vercel-powered tools that replace legacy busywork with something genuinely fast and modern. If you get excited about composable HR tech and shipping tools people actually want to use, this is that role.
You’ll also own and evolve our core Workday integrations, partnering closely with People, Finance, IT, and Engineering stakeholders to keep our HR systems reliable, secure, and scalable. This role blends hands-on integration work with real functional fluency in People Operations — you’ll need to understand not just how data moves between systems, but why our stakeholders need it to move that way. You will report to the Director of People Operations, Infrastructure & Services and will be located in one of our hub locations (San Francisco, New York, or Austin).
What you'll do
Help us build the future -- build and integrate Vercel-powered internal People tools that will define how this team works, and support our push towards a headless HR tech stack
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, APIs) that support key People Operations and Finance workflows.
Partner directly with People Operations, Finance, IT, and Engineering stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into reliable, well-documented integration solutions.
Develop working knowledge of core People Operations processes — like hire-to-retire, compensation, benefits, and org management — to inform sound integration and system design decisions.
Monitor integration health, troubleshoot failures, and drive fixes in partnership with both technical and functional stakeholders.
Maintain clear documentation of integration logic, field mappings, and processes for cross-team visibility.
Contribute to testing, security, and change-management practices that keep our HR system integrations resilient as we scale.
What you need
Experience with generative AI and agentic coding platforms
Excited by headless/composable HR tech — you want to build and integrate tools and APIs that go beyond a core HRIS, not just maintain the status quo.
4+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, and/or APIs.
Working knowledge of XML/XSLT, calculated fields, and the Workday Business Process Framework; exposure to Workday security configuration is a plus.
Genuine interest in People Operations — you're comfortable learning the functional "why" behind a process, not just the technical "how," and enjoy building relationships with People and Finance stakeholders.
Strong communicator who can translate between technical integration details and non-technical stakeholder needs.
Comfortable owning discrete integration projects independently, with guidance from senior team members on complex or ambiguous problems.
A plus if you have experience using Workday Extend to build applications.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $160,000 - $195,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.

Check out our Careers https://careers.circle.so/ page for more about working at Circle.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Social Media Lead to help build Circle’s social and media function from the ground up. Circle has one of the most interesting brands in the creator economy, but our social accounts don’t yet reflect the strength of the brand or reach the audience they should. This role is a chance to help change that — turning strong ideas, customer stories, partner moments, and long-form content into social content people actually want to watch and share. You’ll help build the engine: creating the content, supporting the strategy, and helping establish the rhythm and systems that make strong output repeatable. Reporting to our VP of Partnerships and Creator Growth, you’ll work closely with our founders and leadership team, as well as teammates across Community, Events, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and our Design Studio, to help Circle show up on social with more clarity, consistency, and ambition.
This is a remote role, which requires travel up to 25% of the time.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Execute Circle’s social content strategy across channels, helping translate direction into strong, platform-native output.
- Produce and publish social-first content with a strong emphasis on short-form video.
- Edit video independently, including cutting clips, shaping hooks, writing captions, and packaging content for distribution.
- Build and maintain the content operating rhythm, including calendar management, capture workflows, and coordination across teams.
- Partner with leadership and other stakeholders to identify content opportunities tied to partnerships, events, community, and customer stories.
- Collaborate on longer-form content development so shoots are designed with short-form distribution in mind from the start.
- Attend Circle’s events and key moments to capture content and support Circle’s presence on social (this role will require travel up to 25% of the time).
- Track leading indicators like non-follower reach, watch-through, saves, shares, and cadence consistency, and use them to improve execution over time.
- Bring practical recommendations on formats, workflows, and content opportunities based on what’s working.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Experience creating content for a tech, SaaS, creator economy, or community-led brand, with a clear understanding of how those audiences engage with social content.
- Video editing and production skills, including the ability to work independently in Adobe Premiere or a comparable professional editing tool to create polished short-form content quickly.
- Deep fluency across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, with a solid grasp of what each platform is rewarding and how non-follower reach compounds over time.
- A clear point of view on what earns attention on social, with the ability to identify what’s working, what isn’t, and why.
- Awareness of the social and creator economy landscape, including fluency in how brands in our space are showing up today and what separates the ones that break through.
- Comfort being on camera when needed and capturing content independently in a fully remote environment.
- Operational instincts and the ability to build repeatable systems for planning, capture, and cross-functional coordination.
- Good judgment in cross-functional environments, with a clear understanding of how to support a long-term social strategy centered on non-follower reach and the ability to recognize when requests may conflict with those goals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (CEFR C2 or equivalent), as most collaboration at Circle happens asynchronously.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Circle offers U.S.-benchmarked compensation globally, equity in the company, 35 days of paid time off each year, and more.
