ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
Docker AI Gateway is our answer to the complexity of taking AI agents from prototype to production. It’s a powerful, intelligent, and secure control point that eliminates the toil of model orchestration, tool management, observability, and governance - so developers can focus on building incredible AI agents, not gluing together infrastructure.
The Gateway sits at the center of modern AI applications, offering:
- A model and tool routing layer with built-in security and cost optimization
- A familiar OpenAI-compatible interface and MCP server
- Unified observability and policy enforcement
- Auto-RAG, tool injection, session summarization, and more
We’re just getting started and we need exceptional engineers to help us build the backbone of the future of agent-based development.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set technical direction for core systems powering the AI Gateway 0 the model router, MCP gateway, and control plane - and make sure architectural decisions hold up as usage scales by 10x
- Consistently identify gaps in our infrastructure, process, or tooling before they become blockers, and drive the fix from idea to production
- Take a significant, hands-on role in defining, delivering, and implementing the Gateway's technical strategy, in close partnership with engineering leadership
- Own the hardest, highest-ambiguity problems in the system: dynamic model selection, auto-failover, cost-based routing, and policy enforcement that has to work end-to-end
- Act as the go-to expert for secure credential storage, session summarization, caching, and rate limiting - the capabilities everything else depends on
- Build the infrastructure that lets us, and our customers, evaluate, replay, and backtest agent and LLM behavior with confidence
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, and raise the technical bar for the team through code, design review, and example
- Partner with product, design, and leadership to shape not just what the control plane UI does, but where the product goes next
KEY PROBLEMS YOU’LL HELP SOLVE
- Define the unified abstraction layer across diverse model and tool providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS Bedrock) that the rest of the org builds on
- Architect secure, scalable identity and credential vaulting for tool and model access, trusted enough to run at enterprise scale
- Build the infrastructure for real-time and historical analytics of AI agent behavior that leadership and customers both rely on
- Guarantee that policy enforcement and logging work end-to-end - from prompt to tool to response - with no gaps an auditor (or attacker) could find
- Set the bar for developer experience through intuitive APIs and first-class observability
WHO YOU ARE
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of backend engineering experience, with a track record of owning production-grade systems at significant scale
- Deep specialization in distributed systems, cloud-native infrastructure, and API design - recognized by peers and cross-functional partners as a go-to expert, not just experienced
- Experience building secure, high-throughput services (gateways, proxies, load balancers, policy engines), and a history of making judgment calls other engineers rely on
- Fluency in Go and/or Rust
- A track record of identifying systemic gaps - in architecture, process, or tooling-— and driving the fix across team boundaries, not just within your own
- A strong product mindset, with real experience shaping technical direction rather than only executing against it
- Comfortable operating with wide latitude: given a problem and significant autonomy in how to solve it, including when and who to pull in
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM APIs
- Familiarity with RAG architectures, vector databases, or agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI)
- Experience with policy engines (e.g., OPA), observability frameworks (e.g., OpenTelemetry), or API gateways
- Understanding of OAuth 2.1, secret management, and cloud IAM systems
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture
- A track record of setting technical standards that other teams or engineers went on to adopt
WHY JOIN US?
- Work on what’s next: The agent era is just beginning. Help define the infrastructure stack for the next generation of software.
- Own mission-critical infrastructure: Be part of a small team building the backbone of secure, intelligent agent applications.
- Impact at scale: Your work will touch tens of thousands of developers building AI-first applications.
- Engineering excellence: Join a world-class engineering team that values simplicity, code quality, and deep technical thinking.
- Remote-first culture: Work from anywhere with a team that trusts and empowers you.

About Peec AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $17M ARR in 22 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
About the role
We're looking for a GTM Enablement Manager to help our sales team ramp faster, sell better, and win more deals. You'll own how our Account Executives and SDRs are onboarded, trained, and coached, and make sure they have the playbooks, content, and market knowledge they need in every deal. You'll work closely with Sales leadership, RevOps, Product Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience.
This role is for someone who holds a high bar on execution and moves fast. We use AI to speed up our GTM work, and we expect you to do the same. We also expect you to be the person who catches generic, low-effort output before it reaches a customer. Our brand and our customer experience matter too much to ship anything less than excellent.
