THE TEAM
The People Team at Chainalysis is dedicated to enabling growth, building an inclusive environment, and providing the support that helps our employees do the best work of their careers. Chainalysis is at a defining moment, transforming from a product-based company to an intelligence platform AI native company. The People Team plays a critical role in ensuring our organization evolves as fast as our technology.
Our Go-To-Market organization, spanning Sales, Sales Engineering (Solution Architects), Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations, is the engine driving that momentum. As we scale, our GTM teams need an HR Business Partner who operates with the same speed, intensity, and bias for action that defines the business itself.
THE ROLE
As Director, HR Business Partner, Go-To-Market, you will be the strategic people partner embedded directly within our GTM leadership team. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role at the Director level. You will not manage a team, but you will be expected to operate with the authority, judgment, and executive presence of a senior leader. You will own the full scope of people strategy for GTM end-to-end: from organizational design and talent planning to performance management, employee relations, and change management. You are the single point of accountability for translating business priorities into people initiatives that accelerate revenue growth.
A trusted, high-impact partnership with the COO will be critical to success in this role, one in which the HR Business Partner’s voice is heard, ideas are valued, and creative thinking shapes consequential people and business decisions. You are essential to GTM success. With a significant body of work ahead, this is not a role for the faint of heart; it requires the imagination, resourcefulness, resilience, and influence to turn ambitious priorities into meaningful results.
Their role demands an execution-oriented leader, someone who doesn't wait for direction, moves fast, takes risks, is willing to make mistakes, drives outcomes with urgency, and brings a relentless focus on getting things done. You thrive in high-growth, high-change environments and are energized by the pace and complexity of a scaling GTM organization. You are equally comfortable coaching a CRO or COO through a sensitive org restructure as you are rolling up your sleeves to build a new compensation framework or run a talent calibration session from scratch. Your opinion matters, have one.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL:
DRIVE GTM PEOPLE STRATEGY WITH SPEED AND PRECISION
- Own and execute the end-to-end people strategy for the Go-To-Market organization, directly partnering with the COO, CRO, and CCO to align talent priorities with revenue targets.
- Lead organizational design efforts to ensure the GTM structure scales efficiently, proactively identifying gaps, redundancies, and opportunities to optimize team composition as the business evolves.
- Develop and execute workforce planning strategies that anticipate hiring needs, succession gaps, and capability builds across Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
- Operate as a true business partner, not a support function. Bring data, recommendations, and a point of view to every leadership conversation, and hold leaders accountable to people's commitments.
OWN TALENT MANAGEMENT AND PERFORMANCE EXECUTION
- Drive and build a rigorous, outcomes-based performance management culture across GTM, ensuring that high performers are recognized and rewarded, and that underperformance is addressed swiftly and directly.
- Lead talent review and calibration processes for GTM, partnering with leaders to build robust succession plans for critical revenue-facing roles.
- Design and implement GTM-specific retention strategies, with a focus on high-impact sellers, technical sales talent, and customer-facing leaders in competitive talent markets.
- Coach and advise GTM managers at all levels on leadership development, team effectiveness, and building high-performing sales and customer success cultures.
EXECUTE ON COMPENSATION, INCENTIVES, AND GTM-SPECIFIC PROGRAMS
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Total Rewards to design and refine GTM compensation structures, including variable pay, sales incentive plans, SPIFs, and quota-setting frameworks that drive the right behaviors and outcomes.
- Analyze compensation competitiveness within the sales and GTM talent market, making proactive recommendations to attract and retain top revenue talent.
- Lead GTM-specific people programs including onboarding for revenue hires, ramp-time optimization, sales enablement alignment, and GTM-wide engagement initiatives, with a bias toward measurable impact.
LEAD CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS WITH CONVICTION
- Drive change management initiatives across GTM with urgency and clarity: territory realignments, org restructures, RIF planning, and M&A integration for acquired sales and customer teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters within GTM, handling complex and sensitive situations with sound judgment, speed, and discretion.
- Navigate ambiguity with confidence. In a fast-moving GTM environment, you make decisions with imperfect information, course-correct quickly, and never let process slow down progress.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while maintaining a pragmatic, business-first approach to risk.
