BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Payward Services is an enterprise infrastructure platform that enables companies to seamlessly integrate trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services through a single unified system. It provides coordinated liquidity, custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities, reducing operational complexity for fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers.
Payward's Payments & Blockchain team owns the first and last mile of every dollar that moves in or out of its products. That means dozens of banking partners, PSPs and local rails powering deposits and withdrawals for millions of users.
The team is looking for a product manager to shape the future of this platform, from the architecture underneath to the API layer internal clients build on. At the center is Payward's in-house PSP: a scalable, multi-tenant payments backend with hosted pages, SDKs, embedded components and direct APIs, so any Payward business can plug in and reach pay-in and payout rails worldwide.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the Payward payments platform, covering both the shared backend and the integration surfaces internal clients build on (hosted pages, SDKs, embedded components and direct APIs)
- Map requirements across internal clients and use them to evolve the platform's vision and capabilities so it serves a growing range of use cases
- Partner with engineering to turn the target vision into a sequenced, high-impact roadmap, with milestones every client team can plan against
- Prioritize across competing client needs, make the trade-offs visible, and say no with a clear rationale
- Shape the client experience end to end, from first conversation to go-live, so teams can adopt the platform without heavy hand-holding
- Work with the banking and partnerships teams so each new PSP or bank integration is built once on the platform and reaches every Payward business
- Bring compliance, risk and legal requirements across Payward's entities and jurisdictions into the roadmap early, before they become launch blockers
- Set and track platform success metrics, such as time to launch a rail for an existing client, time for a new client to go live, share of rails available through the platform, and payment success rates
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a platform, API or infrastructure role where your customers were other internal teams or developers
- Working knowledge of payments: pay-ins and payouts, PSPs and acquirers, bank rails (ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments, SWIFT and local methods), and how money flows between them
- Strong technical fluency. You can read an RFC, challenge an architecture decision, and write an API spec that engineers respect
- Experience shipping developer-facing products such as APIs, SDKs, or embeddable UI components
- Clear, structured writing. You turn complex system designs into docs that product, compliance and business stakeholders can all act on
- Skill at managing many stakeholders with different priorities, and building alignment without direct authority
- Comfort working with data to set goals and measure platform adoption and performance
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience at a PSP, payment orchestrator or payments infrastructure company, or building one in-house
- Background with multi-tenant SaaS or B2B2C platforms
- Familiarity with crypto, stablecoins or on/off-ramps
- Experience working across multiple regulated legal entities or licensing regimes

Azul == Java. As the only company focused 100% on Java, Azul is building the Java platform for the modern cloud enterprise. We are reimagining how customers use Java, bringing them the tools and insight they need to deliver faster, more performant, more dependable, and less expensive Java services. It requires experts in many areas — hardcore experts in Java VM internals, application developers with deep knowledge of Java, backend and frontend developers, performance engineers, etc. Come join one of the most influential members of the Java and OpenJDK community and help influence the future of Java.
About the Product
Azul Optimizer Hub (OptHub) is a set of services external to the JVM within Azul Platform Prime that run in your cloud or on-premises environment. It consists of two major functions:
Cloud Native Compiler separates the heavy lifting of compiling bytecode to optimized machine code from the actual running of Java applications.
ReadyNow Orchestrator ensures consistent responsiveness and performance even as instances are brought up and down, and during critical times like a retail rush, start of the gaming day, or market open.
Your Role
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Optimizer Hub team, you will design and build the server-side services that sit at the heart of our JVM performance platform. You will work closely with product managers, performance engineers, and JVM experts to deliver high-quality, scalable backend components.
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java services including protocols, APIs, data storage, and real-time optimization engines.
Build and evolve server-side OptHub components that communicate with the JVM at scale across cloud and on-premises environments.
Debug complex distributed systems issues with limited diagnostic data and under performance constraints.
Design and implement observability, profiling, and diagnostic tooling to support both internal development and customer-facing deployments.
Drive performance analysis and improvement: create benchmarks, interpret profiler output, and act on findings.
Participate in design discussions and code reviews, raising the bar for the whole team.
Key Requirements
5+ years of strong professional Java development experience, with a focus on backend and server-side systems.
Deep understanding of JVM internals: memory management, garbage collection, JIT compilation, and threading.
Experience building and operating distributed systems and microservices in production.
Proficiency with concurrency, low-latency design, and performance optimization techniques in Java.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
Ability to design clean APIs and protocols; comfort working close to the metal when needed.
Strong debugging skills — you can track down hard-to-reproduce production issues with limited data.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with JVM-adjacent technologies: JVM agents, JVMTI, bytecode manipulation (ASM, Javassist), or OpenJDK internals.
Background in performance engineering, profilers (async-profiler, JFR, YourKit), or runtime observability.
Experience with gRPC, Protocol Buffers,
WebSockets
or high-throughput messaging systems.
Experience with process metrics, system observability and CI/CD pipelines.
Prior work in a Java platform, middleware, or infrastructure product company.
We Offer
Referral Program — help us grow with great people.
Premium IT equipment — MacBook Pro or hardware of your choice.
5 weeks of holidays + 5 sick days.
Flexible working hours; full remote possible.
Prague city center offices.
Work alongside top experts worldwide contributing to the Java ecosystem.

