Location: United States of America
What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to: Director, Engineering
Location: Remote US, Only
Compensation:
$215,000 to $240,000 base plus bonus and equity
What You’ll Do:
Huntress is building an Agentic SOC. When our detection pipeline raises a signal, an LLM-based agent picks it up and investigates it end-to-end. It gathers telemetry across our products, reconstructs what happened, and makes a well-documented determination about whether the activity is malicious. Over time, it will take on more of the work itself, growing from resolving routine cases to acting fast when it finds an attack and handing analysts cases with the evidence already assembled. We’re hiring a Principal Software Engineer to head this effort.
This system is meant to augment our analysts, not replace them. It takes the high-volume, repetitive work off their plates so they can focus on complex cases and hands-on keyboard intrusions where human expertise matters most. It also reduces toil in the rest of their day by using LLMs to pre-process the output of the tools analysts use constantly, so they start from a clear picture instead of raw telemetry.
This isn’t a chatbot bolted onto a dashboard. The system investigates a large volume of signals a day across thousands of customer organizations. Many signals are benign, but some are live intrusions where minutes matter. The telemetry the system reads comes from environments in which attackers are actively operating. Because the system makes real decisions, like closing an investigation or isolating a host, it has to be right, it has to show its work, and it has to know when to hand off to a person.
As the technical lead, you’ll own the system’s architecture and direction. That means deciding how an investigation is structured, where deterministic code ends and model reasoning begins, what the agent can and can’t touch, how we know it’s working, and which decisions it makes on its own as it proves itself. You’ll work closely with SOC analysts, detection engineers, product, and other engineering teams. You’ll go deep in the code and help the engineers around you grow. Your work will directly shape how Huntress scales
protection for the 99%
.
We make full use of AI coding tools to enable you to accelerate your development. We don’t cap token usage. We expect you to use AI and all tools responsibly.
Responsibilities:
Own the architecture of agentic investigation. You help define how signals move from detection into investigation, how investigation state is managed, how tools are designed and exposed to agents, and what a finished investigation contains: the verdict, the timeline, the scope, and the evidence behind every claim. When the team is stuck between options, you make the call, and the foundations you set are what others build on for years.
Build agents that investigate like a strong analyst. You work alongside our SOC and product researchers to learn how experienced analysts actually triage and investigate, then turn that into agent behavior: which questions to ask, which evidence to gather, when to dig deeper, and when to stop and hand off to a human.
Take toil off analysts’ plates. Beyond full investigations, you build LLM-powered pre-processing for the tools and data sources analysts rely on every day. It summarizes, correlates, and highlights what matters, so analysts spend their time on judgment instead of assembly.
Bring a security mindset to the agent itself. The agent reads attacker-influenced data, runs across thousands of customer tenants, and can take action in customer environments. You design as if someone is trying to manipulate it, because someone will. Trust boundaries, tenant isolation, and auditability are part of the architecture from the start.
Treat evaluation as a core part of the product. You define how we measure whether an investigation is correct, well-reasoned, and well-documented, and you make sure no prompt, model, or tool changes without evidence that it helps.
Decide with data what the system does on its own. Based on measured performance, you decide where it acts autonomously, where a person reviews its work, and how that changes over time. You also recognize when a problem doesn’t need an agent at all.
Build for production, not for demos. You design for reliability, latency, and cost at scale. The system keeps working when models are slow, wrong, unavailable, or quietly changed underneath you, and anyone can trace exactly why an investigation reached its conclusion or why an action was taken.
Augment analysts, don’t replace them. You design the handoff between agent and analyst so that when a case reaches a person, the agent’s work makes them faster and better informed. You consider how analysts’ work changes as agents take on more of it, and how we explain agent decisions to partners and customers in a way they can trust.
Prototype your way through hard problems. When the team hits something genuinely uncertain, you dig in first: derisk it, prove out the approach, then hand it off clearly.
