What the Role Is
This is a new role that owns integrated go-to-market strategy for every Wishlist moment: feature launches, seasonal pushes, and campaign activity tied to Registry/Wishlist. You’ll own user research, market sizing, and journey mapping, becoming the expert on the wishlist user. You'll direct the editorial and content work needed to bring each plan to life. You report to the Director, Customer Marketing, and hand finished plans straight to Brand & Creative, Growth channels, and Corporate Communications for execution, reporting on progress, and iterating to drive wishlist adoption and growth. This role exists because Wishlist is a core feature driving LTV growth, and needs a single owner focused on the user journey, threading strategy through to execution. This role will create a single point of partnership across product and marketing to enable faster and more cohesive go to market ways of working.
Who You Are
You have worked in an Integrated Marketing role in a Senior role, leading through influence with proven success. - this is an IC role, requiring deep cross functional partnership to succeed.
User focused: Have taken UX, analytics and custom research and built a marketing strategy for a product that appeals to this specific customer.
Consumer marketing experience at scale: you've built plans that work across email, push, SMS, paid, and site at once, not owned a single channel.
Product marketing background: you can turn a feature roadmap into a customer story and a sequencing plan without much hand-holding
A specific track record of driving business growth through cross-functional partnership- you can point to what you built and what it moved
Comfortable directing editorial and content work without owning the creative function; you know what story needs telling and can brief it clearly
Genuinely energized by ambiguity and lead with curiosity. There's no formal brief in this model, you build the plan from what you learn inside the squad
You naturally reach for AI in your work. At Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
You can lead through influence.
How You Will Make An Impact
You will become the expert on the Babylist Wishlist user, understand motivations, needs, and wants inside and out of the product.
Build the integrated GTM strategy for every Wishlist moment, in lockstep with the product squad's roadmap
Direct editorial and content needs for Wishlist, briefing Brand & Creative and Content/Social directly
Demonstrate a level of competency on what good creative looks like and how to measure its success.
Create the internal playbook for this user and product, including competitive analysis, market opportunity and sizing and what good will look like in our marketing.
Hand finished GTM plans straight to execution centers; Brand & Creative, Growth channels, Corporate Communications, and keep each moving in parallel
Own the customer marketing value proposition for Wishlist across every channel it touches
Drive measurable growth in Wishlist adoption, you're accountable for the number, not just the campaign activity around it
Report progress and blockers directly to the Sr. Director, Customer Marketing
Why This Role
You're one of the first two hires into a brand-new model. Integrated Marketing didn't exist here before, so you're defining what good looks like, not inheriting a process.
Wishlist is one of Babylist's highest-leverage customer journeys, and this is a huge opportunity to shape the growth of this product.
You'll work inside the product squad itself, not downstream of it and your plan shapes the roadmap instead of reacting to it.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$143,800 to $191,700 + target 20% annual bonus and competitive equity
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Senior Sales Regional Enterprise Manager
At Wolt, we create technology that brings local communities, merchants and customers closer together. What started with restaurant delivery has grown into a broader local commerce platform, helping customers discover and access more of what their cities have to offer.
As our Retail business continues to grow, we’re looking for a
Senior Sales Regional Enterprise Manager
to expand our selection of high-value regional retail partners. You’ll join our Sales team and take ownership of some of the most important regional acquisition opportunities across priority retail verticals, helping shape what customers can find on Wolt in their cities.
This role can be based in Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt, Hamburg or Munich .
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll own the acquisition and development of high-value regional Enterprise retail partners in Germany, from identifying and engaging the right prospects through commercial negotiations, signing and initial rollout. You’ll combine strong commercial execution with a strategic view on which partners can have the greatest impact on Wolt’s selection, coverage and long-term growth.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Own the end-to-end sales cycle for regional Enterprise retail opportunities, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, contracting and signing.
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of larger regional retailers and multi-location partners across priority verticals such as grocery, convenience, pet, pharmacy and beauty.
