Kaizen Asset Management Services · Dubai, covering the UAE · Full-time · Mid level
Kaizen is seeking a commercially driven, Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager to grow its asset management portfolio across the UAE. This is a newly created role with a mandate to win new asset management mandates from landlords, family offices, private capital, institutional owners and developers with rental stock, and to generate pipeline for Kaizen’s owners association, unit management and capital markets teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Business development and pipeline
Identify and target whole-building residential and mixed-use assets across the UAE, focusing on landlords managing their own buildings or using smaller local operators, family office portfolios, institutional owners and developers’ retained stock.
Build and manage a structured pipeline in the CRM, converting relationships into signed asset management mandates.
Make the case for outsourced asset management: NOI and value growth, compliance, reporting and governance.
Attend building handovers, developer launches and industry events to secure opportunities ahead of the market.
Asset reviews, proposals and contracts
Sell the paid asset review, Kaizen’s entry point for new clients, delivered by the Director of Asset Management.
Develop tailored proposals, presentations and fee structures with the Director, Finance and operations, and take every deal through Kaizen’s deal desk.
Negotiate contracts and hand each client cleanly to the asset management team, with a full handover pack and a warm introduction.
Cross-service referrals
Introduce owners association, handover, unit management and capital markets opportunities to the relevant Kaizen teams.
Market intelligence and client relationships
Track new supply, competitor activity, ownership changes and rental trends across the UAE, and report pipeline and market intelligence to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships, and act as a cultural and linguistic bridge to the Arabic-speaking landlord and family office community.
Requirements
At least 5 years in UAE real estate, including at least 3 in business development for property or asset management, leasing or investment.
An established network of landlords, family offices and developers across the UAE.
A solid grasp of property and asset management economics: rent roll, NOI, yields and service charges, and the regulatory differences between emirates.
Proven ability to manage long sales cycles: block mandates typically take three to six months from first meeting to signature, family offices longer.
Fluent Arabic and English.
Strong negotiation, presentation and proposal skills; CRM discipline (Pipedrive; Yardi or Goyzer an advantage); Microsoft Office.
Valid UAE driving licence.
Benefits
Competitive base salary plus commission on mandates when they go live.

The Role
Intellect delivers a clinically governed mental health programme to enterprise clients in the mining and resources sector, supporting remote and fly-in fly-out workforces across Australia, with international expansion in progress. This is not a standard EAP. Cases begin with acute risk assessment on remote sites and run through structured treatment, fitness-for-work assessment and return-to-work clearance, in direct coordination with the client's chaplaincy, medical and people teams.
The Care Account Manager is the clinical coordinator and case manager for high-risk employee cases, and the single owner of the journey from initial risk assessment through to reintegration and case closure. They hold clinical oversight of risk across the caseload, shape treatment planning with treating providers, co-develop the clinical protocols and SOPs the client operates to, and turn case activity into clinical insight the client can act on. The role is consultative, and includes delivery of counselling and psychotherapy where required. It is distinct from commercial account management, which is held separately.
Flexible hours with availability for urgent escalations during client business hours.
Responsibilities
End-to-end case management and coordination
Manage the full lifecycle of high-risk cases, from handover after the initial risk assessment through escalation, support, fitness-for-work assessment and case closure.
Monitor incoming care requests, ensure appropriate response, and assign cases to approved clinicians with the right competency and registration.
Ensure therapy sessions are scheduled, completed and documented within agreed SLAs, and coordinate with care navigators on booking.
Review the open case list for stalled items and follow up with clinicians, network partners and client contacts to keep cases moving.
Act as the third line of escalation for the helpline, after ranger and supervisor, for case clarifications and complex issues.
Treatment planning and clinical support plan orchestration
Liaise with client contacts and on-site teams for situational updates, and align an initial support plan with the treating clinician, including session volume and cadence.
Work with treating providers on case formulation and treatment goals, oversee implementation of the support plan, and track employee progress.
Manage support plan adjustments, including requesting and aligning additional sessions with the client where clinically indicated.
Support provider re-matching where the therapeutic fit is not working.
Apply cultural and contextual formulation, including for First Nations employees and isolated site-based workers.
Clinical risk oversight and governance
Review and sign off risk assessments, confirm risk tiering against the client's framework, and set review cadence and monitoring requirements.
