✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
THE ROLE
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within UTC−6 to UTC+3.
All applications will be reviewed after the submission deadline on Nov 6th, and we’ll be in touch with next steps shortly after. We appreciate your patience and interest in joining the team.
Role Summary
Oyster is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to build a scalable engine that creates demand and pipeline through our partner ecosystem. You will inherit an active portfolio, keep important commitments moving, and decide what to continue, improve, or retire using performance and cost data. Working across Channel and Marketing, you will design and execute programs that market to partners, with partners, and through partners—turning partner strategy into repeatable go-to-market motions with clear measurement. This is a high-autonomy individual-contributor role with global remit, budget ownership, and direct partnership with the Director of Demand and Growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, orchestrate, execute, and measure partner marketing programs across the ecosystem.
- Build programs that market to partners, with partners, and through partners.
- Protect existing partner commitments during handover while reviewing the portfolio for performance, cost, and strategic fit.
- Own and allocate the partner marketing budget, including co-marketing and MDF, and defend investment decisions with return data.
- Develop partner segmentation, positioning, messaging, and repeatable operating models.
- Create joint programs across partner types, including technology partners.
- Enable partners to take Oyster’s message and value proposition to their audiences.
- Align Channel, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and Revenue Operations around integrated plans.
- Establish credible reporting for partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced pipeline, engagement, and program ROI.
- Apply AI and automation processes to improve segmentation, personalization, program development, execution, and insight generation.
Core Requirements
- Demonstrated ownership of measurable partner or ecosystem marketing programs from strategy through execution and reporting.
- Strong understanding of marketing to, with, and through partners.
- Ability to connect marketing activity to sourced or influenced pipeline and explain attribution trade-offs.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across partnerships, channel, marketing, sales, and revenue operations.
- Experience managing a program portfolio and making evidence-based choices about what to continue, change, or stop.
- Ability to adapt messaging and motions across partner types, incentives, audiences, and regions.
- Sound budget judgment and confidence allocating spend against expected return.
- AI-native working style, with evidence of rebuilding marketing workflows around AI while managing quality and privacy risks.
- Comfort operating independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Experience
- Experience in B2B SaaS, HR technology, global employment, or another partner-led ecosystem.
- Experience marketing with technology partners.
- Experience building a partner marketing function, measurement model, or operating cadence from an early stage.
- Familiarity with PRM, marketing automation, CRM, attribution, and analytics tools.
- Experience supporting global programs across regions and time zones.
This might not be right for you if...
- You prefer isolated campaign execution to building an interconnected partner program.
- You are uncomfortable owning pipeline outcomes, attribution, and budget trade-offs.
- You want a blank page rather than inheriting live commitments and partner relationships.
- You rely on manual workflows and are not motivated to adopt AI-enabled ways of working.
- Sustained alignment across Channel, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and external partners feels like overhead rather than core work.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English.

We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to take full ownership of paid acquisition for an international business operating in the adult creator economy.
This is a hands-on position for a performance marketing specialist who knows how to scale campaigns in restricted verticals, manage substantial advertising budgets, and optimize traffic based on actual customer revenue.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of paid traffic acquisition, with Meta as the primary advertising platform, while developing additional acquisition channels through Google Ads, native advertising, and adult ad networks
- Plan, launch, test, and scale campaigns targeting the US, UK, and Australian markets, managing budgets and optimizing performance across the entire customer journey
- Develop and improve acquisition funnels connecting advertising campaigns, landing and bridge pages, private chat interactions, and paid conversions, including subscriptions, PPV purchases, and custom content
- Focus campaign optimization on commercial performance, tracking cost per chat, cost per first purchase, customer payback periods, and 30-day customer value rather than relying solely on CTR, CPM, or other top-of-funnel metrics
- Establish a structured creative testing and scaling process, evaluating different concepts, defining performance thresholds, allocating test budgets, and identifying opportunities for profitable growth
- Maintain stable advertising operations in restricted verticals through compliant account structures, careful budget scaling, proactive account management, and appropriate recovery procedures following restrictions or suspensions
- Build and manage the tracking and attribution infrastructure, including tools such as Keitaro, server-side conversion events, and postbacks, ensuring reliable reporting and accurate campaign optimization