We’re a remote-only team that comes together twice a year for company retreats in incredible destinations around the world. ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Solutions Product Marketing Manager to define and own Baseten's up-market, enterprise, and industries go-to-market strategy. You'll build the playbook that helps Baseten win large, complex deals and the vertical go-to-market strategies that let us compete in Financial Services, and Health & Life Sciences, and the use cases that scale across all of them.
This is a highly cross-functional, largely greenfield role. You'll partner closely with the Industries sales team, product marketing, demand gen, and executive leadership to build on our enterprise go to market motion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Enterprise Deal Playbook & Buyer Enablement
- Build the enterprise deal playbook and full bill of materials (BOM) — pricing guides, one-pagers, TCO/ROI guides, landing pages, and event/field collateral — mapped to every stage of the buyer's journey
- Build the system for keeping every sales asset current — clear ownership, last-updated dates, and a refresh cadence
- Develop industry-specific event concepts featuring anchor customers and AI-native accounts to build credibility with target executive audiences
Vertical GTM & Industry Go-to-Market Kits
- Build vertical sales kits and ICP/positioning frameworks for priority industries
- Own industry-specific landing pages, messaging, and TCO guides, extrapolating from early AI-native accounts to larger enterprise targets
- Design and help launch ABM experiments in partnership with demand gen
Industries AE Enablement & Onboarding
- Design role-specific onboarding for Industries AEs, including certifications, customer-grounded scenarios, and async, refreshable content
- Build sales playbooks tied to real customer examples, and package assets into an AE-ready enablement motion (first call, competitive deals, legal/finance/procurement, TCO/ROI, self-hosted)
- Become a trusted partner to the industries team so onboarding and enablement stay grounded in what sellers actually need
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or a related GTM function, ideally at a technical or infrastructure company
- Experience building enterprise or vertical go-to-market motions — ICP definition, buyer journey mapping, and full-funnel sales collateral
- Comfort translating technical, infrastructure-heavy concepts (inference, self-hosted deployment, TCO/ROI) into narratives for both technical buyers and non-technical stakeholders like legal, finance, and procurement
- Track record designing and running sales enablement or onboarding programs for technical sellers
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills — you can pull together sales, customer marketing, demand gen, and executives around a shared plan
- Comfortable owning execution as well as strategy: landing pages, decks, one-pagers, and written content, not just frameworks
- Thrives in ambiguity — this role is about building the enterprise motion from a fairly blank slate
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in (or a fast ability to ramp on) financial services, manufacturing/industrial, or health/life sciences
- Experience running or contributing to a Customer Advisory Board or executive champion program
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, inference, or developer tools
- Experience partnering with technology partners on co-marketing or joint events
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

About the Job:
Feature management and experimentation have converged into a single market, and the buying dynamic at the top has shifted. Engineering teams are no longer the sole evaluator — data scientists and data-focused PMs now carry equal weight on the largest deals. The bar for statistical depth, warehouse ergonomics, and experiment-first workflows is rising quickly.
In traditional experimentation we have built the foundation: a trusted runtime control plane, a growing experimentation engine, and early warehouse-native capabilities. We are winning lower-maturity buyers at healthy rates. We are not yet consistently winning the most sophisticated data organizations. Closing that gap is the job.
In AI experimentation, we have an early lead: the AI-native tooling category has invested in evaluation and conceded production experimentation, and we already have the primitives (statistical significance, multi-armed bandits, experiment-aware guardrails) that no AI-native competitor ships. Extending that lead is the other half of the job.
This leader will own whether LaunchDarkly becomes the definitive experimentation platform in an AI-accelerated world.
Responsibilities:
Own the Experimentation pillar.
Direct leadership of the Product team. Partner with Engineering and Design counterparts in a triad model. Accountable for the pillar's strategy, roadmap delivery, and commercial outcomes. Make the investment case across the in-product experimentation experience, the warehouse-native analysis layer, and the infrastructure that scales them.
Make experimentation the measurement layer of the AI SDLC.
Partner with our AI product, observability, and core feature management leaders to productize the capabilities we already have as AI-native primitives. Build a closed loop from offline evaluation through production experiments, to automatic promotion and rollback, to a self-improving feedback loop for agents.
Win the high-maturity buyer.
Earn the technical confidence of senior data scientists and data-focused PMs. Decide what statistical depth, warehouse coverage, and experiment-first workflow capabilities are non-negotiable, and get them shipped on a timeline that wins pivotal reference deals.