Be the engineering face of the Agentic SOC. In conversations with SOC leadership, other engineering teams, product, and executives, you represent the team’s technical perspective clearly and credibly. You drive alignment on key decisions, carry context in both directions, and protect the team from unclear scope.
Balance technical rigor with pragmatism. You push back when a shortcut creates real risk, and you also push back on over-engineering when the goal is discovery. You have a bias for action and frequent feedback from analysts and customers, and you can explain your tradeoffs to engineers and non-engineers alike.
Raise the floor and the ceiling. Your technical leadership is measured by how the whole team performs, not just by what you personally ship. That shows up in thoughtful code review, pairing on problems others are stuck on, and creating leverage through better patterns, tooling, and shared understanding. You partner with the engineering manager on team health, give direct feedback, and model the judgment and accountability you want the team to have.
What You Bring To The Team:
15+ years of experience developing complex software products, including significant time as the technical lead on production systems
Hands-on experience designing, shipping, and operating LLM-based agents in production, covering tool use, context management, structured output, guardrails, and evaluation, along with a clear-eyed understanding of how they fail
A track record of building evaluation for non-deterministic systems, such as labeled datasets, offline evals, and regression gates, and of measuring quality over time rather than at launch
A security mindset: experience building systems that handle untrusted input, enforce multi-tenant isolation, and produce an audit trail that holds up under scrutiny
Experience building systems that make automated decisions with real consequences, and the judgment to know what to automate and what to leave to people
Curiosity about how security analysts think and work, and a willingness to spend real time learning from them
Deep backend expertise in distributed systems, queues, and durable workflows, and concurrency, with a track record of designing for throughput and correctness under load
Strong skills in one or more backend languages and the ability to pick up new ones quickly. Our primary stack is Ruby on Rails, and we expect you to become fluent in it
Experience with AWS, Azure, or other public cloud environments, and with data stores such as Postgres and Redis
Experience with AI coding tools, such as Claude Code
BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience
Bonus Points:
Experience working in or building for a SOC, incident response, threat hunting, or detection engineering. It isn’t required, but it helps a lot, because we build these workflows around how our analysts actually investigate

Experience attacking or adversarially testing ML or LLM systems
Experience with Ruby on Rails

About Somnia:
SOMNIA is the Agentic Chain - a hyper-performance L1 operating at an order of magnitude faster than existing networks. We empower builders and traders to create real-time, autonomous, and fully decentralized products, powered by agents, that were previously impossible and cannot be built anywhere else. It’s where the future of Web3 protocols will be built, so we’re facilitating a new wave of on-chain applications from DEX to Prediction Protocols and much, much more.
Somnia is being developed by Somnia Foundation backed by Improbable https://www.improbable.io/, a British tech Unicorn +++ that has been at the forefront of building virtual worlds for over a decade. Somnia received initial funding from MSquared https://www.msquared.io/, which raised $150 million https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20220407005101/en/Improbable-Raises-US150m-to-Establish-M%C2%B2-MSquared-a-Metaverse-Network-and-Ecosystem-Powered-by-Its-Morpheus-Technology from a16z crypto, SoftBank, Mirana Ventures, CMT Digital, and SIG.
About the Role:
DreamDEX makes a hard claim: CEX execution without DEX custody. A fully on-chain CLOB with sub-10ms, zero trading fees, self-custody and transparent rules, competing head-on with Hyperliquid, Lighter and the large centralised exchanges.
An exchange wins or dies on liquidity, and early liquidity comes from relationships. Market makers must sign and quote tight. Builders must route flow to us. Institutions must trust a new venue with size. You will own those relationships.