Make the clinical decisions the pathway requires: disputed risk ratings, medical evaluation pathways where an employee declines therapy, and session credit decisions.
Ensure clinical documentation and risk assessments are completed and categorised to the client's framework and to internal SOPs.
Co-develop and maintain the clinical protocols, risk frameworks and SOPs the client's on-site teams operate to, and keep them current as the programme expands.
Hold clinical standards where operational or commercial pressure runs the other way.
Fitness-for-work and reintegration
Initiate and coordinate fitness-for-work assessments on completion of clinical support, liaising with doctors and clinical psychologists.
Communicate assessment outcomes to the client's chaplaincy and people teams and align on next steps.
Develop the reintegration plan in collaboration with client contacts, and maintain regular check-ins through reintegration, monitoring progress and flagging deterioration.
Stakeholder relationships, clinical insights and reporting
Act as the named clinical contact for the client's chaplaincy, medical and health and safety leads on individual cases, responding within the programme's operating window to queries that are frequently unscheduled and time-critical.
Produce the case tracker and monthly clinical reporting, moving beyond utilisation to presenting issues, risk patterns, outcomes and service-level themes.
Present clinical insight at client review meetings and translate it into recommendations the client's health and safety and people teams can act on.
Design and deliver clinical training and framework guidance to client-side staff who are not clinicians, and support training of internal clinicians and rangers on client-specific protocols.
Work closely with helpline operations, care excellence, clinicians and network partnerships, and feed service quality issues back to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Registered clinical psychologist or qualified counsellor, with current registration in your jurisdiction.
Master's degree in clinical psychology, counselling or a related field.
Three to five years in clinical case management, ideally within EAP, corporate wellbeing or a high-acuity mental health setting.
Proven experience managing complex, high-risk cases from assessment to closure, in a setting where you held the decision rather than advised on it.
Experience of structured return-to-work, fitness-for-work or occupational mental health pathways.
Experience contributing to clinical protocols, risk frameworks or SOPs, and working within strict guidelines.
Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders in a corporate or large-organisation client-facing role.
Based in Australia with the right to work. Perth or another AWST location strongly preferred; other states considered only where 07:00 to 19:00 AWST can be reliably worked.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey clinical concepts clearly to non-clinical stakeholders, and written English that stands up in client-facing clinical documentation.
Desirable
AHPRA registration.
Understanding of fly-in fly-out and mining culture, and the pressures of remote, high-risk work environments.
Familiarity with Australian psychosocial risk and work health and safety obligations.
Experience of multi-stakeholder coordination across internal clinicians, external partners, HR and client contacts.

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
Solvd Cloud, Infra, Data & Security is growing fast, and our architecture leadership needs to keep up. We need someone who can take an unclear problem, define it, design the answer, and make sure it ships. You'll set technical direction across cloud, infrastructure, and data. You'll shape engagements and roadmaps before they're committed. And you'll stay close enough to delivery that what we design is what gets built. We operate AI-first: you'll use AI as a daily tool to move faster and multiply what you and the teams around you can deliver.
There will be ambiguity. That's the job. The plans don't exist yet, and you'll help write them.
WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW:
- You'll help define the business, not inherit it. The Cloud BU is rapidly scaling. The patterns, standards, and team habits you set now become how we operate.
- The scope is broad on purpose. It covers cloud foundations, Kubernetes platforms, data, and AI workloads, so you won't be boxed into one layer.
- Decisions move quickly. You'll work directly with BU leadership, and decisions take days, not quarters.
- The problems are current. The work is getting AI workloads into production safely, building data platforms that are governed, and keeping cloud spend under control.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
- Architecture direction. You'll define reference architectures, landing zones, and standards across AWS and Azure, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code. You'll decide what we standardize and what we leave flexible.
- Data and AI platforms. You'll design lakehouse and warehouse, streaming, and governance patterns. You'll also design the platform layer that moves GenAI and agentic workloads from prototype to production, covering access control, evaluation, observability, and cost guardrails.
- Solution shaping. You'll lead technical discovery, size and de-risk the work, and write the solution designs and technical scope that teams commit to.
- AI-accelerated delivery. You'll use AI tools across the architecture lifecycle: discovery synthesis, design drafts, IaC and code generation, review, documentation, and estimation. You'll turn what works into repeatable patterns and prompts the team adopts. You'll also set the guardrails for how AI is used with client and production data.
