Experience working with Chaebol’s or other large conglomerate organizations is highly valued given the accounts you'll support. Using your technical expertise, knowledge of cloud and modern software development practices, and customer empathy, you'll guide organizations through digital transformation from planning through monitoring.

Your work will drive successful platform adoption, support revenue growth through solution selling, and build long-term, trust-based relationships that show GitLab's differentiated position in an AI-driven DevSecOps landscape.
What you’ll do
Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and validation to show how GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform meets customers' technical and business needs across the full software development lifecycle.

Build trusted relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guiding them through GitLab-supported transformation and helping them become GitLab advocates.
Advise customers on modern software development, continuous integration and continuous deployment, security, and cloud practices, challenging existing approaches to improve return on investment.
Serve as the voice of the customer across product management, engineering, sales, and marketing by sharing feedback, use cases, and competitive insights that inform the product roadmap and positioning.
What you’ll bring
Experience engaging with enterprise customers in technical presales, consulting, or similar roles and guiding them through solution design and evaluation.
Proficiency across the software development lifecycle, including modern DevSecOps practices, continuous integration and continuous deployment workflows, and GitLab or comparable source control and collaboration platforms.
Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts and related technologies, with the ability to discuss deployment, security, and operations options with technical teams.
Ability to lead technical evaluations such as proofs of concept or proofs of value, contribute to tenders or audits, and design and run workshops or value stream assessments.
Clear technical communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to adapt messages for practitioners and senior business and technical decision-makers and represent customer perspectives across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

- Negotiate Commercial Deals: Draft and negotiate publishing, distribution, platform, UA and outsourcing agreements.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Experience: 7+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Corporate, Commercial and IP at a Cypriot or UK law firm or Big 4 company; Candidates combining top-tier law firm or Big 4 experience with in-house experience at a leading video game, IT or tech company will also be considered.
- Education: A UK or Cypriot bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) is required; other jurisdictions will not be considered given Cyprus's common law framework. An LL.M. and/or legal ranking recognition is a strong advantage.
- Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in intellectual property law.
- Compliance Expertise: Applied GDPR experience beyond policy drafting, and working knowledge of app store policy in practice (Apple and Google developer terms, in-app purchase, subscription and refund rules) and player safety/content moderation obligations for a multiplayer game.

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
About the role
Merchant Configuration sets up how our merchants process payments, and those changes go straight into our live production systems. A mistake here isn't a typo. It can have a financial or compliance cost. That's why this team works to a standard of 99.5%+ accuracy and completes 95% of cases within 24 hours.
You'll join our new Mexico City team as its third analyst, part of a global Merchant Configuration team of around 25. You'll support our US merchants, setting up, updating and closing merchant accounts in Salesforce. About 70% of the work follows defined processes. The other 30% calls for judgement, especially when a merchant asks for something unusual and the right answer is "that won't work, here's what will."
What you'll do
- Set up, update and close merchant accounts accurately, following defined processes to the letter
- Check your own work before it goes live. Accuracy here is the job itself, not a nice extra
- Handle complex, non-standard merchant requests, and push back with a better solution when a request won't work
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand what they need and get cases resolved quickly
- Contribute to team projects such as card scheme mandates (for example, Account Funding Transaction setups)
- Build deep knowledge of our configuration products, so that within 90 days you can handle full end-to-end setups on your own
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in an operations role where accuracy and following process mattered, for example payments operations, product operations, risk/KYC, or implementation. Recent graduates with strong, relevant internships are welcome to apply.
- A track record of detailed work, with examples you can talk through: errors you caught, quality checks you built, processes you improved
- Very good written and spoken English. All work and communication is in English
- You take feedback well and act on it, stay steady under pressure, and work well in a team
- You've used AI tools in practical ways to work faster or more accurately, and can explain how
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the payments lifecycle, or experience at a payment processor, fintech or e-commerce company
- Experience with Salesforce
This role is not for you if:
- You don't have the right to work in Mexico. We are not able to sponsor a visa for this role
- You can't be in our Mexico City office Tuesday to Thursday every week
- You aren't open to switching to US West Coast hours if the business needs it. The role normally works Mexico hours, but contracts include this flexibility
- You prefer to approximate and move on. This team has no room for "close enough"
What we offer
- Two to three months of structured training and shadowing before you work on your own
- A clear career path: Analyst I → Analyst II → Senior Analyst → Team Lead, with promotion based on performance rather than time in role
- A founding seat on a new team in one of our newest locations
Additional Information

