- Experience advising on international expansion, including subsidiary formation and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience supporting financing transactions and related securities law compliance.
- Ability to identify legal and business risks, develop practical mitigation strategies, and communicate recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing external counsel and coordinating cross-functional teams on complex legal matters.
- Excellent judgment, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
- A practical, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach to legal work.
- Ability to manage competing priorities independently while maintaining a high standard of execution.
What you can expect:
- Lead the legal workstreams for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, negotiations, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and coordinating with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
- Advise on legal considerations and regulatory requirements related to international operations and expansion.
- Oversee corporate entities, corporate records, and related governance processes, including the incorporation and ongoing management of global subsidiaries
- Provide guidance on corporate governance matters, including developing and implementing corporate policies and procedures.

Location: Foster City, CA
Workplace: Hybrid
Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
Make Replit the single place where businesses can buy everything they need through their agents. As a Staff Software Engineer on Replit’s Money team, you’ll set technical direction and build the commerce platform that lets users discover, evaluate, purchase, and manage the products and services they need to build and run their businesses—without leaving Replit.
Replit already enables businesses to accept payments through integrations such as Stripe. This role builds on that foundation to expand what businesses can buy and accomplish through Replit Agent. You’ll design commerce experiences that combine the simplicity consumers expect with the controls enterprises need, making agent-assisted purchasing useful, trustworthy, and reliable.
You’ll own architecture and lead cross-team delivery across merchant and service-provider integrations, agent tools, purchasing workflows, and the lifecycle after a transaction. The challenge goes beyond executing a payment: agents need to understand what a user wants, present clear choices and costs, act within delegated authority, and verify that the purchase delivered the intended outcome. You’ll stay hands-on with design and code while aligning partners, mentoring engineers, and turning an ambitious product vision into incremental customer value.
Set the architecture and technical roadmap for agentic commerce, making Replit a single place to discover, buy, and manage the products and services businesses need.
YOU WILL:
- Lead end-to-end purchasing experiences through Replit Agent: translate user intent into relevant options, communicate prices and terms, obtain appropriate authorization, execute purchases, and confirm fulfillment or provisioning.
- Build extensible integrations with merchants, software vendors, and service providers so the platform can expand its commerce offering without rebuilding each workflow from scratch.
- Build on existing Stripe and payments capabilities, extending payment integrations where needed to support new purchasing experiences rather than treating basic payment acceptance as a greenfield problem.
- Design agent-facing APIs and tools with clear contracts, secure credentials, scoped permissions, spending limits, and appropriate confirmation for consequential actions.
- Partner with product and security to support enterprise purchasing requirements such as role-based access, approval workflows, purchasing policies, and auditable transaction histories, while keeping simpler purchases easy.
- Own the purchase lifecycle beyond checkout: provisioning and access, order and subscription state, receipts, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and reconciliation across providers.
- Make agent-driven transactions reliable with idempotency, verified events, durable state, safe retries, and recovery from partial failures; evaluate whether workflows complete the authorized task without duplicate purchases or unintended spend.
- Lead ambiguous initiatives across teams, define incremental milestones, stay hands-on with implementation, and raise the engineering bar through mentoring, design reviews, and production ownership.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A track record of Staff-level technical leadership on complex customer-facing products or platforms, taking ambiguous initiatives from architecture through launch and production operation across multiple teams.
- Strong hands-on engineering and system design skills, including API design, data modeling, distributed workflows, and thoughtful evolution of existing systems.
- Experience building extensible third-party integrations and handling asynchronous events, duplicate requests, partial failures, and changing provider capabilities.
- Strong product judgment: you can turn complex, multi-step workflows into simple user experiences and balance rapid delivery with correctness and long-term flexibility.
- A security-conscious approach to authentication, authorization, credentials, sensitive data, and actions performed on a user’s or organization’s behalf.
- Demonstrated ability to align engineering and cross-functional partners on technical direction, document decisions clearly, and drive execution without relying on reporting authority.