BUILD DEEP PARTNERSHIPS ACROSS THE BUSINESS
- Forge strong, trust-based relationships with the COO, CRO, CCO, and broader GTM executives. Become the go-to advisor on all things people, from strategic org decisions to day-to-day people challenges.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition to drive aggressive hiring plans, ensuring the right talent pipeline for quota-carrying and customer-facing roles.
- Partner with People Operations, Total Rewards, L&D, and HRIS teams to ensure GTM-specific needs are reflected in company-wide programs and systems.
- Bring a "one team" mindset. While your focus is GTM, you operate as part of the broader People team and contribute to enterprise-wide HR initiatives and best practices.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE:
- 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, with at least 5 years supporting Go-To-Market, Sales, or Revenue organizations in high-growth B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a Director-level individual contributor. You bring executive-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution in equal measure without needing a team behind you.
- A track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments. You've built and iterated on people strategies while the business was scaling rapidly around you.
- Deep expertise in GTM talent dynamics: sales compensation design, quota-based performance management, territory planning, and retention strategies for revenue-critical roles.
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders (VP and C-level) with data-driven recommendations and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Strong employee relations experience with a demonstrated ability to handle complex, high-stakes situations with speed, good judgment, and confidentiality.
- Exceptional communication skills. You are direct, clear, and persuasive, whether you're coaching a first-time manager or presenting an org design proposal to the executive team.
- An aggressive, action-oriented disposition. You are known for driving results, holding a high bar, and refusing to let inertia or ambiguity slow you down.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in blockchain, fintech, cybersecurity, or regulated technology industries.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday), people analytics tools, and modern HR tech stacks.
- Experience supporting globally distributed GTM teams across multiple regions and time zones.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis
Chainalysis is the blockchain data platform, making it easy to connect the movement of digital assets to real-world services. ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a platform engineer to join our Compute team. This team owns the critical systems that power project provisioning, scaling, and the compute that our users rely on every day.
You’ll work on the core platform that ensures Supabase can seamlessly scale
across multiple regions, handle high-volume workloads, and provide
low-latency, highly available compute services.
You'll design, build, and operate systems that are both robust and highly
automated — enabling us to provision new projects reliably at scale,
optimize resource utilization, and deliver a seamless experience to the
millions of databases which we manage.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Help build and maintain the Supabase Cloud offering;
- Design and implement systems to provision, scale, and manage the multi-region compute workloads powering Supabase projects;
- Own the full lifecycle of compute orchestration: project creation, warm pools, autoscaling, resizing, and resource optimization;
- Improve automation and observability across the compute stack to ensure high availability and performance;
- Improve our system architecture to reduce costs while balancing security, reliability, and performance;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to help leverage compute as a core platform offering;
- Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and post-incident reviews;
- Resolve escalated support issues, while also identifying and resolving systemic issues across the platform.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
- Have strong software engineering skills (Go and Typescript required);
- Experience building and operating cloud infrastructure or distributed systems at scale;
- Have 5+ years experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS required, additional experience with GCP and Azure is a plus) - particularly compute, networking, and storage services;
- Have 3+ years experience working with building custom Kubernetes controllers, and operating large-scale (tens-to-hundreds of thousands of pods) clusters;
- Are knowledgable about networking and multi-region infrastructure design;
- Are familiar with Postgres;
- Have experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Pulumi highly preferred, Terraform/CDK etc acceptable)
- Have experience working with QEMU, KVM, and NAS is a plus;
- Have experience with being part of on-call rotations for large production system;
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites

- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM

- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
About the role
We're hiring a Chief of Staff to keep Cohere's AI organization running at full speed. You'll report to and support the Chief AI Officer and work to bridge across all teams and functions at Cohere (including research, modelling, product, delivery, security, sales and operations). In any given quarter, the org ships new AI product demos and releases, customer pilots and scaled solutions, security updates, often across regions and time zones. Your job is to make sure the right work priorities win when everything feels urgent, that our plans turn into high-quality shipped work, and that our Chief AI Officer can focus on leading instead of firefighting.
Much of this is operational: the planning calendar, the budget, the headcount plan, the weekly business reviews, the communication strategy (internal and external), the cross-functional handoffs. Your role is the operating rhythm of the org: meetings, priorities, plans, and the decisions that come out of them. You will be a member of an experienced, high-performing and supportive leadership team.