You'll run business development for dreamDEX and carry the wider Somnia story (the L1, Somnia Agents, Prophecy) into institutional conversations. You'll work directly with the GTM leads and core team, with a mandate to source, structure and close the deals that put depth on the book and volume through it. We measure every deal by the liquidity, volume and TVL it produces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the market maker pipeline: source, pitch, negotiate and onboard MMs, from DeFi-native firms early on to an anchor tier 1 relationship, structuring deals across CLOB rewards, fee arrangements and liquidity commitments
- Get DreamDEX integrated with the major spot and cross-chain aggregators, then manage those relationships so we keep winning flow on price
- Build and activate the institutional pipeline: trading firms, funds, family offices, OTC desks, prime brokers and custodians, with white-glove onboarding for qualified institutions
- Build an active Builder pipeline: Trading terminals, AI strategies and native apps to drive users and volume to the Dex.
- Close liquidity deals that grow TVL: institutional LPs, protocol and DAO treasuries, and vault operators
- Land distribution partnerships that feed the exchange: wallets, perp aggregators and bridges
- Support broader Somnia BD where your network applies: ecosystem projects, stablecoin partners and treasury deals on the L1
- Feed market intelligence back to product: you hear first what MMs and institutions need (RFQ flow, reporting, credit arrangements, API features) and help shape the roadmap
- Represent DreamDEX and Somnia at conferences and in the rooms where these deals get done
Requirements:
Must Have
- Business development experience at a crypto exchange (CEX, perp DEX or spot DEX) covering market makers, institutional clients or listings
- A real network across institutions in crypto and/or TradFi: trading firms, market makers, funds, prime brokers and OTC desks. You open doors on day one rather than building a list from scratch
- Closed deals with measurable impact on volume, liquidity or TVL, and the ability to walk us through the numbers
- A working understanding of exchange mechanics: order books, spreads and depth, perps and margin, liquidations, MM economics and incentive design
- Ability to run a full deal cycle alone, from sourcing through structuring and negotiation to post-signature relationship management
- Comfort operating early in a venue's life, when you are selling the roadmap as much as the product
Nice to Have
- TradFi background in prime brokerage, electronic trading or institutional sales
- Existing relationships with DEX aggregators, wallets, custodians or vault operators
- Experience taking a new venue through cold start; you have solved the empty order book problem before
- Experience structuring token or incentive-based deals
- Working knowledge of DeFi: CLOB DEXs, vaults, stablecoins and yield products
- Experience selling to DAOs and protocol treasuries
Why Join Somnia?
Design The Future: Join Somnia to work remotely with a global team, earn competitive compensation with token incentives, and help build the future of Web3 at a company where your impact truly matters.
First of its Kind: Make Somnia famous as the only hyperspeed L1 with native AI inference.
High Stakes: Influence a brand targeting a $1M+ launch budget in the 2026 peak-fragility market.
Incentives: Competitive salary + tokens.

- A command of how Congress and the Executive Branch work, and how to strategically engage with them to advance Chainalysis business priorities

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Analytics Engineering Lead to set the direction for analytics engineering at Eneba and help the team deliver trusted, business-ready data. You’ll lead a team of around 10 analytics engineers.
You’ll define what analytics engineering owns and where it is going, connect the team’s work to real business needs, and ensure curated data can be used directly by business teams, BI tools, and AI agents without an analyst in between.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create and own the analytics engineering strategy, direction, and goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of around 10 analytics engineers through regular feedback, one-to-ones, performance management, review cycles, and hiring, helping them become increasingly autonomous.
- Establish the analytics data-modeling architecture, engineering principles, quality standards, and ways of working that guide how the team builds and maintains models.
- Ensure analytics engineering work begins with a clear understanding of the business problem and delivers data that people can use with confidence.
- Enable reliable self-service analytics by making curated data usable by business teams, BI tools, and AI agents, with appropriate semantic layers, metrics, discoverability, and governance.
- Evaluate the current analytics landscape and make pragmatic, evidence-based decisions about what should be improved, stopped, rebuilt, or delegated.
- Partner directly with stakeholders across the company, including teams such as Accounting, Payments, and Marketing, as well as senior leaders.
- Build a strong understanding of Eneba’s business and translate varied stakeholder needs into a clear direction for the team.
