We are looking for an Engineering Director to own the technology platform behind the GoMining ecosystem.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines deep engineering expertise with strong product and business thinking.
You will own the Platform end-to-end — technology strategy, architecture, engineering organization, roadmap, reliability, delivery, and its impact on the wider business.
The Platform powers multiple GoMining products and includes core application infrastructure, authentication and authorization, integrations, shared services, analytics infrastructure, user restrictions, native applications, reliability, and other foundational capabilities.
This is not a role where success is measured simply by uptime, delivery, or engineering output.
We expect the Engineering Director to understand where technology creates or limits business value, make trade-offs between long-term architecture and immediate commercial priorities, and build a platform that allows the entire company to move faster.
Responsibilities
Platform Strategy & Architecture
Own the technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap for the GoMining Platform.
Build scalable shared infrastructure used across multiple products and engineering teams.
Define which capabilities should be centralized at Platform level and which should remain within individual product teams.
Drive major architectural and technical decisions.
Identify scalability and architectural bottlenecks before they become business-critical.
Balance long-term platform investments with immediate product and commercial priorities.
Reliability & Engineering Excellence
Own platform reliability, availability, latency, scalability, and operational performance.
Define and improve SLAs, DORA metrics, engineering performance, and incident-management practices.
Improve release stability, engineering velocity, and system resilience.
Lead post-incident improvements and eliminate systemic reliability issues.
Maintain a high engineering bar without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Core Platform Capabilities
Own shared authentication, authorization, registration, and 2FA infrastructure.
Develop common account controls, user restrictions, and security mechanisms.
Own integrations and shared backend capabilities required across GoMining products.
Develop shared analytics and event infrastructure.
Support common infrastructure across web and native applications.
Partner with Product, Design, Security, and engineering teams on cross-company capabilities.
Product & Business Impact
Platform at GoMining is not an isolated infrastructure function.
You will work directly with product leaders, General Managers, and C-level stakeholders to understand where technology can unlock growth and where platform limitations are holding the business back.
Prioritize engineering initiatives based on technical risk and business impact.
Understand how platform decisions affect revenue, conversion, customer experience, and product velocity.
Identify technical changes that can unlock meaningful business results.
Balance competing priorities across multiple product teams.
Make clear trade-offs between speed, scalability, reliability, security, and business value.
Measure Platform not only through technical metrics, but through how effectively it accelerates the company.
Engineering Leadership
Lead and develop the Platform engineering organization.
Own team structure, hiring, performance, priorities, and execution.
Build a culture of strong engineering ownership and accountability.
Stay close enough to architecture and technology to challenge decisions and make informed trade-offs.
Develop strong technical leaders within the team.
Raise the technical and execution bar across the organization.
AI-First Engineering
Actively use AI tools and agents in your own work.
Introduce AI-assisted workflows across engineering, specifications, QA, analytics, and operations.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive engineering work.
Use AI to increase engineering velocity and quality.
Build a team where AI becomes part of the engineering operating model.
Requirements
Experience as an Engineering Director, Head of Engineering, Head of Platform, VP Engineering, CTO, or in a comparable senior engineering leadership role.
Strong technical background and the ability to engage deeply in architecture and engineering decisions.
Experience building or operating complex platforms, shared services, or infrastructure used by multiple products or engineering teams.
Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, high-load environments, reliability, scalability, incidents, and security.
Experience with authentication, authorization, integrations, identity, payments infrastructure, or other shared platform capabilities.
Strong product and business mindset — you understand not only how something should be built, but why it matters.
Ability to prioritize based on business impact rather than technical complexity alone.
Experience working directly with senior product, business, and executive stakeholders.
Strong data-driven approach to engineering and decision-making.
Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and agents.
Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, marketplaces, gaming, or another high-scale technology environment is a strong advantage.
Benefits
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year
Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards.
Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We’re looking for a Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions to join Webflow's Commercial Legal team. This is a hands-on, high-variety role. One day you're closing an enterprise MSA at quarter-end. Next you're negotiating a reseller agreement, structuring terms for a new technology partner with our BD team, tightening our API and marketplace terms, or updating a playbook after closing a complex deal. You'll own a steady flow of deals from start to finish and be the main POC to our impactful and growing Corporate GTM team, and you'll be the person the team counts on to jump in wherever the business needs it most.
You'll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, RevOps, Procurement, Finance, Product, Security, and Privacy to get deals done and counsel our internal stakeholders with sound, risk-balanced judgment. You'll also help scale Webflow's partner ecosystem and keep our contracting frameworks current as Webflow builds out agentic and AI-powered capabilities. This role suits a commercially pragmatic lawyer who knows which points matter, trades the rest well, and is energized by the pace and ambiguity of a high-growth, sales-led company.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote-first (United States)
- Full-time
- Permanent
- Exempt
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $183,300 - $220,000
- Zone B: $171,700 - $206,000
- Zone C: $161,700 - $194,000
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
Please visit our Careers page https://webflow.com/careers#pay-zones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for an existing vacancy
- Reporting to the AGC, Head of Commercial Legal
As a Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions you’ll:
- Independently negotiate and close a high volume of customer agreements across SMB, mid-market, regulated, and large enterprise segments, including MSAs, Order Forms, DPAs, SLAs, NDAs, and AI addenda.
- Support Webflow's partner ecosystem end to end: draft and negotiate agreements with agency and solution partners, technology and integration partners, resellers and channel partners, and referral partners, including program terms, co-selling and co-marketing, revenue share, and referral fees.
- Work with Partnerships and BD teams to structure, launch, and scale partner programs, keeping partner-facing templates, flow-downs, and program terms aligned with our customer paper.