Make warehouse-native a weapon.
Expand coverage across major data warehouses and query layers. Deliver parity on analysis-only mode, variance reduction, ratio and percentile metrics, exposure validation, and arbitrary-window analysis.
Operate a high-performing function.
Run a disciplined roadmap, ship predictably against quarterly commitments, drive AI-assisted engineering productivity inside the org, and hire where gaps exist.
Be the external face of the category.
Credibly represent the product with Data scientists, PMs, experimenters, analysts, and partners. Translate the strategy to the field and equip sales to win head-to-head.
How you'll be measured:
Win rate on experimentation-involved deals, especially head-to-head competitive evaluations — step change in the first year, sustained improvement thereafter.
Reference-grade customers at the top of the maturity curve, including named strategic logos.
Monthly active customers and active-account ARR growth against plan.
Experimentation attach rate on new and expansion enterprise deals.
Engineering throughput — roadmap delivery velocity and AI-assisted development adoption inside the function.
Qualifications:
Senior product leader (GM, VP, or equivalent) with a track record of owning a product line that competes on statistical rigor and data infrastructure.
Deep, operator-level fluency in experimentation methodology: causal inference, variance reduction, ratio metrics, sequential testing, exposure design, multi-armed bandits, and composite/multi-objective metrics — and the realities of running these at scale against production data warehouses and against non-deterministic systems where output variance, not just user variance, drives sample-size and significance decisions.
Has earned credibility with data science leaders and experimentation specialists at sophisticated organizations — and can recruit them.
Has led a function that includes engineering, design, and data science. Comfortable setting a multi-quarter roadmap, championing investment allocation, and reporting results to an executive team and board.
Clear, direct communicator. Decides fast with incomplete information. Prefers shipping and learning to requirements documents.
Opinionated about where experimentation is going in an AI-native world — and specifically, how agents and autonomous systems will use experimentation infrastructure differently than human teams do.
Preferred Qualifications:
You have built or scaled experimentation at an organization where it was core infrastructure, not a secondary analytics capability.
You have personally won competitive evaluations where a sophisticated data-science organization was the deciding voice.
You have shipped warehouse-native data products and understand the operational realities of running experiments directly against customer data infrastructure.
You see experimentation as how software teams prove that any change — whether built by a person or an AI agent — actually worked. That evidence layer is core infrastructure, not a reporting afterthought.

The role will own and continuously improve the executive operating rhythm, including business reviews, strategic planning, KPI reporting, risk management and leadership decision forums. Working across studios, Production, Finance, Technology, Development Strategy and other Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) partners, the Senior Director will connect strategy to execution and ensure leadership attention is focused on the organization’s most important choices.
This position requires a leader who can operate as both a senior strategic advisor and a hands-on builder: setting direction, developing talent and personally engaging in the most complex and high-impact work.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Strategy and Advisory
Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Vice President, Head of Operations.
Develop and maintain a holistic view of Studio Business Group performance, organizational health, strategic priorities and enterprise risks.
Identify emerging issues, interdependencies and business trade-offs that require leadership attention.
Translate complex or ambiguous business questions into structured analysis, recommendations and decision options.
Prepare executive briefings, strategic narratives and decision materials for the Studio Business Group CEO and leadership team.
Support discussions related to organizational design, operating models, studio footprint, portfolio priorities and long-term investments.
Provide an objective enterprise perspective while balancing the needs of individual studios and functions.
Strategy & Planning Team Leadership
Build, lead and develop a small Strategy & Planning team.
Establish the team’s mandate, roles, operating model and ways of working.
Set clear priorities and ensure the team focuses on the highest-value strategic and operational needs.
Delegate work effectively while remaining personally engaged in complex executive-level analysis and decision support.
Coach team members in strategic thinking, executive communication, business judgment and cross-functional leadership.
Create a high-performing team culture grounded in accountability, curiosity, collaboration and sound judgment.
Assess future capability and resource needs as the Strategy & Planning function matures.
Business Planning and Operating Rhythm
Design, establish and manage the Studio Business Group’s integrated operating cadence.
Lead the planning and coordination of recurring business forums, including:
Management Review Process activities
Quarterly and periodic business reviews
KPI and performance reviews
Strategy and risk discussions
Annual and multi-year planning activities
Leadership decision and follow-up processes
Ensure executive forums are designed to drive decisions, accountability and action rather than simply report information.
Create clear connections among strategic priorities, operating plans, financial commitments and execution progress.
Establish processes to track decisions, actions and unresolved issues across leadership forums.