- Collaborate with creative and customer engagement teams to improve messaging, landing pages, conversion quality, and monetization throughout the funnel
- Monitor advertising profitability, investigate performance discrepancies, and continuously refine acquisition strategies based on revenue and customer behavior
- Work directly with the founder on acquisition priorities, performance reviews, and growth opportunities, with the potential to mentor and lead junior media buyers as the function expands
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or media buying, including substantial exposure to such advertising verticals as adult, dating, nutra, or gambling
- Proven track record of personally managing monthly advertising budgets of $100,000 or more on Meta within adult, dating, nutra, or gambling verticals, including successfully scaling at least one offer from initial testing to this spending level
- Advanced expertise in Meta Ads, covering campaign structure, creative testing, budget allocation, optimization, and scaling strategies
- Practical experience with Google Ads and at least one native or adult advertising network, with an understanding of how acquisition approaches differ between traffic sources
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing economics, including acquisition costs, first-purchase conversion, payback periods, customer value, and revenue-based campaign evaluation
- Experience maintaining advertising account stability in policy-sensitive industries, including account preparation, gradual scaling, appeals, and legitimate recovery from suspensions
- Ability to design and execute systematic creative testing strategies, make data-backed scaling decisions, and discontinue underperforming campaigns efficiently
- Hands-on experience configuring tracking platforms such as Keitaro, Voluum, RedTrack, or similar, including server-side conversion tracking, postbacks, and attribution troubleshooting
- Strong analytical skills, commercial judgment, and the ability to independently manage substantial budgets and campaign performance
- Ability to demonstrate previous campaign results and personally managed advertising accounts or dashboards during the assessment process, with sensitive information anonymized where necessary
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English for business communication and daily work
What's in it for you
- Fully remote work with the flexibility to work from any time zone
- Competitive senior-level base salary
- Direct collaboration with the founder and significant influence over paid acquisition strategy and commercial results

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of Meta paid traffic and drive subscriptions through web funnels within a single project. Meta is the core channel, with room to expand into additional sources such as AppLovin, X, TikTok and Snapchat. You'll manage 7-figure budgets across multiple GEOs, decide what to test, scale and cut, and be accountable for results.
Performance is measured on real business metrics (CPA, ROAS and cohorts), not surface-level platform numbers. We are an AI-first team, so we expect you to use Claude and automation to move faster and to streamline your day-to-day workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and scale paid social campaigns on Meta end to end: account structure, bidding, budget allocation, optimization and scaling.
- Expand into additional sources (AppLovin, X, TikTok, Snapchat) and look for new growth levers: audiences, formats, placements and campaign types.
- Scale spend across multiple GEOs while holding CPA and ROAS targets.
- Run structured creative testing with the creative team on all channels, with clear hypotheses and simple scale/kill rules.
- Work with the data team on reports, cohort analysis and deep dives, quickly diagnose drops and spikes and act on them.
- Manage signal quality: conversion events, event value, purchase optimization, attribution.
- Protect account health: manage ad account structure, backups and policy compliance.
- Work with platform reps on betas, new campaign types and escalations.
- Use Claude and automation (skills, scripts, workflows) to speed up builds, reporting and optimization.
- Prepare a clear strategy, document tests and learnings, and keep an eye on market trends and competitors.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Paid social experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, with Meta as your main platform (TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, or AppLovin experience is a plus) and a proven ability to scale budgets efficiently while maintaining strong ROI.
- High-budget management: experience managing $500k+ in monthly ad spend, with consistent optimization and sustainable growth.
- Multi-GEO expertise: experience running and scaling campaigns across multiple countries and regions, and making independent, data-driven scaling decisions.
- Strong analytical skills: solid command of CPA, ROAS, and cohort analysis, plus proficiency in tools like Omni/Tableau/Mixpanel and the ability to build custom performance analyses.
- Meta platform knowledge: deep understanding of account structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing methodologies.
- AI and automation: experience automating user acquisition workflows with AI, automated rules or scripts, and a mindset of constantly looking for ways to work smarter.
- Autonomous and proactive: you take ownership, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and spot opportunities for testing, optimization, and growth.
- Growth mindset: strong motivation to learn, experiment and scale, with a focus on long-term performance.
- Clear communication: strong English, with the ability to present insights, results and recommendations to stakeholders.

