What you'll do
- Own end-to-end design for important workstreams from problem framing through research, exploration, and delivery.
- Deliver high-quality UI and interaction design that delights customers and drives conversion.
- Define user needs, success criteria, constraints, and tradeoffs before solution development.
- Adapt to evolving priorities, knowing when to dive deep or pivot.
- Mentor and elevate the design craft of peers through critique and leadership.
- Ensure consistency by contributing to and improving the design system and creating reusable patterns.
- Use data-informed approaches combining qualitative and quantitative research.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, research, and data teams to deliver impactful work.
- Utilize AI tools fluently for exploration, prototyping, synthesis, and accelerating design tasks.
What we're looking for
- High personal standards in design output that elevate the team.
- System thinking to design holistic product experiences.
- Rigorous problem understanding before solutioning.
- Ability to ship quickly, prototype to learn, and avoid over-polishing.
- Comfort and curiosity with AI tools in design practice.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback that improves team thinking.
You're a good fit if you have
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design on complex consumer products, ideally mobile and at scale.
- Experience leading design across multiple workstreams or feature areas.
- Experience contributing to a production-scale design system.
- Experience grounding decisions in research and data, proactively seeking data when unavailable.
- Experience mentoring designers and elevating design craft.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to advocate design decisions to product, engineering, leadership, and customers.
How we work
- Close collaboration with PM and engineering to develop scalable solutions.
- Hands-on leadership where managers continue to design.
- AI is integrated into design tooling, prototyping, and product development.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As part of our growing Data Science & Analytics team, you will play an instrumental role in Anthropic's mission of building safe and beneficial AI — this time by driving data-informed decisions across the commercial customer lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of fast-moving sales operations and rigorous statistical analysis. You will work across multiple segments and products, partnering with analytics engineers, fellow data scientists, and go-to-market leadership to turn complex commercial data into actionable strategy.
You will own measurement and analysis for new logo acquisition through activation, expansion, and retention for a rapidly scaling, consumption-based AI platform. You've worked in cultures of analytical rigor before, and you're eager to help shape the norms and best practices of a growing data science function at a pivotal moment in the company's growth.
Key responsibilities
Define key metrics, build measurement frameworks, and maintain core reporting to evaluate GTM success across segments and products
Analyze commercial and user data to surface actionable insights, size opportunities, and influence roadmaps and go-to-market strategy
Develop hypotheses and apply rigorous causal inference methods — controlled experiments, synthetic controls — to make clear, actionable recommendations
Investigate anomalies, conduct root cause analyses, and provide data-driven guidance on priorities and decisions
Build statistical models, optimization frameworks, and simulations to support and automate commercial decision-making processes
Present analyses and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including GTM leadership
Establish foundational data practices and help scale analytics infrastructure to support rapid product and commercial iteration
Minimum qualifications
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools
Expertise in experimental design, causal inference, statistical modeling, and A/B testing, particularly in high-scale technical environments
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and business audiences
Strong written communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments — comfortable creating structure and driving progress where neither yet exists
Preferred qualifications
5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles
A strong track record in multi-segment, multi-product B2B sales or commercial analytics, especially with consumption-based revenue models
Experience with AI/ML products, large language models, or developer tools in the AI/ML ecosystem
Genuine interest in Anthropic's mission of developing safe and beneficial AI
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We’re seeking a Customer Solution Architect Team Lead to captain a high-performing team of Customer Solutions Architects and help drive the adoption of Supabase across a diverse range of customers: from agile startups building towards their first launch to established brands with highly scaled workloads. This role will support the East Coast region across the Americas.
As the CSA Team Lead, you will be responsible for both people management and customer outcomes - supporting team execution while developing repeatable best practices across pre-sales discovery, proof-of-value onboarding, and technical success.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
At Supabase, CSA Leads oversee a portfolio of high-value customers by empowering their team to deliver technical excellence and long-term customer success. You'll work directly with the team to:
- Hire, coach, and grow a global team of CSAs who serve as trusted technical advisors to our customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to define and scale the CSA motion across the full customer journey—from discovery through adoption and renewal.
