The VP owns the investment pipeline and the international revenue plan end to end — from market selection and channel strategy through to deal closure in partnership with the Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal functions — while ensuring every transaction is conducted in full compliance with UAE and target-market regulations.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and secure land plots and development sites in the UAE and abroad through government master developers, landowners, brokers and auctions.
• Conduct land appraisal and highest-and-best-use studies, including zoning, permitted GFA/BUA, plot ratios, infrastructure and access.
• Prepare development business cases covering concept, product mix, cost estimates, sales pricing, phasing and projected returns for management approval.
• Negotiate land purchase agreements, development agreements, land swaps and JV / land-partnership structures with Legal and Finance.
• Work with the Projects / Development team, design consultants and contractors on concept, master planning and initial approvals, and hand over approved projects for delivery.
• Ensure land and project acquisitions comply with Dubai Land Department, RERA, master developer and local planning requirements, and with foreign-ownership and investment rules in overseas jurisdictions.
2.3 Bulk Deals – Acquisition and Disposal
• Originate, negotiate and close bulk purchase and bulk sale transactions (multiple units, full floors, buildings or portfolios) in the UAE and internationally.
• Identify bulk-buy opportunities from developers, banks, funds and distressed sellers that offer value below market, and bulk-sale opportunities to institutional buyers, funds and investor groups.
• Prepare deal valuations, pricing, payment structures and exit strategies, supported by independent valuations, for approval under the delegation of authority.
• Coordinate SPAs, bulk transfer procedures and registration with Legal, Finance and the Dubai Land Department, and ensure enhanced KYC, source-of-funds and AML checks on every counterparty.
2.4 International Strategy & Market Expansion
• Develop and execute the international business development strategy aligned with AHS Properties' corporate objectives and project launch pipeline.
• Identify, evaluate and prioritise target countries and buyer segments based on market data, demand trends, currency movements and regulatory conditions.
• Prepare annual and quarterly international sales targets, budgets and go-to-market plans for approval by senior management.
• Assess opportunities for representative offices, sales galleries or agency arrangements abroad and present business cases to management.
2.5 Revenue Generation & Sales Leadership
• Own the international Bulk sales pipeline and deliver agreed revenue, unit and collection targets across AHS projects.
• Lead negotiations on high-value and multi-unit transactions, block sales and bespoke purchase structures, within approved delegation of authority.

• Maintain an accurate investor database and relationship records in the company CRM, in line with data-protection requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong network of HNWI and UHNWI clients, family offices, private banks, wealth managers and institutional investors.
• Act as the senior relationship owner for key international clients, providing a discreet, high-touch experience throughout the buying journey.

Order Experience
– the area responsible for the user experience from the moment an order is placed: payment and the user’s journey in the app after purchase.
Here, analytics directly affects both the user experience and the business economics: how easy it is to pay for a purchase, how quickly a customer’s issue gets resolved, and how much that resolution costs the company.
You’ll work with the Product, Payments, Billing, and Support teams: together with managers, engineers, support specialists, and the finance team, you’ll identify opportunities for improvement, test hypotheses, and see them through to implementation. To do this, we have a mature internal A/B testing platform, a set of MCP tools and AI agents for analytical tasks, high-quality data in BigQuery and Spark, and transparent data preparation processes built on Airflow and dbt.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys proactively proposing changes, taking part in setting priorities, and seeing the results of their work in the product and in business metrics.
Responsibilities
Improving checkout and the post-purchase experience.
Identifying the reasons that prevent users from completing payment, and testing hypotheses that make this journey simpler
Developing AI support.
Working with the team to improve AI Chat: finding scenarios for automation, and assessing the quality of user problem resolution and the impact on the business
Improving the support contact experience.
Researching the user journey from ticket creation to problem resolution, agent performance, and refund decision-making
Increasing operational efficiency.
Forecasting support workload, improving the automatic refund model, and finding opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining service quality
Designing and analyzing A/B tests.
Helping teams choose metrics and experiment designs, interpret results, and automate analysis.
Developing the metrics system.
Making payments, billing, and support metrics clear and useful for decision-making, and investigating changes and anomalies
Influencing team priorities.
Identifying growth opportunities, estimating the potential impact of initiatives, and helping decide where it’s worth investing time
Enabling teams to work with data independently.