- Experience mentoring engineers and improving the quality of architecture, implementation, and operations beyond your own projects.
- Comfort using AI-assisted development tools while taking responsibility for the correctness, security, and maintainability of the code you ship.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building commerce platforms, marketplaces, purchasing or procurement systems, or products that connect buyers with multiple vendors.
- Experience with agent tool calling, multi-step agent workflows, or evaluations for reliable execution of actions against external systems.
- Familiarity with payment and purchase lifecycles, including authorization, checkout, subscriptions, fulfillment or provisioning, refunds, and reconciliation.
- Experience building enterprise capabilities such as approval workflows, role-based access, purchasing policies, budget controls, or audit trails.
- Experience with Stripe or other payment providers, developer platforms, or partner integration ecosystems.
BONUS POINTS:
- Experience with emerging agentic-commerce protocols, MCP, or delegated authorization for agent-initiated transactions.
- Experience integrating software and service catalogs, pricing and availability, entitlements, or automated provisioning.
- Familiarity with recurring and usage-based costs, renewal management, international purchasing, or multi-provider transaction workflows.
- These are additional strengths, not a checklist; prior experience spanning every commerce domain or payment provider is not expected.
WHAT WE VALUE:
- Customer outcomes: success means a business can get what it needs through its agent, with clear costs and a verified result—not merely a completed API call.
- User control and trust: agents act within explicit authority, surface consequential choices, and make purchases and ongoing commitments understandable.
- Consumer simplicity and enterprise readiness: straightforward experiences should coexist with the controls organizations need.
- End-to-end ownership: we own the experience from intent through purchase, fulfillment, and ongoing management.
- Pragmatic technical leadership: we build on what exists, deliver incremental value, and invest in correctness and extensibility where they matter.
- Clear collaboration: we document decisions, surface risks early, and help other teams and partners succeed.

Job Description
About the role
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com is looking for an ambitious Staff Data Engineer to join our Data and AI Platform Team. Our team’s mission is to build a platform where you can create reliable, scalable, AI-powered streaming and batch data applications, and share data across Checkout.com http://Checkout.com to improve business performance.
The Data and AI Platform team is here to ensure internal stakeholders can easily collect, store, process and utilise data to build AI use cases and data products aiming to solve business problems. Our focus is on maximising the amount of time engineers spend on solving business problems and minimising time spent on technical details around implementation, deployment, and monitoring of their solutions.
We're building for scale. As such, much of what we design and implement today is the technology/infrastructure which will serve hundreds of teams and petabyte-level volumes of data.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stream processing technologies (Kafka and Flink) to build a continuously available large-scale event streaming platform
- Leverage subject matter and technical expertise to provide leadership, mentoring, and strategic influence across the organisation whilst building strong relationships with engineers and engineering managers
- Build tooling (modules/SDKs/DSLs) and associated documentation to foster the adoption of the streaming platform by enabling upstream teams and systems to easily publish data and deploy streaming applications
- Implement all the necessary infrastructure to enable end users to build, host, monitor and deploy their own streaming applications
- Provide consultancy across the technology organisation to drive the adoption of the platform and unlock event-driven use-cases
- Participate, translate, run and execute the collection of requirements and architecture/design initiatives into action plans
- Provide hands-on support for all event-based systems including incident triage and root cause analysis
About You
While experience with our specific tech stack is a plus, we welcome candidates with a strong background in data systems who are eager to learn. The core remit of this role is to own and scale our event streaming capability, not to serve as a general DevOps or infrastructure engineer.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with a proven track record of influencing engineering organisations
- Strong engineering background with a track record of implementing and owning event streaming platforms
- Hands-on experience working with stream technologies, ideally Kafka
- Experience designing and implementing stream processing applications with Flink
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies such as AWS (MSK, S3, Lambda, ECS, SNS)
- Experience with Kubernetes (either self-hosted or on the cloud)
- Experience with SQL databases
- Experience working with Docker, container deployment and management
- Experience describing infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar) as well as designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent programming skills with at least one of Java or Python

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
ABOUT THE ROLE
ClickUp is hiring a Strategic Solutions Engineer to accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue across the APAC region. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise pre-sales, partner enablement, and solution architecture. You will serve as the technical force multiplier that enables upmarket partners (Solution Partners, GSIs, and enterprise resellers) to independently acquire, implement, and expand ClickUp within their customer base, driving ARR growth and net retention.
