Arcadia is the most trusted healthcare platform powering outcomes. We transform complex healthcare data into trusted intelligence, helping providers, payers, and life sciences organizations act with clarity, make confident decisions, and achieve measurable clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
Built on a comprehensive data foundation spanning tens of millions of patient lives, Arcadia combines advanced analytics and responsible AI to surface meaningful insights, coordinate action, and improve performance at scale. Our approach to AI and automation is governed and transparent — designed to strengthen human expertise, not replace judgment or obscure responsibility.
Hundreds of organizations rely on Arcadia to improve cost, quality, and outcomes. Backed by Nordic Capital, we continue to invest in our platform, AI capabilities, and people as we pursue our purpose: helping healthcare deliver better outcomes for every person, every community, and every generation.
What You'll Be Doing
Medicaid policy analysis
Interpret state and federal Medicaid program rules, eligibility and aid-code structures, benefit and coverage design, and program guidance — translating them into precise, testable analytic logic (cohort definitions, code sets, exclusions, stratification criteria) and documenting the interpretation so decisions are auditable
Advise senior customer leadership on what the data can and cannot support — whether a proposed definition is measurable, what the volumes look like, what a threshold does to caseload, cost, or provider capacity — and anticipate how policy changes (fee-for-service transitions, waivers, provider network rules) affect the data and the questions ahead
Technical analytical delivery
Turn ambiguous policy and operational questions into member and provider data marts, cohort and stratification logic, and registry extracts — in SQL (and Python where needed) on Foundry and Redshift/Athena
Deliver them in the format the customer needs — dashboards, recurring reports, Excel, and leadership decks
Root-cause data-quality issues — reconcile counts across sources, trace bad fields to the source, and agree definitions for undocumented fields and codes with the customer's data staff
Customer presence and engagement
Serve as the senior analytic voice for state program leadership, policy and data staff, prime contractors, and vendor partners — participating in recurring working sessions and translating between policy, operational, and technical audiences
Set priorities, scope, and timelines with Customer Management, and hold real authority to push back on what is and isn't feasible or worth building
Create client-facing materials — leadership summaries, detailed methodology decks, decision memos, technical explainers — tailored to audiences from highly technical data counterparts to policy and executive stakeholders
What You'll Need To Have
Working knowledge of how health programs and managed care plans work, and the ability to turn policy documents and program rules into analytic logic. Direct Medicaid or managed care plan experience is a plus
Clinical code and claims fluency — ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, and revenue codes to build clinical cohorts; claims, eligibility, and provider/NPI data (NPPES, enrollment files); and judgment about claims timing and completeness
Hands-on, demonstrable fluency with AI coding and analysis tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) as the core of how you work. Picking these tools up quickly and using them heavily is central to how you will onboard and how much you can deliver in this role. Be ready to show us what you have built with AI assistance, how fast you turn work around, and how you review and validate it
Advanced SQL (CTEs, window functions, performance on large claims and eligibility tables) and data modeling, to a real engineering standard
Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in a BI tool (QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau) and Excel, plus executive-ready decks
Direct customer-facing experience with senior stakeholders — comfortable scoping ambiguous requests, navigating competing priorities, and exercising sound analytical judgment about what to build and what the data can support, on short timelines and without close oversight
A track record of leading an analytic program end to end for senior customer or executive audiences — setting your own priorities, and operating without a project manager or close direction
Sound judgment with sensitive data and PHI
What “Principal” means here
This is the most senior analytic role on the Customer Insights team. It is expected that you can:
Set your own priorities and make the call with incomplete information
Act as the senior analytic voice with agency and partner leadership
Raise the bar for the analysts around you — through standards, review, and example
Don't need a project manager or close direction
We are hiring for the combination of policy fluency, customer presence, and technical skill — we understand candidates may be strongest in one or two of these areas and will build the rest quickly, and speed of ramp matters more to us than any one credential. Tell us where you are strongest and how you have ramped before.
Would Love For You To Have
Direct experience with a state Medicaid agency, a Medicaid-serving prime contractor or consultancy, or a Medicaid managed care plan — California Medi-Cal experience is a real plus
Familiarity with population health concepts: risk stratification, registries, care management, network adequacy, and access and equity analysis
