💡 This role requires deep Google Ads expertise. Please note that this is an absolute requirement. If Google Ads isn't your passion and honed skill, please don't apply!
Hi there, I'm Mehak, interim Head of Marketing at TestGorilla. We’re excited to share more about the Sr. Demand Generation Manager role and our team.
ABOUT TESTGORILLA
At TestGorilla, we’re on a mission to place 1 billion people in their dream jobs. To democratize opportunity, we are building the world’s leading skills-based talent discovery platform - one that replaces reliance on resumes with scientific validation of what people can truly do.
Founded as a 100% remote company in 2020, our global team is united by high standards, a lot of heart, and a relentless drive to conquer new technological frontiers. We are AI-fluent builders who care deeply about replacing bias with fairness.
After empowering thousands of companies to hire smarter and faster, we are now unlocking the next phase of our scale-up journey - where you’ll play an instrumental role in creating a world where skills matter most!
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Sr. Demand Generation Manager, you'll be essential in achieving TestGorilla's vision of helping one billion people land their dream job. You'll own our largest acquisition lever, a multi-six-figure monthly Google Ads investment, along with the lifecycle, enrichment, and website systems that turn that spend into revenue. This isn't just a role, it's your chance to make a real difference by proving, with data, that every dollar of spend becomes pipeline. You'll directly contribute to sustainable, cost-efficient growth as TestGorilla scales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Upholding TestGorilla's behaviors and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture.
- Owning the demand generation number across paid and organic channels, including managing and scaling paid spend across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and adjacent channels, while testing and developing emerging acquisition opportunities such as advertising on ChatGPT and other AI-native platforms. Setting the channel mix, budget allocation, and account structure required to hit MQL, SQO, and pipeline targets.
- Building and owning source-of-truth reporting across paid and organic funnel performance, including SQL, dashboards, attribution modeling, and incrementality testing, so channel investment decisions are backed by evidence rather than platform screenshots.
- Owning the roadmap for paid landing pages, ad creative, and offers, and running rapid A/B tests to lift conversion with proper statistical rigor.
- Designing and owning automated nurture workflows and enrichment infrastructure (n8n, Make, HubSpot, Clay) so paid-sourced leads convert, and feeding that data back into targeting and ICP decisions.
- Partnering with Sales and RevOps on lead quality and conversion by campaign, and presenting performance and recommendations to marketing and GTM leadership in clear, business-first language.
- Staying ahead of advertising platform, AI ecosystem, and privacy changes, and turning successful tests into repeatable, automated systems rather than one-off wins.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We're looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, async-first, remote-only environment.
- Has proven experience in performance or growth marketing, including hands-on ownership of a Google Ads budget of at least six figures per month (B2B SaaS strongly preferred), and a track record of scaling spend while holding or improving CAC and ROAS.
- We typically expect 7+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing to have developed the core skills necessary for this position. But it may be more or less than that, according to your career journey so far.
- Has deep expertise across the Google Ads stack, including Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Smart Bidding, conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager.
- Working knowledge and hands-on expertise of Clay, HubSpot (or a comparable CRM) and GA suite.
- Has a solid grasp of funnel and unit economics (CAC, LTV:CAC, ROAS, payback period, cohort analysis) and comfort with experimentation design, including significance, sample sizing, and reading results honestly.
- Has hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to build real growth workflows, from lead scoring to automation logic, not just surface-level use.
- Has an ownership mentality: treats this budget like their own P&L, ships the workflow, dashboard, and test themselves, and is comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration as pipeline needs shift.
We seek diversity and encourage applications from everyone. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups can be hesitant to apply unless they meet every requirement. If you're interested in this role but your experience doesn't perfectly match the description, please still apply.
BONUS SKILLS
While these skills aren’t a requirement, we’d be very interested to hear from you if you have:
- Experience managing an agency or freelancers alongside in-house execution.
- Exposure to PLG or hybrid PLG/sales-led GTM.
- Experience presenting to VP/C-level stakeholders on performance and budget.
- Experience owning SEO or content-led demand generation programs alongside paid channels.
- Has strong working SQL, fluency in GA4 and at least one BI tool
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
Please note: Some specifics, particularly around leave, may vary depending on your country of residence. This will be discussed during the hiring process.
- Global Team: Join a fully remote, mission-driven team from around the world
- Competitive compensation: Receive a competitive pay (€65,650-€84,500 per annum) + Share Appreciation Rights (SARs)
- Remote & flexible work: Work from almost anywhere*. Enjoy flexible hours and asynchronous work to balance work and life.