What you'll own
Own the operating rhythm and planning: annual and quarterly planning, goal-setting, and the weekly and monthly business reviews. Drive budget and headcount planning against the slate, and keep both honest as priorities shift mid-quarter.
Keep major programs from colliding or stalling across research, modelling, product, delivery, and security. Be the person teams come to when it isn't clear who owns a decision, or how to navigate trade-offs.
Be the connective tissue between the Chief AI Officer’s org and the rest of the company: cross-functional planning with product, engineering, security, and finance, so the org's commitments are realistic and its dependencies are visible.
Own and lead special projects: Lead the things that don't fit neatly on any one team's plate: a reorg, a new partnership, a flagship research event, an org-wide planning week. Own them end to end.
Who you are
You have 12+ years of operating experience, with real time inside an AI/ML organization in a Chief of Staff, business operations, or senior program-operations seat. You know how to partner with teams shipping fast & often to high-stakes organizations, and you know how to change course with agility when needed.
You understand how AI actually works—at the level of someone who's done it rather than managed it from a distance. You can talk credibly about how a model turns into a product, what data requirements demand from both research and engineering, and where delivery motions usually break. You're fluent in the numbers. Model performance metrics, data pipeline throughput, budget-to-impact. You don't have to run every program yourself. You do have to understand them well enough that the people who run them respect your judgment.
You hold strategy and execution in the same hand. You can sit in a planning conversation with the Chief AI Officer in the morning and chase down a stuck deliverable in the afternoon.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, you handle ambiguity with curiosity and confidence, you stay calm when it's messy. You have a track record of bringing order to a fast, complex org without grinding it to a halt.
You are an outstanding communicator and know how to wield soft power. Clear writing, straight talk, the ability to influence teams and individuals, and the executive presence to represent the Chief AI Officer in high-stakes conversations.

The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 YOUR MAIN GOAL WILL BE TO BUILD AND OPERATE N8N’S SHARED CONTEXT INFRASTRUCTURE — OUR “COMPANY BRAIN” — SO BOTH PEOPLE AND AI AGENTS CAN RELIABLY ACCESS ACCURATE, WELL-STRUCTURED, AND APPROPRIATELY GOVERNED KNOWLEDGE ACROSS THE COMPANY.
To make that happen, you’ll shape how our knowledge is structured, contributed, accessed, and maintained as we build the context layer powering n8n’s agentic future:
DESIGN OUR INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
- Define the taxonomy, structure, contributor guidelines, and templates that turn fragmented company knowledge into reliable, reusable context.
- Establish standards that make knowledge easy to navigate, maintain, and use without creating duplication or another layer of content sprawl.
- Evolve these standards as our functions, knowledge sources, and agentic use cases grow.
ONBOARD & ENABLE TEAMS
- Onboard functions to the company brain and train designated champions to structure and maintain their own knowledge over time.
- Give non-technical contributors the guidance, templates, and support they need to contribute high-quality context independently.
- Partner with the Internal AI Enablement Lead to develop a shared network of champions who help scale strong knowledge practices across n8n.
OPERATE OUR CONTEXT PLATFORM
- Configure and operate ingestion from qualitative sources such as Slack, Gong, Drive, and Notion using our context platform’s tooling.
- Own day-to-day platform configuration and basic troubleshooting, escalating genuine engineering challenges to our Automation team or vendor when needed.
- Partner with IT, Security, and Legal to define requirements for how people and AI agents access sensitive company knowledge.
BUILD FOR LONG-TERM TRUST & REUSE
- Keep content structures, contributor guidelines, and knowledge freshness current as n8n and the platform evolve.
- Work with functions to ensure the company brain becomes a trusted source of context rather than another parallel knowledge repository.
- Provide product feedback to our context platform vendor and anticipate shared context patterns and capabilities that future agents will need.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🗂️ Information architecture: You have proven experience designing structured content or knowledge programs at scale, including taxonomies, style guides, contributor guidelines, templates, or information architecture.
- 🧠 Knowledge systems experience: You’ve worked hands-on with knowledge or context systems and understand what it takes to turn fragmented qualitative information into something others can reliably use.
- ⚙️ SaaS platform fluency: You’re comfortable configuring and operating SaaS knowledge or context platforms, working with APIs and integrations, and independently troubleshooting basic issues.
- 🎓 Stakeholder enablement: You have a track record of training non-technical stakeholders and enabling them to confidently maintain high-quality content themselves over the long term.
