InfluxData's North America Commercial sales team is growing, and we're looking for a Commercial Account Executive to own a territory end to end.
This is a hybrid new business and account management role. You'll hunt new logos across organizations of 1–500 employees in North America, and you'll carry a book of roughly 40 existing accounts that you are responsible for renewing and growing. The best people in this seat are as comfortable running a cold outbound motion as they are sitting with an existing customer six months before renewal, understanding where their usage is headed and what it will take to expand.
You are a hunter and a builder. You enjoy creating new relationships and deepening existing ones. You're all about working hard, supporting one another, ideating nonstop, and having a lot of fun while doing it.
InfluxDB is a purpose-built time series database used by engineering, platform, DevOps, SRE, and IoT teams to handle high-volume telemetry data. You'll be selling to technical buyers, which means the strongest AEs on this team are curious, consultative, and willing to get into the substance of a customer's architecture and problem.
What you’ll be doing:
New Business
- Owning the full sales cycle for new logos in North America Commercial — prospecting, discovery, scoping, POC, negotiation, and close
- Building and sustaining your own pipeline through cold calling, outbound email, LinkedIn, account research, inbound follow-up, and partner activity
- Running strong discovery: understanding the technical use case, the business impact, the buying process, the stakeholders, and what success looks like
- Understanding the competitive landscape — including open source alternatives — and positioning InfluxData to win
- Partnering with Sales Engineering to scope and run technical evaluations and POCs
Renewals & Expansions
- Owning renewal outcomes across a book of approximately 40 existing accounts, including forecast accuracy on every renewal in your territory
- Engaging renewals early — well ahead of the contract date — to understand usage trends, changes in the customer's environment, budget cycle, and stakeholder changes
- Identifying and closing expansion: new use cases, new teams and divisions, increased capacity, and upgrades
- Building multi-threaded relationships across your accounts so the relationship does not sit with a single champion
- Spotting and escalating retention risk early, and working with Customer Success and Support to resolve it before it reaches the renewal conversation
- Conducting regular check-ins and business reviews with your accounts to keep value visible
Across the Whole Territory
- Building trust and credibility, both internally and with prospects and customers, from engineering to executive stakeholders
- Keeping opportunity detail, next steps, renewal dates, and forecast accurate in Salesforce
- Forecasting and managing your sales activity and pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
- Meeting or exceeding monthly targets and quarterly quota across both new business and renewal/expansion
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience selling data solutions, SaaS, PaaS, developer tools, or cloud infrastructure
- Experience selling into commercial and mid-market organizations
- Experience managing accounts post-close through annual renewal cycles, with responsibility for retention and growth
- Demonstrated success running a full sales cycle from self-sourced pipeline through close
- Ability to balance hunting and farming — the discipline to keep prospecting while carrying an active book of business
- Comfort selling to technical buyers and translating technical capability into business value
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, able to talk to all levels at an organization
- Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong prospecting, qualifying, closing, and account management skills
- Excellent negotiation skills, including renewal and expansion negotiations
- Disciplined pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and forecast accuracy
It’s a plus if you have:
- Experience selling open source or commercial-open-source products, and competing against free alternatives
- Experience with time series data, observability, monitoring, IoT or industrial telemetry, DevOps, or SRE tooling
- Experience carrying a combined new business and renewal quota

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp is building institutional partnerships with top global strategy consulting firms that shape finance transformation and technology decisions for the CFOs and CEOs we serve. These firms influence clients before a buying process begins, advise on the operating and technology decisions that define transformation programs, and can help clients move from strategy to live operational capability.
Ramp has an opportunity to build relationships that create value for the firm, its clients, and Ramp, across executive engagement, thought leadership, co-sell, and shared client work. This role will own those relationships and turn them into an institutional go-to-market motion: building credibility with firm leadership, identifying the right client and practice wedges, developing firm-specific plans, leveraging Ramp’s data to amplify firms’ thought leadership, and creating repeatable paths to joint client outcomes.
This is a build from the ground up. Ramp's relationships across this ecosystem are early and largely informal today, and this person will be responsible for the relationship, the partnership thesis, and the operating motion that makes a firm a meaningful Ramp partner over time. It is a broader remit than a typical partnerships role.
