About the role
🤓
We’re looking for a Global Marketing & Events Specialist to join our Eyewear vertical and help us grow our presence across Europe and beyond.
seQura Eyewear works directly with independent opticians, optical chains and buying groups, helping them sell more and connect better with their customers, through technology, content and brand strategy. We’re in active international expansion, with a strong presence in Europe and our sights set on the US market in 2027.
This is a role for someone who thrives on making things happen. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Lead, taking ownership of the execution across three key areas: international trade shows and events, marketing campaigns and B2B support, and content and growth initiatives. You won’t be a spectator; from the start, you’ll be coordinating real projects, managing real providers and contributing to a vertical that’s moving fast.
You don’t need to have done everything. We’re looking for someone who is curious, organised, proactive and comfortable working in an international, fast-moving environment. We’ll give you the context, the trust and the room to grow.
📍
Location & ways of working
: This role is based in Barcelona and follows our hybrid working model, typically 3 days per week in the office and 2 days working from home. This is not a remote position, so please apply only if you are currently based in Barcelona or willing to relocate and can commit to this hybrid setup.
What challenges you'll be solving
🚀
Events & trade shows:
Support the organisation and coordination of international optical trade shows (OPTI, MIDO, Vision Expo Las Vegas, Silmo PARIS and others).
Coordinate with stand builders, materials suppliers and logistics providers to ensure a high-quality presence.
Contribute creative and innovative ideas for how we show up at each event.
Progressively take on more ownership of events as you build experience and confidence.
Marketing execution & B2B support:
Take ownership of marketing execution: coordinate design teams, agencies and external providers to deliver on time and to brief.
Support independent opticians, chains and buying groups with marketing materials, messaging guidance and in-store visibility.
Learn to write thorough creative briefs and manage their execution end to end.
Propose ideas to improve acquisition and channel visibility.
Content & growth:
Propose content and copy ideas for different channels, social media, blog, web, lead magnets, case studies, and coordinate their production.
Create light content autonomously when needed: posts, copies, message adaptations.
Track campaign performance and provide basic data analysis to inform decisions.
What you'll need
🤝
2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, events or project management: agency or in-house.
Fluent in English and Spanish: real working level, not just CV-level.
Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and meeting real deadlines.
Someone with ownership: you identify what needs to move and you move it, without waiting to be told.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to propose content with your own point of view.
Nice to have
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI or others) to work more efficiently.
Experience in event organisation, trade shows or brand activations.
Knowledge of the optical, retail or health sector.
Portuguese, Italian or French.
Basic understanding of digital campaign analytics (Meta Ads, Google Analytics or similar).
What we offer
😎
We have a strong and sustainable foundation where we provide a secure and reliable workplace. You have the freedom and trust to make the best contribution possible.
A role with real ownership from day one: you’ll see the impact of your work in real stores and real markets.
Presence at leading international eyewear trade shows: MIDO Milan, Vision Expo Las Vegas, Silmo PARIS and more.
A small, fast-moving team where you learn by doing, not by watching.
An environment that embraces AI as a working tool, not a buzzword.
23 vacation days + 2 days of free disposal per year.
Professional development workshops and seminars.
Flexible compensation plan for transportation, restaurants, and kindergarten with Cobee.
Health insurance discounts with Sanitas and Adeslas.
Urban mobility support via Kleta.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Running the Engine Behind 200M+ Daily Ad Decisions
Behind every ad decision at adjoe is a system designed to operate at massive scale, serving more than 770 million mobile users every year. The Demand API Integrations team owns the systems that connect our platform to the global adtech ecosystem, handling over 5.5 billion API requests daily across installs, events, views, clicks, and postbacks from Mobile Measurement Partners.
We operate a dedicated A/B testing environment against live traffic to validate system behavior under real-world conditions, allowing us to evaluate advertiser integrations, benchmark partner performance, and verify attribution accuracy end-to-end before deploying globally.
We integrate TensorFlow-based ML models to predict user engagement and purchase likelihood, directly influencing real-time ad distribution. To meet our strict 100ms latency constraint, we prioritize efficient model serving, low-latency data access, and deliberate system design.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For
- High-Scale Backend Product Leadership: You will own the roadmap and backlog for the campaign distribution engine that serves over 200 million daily mobile users, balancing rapid business feature requests with long-term platform integrity. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience as a Product Lead (preferably in B2B SaaS) managing backend-heavy, high-load systems who can navigate ambiguity and drive product delivery end-to-end.
- Technical & Data Fluency: You will partner daily with software engineers, BI analysts, and data scientists to translate business objectives into functional requirements, assess feasibility, and leverage ML models for campaign optimization. You understand APIs and database architectures (like Druid) well enough to evaluate technical trade-offs, debate implementation details directly with engineers, and translate complex mechanics for commercial stakeholders.