Experience with Python and dbt; familiarity with the AWS ecosystem and its analytics tools (e.g., Athena, Redshift, QuickSight); comfort with orchestration tooling, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub-based workflows
Experience mentoring less experienced analysts
Note: this list spans skills relevant to several facets of the role — we don't expect any given candidate to have all of them. Bring what you have; we'll talk through the rest during the interview process.
What You'll Get
Become a member of the talented, energized, diverse and purpose-driven Arcadian Community with decades of collective experience in population health, product development, and data science
Employee driven programs and initiatives for personal and professional development
A flexible, remote-friendly company with personality and heart
Competitive Compensation, Amazing Benefits including Unlimited FTO
The opportunity to:
Be the senior analytic and policy voice on a high-visibility state Medicaid program serving millions of members, at a pivotal moment for the program
Build the practice — the methodology standards, playbooks, and data assets a growing team will inherit — on problems where analytic choices directly shape which members get reached and how care is delivered and funded
Protect Yourself
If you have concerns about the authenticity of a job offer or recruitment-related communication claiming to be from Arcadia, verify it by calling us directly at (781) 202-3600 and selecting option 3. You can find more information at Arcadia Careers.
In this role, you are responsible for following all security policies and procedures to protect all PHI under Arcadia's custodianship, as well as Arcadia intellectual property. For security-specific roles, the hiring manager defines any additional responsibilities.
Arcadia does not discriminate based on race, color, sex (including pregnancy and related conditions, sexual orientation, or transgender status), national origin, religion, age (40 and older), equal pay, disability or genetic information (including family medical history or genetic tests or services), and retaliation for filing a charge, reasonably opposing discrimination, or participating in a discrimination lawsuit, investigation, or proceeding.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
You will serve as a front-line manager for Ramp’s founding Public Sector Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. This team will drive outbound prospecting and pipeline generation within a critical growth segment for Ramp: Public Sector.
You will build and evolve Ramp’s Public Sector go-to-market motion from the ground up. Key responsibilities include coaching and developing SDRs, setting team strategy, and partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and executive leadership to drive pipeline and business outcomes.
As a member of the Sales Leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping, scaling, and refining Ramp’s Public Sector growth strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and scale the Public Sector SDR function, including team structure, playbooks, messaging, and operating processes.
- Foster a high-performing team culture by managing daily activity, quota attainment, and key performance metrics.
- Hire, onboard, and train SDRs on Ramp’s products, Public Sector positioning, buyer personas, competitive landscape, and sales tools.
- Create and execute career-development and leadership plans for direct reports, including regular 1:1 coaching on time management, objection handling, prospecting strategy, and active listening.
- Coach SDRs through complex, multi-threaded outbound motions, including account research, executive-level messaging, and strategic pipeline generation.
- Define Ramp’s Public Sector competitive differentiation and develop resources to strengthen objection handling and go-to-market execution.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with AEs and partners across Product, Sales, and Marketing to achieve company objectives.
- Report on segment performance and forecast pipeline to senior leadership.
- Improve team output and efficiency by continuously optimizing systems, processes, and operating rhythms.
- Represent the Public Sector Sales Development team in cross-functional forums and with leaders across the organization.
WHAT YOU NEED
- At least 2 years of quota-carrying individual-contributor sales experience, with a consistent record of exceeding goals.
- At least 3 years of experience building and leading sales development teams, with a demonstrated record of exceeding team goals.
- Success in fast-paced, results-oriented go-to-market environments (ideally within SaaS) and a history of outperforming quota in outbound sales.
- Experience managing or selling into the Public Sector.
- A passion for hiring and talent development, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and career growth.
- Proficiency with data-analysis tools and familiarity with email and call-automation platforms.
- Ability to use data to inform decisions, build scalable systems, and identify process improvements.
- Strong collaboration, communication, influence, and presentation skills.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience selling financial-services products in a full-cycle sales role.
- Experience building a Public Sector SDR function from the ground up or scaling a team within a new segment.
- Experience at a high-growth startup.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