What You'll Do
- Own Ramp's relationships with a portfolio of top-tier strategy and advisory firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), serving as the primary relationship owner and building credibility with senior firm leadership
- Turn executive introductions into structured partnerships, developing the partnership thesis, relationship map, executive sponsor plan, target practices and client wedge for each firm
- Negotiate and close the first formal agreements between Ramp and these firms
- Build market-facing proof points with Ramp's leadership, marketing and product teams, including executive events, thought leadership and shared client stories
- Coordinate execution across Ramp, bringing the right Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Product, AI Solutions and executive sponsors into each firm relationship
- Establish and maintain the operating cadence: relationship maps, firm plans, account maps and next steps
What You Need
- 4+ years of experience at a leading strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
- Exceptional executive presence. You can hold a room with senior leaders, earn trust quickly, and be trusted to represent Ramp in meetings without support
- Proven ability to run many work streams and complicated stakeholder management
- A builder's instinct. You are energized by an empty page, comfortable without a playbook, and bring structure to ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and the judgment to calibrate between an executive conversation and a working session
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% and to be based in a major metro. New York preferred
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is redefining how businesses manage their finances, and our growth marketing team is how millions of businesses first hear that story. As we expand internationally, paid ads are one of our highest-leverage channels — and localized, high-craft creative is what makes them work in a new market.
Based in our London office, you'll own the creative that powers Ramp's international acquisition engine across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Direct Mail. You'll take the playbook we've built in the US and adapt it for the UK and EU — shaping how Ramp shows up across paid social, video, and display for international audiences. You'll work closely with our Performance Marketing team to turn ideas into ads that move metrics, while pushing the creative bar on what a finance brand can look and feel like abroad.
This is a temporary full-time role, based in London.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and animate paid creative end-to-end across static and motion formats, tailored for international markets.
- Create and localize ads for Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels across the UK and EU.
- Adapt the US growth creative playbook for international audiences — and flag where local nuance means it needs to break, not just translate.
- Develop scalable design and motion systems that help the team move faster while maintaining a high creative bar.
- Concept hooks, headlines, visual treatments, and creative variants that earn attention and drive performance in-market.
- Partner closely with Performance Marketing, copywriters, and product marketers (largely US-based) to bring ideas to life across time zones.
- Iterate quickly based on performance data and contribute to international testing strategy.
- Build templates, automations, AI workflows, and creative systems that increase team velocity.
- Explore new tools, techniques, and AI-native workflows to expand what's possible inside our production pipeline.
- Help evolve how Ramp's brand shows up across international growth marketing.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of experience in visual design, motion design, or creative production
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion work
- Experience creating performance-driven creative for paid acquisition channels
- Strong taste and a clear point of view on what makes great advertising — with an eye for what resonates in UK/EU markets
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment where speed and iteration matter
- Ability to use performance data and business outcomes as creative feedback
- Comfort collaborating with a primarily US-based team across time zones
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly After Effects)
- Based in or able to work from the London office
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience building automations, templates, component systems, scripts, or internal creative tooling
- Fluency with AI tools such as Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Claude Code, or similar
- Experience creating short-form video for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and paid social
- Experience creating or localizing creative for multiple international markets
- Experience in finance, fintech, SaaS, or other high-growth technology companies
- Familiarity with performance marketing and growth experimentation frameworks

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking an experienced, highly self directed Learning Designer & Content Developer to create and test AI training for OpenAI Academy’s in-person and virtual programs. You’ll work with Academy leads and subject-matter experts to produce training packages from agreed-upon briefs, incorporate feedback, and meet delivery timelines. OpenAI will set program priorities and retain final approval of curriculum, content, and delivery standards. This is a contractor position.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Learning Design & Content Development

- Create lightweight learning-assessment and participant-feedback approaches that reveal whether programs are understandable, relevant, and actionable.
- Use rehearsal findings and participant and facilitator feedback to recommend and implement revisions to materials and delivery guidance.
- Build and rehearse demonstrations in the intended delivery environment. Verify prompts, outputs, timing, account and feature requirements, and screen readability; prepare realistic sample data, setup and reset instructions, and fallback outputs where needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Academy program leads, trainers, subject-matter experts, and relevant Global Affairs, Product, Customer Education, Communications, and partner teams.
- Coordinate reviews at agreed milestones, resolve content and usability issues, and submit materials for OpenAI’s final approval.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Complete, tested training packages are delivered on schedule, meet Academy’s requirements, and enable facilitators to run engaging sessions without extensive clarification or undocumented knowledge.