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded CRM Data Analyst to own customer data insights, data quality monitoring, and CRM performance analysis across EMEA.
This role serves as the bridge between business and technical teams — ensuring that customer data is accurate, actionable, and trusted. You'll identify data inconsistencies, diagnose root causes, propose solutions, and transform complex data into insights that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

Salesforce Data Cloud (D360)
- Validate and monitor customer data quality, identity resolution, attributes, audiences, and profile unification.

- Analyze website and digital customer behavior using Adobe Analytics.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and customer experience.

- Present insights through clear and compelling visualizations tailored to different audiences.

- Partner closely with CRM, E-commerce, Product, Digital, Data Engineering, and Commercial teams.
- Translate complex technical findings into business-friendly recommendations.
- Facilitate discussions between business and technical stakeholders to align on priorities and solutions.
- Influence decision-making through data-driven storytelling and clear communication.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (D360) — customer data models, identity resolution, segmentation, and audience creation.
- Proven experience troubleshooting and investigating data quality issues at scale.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau — dashboard creation and data visualization best practices.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale customer datasets.
- Experience working with data warehouses such as Snowflake.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills — able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable challenging assumptions, raising data quality concerns, and influencing business decisions through data-backed recommendations.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to replace a manual, per-customer release process with real CI/CD, and to build the infrastructure and observability layer underneath a platform migration moving from a single-tenant-built, multi-tenant-operated model to a genuinely self-serve one.
This role is the reason the other roles on this engagement can move fast. Right now, standing up a new customer means someone manually editing a spreadsheet of build variables, committing, and running a pipeline by hand. You're the one who turns that into something that doesn't need a person in the loop.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Redesign the current manual, per-customer release pipeline into an automated, parameterized CI/CD pipeline that a provisioning event can trigger directly — no manual pipeline run or spreadsheet edit required.
- Build and operate secrets-management infrastructure — vaulting, per-tenant scoping, rotation schedules — that the backend credential-issuance service runs on top of.
- Own infrastructure-as-code for all services being built as part of this migration — provisioning APIs, configuration services, admin console — across dev, staging, and production environments, with consistent and reproducible builds.
- Build monitoring and alerting for a distributed, endpoint-heavy system with known failure modes — stale proxy detection, retry storms, unbounded local queue growth — turning silent failures into pages before customers report them.
- Maintain build and release tooling for multi-platform client software, making platform-specific configuration differences visible and manageable rather than a source of drift.
- Tighten access controls, logging, and distribution for production configuration tooling as part of the broader security posture of the release process.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in a DevOps, platform engineering, or SRE role with real ownership of a CI/CD pipeline for a production system — not just consuming someone else's pipeline.
- Hands-on experience with secrets management — designing rotation schedules and per-tenant/per-environment scoping, not just storing static values.
- Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or equivalent for standing up and managing multiple environments consistently.
- Experience building observability — metrics, logging, alerting — for distributed systems with many independent, loosely-connected clients.
- Comfortable working with multi-platform build pipelines across at least two operating systems, including packaging and signing requirements.
- Security-conscious by default — this role directly replaces a process that bakes shared secrets into distributed software; access control needs to be a standing question, not an afterthought.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience turning a manual, human-run release process into a fully automated one as a scoped project — not just incremental pipeline improvements.
- Experience operating infrastructure for a self-serve, marketplace-distributed SaaS product.
- Familiarity with cloud data platform deployment models — warehouse-adjacent compute or native application distribution.

Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join a team migrating a production SaaS data platform off a legacy ETL/streaming-based pipeline and onto a Snowflake Native Application built for self-serve distribution and per-tenant data isolation.
This isn't a greenfield build — it's a migration with real legacy constraints. You'll be working from an existing production system that has already been audited in detail, and turning those findings into a working Snowflake-native data platform. You should be comfortable reading someone else's architecture, spotting where it breaks down at scale or under multi-tenant isolation requirements, and redesigning around it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Re-architect ingestion — design and build the replacement for the current endpoint-to-cloud-function-to-streaming-queue-to-ETL-to-warehouse path, moving ingestion natively into each customer's own Snowflake account so the platform's data-sovereignty story is true end to end.
- Migrate legacy ETL logic — translate existing transformation logic covering activity, meeting/event, network context, and system metadata data into Snowflake-native pipelines using the right combination of native transformation tooling and orchestration.
- Design for per-tenant isolation — build data models and pipeline logic that hold up under a cross-account, multi-tenant distribution model, with tenant boundaries addressed explicitly at the schema, pipeline, and secret-management level.
- Work through known technical debt — shared credentials baked into client-side builds, build-time-only configuration with no live tenant provisioning, inconsistent cross-platform data-capture parity — deciding case by case what gets carried forward, redesigned, or retired.
- Rebuild the platform's core data model — activity, event, network, and metadata — preserving the analytics the business depends on while moving underlying storage and processing into Snowflake.
- Validate against real production data patterns — batch sizes, sync frequencies, offline-queue backlogs — captured during discovery to ensure the new pipeline design holds up under realistic load.
- Document migration decisions clearly enough to be defended internally, to downstream customers, and through a formal marketplace review process.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years as a data engineer with hands-on Snowflake experience — native transformation and orchestration features, not just SQL.
- Real experience migrating an existing production ETL pipeline to a cloud-native target — not a from-scratch build.
- Working knowledge of streaming and event pipelines.
- Comfortable reading and reasoning about a system's security model — encryption at rest and in transit, key management, multi-tenant secret handling — well enough to flag when a proposed design reintroduces a previously identified gap.
- Familiarity with a major cloud provider's function/PaaS services, as parts of the migration will need to interoperate with the current production system during transition.
- Experience designing for multi-tenant SaaS data isolation — schema-per-tenant, row-level security, or equivalent patterns.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building and distributing applications through a cloud data platform's own marketplace or listing model.
- Background in workforce analytics, activity monitoring, or similar behavioral/event data domains — application/window/URL activity, meeting data, network context.
- Exposure to BI tooling migration alongside an underlying data platform move.