- Advise on API, developer, and marketplace terms (including terms for app developers and template creators), working with Product so our terms match how our platform and AI features actually work.
- Review and negotiate vendor agreements, including SaaS, AI-enabled tools, and services, in partnership with Procurement, Security, and Privacy.
- Maintain and improve templates, playbooks, fallback positions, and enablement materials so deal teams can handle routine issues themselves.
- Serve as a go-to escalation point and provide hands-on training and enablement for Sales, Partnerships, and Deal Desk, with clear, practical guidance that weighs revenue impact, risk, and precedent.
- Pinch-hit across the team: cover colleagues' deals, get in the trenches with our Trust & Safety team on Security and Privacy issues, and roll up your sleeves as the business evolves.
- Use AI tools and our contracting stack to speed up your end to end work product, with proper guardrails for accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality.
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
- Admitted and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 7+ years of post-qualification experience, including a combination of law firm training and at least 2 years in-house supporting revenue-generating teams in a hyper-growth, fast-paced tech environment.
- A demonstrated track record of independently drafting, negotiating, and closing B2B SaaS/PaaS agreements, including DPAs and privacy terms, as well as vendor and partnership agreements, in close partnership with Sales, Procurement, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience supporting a partner ecosystem, such as channel/reseller, referral, technology/integration, agency, or marketplace programs.
You’ll thrive as a Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions if you:
- Are a low-ego team player that likes to roll up your sleeves and jump in wherever needed, whatever the scope or visibility of the work.
- Are commercially pragmatic: you can secure the best overall deal for Webflow without winning every point, prioritizing what matters and trading the rest.
- Understand how partner economics and incentives work, and can design terms that scale across a program rather than one-off deals.
- Bring growth-enabling, risk-balanced judgment and know when to escalate.
- Are comfortable being uncomfortable: you make sound calls with incomplete information and adapt quickly as priorities shift.
- Are AI-fluent and systems-savvy, with hands-on experience in a CLM (Ironclad or similar), DocuSign, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Communicate plainly and can coach sales reps, partner managers, and other stakeholders to handle routine issues on their own.
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.

The Company is headquartered in New York City, with offices across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Additional information about Galaxy's businesses and products is available on

.
What We Value:
We are a diverse team of free thinkers, and fast movers united to help investors and creators energize the global economy. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a culture of builders and overachievers and embrace high performance, transparent feedback, and a mission-first approach. Our culture shapes our way of working and gets us where we want to be.
Seek Excellence.
Be Selective To Be Effective.
Be Highly Aligned, Loosely Coupled.
Disagree Transparently.
Encourage Independent Decision-Making.
Build Dream Teams.
Who You Are:
You are a commissioning leader who has taken large-scale, mission-critical data center facilities from equipment acceptance through energization, functional performance testing, and integrated systems testing, and who has done it across multiple facilities at once. You understand the electrical, mechanical, and controls systems well enough to challenge a test script, read a trend log, and know when a result does not prove design intent. You understand the commissioning process well enough to adapt it, not just follow it, and you can rebuild the test sequence when conditions change. That includes authoring the MOPs and risk controls for completing IST and load-based validation after early turnover, in live or partially occupied environments, without lowering the performance requirements the original plan was designed to prove. You lead teams from the front, hold contractors, OEMs, and third parties to a high standard, and refuse to let schedule pressure compromise a readiness gate. You are equally comfortable on the data hall floor with a startup technician and in the conference room briefing senior leadership on readiness, risk, and forecast. You believe the digital economy depends on infrastructure that is proven before it is energized for customers, and you take ownership of making that proof rigorous.
What You'll Do:
As Senior Manager, Commissioning at Galaxy's Helios campus in Afton, TX, you will lead all commissioning efforts across the campus on behalf of Galaxy as owner and developer. You will report to the VP, Campus Construction Manager and manage a team of three Commissioning Managers, each assigned to a data center facility. You will work closely with the general contractor's on-site team and Galaxy's third-party commissioning agent, and you will partner with Construction, Pre-Construction, Design Engineering, and Operations to ensure every facility is installed, tested, and proven to design intent, and handed to operations ready for customer service. You will set the commissioning standard for the campus and hold every facility to it.
Key Responsibilities:
Own Campus Commissioning: Serve as Galaxy's single point of accountability for commissioning across the Helios campus, from design intent review through Level 1-5 commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and turnover to operations. Set the campus-wide standards and quality bar.
Lead the Commissioning Team: Manage three Commissioning Managers, each embedded at a data center facility. Standardize methods and reporting, balance resources across facilities, and develop talent.
Define and Enforce the Commissioning Plan: Own the campus commissioning plan and its alignment to the Owner's Project Requirements and Basis of Design, including acceptance criteria, test standards, and readiness gates. Ensure these are written into GC, trade, and OEM scopes.
Validate Testing and Design Intent: Review and approve test scripts, sequences of operation, and IST scenarios across critical power, mechanical cooling, and BAS/EPMS controls and telemetry. Ensure testing proves design intent, redundancy, and failure-mode response.
Drive Execution with the General Contractor: Integrate commissioning into the Primavera P6 master schedule and work daily with the GC's commissioning lead and trade partners to confirm readiness, resourcing, and OEM startup support. Hold the GC accountable through readiness reviews, deficiency tracking, and commercial remedies.
Direct the Third-Party Commissioning Agent and Issue Closeout: Manage the scope and performance of Galaxy's third-party agent, challenge findings, and maintain a campus-level issues log. Drive every item through root cause, corrective action, and retest to closure.