* Check out the countries we currently hire from here https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bzBZ38P6zt02s96S9OsF8MnM1tq1JccB-g75gcnKpPw/edit?usp=sharing

- Growth & development: Invest in yourself and your career with a 3.5% L&D budget per year and clear growth opportunities
- Parent/Caregiver support: We provide a caregiver-friendly work environment with paid 8-16 week parental leave and tailored return-to-work approaches
- Work-life balance: Our unlimited and flexible time off policy empowers you to take the time you need to recharge and maintain your well-being

About the Job:
LaunchDarkly is looking for a Senior Developer Advocate based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The developer community is deciding right now what the AI era of software looks like, and much of that conversation happens in person: meetups, demo nights, hackathons, and hallway conversations across the city. You'll own our Bay Area presence: which rooms we're in, how often we're there, and what we do with what we learn. That means being in those rooms consistently, as a genuine participant: building long-term relationships with the practitioners shaping how agentic software gets built, bringing their signal back to LaunchDarkly, and showing them, credibly and only when it's relevant, how runtime control changes what they can ship. It's a role for someone who would be going to these events anyway.
Responsibilities:
Show up consistently
: attend Bay Area developer events several times a week (meetups, demo nights, hackathons, conferences), building real relationships with AI and platform engineers over months, not transactions over days
Listen more than you talk
: bring back structured signal on what practitioners are building, where they're stuck, and how they talk about agents, releases, and runtime control
Demonstrate, don't pitch
: build and show small, credible demos on AgentControl and the LaunchDarkly platform, and hold your own when the technical questions get hard
Add to the conversation
: write event recaps and practitioner-grade content that people in the community actually want to read, rather than broadcasting at them
Earn the right to convene
: over time, organize gatherings around problems developers actually have, not around LaunchDarkly as a brand
Feed the team
: route relationships, signal, and opportunities to the owners who can act on them, with enough context attached to act
What Success Looks Like:
LaunchDarkly has a consistent, welcome presence in the rooms where the AI developer conversation is happening, and you decided which rooms those are
Organizers invite you to speak rather than fielding our pitches, and practitioners seek you out at events
Your recaps get shared by people who weren't in the room, and your content draws an audience without paid distribution
What you bring back changes decisions: a play gets adjusted, positioning gets sharpened, a docs gap gets prioritized because of what you surfaced
You've killed or redesigned at least one part of your own plan based on the evidence, and told us afterward
Over time, you're convening gatherings developers attend for the problems on the agenda, and increasingly because you're the host
Qualifications:
Experience in developer advocacy, community, solutions engineering, customer success, or another customer-facing technical role
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with the ability to attend events in person several times a week, including evenings
Technically credible: you can build and demo real things and hold a deep technical conversation without a script
Already active in, or genuinely drawn to, the AI developer scene
A strong written voice: your recaps make people who weren't in the room feel like they missed something
Bonus if you have:
An existing network in the Bay Area developer community
Experience organizing meetups or developer events
Familiarity with feature management, experimentation, observability, or agent frameworks
Pay:
Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level 4:
Zone 1:
San Francisco/Bay Area or NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle
-
$
152,000 - $210,000
**
Zone 2:
Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago - $
137,000 - $189,000
**
Zone 3:
All other US locations - $
129,000 - $178,000
**
LaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
*Within the United States, our geographic pay zones are defined by counties surrounding major metropolitan areas.
**Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits in addition to salary.
About LaunchDarkly:

The LaunchDarkly platform helps developers innovate on new features faster while protecting them with a safety valve to instantly rewind when things go wrong. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types

The company is founder led, profitable and growing.
Canonical builds the open-source software that runs the world’s clouds, devices and AI, and we hold our managers to a high standard. Our Talent Development team exists to make leaders and managers at Canonical genuinely excellent. We define what great management looks like here, and we bring managers and leaders up to that standard through direct, hands-on work, both from the centre and embedded inside engineering and commercial organisations.
As a Senior Organisational Development Practitioner you are the person who sets the bar for how coaching and organisational development is practised here. You coach leaders to a clear standard of management excellence. You diagnose how a whole organisation is led and drive the plan to raise it. You develop the practitioners working in the field. It is one of the most senior and demanding Talent roles at Canonical: hands-on coaching and organisational-development craft with real leaders, in a company that expects you to be credible in a room of directors and to earn that credibility fast.
You work both from the central team and embedded inside a leader's organisation for periods, turning what you learn in the field back into how we develop leaders and managers across Canonical.
Location: These are remote based positions, available across EMEA and the Americas.
What you deliver
Raising individual leaders
Coaching leaders to visibly raise their game against a clear standard of management excellence.
Landing the hard conversations, because you coach leaders to make them happen.
Turning 360 feedback into real, followed-through commitments, not a report that gets filed.
Lifting organisations and the company
Leaving an organisation you take on visibly better led, off a sharp first-weeks diagnosis and a plan you own and drive.
Contributing to defining and implementing new ways of working across our globally distributed company.
Building the function and its standards
Developing the practitioners in the field so they get visibly better at their craft under your supervision.
Setting the bar for how coaching and organisational development is done at Canonical: owning what exceptional looks like, proving the methods in the field, and holding the practice to them.
Sharpening the management-excellence standard itself across Canonical, by feeding back what you learn in the field.
What we are looking for in you
Deep, hands-on coaching and organisational-development practice with real leaders and teams, not just programme design.
A track record of measurably changing how leaders behave, with specific examples you can talk through.
Credibility: you can walk into a room of directors and be taken seriously.
Effectiveness operating inside someone else's organisation without formal authority.
