Why loveholidays?
We’re on a mission to open the world to everyone, giving our customers unlimited choice, unmatched ease and unmissable value for their next getaway.
Our trailblaze together culture is what drives our success, powered by our people and the way they work. Using progressive technology, we drive cutting-edge innovation and improve how our customers discover, book and experience their holidays. You’ll have the opportunity to accelerate your growth through meaningful challenges, new experiences and the freedom to shape your own path. You’ll create impact for our future by taking ownership, contributing to shared goals and helping shape what comes next, all as part of our enhanced international community of talented, collaborative and passionate teams.
The difference you’ll make
You’ll sit within the Shopping team, reporting to the Lead Product Manager. The Shopping team turns travel supply into accurate, commercially optimised, bookable and payable holidays. It provides shared data and services that help customers, teams and partners make better selling decisions.
On the payments side, you’ll work closely with Engineering and Commercial Payments to own product strategy and delivery for the Payments platform. Together, the team will make it easier for other teams to offer, operate and improve payments without rebuilding the same logic in each customer journey. You will:
- Build a flexible international payments platform: Define the shared services, data and APIs that meet local customer and market needs, while allowing payment methods to be launched and managed consistently across markets and customer journeys.
- Create reliable foundations: Improve the payment data, provider integrations and fraud controls that keep payments secure, dependable and easier to manage.
- Make payment methods easier to launch: Help teams configure, test and release supported methods safely, with less engineering work and clearer ownership.
- Enable payment optimisation at scale: Provide shared data and platform capabilities that help teams improve payment success and offer relevant payment methods across markets and journeys. Apply AI to improve insight and enable responsible automation where it delivers measurable value.
Your day-to-day:
- Working with your lead engineer and stakeholders to set the Payments vision, roadmap and success measures.
- Working with market experts, commercial teams and Customer Product teams to understand payment needs. Provide data to inform their decisions and translate agreed requirements into reusable platform capabilities.
- Exposing reliable payment data and provider insights so teams can understand failures, drop-off, acceptance rates and customer pain points. Work with those teams to prioritise the platform improvements needed to improve payment performance.
- Leading delivery: Lead work across payment services, provider integrations, payment data, configuration and fraud controls. Keep the platform straightforward for other teams to use.
- Working directly with payment providers and aggregators to solve issues, evaluate new capabilities and hold partners to the standards customers need.
- Explaining trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and building agreement on decisions that span several teams.
Your skillset:
- Platform product experience: You have owned a technical, API-led, data-rich or internal platform product that is used by more than one team or customer journey and involves a payments ecosystem.
- Systems thinking: You can understand how payment data, provider integrations, customer journeys, commercial rules and operational processes fit together, then turn that into reusable product capabilities.
- Technical fluency: You can work closely with engineers on APIs, integration patterns, data models, reliability, observability, security and migration work. You do not need to be an engineer, but you can make sound product trade-offs with them.
- Payments and commercial judgement: You understand the payment ecosystem and how method availability, payment success, fraud, cost and customer trust affect growth.
- Data-led problem solving: You are comfortable using data to investigate problems, define useful measures and judge whether a change is improving payment performance.
- Customer empathy: You understand that payments can be stressful, especially when people are making high-value holiday purchases or managing payments after booking. You use this to advocate for clear, dependable journeys.
- Strong delivery and communication: You can lead complex work through ambiguity, make priorities clear and bring technical, commercial and operational stakeholders with you. You deliver iteratively, focusing each step on meaningful value while keeping the team aligned to a clear long-term direction.
- AI literacy: You use AI tools confidently and can demonstrate their impact. You understand their strengths and limitations and can apply them responsibly to improve your work and payment capabilities.
