Location: Berlin
Workplace: Hybrid
OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Taxfix does not have a dedicated brand owner at group level today. We need someone who can set brand strategy for the group, hold the organisation to it, and personally run the work that brings it to life. This is not a strategist role with execution handed off to others. This is also not a job purely about ATL campaigns. You will cover a broad set of responsibilities in a hands on way, with a small team around you. You will have a very large amount of influence on the direction of our services and need to be comfortable working with product and marketing teams.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Brand strategy and positioning for the group across product, marketing, operations. Strategy is kept current as the market and the business change.
- Brand in the product, partnering with product and product marketing so brand shows up consistently in onboarding, in-product moments and lifecycle messaging.
- Product vision contributions including a brand perspective for roadmap and product strategy conversations.
- ATL strategy, planned and produced together with the in-house creative studio.
- End-to-end ATL campaigns, run autonomously from brief through concept, production, media and measurement.
- Brand research, initiated and run on your own initiative, so positioning and creative decisions rest on real customer and market data.
- Brand accountability, holding every team that touches the customer to our brand values, positioning and look & feel.
- Brand systems: The context, guidelines, examples that are consumed by AI agents by the rest of the company so they can be on-brand.
YOUR PROFILE
- You feel like the following applies to you: You have high standards and can switch off your ego, you have high agency, you followup & follow through, you are a self-starter, you improve yourself proactively, you want to learn, you are an excellent communicator across very diverse groups of people, you are analytical and can explain both your logic and your intuition. If most of these do not apply to you then you will not enjoy this role. If most do and you are not sure: Apply.
- 5+ years in brand, hands-on - you've made and run projects yourself, not just briefed people who did.
- A strong, current read on the market and category, with a record of turning that into decisions, built through real partnership with product and marketing as a peer
- German, native or fully fluent, comfortable working in English
- Built for a small team, self-directed, and you do a large share of the work yourself rather than only directing it.
- Direct and candid, with strong opinions loosely held, you say what you think, back it with reasoning, and change your mind when the evidence says so, without needing to be right
- You have interest in service design and how services provided by people and software come together in delightful user experiences.
- Sharp creative judgment and comfortable using AI across your workflow - research, drafting, production, with craft and taste always leading, never replaced by the tool; you know how AI is reshaping brand work and use it to get more out of a small team, not just to work faster
- A balance of rigor (data, measurement) with instinct, customer empathy and creative taste, earned somewhere you had to prove brand's value to product and performance teams, not just brand peers
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Check out our Life at Taxfix https://www.linkedin.com/company/taxfix/life/8684512c-424f-44de-8d07-6e6b516e3319/?viewAsMember=true page on LinkedIn to get a glimpse of our culture.
At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.
Not sure if you meet all the requirements for this role? Please apply anyway. You might bring something special to the team that we hadn't considered previously.

In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.

You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Role..
As a Wolt Market Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in managing and continuously improving the supply chain for Wolt Market in Finland.
You will take ownership of a broad portfolio of Supply Chain responsibilities, including inventory and availability management, demand forecasting, supplier performance and operational supplier management. You will use data and strong commercial judgement to balance availability, inventory, shrinkage, and profitability, ensuring that Supply Chain decisions support both our customers and the overall performance of the business.
The role requires a high degree of independence and ownership. You will identify opportunities and challenges, translate analysis into actions, and drive complex Supply Chain initiatives from problem definition through implementation and follow-up with limited guidance.
You will work particularly closely with the Finland Supply Chain Analyst and act as an experienced sparring partner to the Finland Category and Store Operations teams. You will also collaborate closely with colleagues across the regional Supply Chain team and the wider Wolt Market Supply Chain community, sharing knowledge, contributing to common initiatives and supporting the continuous development of our Supply Chain capabilities.
Key tasks and responsibilities of the role
Own and drive core Supply Chain responsibilities for Wolt Market Finland together with the local Supply Chain team.