- Create structured onboarding, training, and development plans for CSAs to level up in technical storytelling, Postgres optimization, and customer success strategy.
- Ensure CSAs consistently deliver successful outcomes, unblock adoption, and drive value for paid Team and Enterprise accounts.
- Work directly with strategic customers when needed—especially during complex escalations, architectural deep dives, or critical onboarding milestones.
You'll be joining our team to support Supabase Team & Enterprise customers, where you will be expected to lead and innovate around the following areas of responsibility:
PRE-SALES DISCOVERY:
- Lead and review technical discovery led by CSAs to uncover business and technical objectives, set appropriate expectations of the Supabase platform, and define the criteria for success.
- Guide CSAs in designing and presenting platform demonstrations tailored to high-value customers, helping them clearly articulate the value of the Supabase platform and team.
- Collaborate with Growth team members to size deals, provide anticipated usage estimates, and identify potential workloads supported by the Platform.
PROOF-OF-VALUE ONBOARDING
- Support your team in defining and executing proof-of-value scopes that balance business outcomes with low-friction onboarding.
- Ensure CSA-owned timelines, success criteria, and engagement tactics result in a high proof-to-conversion success rate.
- Build reusable onboarding flows (email sequences, docs, templates, webinars) that accelerate time-to-value for new customers.
CUSTOMER SUCCESS & EXPANSION
- Help your team build detailed account plans focused on both short-term adoption and long-term expansion opportunities.
- Provide ongoing technical coaching for CSAs conducting architecture reviews, schema design evaluations, and performance tuning for production workloads.
- Partner cross-functionally to advocate for customer feedback, share emerging customer needs with Product & Eng, and communicate roadmap milestones back to customers.
TRUST & PLATFORM ADVOCACY
- Coach CSAs to act as internal and external champions of Supabase, building trust with customers through consistency, clarity, and deep product expertise.
- Uphold a standard of excellence in customer engagement, ensuring Supabase becomes embedded in the way our customers build.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, or Database Engineering.
- 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience, ideally in a high-growth, technical startup environment.
- Strong background with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), with a deep understanding of schema design, indexing, and query performance.
- Hands-on experience building modern web applications using frameworks like React, Svelte, Vue, or Node.js.
- Clear, confident technical communicator and storyteller. Must be able to distill complex technical topics into actionable outcomes for customers and team members alike.
- Experience navigating stakeholder alignment, conflict resolution, and collaborative problem-solving across teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, BigQuery, and internal BI dashboards.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.

An overview of this role
As an Senior AI Engineer at GitLab, you'll help build the foundation for GitLab's transformation into an AI-first company. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise AI, you'll be a hands-on technical leader responsible for delivering internal AI-powered solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Building fast matters, but it's not enough on its own. This role starts with understanding the real problem: mapping how work moves across teams, tools, and handoffs, identifying the true constraint, and validating whether AI is the right solution before you begin development. From there, you'll take ownership from discovery through deployment, combining strong engineering skills with systems thinking and business understanding.
Your initial focus will span Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, where you will embed AI solutions into key systems and workflows. This role offers the opportunity to shape how GitLab team members work, improve flow across the organization, and help advance our mission in a remote, asynchronous, and values-driven environment.
What you'll do
Diagnose business problems before building solutions. Map workflows, identify constraints, and confirm whether AI is the right intervention. Be prepared to say "this doesn't need AI" when that's the honest answer.
Own AI initiatives end-to-end, from stakeholder discovery and technical design through implementation, deployment, and iteration.
Design, develop, and ship AI-powered solutions quickly, delivering working prototypes in days, not months, with a focus on practical outcomes and measurable business value.
Improve organizational flow by building solutions that reduce bottlenecks, shorten lead times, and increase throughput. Measure success using flow metrics alongside adoption and ROI.
Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows using APIs, orchestration tools, and modern AI platforms, including GitLab Duo Agent Platform, where appropriate. The right tool wins, whether that's custom code, a platform, or a well-crafted prompt.
