We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
About Grafana Labs:
There are more than 700,000 active installations of Grafana around the globe, monitoring everything from beehives to climate change in the Alps. The instantly recognizable dashboards have been spotted everywhere from a SpaceX launch and Minecraft HQ to Wimbledon and the Tour de France. Grafana Labs also helps companies including Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay manage their observability strategies with full-stack offerings that can be run fully managed with Grafana Cloud, or self-managed with Grafana Enterprise Stack. The Grafana stack has grown to include more open-source projects, including Grafana Loki (for logs) and Grafana Tempo (for traces) and Grafana Mimir (for metrics).
Description of Duties
We’re looking for a Staff Technical Writer to create documentation and learning content that helps people adopt and master Grafana’s observability products. You’ll work with engineers, product managers, and the Grafana writing team to produce content for a range of products and audiences, from first-time users to experienced practitioners. Because our products and priorities evolve, we’re looking for someone who learns new technical domains quickly.
AI is part of how this team works. We use AI-assisted workflows and tools throughout the content lifecycle, from research and drafting to review, validation, and maintenance. You’ll use these tools every day and help the team get better at using them.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, research, write, and maintain documentation and learning content (concepts, tasks, tutorials, references, and in-product learning) that supports adoption and long-term product mastery.
Use AI tools and workflows to work faster and at a higher quality: drafting, structuring, technical validation, consistency checks, and keeping content current. You apply human judgment to everything AI produces and take responsibility for its accuracy.
Contribute to the team’s shared AI workflows and skills, and look for ways to improve and automate how we create and maintain content as tools and models evolve.
Partner with engineers, PMs, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements, interview subject matter experts, and turn complex technical detail into clear, accurate content.
Test what you document. Run the software, follow your own procedures, and flag product and UX gaps you find along the way.
Let data guide your priorities. We have strong docs and learning analytics. You’ll use them, along with user feedback, to find content gaps, prioritize your work, and show the impact of what you ship.
Work with the documentation manager and other writers to improve information architecture, voice, and consistency across our docs, and to make information easy to find for both people and AI-driven search and assistants.
Manage several projects at once, using judgment to prioritize and communicate clearly when the plan changes.
Mentor teammates and share practices that raise the quality of the team’s work.
Requirements
What experience would make someone be successful in this role?
Experience writing or documenting enterprise or developer-facing software, with a portfolio or writing samples that show technical depth.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and models in your writing workflow (such as LLM assistants, agentic coding tools, or custom prompts and skills), and the ability to explain how you evaluate and verify their output.
Experience working with docs-as-code: command-line Git, GitHub (pull requests and reviews), Markdown, and common IDEs.
Comfort working in technical environments. You can set up, run, and troubleshoot software yourself to verify what you write (for example, command line, containers, or Kubernetes, or a willingness to learn quickly).
Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers to get accurate technical information.
Experience working remotely and asynchronously on a distributed team.
What you’ll bring to the role
Curiosity about AI as a craft. You treat AI workflows as a professional skill. You experiment, share what works, and know where AI helps and where it doesn’t.
Technical credibility. You care about accuracy, you learn new technical domains quickly, and you ask questions until you understand them.
Strong judgment and editing skills. You can tell good content from plausible-sounding content, and you hold the line on quality.
Ownership. You manage multiple projects and work well both independently and collaboratively.
Clarity. You write concisely and plainly for readers of all experience levels.
Bonus: Experience with observability, monitoring, or cloud-native tooling, or contributing to open source documentation.

This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. Built new partner strategies, tactics, and programs from scratch while personally managing relationships with multiple strategic partners at once
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
Ability to travel once per month
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Worked at a service organization or channel partner in a direct GTM role
Spent time in the design or digital product development space
Experience selling to product-oriented and technical audiences
Experience with UX/UI design principles and collaboration tools
Proven experience using a sales methodology such as Command of the Message or MEDDICC

Salesforce is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a policy of non-discrimination with all employees and applicants for employment. What does that mean exactly? It means that at Salesforce, we believe in equality for all. And we believe we can lead the path to equality in part by creating a workplace that’s inclusive, and free from discrimination.
Know your rights: workplace discrimination is illegal.