Preparing data for AI tools and automating repetitive analysis so that colleagues can answer basic questions on their own
Requirements
Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis and automation
A solid understanding of mathematical statistics and hands-on experience with A/B testing – from forming a hypothesis to drawing conclusions and making recommendations
Experience applying AI in analytical work: the ability to integrate it into everyday tasks, verify its outputs, and find new opportunities for automation
Independence and an interest in the business: the ability to dig into a problem, propose hypotheses, and connect analysis results to a specific decision
The ability to explain complex topics clearly to colleagues with different backgrounds — from engineers to support, finance, and legal specialists
The ability to manage work for multiple stakeholders: making priorities transparent, agreeing on scope and timelines, and justifiably deprioritizing less important tasks
Preferred
Experience in e-commerce, payments, support, or operations automation
Building your own AI tools and agents for data analysis
We offer
Compensation package: base salary and performance-based bonuses
Office-first: flexible hours with a possibility to work remotely 52 days per year

Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide to reimagine how they operate and compete.
We're looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Associate to help grow two revenue motions: converting partner-sourced leads from Anthropic and AWS into Provectus clients, and building new pipeline in our target industries. This is a high-growth role for someone with solid BD experience who wants to sell AI services at the center of the industry's most important partnerships. You'll work closely with our BD leadership, take ownership of deals as you grow, and develop into a full-cycle enterprise seller.
What You'll Do
Partner motion: Anthropic and AWS
Act as a day-to-day point of contact for Anthropic's and AWS's partner and field sales teams.
Receive and qualify enterprise leads shared by our partners, run discovery calls, and move qualified opportunities through to proposal and signed SOW, with support from BD leadership on larger deals.
Keep the joint pipeline up to date, and help prepare quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions.
Build relationships with Anthropic and AWS field reps so Provectus is their first call for implementation needs.
Support partner program activities: certifications, co-marketing campaigns, case studies, and partner events.
New business development
Prospect into enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences through outbound, networking, events, and referrals.
Run discovery, scope opportunities with our architects, and own deals through the sales cycle.
Build a growing network of decision-makers on the East Coast.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with delivery leads and solution architects to scope proposals accurately. You'll be selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Share market insights (buyer objections, competitor moves, industry trends) with leadership and marketing.
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience
in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally in B2B technology, cloud, or consulting.
Hands-on experience working with a technology partner ecosystem (AWS, Anthropic, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar), for example co-selling, joint pipeline, or co-marketing.
A track record of moving deals through the sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal and close.
Strong written and verbal communication, and confidence presenting to VP-level and senior stakeholders.
Curiosity about AI and a genuine interest in how enterprises adopt it.
Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you take ownership without being micromanaged.
Willingness to travel up to 40% for client meetings, workshops, partner events, and conferences.
Nice to Have
Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech).
Experience selling services or statement-of-work (SOW) engagements rather than SaaS subscriptions.
Exposure to AI/ML, LLM-based products, or cloud data solutions.
An existing network in New York's financial services or life sciences communities.
Why Join Us
Work at the intersection of two of the most powerful partnerships in AI: Anthropic and AWS.
Sell with confidence, backed by a world-class AI/ML team that delivers what you sell.
Learn directly from experienced BD leadership, with a clear path to a senior partnerships or sales role.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.
Choice of B2B contract or full-time employment.
Unlimited vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(k) matching plan.
OTE range $120-140k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.
LOCATION
Hybrid New York or Remote (EST timezone).
ROLE
Morpho's commercial activity is growing fast, and the partnerships, integrations and vendor relationships behind it now outpace what Legal can cover. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will own the contract lifecycle for our partnerships end to end (intake, standard paper, signature, post-signature obligations) and build the tooling behind it, so that standard deals close without waiting on senior lawyers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deal desk: intake and triage of partnership team requests, NDAs on our paper and the counterparty's, and first drafts and negotiation of our standard partnership and incentive agreements, through to signature packs and signing summaries.
- Post-signature tracking: a single contract repository linked to our CRM, and an obligations register (milestones, grant tranches, exclusivity periods, notice windows, renewals) with alerts to deal owners and Finance. Be the go-to person for the conditions of signed deals.
- Legal ops infrastructure: negotiation playbooks, a clause library, a consolidated set of templates, a Legal FAQ for recurring partner questions, AI workflows and agents for intake, drafting and review, outside counsel budget tracking, and a monthly report on legal throughput.
- Vendor and compliance ops: standard vendor and SaaS terms, renewals and insurance calendar, due diligence and security questionnaires, internal policy upkeep and data room hygiene.
- As capacity allows: corporate housekeeping for Morpho's legal entities, and support on employment, IP and privacy matters with outside counsel.
- Work daily with the partnership team, Finance, RevOps, BizOps and outside counsel.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
You understand Morpho's products and main commercial relationships, own the partnership legal queue and all NDAs, and have read every live partnership agreement and our standard templates.
FIRST 3 MONTHS
Counterparty-paper NDAs are turned around within 2 working days. Every signed agreement sits in one repository linked to its CRM record, and the obligations register is live for all agreements in force, with alerts to deal owners and Finance.