Manage and continuously improve inventory availability, stock levels and inventory health while balancing availability, shrinkage, capacity and profitability.
Analyse demand, inventory, availability, shrinkage and supplier performance and translate insights into clear recommendations and actions.
Own and continuously improve demand forecasting and replenishment processes, including forecasting around promotions, seasonal events and other changes in demand.
Monitor Supply Chain KPIs, identify performance gaps and root causes, and independently develop and execute actions to improve performance.
Work closely with Category to evaluate the Supply Chain implications of supplier, assortment, promotion and commercial decisions and provide constructive challenge where required.
Partner closely with Store Operations to identify and solve Supply Chain-related operational challenges and ensure processes work effectively from supplier through to store.
Manage operational relationships with suppliers and collaborate on topics including ordering, delivery performance, lead times, order conditions, availability and Supply Chain improvements.
Identify structural supplier or assortment-related Supply Chain challenges and develop commercially sound solutions together with relevant stakeholders.
Own complex projects and larger workstreams from analysis and problem definition through implementation, stakeholder alignment and measurement of results.
Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of Supply Chain tools, systems, automation and processes.
Use data, analytical tools and AI to diagnose complex problems where multiple factors need to be considered and exercise sound judgement in determining the appropriate solution.
Proactively identify new business needs and improvement opportunities and develop proposals for how Supply Chain can address them.
Work closely with the Finland Supply Chain Analyst, sharing expertise, providing guidance and supporting development through informal mentoring and collaboration.
Collaborate with the regional Supply Chain team and wider Supply Chain community, contributing to cross-country projects, exchanging best practices and helping develop scalable ways of working.
Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Category, Store Operations, Finance, Product and other relevant functions.
Manage several priorities and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-moving environment while maintaining a high level of quality and follow-through.
Take a hands-on approach and be willing to move between strategic analysis, problem solving and operational execution as required.
Demonstrate excellent business judgement and a practical, solution-oriented approach to getting things done.
Contribute positively to Wolt's culture and ways of working and be an active member of both the local and regional team.
Qualifications for the role
Strong experience in Supply Chain, inventory management, replenishment, demand planning or a closely related field, ideally within grocery, retail, e-commerce or another fast-moving environment.
Strong understanding of inventory and replenishment principles and the trade-offs between availability, stock levels, shrinkage and profitability.
Demonstrated ability to independently solve complex Supply Chain and business problems using data, structured analysis and commercial judgement.
Experience working with demand forecasting and translating forecasts into inventory and replenishment decisions.
Strong commercial understanding and the ability to assess Supply Chain decisions in the context of broader business performance and profitability.
Experience collaborating with commercial or Category teams and confidence in constructively challenging decisions based on data and Supply Chain expertise.
Experience working with suppliers and analysing and improving supplier performance.
Ability to take ownership of complex projects and workstreams and drive them from problem identification to implementation with limited guidance.
High level of autonomy and the ability to determine the appropriate methods and approach when faced with new or ambiguous assignments.
Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to build credible working relationships across different functions and levels of the organisation.
Ability and willingness to share expertise, provide guidance and informally mentor less experienced colleagues without formal people-management responsibility.
Highly analytical, structured and detail-oriented while maintaining a strong understanding of the bigger commercial picture.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with several competing priorities.
Advanced skills in analytical and productivity tools such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel; experience with BI and Supply Chain systems is an advantage.
Passion for analytical excellence, continuous improvement and using data to make better decisions.
Fluency in English. Finnish language skills are an advantage.

Working at Bitso
Bitso is Latin America's largest crypto-powered financial services platform. Bitso Business serves corporates,
liquidity providers, importers and exporters, credit companies and payment firms that move money across
borders and settle at scale. We are building the most recognized FX franchise for corporates in the region, on
rails that are faster and more transparent than the correspondent banking system they replace.