What you'll do
- Own onboarding for new Account Executives and SDRs: build a structured ramp program with clear milestones and certifications that gets new hires productive fast
- Design and deliver ongoing training on our product, the AI search market, our sales methodology, and competitive positioning, for new and tenured reps alike
- Embed our sales process into day-to-day execution: train and coach reps on qualification, stage exit criteria, mutual action plans, trial management, and negotiation
- Standardize SDR-to-AE and Sales-to-CX handoffs, with clear expectations for qualification, documentation, and ownership
- Partner with Product Marketing, who own core positioning and messaging, to translate these into practical sales playbooks, training, and customer-facing materials: discovery guides, talk tracks, objection handling, battle cards, email templates, decks, one-pagers, proposals, and case studies. Work with Design to keep them accurate, on-brand, and easy for reps to find
- Coach reps alongside sales managers: review calls, run role plays, and use call and deal data to spot skill gaps and sharpen messaging
- Run competitive intelligence: track what competitors ship and say, turn it into battle cards and training reps use in live deals, and flag what matters to Product and leadership
- Measure what works: track ramp time, win rates, conversion, and content usage with RevOps, report on the impact of enablement programs, and cut what isn't working
- Drive adoption of our sales tools (HubSpot, call recording, and AI tools), and build workflows and automations that save reps time
- Translate new features and market shifts into training and materials within days, not weeks, so Sales, CX, and Growth all work from the same story
What we're looking for
- 3 - 5 years in GTM or sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
- A track record of designing and running onboarding and training programs with measurable results, such as shorter ramp time or higher win rates
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills: you can run an engaging workshop, give direct feedback on a call recording, and adapt to reps at different experience levels
- Working knowledge of modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message, and experience building one into training and process
- Data-driven and comfortable with tools: you work confidently in a CRM (HubSpot ideally) and call recording software, turn performance data into training priorities, and have built workflows and automations
- Strong stakeholder management: you work across Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Product, and CX with different goals, and keep reps up to date on process and product changes without slowing anyone down
- Strong product sense: you pick up a technical product and a new market quickly and can explain both simply
- Clear judgment on AI-generated content: you use AI to move faster, you know when it makes the work worse, and you push back when quality slips
- A strong eye for quality: you notice off-brand colors, inconsistent fonts, and misaligned elements, and you're comfortable making clean edits in Figma, Google Slides, or similar
- Proven ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment, where priorities change weekly
- An ability and willingness to travel between our two offices (New York and Berlin) once a quarter
- Excellent written English. You write clearly and cut anything that doesn't earn its place
Bonus points
- Prior quota-carrying experience as an Account Executive or SDR
- Experience with an enablement platform or LMS, such as Highspot, Seismic, or WorkRamp
- Some exposure to SEO, GEO, or marketing tech, or the curiosity to get up to speed quickly
- Experience building competitive intelligence or a customer story program from scratch
- Experience at an early-stage company during a period of rapid scale
- Fluent German, French, Spanish, or a Nordic language
What we offer
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Brand Insights, Measurement Lead at Anthropic, you will strengthen the evidence that fuels our brand decisions: knowing whether marketing spend and effort is working, saying so clearly on a schedule to the people who need to hear it. Marketing Insights turns market, campaign and user data into decisions that product, marketing, comms and sales leadership can act on. You'll tell us, with data, whether awareness is turning into consideration, whether consideration is turning into pipeline, and where that chain breaks down for a given audience. This role sits at the intersection of human understanding, marketing science discipline and organizational influence.
In this role, you'll own the team's recurring measurement readouts, including the Prosumer and B2B brand health tracker studies and the metrics, headwinds and tailwinds that show up in front of business leadership and in all-hands updates, keeping them accurate, current and easy to act on. You'll partner closely with your Marketing Insights teammates, Comms and data science on the brand-health dashboard, Brand & Integrated Marketing leadership, brand data science, research vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders across Enterprise Marketing, product marketing and finance.