- Participants can complete the intended activities and apply what they learned; audience adaptations reflect their needs while preserving the agreed learning objectives.
- Academy leads can delegate training development from an agreed brief, with focused review at key milestones and final approval by OpenAI.
- Rehearsal observations and participant and facilitator feedback lead to specific improvements, and materials remain current as products and audience needs change.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Demonstrated experience in learning design, instructional design, adult learning, customer education, educator development, or a closely related field.
- A portfolio of complete training programs you personally designed and produced, including presentation materials, facilitator guidance, practical exercises, and demonstrations. Be prepared to explain your contribution, what changed after testing, and how other facilitators used the materials.
- Strong live facilitation skills and the ability to rehearse and deliver practical learning sessions for audiences with different levels of experience, confidence, and familiarity with AI.
- Strong hands-on proficiency with ChatGPT and AI-assisted workflows, including the ability to independently build, troubleshoot, and explain practical demonstrations for nontechnical audiences.
- Strong writing, editing, and slide-development skills: you make complex material clear, accurate, and actionable, and create polished, accessible materials that follow brand guidelines.
- Experience verifying product claims and updating instructional materials as capabilities, interfaces, and access requirements change.
- Experience managing content versions, incorporating stakeholder feedback, and delivering multiple training projects against agreed briefs and timelines.
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
- A commitment to accessible, inclusive learning and enthusiasm for OpenAI Academy’s mission.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Designing AI literacy, digital-skills, workforce, public-interest, or technology-learning programs.
- Adapting learning experiences for different communities, sectors, languages, or cultural contexts.
- Coaching facilitators, developing train-the-trainer resources, or supporting delivery through partners at scale.
- Using lightweight assessment, field observation, or performance evidence to improve instruction.
POTENTIAL EXPANSION AREAS
Additional work may be agreed upon with Academy leads based on program needs and contractor capacity, including:
- Translation and localization systems for Academy materials.
- Support for facilitator assessments, field observation, and quality sampling using OpenAI-approved readiness criteria, with qualification decisions retained by OpenAI.
- Additional learning-assessment tools and impact-measurement support.

About the Role
We are looking for a Distinguished Engineer to lead technical direction across GitLab's Core DevOps services, the systems the majority of our users touch every day. Distinguished Engineers are recognized experts across multiple technology domains and represent the most senior level of technical leadership within and across divisions at the company.
Core DevOps builds continuous Integration, continuous deployment, planning, and source control experiences. These are among the most mature, highest traffic, and most deeply interconnected systems at GitLab. They carry years of accumulated architectural decisions, they sit in the critical path of our customers' own delivery pipelines, and they are being reshaped by the shift toward AI native development. The job is to raise their quality, converge them onto a coherent go-forward architecture, and retire accumulated risk, all without interrupting the millions of users and Fortune 100 organizations who depend on them.
GitLab is pursuing a set of company-wide engineering goals: large gains in developer productivity, measurably higher quality in what we ship, and engineering practices reshaped around AI and agentic workflows. Core DevOps is where much of that strategy has to land, because these are the services our own engineers and our customers depend on daily. In this role you will bring that strategy into Core DevOps in a form that works for long lived production systems, and carry what you learn here back out to the rest of engineering.
What You'll Do
Set and continuously refine the go forward technical direction for CI, CD, Plan, and source code experiences, aligned against the horizontal architectural initiatives.
Work directly with the VP of Engineering as her technical counterpart on planning, technical investment, and where the group's engineering effort should go.
Translate GitLab's company-wide productivity, quality, and AI native engineering goals into concrete technical direction for Core DevOps, and turn into iterable roadmaps, partnering broadly across the org.
Define what good means in measurable terms for these services, including availability, latency at p95 and p99, pipeline success rate, test reliability, data correctness, and defect escape rate, then hold designs and implementations to it.
Maintain a clear and current picture of systemic technical risk across the group, including single points of failure, unowned critical paths, brittle coupling between CI/CD and Plan, scaling limits, and past decisions that now constrain the roadmap. Drive a prioritized plan to retire it.
Lead the hardest design decisions hands on, writing code, prototypes, and proofs of concept where a design argument needs evidence behind it.
Drive convergence on shared patterns, libraries, and paved paths, reducing how many different ways the same problem gets solved across the group.
Design migration paths that let large, long lived systems change underneath users without breaking them, using incremental cutover, dual run, measurable rollback, and deprecation with clear timelines.