Your Purpose
The Senior Sales Executive owns a corporate portfolio end to end: sourcing, structuring, closing and growing FX
and cross-border payment relationships. This is a quota-carrying, individual-contributor role for someone who
has sold spot and forward FX, SPEI and mass-payment flows to treasurers and CFOs, and who is comfortable
explaining stablecoin settlement rails to a compliance committee the same week they quote a USD/MXN
spread to a trading desk.
Reports To
Head of Sales
Who You Are
Must have
10+ years of B2B sales experience in fintech, payments, FX or banking institutions, with a consistent record
of carrying and beating quota.
Demonstrable experience selling FX - spot and forward - to corporate clients, including pricing
conversations with treasurers and trading desks.
Demonstrable experience selling SPEI and Mexican domestic payment flows, including mass payments and
collections.
Strong network among corporates, financial institutions or payment companies in Mexico.
Ability to structure complex, multi-product deals and navigate procurement, treasury, legal and compliance
in parallel.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
Fluency with CRM discipline and data-driven pipeline management.
Strongly desirable
Prior experience at a crypto exchange, digital-asset platform or blockchain-native company.
Working knowledge of Bitcoin, stablecoins and on-chain settlement, and the ability to explain them credibly
to a non-crypto CFO.
Experience with cross-border corridors involving the US, LatAm, Europe or Asia.
Exposure to regulated environments - IFPE, SOFIPO, VASP or equivalent licensing regimes.
Soft skills
Collaboration: works naturally with Trading, Compliance, Product, Operations and Legal - treats them as
partners in the deal, not obstacles to it.
Teamwork: shares intelligence, mentors less experienced sellers and contributes to team targets beyond
personal quota.
Performance under pressure: stays composed in volatile markets, live pricing situations and tight
settlement windows.
Ownership: operates autonomously, commits to numbers and reports honestly when they are at risk.
Clarity: communicates with precision in front of a CFO, a regulator or an internal committee.
What You Will Do
Commercial ownership
Carry and exceed an individual quota for FX volume, payment volume and net revenue across an assigned
corporate portfolio.
Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline in the CRM - accurate stages, next steps, close dates and a monthly
forecast within plus or minus 10%.
Originate new logos through outbound prospecting, industry networks, chambers of commerce, brokers and
referral partners.
Negotiate pricing, spreads, credit terms and commercial agreements in coordination with Trading, Treasury
and Legal.
Client management and structuring
Act as the trusted commercial counterpart to CFOs, treasurers, controllers and heads of payments at
corporates and financial institutions.
Diagnose client flows - currency pairs, corridors, volumes, timing, settlement constraints - and structure the
right combination of FX, SPEI, cross-border payments and stablecoin settlement.
Grow existing accounts through wallet-share expansion, new corridors and additional products; own

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.

Docker is looking for a Senior Partner Enablement Manager to own internal and external partner enablement and drive aligned GTM outcomes across our partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales Enablement, you will design and deliver the training, certification, and enablement programs that connect Docker’s partner community — Channel partners, Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), Global System Integrators, and Technology ISVs — to a shared, coordinated go-to-market motion.
Every program you build, every piece of content you ship, and every internal enablement session you run exists to accelerate GTM outcomes: more partner-sourced pipeline, stronger co-sell execution, and faster revenue through the ecosystem.
Docker’s partner ecosystem is a strategic growth lever, and AI Governance (AIG) is our primary co-sell motion. You’ll ensure every partner type understands Docker’s AIG value proposition, knows how to run joint sales plays, and is ready to engage customers alongside our field teams. Equally, you will serve as the internal GTM connector for Docker’s own sellers — equipping AEs, SEs, and CSMs with the partner playbooks, account mapping skills, and co-sell readiness they need to drive pipeline through the ecosystem. If you love building from scratch, orchestrating complex programs across diverse partner types, and making an entire ecosystem move toward a common GTM goal, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
External Partner GTM Enablement — Training & Certification
- Design, build, and continuously improve training and certification programs tailored to Docker’s partner community across Channel, Hyperscaler, G/SI, and Technology ISV partners — all anchored to enabling partners to execute Docker’s GTM motion.