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT US:
Notion helps you build beautiful tools for your life’s work. In today's world of endless apps and tabs, Notion provides one place for teams to get everything done, seamlessly connecting docs, notes, projects, calendar, and email—with AI built in to find answers and automate work. Millions of users, from individuals to large organizations like Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, love Notion for its flexibility and choose it because it helps them save time and money.
In-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture. We require all team members to work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, our designated Anchor Days. Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Millions of people rely on Notion to do their most important work. Protecting that trust starts with protecting the people who build Notion: our employees, their laptops, their identities, and the SaaS apps they rely on every day.
We are looking for a hands-on Corporate Security Engineer to own and improve the technical controls that keep our workforce and corporate environment safe. This is a security engineering role focused on building scalable controls and automation across identity, endpoints, SaaS, and workforce infrastructure, not a traditional IT support or corporate engineering role.
You'll own and evolve core security controls, design systems and automation that scale with the company, and help make security both stronger and easier to use. You'll partner closely with IT, Infrastructure, GRC, and Detection & Response to improve the security foundations that employees rely on every day.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Harden our identity and access management stack, including Okta and Google Workspace, with phishing-resistant MFA, strong SSO and SCIM lifecycles, and least-privilege access across SaaS.
- Run our endpoint security program across a macOS-first fleet, including MDM, EDR, and configuration baselines, with working coverage for Windows and ChromeOS.
- Secure AI tool usage at the endpoint, including governance of large language models, AI agents, and model context protocol (MCP) integrations; detect and prevent unauthorized or risky AI service access and data exfiltration through AI-enabled tools.
- Reduce SaaS risk at scale through SSPM tooling and custom automation, including detection of risky OAuth grants, excessive permissions, shadow IT, and configuration drift.
- Write code (Python, Terraform) to automate access reviews, onboarding and offboarding, configuration drift detection, and audit evidence collection.
- Partner with Detection & Response to ensure corporate systems produce the telemetry needed to detect identity, endpoint, and SaaS abuse.
- Support SOC 2, ISO 27001, and customer audits as a byproduct of good engineering, not a separate workstream.
- Partner with Detection & Response on investigation and response for corporate security incidents, including phishing, account compromise, lost devices, and BEC.
SKILLS YOU NEED TO BRING:
- Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate security, enterprise security, or IT security engineering at a cloud-native company.
- Have working knowledge of a major identity provider (Okta, Entra, or Google Workspace) and the underlying protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM).
- Have hands-on experience operating endpoint management and detection tooling across macOS and enterprise environments.
- Write production-quality scripts and automation in Python or Bash, and have shipped Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code for security configuration.
- Are familiar with SaaS security risks (OAuth governance, audit logging, SSPM) and the realities of integrating a long tail of vendors.
- Have working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) at the security configuration level.
- Communicate clearly in writing and work effectively across IT, Engineering, Legal, People, and GRC.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience at a fast-growing tech or AI company where the security program had to outpace headcount.
- A background in IT engineering, SRE, or production engineering that transitioned into security engineering.
- Experience building internal security tooling or workflows that improved employee or developer experience.
- Contributions to the security community through open-source tools, blog posts, or conference talks.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Infrastructure organization builds and operates the compute that trains and serves our frontier models. Behind every cluster is a physical supply chain: servers, accelerators, networking equipment, spares, and tooling that have to be received, inspected, secured, tracked, and delivered to the right site at the right time. The Warehousing and Logistics team owns that flow, and this role runs its day-to-day operations in the US.
As Warehouse and Logistics Manager, you'll report to our Global Warehousing and Logistics Lead and own the operational management of all direct and third party logistics providers) of inbound receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting, and outbound shipments to our data center sites and partners. You'll manage the relationships and performance of our third-party warehouses, carriers, and freight forwarders, and you'll be the person on the ground when a shipment is late, a pallet arrives damaged, or a site needs a critical spare tomorrow morning.
This is a hands-on operational role on a small team, so you'll move between running the daily floor rhythm and building the processes, controls, and metrics that let us scale as our hardware footprint grows. You should be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, communicating clearly with engineers and vendors alike, and holding a high bar for accuracy and chain of custody on high-value, security-sensitive equipment.
Key responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations across locations in North America, including receiving, inspection, put-away, storage, cycle counting, kitting, and outbound fulfillment to data center sites for the Anthropic owned warehouse and those run by Anthropic’s partners/ third party logistics providers
Own inventory accuracy and asset tracking for all infrastructure hardware, compute, MEP, spares, and consumables, maintaining clear chain of custody from dock to rack
Plan and execute domestic freight and coordinate international shipments, selecting carriers, managing schedules, and resolving exceptions such as delays, damage, and shortages
Manage third-party logistics providers, carriers, and freight forwarders, including onboarding, service-level tracking, performance reviews, and cost management
Coordinate closely with data center operations, hardware engineering, procurement, and security teams to align delivery schedules with deployment timelines and site readiness
Operate reverse logistics for returns, RMAs, and end-of-life equipment, including secure handling and disposition of storage devices in partnership with security and compliance
Build and document standard operating procedures, checklists, and controls for warehouse and shipping activities, and train warehouse staff and vendors on them
Maintain compliance with safety, hazardous materials, export control, and customs requirements for the equipment we handle
Define and report on operational metrics such as receiving cycle time, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and freight cost, and use them to drive continuous improvement