The interview journey:
- Talent intro, 30 minutes
- First stage with the hiring manager, 45 minutes
- Final stage with key stakeholders, including a platform case to present, 1 hour
- Behavioural and culture conversation with the Director of OTA Platform (Shopping’s pillar), 45 minutes
Perks of joining us:
- Company pension contributions at 5%
- Individualised training budget for you to learn on the job and level yourself up
- Discounted holidays for you, your family and friends
- 25 days of holidays per annum (plus 8 public holidays) increases by 1 day for every second year of service, up to a maximum 30 days per annum
- Ability to buy and sell annual leave
- Access to our electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme
- Cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan and eye care vouchers
Our commitment to inclusion
At loveholidays, we focus on creating an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute, grow and succeed. We value the different perspectives, experiences and ideas each person brings, because they help us work better together, challenge our thinking and make stronger decisions.
As we continue to grow and evolve, we want everyone to feel supported and able to do their best work. We’re also committed to making our hiring process accessible, so please let our Talent Acquisition team know if you need any adjustments at any stage.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking a Senior Manager, M&A Finance Integration to run the finance function's role in each transaction, from LOI through Day 1 readiness and post-close execution, and to own the program management of Anthropic's growing legal entity footprint.
This is a build-and-run opportunity. Reporting to the Director, M&A Finance Integration, you will be the day-to-day operator of the M&A Finance Integration program: you will scope and drive the finance integration plan for each deal, coordinate finance workstreams alongside Corporate Development, Legal, and People, and be the connective tissue between deal teams and the functions that execute. You will also own the end-to-end legal entity lifecycle (setup, migration, and wind-down) for acquired entities and newly formed subsidiaries, and turn what we learn from every deal and legal entity set up into a maintained playbook and template library.
The ideal candidate has operated in a similar function at a high-growth technology company, brings enough accounting fluency to know when a closing spreadsheet or entity plan looks wrong, and thrives on building rigorous, repeatable processes while deals are live.
Key responsibilities
Deal Integration Planning & Execution
Scope and own the finance integration plan for each transaction across every phase, from LOI and due diligence through signing, sign-to-close, and Day 90, spanning finance functions
Tailor the plan to the integration model (full integration vs. standalone subsidiary) and define each function's baseline activities and standalone-specific deltas
Ensure every function is engaged at the right phase, with clear owners, dependencies, and escalation paths
Run the integration operating rhythm: workstream check-ins, issue logs, risk registers, RACI matrices, decision logs, and status reporting to finance leadership
Negotiate deliverables and trade-offs directly with functional leads; escalate to the Director with a recommendation when priorities conflict
Day 1 Readiness & Post-Close Execution
Drive Finance Day 1 readiness: bank account control and signers, payroll cutover, AP/AR continuity, ERP entity, cost-center and project-code setup, chart-of-accounts mapping, and expense policy communication
Run the Day 1 checklist and 30/60/90-day follow-through, ensuring acquired entities are onboarded without disruption to the close cycle
Coordinate the closing spreadsheet, net working capital mechanics, and post-close true-up with Corporate Development, Legal and Technical Accounting
Serve as a primary finance point of contact for the target's finance team and Corporate Development's integration lead during transition
Scope, track, and manage external advisor engagements and unblock issues as they arise
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Act as a credible counterpart to Corporate Development, finance functional leads, and target finance leadership on integration substance
Communicate integration and entity status to leadership through clear dashboards and written briefings
Mentor team members and contractors as the function grows
Handle confidential deal information with discipline
Legal Entity Lifecycle Program Management
Build and run the end-to-end entity setup process: decision documentation, incorporation, tax registrations, banking, ERP entity creation, functional-currency assessment, payroll or employer-of-record bridge, and statutory / compliance calendar onboarding, with a named owner for each step across US and international entities
Own the entity wind-down process, including customer and vendor off-boarding, final payroll and employee transfers, account closure, intercompany settlement, and final statutory filings, in partnership with Legal, Tax, and the involved finance functions
Design and maintain a single entity tracker with per-entity, per-workstream implications and status, aligned with adjacent entity programs (e.g., infrastructure and special-purpose entities) so they share one backbone