Responsibilities
Own the recurring executive and all-hands readouts that put key metrics, headwinds and tailwinds in front of marketing management and the broader team
Lead process ownership of the Prosumer and B2B brand health tracker studies, including managing the research vendor relationships that field them
Lead coordination across Comms, Marketing and data science on the brand-health dashboard, aligning all three groups on one consistent view of the data
Support media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution and incrementality analyses that inform how marketing budget and effort get allocated, moving the team past correlation to a defensible read on what's actually driving outcomes
Run best-practice pre- and post-campaign analysis on individual campaigns, covering creative, channel, audience, and timing effects, and turn each read into a specific change for the next campaign
Roll up campaign-level learnings into a recurring view for leadership: which channels, creative approaches, and audiences are outperforming over time, and where the team should adjust the playbook next
Build audience and funnel analyses that quantify how different audiences move, and relate to each other, from awareness through consideration to conversion, and what that means for where to invest
Audit how customer sentiment gets reported across the business and design a more efficient, consistent process
Manage the underlying data pipelines so that recurring readouts stay reliable and don't get rebuilt from scratch each cycle
Partner with Marketing Insights teammates to keep measurement process and research design in sync, including feeding into the Marketing Business Review scorecard process
Develop one defensible view from first-party behavioral data, campaign and media data, and survey or attitudinal research, being clear about what each source can and can't tell you on its own
Present findings to non-technical audiences, including marketing leadership, enterprise sales and finance partners, translating hedged results into clear recommendations
You may be a good fit if you
Have a strategic orientation, strong curiosity for understanding what customers and users think and how to shift perceptions, and can use that to influence business and marketing direction
Are fluent in SQL and Python or R, and move comfortably between a quick exploratory pull and a more rigorous statistical model
Have designed or analyzed experiments (A/B tests, holdouts, lift tests) to establish a causal effect rather than settle for a correlation, and have applied regression, segmentation or other causal-inference methods to a real business question
Have run campaign-level measurement end to end, from a pre/post read on a single campaign to synthesizing learnings across multiple campaigns into a change the team acts on next time
Have built and maintained a recurring metrics report or dashboard that executives or cross-functional partners actually rely on, and kept it trustworthy over time
Can turn a hedged, caveated finding into a clear recommendation a non-technical stakeholder can act on, and know which caveat matters enough to keep in the headline
Start an analysis by pinning down the business question and the decision it needs to serve, not the method that's most interesting to run
Can reconcile data with no universal taxonomy across first-party, third-party, real-time and survey sources
Know when a directionally correct answer now beats a more rigorous one that arrives too late to matter
Work well across functions, building credibility with both technical partners and non-technical leadership
Are excited about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial
Strong candidates may also have
Experience with media mix modeling, multi-touch attribution or incrementality and lift testing specifically, rather than general-purpose analytics
Experience advising marketing stakeholders on experimental design for live campaigns (email, paid social), or measuring marketing performance across multiple markets
Familiarity with survey-based quantitative research (MaxDiff, conjoint, brand and sentiment tracking) alongside behavioral and usage data
Experience with a modern data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery) and a BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Prior experience in marketing, growth or brand analytics specifically, rather than data science in a general or product context
A graduate degree in statistics, economics or another quantitative field
A career trajectory spanning BI and dashboarding, applied causal inference and experimental design, and multi-market marketing measurement
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
PRODUCT BUILDER — SALES AI
⭐️ THE PRODUCT BUILDER ROLE ⭐️
Product Builders at Alan go deep on user needs, define a clear product strategy, and turn it into a high-impact roadmap.
- You will work closely with designers, engineers and sales teams to define the right product and build it.
- You will partner and align with every part of the business: sales, sales effectiveness, and our AI platform teams.
Sales AI: an exceptional opportunity to have an impact and grow
- Our sales teams sell health insurance, a field that demands real expertise. Our internal tools have become powerful but fragmented, and AI is fundamentally reshaping how humans and tools interact. Alan’s growth ambitions are high: reaching them requires a step change in sales effectiveness — in time spent and in win rate.
- So we are rethinking the entire sales experience from the ground up. Instead of tools Account Executives have to remember to open and prompt, we want an AI that works for the rep, including when they are not there: it processes information, analyzes a large pipeline of parallel deals, and comes back with “here is the priority today, do this and this.” A true assistant that helps reps prioritize, prepares work for them, and lets them build faster, more relevant offers, with the right sales material and arguments. With everything we know about past offers and the market, we can massively empower reps to walk in with a sharper offer and a sharper pitch.
- The scope spans the full funnel: top funnel (automating prospection so reps get more, better-qualified discovery) and bottom funnel (winning offers, stronger pitches, higher win rate). Alan has strong maturity here: voice AI is live in France and Spain, outbound campaigns run autonomously, the CRM fills itself from call transcripts, and our offer copilot is used by more than half our reps — around 20% productivity gained this year. The limit today is structural: every capability lives in a separate tool, behind a manual trigger.
