ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Are you the person your recruiting team goes to when something needs fixing, answering, or building? As a Recruiting Operations Specialist, you'll keep the day-to-day requests from the recruiting team and our hiring partners moving quickly and accurately across our recruiting systems, reporting, and AI tools. Baseten is growing fast, and this role helps the recruiting team keep up.
Much of your time goes to intake: sorting requests, resolving what you can, routing the rest, and closing the loop. As you learn our systems, you'll take on project work that makes those requests less frequent over time. You'll report to the Recruiting Operations Lead and work alongside another Specialist, plus a Recruiting Operations Program Manager and an Analyst, supporting both with data, setup, and rollout work.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
Take a look at these recent posts to see the pace of growth our recruiting team supports:
- Announcing our partnership with OpenAI https://www.baseten.co/blog/baseten-openai-partnership/
- Blaxel is joining Baseten to build the future of agentic infrastructure https://www.baseten.co/blog/blaxel-is-joining-baseten-to-build-the-future-of-agentic-cloud/
- Sheila Vashee joins Baseten as CMO https://www.baseten.co/blog/sheila-vashee-joins-baseten-as-cmo/
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own intake for requests and questions from recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers: sort them, resolve what you can, route the rest, and close the loop with the requester.
- Set up and update our ATS, including opening new jobs, building interview plans, and maintaining interviewer assignments and interviewer pools.
- Manage system access, permissions, and tool licenses for recruiters, coordinators, interviewers, and hiring managers.
- Keep recruiting data clean and trustworthy by loading candidate information from spreadsheets, email, and sourcing exports, merging duplicates, fixing candidate sources, archiving stale records, and flagging suspicious applications.
- Keep open roles in the ATS aligned with the company headcount plan, and flag mismatches.
- Pull data for recruiters and leadership, such as pass-through rates, interviewer load, and time-to-hire, and keep recurring reports accurate.
- Build and maintain workflows, automations, and AI-powered tools that cut manual work, and help the team get the most out of them.
- Write and maintain how-to guides, short video walkthroughs, onboarding material, and announcements when recruiting processes or tools change.
- Spot patterns in incoming requests and turn them into lasting fixes, such as a guide, template, or tool.
- Support larger recruiting programs by preparing data, testing new tools, and handling rollout tasks, and own smaller recruiting operations projects end to end.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations, ideally at a fast-growing company.
- Hands-on experience administering or configuring an applicant tracking system, not just using it (Ashby strongly preferred; Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday also relevant).
- Ability to turn a hiring need into a working ATS setup (job, stages, interview plan, forms) with little direction.
- Experience pulling and sharing recruiting data, such as building simple reports or keeping recurring ones up to date.
- Experience building something with AI, like a prompt workflow, a custom GPT or Claude Project, or a small automation.
- Strong triage judgment: you can decide what's urgent, what can wait, and when to escalate.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, and comfortable with a high volume of small requests without letting things drop.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic data work, such as filters, pivot tables, and spotting numbers that don't add up.
- Clear, friendly written communication, especially in Slack and documentation.
- Able to work from our San Francisco office Tuesday through Thursday.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience training others on tools or processes.
- Experience in technical or AI/ML recruiting.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Manager, Mid-Market Solutions at Ramp, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Consultants supporting Mid-Market prospects and customers. You will establish the operating rhythm for a high-volume, fast-moving pre-sales motion; coach the team on discovery, demos, solution fit, and value-based selling; and partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Account Management, and Technical Consulting to deliver a consistent customer experience.
This is a player-coach leadership role. You will stay close to important opportunities while building a scalable team model: clear engagement standards, repeatable demos and discovery practices, strong capacity planning, and effective handoffs. You will use customer feedback and performance data to improve how Mid-Market Solutions Consultants help Ramp win, activate, and grow customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market Solutions Consultants; set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and support career growth.
- Establish a high-quality operating cadence for pipeline reviews, staffing, deal strategy, call coaching, performance management, and cross-functional planning.
- Partner with Mid-Market Sales leadership to improve qualification, deploy Solutions capacity effectively, and build repeatable account and deal strategies.
- Coach the team to run high-quality discovery, deliver tailored and efficient demos, connect Ramp’s products to finance and accounting workflows, and navigate solution-fit conversations with confidence.
