OKX will be prioritising applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require OKX's sponsorship of a visa.
Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
Core owns the foundational journeys that define a user's relationship with OKX: account management, identity verification, moving and securing funds, and the risk, compliance, and customer support experiences that sit alongside them. It also covers the internal enterprise tools our support agents, PMs, and operations teams rely on every day to serve customers and run the business. These are among the most consequential surfaces in the product. They determine whether users feel confident enough to trade, whether they trust us with their assets and their data, and whether the teams behind the scenes can resolve issues quickly and well.
AI is central to how Core works and what Core builds. On the product side, we design AI-powered support and assistant experiences that help millions of users get answers and resolve issues in real time. Internally, we are an AI-native team: we use AI to move faster, sharpen our thinking, and raise the quality of what we ship, and we design the AI-native tools our internal teams depend on. If you are excited to design with AI and to shape how AI shows up for both customers and colleagues, this is a place to do it at scale.
As a designer on Core, you'll take ownership of these high-stakes experiences end to end. The problems are genuinely hard. You'll design across markets with fundamentally different regulatory requirements, from newly regulated regions to our established global user base, and your work will need to satisfy strict compliance and security standards while still feeling fast, clear, and reassuring. You'll partner closely with product, engineering, legal, and compliance, shaping requirements early rather than executing them late. This is work where the details carry real weight. If you want to influence how millions of users experience crypto at its most critical moments, and how the teams supporting them get their work done, Core is one of the most impactful places to do it at OKX.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own complex, high-stakes journeys end to end across account, assets, compliance, or support, taking them from problem definition to shipped, polished execution.
Design AI-powered experiences, from customer-facing assistant and support flows to AI-native internal tools, thinking through how people and AI work together, and where trust, transparency, and control matter most.
Partner with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and risk to define the real problem, then design solutions that balance regulatory and security requirements with a genuinely good user experience.
Produce the full range of design artifacts as needed: user flows, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes, backed by evaluative research.
Work in an AI-native way, using AI to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and decision-making, and helping raise the bar for how the team designs.
Shape the design vision for your area alongside UX Research, UX Writing, and product leadership, and influence the roadmap early rather than delivering to it.
Raise the quality bar through design reviews, critique, and workshops, and bring rigor to ambiguous, high-consequence problems.
What We Look For In You
We hire against a shared set of competencies. Beyond craft, we look for how you think, decide, collaborate, and drive work forward.
Craft and expertise.
Deep design craft with a sharp eye for detail, and up-to-date knowledge of your field. You analyze problems methodically and turn them into simple, effective solutions you can execute end to end.
Judgment in ambiguity.
You cut to the root of a problem, make sound calls even with incomplete information, and find the optimal path rather than the obvious one. Core problems are rarely clean, and good judgment is what keeps users safe.
Business and product sense.
You understand how the business works and where it's heading, and you connect design decisions to strategy, metrics, and real outcomes, not just the screen in front of you.
Collaboration and communication.
You communicate with clarity and precision, build genuine trust with product, engineering, legal, and compliance, and give and seek feedback that raises the whole team's work. Partners see you as a collaborator, not a service function.
Drive and curiosity.
You ask why before you design, stay resilient when problems are hard or ambiguous, and keep pushing your craft and ideas forward. You question the brief rather than just building it.
AI fluency.
Genuine fluency and enthusiasm for AI. You already use AI tools in your own work, and you're excited to design AI-driven experiences, not just adopt the buzzword.
Experience designing complex, multi-step flows, ideally in fintech, crypto, or another regulated or high-trust domain.
3+ years of experience shipping end-to-end design solutions in cross-functional teams at a tech company.
Nice to Haves
Experience designing AI or conversational interfaces, or a track record of using AI to change how you work as a designer.
Interest in designing complex internal tools and operational workflows, not just customer-facing surfaces.
Exposure to data-informed design. You're comfortable interpreting user insights, behavioral data, or A/B test results.
Familiarity with design systems and the ability to scale consistency across platforms.
Prototyping skills to bring ideas to life and communicate transitions or microinteractions.
Experience working across time zones with distributed teams. You know how to stay aligned and communicate with clarity.
A degree in design, HCI, or a related field.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Product oriented Fullstack Engineer to design, build, ship, and own end-to-end product features used by thousands of developers and hundreds of millions of end-users.
We’re specifically looking for someone with a strong backend foundation who is also genuinely proficient in React.