Coordinate Energization and OFCI Equipment: Plan utility energization and load bank testing, enforcing safe work during energized testing in partnership with EHS. Align OFCI equipment delivery, factory testing, and manufacturer startup with the commissioning sequence. Adapt the commissioning sequence and author MOPs to complete Level 4-5 and IST activities after early data hall turnover, without lowering acceptance criteria.
Deliver Operational Readiness and Customer Acceptance: Partner with Galaxy Operations and customer delivery teams on documentation, training, operating procedures, witnessed testing, and formal turnover, ensuring each facility meets acceptance criteria at handoff.
Report Readiness and Standardize: Provide candid readiness reporting to the VP and senior leadership, and feed lessons learned into design standards, specifications, and Pre-Construction planning.
Validate Controls, BAS/EPMS, and Telemetry: Ensure the BAS, EPMS, and associated controls are commissioned as a system, not just as individual points lists. Verify point-to-point integrity, alarm and trend configuration, and operator visibility across all critical power and mechanical systems, including through failure scenarios such as loss of utility, loss of a controls network or server, communication failure, and transfer events. Confirm that telemetry remains accurate and actionable so Operations can see, diagnose, and respond to any failure while redundancy is maintained.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience commissioning mission-critical facilities, including 5+ years on large-scale data centers, with at least 3 years in a leadership role directing commissioning through Level 5 / IST.
Demonstrated success leading commissioning across multiple concurrent facilities on a single campus.
Experience managing and developing commissioning managers or engineers.
Deep technical knowledge of critical power systems, including medium- and low-voltage distribution, protective relaying, UPS, batteries, generators, and transfer systems.
Deep technical knowledge of mechanical cooling systems, including chilled water plants, heat rejection, air handling, pumps, and associated controls.
Working knowledge of BMS, EPMS, and SCADA architectures, sequences of operation, and fire and life safety system integration.
Experience developing, executing, and witnessing IST, including failure-mode and fault scenarios.
Familiarity with ASHRAE Guideline 0, NETA acceptance testing standards, NFPA 70E, and NFPA 110.
Experience directing GC commissioning teams and third-party commissioning agents, with strong command of test documentation, issue tracking, and P6 schedule integration.
Familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, SharePoint, and commissioning management platforms.
Full-time, on-site presence at Helios (Afton, TX)
Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) license or commissioning certification (e.g., CxA, CCP, BCxP), prior owner-side or owner's representative experience, and OSHA 30.
What You Bring:
A track record of leading and developing high-performing technical teams.
The conviction to hold readiness gates under schedule pressure, backed by data and clear communication.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders.
Sound judgment under pressure and a bias toward early, honest escalation.
A commitment to safety, rigor, and executional excellence.
A passion for building world-class infrastructure that supports the growth of the digital economy.
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Paid Time Off
Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents
Company Paid Holidays (14)
3% 401(k) company contribution
Generous paid Parental Leave
Free virtual coaching and counseling sessions through Headspace

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Claude is trained and served on hardware in data centers Anthropic operates and in sites partners build and run for us. DCSE secures that footprint: the sites, the hardware moving through them, and the people and vendors who touch it. You'll be the engineer who owns autonomous systems across that footprint as one security domain, from both sides: drones, ground robots and automated vehicles for patrol, inspection and moving hardware, including the security of that automation inside secure areas, and the detection systems that tell us what is flying over or operating near a site uninvited.
You set the approach, select and integrate the platforms and sensors, write the requirements vendors build to, and run what you ship, from the operating model where operators assign missions and machines carry them out to the playbook that turns a detection into an identified track and a well-evidenced handoff to whoever holds authority over the airspace. Interdiction is not part of this role. The goal is security that runs itself: coverage, fleet health and evidence verified continuously, with tools and AI agents doing the routine triage. We favor simple, standard controls and tools that can be verified over elaborate ones. We use Claude throughout our engineering workflow and expect you to as well.