Develop a deep understanding of prospective partners’ businesses and create compelling commercial propositions that demonstrate the value of partnering with Wolt.
Lead complex commercial negotiations, balancing partner needs with sustainable economics and Wolt’s long-term business objectives.
Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and act as a trusted commercial partner throughout the sales process.
Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Account Management, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Product to structure partnerships and enable successful launches.
Take ownership beyond the signature, ensuring a strong handover and initial rollout so that newly acquired partners can successfully go live and scale.
Use market insights, pipeline data and commercial learnings to identify opportunities, prioritize the highest-impact accounts and continuously improve our regional Enterprise sales approach.
Contribute to sharing best practices and raising the bar for Enterprise sales execution across the wider team.
Our humble expectations
You have significant experience in B2B sales, business development or strategic partnerships, ideally working with Enterprise or other complex, multi-stakeholder customers.
You have a strong track record of independently managing and closing complex commercial opportunities from initial outreach through contract signature.
You’re an excellent negotiator and understand how to build partnerships that create sustainable value for both sides.
You’re comfortable engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, both externally and across cross-functional internal teams.
You combine a hands-on, results-oriented sales mindset with strong commercial judgment and the ability to prioritize opportunities based on their strategic impact.
You’re highly structured and comfortable managing multiple opportunities and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
You’re comfortable working with data and commercial metrics to evaluate opportunities, build business cases and inform decisions.
You communicate clearly and persuasively and are fluent in German and English.
What we offer
This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in the next phase of Wolt’s Retail growth. You’ll have direct ownership of high-impact regional partnerships and the autonomy to take opportunities from first conversation all the way through to launch.
You’ll work at the intersection of sales, strategy and operations, collaborating with experienced colleagues across Wolt while building relationships with some of the most important retailers in the market. The role offers substantial commercial ownership and exposure while giving you the opportunity to develop further in Enterprise sales and contribute to how we scale our Retail business.
You’ll also join a fast-moving international environment where good ideas can quickly turn into action, with the tools, support and trust to take ownership of your work and make a visible impact.
Next steps
If this sounds like an opportunity you’d be excited about, we’d love to hear from you.
After you apply, our Talent Acquisition team will review your application and get in touch with selected candidates for an initial conversation. The process will typically include interviews with the hiring team and relevant stakeholders, giving you the opportunity to learn more about the role, team and business while we get to know your experience and approach.
Depending on the role and location, the process may also include a practical case or commercial exercise. We’ll share the exact interview steps and expectations with you as you progress through the process.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

Product Manager
Waterloo, ON
Build what’s next for players.
We’re a startup inside Sony PlayStation: fast-moving, experimental, and highly ambitious, while backed by the scale, resources, and trust of Sony Interactive Entertainment.
We’re building new mobile and web experiences that help gamers connect, discover, and play together in better ways. This is a rare opportunity to build at startup speed and drive meaningful impact inside one of the world’s most recognized gaming companies.
We are seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own product discovery, strategy, prioritization, and execution for new mobile and web experiences.
In this role, you will identify new product opportunities, speak directly with users, analyze product behaviour, define new features and initiatives, and manage the product opportunity pipeline from early exploration through launch and iteration.
You will work closely with Design, Engineering, and Marketing to turn ambiguous ideas into clear product direction. You will represent the voice of the user, establish what success looks like, and help the team decide what to build, why it matters, and how we will know whether it worked.
Responsibilities
Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and opportunity pipeline for new mobile and web experiences.
Identify and validate new product opportunities through user interviews, surveys, behavioural data, market research, competitive analysis, and rapid experimentation.
Develop a deep understanding of user needs, motivations, behaviours, and pain points, and represent the voice of the user throughout product development.
Translate user insights, business opportunities, and technical possibilities into clear product initiatives, feature concepts, product briefs, requirements, and success criteria.
Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on user value, strategic alignment, expected impact, confidence, development effort, technical risk, and speed to learning.
Own product planning and the development pipeline, including roadmap prioritization, task creation, sprint planning, progress tracking, and maintaining alignment across the team.
Partner closely with Design and Engineering to take products and features from early concept through prototyping, development, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement, balancing short-term learning with long-term product quality.
Define product goals, key performance indicators, measurement frameworks, and analytics requirements before features are launched.
Live directly in the data to analyze acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, conversion, and other key user behaviours.
Develop hypotheses and lead structured experiments, including prototypes, concept tests, usability studies, A/B tests, and staged product releases.
Use quantitative and qualitative insights to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities, and recommend whether to iterate, scale, reposition, or stop an initiative.
Partner with Growth Marketing to connect audience insights, acquisition performance, onboarding, engagement, and retention into a cohesive product-growth strategy.
Lead cross-functional product discussions, resolve trade-offs, identify dependencies and risks, and maintain alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate product strategy, priorities, decisions, progress, results, and recommendations clearly to engineers, design, marketing and leadership.
Establish scalable product-development practices, including discovery methods, opportunity assessment, prioritization frameworks, planning rhythms, decision records, and post-launch reviews.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, including significant ownership of consumer-facing mobile, web, social, gaming, marketplace, or other digital product experiences.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
Proven track record of taking new products, features, or major initiatives from early discovery and validation through launch and iteration.
Strong product-discovery skills, including experience planning and conducting user interviews, synthesizing qualitative research, testing concepts, and identifying unmet customer needs.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with hands-on experience using product analytics and business-intelligence tools to analyze funnels, cohorts, engagement, retention, and product performance.
Ability to work directly with data using SQL or an equivalent analytical workflow, with enough fluency to independently investigate questions and validate hypotheses.
Experience defining product goals, KPIs, instrumentation requirements, experiment plans, and success criteria.
Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous opportunities into clear product strategies, roadmaps, requirements, and actionable plans.
Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, including the ability to evaluate trade-offs between user value, business impact, speed, technical complexity, and long-term maintainability.
Experience working closely with designers and engineers to deliver high-quality products in an iterative development environment.
Strong understanding of modern consumer product development, including user-centred design, experimentation, agile delivery, and metrics-informed iteration.
Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex product decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to operate independently, create structure, and maintain momentum in an ambiguous, technically complex, and fast-moving zero-to-one environment.
Strong user and customer focus, with the judgement to balance experimentation and speed with trust, privacy, usability, accessibility, and long-term product quality.
Bonus
Experience building social, community, communications, or network-driven consumer products.
Experience in gaming, mobile games, entertainment, or another highly engaged digital consumer category.
Deep knowledge of player behaviours, gaming culture, online communities, and industry trends.
Experience as a founding, first, or sole product manager on an early-stage product team.
Experience with real-time or social product capabilities such as messaging, presence, notifications, activity feeds, groups, identity, discovery, or recommendations.
Experience developing product-led growth loops involving invitations, referrals, sharing, re-engagement, community participation, or network effects.
Advanced experience with SQL, experimentation platforms, data visualization, statistical analysis, or product analytics tools.
Experience building scalable and localized consumer experiences for diverse international markets.
Experience working on trust and safety, privacy, moderation, parental controls, or other sensitive consumer-platform considerations.
Experience launching a new consumer product through private testing, beta, soft launch, and broader market release.

We’re a team of fiercely driven individuals committed to making healthcare more sustainable—and we’re looking for passionate people to help us get there.
For more information, visit arcadia.io.
Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
At Arcadia, the Enterprise Implementation Manager (EIM) is the customer's primary point of accountability from contract signature through the life of the relationship. The EIM manages a portfolio of enterprise accounts, leading each customer through onboarding and the technical work required to bring them live — including project managing new data connector builds — but the role exists to protect and grow the value the customer realizes from Arcadia's platform. EIMs proactively build the client relationship, drive adoption, resolve risk before it threatens retention, and act as the customer's trusted advisor long after go-live, ensuring customer value is clearly tracked & regularly reviewed.