About the Team:
Netlify’s Data team helps the company understand and improve the full product-led growth journey, from activation and engagement through conversion, retention, and monetization. We partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth to uncover opportunities, evaluate investments, and understand what drives customer and business outcomes.
We’re hiring a Senior Staff Data Scientist to deepen how data shapes our product and growth strategy. You’ll develop an end-to-end understanding of the PLG journey, proactively identify opportunities, and turn complex data into hypotheses, experiments, and recommendations that influence where we invest and what we build. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who can move from identifying an important question to shaping the approach, defining success, and driving toward an answer.
What You'll Do:
Own the analytical understanding of Netlify’s PLG performance across activation, engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention, identifying opportunities before they become requests
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to turn behavioral insights into product bets, defining what to test, how to measure it, and what the results mean
Lead experimentation from hypothesis through decision, including study design, methodology, success metrics, guardrails, analysis, and recommendations
Apply statistical rigor where it matters while recognizing when there is enough signal to make a decision and move forward, and help teams develop that same judgment
Build scalable analytical systems like semantic models, trusted metrics, proactive monitoring, and AI-powered agents that surface opportunities without waiting to be asked
Use AI to investigate faster, automate recurring analytical work, and test more hypotheses without sacrificing the judgment that makes the output useful
Identify gaps in measurement, event instrumentation, and metric definitions, and partner with Data and Product Engineering to close them
Serve as a trusted analytical partner to PLG leadership, using evidence and product judgment to influence investment decisions and roadmap priorities
Influence product strategy through evidence, product instincts, and a clear point of view, without relying on formal authority to do it
What You'll Bring:
8+ years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or data science, with a track record of high ownership and measurable impact on PLG or consumer product outcomes
Deep understanding of product and growth dynamics across activation, engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention
Demonstrated ability to turn behavioral data into product hypotheses and carry them from insight through experimentation and measured outcomes
Deep experimentation expertise: study design, statistical reasoning, causal inference, and the judgment to know when an experiment has told you what you need to know
Experience building analytical systems such as metrics layers, monitoring frameworks, or semantic models that teams can rely on over time
An AI-native approach to analysis: you use AI tools actively to accelerate investigation, automate repetitive work, and surface patterns faster
A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and product direction through analytical reasoning, clear recommendations, and sound judgment
Comfort operating with significant autonomy in ambiguous problem spaces, including determining which questions are most important to answer
Strong written and verbal communication skills in distributed environments, with the ability to make complex findings clear and recommendations actionable
This Role is a Great Fit If:
You're energized by finding the opportunity before anyone thought to ask - proactive discovery is how you naturally work, not a mode you shift into
You think like a product person who happens to be exceptionally rigorous with data, not a data person who occasionally weighs in on product
You thrive when the problem isn't handed to you - you'd rather define the question worth asking than answer the one that landed in your queue
You get excited about building systems that keep working after you've moved on to the next problem
You're comfortable making a call with imperfect information and can articulate clearly why you made it
You enjoy being a thought partner to senior leaders - shaping how they think about investment and opportunity, not just supporting decisions already made
You work well in a remote-first, async environment where written clarity and self-direction matter more than proximity
You're drawn to roles where the measure of success is outcomes, decisions made, bets tested, metrics moved, not volume of output produced
Applying
Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications?
Please apply anyway!
When applying please include:
A resume or short listing of your job history & skills (link to a LinkedIn profile would be fine). We appreciate a cover letter explaining why you would enjoy working in this role at Netlify to get to know you a bit better, though this is not required and will not impact your application. Our mission is to “build a better web” and that cannot be done without a diversity of skill sets, backgrounds and thoughts.
Of everything we've ever built at Netlify, we are most proud of our team. Netlify is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are devoted to building a team of people with diverse backgrounds and lifestyles. Driving equality empowers our team, enables us to innovate, and helps us maintain a more inclusive environment. We don’t discriminate against employees or applicants based on gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, race, military/veteran status, citizenship, pregnancy status, or any other differences. If we can do anything to provide a better interview, i.e. accommodate a disability, then please let us know by emailing

With a large volume of people discovering and signing up for Netlify every day, Marketing Operations is critical to understanding those users, connecting activity across our systems, and creating scalable ways to engage them throughout their journey.
As Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll own the operational foundation behind that work. You’ll connect HubSpot, Salesforce, product data, and analytics, build the systems and lifecycle infrastructure that turn signals into action, and give Marketing and our GTM partners trusted visibility into performance. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll translate the Marketing Operations vision into a roadmap and independently drive it forward while partnering closely with Growth, RevOps, Data, Product, and other GTM teams.
What You’ll Do
Execute on the Marketing Operations roadmap, translating broader Marketing and GTM priorities into scalable systems, processes, and programs.
Own our marketing automation platform end to end, including workflows, lifecycle stages, segmentation, forms, lists, email operations, data hygiene, deliverability, governance, and documentation.
Build and maintain the connection between marketing automation, Salesforce, product data, and analytics so we can understand and engage users throughout the customer journey.
Establish reliable attribution and measurement across marketing and product-led journeys, including UTM governance and connections between campaigns, signups, activation, conversion, and revenue.
Build reporting and self-service dashboards that give Marketing and GTM partners a trusted view of performance and support weekly, monthly, and executive-level decision-making.
Partner with Growth to operationalize lifecycle programs across email, in-product experiences, and sales-assist triggers, turning customer and product signals into scalable journeys from signup through activation and conversion.
Build experimentation infrastructure that allows marketers to launch, measure, and learn from tests without requiring engineering support for every experiment.
Own the operational health of the MarTech stack, including integrations, data flows, governance, vendor relationships, and periodic assessments of what we should keep, retire, consolidate, or integrate.
Establish scalable practices for high-volume email operations, including audience management, domain and inbox health, deliverability, and safeguards that protect the customer experience.
Turn large and sometimes ambiguous datasets into actionable recommendations, identifying points of friction or drop-off and partnering with Marketing, Growth, Product, Data, and RevOps on opportunities to improve conversion.
Own the Marketing Operations portion of the broader Marketing budget and evaluate technology investments based on business value, scalability, and ROI.
Explore emerging capabilities in AI-enabled marketing operations and AI visibility measurement, helping the team establish useful workflows and baselines as the space develops.
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a closely related discipline, with experience operating independently in a complex B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment.
Deep experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, and Salesforce, including lifecycle stages, campaign architecture, attribution, lead or account routing, and data governance.
Experience working with high-volume customer or prospect datasets and designing segmentation, lifecycle, and operational approaches that remain reliable at scale.
Significant experience operating high-volume email programs, with a practical understanding of deliverability, domain and inbox reputation, audience management, warming strategies, and the risks that emerge at large sending volumes.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate complex datasets, identify meaningful patterns, question the quality of the underlying data, and turn findings into recommendations.
Experience building or operating lifecycle, nurture, or in-product engagement programs tied to measurable activation or conversion outcomes.
Systems thinking and experience designing integrations across marketing automation, CRM, product, analytics, and data systems.
Experience building measurement and experimentation infrastructure that enables other teams to operate and learn independently.
Strong GTM fluency and an understanding of how Marketing Operations, Growth, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success connect to customer experience and revenue.
Comfort using AI-enabled tools and workflows to accelerate your work while applying judgment to validate outputs and determine where automation is (and isn’t) appropriate.
Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude and experience with emerging AEO or AI-visibility tooling is helpful.
Experience working with contractors, agencies, or distributed partners is helpful but not required.
Familiarity with developer tools, web platforms, or another high-volume PLG business is useful, but we value relevant operating experience over category-specific expertise.
This Role Is a Great Fit If
You enjoy building the foundation, not just operating what someone else has already built. You’re energized by taking an imperfect system and creating something scalable, measurable, and trusted.
You’re comfortable moving between architecture and execution. You can define how a system should work and then get into the details yourself when necessary to make it work.
You thrive with significant autonomy. Given a goal and context, you investigate the problem, weigh tradeoffs, make a recommendation, and drive the work forward without needing a detailed playbook.
You genuinely enjoy data. Large, messy datasets make you curious, and you’re willing to dig until you understand what is happening and what the business should do about it.
You care deeply about operational quality. Data integrity, attribution, documentation, audience segmentation, and email deliverability aren’t afterthoughts—they’re part of building a trustworthy growth engine.
You balance speed with judgment. You know when to move quickly, when a shortcut creates unacceptable downstream risk, and when to challenge an approach that won’t scale.