Adopt the platform capabilities coming from GitLab's AI organization and the company's productivity initiatives into Core DevOps, feed this group's requirements back into them, and help prove what works on systems of this scale and maturity.
Serve as the escalation point for complex or contested technical decisions across the group, including those where no single team owns the outcome.
Review significant designs and merge requests in the group's critical paths, and use review to teach rather than only to gate.
Ensure designs hold across GitLab.com, GitLab Dedicated, and Self-Managed deployments, and respect multi-tenant, compliance, and data governance boundaries in each.
Partner with Infrastructure, Security, and SRE so Core DevOps services are observable and debuggable, and so failure modes degrade gracefully instead of cascading.
Make architectural constraints and opportunities clear to Product in roadmap terms, so that technical investment and product ambition get planned together instead of traded off late.
Write clear, opinionated design documents, architecture narratives, and decision records that let teams across the group make aligned decisions independently.
Grow Principal and Staff Engineers across Core DevOps, raise the bar on design rigor and technical writing, and contribute to the technical hiring bar for senior individual contributors.
Participate in the Incident Management on-call rotation to help meet availability goals for GitLab.com, and complete Interview Training to participate in hiring as a technical interviewer or panel member.
What You'll Bring
10+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in a Staff, Principal, or equivalent senior technical leadership role.
Deep expertise in AI and ML systems, including large language models, agentic frameworks, and autonomous workflow design at production scale.
Proven track record of leading hands-on technical experimentation, including defining evaluation frameworks, running benchmarks, and translating findings into scalable architecture decisions.
Strong background in scalable, multi-tenant distributed systems, including service decomposition, fault tolerance, observability, and operational resilience.
Experience designing and implementing human-in-the-loop controls, safety guardrails, and responsible AI practices for production systems.
Experience mentoring senior engineers and influencing technical direction across multiple teams or divisions without direct authority.
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed organization with excellent written and asynchronous communication skills.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Humanoid Robot AI Data Collector, you will teleoperate humanoid robots and follow well-defined procedures to generate high-quality datasets used for training advanced AI models. You will work hands-on with physical robots using on-site tools and interfaces—such as the Universal Manipulator Interface (UMI)—to execute structured tasks and capture precise data. A significant part of the role involves annotation and labeling, requiring strong focus, accuracy, and pride in craftsmanship.
This role is for individuals who thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment; who take ownership, communicate openly, and embrace continuous learning. No technical background or formal education is required; full training is provided. This is a fully on-site role, working hands-on with robots and on-site systems such as UMI, and may involve periods of standing, regular movement, and interaction with physical hardware.
This position is a permanent night shift, with working hours of 10:30 pm - 6:30 am, and may require occasional travel in line with business needs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Teleoperate humanoid robots with consistency, precision, and a strong sense of ownership over data quality.
- Perform on-site data collection using tools such as the Universal Manipulator Interface (UMI).
- Capture and organise multimodal data (e.g., video, motion trajectories, task logs) with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Annotate and label data following strict guidelines, treating the work as a high-skill technical discipline.
- Identify anomalies or issues proactively and escalate or solve them at the lowest responsible level.
- Suggest improvements to workflows, processes, or tools—everyone contributes to process design.
- Maintain clear, transparent documentation of progress and dataset quality.
- Move with urgency and focus, ensuring timelines and daily goals are met.
- Communicate openly with team members, sharing feedback and observations across functions.
- Collaborate respectfully and positively with teammates, helping create a supportive and high-performing culture.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- No formal technical education required — full training will be provided.
- Comfortable using computers and digital interfaces.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Strong time management, urgency, and reliability in meeting daily/weekly targets.
- Ability to maintain focus and high-quality output during repetitive tasks.
- Proactive mindset — willingness to take initiative without waiting for direction.
- Clear, transparent communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with the team.
- Commitment to iterative learning, continuous feedback, and constant improvement.
- Interest in robotics, AI, or emerging technologies is welcome but not required.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- 30+ days time off, including 23 days annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Design at Anthropic sits at the intersection of craft, research, and product intuition. We're a small team working on products that millions of people use daily—and on interactions that don't have established conventions yet.
Our work shapes how people experience AI: whether Claude feels like a tool or a collaborator, whether it earns trust or erodes it. We partner closely with engineers and researchers, often designing around capabilities that are emerging in real-time. That means staying close to the models, prototyping rapidly, and being comfortable with ambiguity.