Playbook, Templates & Infrastructure
Build and own the Legal Entity Playbook: a repeatable, end-to-end framework covering entity formation, migration, and wind-down for acquired entities and newly formed subsidiaries in the US and internationally
Own and maintain sections of the modular M&A Finance Integration Playbook: per-function deliverables by phase, standard operating procedures, and the template library
Lead post-deal retrospectives and drive the resulting changes into the playbook and templates
Identify and implement tooling and automation, including AI-assisted solutions, for recurring program work such as status synthesis, tracker updates, escalations and draft communications
Minimum qualifications
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of at least two finance integration projects or entity set up projects, from planning through post-close execution, including project plan ownership and executive reporting
Working accounting fluency across the areas your stakeholders own: the close calendar, chart of accounts, intercompany, statutory reporting, purchase accounting fundamentals, and the finance implications of common deal structures (asset vs. stock, acquihire vs. strategic, full integration vs. standalone)
Strong program-management capability: comfortable scoping ambiguous work, owning multiple parallel workstreams, and managing to milestones without extensive oversight
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent) in an acquisition and migration context
Cross-functional credibility with Legal, Tax, People, Corporate Development, and Finance sub-functions, and the ability to drive outcomes across competing timelines and risk tolerances
Comfort operating under deal-environment time pressure and confidentiality, with sound judgment when processes are being defined in real time
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to distill complex operational issues into clear, decision-ready briefings
Preferred qualifications
10+ years in finance, accounting, or finance operations, with at least 3 years running cross-functional programs at a high-growth technology company, with a focus in M&A integration or legal entity programs
Have built or significantly contributed to a finance integration playbook, template library, or integration management office infrastructure from scratch
Bring international entity experience: new-jurisdiction setup, statutory audit and local GAAP obligations, employer-of-record bridges, transfer pricing and intercompany agreements
Have worked with standalone-subsidiary integration models, consolidation bridges, and equity-method investments
Be an active user of AI tools in their own workflow and excited to push program management toward automation
Hold a CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CA qualification
Be genuinely excited about AI safety and aligned with Anthropic's mission to build reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Anthropic's consulting and systems integration partners now sell and deliver Claude work at growing volume, and selling alongside partners is working. What matters next is delivery: whether the partner completes the work, whether the customer's Claude usage grows and holds, and whether the outcome is good enough that the customer asks for that partner again.
The Partner Success Lead owns that outcome. You will hold a book of in-flight customer engagements across a set of managed partners in EMEA. From the day our Partner Delivery program matches a customer engagement to a partner in your book, you own it to a completed outcome: the work finishes on scope, the customer's Claude usage grows, and a stalled engagement gets diagnosed and unblocked before the customer disengages. You wake up every day on one question: what is each partner in my book doing, and is the work getting done.
Key responsibilities
Own every customer engagement in your book from partner match to completed outcome. Know the state of each one every week: scope, timeline, blockers, and the customer's Claude usage trend.
Run the weekly delivery review across your book, and bring stalled or at-risk engagements to the weekly at-risk account review with a diagnosis, an owner, and a specific ask rather than a status list.
Unblocking. Partner capacity, scope creep, customer readiness, product questions, deal-registration conflicts, and customer dissatisfaction with partner work: get each issue to the right internal team and stay on it through resolution.
Own delivery quality and consumption across your book. Track engagements completed on time, time from match to completion, delivered consumption and weekly active use on the customer accounts your partners serve, and the accounts trending toward at-risk.
Build senior relationships with each managed partner's practice and delivery leadership. Together with the Partner Account Manager and other Anthropic counterparts, establish the executive-level trust that lets you ask a partner to restaff, escalate, or invest — and be taken seriously — when an engagement needs it.
Build each partner's Claude practice as the compounding work: certified bench depth, one repeatable offering in a chosen industry lane, and a published customer story from each completed engagement, so the next engagement needs less from you.