- Develop role-based learning paths that give partners the product knowledge, messaging fluency, and technical depth they need to sell and support Docker effectively — with AI Governance as the primary GTM anchor.
- Leverage and extend Docker’s Accreditation Platform to scale partner certification, track completion, and recognize partner expertise across the ecosystem.
- Manage certification tracks end-to-end — from curriculum design and facilitation to assessment, badging, and ongoing recertification — tying completion to measurable GTM readiness.
External Partner GTM Enablement — Content & Programs
- Develop and maintain a library of partner-specific GTM content including joint sales plays, co-sell decks, competitive positioning, product overviews, and objection handling guides — all built to activate partners in the field.
- Partner with the Partner team to identify enablement gaps across each partner segment and build scalable programs to close them in service of shared pipeline goals.
- Own and administer Docker’s partner enablement infrastructure, with Impartner as the primary partner management and learning platform.
- Establish Impartner as a world-class partner portal — driving adoption, improving the partner experience, and continuously optimizing the platform for discoverability and GTM engagement.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate new launches and messaging — especially around AIG — into partner-ready GTM materials that are accessible, timely, and field-tested.
Internal GTM Enablement — Enabling Docker’s Field to Win with Partners
- Own the internal side of partner GTM: equip Docker’s AEs, SEs, and CSMs to confidently work alongside partners and drive joint pipeline.
- Build and maintain “How to Win with Partners” resources for Docker’s field teams — covering account mapping, co-sell cadences, joint pipeline management, and partner engagement models tied to GTM outcomes.
- Build co-sell plays and joint sales materials that connect Docker’s AIG story to each partner type’s unique value proposition (e.g., Hyperscaler integrations, G/SI delivery models, Channel resell motions).
- Develop and deliver enablement on how to run effective account mapping sessions with partners — including preparation, joint prioritization, and follow-through.
- Support account mapping in Salesforce (SFDC) between Docker AEs and partner sales teams, ensuring the right structure and training exists to make joint pipeline sessions productive.
- Run internal enablement sessions on partner engagement models, referral and resell programs, and co-marketing strategies to drive joint pipeline and GTM velocity.
GTM Velocity & Impact
- Drive velocity in Docker’s partner program by ensuring partners are enabled, certified, and ready to engage customers at every stage of the sales cycle.
- Track partner readiness KPIs — including pipeline contribution, certification completion, co-sell engagement, and account depth — and tie every enablement investment to measurable GTM outcomes.
- Use partner performance data, completion metrics, and field feedback to identify gaps and continuously sharpen programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel enablement, or partner programs in a SaaS or technology company.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver scalable partner training and certification programs anchored to GTM outcomes — not just content management.
- Proven experience managing a partner portal or LMS — Impartner experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of channel dynamics, co-sell motions, and partner ecosystem economics across Channel, Hyperscaler, and G/SI partner types.
- Experience building or supporting account mapping processes and joint pipeline programs between a vendor’s field team and partner sales organizations.
- Excellent communicator — able to engage and build credibility with both external partners and internal field stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset — you use metrics to prioritize, measure, and connect enablement investment to GTM results.
STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Experience building partner enablement programs from scratch in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with Command of the Message or other structured sales methodologies.
- Exposure to AI, containerization, DevOps tooling, or developer platforms — Docker experience a significant plus.
- Experience enabling partners around a primary GTM motion or strategic product category (e.g., AI/ML, security, cloud infrastructure).
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to align enablement with go-to-market priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage external relationships with partner stakeholders and influence GTM execution without direct authority.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We believe in setting people up to win. Here’s what great looks like in this role:
FIRST 30 DAYS — LEARN & LISTEN
- Ramp on Docker’s platform, partner ecosystem strategy, and the current state of partner enablement across Channel, Hyperscaler, G/SI, and ISV segments — with a specific eye toward GTM alignment gaps.
- Audit existing partner programs, content, and the Impartner platform — understand what exists, what’s missing, and what partners actually need to execute Docker’s AIG GTM story.