A clear and honest philosophy of development: you know where coaching helps, and you are candid about where a role or fit decision is the right call.
An exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Sincere personal motivation aligned with our mission.
Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events.
In addition we expect that you will match our values, by being:
Precise, taking care to deliver correctness and clarity.
Reliable, delivering high quality work that builds trust and confidence.
Accessible, collaborating to build products and systems that are usable.
Adroit, blending enthusiasm, knowledge, adaptability, style and character.
Nice-to-have skills
A management-consulting background: comfortable with ambiguity, able to diagnose, propose and move.
Experience coaching across a distributed, fast-moving, technical organisation.
Experience building competency or development frameworks.
Experience designing and running effective workshops or training sessions, in person and online.
Learning-design judgment for development materials. We want the design sense; AI handles the production drafting.
Talent-development experience, valued alongside but secondary to coaching and consulting craft.
What we offer colleagues
We consider geographical location, experience, and performance in shaping compensation worldwide. We revisit compensation annually (and more often for graduates and associates) to ensure we recognise outstanding performance. In addition to base pay, we offer a performance-driven annual bonus. We provide all team members with additional benefits, which reflect our values and ideals. We balance our programs to meet local needs and ensure fairness globally.
Distributed work environment with twice-yearly team sprints in person
Personal learning and development budget of USD 2,000 per year
Annual compensation review
Recognition rewards
Annual holiday leave
Maternity and paternity leave
Employee Assistance Programme
Opportunity to travel to new locations to meet colleagues
Priority Pass, and travel upgrades for long haul company events

About The Opportunity
We are seeking a hands-on
Director of AI Enablement
to identify high-value business problems, deliver AI solutions in real operational environments, and turn proven approaches into reusable enterprise capabilities.
The role combines the business immersion and problem discovery of a
Deployment Strategist
, the technical delivery capability of a
Forward-Deployed Engineer
, and the product judgment required to standardize successful solutions. You will work directly with teams such as Compliance, Legal, Risk, Customer Service, Operations, and GBS, in partnership with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and Infrastructure.
Success is measured by business impact and sustained adoption—not the number of pilots launched.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Find and Prioritize High-Value Problems
Embed with business teams and frontline users to understand their workflows, decisions, data, constraints, and pain points.
Separate root causes from symptoms and determine whether the right answer is process redesign, better data, automation, AI, or a combination of these.
Prioritize opportunities based on business value, user reach, risk, feasibility, time-to-value, and reuse potential.
Translate ambiguous needs into clear problem statements, target outcomes, success metrics, and executable plans.
2. Build and Deliver Solutions
Define the minimum valuable product and rapidly validate it with real users and data.
Personally prototype solutions such as copilots, agents, workflow automations, and internal tools.
For larger or higher-risk initiatives, partner with Engineering and Data teams on architecture, integrations, security, reliability, evaluation, and production readiness.
Own delivery from discovery and prototype through launch, adoption, measurement, iteration, and handover.
3. Drive Adoption and Business Impact
Design solutions with users and adapt workflows based on real operational behavior.
Lead pilots, enablement, training, and change management required for sustained adoption.
Track outcomes such as time saved, cycle-time reduction, quality improvement, risk reduction, cost avoided, and active usage.
Ensure every initiative has a business owner, an adoption plan, and a sustainable operating model.
4. Productize and Scale What Works
Identify recurring workflows, data needs, integrations, and governance requirements across teams.
Convert successful deployments into reusable components, templates, reference architectures, or configurable products.
Decide when a need should remain bespoke, use shared components, or become a standardized product or platform capability.
Build practical playbooks and standards for opportunity assessment, prototyping, evaluation, productionization, and impact measurement.
Feed field learnings into shared Product and Engineering roadmaps, reducing duplicated and one-off solutions.
What We Look For In You
4+ years of experience across product management, technical delivery, solutions engineering, enterprise transformation, consulting, or software/data engineering.
Demonstrated ability to uncover high-value problems through workflow observation, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Hands-on experience building and shipping AI, data, or automation-enabled solutions used in real operational workflows.
Strong product judgment, including prioritization, MVP definition, trade-off decisions, rapid validation, and avoidance of over-engineering.
Sufficient technical depth to prototype independently and work effectively with Engineering on data, integrations, architecture, security, evaluation, and reliability.
Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, agents, tool use, prompt design, evaluation, observability, and human-in-the-loop systems.
Experience turning bespoke business needs into reusable products, shared services, or operating standards.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across frontline users, technical teams, and senior executives.
High ownership and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Nice-To-Haves
Experience in fintech, crypto/blockchain, financial services, or another regulated industry.
Experience working with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Customer Service, Operations, or other non-engineering functions.
Experience with enterprise data platforms, knowledge systems, agent frameworks, workflow orchestration, or MCP-based integrations.
Experience leading an AI enablement function, forward-deployed team, internal product incubator, or multidisciplinary delivery team.
Familiarity with Lark/Feishu and enterprise internal-tooling ecosystems.
Expected Outcomes
Within the first 6–12 months, the successful candidate will be expected to:
Establish a repeatable approach for identifying and prioritizing high-value AI opportunities.
