Location: Remote: United States; San Francisco HQ; Remote: Canada Workplace: Remote At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure. Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users. Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development. We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you. APPLYING TO RENDER We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team. We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed. Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time. About the Role Billing is mission-critical to Render’s success. Every service, database, and workload that runs on Render ends up on an invoice, and customers trust us to get that invoice right. As Senior Engineering Manager for the Billing team, you’ll lead the organization that makes sure customers are billed accurately, reliably, and transparently as Render scales. You’ll set the multi-quarter strategy and own the technical direction, people, and execution behind Render’s usage-based billing systems: how usage is captured, how it flows through our data pipelines and third-party billing platforms, and how it lands as a correct charge. You’ll be Engineering’s senior partner to Finance, Product, and Customer Experience leadership, turning pricing, reporting, and customer needs into a roadmap your team can ship. This role is for a seasoned technical leader who wants to build the organization, the leaders, and the systems that keep billing right as usage, pricing, and our customer base keep growing. What You’ll Do - Lead and grow the Billing engineering team, which owns how Render turns platform usage into accurate charges: usage capture, data pipelines, third-party billing platforms (Orb, Metronome, Stripe, or similar), and invoicing - Own the roadmap for Render’s billing systems, from usage metering through invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting - Drive billing correctness and reliability: build the monitoring, reconciliation, and testing that catch errors before customers do - Partner with Finance, Product, and Customer Experience to align the roadmap with pricing, reporting, and customer needs - Hire and develop engineers to support planned team growth, while keeping the team’s focus clear as billing scope expands - Make key architectural decisions, balancing long-term billing platform investment against near-term pricing launches and fixes - Build a strong performance management and career development practice for a team that includes senior ICs What We’re Looking For - Strong people leadership — the top priority for this role - Hands-on enough to review code, prototype, and contribute directly when it helps the team - Comfort operating in ambiguity, with adaptability and a growth mindset - Proven experience building and scaling teams, ideally growing a group from a handful of engineers into a larger org - Experience managing engineers; including senior and staff engineers; hiring, and performance management - Hands-on experience with usage-based billing, payments, or other revenue-critical systems, including third-party platforms like Orb, Metronome, or Stripe - Ability to partner closely with Finance, Product, and Customer Experience without needing to fill those functions yourself - Strong business instincts, with the ability to connect engineering investment to billing accuracy, revenue, and customer trust - Background from either a startup or a larger company is fine. What matters is experience and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment Nice-to-Haves - Experience leading a billing platform migration or a pricing model change. - Familiarity with financial reconciliation and reporting processes. - Background in distributed systems or event-driven architectures. - Experience building for developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, or DevTools. If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need. BENEFITS - 4 weeks of paid vacation. - 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return. - Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans. - 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well. - Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc. - Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy. - Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders. - Continuous learning benefits & related support. This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization. Render is an equal-opportunity employer. Our official partners include the National Football Team of Ukraine, FC Barcelona, Lifecell, FACEIT and VISA. The future of Web3 starts with you: join us as a DevOps Engineer with Big Data Skills! Requirements We're looking for a DevOps engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience, at least 2 of them spent building and running data or analytics infrastructure. You've designed systems that move, store, and serve data at scale. Warehouse maintenance is part of your daily routine, and writing Python, Bash, or SQL scripts is second nature. You treat data security as a core responsibility: you protect confidentiality, enforce zero-trust, least-privilege access, and automate everything you touch. Solid IaC skills are a must. IaC & CI/CD: Production experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm, plus CI/CD systems (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD). We expect you to design pipelines, not just use them. Containerization: Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including running data workloads on it (like Spark on Kubernetes, stateful services, operators). Cloud: Solid experience with AWS (S3, EC2, EMR, Redshift, Glue, IAM) or an equivalent cloud provider. Linux & Networking: Solid Linux administration skills and foundational networking knowledge relevant to distributed systems. Analytical Databases: Hands-on operation of ClickHouse and/or the Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, YARN), including cluster setup, tuning, and scaling. Data Warehouses: Practical experience with Snowflake or Redshift, covering warehouse sizing, workload management, performance tuning, and cost control. Large Databases: Experience administering databases at terabyte scale: replication, backup and restore strategies, partitioning, and migrations with minimal downtime. SQL & Scripting: Strong SQL skills, including reading execution plans and optimizing heavy queries. Confident in Python and Bash for automation, data parsing, and investigation. Data Lakes & Object Storage: Working knowledge of S3-compatible storage, columnar formats, partitioning strategies, and data lifecycle management. Orchestration & Streaming: Familiarity with Airflow (or similar orchestrators) and Kafka, and how they fit into data pipelines. Extra Credit / Big Pluses Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Superset, or similar BI tools, including administration, performance tuning, and data source design. Hands-on experience with dbt and analytics engineering practices. Experience with open table formats (Apache Iceberg, Delta Lake, Hudi) and query engines like Trino/Presto or Athena. FinOps experience in data platforms: managing Snowflake credits, Redshift clusters, and storage costs at scale. Spark performance tuning and job optimization. Change data capture (CDC) with Debezium or similar tools. Data quality tooling (Great Expectations, Soda) integrated into CI/CD. Golang or Rust tooling experience. Knowledge of data governance and compliance (GDPR, data retention, PII handling). Understanding of business processes in the FinTech/Banking/Crypto sector. Responsibilities Infrastructure Ownership: Own the infrastructure behind our data and analytics platform, from provisioning to daily operations. Keep it reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient as data volumes grow. Infrastructure as Code: Provision and configure all data infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm. CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain delivery pipelines for both infrastructure and data code (ETL jobs, Airflow DAGs, dbt models, schema migrations), with automated testing, safe rollouts, and fast rollback. Database & Warehouse Operations: Maintain ClickHouse, Snowflake, Redshift, and вPostgreSQL at multi-terabyte scale, handling replication, backups, upgrades, capacity planning, and disaster recovery. Data Lake Storage: Manage S3-compatible data lake storage, including partitioning, file formats, and lifecycle policies. Automation & Script Optimization: Refactor and automate Python, Bash, and SQL scripts to cut runtimes and eliminate manual work. Performance & Cost: Right-size clusters and warehouses, tune heavy queries, and keep compute and storage spend under control. Monitoring & Alerting: Cover data infrastructure with metrics, logs, and alerts for cluster health, pipeline SLAs, and job failures. Security & Access Control: Enforce least-privilege access, secrets management, encryption, and auditability for sensitive data. BI Infrastructure: Support the infrastructure behind Tableau or similar BI tools. Big Data Platforms: Deploy, tune, and troubleshoot Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka clusters in production. Collaboration: Work with data engineers, analysts, and developers to turn their workloads into solid infrastructure decisions. Security & Access Control: Implement role-based access, secrets management, encryption at rest and in transit, and auditability for sensitive datasets in line with regulatory requirements. Working terms Immerse yourself in Crypto & Web3: Master cutting-edge technologies and become an expert in the most innovative industry. Work with the Fintech of the Future: Develop your skills in digital finance and shape the global market. Take Your Professionalism to the Next Level: Gain unique experience and be part of global transformations. Drive Innovations: Influence the industry and contribute to groundbreaking solutions. Location: United States Remote Workplace: Remote ABOUT THE TEAM At Mural, we're changing how teams collaborate, think, and make decisions together. Growth Marketing sits inside Product and owns how people discover Mural and decide to start. Paid is a core acquisition engine for the business, working across both our self-serve and sales-assisted motions. You will own it end to end and work closely with partners across Product, Marketing, and Sales to turn demand into teams that rely on Mural. YOUR MISSION You will own Mural's paid marketing end to end: the channels, the budget, and the results. Paid plays a role across the full funnel and supports the different ways Mural grows, from building early awareness to reaching people when they are ready to act. You will bring these efforts together into one connected program, lean on experimentation and measurement to learn what works, and help turn marketing investment into durable growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own strategy, budget, execution, and reporting for paid across search, paid social, and video and display, running it as one connected program across the full funnel. - You will own Mural’s paid marketing end to end, with a focus on generating efficient growth across self-serve acquisition and sales-assisted demand. Success will be measured by the quality and volume of activated users, qualified pipeline, and revenue generated from paid investment. - Build and run a continuous experimentation program across audiences, creative, landing pages, and offers. - Lead agency and vendor partners to execute and scale the program. - Partner with our Data team on attribution and measurement to connect paid spend to real outcomes. - Partner across Marketing and Web on messaging and the post-click experience. - Set performance targets and expand the program into new regions and languages, including EMEA and APAC. - Support account-based and demand generation programs in close partnership with the Sales and RevOps teams. - Use AI in your daily workflow to move faster across keyword, creative, analysis, and reporting work, with a point of view on where AI is changing paid marketing. WHAT YOU'LL BRING - 5+ years of hands-on B2B digital and performance marketing, owning paid search, paid social, and video or display with real budget responsibility. - A full funnel operator comfortable across both self-serve growth and sales-assisted demand. You have owned awareness and demand creation, not only bottom funnel capture, and can show how top of funnel and account-based work pay off downstream. - You design and read clean tests across audiences, creative, and landing pages, and you know what to do with an inconclusive result. - Comfort living in the performance data, with hands-on fluency in SQL, product analytics, and BI tools. - A real point of view on measurement. You know where last-click falls short and have used holdouts, incrementally, or media mix testing to judge channels that do not attribute cleanly. - Experience running paid inside a self-serve or freemium model, with a feel for how acquisition connects to activation and retention. - A self-starter who is motivated and scrappy, thinks through problems, and brings innovative solutions in a high-growth environment. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.

