Location: New York, NY Workplace: OnSite ABOUT US At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale. With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world. Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater. ABOUT THE ROLE The ways customers buy from us are multiplying as fast as the business is growing. Enterprise order forms. Private offers through AWS, GCP, and Azure. A self-serve business running on usage-based pricing, with commits, drawdowns, and true-ups behind it. Each one is a distinct path from signature to cash, and each one runs today on some mix of manual steps and automation that grew up with the business. This role owns what comes next. You'll run order operations end to end - booking, provisioning, invoicing, amendments, and renewals - on a stack we picked deliberately and recently: Salesforce, Metronome for metering and billing, Rillet for ERP. The stack is modern, but the processes on top of it were built to keep up with growth, not designed to scale. Your job is to decide what each one should become: keep it, rebuild it, automate it, or retire it. Our bias is to invest in systems rather than in a growing queue of manual work, so you'll be setting the automation roadmap at the same time you're operating the function - deciding what a person should touch, what a workflow should handle, and what should never have been a step in the first place. Getting that right is what lets order volume grow by an order of magnitude without ops growing with it. This is a senior individual contributor role. You'll own order operations, working closely with Deal Strategy and Operations, GTM Systems, Finance and Accounting, and Enterprise Engineering. Those teams are your partners and much of your build capacity. Bringing them onto one shared order-to-cash roadmap is a core part of the job, and the reason we're hiring someone senior to do it. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the order-to-cash path end to end: order form intake from Deal Desk, booking in Salesforce, plan and entitlement setup in Metronome, invoicing and revenue recognition through Rillet, and the amendments, true-ups, and renewals that follow - Build out cloud marketplace operations across AWS, GCP, and Azure: private offer setup, usage reporting to each marketplace, and reconciling marketplace disbursements back to what we billed. Every new channel launches against defined readiness criteria, so marketplace deals run on the same clean path as direct ones - Own self-serve billing operations: usage metering, plan changes, dunning, credits, rebills, refunds, and the escalations behind them - Own billing and usage completeness at month-end close. Every order, credit, and metered event is reconciled between Metronome and Rillet before revenue is recognized, not after - Partner with Deal Strategy and Product as our pricing evolves. Bring the billing view into pricing and deal-structure decisions early, so new models and non-standard terms can be billed accurately and automated, not handled by hand - Set the automation roadmap. Instrument the path, put a number on every place a human touches an order, and decide what gets automated, what gets designed away, and what stays manual on purpose - Treat every billing error as a defect: find the root cause and fix the class of problem, not just the one invoice - Ship automations yourself where that's fastest, and partner with GTM Systems and Enterprise Engineering where the work belongs in core systems or the product - Write the playbook and the controls behind it: approvals, segregation of duties, reconciliations, and exception handling, built so order ops scales through systems rather than headcount and holds up under audit - Own three numbers and move them: touchless order rate, signature-to-provisioned cycle time, and billing accuracy WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 6+ years in order management, order-to-cash, billing operations, or revenue operations at a B2B SaaS company, including time building the function at an early-stage or fast-scaling one - Hands-on fluency with a modern billing and ERP stack. We run Salesforce, Metronome, and Rillet - you should know something comparable well enough to have opinions, and get to depth on ours quickly - Real experience with usage-based pricing. Per-seat is straightforward; metered consumption, commits, drawdowns, overages, and true-ups are where order ops gets interesting, and that's most of our business - Working knowledge of ASC 606 and month-end close. You don't need to be an accountant, but you should know what Revenue Accounting needs from billing data and why - Cloud marketplace experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure private offers), or a track record of getting deep on a system like that fast - A history of automating your own job. We'll ask you to walk us through a manual process you deleted: what it cost before, what you built, and what it costs now - The ability to build alignment across teams with different priorities and get to a decision, without relying on org authority - Comfort shipping a v0 earlier than feels comfortable, then iterating with real feedback NICE TO HAVE - SQL, Python, or low-code tooling in your own hands rather than on someone else's backlog - Experience building agents or LLM workflows for internal operations. We'd like to run more of our own back office on the LangSmith Platform, wherever it's the right tool and meets the same accuracy bar as the rest of order-to-cash - Audit prep or SOX readiness experience Compensation: $155,000 - $185,000 salary + options Compensation Philosophy: We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks. We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations. BENEFITS Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