Deliver production use cases with measurable operational impact and sustained adoption.
Create clear ownership and decision paths from prototype to production, scale, handover, or stop.
Turn selected deployments into reusable capabilities adopted by multiple teams.
Build a network of business champions and technical partners capable of scaling AI adoption across the organization.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

Perplexity is an AI-powered answer engine founded in December 2022 and growing rapidly as one of the world's leading AI platforms. Perplexity has raised over $1B in venture investment from some of the world's most visionary and successful leaders, including Elad Gil, Daniel Gross, Jeff Bezos, Accel, IVP, NEA, NVIDIA, Samsung, and many more. Our objective is to build accurate, trustworthy AI that powers decision-making for people and assistive AI wherever decisions are being made.
Throughout human history, change and innovation have always been driven by curious people. Today, curious people use Perplexity to answer more than 780 million queries every month—a number that's growing rapidly for one simple reason: everyone can be curious.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Perplexity is building the AI platform for professional finance: Perplexity Computer, our agentic platform that navigates tools, completes multi-step workflows, and connects to the market data, filings, transcripts, and research that investment professionals already rely on, and our API Platform, which powers search, retrieval, and automation across structured and unstructured financial data.
At the center of this is our Applied AI / Forward Deployed motion: we work closely with buyside firms—hedge funds, private equity, and asset managers—to distill their core investment processes and embed them into bespoke solutions built on our platform. That means sitting with analysts and PMs to understand how they screen, diligence, monitor, and decide, then translating those workflows into custom skills, agents, and connector configurations that run inside their daily process—and feeding what we learn back into the product so it compounds across customers.
As an AI Strategist on our Applied AI team focused on financial services, you are the subject matter expert who makes this real for investment professionals. This is a commercial and sales engineering role: you will own strategic customer engagements end to end—leading discovery, defining what to build, demonstrating frontier capabilities against real investment workflows, and driving deployments from first conversation through production and expansion. You are part customer owner, part product strategist, part sales engineer—fluent in both the language of the deal team and the language of the platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
OWN STRATEGIC FINANCIAL-SERVICES ENGAGEMENTS
- Lead discovery with banks, PE firms, hedge funds, and asset managers: what matters to the investment team, what problems they are solving, and which workflows are worth automating
- Define scope—what is the right thing to build—and own success metrics, pilot design, and commercial structure
- Drive deployment and rollout across front-office teams, with real revenue responsibility alongside Sales
BE THE DEMO AND TECHNICAL PROOF ENGINE
- Build and deliver compelling, workflow-specific demonstrations: screening, comps, diligence, earnings analysis, research synthesis, portfolio monitoring
- Prototype workflows, skills, and connector configurations hands-on in Perplexity Computer and the API Platform to prove value in the customer's own use cases
- Run pilots and evaluations that hold up to scrutiny from skeptical analysts and PMs
BRING DOMAIN JUDGMENT TO THE PRODUCT
- Translate how deal teams, research desks, and portfolio managers actually work into product, connector, and data-partnership priorities
- Assess whether we have the right market data, filings, transcripts, and research integrations to serve each finance sub-vertical—and drive the roadmap where we do not

OPERATE AS THE COMMERCIAL LEAD
- Own senior relationships with investment professionals and technology leaders; move engagements through qualification, scoping, proposal, pricing, legal, and close
- Create urgency, write crisp follow-ups, and know when to push and when to wait
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of direct experience in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, equity research, or institutional asset management—you have built models, written memos, and lived the workflows you will now automate
- 6+ years of total experience spanning finance and some combination of technical GTM, sales engineering, solutions architecture, AI product strategy, or applied AI with customer exposure
- Deep fluency in front-office workflows: screening, comps, diligence, earnings, research synthesis, portfolio construction and monitoring
- Strong intuition for AI products, agents, and workflows, with the ability to understand technical systems without needing every detail pre-digested
- Comfortable working shoulder-to-shoulder with Forward Deployed Engineers and technical teams: scoping builds together, pairing on prototypes, and translating customer requirements into engineering-ready specs
- Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous customer problems into scoped, executable deployment plans with clear success metrics
- Strong commercial instincts and comfort operating with MDs, partners, PMs, CIOs, and CTOs
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write proposals, customer memos, technical scopes, and launch narratives
- High agency and low ego, with the ability to run multiple complex customer workstreams in parallel and make progress before the playbook exists

Perplexity is building the AI platform for professional legal work: Perplexity Computer, our agentic platform that navigates tools, completes multi-step workflows, and connects to the case law, statutes, filings, contracts, and internal documents that legal professionals already rely on, and our API Platform, which powers search, retrieval, and automation across structured and unstructured legal data.
At the center of this is our Applied AI / Forward Deployed motion: we work closely with law firms and in-house legal teams to distill their core legal processes and embed them into bespoke solutions built on our platform. That means sitting with partners, associates, and counsel to understand how they research, review, draft, and advise, then translating those workflows into custom skills, agents, and connector configurations that run inside their daily process—and feeding what we learn back into the product so it compounds across customers.