You'll work with the rest of DCSE, including its physical security systems engineers and the engineers on its security monitoring platform, with Anthropic's data center operations and legal teams, and directly with site operators, equipment vendors and aviation and public safety authorities. The role is based in San Francisco, with remote applicants in the US considered, and involves regular travel to data center sites, which are critical infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
Autonomous security and inspection systems:
own the drones, ground robots and other autonomous platforms for perimeter patrol, incident response and infrastructure inspection: platform selection, operating model, operator qualification, maintenance, and the data path from machine to analyst
Tools, automation and AI agents:
build the integrations that carry detections, tracks, telemetry and fleet health into the team's security monitoring platform, and the tools and agents that triage detections, check fleet health and assemble evidence. When a review keeps costing people time, you build the tool or agent that retires it
Detection of uncrewed systems:
engineer the sensing that tells us what is flying over or operating near a site, what it is and who needs to know: sensor selection and evaluation against live targets, per-site coverage, classification and false-alarm handling, and the playbook from first detection to handoff, with evidence retained
Security of site automation:
engineer the controls on automated vehicles, robots and similar machines that move hardware or work inside secure areas: identity and access, network isolation, what they may record and where it goes, fail-secure behavior, their place in chain of custody, and acceptance before they enter a site
Regulatory and site constraints:
establish what we may sense, fly, drive, record and retain at each site, partner-operated sites included, under the aviation, spectrum, privacy and safety rules that apply there, with the waivers and approvals that extend it and coordination with local authorities set up before it is needed
Health monitoring:
define and test heartbeats, loss-of-coverage and lost-link alarms and fail-secure behavior, so a silent sensor or machine shows as a fault, not a quiet day
Vendor requirements and acceptance:
write the requirements, evaluate against live flights and runs, and hold vendors to what they ship
Minimum qualifications
Have engineered autonomous or sensing systems in the field (drones, ground robots, automated vehicles, or RF, radar or optical detection sensors): selected, integrated or secured them for an operation other people relied on, and verified what they actually do against real targets or runs rather than a datasheet
Have integrated systems you did not build (vendor APIs, SDKs, appliances, machine and sensor telemetry) into a platform that outlives any one of them
Read and review code, design the data systems behind security tooling, and build automation (often with AI coding agents) using Git and code review
Have done this work hands-on for data centers, critical infrastructure or a large hardware fleet
Have designed inside a regulatory or safety constraint (aviation, spectrum, privacy, machine safety or similar) and can show the decision it drove
Own a domain end to end: set the approach, carry it through with vendors, site operators, partners and authorities, and run it as something people depend on every day
Preferred qualifications
Remote pilot certification (for example FAA Part 107) and experience flying beyond visual line of sight under a waiver or exemption
Experience with counter-drone (counter-UAS) detection, airspace surveillance or air traffic data systems
Experience running a robot, drone or automated-vehicle fleet in an industrial, logistics or data center setting: fleet management, mission planning, safety cases
Experience securing embedded, operational technology or robotic systems: device identity, network segmentation, update control, logging
Experience with physical security operations at large sites, with law enforcement or aviation authorities, or at sites you did not fully control: cloud, colocation or GPU cloud operators
Have built AI agents or automation that replaced recurring manual work

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
ABOUT DOCKER
Docker gives developers the tools to build, ship, and run software. Millions of developers use Docker every day, and we are now building the platform layer for AI agents on top of the container workflow they already know.
We are a small design team that works close to engineering and holds a high bar for craft.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Director of Product Design to lead the team behind existing and new products in the Docker portfolio, spanning our GUIs and the CLI. You'll manage the designers and raise the quality of what they ship, and you'll stay close enough to the work to build and critique it yourself, from the first prototype to the details of spacing, states, and copy.
You'll work alongside our principal designers, our Director of UX Research, design engineers, engineering leaders, and product leaders to turn technically complex systems into experiences that feel clear to the person using them.
You will report to the SVP of Design. This role is remote, with working hours that overlap US and Europe time zones.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead and grow the product design team.
- Set the craft bar expected at each level and hold it through critique and your own work.
- Partner with engineering and product from the start of a project, so design and engineering ship together.
- Give designers ownership of important problems, with the context and trust to make good calls.
- Shape how the team works with AI tools: human judgment leads, and the tools speed up the work.
- Work with design engineering and the design system team so the shared system helps teams move faster without limiting new ideas.
ABOUT YOU
You lead people:
- You have led a product design team of comparable size through change, and you have grown designers from mid-level through senior and staff.
- You have partnered closely with design engineers and engineering leaders, and you can engage with the technical decisions that shape the experience.
- You state a clear point of view to engineering and product leaders and stay open to challenge and better ideas.
You build:
- You still make things. You can prototype, critique a flow at the level of spacing, states, motion, and copy, and show us work from the last year. We will ask to see it.
- You use AI tools in your daily work and can show how you use them, including when you step in because the output isn't good enough.
- You have designed technically complex products and can turn underlying systems into experiences that feel clear and intuitive.
BONUS IF YOU
- Have led design for AI-powered or agent products, including experiences beyond a graphical interface.
- Have designed for both developer-led adoption and complex enterprise customers.
- Can prototype in front-end code, such as React or TypeScript.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
Compensation & Equity
United States: $206,500 – $295,000 + equity

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role:
We are looking for a Strategy & Planning Lead to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you'll be a key partner to the Director of Sales Planning and Strategy, going deep on the analytical foundations that power how Vercel plans, staffs, and quotas its go-to-market organization. You'll own the models that translate revenue targets into headcount, ratios, and quota — and as Vercel completes its transition to a consumption-based revenue model, you'll help design how we set and ramp quotas in a usage-based world. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who wants to build the analytical backbone of a fast-growing GTM org.
What you will do:
Build and maintain Vercel's GTM capacity model — connecting headcount plans to attainment probability and revenue target coverage across Sales, SAs, BDRs, and other supporting roles
Develop and operationalize the concept of a "minimum deployable unit" — the unit of supporting roles needed per rep/segment — and use it to inform hiring sequencing and investment scenarios
Own ramp curve, attrition, and productivity assumptions by segment, and use them to model longer-term headcount and investment scenarios for leadership review
Partner with the Director on quota-setting methodology, with particular focus on consumption-based quota design — how usage-based revenue signal translates into fair, attainable quota and ramp assumptions
Support the "leading indicators back from quota" analysis — translating quota by segment into pipeline coverage requirements and activity benchmarks
Build and maintain quarterly planning deliverables — quota-setting proposals, coverage model updates, and headcount recommendations
Track plan vs. actual on headcount, capacity, and quota attainment throughout the year; flag divergence early and model the revenue impact
Partner with Finance, Recruiting, and Data & Analytics to validate assumptions and ensure planning models are grounded in real data
About you:
6+ years of experience in revenue/sales operations, strategic finance, or a similar analytical GTM function at a high-growth SaaS company
Strong track record building headcount, capacity, or ratio-based staffing models tied to revenue targets
Experience with quota design and ramp modeling — ideally including consumption- or usage-based quota structures
Excellent quantitative and modeling skills
Comfortable operating with ambiguity — able to build a defensible model from incomplete data and clearly explain the assumptions behind it
Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to translate complex modeling into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
A builder's mindset — you'd rather build the framework than run point on day-to-day execution
Bonus if you:
Have direct experience with consumption-based or usage-based revenue models, especially quota and compensation design in that context
Have worked in developer tools, infrastructure, or cloud platform companies
Have a point of view on how automation or better tooling can improve planning and modeling workflows
Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $175,000 - $205,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role:
At Vercel, the Revenue Operations team plays a critical strategic role in our growth. We empower our GTM teams with the systems, strategy, and insights they need to be successful. By aligning people, processes, and technology across Marketing, Sales, and Field Engineering, we optimize the entire customer journey and build a scalable revenue engine that drives Vercel forward.