- Build relationships with the Partner team, Sales leadership, and key partner stakeholders to understand the ecosystem’s GTM motion from the inside out.
FIRST 90 DAYS — TAKE OWNERSHIP
- Take full ownership of the Impartner platform — establish governance, improve the partner experience, and begin driving adoption tied to GTM engagement.
- Deliver the first partner training or certification module (with AIG as the GTM anchor) and gather field feedback to iterate.
- Launch at least one “How to Win with Partners” internal enablement resource and one account mapping framework for Docker’s field teams.
FIRST YEAR — DRIVE GTM IMPACT
- Operate a fully functioning partner enablement program with measurable readiness scores, certification completion rates, and partner-sourced pipeline contribution.
- Be recognized by the Partner team, partner community, and Docker’s field teams as the go-to resource for partner GTM enablement, co-sell readiness, and joint pipeline execution.
- Demonstrate clear linkage between partner enablement investment and partner-driven GTM outcomes — pipeline generated, quota retired, and account depth increased.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Almost any company can produce training video at scale today. Almost none can tell you whether it actually made someone better at their job. We're building the product that closes that gap: an agentic, real-time experience where people practice live, dynamic scenarios, and where organizations finally get genuine signal on readiness, instead of a metric tied to course completion. This is a zero-to-one bet on what comes after content, which is practice, and proof.
You'll own one of two of the domains inside that bet, Surveys and Guidance, from strategy through ship.
WHY NOW
Real-time, agentic AI has only just become good enough to hold a convincing live scenario, and to make sense of what happens inside one. The window to define this category is open now, and we intend to own it.
THE PROBLEM YOU'RE SOLVING
Today, the most a company can do to check whether someone has genuinely learned something is watch them complete a module or pass a quiz. The behaviors that matter in real roles, in real moments, are rarely tested reliably, and what comes back to the business is a thin, lagging signal.
We have the underlying technology to change that. What we need is a product manager who can turn it into something an enterprise will use to prepare its people, and that an end user actually wants to engage with, across two connected domains:
- Surveys - capturing structured, trustworthy signal at scale: how people feel, how they're performing, and where the gaps are.
- Guidance - giving people direction in the moment they need it, live and in context, rather than as a debrief after the fact.
Both sit inside the same bet: give organizations proof of readiness, not just proof of attendance.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Owning the multi-quarter strategy for Surveys and Guidance, setting the direction, identifying the right problems to solve, and making the trade-offs needed to deliver against them.
- Defining and evolving the success metrics for both domains, and connecting product outcomes directly to commercial results: retention, expansion, and revenue impact.
- Getting close to the customers who matter most: understanding how they think, where current tools leave them exposed, and translating that into a product direction others can act on.
- Driving a shared understanding of where these product areas are going and why. Engineering, design, R&D, and commercial counterparts should all be able to articulate the strategy and the reasoning behind it.
- Producing written narratives, strategy docs, and PRDs, that move decisions forward and give your team the context to build the right thing without a follow-up conversation.
- Balancing short-term delivery with long-term product health: scoping to reflect execution risk, hitting milestones predictably, and iterating based on evidence rather than opinion.
- Contributing to improvements in product practice across the team, and actively participating in PM hiring.
WHO YOU ARE
You've owned a critical product domain before, one where the stakes were real and the strategy was yours to set, not just execute. You're comfortable operating with autonomy on the what, not just the how, and you have a track record of connecting product decisions to commercial outcomes.
You understand that zero-to-one products in complex domains require you to hold two things at once: the discipline to deliver predictably in the short term, and the judgment to make the right long-term bets while the evidence is still forming. You don't wait for a clean brief. You identify the right problems, form a view, and bring others along.
You're a strong written communicator. Engineering and design partners, commercial leads, and senior leadership should all come away from your docs and updates with a clear understanding of where the domain is going and why, without needing to ask.