As an AI Strategist on our Applied AI team focused on the legal vertical, you are the subject matter expert who makes this real for legal professionals. This is a commercial and sales engineering role: you will own strategic customer engagements end to end—leading discovery, defining what to build, demonstrating frontier capabilities against real legal workflows, and driving deployments from first conversation through production and expansion. You are part customer owner, part product strategist, part sales engineer—fluent in both the language of the practice group and the language of the platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
OWN STRATEGIC LEGAL ENGAGEMENTS
- Lead discovery with law firms and in-house legal departments: what matters to the practice, what problems they are solving, and which workflows are worth automating
- Define scope—what is the right thing to build—and own success metrics, pilot design, and commercial structure
- Drive deployment and rollout across practice groups and legal departments, with real revenue responsibility alongside Sales
BE THE DEMO AND TECHNICAL PROOF ENGINE
- Build and deliver compelling, workflow-specific demonstrations: legal research, contract review and analysis, due diligence, drafting, deposition and discovery summarization, regulatory monitoring
- Prototype workflows, skills, and connector configurations hands-on in Perplexity Computer and the API Platform to prove value in the customer's own use cases
- Run pilots and evaluations that hold up to scrutiny from skeptical partners and general counsel
BRING DOMAIN JUDGMENT TO THE PRODUCT
- Translate how practice groups, legal departments, and legal ops teams actually work into product, connector, and data-partnership priorities
- Assess whether we have the right research, contract, docket, and document-management integrations to serve each legal segment—and drive the roadmap where we do not
- Codify repeatable engagement patterns: discovery templates, practice-specific reference workflows, demo libraries, and deployment playbooks
OPERATE AS THE COMMERCIAL LEAD
- Own senior relationships with partners, general counsel, and legal-innovation leaders; move engagements through qualification, scoping, proposal, pricing, legal, and close
- Create urgency, write crisp follow-ups, and know when to push and when to wait
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of direct experience practicing law at a leading firm or in-house—litigation, transactional, or regulatory—or in legal ops / legal innovation with deep workflow exposure; you have run diligence, drafted and negotiated agreements, and lived the workflows you will now automate
- 5+ years of total experience spanning legal and some combination of technical GTM, sales engineering, solutions architecture, AI product strategy, or applied AI with customer exposure
- Deep fluency in legal workflows: research, contract review, diligence, drafting, discovery, regulatory analysis, and matter management
- Strong intuition for AI products, agents, and workflows, with the ability to understand technical systems without needing every detail pre-digested
- Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous customer problems into scoped, executable deployment plans with clear success metrics
- Strong commercial instincts and comfort operating with partners, general counsel, CIOs, and heads of innovation
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write proposals, customer memos, technical scopes, and launch narratives
- High agency and low ego, with the ability to run multiple complex customer workstreams in parallel and make progress before the playbook exists
NICE-TO-HAVES
- JD and bar admission
- Hands-on experience building with agentic systems, tool-use workflows, MCP, or LLM APIs
- Working knowledge of legal technology platforms: Westlaw, LexisNexis, iManage, NetDocuments, Relativity, Ironclad, or similar
- Experience selling or deploying technology into law firms or regulated enterprises, including outside-counsel guidelines, privilege, and security review
- Founder or early-startup operating experience
- Strong network across AmLaw 100 firms and Fortune 500 legal departments

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Enterprise AI Products team builds what makes Claude a daily-use tool for enterprise customers across industries. We focus on organizational context and workflows (plugins, skills, connectors, webhook-triggered processes / agents). In other words, we focus on products that form the connective tissue that lets Claude operate across an organization. A big part of this work is understanding what's blocking adoption and building the capabilities that close those gaps. Much of this is being built 0→1 right now: you'll be shaping the product and the architecture in a market where no one has done this well yet.
You'll be a technical leader who thinks holistically about the end-to-end customer experience, partners directly with research to push model capabilities into production, and carries real ownership over what we ship next.
What you'll do
Own technical design and delivery for enterprise-facing core products, end-to-end across the stack
Partner with product, design, and go-to-market to turn enterprise customer workflows into shipped product, not just execute against a spec
Set technical direction and standards for your team: architecture, code quality, and how the team builds
Work directly with enterprise customers and sales during key conversations, translating what you learn into engineering priorities
Work closely with research to make the models better in your domain: shaping evals, surfacing failure modes, and feeding customer learnings back into model development
Mentor other engineers and raise the technical bar across the team, working with influence rather than authority
Build multi-player, asynchronous agents: department-level processes that are goal-oriented, many-step, and triggered by a webhook, a form, or an email rather than a person typing
You may be a good fit if you
Have 8+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with 2+ years at a Staff or equivalent technical leadership level
Have led the design and delivery of complex enterprise or B2B products across the full stack
Have built AI products and know what it takes to turn model capabilities into applications people actually use
Are comfortable working directly with enterprise customers and translating what you learn into technical decisions
Have built products from 0 to 1 in fast-moving environments, and can set technical direction with limited precedent to lean on
Drive cross-team alignment to ship impactful work, with influence over authority
Strong candidates may also have
Experience working with research to improve domain-specific model capabilities, including evaluation frameworks
Experience building extensibility surfaces (plugins, integrations, agent tooling) that third parties or internal teams build on
Exposure to both product-led growth and direct enterprise sales
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About us
At
Praktika.ai
, we're on a mission to deliver efficient and engaging learning experiences for billions of students worldwide by bridging the gap between learning apps and human tutors. We've done this by building a fully automated language tutoring experience powered by generative AI avatars.