- 🔐 Governance collaboration: You’re comfortable partnering with IT, Security, and Legal on access requirements and compliance-sensitive data flows without needing to own the underlying technical architecture.
- ✍️ Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can set a clear quality bar for how company knowledge is structured, documented, and shared.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🤖 Context platforms: You’re familiar with Qontext.ai http://Qontext.ai or a comparable agent-context platform.
- 🔌 MCP: You have experience with or a strong understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- 🏷️ Knowledge governance: You have a background in knowledge management, metadata, or data governance.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how an entire company’s knowledge becomes usable — not only by people, but by the AI agents increasingly working alongside them. You’ll build a capability we don’t have today and help establish the context layer that future agentic initiatives across n8n will depend on.
You’ll have real ownership over how company knowledge is structured, governed, and maintained, while working closely with teams across IT, Security, Legal, Data, and AI & Automation. You’ll also have the support of a strong technical team and vendor partner, so your focus can stay on creating a trusted, scalable knowledge system rather than building every piece of infrastructure from scratch.
As n8n grows, you’ll help turn fragmented knowledge into a shared company brain that teams can contribute to confidently and agents can depend on reliably.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?

We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 YOUR MAIN GOAL WILL BE TO TURN N8N’S INTERNAL AI AND AUTOMATION CAPABILITIES INTO SOMETHING EVERY FUNCTION CAN CONFIDENTLY USE, BUILD WITH, AND LEARN FROM.
To make that happen, you’ll create the programs, experiences, and foundations that help teams across n8n build their AI and automation fluency:
DRIVE HANDS-ON ENABLEMENT
- Run weekly, role-specific workshops, prioritizing less-technical functions such as Legal and Customer Support.
- Lead hands-on sessions where you build live alongside teams, helping them turn real workflows and challenges into working automations.
- Run Build Along Office Hours and Bounty Hunts that give teams regular opportunities to learn, experiment, and solve problems together.
- Help teams identify useful automation opportunities, understand the process they are changing, and decide when to reuse an existing solution, build themselves, or involve the Automation team.
OWN DOGFOODING & EXPERIMENTATION
- Own our monthly Dogfooding Day end-to-end, from planning and coordination through execution and follow-up.
- Design and run hackathons and other experimentation initiatives that encourage teams to explore new ways of working with AI and automation.
- Turn learnings and outputs from these initiatives into reusable assets that help other teams move faster.
SCALE AI FLUENCY & COMMUNITY
- Own periodic AI fluency survey cycles alongside the People team and help calibrate what fluency means across different functions.
- Build visibility around internal wins and reusable solutions so teams can learn from what others have already created.
- Identify and support champions across functions, informally leading the emerging Guild and helping automation knowledge spread across the company.
ENABLE SAFE, REUSABLE AUTOMATION
- Act as product owner for our internal “safe playground,” partnering with IT, Security, Data, and Solutions Engineering on access, credentials, environments, and requirements.
- Turn outputs from workshops and office hours into reusable templates and resources that teams can easily discover and adopt.
- Actively help teams reuse existing solutions rather than reinventing them, making automation more accessible and scalable across n8n.
- Check whether the things built are still in use four weeks later; provide evidence that teams reuse existing assets and can make routine changes without handing everything back to the Automation team.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🛠️ Practitioner-level n8n fluency: You’ve built real, meaningful automations in n8n and are comfortable building live alongside others.
- 🎓 Technical enablement experience: You’ve run structured, recurring enablement programs such as workshops, office hours, or build-alongs.
- 🤝 Non-technical audience expertise: You have a strong track record of helping non-technical teams understand, adopt, and confidently use technical tools.
- 🏗️ Cross-functional ownership: You’re comfortable partnering with IT, Security, and Data teams to define and own requirements around access, credentials, and environments without needing to implement the infrastructure yourself.
- 🌍 CET overlap: You’re based in a time zone that gives you strong overlap with Central European working hours, within a couple of hours of Berlin.
- 💬 English fluency: You have fluent or near-native English and can communicate clearly and confidently with audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior stakeholders.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🌱 Champion programs: You’ve helped build or run an internal ambassador, champion, or community program.
- 📊 Fluency measurement: You have experience running capability, fluency, or adoption surveys and turning the results into actionable programs.