You care about the quality of the experience. Real-time, agentic products are unforgiving, and you hold a high bar for what "good" feels like, for the user in the moment and for the customer looking at outcomes.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU BRING
- Significant experience in product management, with direct experience owning a critical product domain: setting strategy, not just executing it.
- A track record of connecting product outcomes to commercial results: ARR, retention, expansion, or equivalent.
- Experience with zero-to-one product development in a complex, experience-driven space. You've navigated the ambiguity of a zero-to-one build and have the scar tissue to show for it.
- Experience building agentic or AI-powered products. You understand what makes real-time AI interactions feel natural, and what breaks them.
- Strong written communication: strategy docs, PRDs, and decision memos that others can act on without a follow-up conversation.
- Experience working alongside enterprise buying motions. You'll be close to the commercial team, and that context matters.
We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every point above. Strong candidates rarely match a list exactly, and we'd rather hear from you.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Commercial Manager, Global Supply Chain
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Finance team shapes the company's future by directing capital to high-impact investments, developing robust financial strategies, and ensuring we deliver long-term value while pursuing our ambitious mission.
We're looking for a Commercial Manager, Global Supply Chain to join our team. This is a global role spanning the DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt ecosystem, with Deliveroo as the hiring entity. This is a hybrid role based in our London office.
In this role, you'll help shape what our global supply chain looks like as DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt increasingly act as one unified company — building a highly efficient commercial approach to how physical goods, logistics, and courier equipment move across our operations worldwide. Rather than three brands running separate playbooks, you'll help design the single commercial model that brings them together, turning fragmented regional practices into one coherent, scalable supply chain.

team — what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Global Supply Chain team, responsible for getting physical goods—courier apparel, equipment, in-store technology, and consumables—to our riders, merchants, and partners across every market. Sitting underneath the Senior Commercial Manager, you will build and execute sourcing strategies, lead complex international negotiations, and manage supplier performance across the DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt ecosystem.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Sourcing Strategy & Execution
Translate category strategies into actionable sourcing plans
across warehousing, last-mile fulfilment, apparel, manufacturing, and consumables, driving consolidation across our brands.
Lead end-to-end competitive sourcing events
, utilizing spend analytics, market intelligence, and total cost of ownership (TCO) modeling to secure optimal commercial outcomes.
Build and execute robust negotiation positions
, focusing on unit cost, freight, duty, quality protections, and working capital impact.
Contract & Supplier Management
Own the end-to-end contracting process
in partnership with Legal, maintaining a complete contract register and enforcing lifecycle obligations, renewals, and rebates.
Drive day-to-day commercial supplier management
, conducting structured performance reviews, establishing operational KPIs, and managing Joint Improvement Plans.
Mitigate supply chain risk and ensure continuity of supply
, establishing dual-sourcing strategies, financial risk assessments, and strict ethical sourcing/modern slavery compliance across manufacturing partners.
Partner with operational and logistics leadership
to align requirements, streamline specifications, and build credibility across historically independent regional teams.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
Significant experience in supply chain sourcing
, with a proven track record delivering measurable commercial value across logistics, 3PL, or manufactured goods categories.
Demonstrated ability in end-to-end competitive sourcing
, including hands-on contract negotiation with major international suppliers and manufacturing partners.
Proven capability in supplier relationship and performance management

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll work alongside diverse, cross-border teams and supportive colleagues who share knowledge and want to see you succeed. Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and a growing web of integrated SaaS tools run large parts of Wrike's business. As that footprint grows, we're hiring a dedicated analyst to bring stronger visibility, governance, and risk understanding to this business systems estate — partnering closely with the teams who own and use these tools.
Your Impact:
Own security for Wrike's business systems SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and the integrations that connect them, covering permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, OAuth scopes, and integrations.
Build and maintain clear visibility into what data lives in these systems, why it's there, and how it flows between integrated tools.
Partner with RevOps, Marketing, Legal and others to embed security into how these platforms are configured, extended, and connected to third-party services.