After raising $30 million in Series A funding, we're growing and looking for a Creative Strategist to join us. We're a small, global team pushing the boundaries of what's possible in language learning. We like independent self-starters who work well in a team and on their own, and who enjoy the pace of an early-stage startup.
About the role
You'll join our creative team, reporting directly to our Creative Manager. This is a strategist and producer role. You'll own our paid creative from first idea to live test: what we make, how good it is, and making sure every piece gets shipped and tested. You'll run all production across UGC, AI video and statics, and work closely with UA and media buyers to learn from the results.
This is a performance role first, not a design role. You'll be judged on what the creative does in-market, not on how it looks. You don't need to be a media buyer, but you do need to understand UA well enough to make creative decisions from the numbers.
What you'll do
Ideas and strategy
Own the creative ideas behind our paid campaigns across web, web-to-app and app (iOS and Android) on Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Search Ads, AppLovin and Snapchat
Turn performance data, competitor ads and audience research into the next round of concepts
Test hooks, angles and formats, each with a clear hypothesis, and feed the results back into briefs
Production and quality
Own all creative production: UGC, AI video and statics
Write briefs for designers and UGC creators that spell out the angle, audience, references, models, tools and specs, so nobody has to come back with questions
Specify the right AI model for each shot. Different models win at different things, and you'll know which one to call for.
Hold the quality bar and keep the brand consistent across everything that ships
Full cycle, brief to test
Take every creative from brief through production to a live test
Work with UA and media buyers on test structure and on what to scale or kill
Read the results across the full funnel (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPM, CVR, CPA, ROAS) and know which metric is misleading you on a given creative
Making it faster
Build automated processes, prompt libraries, templates and batch pipelines that increase output and cut repetitive work
Keep up with new models and bring the good ones into the workflow
Document the processes so the team can run them
What we're looking for
2+ years in creative strategy for paid acquisition, ideally as a creative manager, creative lead or creative strategist working alongside a performance or UA team
Strong creative judgement: you come up with the ideas and hold a high quality bar
You've owned creative production end to end, including directing designers, editors and UGC creators
You've owned creative against a CPA or ROAS target and can walk us through specific numbers
Solid UA knowledge: account structure, testing frameworks, learning phase, creative fatigue, how the algorithm allocates spend, and why a creative with great upper-funnel metrics can still be the worst in the account
You understand how channels differ: web vs web-to-app vs app install, iOS vs Android, and Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Search Ads, AppLovin and Snapchat. You know why the same creative can win on one and lose on another, and how ATT and iOS attribution change what you can read from the numbers.
Comfortable in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
AI-native. You know the current video, image and voice models and what each is good at:
Video: Veo, Kling, Seedance, Sora, Runway, Wan and Hailuo
Image: Nano Banana, Midjourney and Flux
Voice: ElevenLabs
You can explain why you'd pick one over another for lip-sync, character consistency, product close-ups, motion or cost per second.
Hands-on with agentic AI tools like Claude, Codex, Cursor or Antigravity. You use them to build automations and small scripts, not just to chat.
A portfolio of ad work you briefed or directed at volume, with results attached. When you apply, include at least two ads with the platform, spend, hook rate, CTR and CPA for each. We won't review applications without numbers.
It would be great if you have
Scripting or automation experience (APIs, batch pipelines, no-code tools)
Experience at a subscription app or in edtech
A film or production background
Why join Praktika
We expect dedication and hard work, and we reward it. Our compensation reflects the effort and results you bring.
Top-tier salary
Equity that grows with your impact through stock options
26 days' holiday plus bank holidays (34 days a year)
Yearly offsites (recent ones were in Istanbul and Morocco)
Health and wellness benefits through SafetyWing
A full AI toolkit, including Claude, Cursor and Codex
An annual learning budget of up to $1,000
Interview process
Application review (with the numbers above)
Intro call with our Talent team
Portfolio deep dive with our Creative Manager
Practical task
Final interview with our CEO
We'll give you feedback throughout the process.

Anthropic's Safeguards team builds the systems that detect and mitigate misuse of our AI models, from individual policy violations to sophisticated, coordinated attacks. A growing part of that work depends on lightweight detection methods trained on model internals, which let us identify harmful behavior cheaply and at scale. This work feeds directly into Anthropic's Responsible Scaling Policy commitments.
We're looking for an engineer to own the infrastructure behind that research. This is the tooling our researchers rely on to run experiments, train detection methods, and select detections for launch. It sits between research and production: researchers depend on it for fast iteration, and our detection systems depend on it for reliable, correct results as our models continue to change.