- Security and compliance by design. You'll own IAM, network segmentation, secrets management, and logging. Your designs need to hold up to SOC 2, ISO 27001, and regulated-industry scrutiny without slowing delivery down.
- Cost and operability. Every design ships with a run cost, reliability targets, an observability plan, and a rollback path.
- Raising the bar. You'll run design reviews, mentor architects and senior engineers, and turn repeat solutions into reusable accelerators.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Have 12+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or data engineering, including several years as the accountable architect for production systems at scale.
Have deep hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, production Kubernetes, and Terraform (or an equivalent IaC tool). You can still review a pull request credibly.
- Have designed and shipped modern data platforms, such as [Databricks / Snowflake / Fabric / Redshift], including governance and data quality, not just pipelines.
- Think security-first. IAM design, zero-trust networking, encryption, and audit readiness are defaults for you, not afterthoughts.
- Use AI as a force multiplier, not a novelty. You can show concrete examples of AI shortening your delivery timelines or expanding your output. You also know where it fails, and you verify what it produces before anything reaches production.
- Can explain a tradeoff to a CFO in the morning and debug it with an engineer in the afternoon.
- Act under ambiguity. You write the first draft of the plan instead of waiting to be handed one, then adjust it as you learn.
NICE TO HAVE

ABOUT US
Launched in 2019, Constructor is an AI-first e-commerce search and discovery platform that helps shoppers find the right products at the right time and enables leading global e-commerce brands to drive meaningful revenue and conversion gains.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The SABR team owns the top layer of request processing for product discovery. We own the service that first receives product discovery requests (autocomplete, search, browse & recommendations) & executes the entire business logic that drives product discovery. That service also functions as a gateway to parse incoming user requests, orchestrate calls across the internal services that do the ranking and retrieval, interpret their responses, and assemble the final response the customer sees. We also own the public configuration APIs customers use to control how discovery behaves, and the MCP layer that exposes all of it to AI agents.
Our team owns both platform & product components: Because of the positioning of our services, we take part in every architectural decision of our core product offering. At the same time, our goals are heavily influenced by direct customer feedback, because all product discovery-related features are either implemented in or integrated with our services.
All of our services are public APIs, so interface design and backward compatibility are a constant part of the job. But most of our attention goes to keeping them fast and up: we serve up to 15k RPS, fan out to many internal services on every request, and are expected to stay available and degrade gracefully when any of them fails or slows down.
The work is distributed systems in practice rather than in theory: request orchestration, failure isolation, caching, latency budgets, capacity planning, and the observability to know what is actually happening in production. The team is small enough that engineers own problems end to end, from design through on-call.
ABOUT YOU
You're a staff-level engineer who wants to own systems, not tickets. You've built high-traffic, low-latency Python services and carried the pager for them. You think in trade-offs: latency versus cost, flexibility versus a public API that customers can't afford to see break, the fix that ships this week versus the architecture that has to last two years. You can lead work that spans several engineers and several quarters, you enjoy mentoring others, and you're fine when a problem shows up half-defined. You don't mind being the one who reads the spec for some unfamiliar protocol, works out how it fits, and designs an integration that holds up at scale. You change your mind when someone has a better argument, you make the people around you better, and you still care about your code long after it merges.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the technical direction of one or more of our services - architecture, performance, and reliability.
- Lead design of new systems and public APIs, and the evolution of existing ones as traffic and feature scope grow.
- Raise the engineering bar through design and code review, and mentor mid and senior engineers into owning bigger scopes.
- Partner with product, other engineering teams, and solutions/support to shape what we build and to represent search constraints and trade-offs honestly.
- Take part in on-call for the systems you own, and lead incident response and follow-through when things break.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
TECHNICAL
- Substantial experience building and operating high-traffic, low-latency backend services in production.
- Extensive Python knowledge (our primary language).
- Experience with observability and performance work in live systems.
- Experience designing and evolving public APIs that external customers depend on.
- Experience designing & implementing scalable service-oriented architectures.
BEYOND THE CODE
- Track record of leading projects that span multiple engineers and quarters.
- Influence without authority, and willingness to change your position when someone has a better argument.
- Clear written communication - design docs, RFCs, postmortems.
- Good judgment about trade-offs and scope.