- 🔐 Access & governance: You’re familiar with access or governance models and have worked with stakeholders responsible for secure environments and tooling.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll have the opportunity to build a brand-new enablement function from the ground up and shape how AI and automation become part of everyday work across the company. You’ll have a direct line to the Head of AI & Automation, high visibility across functions, and genuine autonomy to design an enablement model rather than inherit one.
As n8n scales, you’ll become a key connector between the people building our internal automation capabilities and the teams putting them to work. You’ll help create a culture where teams don’t just learn about automation — they confidently build, experiment, share what works, and help others do the same.
You’ll join a fast-growing, remote-first company that values autonomy, experimentation, and builder culture, with the opportunity to influence how we scale AI fluency across the organization.

OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Taxfix recently launched its first products and services for self-employed people and
small and medium businesses in Germany. The B2B motions these products
need to scale have to be built from the ground up, with support from central
growth and channel experts: acquisition and onboarding, lead generation and
nurturing, sales, retention and expansion. In this role, your mandate is to
find, test and scale what works.
You own SE and SMB growth marketing end to end for Germany. You start from an
insight you found yourself and pick the few opportunities worth the time and
money. Before launch you set the success, kill and scale criteria and what done
means. Then you run the work yourself, or hand it to the expert best placed to
run it, read the result and decide whether to scale, iterate or kill.
Central specialist teams carry the established work, and you collaborate with
them: paid acquisition, CRM, marketing data and MarTech. You decide which
channels, segments and messages to test, and you build the growth loops nobody
at Taxfix has run yet. You work with the B2B product team, the B2B commercial
lead, Product Marketing and our Creative Studio.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Find the opportunities worth running. Turn customer conversations, sales
calls, funnel data and what you observe in the market into hypotheses and
experiments for SE and SMB growth. Rank them and run them. Pivot when an
experiment fails, and scale quickly when it works.
- Build multi-channel strategies. Build an experimentation engine, and use
its results to shape the multi-channel strategy for awareness and demand
capture across Taxfix's new B2B products. Central growth teams and channel
experts carry parts of the mix.
- Design how each product reaches its customers. For each growth loop,
decide the ICP segment to focus on, the channel and the message to test, how
the user flow and experience fit the loop, and the plan for scaling after the
first positive signals.
- Plan it, then run it yourself. Set success, kill and scale criteria before
launch. Build the prototype, landing page, content, onboarding flow or nurture
sequence with your own hands where that is fastest, and bring in central
experts where they do it better.
- Build B2B motions from zero to one. Acquisition and onboarding flows, lead
generation and nurturing, the handover to inbound sales, retention and
expansion loops. Several of these exist nowhere at Taxfix today.
- Read the results and make the call. Separate signal from noise at B2B
volumes, where samples start small. Decide to scale, iterate or kill, and turn
the read into recommendations for Product and commercial leadership.
- Use AI as an operating and growth advantage. Use AI to 10x your
effectiveness and your outcomes. Build your own prototypes, applets and tools
for the opportunities you run, and apply AI to discovery, analysis, content,
experimentation and repeating workflows.
- Steer budget where the evidence is thin. You hold the mandate to plan and
allocate budget for new B2B motions and growth loops.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Strategist and operator in one person. You pick the opportunities and you
run them, to the standard you planned them to. Given the choice, you ship a
first version this week over polishing a plan for a month.
- 5+ years in B2B go-to-market. 5+ years of experience in B2B
go-to-market, growth, strategy or another go-to-market function, including
ownership of a product or business outcome.
- Zero-to-one experience. You took a new product, category, platform or
business line from the first growth-loop tests, through scaling, to a
multi-channel playbook.
- Close to the customer. You naturally stay close to our customers, talk to them, listen to sales calls and use customer insights to inform your decisions.
- Data literacy. You can define and interpret acquisition, activation, adoption,
retention, pipeline, conversion, revenue and product-usage metrics, and you
turn what you find into a decision.
- Agility and speed. You try new ideas all the time. When one fails, you
pivot. When one works, you move to scale it. Shifting priorities and tight
deadlines don't throw you off.
- Curious about B2B growth and AI. You follow the people and sources moving
both fields, and you can name what you took from them into your own work.
- Knowledge of the German market, ideally of how self-employed people and
small businesses buy. Fluent German is a big plus, not a must.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