Running machine learning workloads at our scale often requires solving novel systems problems. You'll identify those problems and build the abstractions, pipelines, and tooling that keep the research loop fast as requirements shift underneath you. Strong candidates will have a track record of solving large-scale systems and data problems and will be excited to grow deep machine learning expertise alongside it.
Key responsibilities
Build and scale the infrastructure and data pipelines behind Safeguards machine learning research
Own the training, evaluation, and scoring workflows researchers use, with a focus on cutting the time between an idea and a result
Design tooling and interfaces, including libraries and command line tools, that researchers can use directly without needing to understand the systems underneath
Build correctness and sanity checking into the stack, so results stay trustworthy as models and workloads evolve
Take the highest-value research workflows from experiments to reliable, production-grade jobs
Improve the throughput, cost, and reliability of large-scale inference and scoring workloads
Partner closely with researchers and engineers across Safeguards to understand their workflows, anticipate how their needs will change, and design for that ahead of time
Minimum qualifications
Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on coding ability, with proficiency in Python
Experience building and operating data-intensive or distributed systems in production

About the Company
CertiK leads blockchain security by securing smart contracts and blockchains with cutting-edge Formal Verification technology. Founded by Computer Science professors of Yale University and Columbia University, CertiK has audited and secured over $500B in assets, including many of the world’s top blockchain projects.
About This Role
Singapore is where the institutional future of digital assets is being built.
As Business Development Manager for Singapore, you drive the commercial relationship with the institutions that need it — exchanges and DPT licensees, banks and financial institutions moving into tokenisation, protocols and Web3 native teams, and the funds and infrastructure providers around them. You will run the full cycle: build the pipeline, get in front of decision-makers, understand their security and compliance problem, and close.
You will work alongside a capital markets and policy team and a technical organisation whose auditors, forensics, and on-chain surveillance work sets the benchmark for the industry.
About You
You are a builder of relationships and a closer of deals, and you are comfortable doing both in a market where the buyer is sophisticated and the sale is technical. You can hold a conversation with a CTO about smart contract risk and, an hour later, hold one with a Chief Compliance Officer about transaction monitoring and licensing obligations — and be taken seriously in both. You are self-directed about pipeline: you find the opportunity rather than waiting for it to be routed to you.
Critically, you understand that in this market a regulatory shift is a commercial event, and you know how to move first when one lands.
Responsibilities
Pipeline generation
and prospecting.
Build and own the Singapore pipeline through outbound, inbound qualification, referrals, ecosystem relationships, and event presence — identifying and prioritising the accounts that matter across exchanges, financial institutions, VASPs, protocols, and infrastructure providers.
Full-cycle deal execution.
Run opportunities end to end: discovery, scoping with technical teams, proposal and commercial structuring, negotiation, and close.
Solution positioning.
Develop the depth to position CertiK’s portfolio credibly — audits and formal verification, penetration testing, on-chain surveillance and AML/compliance tooling, and incident response — and to map them to a specific client’s risk, regulatory, and commercial pressures.
Account management
and expansion.
Own relationships post-sale, drive renewals and expansion, and act as the client’s primary commercial point of contact.
Partnerships
and ecosystem.
Develop channel and referral relationships with law firms, consultancies, custodians, infrastructure providers, and industry associations that extend CertiK’s reach into the market.
Market intelligence
and feedback.
Track the competitive and pricing landscape, capture what you learn in the field, and feed it back into pricing, product, and go-to-market decisions.
Cross-functional coordination.
Work with policy, product, engineering, and marketing to build the proposals, materials, and campaigns that win business — and with the regional leadership team on territory strategy and forecasting.
Reporting
and CRM discipline.
Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and activity records; report against clear quarterly targets.
Ad hoc requests
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of B2B business development, enterprise sales, or account management experience, with a demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Prior experience at a Web3 security, blockchain analytics, RegTech, or cybersecurity vendor is a plus.
Solid working knowledge of smart contract security, on-chain analytics, AML/CFT, or virtual asset compliance concepts. Understanding of the digital asset and blockchain landscape, and of the security and compliance problems institutions in this market face.
Established network in the Singapore or wider Southeast Asian digital asset, fintech, or financial services ecosystem.
Excellent written and verbal English, and the ability to present with confidence to senior and technical audiences. Proficiency in another Asian language is a plus.
Strong commercial instincts.
Highly organized, self-directed, and able to run multiple opportunities and deadlines with limited supervision. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
Existing right to work in Singapore, or eligibility to obtain one.
Location: Hybrid - San Francisco, New York City, Austin
About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We're hiring a Head of Professional Services to build and lead Vercel's global professional services organization, composed of our Technical Account Management (TAM) and Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) functions. These functions embed directly with our most strategic customers to design, build, and ship production applications on Vercel using Vercel's core platform, Next.js and our agent stack, taking projects from first prototype through production rollout. You will define how this function operates: the engagement model, the delivery methodology, the commercial structure, and the team itself.
You will report directly to our Global Head of Field Engineering, and partner closely with GTM and Product Leadership to run a business function that turns our largest customers' complex implementations into production deployments, drives adoption and expansion, and feeds what you learn in the field back into our product roadmap.