- This is a validated, high-ambition bet to reinvent the sales experience, lift sales efficiency and win rate, and give every one of our clients a large-account-grade experience. And it does not stop at internal tooling: the same engine, pointed outward, can reach and answer customers directly in our self-serve funnel, and the approach can then be extended to other parts of Alan.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Reinvent the sales workflow. Move our Account Executives and Key Account Managers from siloed AI tools they have to remember to use, to AI that proactively pushes the right action at the right moment in their workflow.
- Build and sequence the roadmap. The scope is broad, so you will decide where to start, prioritize the highest-impact automation over “nice to have” AI features, and sequence the path to the full vision.
- Get hands-on. We build many of our tools in an “everyone can build” mode. You will work close to the engine room, writing prompts, wiring connectors and evaluating outputs, to understand what is really happening and unblock progress.
- Empower better, faster selling. Bring together what we know about offers, content and market signals so reps produce sharper offers faster — and automate the prospection work that fills their pipeline in the first place.
- Keep the experience coherent. Partner closely with adjacent teams building AI agents in neighboring areas, so the overall experience stays consistent rather than siloed.
- Drive the outcomes. Minimize time spent on low-value work while lifting offer relevance, win rate and the volume of qualified conversations each rep can run — so their time goes only to what needs a human.
⭐️ ABOUT YOU ⭐️
You may be a great fit at Alan if you have:
- At least 5 years in a product role (or equivalent product ownership) in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, ideally with AI or agentic products. Seniority matters here: the scope is exploratory and not fully defined yet.
- Genuine excitement for AI. You have built AI products, or you are deeply eager to learn how LLM-based systems and agents behave in production, including their failure modes, and you can reason about the shift from pull-based to proactive, push-based experiences.
- A builder mindset. You are hands-on and comfortable close to the product’s engine room (connectors, prompts, skills, evaluation) to understand what is really happening and unblock progress.
- Appetite for the sales and insurance business. You are happy to sit with a rep, review an offer, and learn how guarantees and consumption terms are expressed, then turn that into product vision. You do not need to be a sales or insurance expert already, but you want to go deep fast.
- Strong product execution. You set measurable goals, prioritize effectively, and ship iteratively, balancing quality, speed and impact.
- The ability to bridge technical and non-technical worlds. You translate between platform and engineering constraints and sales reality, and drive alignment through clear framing and sharp decision-making.
- Experience influencing without full authority. You can build the case for a new, ambitious bet and rally people around it.
- Strong written communication in both internal and external-facing settings.
- Fluency in French and English.
For this role, we hire within the D-F level Range. https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
Role highlights:
- Senior Manager, Total Reward
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: People
- Reports to: VP, People
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
As Senior Manager, Total Rewards, you'll build the Total Rewards function at ICEYE from the ground up. Today we don't have a mature Total Rewards infrastructure, and we need someone who has done this before and knows how to take an organization from fragmented compensation and benefits practices to a clear, scalable, data-driven framework.
You will own the strategy, design, and implementation of Total Rewards across our global workforce in Finland, Europe, the US, and Asia-Pacific. Reporting to the VP, People, you'll be a strategic partner to executive leadership, People Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders, bringing structure and discipline to how we make reward decisions while keeping the employee experience at the center.
This is a builder role. You'll be comfortable in an environment where the answer isn't yet documented and the process doesn't yet exist, and the expectation is to figure it out, build it, and make it work.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build the global Total Rewards framework: Define and implement ICEYE's Total Rewards philosophy, principles, governance, and operating model, including decision rights, so rewards are managed consistently across countries and employee populations.
- Lead and develop the Total Rewards team: Manage, coach, and develop the Rewards Specialist reporting to you, setting clear priorities, building expertise, and fostering a high-performing team. Balance hands-on delivery with effective delegation and capability building as the Total Rewards function evolves and scales.
- Build compensation infrastructure: Establish global salary benchmarking and market-pricing methodology, salary ranges and structures across relevant geographies, compa-ratio and market-positioning analysis, internal and pay equity analysis, and guidelines for new-hire pay, promotions, lateral moves, and out-of-cycle adjustments.
- Design and run compensation cycles: Build and lead scalable global merit, promotion, and equity refresh cycles, including budgeting, scenario modelling, manager guidance, and communication, in partnership with People Business Partners, Finance, and leadership.