This is a hands-on IC role. We are looking for someone product-focused, but deeply technical. You’ll work across frontend, backend, and data boundaries, making thoughtful tradeoffs to deliver reliable, high-quality systems. You’ll take ownership from problem definition through production rollout and long-term maintenance, the scoping and prioritization work as much as the code.
“Product-focused” at RevenueCat means pairing strong engineering fundamentals with good judgment, customer obsession, and a bias toward shipping — not trading correctness, reliability, or scalability for speed, but also not letting “perfect” get in the way of “shipped today.”
ABOUT YOU
- You have 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong backend foundation and a track record of building and operating high-scale production systems.
- You can write advanced SQL statements beyond basic SELECT and UPDATE statements.
- You’re proficient in React and have genuinely built on the frontend before. You’re comfortable owning UI work, not just backend APIs.
- You have solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals, and an understanding of HTTP and browser–server interactions
- You hold a high bar for quality and instinctively know which details matter, but also are discerning enough to cut scope when needed while still delivering value.
- You’re customer-obsessed: you imagine yourself as the developer, product manager, or marketer using the feature or experiencing the issue.
- You’re a builder, not an implementer: scoping, prioritizing, and driving rollout in partnership with our Product team. This isn’t a role where you check off items from a detailed specification.
- You can quickly familiarize yourself with code you didn't write yourself and improve it.
- You're comfortable coding alongside AI tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code. You use them to move faster on the parts that don't need your full attention, and you're detail-oriented enough to catch when they're wrong.
- You’re scrappy and biased toward shipping. You’d rather ship a good version today and iterate than wait to ship a perfect one next quarter.
- You communicate clearly, both in real-time and asynchronously. We’re a fully remote team, and how you write is as important as how you code.
- You’ve shipped meaningful user-facing features to production, monitored their usage and adoption, and improved them over time.
- You write high-quality, well-tested code, debug issues methodically, and help raise the engineering bar through thoughtful feedback and mentorship.
- You act like an founder:: you notice problems, propose improvements, and follow through fast.
TECHNOLOGIES YOU’LL LIKELY WORK WITH:
- TypeScript
- React
- PostgreSQL
- Python
- Flask
- AWS-hosted systems, following best practices for deployment, monitoring, and reliability
A note: Our interview process includes two separate live-coding sessions: one on frontend fundamentals and one on SQL, data logic, and algorithmic programming. We've found strength in both is a strong predictor of success in this role.
IN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU’LL:
- Meet frequently with your team and manager to get up to speed.
- Get familiar with our tools, processes, and core subscription-business concepts.
- Complete a First Ship project.
- Jump in early: fix bugs, ship small improvements, and weigh in on PRs.
WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Have shipped a medium-sized project successfully.
- Understand the main product areas your team owns and how they work end to end.
- Scope and work on projects self-sufficiently, from idea to post-launch improvements.
- Actively participate in code reviews, bug bashes, and technical discussions.
- Continuously improve areas of your team’s codebase and product.
WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Become the go-to engineer for certain focus areas.
- Proactively contribute to architecture discussions that impact more than just your team.
- Debug issues across frontend, backend, and data; communicate clearly during incidents; drive fixes that prevent repeats.
- Engage directly with customers to understand how your work actually lands.
- Mentor other engineers joining the team and raise the bar through feedback and guidance.
WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Know all the major components of our system and be able to debug complex issues across it.
- Spec and architect large projects, gather feedback, and drive design validation and rollout plans.
- Lead your own initiatives for improving our product and systems, grounded in real customer and business priorities.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

The role / impact
As a Lead Engineer within the Internal AI Accelerator Squad, you will be at the forefront of Xero’s transformation into an AI-native company. You will act as a forward-deployed engineer, embedding yourself within various internal business teams to co-design and operationalise agentic AI workflows that remove manual toil and fundamentally reshape how our people work end-to-end.
Your impact extends beyond the code; you will lead the delivery of high-stakes AI agents from discovery to production, while acting as a technical partner and evangelist. By defining the patterns, guardrails, and tooling for intelligent automation, you will create the blueprint that enables the rest of Xero to harness the power of AI safely and effectively.
The team / how they connect
You will join a dedicated, high-velocity squad focused on boosting the adoption of agentic AI and intelligent automation across the global business. The team connects through a shared mission of rapid experimentation and "vibe-coding," working closely with product owners and SMEs to turn complex, messy workflows into elegant, automated solutions.