We're looking for designers who ship fast and stay in motion—people who would rather get something in front of users this week than perfect it for a month. You're excited to question fundamental UI assumptions and invent patterns that feel native to AI, and you're already using tools like Claude Code to extend what you can build. You pay attention to where model capabilities are heading, not just what Claude can do today, and you find ways to keep caring about the pixels, the copy, and the edge cases while shipping quickly.
Key responsibilities

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
YOUR CHALLENGE
At Taxfix, we have democratized tax filing for millions of people. Now, we are building our next major growth engines.
As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will work directly with our C-level leadership and Management Team to identify, validate, and build new business opportunities. You will take ideas from zero to one and help scale proven businesses from one to one hundred.
This role is designed for an ambitious recent graduate or early-career strategy consultant who wants to move from advising businesses to building them. You will operate with high autonomy, turn ambiguous opportunities into clear choices, and help launch ventures that can become meaningful parts of Taxfix’s future.
YOUR TEAM
You will join our New Ventures function and work closely with Taxfix’s C-level leadership and Management Team.
Depending on the opportunity, you will collaborate with colleagues across Product, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Tax. You will bring the right people together, create clarity in uncertain situations, and drive initiatives from the first hypothesis through validation, launch, and scale.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify attractive customer problems and market opportunities through research, customer interviews, competitor analysis, and rapid experimentation.
- Design and run tests to validate customer demand, willingness to pay, commercial viability, and operational feasibility.
- Develop compelling propositions, business models, pricing strategies, unit economics, operating models, and go-to-market plans.
- Move beyond presentations by building prototypes, coordinating pilots, acquiring initial customers, and establishing the foundations for launch.
- Turn validated ventures into scalable businesses by developing repeatable growth engines, robust operating models, strong teams, and performance management systems.
- Translate complex analysis into concise, decision-ready recommendations for the C-level team, Leadership Team, and Board.
- Mobilise colleagues across Product, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Tax to move ventures forward.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a hands-on builder mentality and do not wait for perfect resources or specialist support.
- You use AI-native tools and vibe coding to rapidly build prototypes, automate workflows, analyse data, and turn ideas into tangible products and experiments—even if you are not a software engineer by training.
- You are a recent graduate from a leading university or business school, such as WHU, HHL, HSG, HEC, ESADE, or a comparable institution; alternatively, you have up to two or three years of experience at a leading strategy consultancy such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or a comparable firm.
- You want to build companies, products, or business lines and may aspire to become a founder in the future.
- You can break ambiguous questions down into hypotheses, analyses, experiments, and clear decisions.
- You combine strategic depth with a strong bias for action. You are willing to speak with customers, build a model, test a landing page, or solve an operational bottleneck yourself.
- You understand what creates customer value and can connect it to pricing, unit economics, distribution, and scalable operations.
- You communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- You act with pace, resilience, sound judgement, high ownership, and low ego.
- You are fluent in German and English.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Check out our Life at Taxfix https://www.linkedin.com/company/taxfix/life/8684512c-424f-44de-8d07-6e6b516e3319/?viewAsMember=true page on LinkedIn to get a glimpse of our culture.
At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.

What the Role Is
As the CS Enablement Program Manager, you’ll be the business owner of the systems that make both our human agents and AI agents effective, starting with the quality and integrity of the knowledge they rely on. As a highly autonomous, high-judgment IC, you’ll build and continuously improve the knowledge base, SOPs, training, and AI-powered workflows that underpin Customer Support across Babylist and Babylist Health. You’ll bring deep operational rigor and a strong understanding of how AI is changing customer support—using the technology in your own work while designing systems that make it more effective across the organization. This is a greenfield opportunity to build the CS Enablement function at a tech-first consumer company: identifying where knowledge, policies, and workflows break down, and partnering across CS, BizOps Tech, Product, and Analytics to build a support system that gets smarter and more reliable as we scale.
Who You Are
Deep expertise in Support Operations, Enablement, or Knowledge Management
: you've owned documentation, workflows, and operational strategy in high-volume environments.
Can build and manage a knowledge base from scratch
(Zendesk, Gladly, Help Scout, Notion, Guru, or similar), organizing content and maintaining accuracy at scale so both humans and AI systems can use it effectively.