The ideal candidate is a relationship-first operator: someone who can run a technical delivery workstream competently, but who is just as comfortable owning a client conversation, coaching a teammate, or spotting an account risk before it becomes a retention problem.
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
Complete onboarding and current product and enablement certifications; build a working understanding of the platform, data model, and Arcadia's customer success playbooks. The optional Arcadia Certified Professional program is available for continued growth. Shadow tactical client touchpoints and status conversations to learn how EIMs build trust and manage expectations across a client relationship
Take ownership of a defined workstream — for example, project managing a new data connector build — with support from your manager and technical partners
In 6 months
Independently manage cross-team workflows (data integration, configuration, connector builds) while keeping priorities visible and surfacing risk early
Lead tactical client conversations and standing touchpoints, delivering clear, timely updates that keep stakeholders aligned and confident
Proactively identify and escalate delivery or account risk, applying established playbooks to resolve issues efficiently and maintain momentum
Begin building trusted relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their unique technical and business priorities
Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), or steering committees for your accounts, and become fluent in maintaining account health scores in Planhat
Build fluency with Arcadia's customer feedback channels, including the Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), as part of engaging your accounts
In 12 months
Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts as the primary point of contact — coordinating delivery, connector project management, and ongoing value acceleration & account health under one roof
Drive accountability for on-time, high-quality delivery of commitments, from new data connector implementations to platform adoption milestones
Independently lead recurring QBRs, EBRs, or steering committees, and own the Planhat health score and NPS trajectory for your portfolio, working toward a consistently green status
Partner effectively with the Customer Growth and Retention (CGR) team on renewal and expansion conversations, providing account context and continuity while CGR owns the commercial process
Identify and document process or value improvements, contributing refinements that strengthen delivery consistency and customer outcomes
Share lessons learned and best practices with peers, informally mentoring newer EIMs and Project Associates
What You'll Be Doing
Customer Relationship & Trust
Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, serving as the customer's primary point of contact throughout the engagement.
Lead tactical status conversations and standing project meetings, delivering clear, timely updates on progress, risk, and next steps.
Facilitate regular touchpoints to align priorities, answer client questions, and maintain stakeholder trust.
Prepare accurate, client-ready documentation and materials that support transparent communication.
Account Health & Governance
Serve as the customer's primary point of accountability for delivery outcomes and overall account health across your portfolio.
Lead recurring QBRs, EBRs, or steering committees with client leadership, tying progress to shared goals, ROI, and next steps.
Maintain each account's health score in Planhat, incorporating usage, engagement, and other signals; own the goal of moving accounts toward a consistently green status. Contribute to your segment's (Core, Enterprise, or National) Net Promoter Score (NPS), which factors into incentive compensation at the segment level rather than by individual account.
Build fluency with Arcadia's customer feedback channels — including CSAT — as part of the company's growing Voice-of-Customer program.
Partner with the CGR team on renewal and expansion conversations, providing account context, continuity, and delivery insight; CGR owns the commercial renewal and upsell process.
Proactively identify and escalate delivery and account risk; apply established playbooks to resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain project and account momentum through consistent follow-through and clear ownership of open items.
Drive accountability for commitments by managing dependencies and communicating progress across all workstreams.
Implementation & Data Connector Project Management
Project-manage new data connector builds and platform configuration workstreams from kickoff through validation and go-live.
Ensure smooth data orchestration through configuration validation, and maintain detailed documentation of process flows and integrations.
Partner cross-functionally with Data & Health Platform (DHP) teams and engineering to resolve data alignment issues and strengthen reporting reliability.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Manage workflows to maintain alignment and efficiency across internal teams, third parties, and the client.
Coordinate delivery activities and track interdependencies so priorities stay visible and risks surface early.