- Create job architecture and career structures: Partner with People Operations and People Business Partners to build a practical global job architecture covering job families, career levels, leveling criteria, and role scope, with enough structure for consistency and without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Own equity and long-term incentives: Develop and govern ICEYE's global equity approach, including eligibility, grants and refreshes, pool planning, and executive and senior leadership equity, working with Finance, Legal, executive leadership, and the Board/Remuneration Committee while respecting country-specific constraints.
- Design variable compensation and sales incentives: Work with Commercial, Sales Operations, Finance, and business leaders to build and govern sales incentive plans, commission structures, and bonus frameworks, balancing commercial outcomes with simplicity, transparency, and financial discipline.
- Build the benefits strategy: Develop a coherent global benefits philosophy with local relevance. In Finland this includes oversight of occupational healthcare, insurance, pension arrangements, flexible benefits, ePassi, bike benefits, and other local programs, plus principles to harmonize benefits across our international locations.
- Establish pay transparency and pay equity: Build the processes, data, and governance to prepare ICEYE for the EU Pay Transparency Directive, Finnish equal-pay requirements, and other relevant regulations, turning requirements into practical processes rather than only managing compliance.
- Advise executives and the Board: Act as a trusted Total Rewards advisor to the VP People, executive leadership, and the Board/Remuneration Committee, with clear, data-driven recommendations on executive compensation, market positioning, equity allocation, incentives, budgets, and reward strategy.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES
- You have built this before: you have personally built or materially transformed a Total Rewards function, taking an environment with incomplete or inconsistent processes, data, structures, and governance and making it scalable
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR/People, with significant specialization in Total Rewards
- 3+ years in a senior Total Rewards leadership or ownership role
- Experience in a fast-growing, international technology, aerospace, engineering, deep-tech, or similarly complex organization, including through significant growth and organizational change
- Experience designing and operating compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries, particularly Europe and the US, with an understanding of how global frameworks differ from local market requirements
- Strong understanding of Finnish employment, benefits, taxation, and compensation practices
- Deep technical Total Rewards expertise: market benchmarking and survey data, salary structures and ranges, job architecture and leveling, compa-ratio and market positioning, pay equity analysis, equity and LTI, annual compensation cycles, variable compensation and sales incentives, benefits strategy, compensation modelling and analytics, and pay transparency
- Builder mentality: comfortable starting with ambiguity and without an existing playbook, mature HRIS configuration, or perfectly clean data; able to set a practical roadmap and be pragmatic about where structure is needed
- Executive presence and commercial acumen: able to translate complex reward topics into clear business decisions, challenge assumptions, model scenarios, and make recommendations to senior leadership and the Board
- A human-centric approach: you think about how reward decisions are experienced by employees and managers, and you build clarity and trust rather than more process
- Professional fluency in English
NICE TO HAVES
- Finnish language skills
- Familiarity with Finnish collective agreements/TES environments
- Experience with leading market data providers such as Radford, Mercer, WTW, or similar
- Experience navigating international equity and compensation considerations

COMPANY
At 0x https://0x.org/, our mission is to "Create a Tokenized World Where All Forms of Value Can Flow Freely". We deliver this to web3 builders with a delightfully simple suite of developer APIs that provide faster trading, better prices, and superior user experience.
Founded in 2017, we’ve processed over 211M+ transactions and $180B+ in trading volume from users trading on Matcha, Coinbase Wallet, Robinhood Wallet, Phantom, Rainbow, DefiLlama, MetaMask, Zerion, Zapper, and many more. Our investors include Greylock Partners, Pantera Capital, and Jump Crypto.

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to help elevate the visual identity of two very different brands across every touchpoint: 0x https://0x.org/, our onchain routing infrastructure, and Matcha https://matcha.xyz/, our consumer DEX aggregator. Today, the biggest priorities are sales enablement, web design and social graphics, with about 90% of your time spent on 0x and 10% on Matcha.
This is a senior, hands-on role for a designer who can move fluidly between high-craft visual design and the practical demands of a fast-moving marketing and sales function. As the only designer on our marketing team, you’ll play a key part in shaping how the 0x and Matcha brands look and feel.
The role requires an overlap with US Pacific hours.
What you’ll do
- Evolve visual identity and brand guidelines for 0x.
- Design and maintain a library of sales enablement assets: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, proposal templates and partner kits.
- Design web pages, including landing pages, product pages, and comparison pages.
- Design social graphics for both 0x and Matcha.
- Design for campaign launches and major sales or industry moments, from concept through final assets.