Location: North America Workplace: Remote At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires. Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 30,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship. At Linear, we are committed to quality. Security is an essential part of that quality — not a layer that we add later, but something we build in from the start. We have a foundational security program we're proud of but, as Linear evolves our product and scales into enterprise, there's meaningful work ahead: staying ahead of vulnerabilities as our attack surface grows, responding fast and cleanly when incidents happen, and hardening our product and infrastructure. As Security Engineer at Linear, you'll be operating in a high-autonomy role with real scope, doing hands-on security work across the product and infrastructure we build. Location & work mode Linear is a remote-first company. This role is open to candidates based in North America. You can work from anywhere within this region. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel. What you’ll do Depending on your experience / skillset and our broader priorities, you could: - Operate, automate, and extend vulnerability management end-to-end: triage, prioritize, and drive remediation across product, infrastructure, and dependencies, and keep the program’s SLAs meaningful rather than theoretical - Run our bug bounty program: triage incoming reports, validate severity, work with engineering on fixes, and keep researcher relationships professional and responsive - Lead product security testing: threat model new features (including AI/agent-facing surfaces), review designs and code for security-relevant risk, and do hands-on testing (manual and tool-assisted) rather than relying solely on scanners - Be a primary responder for security incidents: lead investigation and containment, drive postmortems, and turn lessons into concrete hardening work - Own meaningful chunks of our cloud/infra security posture on GCP/k8s/Postgres: harden configurations, close gaps surfaced by audits or scanning, and partner with infra engineering on secure defaults - Build and maintain security tooling and automation, including using AI/LLM tooling to speed up triage, code review, and repetitive investigation work, so the program scales without linear headcount growth - Partner with the GRC/Trust function: feed real findings into the risk register and control evidence, and help make sure compliance requirements reflect actual engineering practice What we’re looking for - A generalist, senior-level security engineer (5+ years across security engineering, with real depth in at least two of: vulnerability management, product/appsec testing, incident response, and cloud security). We need breadth, rather than a narrow specialist in any one of these. - Hands-on and technical: you can read and reason about code (we use a lot of TypeScript), you’re comfortable in cloud environments (GCP a plus), and you can go deep on a finding rather than just filing a ticket for someone else to fix. You’re comfortable using AI coding/security tools as force multipliers (Linear Agent, Claude, Codex, etc). - Calm under pressure: you can lead an incident from first alert through postmortem without needing to be told what to do next - A builder: you’d rather write a script or ship a tool than repeat a manual process a third time - A pragmatic risk-reducer: you optimize for actually reducing risk, not for checking a box or maximizing findings count - Autonomy-oriented: comfortable setting your own priorities, working with significant independence, and knowing when to escalate - A clear communicator: able to explain a technical finding to a non-technical stakeholder and write it up so it’s actually actionable Our tech This is a hands-on security engineering role. You'll be running tools, reading/writing code, building detections, working in our cloud environment, and partnering closely with the engineers who build our product. Our stack is fronted by Cloudflare and runs on Google Cloud with k8s, Postgres, and Node. For day-to-day work, we use: - Linear, GitHub, Slack, and Google Workspace for collaboration - Claude and ChatGPT for general & engineering-specific AI tasks - Vanta for compliance automation and evidence collection Our security-specific tooling includes: - GitHub Advanced Security - RunReveal - SentinelOne What we offer We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Here's what you can expect: - Competitive salary and equity - Employee-friendly equity terms including early exercise in the US and extended exercise windows - Daily meal and coffee stipend on every workday - Paid co-working space or desk - Health coverage (based on country requirements) - 5 weeks paid vacation, plus local statutory holidays - 4 months paid parental leave - Paid month off after 4 years & every 2 years thereafter - Regular team events and off-sites - Remote-first with no required commute Learn how we think and work - Read Me https://linear.app/readme a story about our mission - Our hiring process: How we hire at Linear https://linear.app/now/how-we-hire-at-linear - How we work: Designing remote work at Linear https://linear.app/now/designing-remote-work-at-linear - Why and how we do work trials https://linear.app/blog/why-and-how-we-do-work-trials-at-linear Linear blog post - How we use AI in design https://designerfund.substack.com/p/ai-design-linear feature of Linear's design team - Scaling our real-time