Location: Remote, Global Workplace: Remote About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role We’re looking for a Product Manager, Administration & Governance to join our Product Team and make Supabase the default starting point for software built inside a company. Supabase already spreads from the bottom up: someone has an idea, creates a project, and builds something useful. Inside most companies, Supabase starts the same way: someone has an idea, creates a project, and builds something useful. The next step is making that momentum company-wide: one platform where anyone can start building, and where IT can see what’s running, who owns it, and what it costs. You’ll own how companies run Supabase as their internal development platform: approved by IT and easy for anyone in the company to use. You’ll make it possible for people and the agents they work with to start building without waiting on infrastructure, while giving platform, IT, and security teams the controls they need to say yes. The goal is to make the approved path the easiest path, from an early experiment to a production application, with the controls companies need built in. WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR - Own the product strategy and roadmap for internal innovation, from a company’s first IT-approved rollout to adoption across teams and business units. - Make getting started self-service, whether someone creates a project in Supabase, through an internal developer portal, or with an agent. Give builders the access and infrastructure they need without a ticket for every project. - Steer scattered usage into a manageable company-wide platform. Give companies one view of everything they run on Supabase. Shape how ownership, delegated access, and boundaries work so teams can move independently as usage grows. - Partner closely with platform, IT, security, and finance teams to understand what it takes to approve Supabase and keep it approved. Translate their needs into practical identity, policy, audit, and spend controls that don’t slow builders down. - Define the path from experiment to production, including project ownership, access, and the guardrails that change as an application becomes important to the business. - Work with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to turn early customer rollouts into a repeatable experience, rather than a new custom integration for every company. - Define what success looks like, instrument it end to end, and let the data guide what gets built next—from time to first project and self-service adoption to production usage and expansion across the company. YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU - Have 7+ years of product management on developer tools, infrastructure, or internal developer platforms. - Have built self-service products that developers love and platform or IT teams trust. You understand both the person trying to ship an app and the team responsible for how it runs. - Can reason about identity, permissions, organization boundaries, and usage attribution, and turn those systems into workflows people can actually understand. - Have a strong point of view on how agents change who can build software inside a company and what an internal development platform needs to make that possible. - Know your way around controlled experimentation and data analysis, and can connect easier adoption to sustained product use. - Are biased toward speed and would rather ship, learn, and iterate than perfect a spec. - Build with what you own and form opinions through first-hand use, from creating a project to configuring the policies around it. - Use AI tools to compress research, drafting, and feedback synthesis so you can focus on judgment calls. - Work async by default, making decisions in writing in a fully remote team. WHAT WE OFFER - Fully Remote We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world. - ESOP Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together. - Tech Allowance Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work. - Health Benefits Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us. - Annual Off-Sites Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year. - Flexible Work We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when. - Professional Development Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth. ABOUT THE TEAM Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love. - ~400 team members - 60+ countries - 20+ languages spoken - Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F) - 540,000+ community members We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

Location: New York, NY (HQ); San Francisco, CA Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT RAMP Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. ABOUT THE ROLE Technical Consulting is Ramp's post-sales technical delivery team. When a finance org needs Ramp to work the way their business actually runs, this is the team that takes customers through that transformation, from complex accounting issues to integration errors to everything in between. The Senior Manager, Technical Consulting, Strategic leads the team responsible for Ramp's largest and most strategic accounts. You'll own post-sales technical implementation for this segment end to end — from technical discovery and solution design through go-live, adoption, and expansion — working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Customer Activation team, with whom you'll co-own activation milestones and time-to-value. Strategic customers arrive with multi-entity structures, legacy ERPs, in-flight finance transformations, procurement and treasury requirements, and executive sponsors who expect a named technical leader in the room. Your team is the last line of technical escalation for these accounts — there is no tier above you. This role suits an experienced leader who can hold two things at once: the operating rigor to run a delivery function at scale, and the technical credibility to sit across from a Controller or VP of Finance and design the solution live. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead and grow the Strategic Technical Consulting team — coach senior and principal-level consultants, own hiring, onboarding, performance, and career architecture, and build a bench deep enough to scale with the segment - Own post-sales technical implementation for Ramp's largest accounts — accountable for solution quality, delivery timelines, and technical outcomes across the portfolio - Co-own activation milestones with Customer Activation — build a joint operating model where TC drives technical design and Activation drives adoption and enablement, with shared accountability for time-to-value and a single, coherent customer experience - Serve as the terminal escalation point for complex technical and delivery challenges — ERP integration failures, custom API work, at-risk go-lives, and commitments made pre-sales that need to be re-scoped - Define the Strategic delivery model — scoping standards, solution design review, rules of engagement with CSM/Activation, staffing and capacity models, and quality bars that hold up under enterprise scrutiny - Run the function with operational rigor — forecast capacity, balance workload across accounts, instrument the team with KPIs (time-to-value, go-live on-time rate, escalation volume, adoption and expansion attach), and use the data in coaching and planning - Partner cross-functionally at the leadership level — Customer Activation, Strategic CSM and AM, Sales, Product, Engineering, and GTM Ops — to align on roadmap, feedback loops, and segment strategy - Turn field insight into product influence — synthesize what Strategic customers actually need, champion it with Product and Engineering, and close the loop back to the field - Set precedent where none exists — make sound calls in ambiguous, high-stakes situations, document the reasoning, and teach the team to do the same WHAT YOU NEED - 5+ years in technical consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, or professional services — with substantial time on enterprise or strategic accounts - 2-3+ years managing individual contributors and owning team-level outcomes; experience managing senior or principal-level ICs strongly preferred - Proven track record owning post-sales implementation for large, complex customers — multi-entity, multi-system, executive-sponsored engagements - Deep fluency in ERP and financial systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Oracle, Workday Financials, Microsoft Dynamics), APIs, SSO/HRIS integrations, and core accounting workflows (chart of accounts, subsidiaries, approval hierarchies, month-end close) - Ability to assess and guide technical solution design at enterprise complexity — and to tell the difference between a configuration problem, a product gap, and a customer process problem - Experience building the operating model between two functions — e.g. delivery and onboarding, or services and customer success — and making shared accountability actually work - Executive-grade communication — able to hold the room with a CFO or Controller, advocate for your team internally, and translate technical trade-offs into business consequences - Demonstrated judgment in ambiguity and a bias toward ownership in a fast-changing, high-growth environment NICE TO HAVE - Experience at an ERP or financial systems vendor (Workday, NetSuite/Oracle, Sage Intacct, Coupa) or in a Big 4 / systems integrator implementation practice - Background in fintech, spend management, or AP automation - Experience standing up or scaling a technical consulting / professional services function from an early stage - Experience managing managers or team leads, or building the career ladder for a technical IC track BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL) - Flexible PTO - Centralized home-office equipment ordering - Health and wellness stipend - Budget for intra-office travel - Weekly coffee stipend UNITED STATES - 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents - One Medical annual membership - 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp - Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay - Pet insurance - In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more - Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed) CANADA - Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life - Life, AD&D, and disability coverage - Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime) - Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP) - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay - Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health UNITED KINGDOM - Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite - Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi - Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option - Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay REFERRAL INSTRUCTIONS If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf.