Your primary mandate is to increase the volume and quality of revenue that flows through partners, working alongside Partner Managers and Account Executives. You are a builder-scaler: standing up enablement programs from a proven playbook, iterating on them, and scaling them to drive repeatable partner-led revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner Enablement & Technical Development: Design and deliver structured enablement programs (workflow mapping, narrative decks, AI Agents, AI workflows, business process mapping, competitive positioning), coach partners on discovery, demos, solution design, and pricing, and drive partner certification and self-sufficiency across APAC.
- Co-Selling & Revenue: Serve as technical lead on partner-sourced deals from discovery through POC to post-sales handoff, coach partners to run standard deals independently, and tie all activities to measurable revenue outcomes (partner-sourced and partner-influenced iARR, win rate, deal velocity).
- Direct Customer Engagement: Support Account Executives on strategic direct opportunities, leading discovery, solution design, demos, and technical evaluations alongside the partner motion.
- Partner Acquisition & Development: Lead technical demonstrations and deep-dives for prospective partners, support recruitment as the technical closer, and elevate existing partners by showcasing new platform capabilities that expand their practice opportunity.
- AI & Certified Agents: Enable partners to identify, scope, and sell Certified Agent opportunities, deliver AI transformation workshops, and serve as the regional bridge between the internal AI/Agent team and the partner ecosystem.
- Events & Marketing: Lead or support partner-driven events (workshops, in-market tours, executive dinners), develop enablement content, and contribute to partner case studies and proof points.
- Reseller-Model Support: Support partner-owned billing, procurement, and renewal workflows, enable partners on expansion motions, and coordinate with Professional Services on co-delivery oversight and escalation paths.
- Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and global Solutions Engineering teams to resolve technical questions, assist with RFPs, and feed partner insights back into product and process improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise pre-sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
- 2+ years supporting or enabling channel partners, VARs, system integrators, or working in a partner-led go-to-market motion.
- Demonstrated ability to build programs from scratch (not just execute existing ones).
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to connect product capabilities and technical details to business outcomes for different audiences.
- Experience designing or explaining solutions involving APIs, web services, automation, integrations, workflow configuration, or lightweight technical validation.
- Strong background in business process mapping, including the ability to analyse, document, and improve complex business processes across diverse environments.
- Ability to create credibility with partners, AEs, and customers, handle objections thoughtfully, and act as a trusted advisor.
- Hands-on experience with AI & LLMs, integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services, and APIs.
- Strong commercial judgment, structured problem-solving, and comfort managing multiple concurrent priorities with urgency and limited supervision.
- Up to 50% of travel is required for this role.
LOCATION

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Customer Success Manager on Anthropic's Public Sector team, you will be the post-sales trusted advisor helping national security customers realize the value of Claude and turn their investment into mission impact. You'll combine your customer success expertise with technical fluency to drive adoption of Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Government (C4G) on classified infrastructure delivered through a cleared cloud provider, while maintaining our high standards for safety, security, and discretion.
Working closely with our Sales, Applied AI, Product, Engineering, and Policy teams, you'll guide customers from deployment through enablement, model migration, renewal, and expansion. You'll develop genuine partnerships with customers' AI leadership, platform and compute teams, security and accreditation officials, and mission operators—and with the cleared cloud providers and system integrators that deliver alongside us. Your understanding of their mission, how they accredit and govern capabilities on classified fabrics, and how they evidence value to oversight will help them deliver decision advantage.