- Build brand and marketing templates and components that non-designers can use confidently across campaigns, social and sales materials.
- Stay current on crypto, DeFi and fintech design trends.
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years of brand design experience, including at least 1 year in crypto, DeFi or emerging tech.
- A portfolio of shipped brand work across web, social and sales materials.
- A track record of shaping and extending a visual identity, not just working within one.
- Strong typography and layout skills.
- Expert-level Figma skills, including building reusable templates and components.
- Fluency with AI design tools, and experience using them to raise both the speed and quality of your work.
- Experience partnering closely with marketing and sales teams, translating business goals into design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- A bias for action: you get things done without waiting to be asked and adapt quickly as priorities shift.
- Alignment with our core values https://0x.org/post/the-0x-mission-and-values: do the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact.
- Ability to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe.
Nice to have
- Experience building pages in Webflow, plus basic HTML/CSS.
- Experience taking a website redesign from concept to launch.
- Illustration and basic motion design skills.
- Experience designing for both B2B and B2C audiences.
BENEFITS
- The base salary range for this position is USD $120,000 - $180,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, location, business needs, and candidate preferences between the different compensation elements.
- Comprehensive insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability) for U.S.-based employees — 100% of base plan covered for you and dependents
- 401k and FSA for U.S.-based employees
- Monthly mobile phone bill, wellness, and pre-tax transportation expense
- Covered mental health benefits (included professional therapy sessions)
- A supportive remote environment

- 12-week paid parental leave

As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
The Philippines is advancing Universal Health Care (UHC), including by embedding tuberculosis (TB) control and global health security (GHS) into its primary health care system. To move this forward, the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHIC) is developing and piloting UHC financing reforms. This includes policies that better integrate TB services and strengthen GHS preparedness within primary care and provider networks.
The UHC policy and financing reforms include network contracting and the shift to Health Care Provider Networks. These reforms show PHIC's commitment to strengthening its strategic purchasing role. The PHIC needs a Senior Health Policy and Financing Advisor to speed up these priorities.
The Health Policy and Financing Advisor will directly report to PHIC’s Office of the President and Chief Executive Officer (OPCEO) as the technical review and clearing house for policies and PhilHealth benefit enhancements. The Advisor will work with the policy development units and other relevant offices to monitor progress, ensure alignment of timelines, and flag technical, operational, or legal risks that need swift resolution among offices.
The Advisor will support PHIC in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.
Responsibilities
Support PHIC in the timely delivery of the policies within the Focus Areas of Functional Primary Care System, including policies that better integrate TB services and strengthen GHS preparedness within primary care and provider networks.
Work with the policy development units and other relevant offices to monitor progress, ensure alignment of timelines, and flag technical, operational, or legal risks that need swift resolution among offices.
Prepare briefers and presentations to provide PHIC officials with updates on the policies within the focus areas, including progress on TB and GHS policies.
Coordinate with the Department of Health (DOH) National TB Program, the DOH Epidemiology Bureau, and relevant TB and GHS partners to align financing policies with program and surveillance priorities.
Specific Responsibilities
The following are the specific duties and responsibilities of the Advisor:
Lead policy development for PhilHealth ExeCom and Board approval for Primary Care Provider Networks (PCPNs) and Health Care Provider Networks (HCPNs).
Support the contracting and operationalization of 10 PCPNs and 5 HCPNs as pilot implementation. Include TB service and outbreak-readiness requirements in pilot network contracts.
Develop guidelines and facilitate fair and transparent selection of pilot sites. Consider TB burden and health security risk as possible selection factors.
Develop baseline status assessment templates for usage by PhilHealth Regional Offices. Consider including indicators on TB service capacity (screening, diagnostics, treatment, and preventive treatment) and emergency preparedness.
Develop delineation of roles and responsibilities between the DOH and PhilHealth in implementation and monitoring and evaluation of the pilots.
Support Policy Development for Pillar 2.
Project management of identified priority initiatives under the Unified National Agenda
Coordinate and liaise with the appropriate PHIC offices to address technical, operational, legal, or actuarial risks for alignment and resolution.
Support the policy units to ensure adherence to timelines for policy development, approval, and cascade.
Organize and attend meetings as necessary to ensure regular discussions and alignment between OPCEO directives and the offices involved in policy development.
Review existing PhilHealth TB benefits. Recommend ways to fold them into network contracting, DRGs, and global budgets, and to design payment approaches that reward case detection and treatment completion and engage private providers.