We're seeking a Sales Operations Lead to function as the operating partner to our Majors and Verticals sales organization in the US. You'll align directly to our sales leaders and their account executives, owning the strategy, programs, and operating cadences that make the segment successful— from territory design and sales plays to forecasting, quarterly business reviews, and pipeline inspection. You'll partner closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Development, Finance, and GTM Systems to sharpen our segment and vertical strategy, optimize the seller experience, and drive measurable revenue growth across our Majors motions.
This is a high-impact IC role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. Much of the infrastructure is already in place— a homegrown forecasting platform, weekly pipeline plan reviews, strong data foundation— so your job is to run the business on top of it, close the gaps, and define how Vercel scales into new verticals and wins in large enterprise. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco or New York City, with three days a week in the office.
What you will do:
Serve as the strategic and operational partner to Majors Sales Leadership— owning the segment's operating rhythm and using pipeline, win/loss, deal velocity, and retention analysis to advise on where and how to grow the business
Run core operating cadences, including weekly pipeline plan reviews, forecast calls, and monthly and quarterly business reviews— defining the metrics the team manages to, driving forecast rigor and pipeline health in our forecasting platform and Salesforce, surfacing renewal risk and upside early, and holding the team accountable on follow-through
Own territory and account planning for the segment: build the thesis behind each book (vertical, regional, or play-aligned), run carves and account transitions, manage rules of engagement between teams, and partner with Finance and Sales Leadership on capacity modeling, target setting, and annual planning
Design and operationalize sales plays and growth programs: sizing the addressable market, defining the motion, equipping the field with insights, and measuring what works
Partner with Sales Development on account prioritization, outbound programs, and crediting processes that accelerate Majors pipeline
Collaborate with GTM Systems, Engineering and Data to ship scalable tooling, automation, and AI-driven workflows (e.g. account prioritization agents, automated carves, deal and call insights) that remove manual work from sellers and leaders
Lead enablement and change management for new processes, operating changes, and planning rollouts affecting the Majors teams— and own the operational onboarding of new reps and leaders, from book assignment and tooling to how we run the business
About you:
8+ years in Sales Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy at a high-growth technology company, with experience directly supporting enterprise or majors sales teams
Track record as a high-impact IC— either broad, hands-on ownership at a scaling startup or an explicit enterprise or majors focus at a larger company
Proven ability to run operating cadences for senior sales leaders and turn them into decisions: you know what a good QBR, forecast call, and pipeline review look like and how to instrument them
Experience with territory design, account planning, capacity modeling, and target setting in partnership with Finance and Sales Leadership
Salesforce expertise (reporting, dashboards) and strong analytical skills in Excel/Google Sheets and BI platforms, with SQL preferred; able to turn complex data into clear recommendations for executive and front-line audiences
Ownership mindset— accountable, resourceful, able to turn ambiguity into action, and effective at building alignment with senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Systems
Bonus if you:
Have worked in a consumption or usage-based business, or at a developer tools, infrastructure, or cloud platform company with both PLG and enterprise sales motions
Have built or run vertical or industry-specific sales plays at an enterprise software company
Have a point of view on how AI and automation can transform sales operations— and have shipped something that demonstrates it
Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.

Docker Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) embed directly with our most strategic customers to solve important, complex technical problems and turn ambitious ideas into production outcomes. FDEs take on the most challenging technical challenges using existing Docker products and patterns when possible, and work across customer, Docker Product and Engineering teams to realize new approaches when required.
As a Docker FDE, you will work side-by-side with customer engineering teams to deeply understand their goals, problems, constraints, and technical landscape; identify the highest-leverage opportunities; and design, build, and ship solutions with them. You own the technical journey from discovery and architecture through prototyping, implementation and production rollout.
The solutions you build may use existing Docker products, extend Docker into new environments, integrate deeply with customer and third-party systems, or reveal capabilities that Docker should build next. You work closely with Docker Solutions Architects to evolve existing patterns, and Docker Product and Engineering to turn new learnings into reusable patterns and product capabilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build in Production with Customers
- Embed with customer engineering teams to design, build, and ship solutions from first prototype through stable production rollout. Use existing Docker products and patterns when possible, invent, prototype and validate innovative solutions when necessary.
- Deliver working technical artifacts to customers: custom MCP servers with tightly integrated Docker Sandbox environments for coding agents and containerized agents; Docker Compose definitions for multi-agent harnesses and model-backed applications; Hardened Image standardization and migration; New tools that unblock customer progress.
- Integrate Docker's AI platform with the customer's existing stack, including identity providers (OIDC/SAML/SSO), secrets management, private and air-gapped registries, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling.
- Own technical delivery on your engagements: scope the work, sequence it, make trade-offs between speed and quality, remove blockers early, and contribute directly to code whenever progress depends on it.
Make AI Adoption Safe and Governable
- Translate customer security, compliance, and platform requirements into concrete plans and see those plans through from ideation to production.