- Comfort with ambiguity and loosely defined problems.
- Ownership that extends past merge, to how the system behaves in production.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with AWS
- Background in search, ranking, information retrieval, or e-commerce product discovery.
- Exposure to AI/LLM-facing infrastructure (MCP, agent tooling, or similar).

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we're delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we're building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It's an exciting time to join us: we're creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for a senior software engineer to join our Orchestration team, which owns the control plane layer of the dbt platform — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing.
You'll own the design and delivery of features end to end, working across high-throughput APIs and data models to make them faster, more reliable, and more capable. You'll write and review designs, raise the quality bar in code review, use the latest AI tools, and collaborate closely with product and QE to deliver work that scales.
Technologies You'll Use
Python, Rust, GraphQL, Postgres, Snowflake, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP, Datadog
What You'll Do
Design and implement features and performance improvements across the Orchestration team's services — the scheduler, execution harness, and results processing
Develop, maintain, and test high-quality, maintainable code, and optimize critical paths for performance
Write technical designs for feature-level work, actively seek feedback, and clearly explain the trade-offs of your decisions
Participate in and review technical designs and pull requests, providing constructive feedback to the team
Improve test coverage with comprehensive unit tests and refactor code to drive down tech debt
Troubleshoot and debug production issues, and follow up on incidents with post-mortems and mitigation plans
Break features into tasks, structure and execute your own project plans, and contribute to sprint and feature planning
Collaborate with product managers, QE, customer support, and peers to deliver the best product with high quality, performance, and scalability
Participate periodically in the on-call rotation, and be mindful of security throughout your work
Use AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in the software industry with a passion for solving complex software engineering problems, including designing and building backend services and reusable components from the ground up
Experience working with distributed systems and cloud computing concepts
Demonstrated ability to write well-structured, performant, and well-tested code
Ability to independently lead feature-level software and design work that satisfies project requirements, and to clearly explain design trade-offs
Can identify design flaws in existing systems and propose improvements
Experience with code reviews, design, troubleshooting, and testing
Proficiency in a modern backend or systems language such as Python, Java, C++, or C#
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with continuous integration tooling such as BuildKite, and familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or Grafana is a plus
Fluent in using AI code assistants and coding agents to generate and investigate code, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to research, author, review, and synthesize SDLC artifacts
Bonus Skills
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based data platforms
Experience building or working with metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem

As a Procurement & Sourcing Manager at OnePay, you will negotiate directly with vendors and manage the commercial outcome on technology spend, including cloud, AI/LLM, data, security, and SaaS vendors. This role is a catalyst for OnePay’s rapid growth and mission to help people save and grow their money. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders in a highly cross-functional role, and drive to execute key new vendor and renewal engagements. AI is central to how we work: you will use it daily to benchmark pricing, compare proposals, review contract terms, and prepare for negotiations. You will:
- Lead negotiations end to end on new vendors and renewals, from benchmarking and walk-away positions through final terms
- Structure deals beyond price: renewal uplift caps, usage and true-up mechanics, ramp schedules, termination rights, and auto-renewal protections
- Run competitive sourcing and building the business case for vendor selection and consolidation
- Build and share repeatable AI-assisted sourcing workflows, such as proposal comparison, price benchmarking, contract redlining, and negotiation prep, so the whole team works faster and with better data
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, and InfoSec teams to evaluate new vendors and structure the commercial terms
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors on all contractual matters and act as the escalation point for all employees when communicating with vendor sales reps
- Drive the timely review and approval of procurement requests, making sure there is alignment across all key stakeholders, including company C-suite
YOU BRING
- 3+ years of strategic sourcing or direct vendor negotiation experience, ideally in a high-growth tech or fintech company
- A self starter; You don’t just identify problems, you come with solutions. You don’t wait for instructions, and you feel comfortable leading an initiative end-to-end.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with senior management, enabling to creatively meet requirements from our partners without blocking innovation and creativity
- Strong negotiation skills. You have a track record of negotiating six- and seven-figure software, SaaS, or cloud agreements and of securing terms beyond price.
- Understanding of commercial contract terms (MSAs, order forms, DPAs, SOWs, licensing models) and comfort marking them up with Legal
- Hands-on AI fluency: you already use AI tools (such as LLM assistants and agents)
- Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