You see AI as a way to amplify good judgment and increase leverage rather than a substitute for understanding the work.
You communicate clearly in an async, distributed environment and can build alignment across Marketing, Growth, Product, Sales, RevOps, and Data without relying on organizational authority.

Workplace: Hybrid
OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
ROLE SUMMARY
You own the marketing-technology layer behind Taxfix's growth: the conversion signals that tell ad networks who converted, the customer data that powers CRM, the consent flows that decide what we may share and with whom, and the referral program, one of the growth mechanics the team owns end to end. This is a senior individual-contributor role with no direct reports. You set direction for a small engineering team (a tech lead plus 3–4 engineers, two-week sprints) that supports four products across three markets, with Paid Acquisition, CRM, Brand and Creative as internal customers. A typical week mixes debugging a missing ad-network event, scoping a referral reward, settling a data-sharing question with Legal, and explaining trade-offs to leadership. All work, including across markets, happens in English; German is not required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own conversion-signal engineering for paid acquisition: client-side and server-to-server events into Singular, Firebase/GA4, Google Ads and TikTok, including synthetic events, revenue values and predicted-LTV signals.
- Run the referral program as a product: reward mechanics, eligibility and fraud rules, voucher infrastructure (Voucherify), the in-app voucher wallet, entry points, and the experiments that tune them.
- Grow push and marketing-consent opt-in through permission primers, iOS/Android OS permission flows and notification preferences.
- Keep CRM data trustworthy: Braze attributes and events, Snowflake-to-Braze syncs, event-loss monitoring, and moving legacy messaging (SendGrid, Firebase) onto Braze.
- Turn consent and privacy requirements into product behaviour, and work with Legal on what data can go to which partner.
- Adapt tracking, CRM attributes and attribution to company launches, such as new subscription pricing tiers, without breaking downstream campaigns or reporting.
- Turn stakeholder requests, support escalations and spike findings into tickets engineers can start on, and decide what goes into the sprint.
- Weigh roadmap work against platform upkeep: pipeline migrations, security fixes, end-of-life SDKs.
- Design A/B tests (Eppo) and read the results for marketing and consent opt-s, and referral changes.
- Report progress, risks and trade-offs in writing to marketing leadership, including VP and C-level.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Several years as a product manager owning martech, growth infrastructure or data products, setting your own roadmap with senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on mobile and web attribution: an MMP (Singular or comparable), server-to-server events, and ad-network conversion setups (Google Ads, TikTok).
- Event-tracking depth: you can define an event schema, write a tracking spec, and trace a missing or duplicated event through Segment, Google Tag Manager and the receiving platform.
- CRM data platforms, ideally Braze: custom attributes, event-triggered segmentation, data ingestion and sync quality.
- Working knowledge of EU consent and privacy: GDPR, consent mode, iOS App Tracking Transparency, and how push permissions behave on iOS and Android.
- Experimentation: framing hypotheses, choosing and configuring metrics, judging when a result is real.
- Precise writing: specs that engineers (and AI coding agents) can start on without a meeting, and concise updates and decision memos for leadership.
- Enough technical fluency to work through trade-offs with engineers across mobile apps (React Native), backend services and data pipelines, and to triage production incidents.
NICE TO HAVE
- Performance marketing experience with the main app and web acquisition channels (e.g. Google Ads, TikTok).
- Referral, loyalty or voucher programs; Voucherify specifically.
- Predicted-LTV or value-based bidding signals (e.g. Churney).
- Deep linking and deferred deep linking across ad networks.
- AI-driven CRM orchestration (Aampe) or creative asset tooling (Frontify, AI creative tagging).
- Building AI agents or automation for product and engineering workflows.
- Querying data yourself in SQL (Snowflake), and familiarity with dbt and Airflow.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Check out our Life at Taxfix https://www.linkedin.com/company/taxfix/life/8684512c-424f-44de-8d07-6e6b516e3319/?viewAsMember=true page on LinkedIn to get a glimpse of our culture.
At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.
Not sure if you meet all the requirements for this role? Please apply anyway. You might bring something special to the team that we hadn't considered previously.

- Extreme curiosity: You ask "why" 3-5 times in a row for the same problem, digging and digging and not being satisfied until you truly understand the root cause.