Ensure project team collaboration and escalate promptly if a workstream is tracking behind.
Value Realization & Continuous Improvement
Identify and document process or workflow enhancements that improve customer outcomes and internal efficiency.
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing refinements and strengthening knowledge capture across projects.
Connect delivery and account activities to the customer's broader adoption and value-realization goals.
Coaching & Knowledge Sharing
Share lessons learned and best practices from client engagements with peers and newer team members.
Apply feedback to continuously refine your own skills and performance, modeling a growth mindset for the team.
AI & Technology Fluency
Thoughtfully leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve outcomes, increase efficiency, and enhance decision-making across your portfolio — for example, in health-score analysis, QBR preparation, and account documentation.
Apply sound judgment around risk, privacy, security, and quality when using AI tools, and continuously build fluency in evolving practices.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
At least 3 years leading account implementation and customer success processes in software/technology, ideally in healthcare, with claims and clinical data integration experience.
In-depth knowledge of project management & customer success principles, tools, and methods; ability to identify and mitigate project- and account-level risk.
Extensive healthcare industry experience, including population health and value-based care; ability to master Arcadia's solutions, client strategic context, and industry trends well enough to advise clients as a trusted partner.
Demonstrated ability to own a portfolio of client relationships over time — not just a project — including retention-oriented communication and stakeholder management.
Willingness and ability to travel to client sites, executive business reviews, and industry conferences — typically quarterly, with increased frequency depending on client activity and event schedules.
Would Love for You to Have
Excellent presentation and communication skills, including the ability to build client-ready materials in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and lead meetings with executive, operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders.
Experience with customer health/success platforms (e.g., Planhat) and account health-scoring methodologies.
Experience partnering with a growth, renewal, or account management team on commercial conversations without owning the commercial process directly.
Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
A team-first attitude and the ability to foster collaboration within and across project teams, including remote teams.
Experience coaching or informally mentoring less experienced teammates.
What You'll Get
Competitive compensation and strong benefits, including Flexible Time Off
Employee-driven programs and initiatives for personal and professional development.
Membership in the talented, energized, diverse, and purpose-driven Arcadian Community

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is building AI systems that will shape the trajectory of one of the most consequential technologies in human history. That work requires physical infrastructure at significant scale, and building that infrastructure the right way means being a real, long-term partner to the communities where we operate.
We are looking for a Community Engagement Manager in Australia to join our Public Policy team and serve as Anthropic's on-the-ground presence in the communities where our data centres are sited, built, and operated. This is not a communications role or a government affairs role, though you will do elements of both. It is a relationship role: your job is to make Anthropic a trusted, visible, and valued neighbour, from the earliest stages of site selection through construction and long-term operations.
You will be the connective tissue between Anthropic's Policy and Infrastructure teams and the local officials, community organisations, economic development partners, and residents who have a stake in what we build. You will surface concerns before they escalate, translate our technical and operational plans into clear local benefits, and build the coalitions that allow us to move quickly and responsibly. Because Anthropic's infrastructure footprint is still early in its growth, you will also help write the playbook: the processes you build in your first markets are the ones we will use as we expand.