This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco, Austin or New York, with 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday) required in office.
What you'll do
Define the engagement model: how engagements are scoped, staffed, sequenced, and measured, and which accounts qualify for embedded support.
Own delivery excellence for strategic customer engagements, from discovery and technical scoping through production deployment and stabilization.
Establish the commercial model for professional services, including packaging, pricing, capacity planning, and resource allocation across competing customer priorities.
Stay hands-on where it matters: architecture reviews, system design, and unblocking critical engagements alongside your team.
Codify field learnings into repeatable playbooks, reference architectures, and delivery patterns that scale beyond individual engagements
What you need
10+ years in software engineering, forward deployed engineering, or technical consulting roles, with at least 5 years leading customer-facing engineering or delivery teams in a high-growth environment.
Experience building a team, function, or service line from zero, including hiring, methodology, and operating model.
Strong background in modern web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, cloud infrastructure) with the ability to review code and whiteboard architectures credibly.
Experience building or deploying LLM-powered applications and an understanding of how model behavior shapes product decisions.
Commercial acumen: you have scoped, priced, and delivered technical engagements for enterprise customers and understand utilization, margin, and capacity tradeoffs
Bonus if you
Have built with Vercel, Next.js, AI SDK, or v0.
Have led forward deployed or embedded engineering teams at an AI-native or developer platform company.
Have owned a professional services P&L or defined services pricing and packaging from scratch.
Are comfortable representing the function externally at conferences, customer executive briefings, or large-scale events.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $300,000 - $370,000 plus annual bonus. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

About Provectus
Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, working at the frontier of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes — through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide.
Our work centers on two verticals — Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences — where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture.
Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Blueprint engagements.
Where this role sits
You will work in a small, senior pod alongside an FDE and an FDX,
Forward Deployed Executives (FDX)
own the commercial relationship and the business outcome. Works alongside the client's leadership or C-suite level to move the client's KPIs.
Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE)
embed with a client, map the client workflow, identify the business problem underneath it, design and build a working AI solution, present to the client, and transfer the knowledge to the client's team. Owns technical direction of the whole solution.
Senior AI Engineer.
When an FDE comes back from the client with the business problem, you will help turn that into an agentic system that runs in production and will be responsible for evaluation, observability, and guardrails. You'll have real ownership of components and of the technical decisions inside them.
Requirements:
Mindset
Proactive and self-directed;
you push for clarity rather than waiting for a ticket
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership.
B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams.
Technical depth
5+ years in software or ML engineering, with production systems you were accountable for
.
Solid AI/ML foundations. You understand what the models do well enough to reason about failure modes.
Shipped to production LLM applications and agentic workflows — not demos, not POCs, not notebooks.
Agentic orchestration: multi-step workflows, graph-based orchestration, tool use, state management, and recovery from partial failure
Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI) and agent frameworks.
Experience building and optimizing RAG systems in production.
Strong engineering fundamentals. Full-stack mindset, comfortable across AI, backend development, and cloud infrastructure. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Dropped into an unfamiliar codebase, you're productive.
Hands-on AWS in production: Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR, or similar. GCP or Azure is a plus.
Cloud-native delivery: containers, ECS or Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD applied to AI pipelines.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured, how you produced ground truth, and what gated a release.
Model and agent monitoring, drift detection.
Cost and latency discipline: model tiering, caching, and the ability to say what a workload costs to run before it runs.
Hands-on production experience with the Claude ecosystem — Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files. Spec-driven development — writing the intent, constraints, and acceptance criteria before you let an agent build — is a strong plus.
MCP: you can say why an agent would prefer it to a REST integration. Having authored a server is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Work in a pair with an FDE and an FDX.
Build and ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment (cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions).
Build and optimize RAG systems for production use cases
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature.
Write production code across the stack — AI, backend services, data pipelines. We choose tools to fit the customer.
Integrate AI components into backend services and RESTful APIs
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP or Azure where the customer requires it): containerised, CI/CD. Implement LLMOps and AgentOps practices: agent tracing, prompt and version management, cost and latency monitoring, regression testing, drift detection
Start from the blueprint, contribute to enablement and handover: clear documentation, runbooks, and pairing with the client engineers who will inherit the system. Feed reusable components and lessons back into the Provectus Blueprints
Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions
Conduct model evaluation, improve failure modes you find, optimize model performance, efficiency, and reliability
Mentor junior and mid-level AI engineers, conduct code reviews and share knowledge across the team through documentation, presentations, and workshops.
Nice to Have:
Experience in one of the industries: financial services, insurance, healthcare.
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery.

Career growth; we actively develop our engineers
Access to the latest AI tools and premium subscriptions
Long-term B2B collaboration
Private medical insurance or a budget for your medical needs
Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays
Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work
How we hire:
Intro conversation. The role, your background and aspirations, tech questions.
Technical interview with live engineering sessions. Real problems, your own editor, you may use an LLM assistant
HR Interview. Soft skills and expectations
HM interview. Tech questions; a live engine