Drawing on both your national security expertise and technical knowledge, you'll serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey with us—helping them navigate constraints that don't exist in commercial or federal civilian deployments: classified-fabric accreditation, fixed compute capacity, compartmentation, limited telemetry, and need-to-know discipline. Much of this work happens onsite, in the customer's spaces, on their systems.
Your role focuses on driving consumption and adoption of Claude across mission workloads, standing up enablement and change management suited to a cleared, mission-driven workforce, identifying and hardening the workloads that matter most to the mission, and demonstrating value in unclassified terms that can leave the building and support renewal and expansion.
The insights you gather will directly inform our research priorities, product roadmap, and national security strategy—making you a key voice in shaping how Anthropic builds and delivers AI systems for the most demanding missions.
Key responsibilities:
Partner with the account executive and Applied AI architect to deeply understand the customer's mission requirements and translate them into an account and success plan, ensuring alignment between mission objectives, the customer's investment, and technical implementation
Serve as the primary post-sales advisor to the customer throughout their Claude adoption journey, from deployment through enablement, model migration, renewal, and expansion. You will need to build trusted relationships across the customer's senior stakeholders—AI leadership, platform and compute teams, security and accreditation officials, contracting, and mission operators—and coordinate internally across multiple teams and with cleared cloud providers to drive customer success
Support customers building with Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Government on classified infrastructure—managed configuration, capacity and throughput planning, and workload onboarding—with a working understanding of accreditation requirements (FedRAMP High, IL5/IL6, classified-fabric accreditation)
Create and deliver compelling enablement and executive content tailored to different audiences. You will need to spread the gamut from hands-on Claude Code enablement for engineering teams (Train the Trainer, managed configuration as the "paved road," Center of Excellence development) up to mission-value conversations with senior agency leadership, in unclassified language that can leave the building
Help the customer develop evaluation frameworks and measure adoption and value without direct telemetry—provider capacity reports, customer-run dashboards, workload registries, and agreed leading indicators—and guide model migration and release readiness: eval gates built from their workloads, staged cutovers off end-of-support models, and realistic expectations about what lands on their fabric and when
Drive consumption and adoption: separate under-pacing from burst saturation of a fixed compute pool, smooth and onboard workloads before asking for capacity, discover new mission workloads across compartmented organizations, and document value realized in mission-outcome terms (decisions accelerated, coverage, timeliness, findings produced)
Own Executive Business Reviews that function as discovery and alignment—leaving executives with sponsor commitments, mutual next steps, and a mission-outcome narrative that supports the renewal decision—and serve as the primary conduit between the customer, cleared cloud providers, and Anthropic
Identify common adoption and integration patterns and hero workflows that demonstrate mission transformation, and contribute insights back to our Product, Engineering, Research, and Policy teams—while maintaining strict separation of classified and unclassified channels and escalating correctly (e.g., 'Claude cut a high-volume analytic triage queue from days to hours')
Work onsite frequently at customer facilities for enablement, workshops, and relationship building, on the customer’s systems and within their security and need-to-know rules
Maintain strong knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities, agentic and Claude Code implementation patterns, and national security AI policy
You may be a good fit if you have:
Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, this position requires U.S. citizenship and an
active TS/SCI security clearance with a current full-scope polygraph
(a TS/SCI with CI polygraph may be considered where crossover is supportable)
Must have prior experience working with US national security
(defense and/or intelligence)
agencies
—ideally at the level of AI leadership, platform, and compute teams rather than a single program office—and a working knowledge of how national security agencies accredit, budget, govern compute, and measure mission (including the difference between FedRAMP High, IL5/IL6, and classified-fabric accreditation, and the role of cleared cloud providers and system integrators)
5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or Consultant, with experience navigating complex stakeholder environments; able to work onsite at customer facilities in the National Capital Region 3-4 days per week
Experience driving success with consumption-based products (tokens, throughput, capacity) as well as seat-based products, including measuring adoption and value when you cannot see usage directly
Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, API integration patterns, and agentic tooling such as Claude Code; familiarity with common LLM frameworks, tools, and evaluation approaches, and hands-on experience building something with an LLM API or coding agent, is a strong plus
Exceptional ability to build relationships with and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, from engineering and platform teams to security and accreditation officials to senior national security leadership
Judgment and discretion: never over-promises on dates, capabilities, or documentation; practices need-to-know as a reflex; keeps composure under political and competitive pressure; strategic mindset to identify mission transformation opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion plans
Excitement for engaging in cross-organizational collaboration, working through trade-offs, and balancing competing priorities—advocating for customer needs across internal (Applied AI, Policy, Research, Security) and external (cleared cloud provider, system integrator, program office) stakeholders
Passion for thinking creatively about how to use AI in a way that is safe and beneficial for the national security mission, and ultimately furthers the goal of advancing safe AI systems
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic 'roll up your sleeves' mentality—you're a true team player

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

An overview of this role
You'll be the Staff Program Manager, CCO Programs, running the cross-functional initiatives on the Chief Customer Officer's (CCO) priority list. These programs include go-to-market transformation, retention and renewal motions tied to major annual recurring revenue (ARR) goals, the field-to-product feedback loop, and executive engagement with our highest-value accounts. You'll turn executive intent into workstreams, coordinate senior stakeholders across Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, Renewals, Professional Services, Data, and Enablement, and make the tactical calls that keep the portfolio honest.
This is a founding seat reporting to the CCO while the broader Programs function is built, and the reporting line may evolve as the team scales. In your first year, every CCO-level program will have a clear owner other than the CCO, leadership will trust your data-grounded view of program health, and the portfolio will deliver measurable business outcomes.
What you'll do
Own execution and business outcomes across CCO-level programs, including go-to-market transformation, renewal and retention motions, product feedback loops, and executive sponsorship for top accounts.
Turn CCO direction into workstreams with clear owners, dependencies, and timelines.
Coordinate senior stakeholders across Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, Renewals, Professional Services, Data, and Enablement, holding them accountable without direct authority.
Surface stalled work, unowned risks, and slipping timelines so the CCO has a reliable, real-time view of the portfolio.
Recommend scope changes, re-sequencing, or ending a program when it is not delivering value.
Drive follow-through from executive meetings by tracking decisions and action items to completion.
Track program health using data, connect execution to retention, expansion, adoption, and ARR outcomes, and communicate executive-ready narratives.
Build shared standards for tracking, reporting, and handoffs, and iterate plans with functional leaders based on field feedback.
What you'll bring
Experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic programs at the executive level and turning ambiguous direction into delivered outcomes without a fully scoped brief.
Experience in Customer Experience, go-to-market, or revenue-facing functions such as Customer Success, Renewals, Sales, or Revenue Operations, with fluency in retention, expansion, and adoption motions and how they contribute to ARR.
The ability to influence senior stakeholders, including executives, and hold them accountable to commitments without formal authority.
Judgment to make high-stakes tactical recommendations under ambiguity, including when data supports changing direction or ending a program.
Data fluency to assess program health, diagnose where work is breaking down, and recommend a data-informed next step.
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to move between an executive-ready narrative and execution-level detail.
Comfort operating without established infrastructure and helping build the function's operating model.
Reliable follow-through and the ability to navigate conflict and competing priorities across a broad stakeholder group.
About the team
You'll be the first Program Manager supporting CX Executive initiatives and the founding hire in a Programs function that will grow as the CCO's highest-priority cross-functional initiatives outgrow ad hoc ownership. The team works across the customer lifecycle, from go-to-market strategy and product feedback through renewal, expansion, and executive relationships with large accounts. We partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, Data, and Enablement leaders in a globally distributed, largely asynchronous environment to turn CCO commitments into shipped outcomes.