- Help customers define controls to enable them to adopt agentic AI to solve their unique business problems without compromising security, compliance, data sovereignty or end-user experience.
- Establish quality and performance standards for customers and work closely with Docker Product and Engineering to quickly address issues that fall outside of established thresholds
- Partner with customer security and platform teams to get agentic workloads through architecture review, threat modeling, and change control.
Partner with Solutions Architecture and the Field
- Work closely with Solutions Architects to enable off-the-self solutions when possible and provide technical experience and leadership when a bespoke solution is necessary.
- Feed implementation learnings back into reference architectures, SOW templates, and success patterns so that FDE innovations become standard features and implementation patterns.
- Support the field with technical depth during proofs of concept, escalations, and expansion conversations when a working build is the fastest path to a customer adoption.
Close the Loop with Product and Engineering
- As part of Docker Engineering FDEs work closely with Product and Engineering teams to fold FDE innovations, learnings, and design patterns into existing or new products and services.
- Work with Customers, Product and Engineering to establish quality and performance thresholds, ensuring customer environments meet them consistently, and responding quickly and decisively when they don’t.
- Be the voice of the customer. Deliver data-driven and actionable feedback to Product and Engineering: what works well; what does not; what customers are asking for; and what blocks their adoption and forward progress. FDE experience directly influences the roadmap.
Shape the Practice
- Define the FDE engagement model, delivery standards, and quality bar, and codify them so that engagements are consistent across customers, regions, and delivery partners.
- Mentor and lead other Forward Deployed Engineers, and participate in hiring loops to grow the team.
- Act as the senior technical escalation point on the hardest problems impacting your customers. Every incident is an opportunity to improve Docker products and services.
- Maintain deep, current knowledge of the agentic AI stack: LLMs, APIs, MCP, coding agents, model and harness evaluation approaches, performance and quality thresholds, deployment patterns.
- This role may require participation in an on-call rotation to provide support outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Professional Services Engineer, or Software Engineer with consulting or technical founder experience.
- Technical leadership across multiple engagements, teams, or domains, with a proven ability to set delivery standards, define repeatable patterns, and influence product direction through field evidence.
- Expert production coding skills in Go, Python, or TypeScript, with a track record of shipping and operating software that other people depend on and of leading technical design reviews.
- Deep, hands-on Docker expertise: Dockerfiles and multi-stage builds, Docker Compose, image and registry operations, container networking and storage, and container security fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agents in production, including tool use and function calling, the Model Context Protocol (MCP server and client implementation), prompt and context engineering, and evaluation of agent behavior.
- Working knowledge of software supply chain security: SBOMs, image signing and attestation, vulnerability management, minimal and hardened base images, and secure CI/CD.
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems: identity providers (Okta, Entra ID, LDAP/Active Directory), federated identity protocols (OIDC, SAML), secrets managers, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Ability to scope and deliver complex work in ambiguous, fast-moving customer environments, making sound trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality.
- Excellent communication skills with engineers, security and platform teams, and executive stakeholders, with a low-ego, collaborative approach and the ability to lead through influence rather than authority.
- Proven track record of technical mentorship and of raising the bar for the engineers around you.
- High agency and comfort operating autonomously in distributed, remote-first teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Travel to customer sites to build in person with customer teams, estimated at up to 50%.
Bonus
- Experience with Docker Hardened Images, Docker Scout, MCP Gateway, MCP Toolkit, Docker Sandboxes, or Docker Model Runner.
- Experience deploying and operating coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor, or similar) in team or enterprise settings.
- Experience with air-gapped, regulated, or compliance-driven environments in financial services, healthcare, government, or similar sectors.
- Contributions to open source projects in the container, Kubernetes, or MCP ecosystems.
- Prior experience founding or scaling a Forward Deployed Engineering or Professional Services practice.

We're looking for Senior AI Engineers to design, build and run LLM-powered agents and AI features in production. You'll work across the full lifecycle: from scoping a use case with stakeholders, through architecture and development, to deployment, evaluation and ongoing improvement.
This is a hands-on role for engineers who think like product owners: you understand the business problem, define what success looks like in numbers, ship to real users, and own the result after launch.
Our stack: Python and TypeScript/Node.js, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS. We run multiple LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, AWS Bedrock and others) behind a shared LLM gateway, with MCP for tool access. We work AI-native: agentic coding tools are part of how engineering gets done here, and we provide official Anthropic Claude certification for our engineers.
As part of our team, your responsibilities in this role will include:
Design and build LLM agents and agentic workflows: tool use via MCP, structured outputs, retrieval (RAG), multi-step orchestration, human review steps where needed.
Build and maintain MCP servers and tool layers that give agents governed access to company data and systems.
Own quality and cost: evals and golden sets, per-agent telemetry (tokens, cost, latency, accuracy), prompt and model versioning, provider failover and model routing.
Ship through CI/CD like any other production service: tests and evals in the pipeline, containerized deploys, monitoring, rollbacks.
Contribute to shared platform pieces: the agent template, the LLM gateway, observability.
Work directly with business stakeholders to scope, prioritize and validate use cases. Push back when something doesn't need an agent.
Use AI coding tools daily. Claude Code is our default; deep experience with a comparable agentic tool also works. You drive the tool, verify its output and catch its mistakes.
Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
5+ years of software engineering experience, with production systems you've designed, shipped and supported.
Proven experience building LLM-based agents or agentic workflows that reached production with real users.
Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and SDKs: Claude Agent SDK, Claude Managed Agents, Pydantic AI, LangGraph or similar. You can also explain what you'd build without one.