Turn what works into methodology. Convert the moves you prove in your book into named, reusable best practices — engagement review packs, unblocking plays, practice-building guides — written clearly enough to be shared at scale across partners, the Partner Success team, and the contract delivery team running the same loop.
Run the quarterly practice review with each managed partner's alliance and delivery leads: joint goals on completed customer engagements, customer adoption, certified practitioners, references, and industry positioning.
Present and persuade across audiences. Deliver partner executive briefings, practitioner enablement sessions, and internal reviews with equal command — this role is regularly the voice of Partner Success in front of a partner's leadership, a delivery team, a customer, or Anthropic's own leadership.
Steward funding requests from partners in your book. Recommend for or against co-investment and program funding requests against a stated outcome, and reconcile against milestones. The bar is outcomes, not consultant hours.
Work the handoffs cleanly: from Partner Sales when a partner deal closes, and from the Partner Delivery program when an engagement is matched to a partner in your book. Coordinate with the Partner Account Manager on any strategic partner that has one, with Customer Success Managers on customer-side account health, and with Anthropic's direct sales field on joint accounts.
Instrument your book and know its numbers: engagements in flight and completed, stall rate and days to unblock, delivered consumption per partner, certified practitioner counts, and partner health trajectory.
Run your book Claude-first. Telemetry drafts the diagnosis; you validate it and act. Claude drafts your review packs, status notes, and escalation briefs; you own the judgment, the exceptions, and the unblocking. Feed what you see in the field back into the packages, playbooks, tier rules, and health rubric the team runs on.
Minimum qualifications
Experience owning a high-volume book of concurrent customer engagements, projects, or accounts (roughly 10 to 30 at a time) to completed outcomes, in a partner success, customer success, delivery management, or technical account management role.
Ability and appetite to build structure, clarity, and programmatic motions out of in-flight work, while delivering engagement by engagement. You have written something down — a review format, a checklist, a play — that others ran without you, and you want to do more of that; growing that into the operating playbook a wider team runs is the senior end of this role, not the entry bar. This role scales by what you write down, not by added hours.
Track record of a number tied to completed work and customer behavior (on-time delivery, adoption, retention, consumption, expansion) rather than contract signature, and an operating rhythm you built to hit it.
Judgment on delivery quality: you can review a partner's engagement plan or scope and tell whether it will finish on time and produce usage, and you ask the follow-up question that surfaces the real risk.
Escalation and unblocking judgment across a matrix (partner, customer, direct sales, customer success, product): you know which stall belongs to whom, you get help fast, and you stay engaged to resolution.
A convincing speaker and presenter to all kinds of audiences: partner executives, delivery practitioners, customers, and internal leadership. You can carry a quarterly practice review, an enablement session, and an executive escalation in the same week and land each one.
Deep understanding of how customer success works in a usage-based business; you have held a number tied to customer behavior and can read a consumption trend and act on it.
Enough technical fluency to be credible in a delivery review. You do not need to write code, but you can follow a partner architect's walkthrough of a real Claude engagement and ask the substantive second question.
Active daily use of Claude or another large language model as part of how you work: preparing reviews, drafting account plans, and analyzing your book. We will ask you to walk us through a recent deliverable.
Preferred qualifications
5 to 8 years working with consulting and systems integration partners, or in delivery-facing customer success at a software company, cloud platform, or partner-led business.
Direct experience with systems integrators (global firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Infosys, TCS, or Wipro, or regional and boutique firms) and an understanding of how their delivery practices are staffed and run.
Experience running at-risk or red account reviews and turning stalled work around.
Experience anchoring a surge team: setting the playbook and the review pack that a group of contract or offshore delivery coordinators ran, and holding the quality bar across them.
Depth in a specific industry vertical (financial services, healthcare, public sector, retail, or manufacturing) where you have carried a book of partners or customers.
