Backed by a $100 million investment from Bertelsmann and operating from offices in Hamburg, Boston, Singapore, and Tokyo, adjoe is defining the next stages of app and ad experience – right now. Join us.
We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to support the product and technical dimension of adjoe’s most critical enterprise relationships. Acting as the "Technical Lead" for our top-tier partners, you will merge complex partner roadmaps with our modern stack – powered by Golang and Native SDKs – to drive technical excellence for over 100 million daily users.
Your mandate is to bridge the gap between our technology team in Germany and the partner’s vision. You will collaborate with senior product and engineering counterparts, acting as a point of contact for all technical discourse. This is a role of deep technical empowerment: You have direct access to our entire cloud infrastructure – from real-time monitoring and logging to our extensive data lakes – to maintain a comprehensive, full-picture view of the system state. From investigating complex architectural issues to supporting the rollout of new, high-impact features, you ensure our stacks evolve in perfect sync.
Working as a key collaborator with our internal Product and Tech departments, you will act as the technical gatekeeper and advocate for our largest enterprise accounts.
What You Will Do:

- Data-Driven Consultancy: Leverage SQL and Python (or others) to aggregate and visualize complex datasets, translating raw data into technical narratives that help partners reach their KPIs.
- Voice of the Customer: Translate partner feedback into precise technical requirements for internal Product teams to unlock global scalability.
- Enterprise Account Ownership: Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts, owning relationships with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership. You will support executive-level technical discussions, manage escalations, and proactively drive account health.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical-client-facing role in AdTech, Big Tech, or SaaS (TAM, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture), with some exposure to the mobile ecosystem.
- Must have: Professional fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
- Proven enterprise account experience: You have directly managed key enterprise accounts, navigating complex stakeholder environments and acting as a trusted technical advisor to senior client contacts.
- The Tech-Architect: Expert at translating high-level requirements into specifications. You are equally comfortable discussing SDK initialization and REST endpoint latency with a Senior Product Owner as you are debugging HTML/JavaScript.
- Analytical Powerhouse: Proficient in SQL and data visualization. You have extensive experience using analytics dashboards such as Grafana, Tableau, QuickSight, or Kibana to find the "why" behind the numbers and drive strategic technical decisions.
- Mobile & App Native: (Huge Plus) Familiarity with Java or experience building/supporting mobile apps with a "sixth sense" for debugging SDK integration issues.
- Cross-Functional Catalyst: A natural collaborator who can navigate internal Engineering & Product teams to find solutions in high-pressure environments.

Managing potential geographical and segment expansion
Assessing where AI could be wisely introduced in our Sales cycle.
You'll shape the strategy, own the execution, and measure the impact.
🛟 What floats your boat
You will be responsible for the following:
Defining and executing the human-led Sales strategy, from first contact to closing, to reach your revenue objective. Lead generation stays out of your scope.
Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of 4 Sales Managers, setting clear objectives aligned with company goals and building a culture of accountability, constant feedback, and raising the bar.
Ensuring the quality and delivery of recruitment by collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team.
Managing the Sales side of potential business expansion into new geographies like the U.S. or segments like luxury yachting.
Introducing AI into the dealflow when relevant.
Managing your P&L according to budget.
🧭 What you bring aboard
8+ years of experience in Sales, ideally in a B2C, e-commerce, or consumer tech environment.
5+ years of experience managing a team and driving performance through coaching, prioritisation, and clear goal-setting.
A first experience of managing managers.
A doer and problem-solver with a massive bias for action, comfortable rolling up your sleeves and balancing the long-term view with short-term workarounds.
Data-obsessed and analytically rigorous: comfortable building and reading dashboards (Tableau or equivalent) to report on your line of business with accuracy.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively with Tech, Marketing, and Business teams while minimising dependencies.
Full proficiency in English is required.
🌊 Bonus points (great to have, never a dealbreaker)

Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Aleph is launching Pinterest advertising in Uruguay and Paraguay. As the first Client Partner on the ground, you'll be building the portfolio from scratch — a rare opportunity to introduce a platform to an entire market and own the results.
Pinterest is one of the most distinctive platforms in the digital landscape: highly visual, deeply intentional, and uniquely positioned at the intersection of inspiration and purchase intent. Users come to plan their next trip, home renovation, or outfit. For the right advertiser, that mindset is gold. Your job is to help them see it.
What you'll do
Lead the commercial launch of Pinterest advertising in Uruguay and Paraguay — evangelizing a platform with no prior commercial presence in these markets.
Build a pipeline from zero: prospect, prioritize, outreach, and close.
Educate advertisers and agencies on Pinterest's formats and performance potential, acting as much as an educator as a salesperson.
Develop strong relationships with decision-makers at agencies and direct clients across both markets.
Partner closely with the CSM team for seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
Use data and analytics to measure performance, optimize strategy, and exceed KPIs including sales growth, client retention, and platform adoption.
What you need for this role
3 to 5 years of experience in digital advertising sales, media, or marketing.
Real, existing relationships with marketing decision-makers in Uruguay (Paraguay is a strong plus).
Proven ability to hunt new business — you build your prospect list and work it.
Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem: performance, display, video, native, programmatic.
Strong track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets.
Organized, data-driven, and comfortable in a build-from-scratch environment.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
What will make us really love you
You're genuinely drawn to Pinterest's world and you can translate that into an advertiser pitch.
You anticipate challenges and take initiative before things become problems.
You thrive on teamwork but bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You have genuine tech curiosity — you adopt new tools, test them, and make them part of your workflow.
You leverage AI for research, briefs, and prep — then apply your judgment to build the relationship.
You think analytically: data and pipeline signals drive your decisions, not just gut feeling.
You're comfortable being the first — first call, first pitch, in a market that's never been approached before.