Translate security and business-continuity issues into clear, actionable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure business systems handling personal data hold up against privacy frameworks including GDPR and CCPA, in close collaboration with Legal and Compliance.
Chase data-flow and permission questions to ground truth which means following through until the answer and its implications are genuinely clear.
Your Qualifications:
Your primary expertise is in Salesforce administration and business systems security. Everything else listed here is context you'll operate in. Depth in the primary domain matters more than breadth across all of them.
Salesforce administration experience with a strong security lens. This means permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, and integration patterns.
Solid understanding of how business systems interconnect and why that matters for data exposure and business continuity.
Able to communicate issues precisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Working knowledge of privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA at minimum.
You don't need to tick every box! We're looking for depth in business systems security and the drive to grow across the rest.
Standout Qualities:
Certified Salesforce Administrator credential.
Security+, ISC2 CC, or an equivalent security certification.
Experience auditing or governing SaaS-to-SaaS integrations
Exposure to data security posture management (DSPM) or data classification in SaaS environments.
You use AI as a force multiplier — to move faster, think wider, and go deeper — but your security instincts and judgement are your own. You don't outsource thinking to a tool.
Demonstrated tenacity in chasing complex data flows and access permissions across multi-tool integrations to a definitive answer.
Team Dynamics:
You will be joining Wrike's 15-member global Security team led by Maksim Pekuryn, Director of Security. You will report directly to Swen Groeneveld, Head of Security Operations, whose 8-person sub-team includes Security Engineers, Application Security, and SOC specialists. You'll also work closely with cross-functional partners in RevOps, Marketing, and Legal.
Our Work Style:
Tech stack: Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, OAuth integrations, connected apps, and related business SaaS tooling.
Collaborative environment working closely with RevOps, Legal, and Marketing teams.
Hybrid mode.

Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. We help individuals from around the world connect with great companies that are looking for their specific skill set. Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located.
About the role
Staff Accountant
We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing DTC men's apparel brand doing over $10M per month in revenue. Comfort-first, performance-minded basics: shorts, tees, hoodies, pants. California-rooted, 100% bootstrapped, running on Shopify with paid Meta as the growth engine.
The Role
This is not a back-office job. This is the financial nerve center of a fast-moving DTC operation.
You will own the daily accounting engine covering AP, receiving reconciliation, vendor accounts, and COGS accuracy. Then you will do what most accountants cannot: turn those numbers into answers. Which SKUs are printing money and which are dead weight? Which vendors are quietly bleeding the company on variances?
You will work directly with ownership. No layers, no bureaucracy. Ownership handles month-end close and the big strategic calls. You run the daily operation, surface what matters, and bring analysis sharp enough to change decisions. When you find something, it gets acted on that day.
If you have ever caught a six-figure error nobody else saw, or built the analysis that killed a bad product line, this is your room.
What You'll Own
Accounts Payable, full cycle
Process, code, and schedule vendor invoices across the full supplier base
Execute 3-way matching (PO, receiving report, invoice) on every inbound shipment
Run payment cycles, track terms, and capture early-pay discounts
Resolve discrepancies directly with vendors
Receiving and Inventory Accuracy
Daily reconciliation of invoiced quantities against goods actually received
Catch short ships, production variances, and pricing errors before they become write-offs
Partner with fulfillment leadership to keep receiving documentation airtight
COGS and Unit Economics
Maintain weighted average cost accuracy across roughly 1,300 SKUs
Reconcile landed costs including freight, duties, and inbound charges into true unit economics
Support monthly COGS true-ups and inventory valuation reviews
Vendor Management
Own vendor account reconciliations, statement reviews, and terms compliance
First line on anything billing-related with the supplier network
Track vendor performance: variance rates, pricing drift, chargeback recovery
Analysis
Blended and category-level gross margin tracking
SKU contribution, velocity, and markdown exposure across 1,300 SKUs
Vendor scorecards on cost, accuracy, and reliability
Ad hoc deep-dives for ownership: spend reviews, pricing scenarios, whatever needs answering that week
Requirements
Requirements
3 to 6 years in accounting or accounting plus FP&A, with real inventory, AP, or cost accounting exposure. Apparel, CPG, or DTC ecommerce strongly preferred
Fluent in 3-way matching and comfortable pushing back on vendors when the numbers do not add up
Excel killer: pivots, lookups, and models built from scratch
You think in unit economics, not just journal entries
ERP experience such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar. Shopify ecosystem familiarity is a plus
Self-directed and fast

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the role:
We are looking for an Investor Relations Manager, Capital Markets & Strategic Research to build and deepen Higgsfield’s relationships across investment banks, equity research, institutional investors, and the broader capital markets ecosystem.