Any employee or potential employee will be assessed on the basis of merit, competence and qualifications – without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, transgender status, age, disability, veteran or marital status, political viewpoint, or other classifications protected by law. This policy applies to current and prospective employees, no matter where they are in their Salesforce employment journey. It also applies to recruiting, hiring, job assignment, compensation, promotion, benefits, training, assessment of job performance, discipline, termination, and everything in between. Recruiting, hiring, and promotion decisions at Salesforce are fair and based on merit. The same goes for compensation, benefits, promotions, transfers, reduction in workforce, recall, training, and education.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. Offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken Pro is where serious traders live. Millions of them. It’s time we built a meaningful, engaged Community out of these degenerates.
Are you ready for this mission?
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a chronically online Copywriter to give Kraken Pro. At Kraken, understanding our brand ethos, mission, and the traders we serve is essential, and copy is where all of that comes to life.
We’re looking for someone who writes fast but thinks sharp, thrives under pressure, and knows how to turn complex product features into lines that traders actually stop and read. This role demands a razor-sharp ear for language, a deep understanding of trading culture, and a self-starter attitude.
- Write copy that converts. Craft punchy, high-impact messaging across campaigns, landing pages, emails, in-app experiences, paid ads, and social for Kraken Pro.
- Speak fluent trader. Capture the voice of CT, FinTwit, and the trading floor, and know when to be witty, when to be direct, and when to let the numbers do the talking.
- Launch like you mean it. Shape the narrative for new product drops and feature releases, turning technical updates into clear, compelling stories.
- Own the voice. Help build and protect the Kraken Pro tone of voice across every touchpoint, from a headline to a push notification.
- Collaborate at speed. Work hand in hand with Design, Product, Growth, and Social to brief, iterate, and ship copy that moves the needle.
- Test and learn. Run copy experiments, track performance, and iterate based on what the data tells you.
- Ship responsibly. Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Receipts. Copy you wrote that moved people to act, whether for a brand, an agency, or your own projects. We care more about what you’ve made than where you’ve worked.
- 3+ years in copywriting or content, ideally in fintech, crypto, or trading. Exceptional portfolios beat exceptional résumés here.
- Speed under pressure. Markets don’t wait for approval cycles and neither do you.
- High AI competency. Enabling you to multiply your impact and keep up with demand.
- Range as a writer. Headlines, long-form, microcopy, scripts, threads, email flows, and taglines. You can go from a three-word CTA to a full campaign narrative without missing a beat.
- Taste. Knowing when to cut a line is as valuable as knowing how to write one.
- Deep familiarity with crypto and trading culture, and the language traders use
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to work closely with designers, whether that’s briefing the team, using Figma for copy placement, or being scrappy enough to mock something up yourself
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Corporate Physical Security and Protective Services team sits within Wealthsimple's Regulatory division. We keep our people, offices, and visitors safe — from access control and our on-site guard program to emergency preparedness, investigations, and executive protection. We're a small team that works closely with Workplace Operations, building management, and partners across the company, and we're focused on building a security program that gets ahead of problems instead of just reacting to them. If you take safety seriously and want to help shape a strong security culture at a fast-moving fintech, you'll fit right in.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Physical Security & Protective Services, you'll be the face of security in our Toronto office — the first person employees, visitors, and guards turn to when something comes up. This role exists to give our team more room to build: you'll own how we respond day to day in the office, and lead the security awareness program that helps everyone at Wealthsimple understand their part in keeping each other safe.