- Personally support the highest-priority or most complex Mid-Market opportunities, escalations, and customer-facing moments when needed.
- Build scalable playbooks, demo standards, discovery frameworks, enablement assets, and knowledge-sharing practices that raise the team’s quality and speed.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, and Technical Consulting to translate recurring customer needs into clear feedback, strong handoffs, and improved customer outcomes.
- Define and inspect team health metrics such as coverage, conversion, cycle efficiency, demo quality, solution fit, customer outcomes, and talent development.
- Foster an inclusive, high-accountability culture grounded in customer empathy, collaboration, urgency, and continuous improvement.
- Identify practical ways for the team to use AI to improve preparation, documentation, deal research, demo readiness, and customer-facing work while maintaining good judgment.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 6+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, or a related customer-facing technical role, including 2+ years of people management or demonstrated player-coach leadership.
- Proven success leading or mentoring teams in a high-volume SaaS, fintech, or other customer-facing commercial environment.
- Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting workflows, and the needs of finance and operations stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of business systems and integrations, including ERP, HRIS, identity, or accounting platforms; APIs and file-based integrations are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to coach others on discovery, solution fit, demo execution, commercial judgment, technical communication, and consultative selling.
- Strong operating judgment: able to prioritize team capacity, inspect pipeline health, use data to improve execution, and make clear trade-offs in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Sales and post-sales leaders while protecting customer trust and delivery readiness.
- Track record of building repeatable team processes, assets, and rituals that improve consistency beyond individual contributions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and change-management skills.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in fintech, spend management, accounting automation, payments, or adjacent financial software.
- Familiarity with Ramp-relevant systems such as ERP, HRIS, identity, or accounting platforms.
- Experience using AI-assisted workflows to improve solutions, sales, or customer-facing team effectiveness.

About Supabase
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager, Administration & Governance to join our Product Team and make Supabase the default starting point for software built inside a company.
Supabase already spreads from the bottom up: someone has an idea, creates a project, and builds something useful. Inside most companies, Supabase starts the same way: someone has an idea, creates a project, and builds something useful. The next step is making that momentum company-wide: one platform where anyone can start building, and where IT can see what’s running, who owns it, and what it costs.
You’ll own how companies run Supabase as their internal development platform: approved by IT and easy for anyone in the company to use. You’ll make it possible for people and the agents they work with to start building without waiting on infrastructure, while giving platform, IT, and security teams the controls they need to say yes. The goal is to make the approved path the easiest path, from an early experiment to a production application, with the controls companies need built in.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for internal innovation, from a company’s first IT-approved rollout to adoption across teams and business units.
- Make getting started self-service, whether someone creates a project in Supabase, through an internal developer portal, or with an agent. Give builders the access and infrastructure they need without a ticket for every project.
- Steer scattered usage into a manageable company-wide platform. Give companies one view of everything they run on Supabase. Shape how ownership, delegated access, and boundaries work so teams can move independently as usage grows.
- Partner closely with platform, IT, security, and finance teams to understand what it takes to approve Supabase and keep it approved. Translate their needs into practical identity, policy, audit, and spend controls that don’t slow builders down.
- Define the path from experiment to production, including project ownership, access, and the guardrails that change as an application becomes important to the business.
- Work with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to turn early customer rollouts into a repeatable experience, rather than a new custom integration for every company.
- Define what success looks like, instrument it end to end, and let the data guide what gets built next—from time to first project and self-service adoption to production usage and expansion across the company.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 7+ years of product management on developer tools, infrastructure, or internal developer platforms.
- Have built self-service products that developers love and platform or IT teams trust. You understand both the person trying to ship an app and the team responsible for how it runs.
- Can reason about identity, permissions, organization boundaries, and usage attribution, and turn those systems into workflows people can actually understand.
- Have a strong point of view on how agents change who can build software inside a company and what an internal development platform needs to make that possible.
- Know your way around controlled experimentation and data analysis, and can connect easier adoption to sustained product use.
- Are biased toward speed and would rather ship, learn, and iterate than perfect a spec.
- Build with what you own and form opinions through first-hand use, from creating a project to configuring the policies around it.
- Use AI tools to compress research, drafting, and feedback synthesis so you can focus on judgment calls.
- Work async by default, making decisions in writing in a fully remote team.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