Experience stewarding co-investment funding or market development funding against specific outcomes, with formed opinions about what works and what does not.
Experience running quarterly business reviews with consulting firm practice leads, and a sense of what makes them productive rather than ceremonial.
Experience on a new team where the operating model was being written while you ran the book, and you shipped both.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As an engineer on this team, you'll sit at the intersection of IT and facilities. You'll build the power models, availability models, topology and load management requirements that operate more efficiently against our physical envelope. Your work will directly shape which sites we lease, what SLAs we sign, how far we oversubscribe, and where workloads are placed.
What You'll Do
Topology and load management.
Own the power and cooling topology of our fleet as a living dataset, validate it and its telemetry against how the buildings really behave, and define how load management behaves under failure across chips and capacity providers, from requirements through commissioning and incident support.
Reliability modeling.
Build and audit availability models of data center electrical and mechanical systems, define Cloud availability zones and failure domains, from a single site to the whole fleet.
Power modeling and load forecasting.
Build models of power draw from chip to rack to facility, by workload and hardware generation, and use them to set capacity planning targets, design envelope, and load forecasting.
Partner diligence.
Work with data center developers, operators, cloud providers and chip vendors to drive design improvements and hold them to SLA-grade performance, with technical diligence on their architectures, reliability studies, rack power specifications and operator interfaces.
What We're Looking For
Deep knowledge of data center power distribution and cooling architectures, redundancy schemes, and how they interact with IT load profiles.
Depth in at least one of: reliability engineering, power modeling and energy scheduling, or load management and controls (telemetry, IT/OT interfaces, load transfer and shedding systems).
Familiarity with SCADA/BMS/EPMS, telemetry pipelines, and control systems. Experience with software that bridges IT and OT.
Exposure to accelerator deployments and their power management interfaces, or to capacity overallocation in large compute fleets, strongly preferred.
Ability to translate between infrastructure engineering, software teams, legal and commercial teams, and external partners.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Power Systems, Reliability Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in data center infrastructure, facility engineering, or reliability engineering
Demonstrated experience with data center power distribution and cooling system architectures, and infrastructure failure mode management
Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following:
Building quantitative reliability or availability models (Monte Carlo, fault tree, reliability block diagram, or FMEA)
Building power, energy or capacity models and forecasts from measured data
Building, testing or operating software-based power management, load shedding, or control systems
Track record of cross-functional collaboration across hardware, software, and facilities teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in more than one of the three focus areas above
Experience with accelerator-class deployments, rack power architectures, and their power management interfaces
Experience with integrated systems testing and commissioning (L4/L5), or writing sequences of operation
Experience with SLA development, availability commitments, or service credit frameworks in leases or cloud contracts
Experience with energy storage, microgrid integration, demand response, or behind-the-meter generation
Exposure to ML or optimization techniques applied to infrastructure or energy systems

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Team
Cloud Onboarding Architects work alongside Customer Onboarding Managers, Technical Instructors, Resident Solutions Architects within Professional Services. This team ensures that every new managed enterprise customer has a fully configured dbt platform account and is confident using it.
Guided Setup is often a customer’s first hands-on experience with dbt. The team sits at the intersection of technical implementation, customer experience, and product feedback; helping customers navigate the complexity of their data, identity, security, and development environments while ensuring they are set up for long-term success.
About the Role
The Cloud Onboarding Architect Lead is the technical leader for Guided Setup across our dbt enterprise customer base. You’ll own the most complex and highest-visibility setup engagements while also helping define how the entire team delivers setup at scale.
This role combines hands-on technical delivery with technical leadership. You’ll be the person other Cloud Onboarding Architects turn to when a customer has an unusual architecture, an implementation has stalled, or the existing playbook doesn’t quite fit. You’ll also work across Professional Services, Engineering, Product, and Design to turn those individual challenges into better processes, documentation, and product experiences for everyone.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being both deep in the technical details and responsible for the bigger picture.