Recommend health financing options so PCPNs and HCPNs can respond to outbreaks and public health emergencies.

- Department: Global Manufacturing Organisation
- Reports to: Maite Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Satellite Systems, Software Verification Team Lead to own the final verification of our satellites, the stage where an integrated spacecraft is proven to work.
Once a satellite has been integrated, your team takes over. You’ll lead satellite-level functional and end-to-end checkout, onboard software loading and validation, and RF testing in our anechoic chamber, with a team of 5 technicians across systems, software and RF.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll spend real time with your team at the satellite, troubleshooting, unblocking issues and improving how we test. ICEYE is scaling satellite production fast, so you’ll also build the processes, tools and KPIs that let verification keep pace without compromising quality.
We’re looking for a strong electronics engineer who is comfortable with software and enjoys leading people. Space experience is a plus, not a requirement. If you’ve led hands-on electronics testing in a demanding industry such as aerospace, defence, automotive or power electronics, we’ll help you learn the space-specific parts.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space.
Leading Satellite Verification
- Own satellite-level verification after integration: functional and end-to-end system checkout
- Prove that all onboard systems (power, avionics, software, RF) perform reliably in full configuration
- Be hands-on: lead troubleshooting, isolate faults, unblock issues and keep momentum
Owning Software in Verification
- Own onboard software loading, validation and checkout during production verification
- Maintain and improve test scripts, test automation and software-supported verification flows
- Work with AIT Engineering on software-related issues, telling software faults apart from hardware faults
Overseeing RF Testing
- Make sure RF testing of the satellite in the anechoic chamber is planned, executed and reported to standard, working with the RF specialists in your team
- Keep RF test benches and chamber setups maintained, calibrated and compliant
Quality, Traceability & Compliance
- Plan, execute and report system-level functional tests and inspections
- Maintain configuration control, build discipline and full traceability
- Ensure compliance with applicable aerospace quality standards such as ECSS
- Identify key non-conformances, escalate critical issues and drive resolution of the most impactful ones, supporting root cause analysis led by AIT Engineering
Building Scalable, Repeatable Processes
- Develop work instructions, test procedures and checklists with AIT Engineering and Quality
- Turn unclear inputs into clear, usable processes and reduce tribal knowledge
- Increase throughput and reduce rework while protecting quality
Leading & Developing the Team
- Lead, coach and grow a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability and pride in the product
- Teach structured fault diagnosis and test best practices
Working Across Teams
- Be the bridge between verification and engineering (systems, software, RF, AIT)
- Collaborate with Quality, Planning, Supply Chain and the two other production teams (Integration/Mechanical & Thermal; Electronics)
- Prepare verification for higher volumes; define and track KPIs
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You don’t need to tick every box. If you have most of the must-haves and the role excites you, we’d like to hear from you.
Must-haves
- A degree in electronics, telecommunications or electrical engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Hands-on experience testing, validating or verifying complex electronic systems, at unit or system level
- Working software knowledge: scripting (ideally Python), loading and configuring software on hardware, version and configuration control
- Experience leading or coordinating a technical team in a hands-on environment
- Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings and test procedures
- Clear communication with engineers, technicians and stakeholders, in fluent English
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in space, aerospace, defence or another high-reliability industry
- RF test experience (spectrum or network analysers, signal generators, anechoic chambers)
- Familiarity with ECSS, NASA-STD or similar standards (such as DO-178C, ISO 26262 or EN 50128)
- Test automation frameworks (such as TestStand, LabVIEW or pytest)
- Experience scaling a test or production process
- Spanish [move to must-haves if Maite confirms it’s required]
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Every satellite is verified reliably, predictably, and to standard before it ships
- RF, system, and software verification processes are clear, structured, and scalable
- Problems are isolated and solved at the root, not patched
- The team takes full ownership of verification quality and traceability
- Verification keeps pace with ICEYE's growth
WHY THIS ROLE IS INTERESTING
- You own the moment of truth, proving the satellite works end-to-end
- You'll bring RF, systems, and software verification together under one scope
- You'll shape how verification is done, not just follow existing processes
- You'll work at the intersection of engineering and production, where decisions have immediate impact
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Talent Acquisition Interview
- Hiring Manager General Interview
- Technical Interview, including a Technical Challenge
- Peer & Culture Interview
- VP Interview