sync engine https://linear.app/blog/scaling-the-linear-sync-engine talk by our cofounder, Tuomas Artman, at Linear's 2023 offsite - Our recent tender offer: Sharing Linear’s growth with the people building it https://linear.app/now/sharing-growth-with-the-people-building-linear Linear is an equal opportunity employer. Location: Americas; EMEA Workplace: Remote RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile. We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue. We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance. This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading. THE ROLE: A developer is getting ready to launch their first subscription app. A growth team wants to improve its paywalls. A founder has heard about Daily Payouts and wants to understand whether it could help. They all reach out to RevenueCat, and they all deserve a useful conversation. You’re that conversation. As a Product Expert, your job is to understand what someone is trying to accomplish, explain and demo the relevant parts of RevenueCat, and help them take a sensible next step. Sometimes that means helping them get started themselves. Sometimes it means bringing in an Account Executive, a Sales Engineer, Support, or someone else. This is a new role at the intersection of inbound sales, product education, and helping developers get started. You’ll own the inbound conversations that don’t go directly to our Account Executives or Sales Engineers, and help us build a great experience for the people behind them. You might be early in your career, building apps on the side, or looking to turn your product knowledge into a more customer-facing job. You don’t need to have held this exact role before. You do need to know RevenueCat well, enjoy talking to people, and have good judgment about what would actually help them. We’re initially hiring one person in EMEA and one in the Americas. You’ll initially report to our Sales Engineering lead and learn alongside teammates who have been handling these conversations for years. You’ll also help shape how the Product Expert team works as it grows. What you’ll be responsible for: - Make a great first impression. Respond to inbound interest, run useful discovery conversations, and understand the app, the people building it, their goals, and what they need from us. - Turn product knowledge into practical guidance. Give clear demos, answer questions, and connect the relevant parts of RevenueCat to someone’s situation. Help them understand the product, its limits, and what getting started involves. - Help straightforward adoption move forward. Guide people through the next steps they can take themselves, share useful resources, and follow up so a good conversation turns into progress. - Recognize the right next step. Bring qualified commercial opportunities to an Account Executive and involve a Sales Engineer for deeper technical discovery, complex migrations, or solution design. Connect support questions and people who aren’t ready yet with the appropriate team or follow-up. Understand (and tell people) when RevenueCat is not right for them. - Make handoffs easy for the customer. Keep clear notes on goals, requirements, open questions, and next steps. Stay responsible for follow-through until the next owner has picked up the conversation, so the customer doesn’t have to start over. - Help us improve the experience. Share recurring questions and feedback with the team. Turn what you learn into better demos, resources, and playbooks, and help us see where conversations or handoffs get stuck. What you’ll need to be successful: - Strong, hands-on knowledge of RevenueCat. You can show how you’ve used the product and explain it in your own words. We care about what you understand and can demonstrate, whether you learned it at work or through your own projects. - Curiosity about the app business. You want to understand how developers build products, make money, and grow, and how RevenueCat can help. - Clear, friendly communication. You listen carefully, ask useful questions, write concise follow-ups, and explain the same idea differently to a developer, founder, or growth lead. - Technical common sense. You’re comfortable discussing SDKs, APIs, subscriptions, and paywalls at a practical level. You can recognize when a question needs an engineer and bring them in with useful context. - Commercial common sense. You can spot a promising opportunity, understand why timing and fit matter, and recommend a useful next step without making every conversation a pitch. - Ownership and follow-through. You can manage several conversations, keep your notes and commitments straight, and make sure people hear back from you. - The ability to work remotely and keep learning. You communicate proactively, ask for help when you need it, and can work hours that meaningfully overlap with customers and teammates in your region. We’re more interested in your product knowledge, judgment, and helpfulness than a particular degree, job title, or number of years on your résumé. Ideally, you: - Have built or shipped an app using RevenueCat, including a side project or Shipaton entry. - Have helped people through support, community participation, teaching, demos, or another customer-facing role. - Have experience with developer tools, subscriptions, or a product with both self-service and sales-assisted customers. - Enjoy improving a process or creating a resource that makes the next person’s job easier. What success looks like: Within the first month, you’ll: - Deepen your RevenueCat knowledge, shadow customer conversations, and learn how Sales, Support, and other parts of