FIRST 6 MONTHS
Standard template deals run without senior lawyer involvement, except for listed deviations. Partner categories are consolidated into an agreed set of templates, each with a playbook. You deliver a monthly throughput report (volume, cycle time, deviations), vendor renewals and insurance sit on a single calendar, and you have proposed the 2027 legal operations roadmap.
MUST HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Legally trained (qualified lawyer or equivalent law degree), with 5 to 8 years in commercial contracting, part of it in-house at a fast-growing technology company.
- Has negotiated partnership, integration or licensing agreements alone, on both own and counterparty paper. US-style commercial drafting is essential.
- Has built legal operations in practice (contract lifecycle tooling, playbooks, intake, reporting), not only used them.
- Builds with AI tools: writes prompts and skills, automates document workflows, and knows where review by a lawyer is still required.
- Comfortable working with Finance on payment mechanics, milestones and budgets, and with a CRM as the source of truth.
- Able to hold a position with a deal team under time pressure.
- Clear, concise communication with non-lawyers.
- Strong ownership and autonomy at startup pace with limited support: doesn't wait to be told.
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
- Ability to work across US Eastern time zones with shifting priorities.
- Team-first mindset, low ego.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Backend Engineer on GitLab's Security Factory: Code Security team, you help developers find and fix security issues. Those issues live in the code they write and in the open source components they depend on.
Your work spans complementary parts of a complete security analysis. On the dependency analysis side, you teach the analysis engine what a project depends on. You parse dependency manifests, lockfiles, and SBOMs so the engine knows which libraries and frameworks are in play and how the code uses them. You also extend the service that turns security advisories into automated merge requests that update vulnerable dependencies. On the vulnerability detection side, you grow GitLab's security analysis engine with hybrid analyzers that blend rule-based detection and AI reasoning. You build and apply the tooling that develops, evaluates, and ships those analyzers, and you measure how well they find real problems. That work also expands coverage of the libraries, frameworks, and AI agent tooling that real-world applications are built on.
These threads reinforce each other. What a project depends on, and how its code uses those dependencies, are parts of one picture, and this team works across all of it. We make thoughtful use of AI-assisted development tools in our daily work. We expect you to use them effectively and with good judgment.
What you do
Act as the directly responsible individual (DRI) for team initiatives from design through delivery, shipping with minimal guidance in partnership with the technical lead
Bring systems built by one engineer to team ownership through documentation, tests, and shared review
Design and ship analyzers that pair deterministic analysis capabilities with AI-driven analysis, and build the evaluation harnesses that measure their false positives and missed findings against benchmark applications with known vulnerabilities, raising the bar for what counts as a trustworthy result. That includes detection rules mapped to CWE and the test fixtures that prove they work.
Package those analyzers for every place GitLab runs them, including CI jobs, AI agent workflows, and command-line tools, with findings reported in GitLab's standard security report formats
Design and ship the manifest, lockfile, and SBOM parsing that tells the static analysis engine what a project depends on, and extend it to new ecosystems and formats
Ship features across the automated remediation service that turns security advisories into dependency update merge requests, from sandboxed updates to merge request creation
Solve technical problems of high scope and complexity, actively seek out difficult impediments affecting the whole team, and advocate for improvements to quality, security, and performance with Product Management, Engineering stakeholders such as Frontend and UX, and partner teams such as Code Scanning and Composition Analysis
Mentor Intermediate engineers through code review and pairing, and maintain our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices through review
Participate in on-call rotations to assist troubleshooting product operations, security operations, and urgent engineering issues
What you bring
Experience building your own LLM tooling, such as a harness, an agent pipeline, or evaluations, with the judgment to know when output is trustworthy and when it isn't
Substantial professional experience writing and testing production code in a systems language, particularly Go and/or Rust, with depth in at least one. We use both, plus Ruby on the remediation side and Python for some analyzers, and value willingness to work across them.
Familiarity with package managers and dependency management in one or more language ecosystems, such as npm, Maven, pip, Bundler, or Cargo. Experience building tooling around them is better still.
Demonstrated application security experience, such as vulnerability research, secure code review, or writing detection rules, and fluency with vulnerability classes (OWASP Top 10, CWE) and the software supply chain
A track record of taking ownership of ambiguous problems and shipping with minimal guidance, with the self-motivation and organizational skills suited to a remote, largely asynchronous environment
Demonstrated capacity to communicate clearly and concisely about technical problems, and to write design proposals that bring a team to a decision
Helpful experience
Experience evaluating AI-driven detection against labeled data, including measuring false positives and missed findings
Experience with performance optimization at scale
Hands-on program analysis experience, such as parsing, ASTs, or data-flow analysis
Familiarity with popular web or mobile application frameworks and how they handle input, data, and configuration
Experience with containerized workflows and CI/CD (we use Docker heavily)
About the team
The Security Factory: Code Security team builds GitLab's code-level security scanning capabilities, spanning static application security testing and dependency scanning. We help developers find and fix security issues in both the code they write and the open source components they depend on, as early as possible.