- Identify and empower technical experts within the existing team to help define and implement engineering standards.
- Evaluate analytics tooling and delegate technical discovery where appropriate, while retaining final ownership of analytics engineering architecture and tooling decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience leading and developing data, analytics, or analytics engineering and people-management in product-focused tech companies.
- Experience defining strategy and setting direction for analytics engineering, data modeling, or a closely related function.
- A track record of establishing data-modeling architecture, principles, or standards that guide how other engineers build and maintain models.
- Strong business judgment: you focus on why data is needed and what problem it solves, not only how models are built.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven experience partnering closely with product leadership and representing data in executive-level and cross-functional discussions.
- Ability to form clear, evidence-based opinions, challenge existing approaches, and lead change under sustained pressure including recommending that work be stopped or rebuilt when needed.
- Experience operating in a high-growth, fast-moving organization with low approval layers, where data supports many business functions. Scale-up experience is helpful.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data modeling, hands-on experience with DBT, and familiarity with at least one BI or dashboarding tool.
- Fluent English (business proficiency required)
What it’s like to work at Eneba
- Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.
- Opportunity to help scale a unique product.
- Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
- We’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred. Please submit your resume in English

Our Security and IT team keeps the 360Learning platform secure, compliant and auditable for the 1,500 organisations that learn on it every day. As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, your mission is to make our infrastructure secure by design, detectable by default, and provable at audit time.
360Learning runs its learning platform on Azure and Kubernetes, certified ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II. Over the past two years the technical security workload has grown on every front: a larger and more regulated customer base sending their own scans and security assessments, a wider detection and response scope, more infrastructure to keep hardened and auditable, and a growing backlog of security engineering projects that never reach the top of the queue.
We are creating this position to add real technical capacity on the infrastructure side of security, and to move part of our security posture from manual effort to automated guardrails. You will be the bridge between security and platform engineering: deep enough in infrastructure to fix things yourself, and close enough to security operations to know what to look for.
“Ours is a small, senior team with a broad scope: information security, compliance, infrastructure governance and internal tooling, with dual audit accountability on ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II. That means direct impact and no layers between you and the decision. Roughly half of this role is greenfield build work you will own end to end.” Guillaume Seigneuret, CISO and Hiring Coach.
Within 1 month, you will:
Complete our onboarding and learn how we work through our own platform and our Convexity culture
Map our Azure and AKS environment, our detection and logging coverage, and our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 control scope with the CISO and the Security Engineer
Meet the DevOps, platform engineering and IT teams you will work with daily
Shadow alert triage and one customer security assessment end to end
Within 3 months, you will:
Be autonomous on our AKS and Azure environment and handle infrastructure related alerts end to end
Have shipped at least one concrete hardening or automation improvement in production
Own the infrastructure scope of vulnerability management, from triage to remediation follow up
Within 6 months, you will:
Have the honeypot live and producing high fidelity alerts
Have measurably widened SIEM connector coverage, with documented log sources and retention
Run infrastructure vulnerability remediation on a predictable cycle with SLA reporting
Within 12 months, you will:
Manage detection content as code, with reviewed and tested rules and documented runbooks
Have largely automated audit evidence on the infrastructure scope
Have eliminated long lived credentials on the critical paths, so engineering teams ship on secure defaults they did not have to think about
The Skill Set:
5+ years in infrastructure, cloud or platform engineering with a strong security focus, or in security engineering with hands on infrastructure practice
Production experience with Kubernetes: RBAC, network policies, admission controllers, secrets handling, workload identity, runtime security
Solid cloud experience, ideally Azure. Strong AWS or Google Cloud experience with a genuine interest in converting works too
Infrastructure as code: Terraform, GitOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines
Scripting and automation: Python or Go, plus shell. Comfortable reading and writing code, and opening pull requests on repositories owned by other teams
Log analysis and investigation: cloud audit logs, query languages, correlation across identity, network and application sources
Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR).