Please note, this role is based in our Toronto office 5 days/week and is not eligible for remote work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as the first point of contact for security in the office, handling visitor management, temporary badging, and in-person concerns from employees and visitors
- Lead content creation and day-to-day delivery of our security awareness program, including training on badging, visitor management, and emergency procedures
- Respond to security incidents and see each one through to resolution, documenting everything
- Investigate routine workplace incidents — like access violations, thefts, and disturbances — and escalate sensitive or high-risk matters
- Coordinate daily with on-site guards on coverage, post order compliance, and shift handovers, and report issues so they get addressed with our vendor
- Process access requests, badge issuance, and deactivations in our access control and video management systems, flagging anomalies and gaps as you find them
- Support our emergency preparedness program — floor warden coordination, drills, and tabletop exercises — and help draft security policies, procedures, and event risk assessments
- Assist with executive protection and travel security when needed, from logistics to travel monitoring
SKILLS YOU BRING
- 2+ years of experience in physical security, risk assessment, emergency response, customer-facing communications, or a related role
- Post-secondary education in security management, risk management, criminal justice, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience de-escalating tense situations with clients, visitors, or employees, with composure and discretion
- Clear, concise writing — you can produce incident reports, procedures, and advisories that people actually read
- Good judgment about what you can handle and what to escalate, and the ability to manage several priorities at once
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in fintech or financial services
- Hands-on experience with security and ticketing platforms like Genetec and Jira
- A valid First Aid and CPR certificate
- A PSP or CPP designation from ASIS, or progress toward one
- Interest in growing into executive protection or intelligence analysis work
WHO YOU ARE
- Calm under pressure — you stay composed when things get tense, and people feel safer because you're there
- Approachable and clear — you can walk a new hire through our badging process or settle a frustrated visitor with the same ease
- Thorough and consistent — you follow procedures, document your work accurately, and notice when a process isn't working
- Clear on your scope — you handle routine matters on your own and escalate early when something needs a second set of eyes
- Someone who takes ownership — you follow your work through, raise issues before anyone asks, and want to grow into bigger responsibilities
- Curious about how to make security part of the culture, not just a set of rules

Technology & Innovation at Wealthsimple: We move quickly and build thoughtfully. That means we're always looking for better ways to work — whether that's new tools, AI, or rethinking how we approach a problem. What We're Looking For
We are looking for a Senior IT Systems Administrator to be a foundational pillar of our IT organization. This is not a ticket-closing role. We need a proactive owner who can build and manage the technology ecosystem that empowers our entire company. You will have the autonomy to design, implement, and refine the systems and processes that make our organization more secure, efficient, and productive.
You will be the go-to expert for our modern, cloud-native tech stack, including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Jamf, n8n, and AWS.If you thrive on automating processes, solving complex challenges, and building reliable, scalable IT systems, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Plan & Strategize: Help shape and maintain the roadmap for our corporate IT infrastructure. Develop clear policies and repeatable processes for identity management, device security, application access, and IT support.
- Administer & Automate: Serve as the lead administrator for our core SaaS/IaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Okta Jamf, Slack, Atlassian Suite). Use n8n, scripting (Python, JavaScript, etc.), AI tooling, and native tool automation to eliminate manual work, streamline user lifecycle management, and integrate systems.
- Administering or enabling AI tools (such as Claude or similar) in a business setting, including SSO/SCIM provisioning, usage and spend management, and a security-minded approach to data access and integrations. Comfort using LLMs to speed up your own scripting, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Secure & Optimize: Implement and maintain security best practices across all systems. Manage endpoint security and configuration with Jamf, enforce access policies with Okta, keep our office networks secure and performing well, and monitor our environment for performance and compliance. Help enable AI tools safely by managing access, usage limits, and connector permissions.
- Empower & Support: Build a great employee experience by providing reliable systems and excellent support. Act as a senior escalation point, create clear documentation, and support our IT service desk (Jira Service Management) by resolving complex issues, improving workflows, and automating recurring requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate & Deliver: Partner with Security, HR, Engineering, and other departments to understand their needs and deliver technology solutions that help them achieve their goals.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator in a cloud-first environment.
- Proven experience managing core business platforms, including Google Workspace for productivity and Jamf for Apple device management.
- A strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently. You can take a high-level goal, break it down, and execute without constant supervision.
- Proficiency in administering the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence), with a knack for creating clean workflows and automations that serve the business, not just the tool.
- A solid understanding of IT security principles, networking fundamentals, and cloud infrastructure (especially AWS basics).
- Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management, including managing an IdP like Okta.
- Strong scripting and automation skills in a language like Python or JavaScript, and experience building workflows in n8n or a similar tool (Zapier, Workato, Kestra). You default to automating a task rather than doing it twice.
- Practical experience with office networking, including firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN, and DNS/DHCP, and monitoring it with tools like Datadog.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points For:
- Professional certifications (e.g., Okta Certified Professional, Jamf Certified Admin, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Fortinet NSE).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a DevOps culture.
- Experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships.
- Experience with FortiGate or Ruckus, or advanced Datadog use (custom monitors, SNMP/syslog ingestion, integrations with PagerDuty or Slack).