the business work together. - Start handling conversations with support from the team and learn when to bring in a specialist. - Host one of our bi-weekly demo stream, for a live audience of customers and prospects. Within the first three months, you’ll: - Independently run the inbound discovery conversations and demos in your coverage area. - Help people get started and make well-qualified handoffs with clear context and next steps. - Build a reliable follow-up rhythm and agree with the team how we’ll measure response quality, opportunity progression, and adoption. Within the first six months, you’ll: - Be a trusted source of product guidance for prospects and teammates. - Show how your work helps people move from interest to a useful next step, and use feedback and data to improve the experience. - Contribute reusable guidance that helps the team handle common questions and situations more effectively. Within the first twelve months, you’ll: - Have helped establish how the Product Expert team runs discovery, demos, follow-up, and handoffs. - Help new teammates get up to speed and bring customer insight into how we improve the product and our processes. - Be building deeper expertise around your interests and strengths, with a foundation that could lead toward Sales Engineering, Account Executive, or Customer Success work over time. WHAT WE OFFER: - Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator - 10-year window to exercise vested equity options - A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility - 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually - Paid desk at a co-working space - Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend INTERVIEWING AT REVENUECAT Our interview process is rigorous on purpose. We want to be sure that everyone we bring on is genuinely excited about this work, aligned with how we operate, and ready to meet our high bar for performance. Curious what that actually looks like? Read more in our blog post on how we hire at RevenueCat https://www.revenuecat.com/blog/company/how-we-hire-at-revenuecat/, including tips to help you succeed. Location: Hong Kong Workplace: Remote BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system. THE TEAM Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients. Kraken and Payward VIP team supports the firm’s highest-value private clients: high-net-worth individuals who expect a premium, secure, and deeply tailored experience. We ensure Kraken remains the exchange of choice for VIPs through white-glove relationship management, personalized trading enablement, and high-impact benefits. We are looking for a Head of VIP, Asia to lead and grow Payward VIP presence across the region. This is a player-coach role: you will build and lead a small, high-performing team while personally owning strategic client relationships, originating new business, and shaping the regional growth playbook. You will set the standard for how Kraken serves, retains, and grows its most valuable private clients in Asia. You will be equally comfortable in a senior client meeting, building an introducer network, coaching a relationship manager, hosting a VIP event, and partnering internally to remove the product or operational barriers that cost us high-value business. Payward VIP program is unique, and we intend to keep it that way. We don’t copy what other exchanges and desks do. You’ll take what makes our program different and adapt it to how Asia’s VIP clients actually trade, network, and build trust. That means testing new ideas, learning fast, dropping what doesn’t work, and scaling what does. If you’re bold, comfortable with ambiguity, and humble enough to fail fast and move on, this is your seat. THE OPPORTUNITY - Lead, coach, and develop VIP relationship managers in Asia; establish clear standards for client coverage, pipeline management, service quality, and commercial performance. - Build the operating model for VIP growth across Asia, including territory coverage, account segmentation, referral strategy, events, and performance reporting. - Own regional AOP growth, net deposits, client assets, trading volume, retention, and revenue performance. - Build a repeatable pipeline of qualified high-value clients through direct outreach, referrals, introducers, family offices, proprietary trading firms, OTC desks, miners, project treasuries, and high-volume traders. - Represent the voice of Asia’s VIP client base internally: identify competitive threats, regional market dynamics, product gaps, and opportunities that influence where private-client capital trades. PERSONALLY OWN STRATEGIC CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS - Own and grow Kraken's most strategically important private client relationships across Asia, bringing our full VIP offering - ranging from trading and asset management to other services - to market locally, within Kraken's compliance and risk framework. - Serve as the senior relationship owner for Kraken’s largest and most strategically important private clients across Asia. - Bring Kraken’s VIP and private-client offering to market locally, including spot, margin, futures, OTC execution, earn and yield opportunities, lending, and tailored benefits. - Build trusted, durable relationships while ensuring every client interaction and commercial initiative operates within Kraken’s licensing, compliance, and risk framework. BUILD REGIONAL PRESENCE AND PARTNERSHIPS - Develop Kraken’s presence in Asia’s VIP trading and investor communities, including private trading groups, investor clubs, KOL and trader networks, and closed-door investor circles. - Design and lead high-quality