For seven years running, we’ve been the top appointment-setting agency, achieving amazing results across 50+ industries worldwide.

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative to join Belkins’ in-house sales team.
The team is led by our Head of Sales, Tom, and built around Sales Executives who run demos and close deals.
It’s a small, fast-moving team with no corporate layers: you’ll work closely with several Sales Executives and see your direct impact on revenue. Our setup removes manual friction. Our in-house outreach platform (Belkins Home) runs automated email and LinkedIn campaigns at scale, and a power dialer (Koncert) takes care of the dialing (around 100 dials a day), so you can focus on live conversations, reply handling and booked meetings. You’ll work industry-agnosticacross B2B, selling into the US market, and remain fully responsible for your pipeline: daily outreach, managing every reply, qualifying prospects and handing each meeting to a Sales Executive with the context they need to close.
Your target is 50 qualified meetings per month once fully ramped, with a structured ramp-up over your first three months.
This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based in the US or living abroad with experience selling to the US market.
You’ll work full US business hours.

Keep HubSpot accurate:
activities, notes and meeting outcomes
Hit your monthly meeting target, with at least half of your meetings turning into qualified opportunities, because quality matters more than activity
Close the loop with Sales Executives after every meeting held: gather feedback on lead quality, fit and outcome, and use it to sharpen your targeting, messaging and qualification
WHAT YOU BRING
2–3+ years of B2B cold calling
at an agency or B2B service company
(SDR, appointment setting, lead generation)
Experience selling into the US market
, booking meetings for mid-size deals (around $50K ARR)

- Manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities while maintaining a high bar for analytical accuracy, communication, and attention to detail.
- Build strong relationships across the company and influence decisions through thoughtful analysis and collaboration. The Corporate Strategy team often helps define the direction and enables functional teams to execute, rather than owning execution directly.

- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, including the ability to distill complex topics into concise, persuasive materials for senior leaders.
- Excellent problem solving skills and comfort bringing structure to ambiguous, open ended questions.
- Strong business judgment and intellectual curiosity, with an ability to move between detailed analysis and broader strategic thinking.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions, build relationships, incorporate different perspectives, and influence without formal authority.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver high quality work in a fast paced, evolving environment.
- Team first mindset with low ego, strong ownership, and willingness to contribute wherever needed.
- Experience with or strong interest in technology and consumer businesses.
- Experience in health technology, digital health, wearables, healthcare, or related sectors is a plus.