You will travel regularly within your region, up to 50% of the time, and occasionally to other Anthropic data centre markets.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain trusted, sustained relationships with local councils, state government ministers and agencies, regional development organisations, community groups, civic leaders, educational institutions, and workforce partners in the data centre markets you cover
Develop and execute a community engagement strategy for each of your markets, spanning site selection, pre-development, construction, and ongoing operations
Build external coalitions, host education and listening sessions, and design local solutions that deliver real benefits to the communities where we operate
Represent Anthropic in public forums, town halls, planning hearings, community events, and local media
Monitor community sentiment and local political dynamics, and advise internal teams on risks, opportunities, and the right pace and posture for engagement
Partner with the Real Estate and Infrastructure team to bring community input into how projects are planned, communicated, and delivered, not just how they are announced
Work with the Communications team to develop proactive, locally relevant messaging
Coordinate charitable donations, community investment, and economic development commitments in your markets, including managing not for profit partner relationships
Partner with the Energy and Sustainability team to explain our approach to environmental stewardship and respond to questions about power, water, and land use
Build a community engagement playbook and repeatable processes that scale as Anthropic's infrastructure footprint grows
Minimum qualifications
Experience in community affairs, public affairs, economic development, government relations, local council or state government, or a closely related field
Direct experience working for or engaging with local councils, both elected councillors and council staff, and state governments on behalf of large infrastructure, construction, energy, or technology projects, with a working understanding of how local politics and community dynamics actually play out
A skilled relationship and coalition builder who earns trust with a diverse group of stakeholders, and who maintains relationships through difficult conversations
The ability to represent a company credibly in public settings — town halls, hearings, press interviews
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn a complex operational plan into plain language that a local official or reporter can understand and respond to
The ability to work independently, get up to speed quickly on complex policy issues, and manage multiple concurrent engagements across different markets without losing track of any of them
Based in Australia or willing to relocate there, and prepared to travel regularly across the region
Preferred qualifications
7+ years of experience in community engagement specifically on data centre, utility, energy, or large-scale industrial infrastructure projects, or in local government
Familiarity with land use, zoning, and planning approval processes at the local and regional level
Experience managing corporate social responsibility programs
Established relationships with economic development, workforce, or civic organisations in the markets this role covers
Experience working with real estate, legal, communications, and policy teams at the same time
A genuine interest in the communities where you work, not just the projects you are managing
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We are looking for a Community Engagement Manager in Canada to join our Public Policy team and serve as Anthropic's on-the-ground presence in the communities where our data centres are sited, built, and operated. This is not a communications role or a government affairs role, though you will do elements of both. It is a relationship role: your job is to make Anthropic a trusted, visible, and valued neighbour, from the earliest stages of site selection through construction and long-term operations.
You will be the connective tissue between Anthropic's Policy and Infrastructure teams and the local officials, community organizations, economic development partners, and residents who have a stake in what we build.
Build and maintain trusted, sustained relationships with municipal governments, both elected and unelected, provincial ministers and agencies, economic development organizations, community groups, civic leaders, educational institutions, and workforce partners in the data centre markets you cover
Coordinate charitable giving, community investment, and economic development commitments in your markets, including managing nonprofit partner relationships
Partner with the Energy and Sustainability team to explain our approach to environmental stewardship and respond to questions about power, water, and land use
Build a community engagement playbook and repeatable processes that scale as Anthropic's infrastructure footprint grows
Minimum qualifications
Experience in community affairs, public affairs, economic development, government relations, municipal or provincial government, or a closely related field
Direct experience working for or engaging with municipal governments, both elected councils and administration, and provincial government on behalf of large infrastructure, construction, energy, or technology projects, with a working understanding of how local politics and community dynamics actually play out
A skilled relationship and coalition builder who earns trust with a diverse group of stakeholders, and who maintains relationships through difficult conversations
The ability to represent a company credibly in public settings — town halls, hearings, press interviews
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn a complex operational plan into plain language that a local official or reporter can understand and respond to
The ability to work independently, get up to speed quickly on complex policy issues, and manage multiple concurrent engagements across different markets without losing track of any of them
Based in Alberta, Canada or willing to relocate there, and prepared to travel regularly across the region
Preferred qualifications
7+ years of experience in community engagement specifically on data centre, utility, energy, or large-scale industrial infrastructure projects, or in local government
Familiarity with land use, zoning, and development permitting processes at the municipal and provincial level
Experience managing corporate social responsibility programs
Established relationships with economic development, workforce, or civic organizations in the markets this role covers
Experience working with real estate, legal, communications, and policy teams at the same time
A genuine interest in the communities where you work, not just the projects you are managing
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience

Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