regional programming, including VIP dinners, trader meetups, conference-adjacent events, and partner activations, in collaboration with Marketing and Regional teams. - Build and manage introducer and referral partnerships that create a durable source of qualified VIP opportunities. - Partner with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Banking, Client Service, and Operations to launch regional growth initiatives and improve the client experience. WHAT YOU BRING - 7+ years of experience in VIP relationship management, private banking, brokerage, private-client sales, account management, or business development, including meaningful experience in crypto or digital assets. - Demonstrated people leadership experience, with the judgment and practical coaching ability to lead a small team while remaining hands-on with strategic clients and revenue opportunities. - A strong personal network among Asia’s crypto HNWIs, traders, family offices, OTC desks, funds, or trading communities. Experience across Greater China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, or Singapore is especially valuable. - A proven record of personally originating and converting new business, not solely servicing an existing client book. - Deep knowledge of crypto market structure and trading solutions, including spot, margin, futures, OTC, lending, tokenized equities, and yield/earn products. - Strong commercial judgment and comfort managing KPIs including assets on platform, net deposits, revenue, trading volume, retention, pipeline conversion, and client portfolio growth. - Native or near-native Mandarin and fluent English. - Comfort operating across multiple regulated Asian jurisdictions, with sound judgment on when to engage Compliance and Risk partners early. - Willingness to travel up to 30% across the region for strategic client meetings, events, and conferences. THE TEAM Kraken's Consumer Creative & Design team owns end-to-end creative execution for Kraken Consumer and Krak. Our disciplines cover performance ad creative, brand and static design, 3D design, motion design, AI video creative and web design. We turn growth strategy into creative that converts across paid, owned and organic surfaces. We work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content & Social, Lifecycle and our regional leads, and we hold the line on brand and messaging quality on everything that ships. THE OPPORTUNITY As our Staff Brand Designer, you come to the table with a strong design vision and set the visual standard for Kraken. You design static work and simple 3D assets for launches, campaigns and always-on activity, and you make sure it looks like one brand wherever someone meets it. You can take a brief or proactive idea to a finished, approved asset set, and you're equally comfortable building a clean, systemized layout in Figma and creating simple static 3D assets in Cinema 4D or Blender. You report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, who gives you direction, feedback and cover in reviews. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Senior here means craft and ownership: you set the bar for brand and visual quality on the team, you build systems others can work from, and you're the person colleagues come to with design questions. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design static 2D creative and simple 3D assets for Kraken Consumer and Krak across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity. - Create simple static 3D assets in Cinema 4D or Blender, using ready-made models and elements where appropriate, and contribute to reusable asset libraries and templates. - Apply and extend the Kraken Consumer brand across surfaces, from organic social, lifecycle and web to illustration and foundational projects like key visual updates, keeping everything cohesive and recognizable without making it repetitive. - Design initiative-specific work, including a distinct look and partner-branded assets for launches such as IPOs, and purpose-built illustration for go-to-market and product moments. - Build scalable systems: Figma component libraries, marketing templates and modular campaign kits with localization-ready layouts, so other designers, other teams and our automated workflows can produce on-brand work quickly. - Use AI-assisted production as a core part of how the brand gets made, and know when it speeds the work up and when it doesn't. - Bring ideas to briefs rather than executing them literally. Push back with a point of view when a brief is unclear or the idea can be stronger. - Version and localize work across markets, languages and formats, with layouts that hold up under translation and market-specific requirements. - Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get work approved without losing the idea. - Collaborate closely with our motion, web, performance and AI video designers so 3D and static work travels well across formats. - Hold a high craft bar on your own work and give clear, constructive feedback on others'. WHAT YOU'LL BRING - 7+ years of brand and static design experience at a high-volume in-house team or agency, ideally in fintech, crypto or another regulated category (a competitor or similar company is a big plus). - A portfolio that proves it, submitted with your application. Include the brief or objective alongside the work and the result where you're able to share it. We'd like to see brand and static work, at least one simple 3D piece with a short note on your process, an example of work you adapted for multiple formats or markets, and an example of a system or template set that other people built from. - Basic