- Hypothesis-Driven Experimentation: You will maximize publisher revenue and campaign matching efficiency by validating product hypotheses before spending engineering capacity. We need a product leader who systematically defines success metrics, runs and evaluates A/B tests, and uses quantitative performance data to either iterate on winning logic or cut underperforming initiatives early.
- People Management & Team Growth: You will lead the Demand Integrations product function, running regular 1-on-1s, driving career planning, and hiring new talent to scale the team. We are looking for an experienced people manager who mentors team members in product thinking, delivery accountability, and commercial ownership.
- Hands-On AI Prototyping: You will accelerate product discovery and requirements definition by building functional proof-of-concepts yourself rather than waiting on dev cycles. You must be fluent enough with modern AI tooling to independently build and demonstrate a working prototype of a feature.
- Pluses (Technical & AdTech Background): Direct experience in the AdTech ecosystem or a formal technical background gives you a head start in understanding our external partner integrations, auction dynamics, and high-throughput data pipelines.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, we are not just managing campaigns, we're helping build the business engine behind one of the fastest-growing adtech platforms in mobile. We are proactively curious: we question status quo, think outside the box, connect the dots. The partnerships you close, the strategies you execute, and the markets you develop will directly shape how adjoe scales globally.
- Go Big. Own commercial initiatives that move revenue and expand adjoe's market position.
- Move Fast. Operate in a high-velocity environment where decisions are made quickly and impact is visible immediately.
- Be Direct. Work in a culture where feedback is honest, collaboration is real, and politics are low.
- Thrive Together. Grow alongside a diverse, global team of 250+ people from over 40 countries across 7 offices.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, build lasting industry relationships, and bring your energy to a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Xsolla Ads connects advertisers with players across Xsolla's games and commerce surfaces. Every dollar that moves through it depends on two kinds of integration working correctly: the oRTB connections to the DSPs and SSPs that buy and sell our inventory, and the
MMP
and event integrations that tell advertisers whether a player installed, registered, or made a purchase.
You'll be the technical owner of those integrations for our strategic partners. That means you're the person a
DSP
calls when their bid rate falls off a cliff, the person an
MMP
works with to get postbacks mapped correctly, and the person who tells an advertiser exactly why their dashboard and ours disagree. You'll work with Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and Data, and you'll bring what partners need back into the roadmap in a form engineers can act on.
RESPONSIBILITIES
oRTB integrations (supply and demand)
Own technical onboarding for DSPs and SSPs, from spec review and test traffic through to production.
Map bid requests and responses against oRTB 2.5/2.6, including partner-specific extensions, and catch mismatches before they cost money.
Set up and maintain seats, deal IDs, and floors, and keep ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json, and SupplyChain object data accurate.
Troubleshoot bid rate, win rate, timeouts, creative rejections, and revenue discrepancies down to root cause.
MMP
and event integrations
Run integrations with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Singular, plus direct advertiser postback setups.
Configure install and in-app event postbacks: macros and parameter mapping, click IDs, event names and values, attribution windows, and postback authentication.
Work with advertisers to define which in-app events matter for their campaigns and confirm they fire correctly before launch.
Reconcile conversion discrepancies between Xsolla, MMPs, and advertisers, and explain the cause in plain terms.
Strategic partner ownership
Be the technical point of contact on partner calls, and answer hard integration questions in real time.
Build integration plans and launch checklists, and stay close to partners through go-live.
Bring technical health and integration status into partner business reviews.
Voice of the partner
Turn partner requests and defects into well-scoped tickets with reproduction steps, logs, and expected behavior.
Give Product and Engineering early feedback on specs, so integration problems get caught on paper.
Write and maintain partner-facing integration guides and internal runbooks.
Data and reporting
Use SQL and logs to investigate discrepancies, monitor integration health, and spot problems before partners do.
Build simple dashboards and reports that show partner and integration performance.
WHAT YOUR WEEK LOOKS LIKE
A
DSP
's bid rate drops 40% overnight. You pull sample bid requests, find a field that changed format in the last release, and coordinate the fix with Engineering.
An
MMP
reports 18% fewer purchase events than we do. You trace it to event-value mapping and a deduplication rule, then agree the fix with both sides.
An
SSP
's sellers.json entry doesn't match our app-ads.txt, and buyers are filtering the inventory. You find the mismatch and get both files corrected.
A new advertiser wants to pay on day-7 retention. You work out which in-app events their
MMP
can send, map them, and test the postbacks end to end before the campaign goes live.
You notice three partners hitting the same integration problem, and you write it up for Product with a proposed fix.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
5–8 years in ad tech in a technical account management, solutions engineering, integration engineering, or partner support role.
Fluent in oRTB. You can read a bid request and response, explain what each object does, and spot what's wrong.
Hands-on experience setting up
MMP
integrations and debugging install and in-app event postbacks with at least one major
MMP
.