The team is currently working on / Initially, you will focus on
- Designing and iterating on AI agents and workflow orchestrations using tools like Claude, Gemini, and MCP.
- Integrating AI systems with core enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Workday, Slack, and NetSuite.
- Developing reusable automation patterns and shared templates to be used by the business
- Building evaluation and monitoring frameworks to measure performance and ensure the safety of AI-native workflows.
Where and how you can work
At Xero, we embrace a hybrid way of working that prioritises both flexibility and meaningful connection. You will have the autonomy to work from home, supported by regular boost days in our modern office spaces designed to foster collaboration, brainstorming, and team bonding.
Here are some of the things we are looking for
- You bring a wealth of experience in building and operating applications or automations within production environments, particularly involving APIs and cloud infrastructure.
- Your background includes hands-on delivery of AI-driven solutions such as agents, copilots, or RAG systems using LLMs like Claude or Gemini.
- You possess proficiency in programming languages such as Python or TypeScript and feel comfortable navigating SDKs and webhooks.
- A systems-thinking approach is part of your toolkit, allowing you to design agents with security, auditability, and controlled blast radius at the forefront.
- You have a track record of partnering with non-technical stakeholders to translate business pain points into technical solution designs.
- You are a natural coach who enjoys uplifting the AI fluency of those around you through pairing, workshops, and clear communication.
Compensation Philosophy
At Xero, we value the impact and skills you bring to the team. We don’t just hire for a role; we invest in people. About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Safeguards organization builds the policies, evaluations, and enforcement systems that keep our models from contributing to catastrophic harm. We are hiring a manager to lead the research engineering team responsible for biological safety: the evaluations, datasets, and classifiers that govern how our models handle biological knowledge.
You will lead a team of research scientists and engineers who design and run capability evaluations against frontier models, curate training data for our safety classifiers, train and iterate on those classifiers alongside our ML engineers, and measure how they hold up against adversarial pressure in production traffic. You will set the technical direction for that work, decide where the team invests, and own the results.
This is a hands-on management role. Most of your time goes to growing and directing the team, but you will keep enough technical depth to review an eval design, interrogate a classifier's failure modes, and represent the work credibly to Research, Product, and Policy partners.
The core tension your team owns is precision: safeguards need to be robust against sophisticated actors while staying out of the way of the far larger population of legitimate researchers using Claude to accelerate life sciences work. Getting that tradeoff right is an empirical problem, and your team is the one measuring it.
Key responsibilities
Manage, coach, and grow a team of research scientists and engineers working on biological safety evaluations and classifiers, including hiring, onboarding, performance, and career development
Set the technical direction and roadmap for the biological safety research agenda, and make the calls about what the team builds, what it deprioritizes, and when a safeguard is ready to ship
Own the quality of capability evaluations that assess what new models can do in the biological domain, and turn results into deployment recommendations that leadership can act on
Guide the development of training and evaluation datasets for our safety classifiers, working with internal and external threat modeling experts to ground them in realistic risk
Oversee the training and iteration of safety classifiers alongside ML engineers, optimizing jointly for adversarial robustness and low false-positive rates
Ensure the team invests in the tooling and pipelines that make evaluation and classifier development fast and repeatable
Establish how the team measures classifier and eval performance against production traffic, identifies gaps, and prioritizes improvements
Direct red-teaming and stress-testing of safeguards as threats, models, and product surfaces evolve
Partner with Research, Product, Policy, and government affairs colleagues to embed biological safety throughout the model development lifecycle, and serve as an escalation point for biological content
Represent the team's work in external communications including model cards, blog posts, and policy documents
Track developments in biology, machine learning, and biosecurity for their potential to create new risks or enable new mitigations
Minimum qualifications
Experience managing a technical team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
A record of setting technical direction for a team and making prioritization calls under uncertainty
Proficiency in Python, with a background in scientific programming and data analysis
A solid grasp of ML fundamentals, sufficient to critically review evaluation design and classifier development
Knowledge of modern biology across both measurement and engineering: high-throughput assays and functional characterization, as well as gene synthesis, genome editing, strain construction, and protein engineering
Experience designing quantitative experiments or evaluations and drawing defensible conclusions from noisy results
Clear analytical and writing skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with dual-use research concerns and biosecurity frameworks, such as select agent regulations, the Biological Weapons Convention, or Australia Group guidelines
Comfort with ambiguity and with shifting priorities as AI capabilities change