Chainalysis is the leader in blockchain intelligence, defining how trust is built in the digital economy. We're operating at the cutting edge of one of the world's fastest-growing industries, shaping what comes next. Over the last 2 years, Chainalysis has made big bets and moved fast to capture the market opportunity in front of us: we've accelerated growth, landed enterprise-wide contracts at the world's largest financial institutions, completed acquisitions to build our AI talent and expand our products, and launched our first agentic products.
At Chainalysis, the enablement team exists to drive the effectiveness, capacity, and productivity of our customer-facing teams. As the Head of Enablement, you will lead this globally-distributed team and build the relationships, programs, infrastructure, and operating model to help us capture the opportunity in front of us. You’ll report to the GTM Chief of Staff and work across the entire business to drive alignment around our biggest priorities.
In this role, you'll:
- Build the enablement organization into an operational juggernaut through deep, integrated partnerships with leaders across the business and a strong, foundational relationship with product management and product marketing
- Design and implement the enablement operating model from the ground up: intake process, prioritization framework, content lifecycle, central calendar, and a single front door for requests.
- Own the enablement tech stack (LMS, AI role-play, conversation intelligence) and build manager-facing dashboards that give sales leaders visibility into their teams' readiness.
- Translate completed Product Marketing positioning briefs into curriculum, practice programs, battle cards, and field-ready content kits. Enablement does not create messaging. It makes messaging land.
- Lead the work to transform the current checklist-based onboarding with a structured, curriculum-based program with clear ramp milestones, and scale it to absorb 25+ new sellers in the first quarter of FY28.
- Build enablement analytics from scratch. Define metrics tied to pipeline, win rate, ramp time, and consumption growth. Demonstrate the function's business impact with data.
- Extend enablement beyond account executives to serve Solutions Architects, Customer Success Managers, Global Services, and channel partners. Align frameworks so every customer-facing team speaks the same language.
- Lead and stabilize a very talented team that has been through significant organizational change. Provide clear vision, invest in development, and build a culture where people do the best work of their careers.
We're looking for candidates who have:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, customer success, enablement, revenue operations, GTM operations, or a related operational function within complex B2B SaaS companies
- Built or materially scaled a function, program, or operational capability from early stage. You have a track record of creating structure where there was none.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity: you've operated in environments where the strategy was iterative, the infrastructure was incomplete, and you had to build while leading. You bring resilience and grit, not just skill.
- Hands-on operational instinct. You are an operator first, and you build systems, design processes, introduce automation, and do the work yourself when that's what the situation demands. You are not looking for a role where you set strategy and delegate execution.
- Direct experience working with or inside a strong sales enablement function. You understand what good looks like, even if your career hasn't been spent exclusively in enablement.
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones, and a passion for developing people
- Product curiosity and enough understanding of product-to-market motions to maintain credibility with Product Marketing and Product teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with senior leaders, sales managers, and cross-functional partners quickly.
Nice to have experience:
- Knowledge of Force Management, Command of the Message, or MEDDPICC.
- Prior experience as a quota-carrying account executive or in a direct selling role.
- Experience working in or with financial services, the public sector, or compliance-related industries (financial crime, AML/CFT, payments, trading systems).
- Experience with enablement technology platforms (LMS, conversation intelligence, AI role-play tools).
- Experience supporting a business model transition (for example, from subscription to consumption pricing).
- Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and related technologies, or a deep curiosity and willingness to learn.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis
Chainalysis is the blockchain data platform, making it easy to connect the movement of digital assets to real-world services. adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Architecting Intelligence to Optimize 200M+ Daily Decisions
As the intelligence core of our engineering organization, our Data Science team doesn't just deploy models, we engineer the fundamental decision engine that powers our platform. At a scale of 770 million users and 100,000+ predictions per second, we are solving a multi-objective optimization problem that balances user incentives, advertiser ROI, and long-term platform health in real time.
Our architecture is built on a 1PB+ behavioral data lake, providing the high-fidelity input necessary to train deep learning models that predict individual user engagement with precision. We aren't just optimizing clicks, we are dynamically calculating optimal reward structures to sustain a global value exchange.
Engineered for performance, our stack leverages PyTorch for model training, NVIDIA Triton to achieve sub-100ms inference. We own the full ML lifecycle from high-level research and feature engineering to deployment and A/B experimentation. Here, you will find the autonomy, the data depth, and the massive scale required to solve the most complex optimization challenges in the adtech ecosystem.
The data infrastructure behind this runs at real scale: 2TB ingested in real time every day, 100+ Airflow jobs and data pipelines, and ML models handling p99 latency of 100ms across 100,000+ predictions per second.
What you will do:
- Analyze and evaluate the performance of our machine learning models using user-level and aggregated data, identify inefficiencies and failure patterns, and turn findings into actionable recommendations for our Data Science teams.
- Investigate how our ML models perform in the real world and compare model assumptions and predictions with actual user and business behavior. Identify gaps between offline model performance and online outcomes and help the team close them.
- Define and improve metrics for measuring ML model performance and business impact, working closely with Data Scientists and Product Managers to ensure we optimize for the right outcomes.
- Design, prepare and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of new models, features and algorithmic changes. Assess statistical significance, experiment quality and practical business impact.
- Build dashboards and automated reports that make ML model performance, experiments and key business metrics transparent and easy to understand for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between Data Science, Product and Business teams, translating business questions into analytical problems and turning complex ML insights into clear recommendations and decisions.
- Challenge product and technical decisions with data, bringing an independent analytical perspective to model development, experimentation and product strategy.
- Document your analyses, methodologies and findings and build reusable analytical approaches that can be applied across models and experiments.
Who you are:
- You have a degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, computer science, economics, analytics, or a similar quantitative field.
- You have 2+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, Experimentation, Data Science or a similar role. Experience in AdTech, mobile apps or ML-driven products is a strong plus.