to intermediate capability in Cinema 4D or Blender and the surrounding 3D workflow, including modeling, lighting, materials and rendering, with work or personal projects to show for it. - Expert-level Figma: components, auto layout, variables, and files that are easy to hand off and build on. - Strong layout, hierarchy, type and composition that hold up at small sizes and in multiple languages. - Hands-on experience with AI-assisted production tools, and good judgment about where they belong in a workflow. - Comfort working inside regulatory constraints, including layouts that accommodate risk warnings, disclaimers and market-specific requirements without compromising the design. - Working fluency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects for light motion). - Speed without sloppiness. You're comfortable with fast turnarounds, several review rounds and late changes. - A solid instinct for plain language and clear communication: value first, no hype, no jargon. - Curious about investing and crypto at a minimum, and able to make the space legible to others. Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution. We were backed by Goldman Sachs, Tencent and GBL along the way. TEAM Our Corporate teams support the company’s performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of three teams: HR, Legal and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success. ROLE We're looking for a Legal Counsel, AdTech Transactions to join our Legal team. In this role, you'll own the contracts and legal questions across Voodoo's advertising activity: selling ad inventory in our apps, buying user acquisition at scale, and the ad network we are now launching to connect third-party publishers and advertisers. This position sits at the intersection of ad tech, commercial contracting, and data and privacy law, in a market where platform policies, ATT, GDPR, and consent frameworks change several times a year. Your work will directly shape how Voodoo monetizes its inventory, buys and measures user acquisition, grows its advertising network, and handles player data, while keeping us within legal and platform requirements and player expectations. Your main responsibilities : - Own ad tech transactions end-to-end for Voodoo's games and apps portfolio: draft, negotiate and close agreements with mediation platforms, ad networks, exchanges and SSPs on the sell side, and with ad networks, DSPs, direct advertisers and rewarded platforms on the buy side, including the incentive and rebate agreements (bonuses, UA credits, payment terms), that drive the commercial terms.. - Negotiate agreements with mobile measurement partners, attribution and analytics vendors, data providers and other partners - Advise on SDK integrations and data flows together with the Privacy team, so contracts match what the tech actually does - Build our advertising network's contract framework and advertising policies for third-party publishers, advertisers and programmatic partners; negotiate its infrastructure agreements and structure its commercial offers on the legal side - Manage partner disputes with networks, mediation platforms and other ad tech partners, including reporting discrepancies, invalid traffic (IVT) and compensation claims, from first analysis through negotiated resolution. - Track and apply platform policy changes and translate them into contract positions and business guidance - Collaborate cross-functionally with Monetization, UA, Ad Network, Publishing and other product teams, serving as a trusted legal partner who helps the business move with speed and confidence - Build scalable legal infrastructure-templates, playbooks, fallback positions, contract tooling - that allows the business to operate efficiently as volume grows PROFILE - 5-7 years of relevant legal experience, with meaningful time spent on ad tech and mobile/programmatic advertising, ideally in-house - Substantive familiarity with ad tech: you understand how mediation, in-app bidding, SDK-based data collection, attribution and device identifiers work at a technical level - not just a conceptual one - and you know who does what along the supply chain - Transactional experience: you've negotiated agreements with companies across the advertising ecosystem, ideally on both the publisher and advertiser side - Privacy law fluency: you handle the privacy side of a deal as comfortably as the commercial side - Industry standards: you know IAB terms and the TCF inside out - Risk tolerance and business judgment: you're comfortable making calls in the absence of perfect information, offering clear and concise risk framing that avoids unnecessary stalling of the business. You operate like a business partner, not outside counsel - Strong communication skills: you translate complex legal requirements into plain language for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike, and you're comfortable presenting your views succinctly and with confidence - Autonomy and initiative: you take ownership of your portfolio, identify problems before they escalate, and propose solutions rather than waiting to be directed - Master 2 in business law, IT/digital law or IP law from a French university or equivalent; avocat or in-house juriste profiles are equally welcome; an LL.M. or study abroad experience is a plus - Full professional English required BENEFITS - Competitive salary based on experience - Swile Lunch voucher - Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo) - Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family - Wellness activities in our Paris office - Remote Fridays