Be Customer Zero: leverage and showcase GitLab's AI offerings wherever possible, feeding real-world usage insights back to R&D.
Partner closely with stakeholders across functions to understand the real constraints. Ask the right questions, bridge technical and non-technical perspectives, and align on outcomes before jumping to solutions.
Define and track success through business metrics, flow metrics, and feedback loops that make performance visible and actionable.
Contribute to technical direction by evaluating tools, documenting patterns, and creating reusable foundations that help the team scale its impact.
What you'll bring
A Technologist at Heart -
Genuinely invested in technology, the foundational and the cutting-edge in equal measure. You're as energised by a well-designed API integration as you are by the latest foundation model release. You reach for the simplest solution that solves the problem well, rather than forcing new technology when proven approaches would do. AI is a powerful part of your toolkit, but it sits on top of solid engineering fundamentals, not in place of them.
Competent, Confident Coding Skills -
You can build working solutions end-to-end, write clean and maintainable code, and debug effectively. Whether your skills were honed in a traditional engineering role, through building automations, or shipping side projects, what matters is that you can deliver production-quality work independently.
AI
& LLM
Technical Depth -
Strong proficiency in at least one modern scripting language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar) and a solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration patterns. Deep, practical experience with modern AI technologies, specifically: Prompt engineering as a core discipline: designing effective system prompts, managing context windows, structuring multi-turn interactions, evaluating output quality, and iterating systematically on prompt design.
Model selection and cost-performance trade-offs:
understanding when a smaller fine-tuned model outperforms a general-purpose large one, when RAG is the right architecture versus expanding the context window, and how to make principled decisions about capability versus cost.
Agentic architecture patterns:
tool use, multi-agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop designs, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and production-grade reliability patterns.Practical fluency across the LLM ecosystem: hands-on experience with models from Anthropic, OpenAI, open-source alternatives, and the judgment to know which to reach for and when.
AI Safety & Risk Awareness -
You think critically about how the solutions you build could be exploited, misused, or produce unintended consequences. You know how to design appropriate guardrails (input validation, output filtering, access controls, prompt injection defences, and data leakage prevention) and you treat these as first-class engineering concerns.
Systems Thinking & Diagnostic Rigour -
The ability to look at a complex process and see the constraint. Comfortable mapping how work flows end-to-end, identifying bottlenecks, and tracing problems to root causes before proposing solutions. You instinctively ask "what's actually blocking flow here?" before asking "what model should I use?"
Business System Expertise -
Familiarity with the landscape of enterprise business systems, CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo), support platforms (Zendesk), integration and orchestration tools (Workato), AI platforms (Relevance AI), and enterprise search and knowledge tools (Glean). You don't need deep experience with all of these, but to understand what they do, how they fit together, and be willing to build with and across them. A strong understanding of enterprise data models and workflows is essential.
Broad Functional Understanding -
Ability to have meaningful conversations with stakeholders across diverse domains and quickly understand their unique needs.
End-to-End Ownership -
Track record of owning complex initiatives from discovery through delivery. Comfortable operating with ambiguity and driving to measurable outcomes independently.
Product Mindset -
Ability to scope MVPs, prioritise ruthlessly, and deliver iteratively. In addition, consider adoption, user experience, and business outcomes.
Preferred requirements
Experience with GitLab platform and CI/CD workflows
Background in consulting, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
Familiarity with value stream mapping, flow metrics, or Theory of Constraints thinking
Experience with low-code/no-code orchestration tools (n8n, Make, Workato) alongside custom development
Previous startup or high-growth company experience
Experience mentoring or leading technical projects with junior engineers
About the team
You will join the Enterprise Technology & AI team. We're the backbone of the organisation, driving transformation in how GitLab team members make decisions, operate at scale, and deliver results for our customers.
We believe the best AI solutions start with understanding the system, not the technology. We value people who think in constraints and flow, who build with conviction, and who never stop learning. We work in an all-remote, asynchronous setting, guided by GitLab's values of collaboration, results, efficiency, diversity, inclusion and belonging, iteration, and transparency.