- You’re proficient in SQL and comfortable working with large datasets.
- You have strong Python skills and are comfortable using them for data analysis and statistical modelling.
- You have a solid understanding of statistics and experimentation, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, statistical significance and A/B test analysis.
- You have an understanding of machine learning concepts and model evaluation and are comfortable working with Data Scientists. You don't necessarily need to build ML models yourself, but you should understand how to assess their performance and limitations.
- You have experience working with model and business metrics, and can connect technical model performance to real-world business outcomes.
- You have excellent data visualization skills and experience building dashboards using tools such as QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit or similar.
- You are comfortable communicating complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

We're looking for a Corporate BDM to join our Milan team. In this role, you'll be an integral part of the
Deliveroo for Work (DfW)
B2B sales team in Italy, with the primary responsibility of signing up new corporate clients and driving incremental revenue. This role will predominantly focus on the Italian market and will be heavily outreach focused. It requires someone with a real hunter mentality, who is confident picking up the phone and getting meetings booked with key decision makers across target corporations.
About Deliveroo for Work
Deliveroo for Work (DfW) is on a mission to deliver amazing experiences in the workplace and improve employee wellbeing. We bring the neighbourhood to the office, partnering with thousands of companies across Europe — from tech startups to global law firms — to manage corporate catering and employee food perks through a centralized, high-growth platform.
This position is based in Milan with a hybrid working model, and will report to the Corporate Commercial Lead Italy, as part of the wider DfW EU team.
We are a global team, with DfW colleagues based across 6 countries. The growth opportunity within the Italian market is huge, with 2026 being a crucial year to scale the business so this role offers the chance to make a real commercial impact.

Growing a comprehensive sales pipeline in Italy by identifying and building relationships with senior stakeholders working at companies across different sectors and industries.
Prospecting through B2B lead-gen databases, combined with cold-calling, email outreach, and networking, events, and referrals.
Creating bespoke pitch decks and commercial quotations based on specific client use-cases, and handling commercial negotiations to convert target accounts.
Owning the full sales cycle end to end, from prospecting through to closing and client activation.
Hitting assigned monthly & quarterly KPIs including calls, meetings, activation rate, and revenue
Guiding new accounts through onboarding, overseeing amazing order experiences, and working closely with the Account Management team to ensure seamless handovers and client retention.
Utilising Salesforce, Google Sheets, Looker report, and present on sales performance, pipeline, and growth strategies.
Assisting with ad hoc tasks that fall under DfW's scope, such as attending trade events, supporting marketing activations, providing data reports, and chasing overdue client invoices.
Being proactive in helping to improve sales processes and tools, and shortening the sales cycle.
What You'll Need to Thrive
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English are a must.
3+ years of B2B sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth through a consultative and data-driven approach.
Structured and analytical mindset, able to manage long, multi-stakeholder corporate negotiations through to close and to prioritise a pipeline.
Resilient and comfortable handling objections and rejection - cold outreach is a core part of this role.
Skilled at navigating multi-stakeholder corporate sales, engaging procurement, legal, HR, and finance contacts alongside the primary decision maker.
Strong commercial curiosity - genuinely interested in understanding a client's business in order to tailor solutions
Strong cross-team collaborator, able to work effectively with Account Management, Marketing, Product, and the wider DfW EU team to get deals done.
Based in Milan (or willing to relocate).
Highly proficient using Salesforce and Google Sheets (excel)

Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.