Motivation to prevent misuse without obstructing the beneficial work that makes up the vast majority of this field
Preferred qualifications
3+ years of people management experience, ideally leading research scientists, research engineers, or ML engineers
Experience building a team or function from a small headcount, including defining scope, hiring the first few people, and establishing how the team works
At least 8 years of hands-on experience in life sciences, with deep expertise in areas such as molecular biology, drug discovery, or computational biology
Experience working with large language models, including prompting, fine-tuning, or evaluation
Experience training or deploying classifiers or other ML systems in production, and comfort reasoning about precision and recall for rare, high-consequence categories where the base rate is very low
Experience developing ML methods for biological systems or biological data
Familiarity with adversarial robustness, red-teaming, or safety evaluation of ML systems
Experience leading complex technical projects across multiple stakeholder groups
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

The Role
The
Enterprise Architect – OMS Platform (Composable Commerce)
acts as the architectural anchor between the client’s Business, Technology, and ISV/Product Partner teams on a composable OMS platform program. The role is accountable for translating business intent into a scalable technical landscape, owning solution direction from discovery and architecture definition through delivery governance and production stability. The architect is expected to actively shape scope and commercial outcomes, driving decisions on what should be configured out-of-the-box (OOB) versus custom-built, while minimizing customization wherever the platform’s native capability can meet the need.
Experience
: 12+ years, with demonstrated architecture/solutioning ownership (not only hands-on delivery) across at least 3–4 years.
Engagement Model
: Client-facing. Works directly with client Technology, Business, and ISV/Product Partner teams as the architectural anchor for the engagement.
Primary Product Context
: Composable OMS platforms, with preference for Burgeon OMS. Standalone OMS product experience or OMS capability embedded within an ERP suite (e.g., Oracle EBS) are both relevant.
Location
: Guangzhou, China.
Language Proficiency
: Mandarin and English (both required).
Working Hours
: Core delivery hours, plus flexible overlap with PST for client leadership meetings, governance forums, and handoffs.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own end-to-end enterprise architecture across OMS core, extension microservices, integration layers, and downstream systems.
Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
Architect custom microservices as OMS extension points using cloud-native and event-driven patterns.
Own non-functional requirements, including scalability, resiliency, security, latency, and cost.
Collaborate with business, technology, and ISV teams to define scope, estimates, timelines, milestones, and phased delivery plans.
Provide cost inputs and trade-off analysis (build vs. configure, in-house vs. ISV-delivered).
Evaluate requirements against OMS OOB capabilities before recommending customization.
Document OOB versus custom decisions and rationale.
Define architectural standards, coding guidelines, integration patterns, and governance processes.
Establish architecture review checkpoints and maintain architecture documentation.
Lead solution workshops, architecture reviews, and trade-off discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
Represent architecture decisions in client governance forums.
Domain & Technical Expertise
Strong B2B OMS domain knowledge, including order lifecycle, inventory/allocation, fulfillment orchestration, and returns.
Preference for direct Burgeon OMS experience; experience with standalone OMS products and ERP-embedded OMS modules (e.g., Oracle EBS Order Management) is relevant.
Knowledge of OMS integrations with Payment Gateways, PLM, Loyalty Platforms, Recommendation Engines, WMS, and Promotion Frameworks.
Expertise in Java/J2EE, microservices, event-driven architecture, RESTful services, and integration patterns.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Deployment Engineering team in North America. This isn't a typical management role - we need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and leads from the front: technically sharp, hands-on, and relentlessly focused on impact. You'll manage a team of Forward Deployed Engineers on the front lines of building agentic solutions with Cohere's North platform, balancing technical excellence with the kind of team leadership that actually moves things forward. You'll be solving complex problems and securely integrating AI into critical sectors such as finance, healthcare, and telecommunications.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers focused on building agentic solutions with North in on-premises environments.
- Take ownership of customer success from technical implementation through delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape how we deliver AI to enterprises.
- Build relationships with technical stakeholders on the customer end.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, focusing on bringing agentic solutions to every step of the development process.
- Define and implement processes that scale agent development and deployment across multiple client environments
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering
- 2+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
- Experience managing engineers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise software at scale, with focus on agentic applications
- High agency - you don't wait for permission to solve problems
- A doer mentality - you dig in, get stuff done, and can execute in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and business audiences
NICE TO HAVE'S
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure
- Background in enterprise security and compliance.