Location: Remote; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA Workplace: Remote We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science. We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world. World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached. Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you. *Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers. ABOUT THE ROLE Preferable to have someone near an office in NYC or San Francisco, but open to hiring around the world for the right candidate. Runway Creative is an all-in-one platform giving creators and businesses endless ways to generate and edit video, images, and audio. Our customers range from individual creators on self-serve plans to studios and enterprise marketing teams, and they generate with both Runway's own models and leading third-party models, all on one platform. We're hiring a Pricing & Packaging Lead to own how Runway creates and captures value across all of it. You'll partner closely with our Self-Serve Product Lead to evolve our plans and credits, build the path from self-serve to enterprise, and set the pricing for every model we launch and every third-party model we serve. You'll build the pricing framework the rest of the company uses, and you'll be accountable for revenue growth, gross margin, and customer trust in equal measure. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own self-serve pricing & packaging: partner with the Self-Serve Product Lead on our plan ladder and credit design, including allowances, rollover, top-ups, annual vs. monthly, and regional pricing. Run a continuous program of pricing and packaging experiments with Growth and Data. - Build the path to enterprise: design the triggers, team and workspace constructs, seat and credit-pool models, and commit and consumption contracts that move customers from self-serve to enterprise. Equip Sales with pricing playbooks, discount bands, and deal guardrails. - Create a company-wide pricing framework: publish Runway's pricing principles, value metrics, and decision process so any product team can price new features and products with confidence. Run a regular pricing council with Product, Finance, Research, and GTM. - Price our models: set launch pricing for every Runway model release, working with Research and Infrastructure on cost-to-serve. Define how model pricing evolves from launch through deprecation as inference costs change. - Own third-party model economics: set credit pricing and target margins for the partner models we serve, monitor competitive pricing, and work with Partnerships on vendor terms. Make per-model margin visible to the whole company. - Keep pricing changes trustworthy: own how we communicate every pricing change, from advance notice and in-product usage visibility to spend controls and customer FAQs. Changes should land as clearly as they were designed. - Build the team: hire and lead a small pricing team over time, and partner closely with billing engineering to turn decisions into systems. WHAT YOU’LL NEED - 10+ years across pricing, monetization, strategy, or strategic finance, with 5+ years directly owning pricing and packaging decisions. A track record of moving revenue, conversion, and margin, not just producing recommendations. - Deep experience with usage, credit, or consumption-based pricing. You can build a cost-to-serve and margin model from compute and inference inputs, and you understand how hybrid seat + usage models behave in the wild. - Experience across self-serve and sales-led motions. You've shipped pricing changes for PLG subscription products and designed the contracts and guardrails that support enterprise expansion. - Rigorous and experimental. You're fluent in pricing experiments, willingness-to-pay research, and cohort analysis, and comfortable in SQL and financial models. - You thrive in an environment with rapid pace and a high accountability culture. You make decisions with incomplete information and know when a pricing call needs more data and when it needs to ship. - Excellent written and verbal communication. You can drive a decision across Product, Finance, Research, and Sales, and explain a pricing change to customers in a way that builds trust. - Bonus: pricing experience at an AI lab, AI-native product, API or developer platform, or creative tools company; experience pricing third-party or marketplace offerings. Location: New York, NY (HQ); San Francisco, CA Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About The Role The next chapter of Ramp's growth runs straight through the customers we already have: 80,000+ finance teams who adopted us for one thing and haven't yet seen what the rest of the platform can do for them. Account Management owns that opportunity - and this role owns the team building the motion to capture it. You'll lead a group of 5-8 Account Managers, each carrying a book of ~3,000 emerging and SMB customers with real latitude over how they grow it. This is a build role, not a maintain role: the playbooks, coaching systems, and performance bar you set are the ones this team runs on next year. Your ceiling is set by how well you turn individual AM judgment into a repeatable, scalable motion that grows the segment. What You’ll Do - Build and run a high-performing team of 5-8 Account Managers - setting the bar for culture, morale, and daily execution. - Understand where to prioritize your teams time. Engage directly with AMs to identify and break into top accounts, especially where trust is being built or repaired. - Own the number. Manage quota performance and pipeline generation across your team to hit spend activation, product activation, retention, and expansion goals. Forecast your business to senior leadership on a weekly cadence. - Hire and develop the next generation of AMs - training on product, buyer personas, competition, and tooling through role-plays, game film, and real deal work. - Coach relentlessly. Run daily 1:1s, dissect call feedback, lead enablement sessions, and build career paths for every rep on your team. - Turn what works into a system. Continuously refine team processes and tooling to improve output and efficiency as the segment scales. - Represent Account Management cross-functionally, partnering with Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product to remove blockers and drive outcomes. What You’ll Need - Minimum 2+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory) - Minimum 1+ years building and leading account management or sales teams, with a track record of exceeding goal (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory) - Prior success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or AI companies - A genuine passion for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and development - Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value to customers, including executive leaders - Proficiency with data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and a bias toward using data to drive decisions - Strong collaboration and influencing skills, backed by excellent communication and presentation ability - High agency and adaptability - no two days are the same, and the only constant is change - A desire and willingness to jump headfirst into complex, challenging problems for the good of the business. BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL) - Flexible PTO - Centralized home-office equipment ordering - Health and wellness stipend - Budget for intra-office travel - Weekly coffee stipend UNITED STATES - 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents - One Medical annual membership - 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp - Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay - Pet insurance - In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more - Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed) CANADA - Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life - Life, AD&D, and disability coverage - Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime) - Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay - Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health UNITED KINGDOM - Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite - Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi - Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay REFERRAL INSTRUCTIONS If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf.