We work closely with the Static Analysis team on GitLab's SAST engines, with Composition Analysis on the broader software supply chain, and with other groups across the Sec Section. We rely heavily on asynchronous work across time zones.

An overview of this role
As a Staff Backend Engineer on GitLab's Security Factory: Code Scanning team, you help developers find and fix security issues. Those issues live in the code they write, and you set the technical direction for the static analysis engine that finds them.
Your work spans two complementary parts of a complete security analysis. On the engine side, you shape how the static analysis toolkit models a program: parsing source into intermediate representations, resolving symbols, building call graphs, and tracking tainted data across files and languages. You define the architecture and specifications the team builds against, and you delegate component specifications within them to engineers and to the AI agents that implement them. On the evaluation side, you build and apply tooling that tests, measures, and validates what the engine finds against benchmark applications with known vulnerabilities.
What the engine can model and how we measure what it finds are parts of one picture. As a Staff engineer you hold that picture, shape the long-range technical goals of the team, and raise the bar for every engineer on it. We build the engine with AI agents that write and review code from written specifications, under human direction. We expect you to direct that work effectively and with good judgment, and to help the team do the same.
What you do
Act as the directly responsible individual (DRI) for the team's highest-scope initiatives from design through delivery, shipping large features with minimal guidance and shaping the long-range goals of the team
Bring systems built by one engineer to team ownership through documentation, tests, and shared review
Set the technical direction for the AI-assisted tooling that implements, reviews, and validates engine changes and findings, design the checks that decide whether an agent-written change or generated result is fit to merge, and measure detection quality against benchmark applications with known vulnerabilities, raising the bar for what counts as a trustworthy result. That includes static application security testing (SAST) rules mapped to CWE and OWASP, and the test fixtures that prove they work.
Own the architecture of the program model (parsing, symbol resolution, intermediate representations, call graphs, and taint and data-flow analysis) and of the pipeline that turns source code into findings, and define how both extend to new languages and frameworks
Solve technical problems of the highest scope and complexity, actively seek out difficult impediments affecting the whole team, and advocate for improvements to quality, security, and performance with Product Management, UX, and partner teams such as Code Security and Composition Analysis
Mentor all engineers on the team through code review and pairing, remove blockers to their autonomy, and shepherd the definition and improvement of our internal standards through review
Participate in on-call rotations to assist troubleshooting product operations, security operations, and urgent engineering issues
Define the overarching architecture and specification documents for the engine, delegate component specifications within them, and drive their implementation by AI agents and engineers working independently through phased plans, small reviewable units of change, and specifications kept in lockstep with the code
Build and maintain the harness, agent instructions, and agentic skills that keep agent-written code trustworthy, including separate coding and reviewing agents, rules and tests the coding agents cannot change, independent review panels of agents from different model providers, and performance, API, and dependency gates, with risky changes escalated to human review
Stay current with research in program analysis and security, run AI-assisted research and spikes, and turn the findings into prototypes, proposals, and upstream contributions, including responsible disclosure of findings in open source projects
What you bring
Experience building your own LLM tooling, such as a harness, an agent pipeline, or evaluations, with the judgment to know when output is trustworthy and when it isn't
Extensive professional experience writing, testing, and reviewing production code in Rust, Go, or a comparable systems language, with depth in at least one. The engine is Rust, the analyzer wrapper is Go, and the monolith integration is Ruby, and we value willingness to work across them.
Experience with performance optimization and with containerized workflows and CI/CD (we use Docker heavily)
A deep program analysis and static analysis background, such as parsing and ASTs, intermediate representations (SSA, control-flow and call graphs), taint and data-flow analysis, type inference, incremental and fixpoint computation, or writing detection rules, with the ability to read, evaluate, and apply the research literature
Deep application security experience, such as vulnerability research, secure code review, or writing detection rules, and fluency with vulnerability classes (OWASP Top 10, CWE)
Demonstrated capacity to communicate clearly and concisely about complex technical, architectural, and organizational problems, and to write architecture and design specifications that bring a team to a decision
A track record of taking ownership of ambiguous, team-wide problems and shipping them from concept to production with minimal guidance, with specific, regular async updates on progress, blockers, risks, and next steps
Experience defining a system's overarching architecture, delegating component specifications to engineers and AI agents, and getting them implemented reliably
A track record of mentoring engineers, raising a team's technical bar, and influencing technical direction by achieving consensus with peers and leadership