Hands-on experience with MCP and RAG: you've built MCP servers or equivalent tool layers, and retrieval pipelines over real, messy data.
Experience with multiple LLM providers and with AWS Bedrock: model selection, routing, fallbacks, cost and rate-limit management.
Strong Python and SQL. Comfortable in TypeScript/Node.js.
Solid production engineering on AWS: Docker, CI/CD, testing, observability.
Product thinking and business focus: you start from the problem and its cost, define success in measurable terms, and own outcomes.
Daily use of agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar), with the judgment to verify what they produce.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, in English.
Nice to have:
LLM observability or gateway tooling (Langfuse, LiteLLM, OpenTelemetry for LLM traces or similar).
B2B contact and company data: enrichment, deduplication, matching.
Cloud operations or FinOps: monitoring, incident handling, cost management.
Event-driven or workflow-engine experience (Kafka, Temporal or similar).
Experience replacing no-code or workflow-tool automations with production code.
What we offer:
Fully remote work format;
A collaborative and creative environment that values initiative and experimentation;
Paid time off and sick leave;
Reduced working hours on Fridays during the summer;
Days-off on US national holidays + your birthday;
Schedule: 14 PM - 23 PM EEST (Kyiv time).

You will also help embed Continuous Improvement, using conversation and quality insights to decide what we fix, retrain and prioritise next.
Support at Fin changes constantly, and our processes need to keep pace with this level of change. The right candidate is exceptionally customer-focused, comes from a customer-facing background, and has experience leading and managing processes and workflows in a large organisation. You bring clear opinions and recommendations, work with a high degree of autonomy, and hold the line on the customer experience when working with other teams. You combine exceptional project management and attention to detail with a data-driven mindset and a proven ability to influence and collaborate at every level of the organisation.
What will I be doing?
Strategy and ownership
Challenge and, where warranted, completely redesign existing processes and ways of working: you won’t be constrained by ‘how we’ve always done it’, and you’ll have the support of Customer Support leadership to make bold changes
Own and evolve the framework for reviewing, prioritising and implementing Customer Support processes and workflows across Human and AI Support, so every change improves the customer experience
Build and maintain a long-term process strategy and roadmap for Support, balancing quick wins and immediate fixes with strategic improvements
Own the long-term Continuous Improvement strategy for Support, setting priorities and a roadmap that cover both Human and AI support
Bring clear proposals and recommendations to leadership, and act on them with autonomy
Partner with teams outside of Customer Support to design processes that work end to end, agreeing clear ownership, handoffs and shared goals so the customer experience holds across team boundaries.
Process design and improvement
Analyse current processes across Human and AI Support and decide whether each should be improved, redesigned from scratch or removed entirely. Where AI and automation can fundamentally change how the work gets done, lead that transformation rather than layering them onto legacy workflows
Own day-to-day operational process fixes and keep existing processes effective
Design and roll out new or improved processes, solo or with SMEs, partnering closely with Customer Support leaders and ICs in every region so processes work globally, not just for one region
Design and implement process control metrics, and monitor process performance and KPIs
Use data to find where processes are failing, size the opportunity and prove the impact of changes, building and maintaining dashboards and reports that give leaders a clear view of process health across Human and AI support
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Continuous Improvement
Maintain and iterate on the Continuous Improvement framework, using insights from both Human and AI support to drive improvements, across Enablement, Quality, AI support, etc.
Turn insights into a prioritised improvement backlog, with clear owners across respective internal teams
Track whether each improvement worked, using before-and-after measures such as repeat contact rate, resolution rate and CX
Turn customer conversation data into clear, actionable insights for Product, Engineering and other teams, giving them evidence to shape priorities and roadmap decisions
Stakeholders and delivery
Hold the line on the customer experience with cross-functional partners, challenging constructively when a proposed change would compromise the customer
Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain processes and related training
Take full ownership of large, cross-functional special projects that improve the customer experience, increase teammate efficiency and engagement, and drive company goals
Communicate and engage on all process and continuous improvement changes with Customer Support and the wider organisation
What skills do I need?
Experience:
4+ years in Customer Support or a customer-facing role, including 2+ years in process management or continuous improvement and 2+ years in project or program management
Strong technical capability:
You are hands-on and credible in a complex SaaS tech stack, including CRM systems such as Salesforce. You can configure workflows, integrations and automations yourself rather than relying on others to build them. Experience with system integrations or process harmonisation is a bonus.
AI and automation:
Proven track record of using AI and automation to drive improvements, ideally in an AI-first or SaaS support organisation. Knowledge of Fin (previously Intercom) is a strong advantage.
Improvement frameworks:
Strong knowledge of process and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
Data and strategy:
You analyse data, turn it into clear insights for stakeholders, and build a long-term process strategy and roadmap that becomes practical, prioritised plans
Ownership:
A self-starter who delivers complex programs with minimal guidance, forms a point of view and brings proposals rather than questions
Influence:
Confident and credible with senior leaders and cross-functional partners. You challenge constructively and hold the line on the customer experience.
Collaboration:
Strong communicator who builds rapport quickly with technical and non-technical colleagues and involves frontline teammates early

About the Role
We're hiring a technically strong Senior Data Analyst to help modernize how our FP&A organization uses data, analytics, and automation. This is an embedded Finance role: you'll report directly to the FP&A Director and work side by side with her day to day while partnering closely with our central Data Analytics and Data Engineering teams on infrastructure, standards, and complex technical problems. It's a hands-on execution role for someone who builds.