Business Performance and Insights
Build an integrated executive view of business performance, risks and opportunities.
Partner with Finance and functional leaders to establish meaningful KPIs and performance measures.
Lead the team in synthesizing quantitative and qualitative information from across studios and functions into actionable executive insights.
Identify patterns, business implications and areas requiring intervention or further analysis.
Ensure executive materials clearly communicate performance, risks, choices and recommended actions.
Raise the quality and consistency of analysis used in senior leadership decision-making.
Strategic Initiative Leadership
Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that span studios, functions or SIE organizations.
Establish clear objectives, decision rights, milestones and measures of success.
Assign members of the Strategy & Planning team to priority initiatives based on business need and individual capability.
Coordinate work across teams without assuming ownership that appropriately sits within existing functions.
Surface dependencies, resolve ambiguity and escalate issues when leadership decisions are required.
Ensure strategic initiatives are sequenced appropriately so the organization is not overloaded by competing demands.
Step into ambiguous or high-risk work where direct senior leadership involvement is required.
Cross-Functional Alignment
Build strong partnerships across Production, Finance, Development Strategy, Technology, Portfolio Management, HR and studio leadership.
Connect information and priorities across teams that may otherwise operate independently.
Support alignment between Studio Business Group priorities and broader SIE planning and operating rhythms.
Help clarify roles, ownership and decision rights when work crosses organizational boundaries.
Facilitate productive executive discussions around competing priorities and trade-offs.
Represent the Strategy & Planning function in senior-level cross-SIE planning and operating forums.
Leadership Expectations
The Senior Director will lead a small team while also operating as a senior individual contributor on the organization’s most consequential work.
The successful candidate must be able to move fluidly between:
Advising senior executives
Setting direction for the Strategy & Planning function
Developing and coaching team members
Leading complex cross-functional initiatives
Reviewing and elevating the quality of team output
Personally producing analysis and recommendations when the work is highly sensitive, ambiguous or strategically important
The role requires strong judgment regarding what to own directly, what to delegate to the team and what should remain with established functional leaders.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in business strategy, business operations, strategic planning, management consulting, corporate development, portfolio strategy or a related field.
Demonstrated experience leading and developing a high-performing strategy, operations, consulting or planning team.
Experience directly advising C-suite or equivalent senior executives and supporting complex enterprise-level decisions.
Proven ability to synthesize large volumes of complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
Strong business judgment and the ability to understand connections among strategy, operations, financial performance, organizational design and execution.
Experience designing or improving executive operating rhythms, planning processes or performance management systems.
Demonstrated success leading complex work across a highly matrixed organization.
Exceptional written, verbal and executive presentation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and facilitation capabilities.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, challenge constructively and establish structure where limited structure currently exists.
Experience in gaming, technology, entertainment, media or another product development environment is preferred.
Measures of Success
Success in this role will be reflected through:
Improved quality, speed and clarity of executive decisions
A consistent and effective business operating cadence
Greater visibility into business performance, risks and strategic trade-offs
Stronger alignment across studios, functions and SIE partners
Clearer accountability and follow-through on leadership decisions
High-quality strategic insights and executive recommendations
Effective sequencing and delivery of cross-functional priorities
The establishment of a credible and valued Strategy & Operations function
Development and retention of a high-performing team
Increased confidence from the CEO and senior leadership team in the organization’s strategy and planning capability

- Research target accounts to identify expansion opportunities within existing customers and new logos in strategic segments.
- Work closely with Enterprise AEs to develop strategic outreach and multi-threaded account plans for key accounts.

- Book qualified meetings and hand off well-scoped opportunities to the Enterprise sales team.
- Build outbound workflows using tools like Claude and Common Room to research accounts, personalize outreach, and scale prospecting.
- Keep Salesforce and pipeline data accurate and current, and share account and market insights back with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Hit monthly and quarterly targets for qualified pipeline generated.
WHO YOU ARE
- Up to three years of experience in a business development, sales development, or similar quota-carrying prospecting role, ideally at a technical B2B SaaS or infrastructure company.
- A track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline generation targets.
- Comfort with both inbound follow-up and proactive outbound prospecting into enterprise accounts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak credibly to technical audiences.
- A genuine interest in AI infrastructure, vector search, or developer tools. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be willing to learn the technical fundamentals.
- A genuine interest in building a career in sales.
- Experience with a CRM (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with a degree of ambiguity in a fast-growing company.
NICE TO HAVE
- You have an understanding of key personas in the AI/ML space.
- Familiarity with databases, search, and cloud infrastructure.
- Engineering or computer science background.