This is not a traditional IR role focused on quarterly earnings, filings, or maintaining an investor database. As a private, fast-growing AI company, our goal is to establish Higgsfield as a primary source of insight for the financial community on Creative AI and the transformation of the broader creative economy.
You will build relationships with the analysts, bankers, and investors shaping how emerging technology categories are understood, helping ensure they have the data, context, and access needed to understand the size of the market and Higgsfield’s position within it.
The goal is not paid placement. It is to build the relationships and credibility that lead analysts to independently recognize Higgsfield as one of the companies defining the Creative AI category.
What you'll do:
- Build and manage relationships with investment bankers, equity and thematic research analysts, institutional and private-market investors, hedge funds, and other influential members of the capital markets ecosystem.
- Establish a systematic engagement program with research teams at leading investment banks.
- Develop a regular cadence of analyst briefings, executive conversations, and relationship-building across Wall Street.
- Track relevant research covering Creative AI, generative video, the creator economy, advertising, media, AI infrastructure, and adjacent markets.
- Make Higgsfield a trusted resource for analysts by providing market intelligence, data, executive access, and informed perspectives on how AI is transforming creative industries.
- Educate analysts and bankers on the size and structure of the Creative AI opportunity and why the relevant TAM extends across multiple large existing industries.
- Identify upcoming sector reports and research initiatives where Higgsfield can provide insight and contribute to the underlying investment thesis.
- Create opportunities for earned inclusion of Higgsfield in thematic and sector research.
- Identify opportunities to collaborate on or co-commission credible research examining Creative AI and the transformation of the creative economy, while maintaining a clear distinction between sponsored research and independent analyst coverage.
- Partner with Higgsfield leadership, communications, and finance to develop the data, market frameworks, benchmarks, and narratives needed to explain the category.
- Track analyst and banking relationships, engagements, relevant reports, upcoming research themes, and resulting outcomes.
- Build a deliberate strategy for converting relationships into tangible outcomes rather than treating relationship-building itself as the objective.
Requirements:
- 3–6+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, capital markets communications, strategic financial communications, or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of how Wall Street research is produced and how relationships with analysts and investment banks are built.
- Ability to discuss TAM, industry structure, competitive positioning, and technological disruption with sophisticated financial audiences.
- Ability to translate a fast-moving technology story into a credible capital markets thesis without turning it into marketing language.
- Highly relationship-driven while remaining focused on measurable outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where the category, company, and market narrative are evolving quickly.
*Nice to have:
- Existing relationships across investment banks, equity research analysts, institutional investors, or the broader capital markets community.
- Experience covering or working within AI, technology, internet, media, advertising, the creator economy, or high-growth private technology companies.
- Experience working with thematic or sector research and understanding how emerging technology categories become incorporated into broader investment theses.
- Experience helping position a private, high-growth company with sophisticated financial audiences.
Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
- Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $175,000 - $240,000, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
- Bonus: This role is Bonus eligible and may participate in the Company's discretionary annual bonus program.
- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.
- The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.
- Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.
This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Team members are expected to work from our San Francisco office three full days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely and are expected to be available during agreed working hours and to maintain sufficient overlap with the relevant team’s time zone. We value in-person collaboration, active communication, responsiveness, and close partnership across teams.
Higgsfield AI is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