Can design for a hybrid AI-agent and human-agent support organization
: structuring content for AI consumption, writing effective prompts, evaluating output quality, and calling the line between what's automated and what stays human-owned.
Can write clear, usable SOPs
for complex, multi-step, or edge-case scenarios, and know when to automate them instead.
Can build and deliver training that actually changes how people work
: onboarding, process rollouts, tool adoption, AI workflow enablement.
Strong analytical instincts
: you can read support data (ticket trends, contact drivers, resolution times) and turn it into decisions about what to fix, automate, or rebuild.
Comfortable being the first person to do this job.
This space doesn't have an established playbook in customer support yet, you'll be creating it.
Effective cross-functional partner
who can work with BizOps, Product, Analytics, and engineering-adjacent teams to drive real change, not just executing within your own lane.
Demonstrated track record of using AI to do your own work better
. At Babylist every team uses AI daily. You're already using it daily to move faster and improve your output, and have real opinions about when it works and when it doesn't.
How You Will Make An Impact
Build the CS Enablement program from the ground up: create the systems that keep agents (human and AI) current on knowledge base, training, and copilot content as product changes accelerate.
Move support operations from AI-assisted to AI-native: rebuild workflows, documentation, and training so AI is the default operating model.
Build and maintain the knowledge base that serves as the source of truth for both AI systems and human agents, structured for AI consumption and kept accurate as products and policies evolve.
Close existing content gaps and continuously identify how to reduce unnecessary escalations and drive meaningful improvement in chatbot coverage and resolution rate.
Lead the implementation of an AI copilot and bring usage to 90%+ of agent interactions by making the copilot genuinely useful (better source material, better prompt design).
Build agent confidence through scalable training that teaches people when to trust AI, when to override it, and how to give feedback that improves it.
Create SOPs for complex scenarios so cases get handled consistently, audit and streamline fragmented workflows, and design new processes with AI built in from the start.
Partner with the CS Analyst to identify top contact drivers and documentation gaps, then act on them.
Establish feedback loops with frontline agents so the system keeps improving instead of just when someone notices a problem.
Why This Role
You'd be defining a role that doesn't have a template yet.
"AI-native CS enablement" isn't an established discipline in customer support. You won't be applying someone else's playbook, you'll be writing it.
The foundation is still forming, and that's the opportunity.
Most of the knowledge base, SOPs, and AI workflows don't exist yet, so the systems you build become how the org operates for years.
You'll have real influence on the roadmap, not just execution against it.
You're setting the agenda with BizOps Tech, Product, and Analytics on what gets fixed, automated, and rebuilt next.
Your success is directly visible in the numbers that matter to the business
: chatbot deflection, copilot adoption, CSAT. This isn't a support role in the background, it's core to how CS scales.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$140,000 to $170,000
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

Partner with product to define, communicate, and track team goals/OKRs aligned with product and company strategy.
Make thoughtful prioritization and trade‑off decisions between scope, quality, and speed.

At adjoe, we turn app publishers' potential into proven revenue. Our Supply Growth team combines adjoe’s deep technical expertise with strategic insight to optimize every aspect of creating engaging user experiences that drive monetization. We understand the delicate balance between user engagement and revenue generation, optimizing ad placements for visibility while ensuring a seamless app experience. Our publishers see concrete results: higher ARPDAU, improved retention metrics, and stronger overall user satisfaction and monetization performance.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For
- Portfolio Growth & Monetization: You bring 3+ years of experience in AdTech, mobile advertising, or digital marketing to manage and expand a portfolio of app publisher partners, actively identifying upselling and optimization opportunities to exceed growth, retention, and revenue targets.
- Analytical KPI Optimization: You possess a deep understanding of core industry metrics—including CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, and CTR—and will analyze partner performance data to spot trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement concrete adjustments that improve retention and ARPDAU.
- Strategic Partner Engagement: You will build long-term publisher relationships through daily communication via Slack, email, and video calls, utilizing Google Workspace (specifically Sheets and Slides) to construct and deliver data-driven performance reports and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to external and internal stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Technical Advocacy: You will gather complex partner feedback and translate market insights into actionable technical requirements, collaborating directly with Product, Tech, and Business teams to prioritize feature requests and resolve integration blockers.
- Proactive Ownership in Fast-Paced Environments: You thrive in an agile, rapidly changing ecosystem, taking full end-to-end accountability for portfolio performance by independently driving growth initiatives rather than waiting for direction.