- Scrappiness: You look for ways through problems and refuse to let obstacles derail your progress. You bring solutions instead of asking ‘what should I do?’

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You’ll join a full-stack data team building the systems making our AI agents measurably smarter with every interaction, building the real-time pipelines, analytics products, and deep personalization primitives that turn millions of conversations into business outcomes. You’ll work across these areas:
- Data Foundations: Architect and build our core platform to handle data at scale with low latency. This includes our real-time eventing infrastructure, streaming and batch ETL pipelines, and our Iceberg-based data lakehouse. You will own the systems for interactive OLAP querying, orchestration, and experimentation, ensuring our data is trustworthy, fast, and easy to use for the entire organization.
- Memory & Personalization: Power the next generation of intelligent experiences. You will develop the systems for long-term agent memory, build reusable Customer Data Platform (CDP) primitives, and implement the optimization loops that allow our agents to personalize interactions and demonstrably lift business outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We’re excited to meet candidates who bring depth in one of these areas:
Platform Engineering
- You have designed, built, and operated large-scale data systems, processing terabytes or petabytes of data with technologies like Spark, Flink, Trino/Presto, and data lakehouse formats like Iceberg or Hudi.
- You possess strong backend and distributed systems fundamentals in a language like Go, Scala, or Python. You understand the trade-offs of different storage engines, query plans, and data serialization formats.
- You have a history of implementing pragmatic data governance, lineage, and testing. You’ve built platforms that are cost-aware, highly operable, and a delight for other engineers to build upon.
- You're well-versed in data modeling best practices (dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, slowly changing dimensions) and know how to optimize analytical query patterns for both traditional OLAP systems and modern cloud data warehouses.
Product Engineering
- You have a portfolio of shipped data products, including analytics dashboards, data visualization tools, or alerting and exploration systems.
- You are a skilled full-stack engineer (e.g., TypeScript/React and a service layer like Go), with a keen eye for performance, API design, and polish.
- You excel at turning ambiguous questions into clear, intuitive interfaces. You have strong product sense around information architecture, handling empty states, and making complex data explainable.
- You have practical experience with ML-powered product features, such as personalization, recommendations, or classification systems.
Shared Qualities
- Strong software engineering background with 4-7+ years of hands-on development experience in building and shipping production systems or products.
- A passion for being on the frontier of AI products.
- High agency and a bias to action in a high-autonomy environment.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER...
- Deep experience with event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis) and real-time data processing.
- Experience with modern data visualization libraries (e.g., ECharts, D3.js) and the principles of building performant, reusable charting components for complex data.
- Production experience with recommender systems or optimization loops (e.g., multi-armed bandits, ranking).
- A track record of leading complex technical projects or mentoring other engineers.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

When someone calls an airline, texts a retailer, or opens their bank's app and talks to a Sierra agent, our systems carry that conversation. Phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and the chat inside our customers' apps all run through this team.
AI voice, chat, and messaging agents are new and they must operate with global communication networks. Nobody has fully solved how to make the two work together at the speed of a real conversation. We have to solve it for millions of calls, and you will be building the future of how entire industries will operate with AI agents.
Demo: Finding the perfect stay https://sierra.ai/resources/videos/demo-finding-the-perfect-stay
Demo: Flight disruption recovery https://sierra.ai/resources/videos/demo-flight-disruption-recovery
- Multi-modal: Make one conversation work across voice, text, and screen. A customer can start by talking, switch to typing on a crowded train, send a photo of a broken part, and get a link or a form back on screen. The agent remembers everything, whichever way the customer talks and personalizes it. You will build on the frontier here, and decide what it should feel like.
- Make AI voice feel like a real conversation. Every call crosses carriers, telephony networks, and contact centers around the world before it reaches our agent. Making AI agents feel lively and real across global infrastructure is a critical problem to get right for end users.
- Give personal AI agents a safe way in. More people now have their own AI assistants. Today a company can either block them or hand them the user’s full account access. The Personal Agent Protocol https://personalagentprotocol.org/ is an open standard that offers a better option: a safe way for personal agents to work with a company and its Sierra agent. You’ll help build it.
