As we scale, we're investing in world-class enablement to ensure customers, partners, and admins can fully harness the platform.
Role Overview
We're hiring a Technical Enablement & Documentation Lead to own the end-to-end knowledge experience for Flosum — from product documentation across DevOps, Data Backup, Security, and Compliance, to the launch of our official Flosum Certification Program. Key Responsibilities
Own, maintain, and continuously improve Flosum's product documentation across Salesforce DevOps, Data Backup & Recovery, Security, and Compliance modules.
Build and launch the Flosum Certification Program, including learning paths, exam blueprints, hands-on labs, and badge tiers (Admin, Developer, Architect).
Analyze inbound signals — support cases, demo requests, and prospect inquiries — to identify documentation gaps and proactively update content.
Partner with Support to convert recurring tickets into self-service knowledge base articles, reducing case volume.
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to document new releases, features, and APIs in lockstep with the release calendar.
Work with Sales Engineering to ensure demo-driven questions are reflected in public-facing guides and FAQs.
Establish documentation standards, style guides, and review workflows to keep content accurate, versioned, and on-brand.
Track content performance (views, search queries, deflection rates, certification pass rates) and report on enablement KPIs.
Requirements
5+ years in technical writing, developer enablement, or technical training — ideally in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce DevOps concepts (version control, CI/CD, sandbox management, deployments) and data backup/recovery principles.
Proven track record building or contributing to a certification or learning program (Trailhead-style modules, exam design, or LMS authoring).
Strong analytical mindset — comfortable mining Zendesk/Salesforce Service Cloud cases and CRM data to prioritize content roadmaps.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to translate complex technical workflows into clear, actionable guidance.
Experience with documentation platforms (Document360, Zendesk Guide, Readme, GitBook, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification.
Prior experience at a Salesforce ISV or DevOps tooling company (Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, OwnBackup, etc.).

About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Michael, Head of Data & Analytics at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for a Senior Data Scientist to help our teams make better decisions using customer and product data.
You'll partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience to evaluate product changes, design and analyze experiments, identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, and influence roadmap and business priorities. This is a hands-on role focused on analyzing behavior, building models, and turning data into clear, actionable direction.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working closely with stakeholders, and applying data science pragmatically to support product and business decisions. We're looking for someone with an ownership mindset and a bias for action who balances technical rigor with practical decision-making.
What we value
Ownership:
You take initiative and drive analytical work from concept to implementation. You don't wait for perfect requirements — you help define the problem and move the work forward.
Curiosity:
You naturally question assumptions and dig deeper into the "why" behind user behavior. You enjoy uncovering patterns in complex data and have the persistence to work through ambiguity and messy datasets.
Analytical Rigor:
You bring a thoughtful, structured approach to analytics and decision-making. You know how to define meaningful measures of success, evaluate changes with rigor, and distinguish signal from noise in complex behavioral data so teams can act with confidence.
Communication:
You can translate complex analytical concepts into clear recommendations for Product Managers, executives, and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration:
You work as a true cross-functional partner, balancing analytical rigor with practical business needs. You build trust by making data approachable, actionable, and reliable.
What you'll do
Analyze behavioral patterns across the customer lifecycle to identify trends, usage archetypes, and opportunities to improve adoption, engagement, and retention.
Design experiments and measurement approaches to evaluate the impact of product and marketing changes - and help teams make decisions based on evidence rather than intuition.
Build models and datasets that improve how teams segment customers, forecast outcomes, and identify trends.
Apply machine learning and AI techniques where they solve practical problems, for both internal decision-making and customer-facing scenarios.
Partner with Data Engineering to improve the quality, reliability, and accessibility of core data and metrics.
Communicate findings clearly and directly so teams can make informed decisions without needing a statistics background.
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in a Data Science role within B2B SaaS or a similar product- or growth-focused environment.
Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and behavioral analytics - with the ability to apply them pragmatically to real product and business problems.
Proficiency in SQL and Python for large-scale analysis, modeling, and exploration.
Experience with modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar); familiarity with dbt is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder skills - you can explain complex analysis clearly to PMs, marketers, executives, and non-technical partners.
An ownership mindset - you help define the problem and move work forward; you don't wait for perfect requirements.
Why This Role
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact problems across the business while helping shape how data science and analytics evolve within the organization. You'll have the autonomy to explore meaningful questions, influence strategy, and help build a stronger data-informed culture.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $140,000-$160,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we’re committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including
100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family
. We also offer
16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO
, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.

Our Process
No gotchas, no trick questions - just a clear, human process designed to help both of us make an informed decision.
30-minute call with Recruiter
45-minute call with Hiring Manager
45-minute 1:1 Technical Interview
Take-Home Assignment + 45-minute review call

Our mission is to bring the world’s finest handcrafted cigars to enthusiasts with precision, integrity, and a deep respect for tradition.
Operating from hubs in Madrid, Marbella, Gran Canaria, Panama, and Costa Rica; we are driven by quality, heritage, and customer satisfaction in every market we serve.
We are growing our B2B sales operation in Panama and are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Supervisor to lead the team, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales machine. This is a hands-on leadership role combining team management with direct client and distributor development.
You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline management to closing, onboarding, and account development — while also recruiting, training, and coaching B2B sales agents.
What You'll Do
• Supervise and manage the daily activities of the B2B sales team in Panama; monitor performance and ensure sales targets are achieved
• Identify, approach, and onboard new business clients and distributors across Panama and international markets
• Own the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing, onboarding, and account development
• Recruit, onboard, and train new B2B sales agents and account executives
• Set, track, and report KPIs, pipeline health, and agent performance — weekly and monthly — to senior management
• Maintain CRM hygiene, outreach cadences, and structured sales reporting
• Enforce discipline, reporting structure, and workflow organisation within the B2B team
• Support senior leadership in developing B2B sales strategies and market expansion plans
Requirements
What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing and growing a B2B sales team
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• At least 2 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience
• Hands-on experience with KPI management, CRM tools, and pipeline reporting
• Track record of training and coaching B2B sales agents or account executives
• International market experience (USA)
Nice to have:
• Experience managing distributor or wholesale networks
• US market B2B sales background
• Experience selling physical products, premium goods, or luxury / tobacco products
• Experience building sales processes and teams from the ground up
• Experience working directly with founders or executive leadership
This role is likely not a right fit for you if you if you've only sold to individual consumers, managed yourself rather than a team, or prefer a structured corporate environment over building something from scratch.
Benefits
What we offer:
Direct collaboration with the COO and CEO
Real ownership of building and scaling a B2B sales team
Ability to shape and influence the future direction of the function
A fast-growing international company with markets in the US, EU, and Latin America

We are looking for a performance-oriented
Marketing Manager
who combines analytical thinking with strong execution skills.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, optimizing funnels, launching campaigns, and working closely with sales teams to drive real business growth.
This is not a purely branding-focused position. It is about
lead generation, funnel performance, analytics, conversion optimization,
and
execution
.
Responsibilities
Build and optimize marketing funnels and lead generation processes
Generate high-quality MQLs for sales and regional teams
Improve conversion rates across funnel stages
Create and maintain sales & marketing materials: pitch decks, landing pages, presentations and promo kits
Launch regional marketing initiatives and campaigns
Track campaign performance and prepare analytics reports
Maintain accurate CRM and funnel data
Requirements
2+ years of experience in performance, growth, or demand generation marketing
Hands-on experience with funnels, lead generation, and analytics