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Perplexity is seeking an Enablement Specialist to help enterprise customers build the knowledge, confidence, and repeatable practices required to reach value with Perplexity Computer. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical fluency, strong facilitation, and a track record of building onboarding and adoption programs that scale.
About the role
Perplexity Computer enables customers to build AI-powered workflows that navigate tools, interact with applications, and complete multi-step work. Helping organizations adopt this new way of working requires more than a product demonstration or one-time kickoff.
Enablement Specialists design and deliver the programs that move customers from initial access to confident, sustained use. You will create onboarding journeys for different levels of readiness, lead customer workshops and office hours, diagnose adoption barriers, and turn repeated questions into scalable guidance.
This is a customer-facing role that works closely with Customer Success, Applied AI Architects, Product, Marketing, and Support. Customer Success retains ownership of the account, adoption strategy, and expansion strategy; you will own the enablement programs and interventions that help customers and customer success managers become self-sufficient.
What you'll do
- Design customer journeys. Build onboarding and adoption programs for customers and user cohorts with different roles, goals, technical readiness, and levels of AI experience.
- Deliver high-quality enablement. Lead technical kickoffs, workshops, office hours, remote sessions, onsite programs, webinars, and train-the-trainer experiences.
- Make complex concepts accessible. Teach Computer and agentic-workflow concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Guide customers through setup. Help customers understand access, members, permissions, connectors, credits, models, initial workflows, and the practices required to get started.
- Diagnose adoption barriers. Determine whether a customer is blocked by knowledge, readiness, process, configuration, product capability, or technical complexity.
- Route complex needs well. Recognize when a question requires an Applied AI Architect, Customer Success, Support, Product, or Engineering and provide a clear handoff.
- Create scalable assets. Turn repeated onboarding and adoption needs into curricula, customer checklists, implementation guidance, lifecycle communications, videos, examples, and internal enablement.
- Use evidence to increase adoption and consumption. Segment customers by readiness and usage behavior, identify where consumption stalls, deliver targeted interventions, and measure activation, time to first value, repeat usage, sustained credit consumption, and program effectiveness.
- Build the learning loop. Bring customer patterns and feedback back to Applied AI, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support.
What we're looking for
The strongest Enablement Specialists can teach, diagnose, and design for scale. You should be able to run a compelling customer session, understand the technical details behind a blocker, and build a repeatable program rather than solving the same problem one customer at a time.
Must-haves
- 4+ years in technical onboarding, customer enablement, implementation, solutions consulting, customer education, or a technically oriented Customer Success role.
- Proven program-building experience. You have designed and delivered onboarding, training, or adoption programs across live and self-service formats.
- Strong facilitation and communication. You can explain complex product and AI concepts clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Technical fluency. You can guide customers through permissions, connectors, models, credits, workflows, and common integration concepts.
- Strong diagnostic judgment. You can determine whether a customer is blocked by education, readiness, process, configuration, product capability, or technical complexity.
- Data-informed growth mindset. You have used product and usage data to identify adoption gaps, trigger interventions, move customer cohorts toward sustained use, and evaluate impact.
- Cross-functional operating ability. You can work effectively with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Marketing, Support, and technical teams.
- High ownership. You set clear expectations, improve weak processes, and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with AI products, agentic workflows, enterprise SaaS, or other technically complex platforms.
- Experience building technical onboarding or adoption programs for enterprise customers.
- Background in adult learning, instructional design, customer education, or enablement operations.
- Experience using product and usage data to trigger interventions and measure activation, time to value, and sustained engagement.
- Experience developing customer-facing technical content, workshops, or certification programs.

Remain abreast of corporate direction and strategy, product roadmaps, messaging, and emerging trends in the security industry.
Project & Process Management:
Independent Delivery:
Independently manage assigned projects on schedule, escalating risks and dependencies early.
Process Improvement:
Remain abreast of educational frameworks, content development approaches, and technologies that may reduce costs or shorten development timelines.
Other Duties:
May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.