Working knowledge of the supply chain transparency stack: ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json, and SupplyChain object.
Strong with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and server logs. Comfortable writing SQL to answer your own questions.
Experience as the technical owner for strategic partners such as DSPs, SSPs, MMPs, ad networks, or large advertisers.
Clear communication with both engineers and non-technical partners, and calm under pressure when revenue is on the line.
Ownership: you take a problem through to resolution rather than logging it and handing it off.
Based in North America and able to work across North American time zones.
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience with Prebid: Prebid.js, Prebid Server, or Prebid Mobile.
Familiarity with the Ad Context Protocol (
AdCP
) or other agent-to-agent advertising standards.
A track record of using Claude or other AI tools to get more done: writing integration test scripts, analyzing logs, drafting partner docs, or automating repeat work. Come ready to show us a real example.
Experience in mobile gaming, app monetization, rewarded ads, or offerwalls.
Familiarity with privacy-safe measurement such as SKAdNetwork and Privacy Sandbox.
HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED
New partners go from signed to live on schedule, without integration surprises in production.
Discrepancies get explained and closed, not left open as a standing argument.
Partners come to you first and resolve issues with you rather than escalating around you.
Engineering receives well-scoped tickets and spends less time on back-and-forth.
We catch integration health problems before partners report them.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, unlimited Flexible Time Off, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. Together, we're not just building a business; we're cultivating a community that values creativity, collaboration, and the transformative power of play.

ClickHouse is the open-source, real-time analytical database behind a lot of today's AI. More than 4,000 companies build on ClickHouse, including Anthropic, OpenAI, Tesla and Meta.
As a Consulting Engineer, you're the hands-on engineer on our customers' most important projects. When a customer needs to migrate, integrate, or prove ClickHouse on a real workload, you work in the build alongside their engineers: you design it, build it, test it and hand it over.
You'll work on a broad mix of projects for customers across EMEA, from moving large workloads off other databases to building new real-time analytics on ClickHouse. Each one is scoped with clear goals from the start, so you know what success looks like and can get stuck in. It's a fast way to build deep experience across lots of different data problems.
The consulting function at ClickHouse is less than a year old, so you'll help shape how ClickHouse delivers this work as the team grows. Between projects you take cases alongside support engineers, which keeps you close to day-to-day support.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Turn customer goals into a scoped project with measurable success criteria, sizing and a timeline
- Design a target architecture and prove it against the customer's own data: schema and engine design, capacity and sizing, proofs of concept
- Do the build: implementation, pipelines and integrations, migration execution, tooling and automation
- Measure it before it matters, with benchmarking, load and functional testing, then support the cutover
- Tune what production reveals, then hand over with an engagement report and knowledge transfer, so the customer's team can run it without you
- Take L1 to L3 cases alongside support engineers when you're between projects
- Feed what you see in the field back to Product and Engineering, and turn your work into reference architectures, knowledge base articles and blog posts
- Work in a constant feedback loop with the Pre-sales team to ensure that the demos and POCs they present are credible when you put them into production
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years delivering hands-on technical work for customers, whether your title was consultant, professional services, solutions architect, senior support, SRE or something else
- Real depth in databases, whether analytical, transactional or relational
- Hands-on SQL. You regularly write complex queries from scratch, and tune and debug them yourself
- You've owned implementations, migrations or POCs for external customers from start to finish
- Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, GCP and/or Azure)
- You've deployed and run workloads on Kubernetes yourself
- You've run distributed systems, such as distributed databases, in production
- You give precise technical answers and explain them clearly
- Fluent English
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with ClickHouse
- Hands-on Splunk experience
- Migrating analytical workloads from systems such as PostgreSQL, Snowflake, BigQuery or Elastic
- Terraform
- Data pipelines and streaming, such as Kafka, Kinesis, Spark or Debezium
- Python, Bash or Go
- Involvement in open source, as a user, contributor or community member
GOOD TO KNOW
- This role is remote within EMEA, in a country where ClickHouse already hires
- Travel to customer sites is part of the job, up to 35% of your time, depending on the project: some need none, others weekly visits
- You'll join our EMEA Support Services team, where Support Engineers, Consulting Engineers and TAM Architects work as one team
- You'll be part of the on-call rotation, about one week a quarter, with time off in lieu if you're paged at a weekend
HOW WE HIRE
- A 30-minute call with our recruiter
- A conversation with the hiring manager
- A take-home exercise, designed to take three to four hours, with three working days to complete it
- A 90-minute technical interview with the team: you'll walk us through your take-home, then join a working session where you write and tune SQL live
- A final conversation with our VP of Support Services
- References, then an offer
The working session is without AI tools, so make sure you're comfortable writing queries from scratch. Download open-source ClickHouse and practise: it's free, easy to install, and great preparation.