Location: New York, NY (HQ) Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. ABOUT THE ROLE People Programs at Ramp builds the programs that shape how employees experience the company day to day; from someone's first week to the moments that define Ramp's culture company-wide. As Ramp scales, we need someone dedicated to building that function and taking our foundations to the next level. In this role, you'll own programs like onboarding, manager enablement, engagement surveys, and the company-wide culture and recognition programs that shape how Ramp works, to name a few. You'll work closely with People Business Partners, People Operations, and Comms to make these programs land and thrive. This work is high impact and high visibility. This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch role for someone with strong judgment who owns things fully. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build your own roadmap by pulling signal from engagement survey results, PBP and manager input, and People Ops, then make the call on what to build, improve, delegate, or stop. - Own onboarding effectiveness — from pre-start through the first week — so every new hire's first experience of Ramp reflects how we work and our culture, partnering with People Ops and IT on day-to-day logistics - Own the performance review cycle's program design — timeline, tools, and the manager/employee experience — partnering with PBPs on calibration and outcomes - Build and own manager enablement as a standalone program: design the content, frameworks, and moments that help managers lead well, in partnership with PBPs on delivery - Conceive, build, and run company-wide culture-building programs, fully owning logistics and content end-to-end - Own recognition programming: how we surface and celebrate what's worth celebrating across the company and the rituals/milestones that make Ramp's culture tangible day to day - Own the biannual engagement survey: design, run, and work with People Business Partners to translate results into action - Be the trusted voice on what we should build in-house versus buy (tools, vendors, platforms) for people programs, grounded in judgment about what's worth the investment, not a default toward either WHAT YOU NEED - 5+ years owning people/culture programs end-to-end at a high-growth company - from ideation through hands-on execution - A builder's track record: you've created programming that didn't exist before, not adapted someone else's playbook - Strong facilitation and executive presence. You’re comfortable being the face of a program in front of the whole company, not just behind the scenes - Comfortable with data: you can read engagement survey results and program metrics and turn them into a point of view, not just a report - Proven ability to partner across functions (PBPs, Comms, Enablement, leadership) - First-principles thinker who can turn ambiguity into a scalable framework: you don't need a rule book, but you can build one when it's missing BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL) - Flexible PTO - Centralized home-office equipment ordering - Health and wellness stipend - Budget for intra-office travel - Weekly coffee stipend UNITED STATES - 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents - One Medical annual membership - 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp - Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay - Pet insurance - In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more - Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed) CANADA - Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life - Life, AD&D, and disability coverage - Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime) - Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay - Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health UNITED KINGDOM - Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite - Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi - Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay REFERRAL INSTRUCTIONS If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively. We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join a team building and validating AI-powered and traditional features for a leading personal finance platform. You’ll own quality across web, mobile, and API — with a particular focus on testing AI/LLM-integrated components where standard deterministic methods don’t apply. This role requires someone who understands the fundamental difference between testing software that has a right answer and evaluating AI outputs that have a probability distribution — and who has done both in production. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Plan, design, and execute test cases for AI-powered components and traditional features, applying the appropriate methodology — eval-based or deterministic — based on the target behavior. - Analyze traditional functional requirements as well as AI model behavior specifications, prompt outputs, and edge-case scenarios. - Turn business requirements, user flows, and business process procedures into comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Perform manual feature testing across platforms and verify bug fixes. - Create clear, detailed defect reports and document unexpected AI model responses, hallucinations, and performance regressions. - Assist in developing QA practices for emerging technologies including AI frameworks, and disseminate best practices across the team. - Become a subject matter expert in core systems, interfaces, business processes, and reporting tools. - Partner closely with functional teams, engineers, and IT in a global environment with aligned LATAM working hours. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE - 5–7 years of experience in software testing across web, mobile, and API. - Hands-on experience with Playwright in a production testing environment — this is a primary requirement for this role. - Hands-on AI feature testing experience — validating AI/LLM-integrated products for accuracy, relevance, robustness against adversarial prompts, edge cases, and safety/toxicity. - Clear understanding of eval vs. deterministic testing — the difference between pass/fail based on exact input/output and evaluating probabilistic AI outputs using human-in-the-loop evaluations, score metrics, benchmark datasets, and semantic evaluation. - Strong understanding of web and mobile application development lifecycles including iOS and Android specifics. - Proven experience in integration, regression, performance/load, and UAT. - Hands-on knowledge of browser DevTools and log monitoring. - Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence. - Experience with test management systems. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with HTML proxy tools such as Charles Proxy or Fiddler. - Hands-on knowledge of Xcode logs and ADB logs. - Experience in the financial services or fintech domain. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. When you join Solvd, you'll… - Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation. - Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures. - Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards. Ready to make an impact? If you're excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds. Apply today and let’s innovate together. Location: New York, NY (HQ); San Francisco, CA; Remote (US); Miami, FL Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. ABOUT THE ROLE Ramp is hiring a Brand Partnerships Manager to shape and accelerate our growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations. You’ll build our brand partnerships strategy from the ground up: sourcing high-potential partners, developing relationships, structuring creative collaborations, and turning them into campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth. Success in this role looks like building real, high-impact partnerships with tangible value for Ramp, our partners, and the audiences we reach together. The ideal candidate is a marketer who can also run a deal: you come up with the partnership, you know why it matters for the business, and you execute relentlessly to get it out the door. You should have an instinct for great ideas, a strong creative point of view, and a close read on what’s happening across media, sports, and culture. Most importantly, you’ve turned those ideas into campaigns that break through culture, get attention, and drive business outcomes. Ramp is a place for people who move fast, take ownership, and are looking to do the best work of their careers. We want someone who can build this function out, bet on partners that matter, and create collaborations that move the needle and are unmistakably Ramp. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own Ramp’s brand partnerships program end to end: partner strategy, sourcing, negotiation, and execution. - Find high-value partners across finance, sports, business, and media who can put Ramp in front of new audiences. - Build a system for spotting and tracking emerging talent so we can place smart bets early. We sponsored Neal Shipley while he was still an amateur golfer, and TBPN in the very early days. We like spotting emerging brands and talent before everyone else does. - Develop bold partnership concepts that tie into Ramp’s brand, product priorities, launches, and broader marketing campaigns. - Lead deal strategy and negotiation, including pricing, asset packages, usage rights, exclusivity, deliverables, timelines, and contract terms. - Work with teams across Ramp to run and test campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, so every partnership delivers both creative impact and business results. - Manage active partnerships day to day. Keep deliverables on track, and keep finding new ways to work with existing partners so Ramp gets the most out of every relationship. - Work closely with Ramp’s sales team to spot deals where a partner could help, and find timely, relevant ways to bring them in. - Handle reporting for every partnership. Track delivery and performance, share what you’re learning, and recommend when to renew, expand, change, or end a deal. WHAT YOU NEED - 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, or a related role. - A track record of developing, negotiating, and executing high-profile brand, media, or strategic partnerships, ideally within a fast moving in-house team or at an agency. The ideal candidate has a builder mindset and is willing to challenge conventional approaches and take a first principles approach. - Strong creative judgment, with the ability to spot culturally relevant ideas and turn them into partnerships and campaigns that earn attention. - The ability to thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and launch new programs quickly from scratch You can move from strategy to execution quickly, manage complexity, and drive work across teams. - Excel at balancing brand authenticity with performance metrics. Strong business acumen and judgment to balance efficiency with bold bets. - Ability to switch between strategy and in-the-weeds execution. In one meeting, you’re zooming out to set the vision and framework, the next you’re diving into day-to-day execution and delivery. - A strong interest in culture, entertainment, and sports.