- Build the agent experience inside the app. ChatKit is our library of native iOS, Android, and web components for talking to an agent. It covers voice controls, live waveforms, transcripts, and chat. Customers use it to build an agent experience inside a customer’s flagship app, not like a widget added on top. You decide what those components are and how they behave.
- Get every call to the right agent. You’ll build and own our global telephony stack: SIP, WebRTC, the Sierra Voice Protocol and our integrations with major contact-center platforms. That means millions of calls and messages, and every one of them reaching the right agent.
- Put Sierra on every channel. SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, email, LINE, Messenger and Instagram. You’ll build the tools that let developers launch a new channel on their own, delivering value in hours not weeks.
WHAT OWNERSHIP LOOKS LIKE
- A bias for shipping. You move fast, and you finish what you start.
- Curiosity about the hard parts. You go deep where other engineers avoid going: protocols, edge cases, and end to end multi-modal experiences.
- An AI-native way of building. You not only use AI tools every day, it is ingrained in the way you operate and think. You’ve deleted all old priors and re-invented the way you and your teams work from the ground up. Come ready to tell us about something you built that you couldn’t have built 6 months ago.
- An obsession with the details. When one call in ten thousand fails, you want to know why. You obsess about the product experience and pixels as much as you do latency and reliability.
- Strong backend fundamentals. You can also work comfortably across backend, infra, mobile and web.
- 3+ years building production software that real users depend on.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- A passion for being on the frontier of AI products.
- Pride in building reliable, maintainable, and secure systems that scale.
- Motivation and high-agency to drive outcomes in a high-autonomy culture.
- 4+ years hands-on experience building production systems.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building AI products for enterprise or consumers
- Experience building native SDKs for iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin)
- Experience building messaging apps, voice apps or voice agents
- Experience with SIP, WebRTC, Twilio or contact-center platforms
- Experience with real-time, low-latency distributed systems
None of these are required. If the problems above excite you, we’d love to hear from you.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.

- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.

- Improve retrieval and grounding. You’ll build systems that ensure agents provide accurate, trustworthy responses by effectively retrieving and using knowledge.
- Build evaluation systems. You’ll design frameworks that allow us and our customers to measure and improve agent quality over time.

About the Role
We’re hiring a
Direct-Response Video Editor for a fast-growing DTC brand
to work remotely with their team.
The brand runs fast-paced direct-response ad campaigns, mainly on Meta and TikTok, and launches new products and collections often. You’ll edit short-form videos for both paid ads and organic content, mostly b-roll with text overlays and founder UGC (launch announcements and direct-to-camera informative videos). You’ll work closely with a small, friendly marketing team on time-sensitive campaigns where clear communication and quick turnaround matter.
Job Responsibilities
Day to Day
Brainstorm ad and content ideas with the marketing team.
Edit short-form videos for Meta and TikTok, for both paid ads and organic content.
Deliver finished, clean videos with captions, on-screen text and royalty-free music.
Build strong hooks, keep viewers watching, and highlight the CTA to drive conversions.
Apply feedback from review rounds and re-submit without delays.
Track ad performance data and use it to guide future edits.
Follow brand guidelines and approved wording in all on-screen text and captions.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who understands proper hooks, viewer retention and how to drive conversions with a clear CTA.
Willingness to learn the brand’s community, including its mindset and needs. The audience is the community, and every ad is tailored to what they expect.
Respect for brand compliance. For example, the brand talks about the
resistance
its tools offer, not
magnet strength
, and avoids restricted terms and wording that lacks empathy.
Experience with founder-led or UGC-style content is a plus.
Requirements
Proven experience editing direct-response or performance video ads.
Full proficiency in professional editing software.
Strong English: scripts, videos and all team communication are in English, so you need to catch any wording, spelling or grammar mistakes.
Close attention to detail in short, fast-paced videos, even with multiple review rounds in place.
Ability to work quickly and reliably on time-critical launches.
Benefits
Competitive base salary. The base range is $1,500–$2,500 USD per month. Where you land depends on your experience and portfolio.
It's a creative-ownership role, with room to grow into scaling larger-budget campaigns.
100% remote work flexibility from anywhere.
Dynamic, fast-paced team culture focused on innovation and high-impact growth.
Collaborate with ambitious creators and e-commerce growth experts.
Location: Netherlands; Germany; Poland; Spain; Portugal; Estonia