The job
We're looking for an entrepreneurial, strategic and data-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to help Flo bring its newest features to our 70 million users. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing and working closely with the Product and Marketing teams, you'll bring new products and features to the people who need them, from positioning and launch through to growth
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, can pivot quickly between projects, and are always ready to roll up your sleeves to make things happen, this is a rare opportunity to shape how product marketing works at one of the world's leading health apps. You’ll help define the ways of working, standards and tools that make product marketing central to how Flo builds and grows.
This role is a good fit if you enjoy building something from the start, aligning stakeholders from all functions behind a common goal, and working on products that make a real difference to women's health.
Your Experience
Must have:
6+ years in Product Marketing for consumer digital products, ideally mobile apps or subscription businesses.
Proven track record taking products from concept to marketing, working closely with stakeholders throughout the development process.
A track record of testing messaging with data, such as user research, A/B tests or creative tests, and acting on what you learn.
The confidence to influence senior product and marketing leaders, and to back your recommendations with evidence.
Clear, structured writing: you can set out a strategy that a whole team can act on.
Comfort with ambiguity and building new products and processes from scratch.
Experience working with Product teams from discovery onward: shaping requirements, pricing and packaging, or in-product experiences like onboarding and paywalls.
Nice to have:
Experience marketing to US consumers.
Experience in healthcare, digital health or another regulated industry.
A background in, or strong interest in, women's health.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
Own the go-to-market strategy
for top priority products, and lead the plan through launch and beyond.
Define positioning and messaging:
who the product is for, why it matters to them, and how we talk about it.
Test your thinking
in data-driven ways through user research and in-market experiments.
Shape the product from the start.
You'll bring customer, market and competitor insight into product decisions, and help set the bar for when a product is ready to launch publicly.
Plan and lead launches
with Product, Marketing, Legal, Medical, and other stakeholders.
Brief and partner with all Marketing teams,
including paid acquisition, creative, lifecycle and CRM, brand, social and ASO, so every channel tells the same clear story.
Make messaging clear, credible and compliant.
You'll work with our Medical and Legal experts to communicate health products responsibly.
Measure what works.
You'll own adoption and launch metrics for your products, work with analysts on results, and keep improving.
Help build the function.
You'll shape the templates and ways of working that make product marketing effective across Flo.
Annual Salary Range (range may vary based on skills and experience)
From £88,000

We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:
Competitive salary and annual reviews
Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Cloud Platform Engineer at Supabase, you’ll join Cloud Engineering, part of Engineering Operations, and shape the foundations that let engineering teams build, ship, and operate infrastructure safely and independently across AWS and GCP.
This is a role spanning cloud governance, platform engineering, and hands-on operations. You’ll work across AWS and GCP account structure, identity and access management, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), reusable platform primitives, security boundaries, and self-service workflows for engineers.
You’ll be joining at a point where many of these foundations are being actively defined or reworked. We’re looking for someone who can take ambiguous, messy, business-critical infrastructure problems and turn them into pragmatic systems, tools, standards, and written guidance that scale with the company and empower teams to go faster.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Designing and implementing cloud governance across AWS and GCP, including identity, account organization, access controls, and guardrails.
- Building reusable infrastructure and building blocks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), enabling teams to provision and manage infrastructure safely and consistently.
- Creating self-service capabilities that reduce organizational friction and let engineers move more quickly within sensible boundaries.
- Owning resource governance and visibility: management tagging, a trustworthy inventory of what exists and who owns it, and consistent cross-account billing data.
- Developing reusable security primitives, including secrets storage, KMS, certificate management, token vending, direct service-to-service authentication, mTLS, and related platform services.
- Owning cloud-level network and operational primitives: IP address management, DNS, and health signals such as service-limit and quota alerting.
- Combining software engineering with hands-on operations and total ownership: building, deploying, monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving what you own.
- Establishing and sharing cloud engineering best practices through documentation, internal tooling, examples, and enablement.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 5+ years of experience in cloud governance, platform engineering, and/or operations, have operated production systems at scale, and carried on-call for them.
- Have previously undertaken a significant migration, e.g. rearchitected an AWS account topology, introduced IaC for existing infrastructure, centralized identity/SSO, or brought a second cloud under governance.
- Enjoy building internal platform and self-service experiences for other engineers.
- Are genuinely deep in at least one—ideally two—of the three strength areas below (and tell us which is your center of gravity):
- Tooling & ecosystem: You’re intimately familiar with the breadth of AWS services in general, and IAM/SSO in particular. You know their Well-Architected Framework, and when to reach outside. You have working knowledge of GCP. You use IaC routinely and have run it in production, whichever tool. You’ve probably collaborated with auditors on meeting compliance requirements.
- Software engineering: You write real production code (Go, Rust, or a comparable systems language), and can build reliable, maintainable services. You thrive across all stages of the SDLC, set technical direction, know how to de-risk projects, and produce written artifacts such as RFCs.
- Operations: You’ve run production infrastructure yourself: carried the pager, written the alerts and runbooks, used SLOs or similar to decide what to fix first, and made shared systems less risky over time. You like owning systems, simplifying complex infrastructure problems, and turning best practices into reusable building blocks.
- Are comfortable treating infrastructure as software and have relevant experience with IaC and automation.
- Communicate clearly, work with a wide range of stakeholders, and thrive in async, globally distributed teams.
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating toward better systems over time.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.

Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance

- Health Benefits

- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