Financial and operational data at Welocalize lives across multiple systems - Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, a Redshift data warehouse, Power BI, and years of Excel workbooks carrying critical processes. Much of it doesn't connect cleanly, and a lot of institutional knowledge lives in undocumented spreadsheets, manual processes, and Power Queries rather than any system of record.
You might start with a complex, years-old Excel workbook and a simple prompt: “This is how we do this today.” Your job isn't to automate the workbook as-is - it's to understand its purpose, trace its logic to source, figure out what users actually need, and design something better: a rebuilt pipeline, a SQL/Python replacement, a driver-based view, an exception-monitoring workflow, or an AI-assisted tool.
We're just starting to build out an FP&A AI repository - documentation, business logic, and workflows meant to let AI reliably execute FP&A processes, not just answer one-off questions - and you'll partner with us to determine its direction.
This role is a deliberate combination of three things:
1. Fluency with data itself - the ability to query, shape, and manipulate data directly.
2. An engineering mindset - building automated, repeatable systems (workflows and dashboards that run and refresh on their own, integrations across tools) rather than one-off analysis, and knowing how to scope and coordinate real pipeline or data mart work with Data Engineering.
3. An investigative instinct - the ability to look at data and figure out what it's telling us, not just execute a report exactly as specified.
What You'll Do
Partner directly with FP&A leadership to understand existing reporting, analytical, and planning processes and identify where they should fundamentally change, not just get faster.
• Reverse-engineer complex Excel workbooks and manual processes to understand their data sources, business logic, calculations, and the questions their users are actually trying to answer.
• Design and build automated solutions using SQL, Python, ETL/data transformation, APIs, and modern AI tools.
• Work through large, imperfect, multi-system datasets - resolving data quality, mapping, reconciliation, and grain issues along the way.
• Perform exploratory analysis to identify trends, anomalies, relationships, and underlying business drivers, rather than simply reporting what happened.
• Design dashboards and reporting experiences around the decisions people actually need to make, not a recreation of an existing spreadsheet in a new tool.
• Build AI-assisted, interactive HTML reporting tools - developed with the help of AI coding tools and engineered to refresh efficiently on their own, without repeated AI calls.
• Develop driver-based analysis, exception reporting, and monitoring approaches that surface important changes proactively.
• Explore and build AI-assisted and agentic workflows - including ways for LLMs to interact with data, tools, APIs, and reporting processes.
• Partner with the central Data Analytics and Data Engineering teams on shared data infrastructure and standards - including scoping and coordinating data pipeline and data mart requests.
• Contribute in a leadership capacity within the analytics function even without formal management responsibility - shaping how problems get approached, mentoring by example, and helping set the bar for analytical rigor.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insight for Finance leaders and other business stakeholders.
• Partner in building out our FP&A AI repository - the documentation, conventions, and workflows meant to let an AI assistant execute FP&A processes reliably - and help shape its direction as we go.
How You Think
Technical skills matter, but how you approach problems matters just as much. We're looking for someone who:
• Is genuinely curious and naturally asks “why?” when something doesn't reconcile or doesn't make sense.
• Enjoys digging into messy or unfamiliar data and figuring out how things connect.
• Doesn't assume an existing process or report is right simply because that's how it's always been done.
• Can take an ambiguous problem and independently structure an approach to solving it, while knowing when to pull others in rather than spinning wheels alone.
• Looks beyond the initial request to identify opportunities, risks, and better approaches the requester may not have thought to ask for.
• Enjoys collaborative problem-solving - bouncing ideas around, testing hypotheses, and challenging assumptions to get to a stronger answer.
• Takes ownership of the areas they work in - the business purpose, the data, the known issues, and the opportunities for improvement - rather than treating each request as a one-off ticket.
• Likes building things, experimenting, and continuously improving how work gets done.
Required Skills and Experience
5-10 years of relevant experience required. You should be genuinely, hands-on strong across:
• SQL - comfortable joining tables, tracing grain, finding duplicates, and validating results in unfamiliar schemas.
• Python - practical proficiency for data transformation, analysis, and automation.
• ETL/ELT fluency - strong enough understanding of pipeline design to define data requirements, validate output, and partner effectively with Data Engineering on pipeline and data mart requests. Hands-on pipeline-building experience is a plus.
• Report and dashboard building - able to design and build a reporting/analytical experience end-to-end, whether on a modern BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) or as a standalone interactive HTML/web-based report. Standalone HTML/web-based reports are increasingly our primary format.
• Automation - demonstrated experience automating manual, recurring data or reporting workflows.
• Comfort learning and adopting new AI-assisted tools and workflows - you should be genuinely curious about this space and ready to build fluency quickly on the job.
• Advanced Excel, including the ability to deconstruct sophisticated, undocumented legacy workbooks.
• Demonstrated ability to explore data and figure out why something happened - forming and testing your own hypotheses, not just reporting what happened.
• Fluent English, spoken and written. This is a fully remote role and you'll communicate directly, in English, with business stakeholders and executive leadership as well as data analysts and engineers across our global organization, where English is the shared working language.
Preferred Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related quantitative/technical field strongly preferred; equivalent experience acceptable. Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience supporting Finance, FP&A, Strategy, Operations, or another analytically intensive business function.
• Familiarity with financial concepts such as revenue, margin, profitability, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience modernizing legacy Excel-based reporting or analytical processes.
• Experience working in an environment where data is distributed across multiple systems and isn't always perfectly documented.
• Experience working effectively in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
• Exposure to AI/agentic tooling, or experience helping design how AI gets applied to a business process (e.g., LLM workflows, tool/function calling, RAG, MCP, building AI-assisted reporting or automation).
• Machine learning, statistical modeling, or formal data science experience is welcome but not required.