Location: Berlin
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer, ISR
- Location: Berlin, Germany
- Department: ISR Analytics
- Reports to: VP of ISR Analytics
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
ICEYE's Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) team builds products that put ICEYE satellite data to work for military and intelligence users. We deliver tactical and strategic intelligence to sovereign mission customers, many of them using space-based data at scale for the first time. The team brings together military intelligence, data science and AI, and software engineering.
Our products run in secure, sovereign environments. We develop in the cloud for convenience, but customers run the product on their own servers, often in air-gapped networks.
This role is not about keeping one system running and tuning it. Here, every environment is temporary: you build the automation that creates, ships, upgrades and tears down complete deployments, reliably and repeatably, in places with no internet access. You work inside the product team, not beside it, and many of your changes will touch the application codebase.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and own the automation that packages our product and deploys it to on-prem and air-gapped customer environments.
- Write tooling (mostly Python) that fills the gaps between off-the-shelf tools, rather than only configuring them.
- Provision and manage infrastructure from bare metal and hypervisors up to Kubernetes, and make it reproducible from code.
- Keep cloud development environments fast and disposable, so engineers can spin up a full stack on demand.
- Build CI/CD pipelines that produce signed, versioned, offline-installable releases.
- Set up observability that works when nobody can reach the system from outside.
- Spot what the team needs next and raise it, without waiting to be asked.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Senior hands-on engineer (not an engineering manager or architect role).
- Strong experience building infrastructure and deployment automation, not only operating existing systems.
- Solid coding skills in Python, or deep experience in another language (for example Go) and willingness to work in Python.
- Daily use of AI tools in engineering work, beyond chat: generating and reviewing code, configuration and tests (for example Claude Code, Cursor).
- High autonomy: you find problems, propose fixes and drive them through.
- Motivation to work in new defense: building technology used by defense forces.
Nice to haves:
- On-prem or datacenter experience: bootstrapping servers, virtualization (VMware, Proxmox), storage and networking, not just public cloud.
- Delivered to air-gapped or otherwise restricted environments.
- Release engineering: shipping a packaged product to many customer environments on a fixed schedule.
- Built internal tools and automation used by other engineers (a CLI, an operator, a provisioning service).
- Operated PostgreSQL in production (upgrades, backups, migrations); PostGIS a plus.
- Strong IC track record in a startup or a fast-changing company launching new products.
- Comfortable in an environment where process and requirements change often and are not always fully defined.
- Clear communicator who works well with experienced, opinionated engineers.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Outline the stages of this role, including task stages.

You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company backed by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS. In January 2026, we closed a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, valuing Rain at $1.95B, with Sapphire Ventures, Dragonfly, Bessemer Venture Partners, Galaxy Ventures, FirstMark, Lightspeed, Norwest, and Endeavor Catalyst also participating. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Security Engineering is a small team that answers one question: was it built right? We run our own AI-driven red team against Rain's code and cloud, gate pull requests before they merge, and write the baselines that say how every system should be configured. Our blockchain work is covered. This role owns everything else: the backend services, APIs, cloud, and edge that move real money for real customers.
We work closely with Security Operations: we give them high-quality findings to coordinate fixes for, and clear configuration rules they can build detections on.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Security Engineering makes sure Rain is built right. We run our own AI-driven red team against our code and cloud, gate pull requests before they merge, and set the baselines for how every system is configured. This role owns everything outside blockchain: the backend services, APIs, cloud, and edge that move real money. We give Security Operations high-quality findings to coordinate fixes for, and clear configuration rules to build detections on.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be Rain's application security expert and the quality bar for every non-chain finding we produce. The calls are yours: what's real, how bad it is, and what has to be fixed before launch. You'll hold the line with engineers when it matters, and make the case so they agree, not just comply.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Review red team findings before they reach engineers: reproduce them, cut false positives, set severity, and write tickets clear enough to fix without a meeting. Improve the scoring that grades them
- Harden our backend services and APIs, especially the money-moving paths. You'll often write the fix yourself
- Own edge defenses: DDoS protection, rate limiting, WAF rules, and abuse controls
- Write secure configuration baselines for our cloud, code, and SaaS, and turn them into automated checks
- Grow our PR security gate so more bugs are blocked before merge
- Own attack surface coverage, and run architecture reviews on new and high-risk systems
- Find, test, and pick the best security tools, whether we buy, adopt, or build
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in application security, product security, or security-minded backend engineering
- You've owned security decisions. You can tell a senior engineer their design needs to change and keep a good working relationship
- You can read an unfamiliar codebase (TypeScript/Node.js) and find the bug that matters, and you know a scary-sounding finding from a real one
- Hands-on cloud security (ideally GCP), Terraform, and edge defenses like WAFs and rate limiting
- Experience with threat models or architecture reviews. You've run tool bake-offs and dropped tools that didn't earn their cost
- You'd rather ship a check than write a document, and you use AI tools heavily without trusting them blindly
BONUS ATTRIBUTES
- Fintech, payments, or card issuing background (PCI DSS a plus)
- Pentest, bug bounty, or red team experience
- Experience building security scanners, static analysis rules, or LLM-based review tools
- If you have the background: AI security for our agents and agentic payments, or corporate security alongside IT