You are a key part in shaping the Food Tracking squad, leveraging our Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) stack to deliver high-impact solutions for iOS and Android users. You join a cross-functional team partnering closely with Product Managers, Designers and Analysts.
This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal, or the U.K.

- Excellent Communicator. You can clearly articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical partners. You’re comfortable documenting technical topics in written form to your peers.
OUR CORE TECH STACK
We believe in Kotlin Multiplatform and use it heavily in our modularized monorepo. We share as much code as possible outside of the UI layer, while building the fully native UI using Compose on Android and SwiftUI on iOS.

- kotlinx.coroutines
- kotlinx.serialization
- Ktor
- SQLDelight
- Metro for dependency injection.
WHY US?
- An exciting product with millions of users in over 150 countries, driven by our mission to transform the world through healthy eating
- A remote-first setup: work 100% from home, join a co-working space, or work abroad for several weeks per year
- 30 vacation days to relax and recharge, plus 5 child sick days if your little one needs you
- A focus-driven culture that values efficiency over long hours - no overtime expectations, and if it happens, you get that time back!
- A high-impact environment where your work drives real change - short decision-making processes and no micromanagement
- A team culture where ambition and balance go hand in hand, supported by strong connections - from our fully covered company retreat to team meetups and virtual coffee breaks
- Tools and support to do your best work: MacBook, monitor, and €1,000 annual learning budget, plus regular feedback and career development
- A truly international team with English as our company language and a shared commitment to growth and well-being - supported by Sunday Supplements and Nilo Health

🚀 THE ADVENTURE AHEAD
As our Technical Product Manager for Connectors, you are the master orchestrator of the enterprise ecosystem, ensuring Docebo talks seamlessly to the tools our customers love most. You aren’t just managing a list of integrations; you are building the mission-critical bridges between HRIS, CRM, and Productivity suites that power global learning at scale. Your mission is to define "what good looks like" for native integration quality and hold the organisation accountable to it through clear, measurable outcomes.
🛠️ THE DAY-TO-DAY
- Architect the Roadmap: Strategically prioritize our native integration portfolio by balancing customer demand, ARR impact, and competitive benchmarks across the HRIS and CRM landscapes.
- Deep-Dive Discovery: Lead technical reconnaissance by interrogating vendor APIs, testing authentication models, and inspecting payloads to ensure our PRDs are airtight before a single line of code is written.
- Own the Lifecycle: Manage the full "cradle-to-grave" journey of every connector, including proactive versioning, deprecation strategies, and navigating upstream vendor changes.
- Measure What Matters: Define and track the heartbeat of our portfolio through connector adoption rates, sync reliability, and SLOs that prove our impact to GTM leadership.
- Eliminate Ambiguity: Write precision-engineered specifications—covering field mapping, conflict resolution, and error handling—so Engineering and QA can execute with total clarity.
- Enable the Field: Partner with Technical Writers and Sales to create "field-ready" guides and represent Docebo as the technical authority in high-stakes enterprise deal cycles.
- Evaluate the Build: Make the high-level call on whether to build, co-build, or partner for new categories, using a blend of technical depth and commercial savvy.
⚡ YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- Integration Specialist: You have a black belt in enterprise APIs (REST, OAuth, SCIM) and understand why webhook reliability varies and how data model gaps create sync chaos.
- Hands-on Explorer: You don’t wait for a demo; you jump into Postman, call sandbox APIs, and prototype sync flows yourself to answer the tough questions.
- Precision Architect: You thrive in the details, crafting requirements that leave zero room for interpretation and ensuring our connectors are as reliable as they are functional.
- Metric-Minded Leader: You speak the language of SLOs and ARR, translating technical performance into commercial evidence that resonates with executive stakeholders.
- SaaS Savant: With 4+ years in Technical PM or Integration Engineering, you’ve managed complex portfolios and know the HCM or LMS ecosystem inside and out.
- Commercial Navigator: You know exactly which integrations protect revenue at renewal and which ones unlock new market segments, and you can explain the "why" to anyone.