Technologies You’ll Use
Modern Data Warehouses (Snowflake / Databricks / BigQuery / Redshift), Repositories (GitHub / GitLab / Azure DevOps), Identity Providers (Okta / Entra ID / Google), PrivateLink / Private Service Connect, AWS, Azure, GCP, SQL, SSO, OAuth, Rocketlane
What You’ll Do
Own complex and escalated setup engagements
Lead Guided Setup for our most technically complex, strategically important, and highest-visibility enterprise accounts across all four milestones: data warehouse/repository configuration, SSO, RBAC/SCIM, and user access
Serve as the senior technical escalation point when setup issues threaten onboarding timelines or customer activation, including complex PrivateLink, OAuth, SSO, networking, and identity scenarios
Work directly with customer technical stakeholders and administrators to understand their environment, identify risks, and guide them toward a successful configuration
Anticipate technical blockers early and create clear plans to resolve them before they impact the broader onboarding program
Make sound scoping decisions about what belongs in Guided Setup versus Customer Solutions Engineering, Product, or post-onboarding work
Ensure complex engagements maintain the same high bar for customer experience, documentation, and technical quality as standard setups
Raise the bar for the team
Act as a technical mentor and coach for Cloud Onboarding Architect I/IIs, helping them develop their troubleshooting, platform expertise, and customer-facing skills
Serve as a thought partner for COAs working through technically challenging or ambiguous customer situations
Own and continuously improve the Guided Setup checklist, playbooks, kickoff materials, troubleshooting guidance, and internal documentation
Identify patterns across customer engagements and turn those patterns into repeatable processes, tooling, documentation, or product feedback
Identify recurring setup blockers and drive them toward resolution, whether the underlying fix is a documentation update, process change, enablement opportunity, or product improvement
Help establish and maintain consistent standards for setup quality across the team
Represent setup cross-functionally
Be the primary point of contact into Engineering, Product & Design for setup-related bugs, feature requests, and onboarding UX feedback
Work with Customer Solutions Engineering on the setup/support boundary and on customers struggling to reach utilization post-onboarding
Collaborate with Training on on-demand content for the setup steps that create the most friction for new customers
Contribute setup expertise to Engineering team (EPD/Transport) conversations on PrivateLink and network architecture
Bring the voice of enterprise customers into internal discussions about product usability, administration, security, and onboarding
Use data, customer feedback, and experience from individual engagements to identify opportunities to improve setup time and activation readiness
Skills We’re Looking For
Deep, hands-on experience with dbt (2-3 years minimum) as an account admin and data practitioner, at a level where you're a trusted authority on the platform
Prior experience as a Cloud Onboarding Architect / Implementation Consultant (or directly equivalent role) — this is not an entry point into the setup team
Administrator-level fluency with data warehouses (Snowflake / Databricks / BigQuery / Redshift), repositories (GitHub / GitLab / Azure DevOps), and identity providers (Okta / Entra ID / Google), including SSO, SAML, and OAuth
Track record of mentoring or coaching less experienced teammates on technical and soft skills
Comfort owning ambiguous, cross-functional problems without a clear playbook — and building the playbook yourself
Strong written and verbal communication; able to represent the setup team's perspective to Engineering, Product, and customer executives alike
Ability to tailor consistent white glove setup experiences based on an account’s size and strategic importance
Strong customer judgment and the ability to balance technical correctness with customer timelines and business priorities
Bonus Skills
Experience with PrivateLink or other secure connectivity patterns
Experience contributing to internal enablement content or documentation
Comfort being the technical bridge in between, pre-sales, post-sales, Engineering, and Product
Familiarity with Rocketlane or similar project/time-tracking tools used for onboarding delivery
dbt Architect certified

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll own AI-assisted coding within Sentry’s Platform Engineering organization, building the systems and workflows AI coding agents need to contribute reliably to our codebase. Your work will span engineering teams, with Developer Infrastructure as your home base.
Your first focus will be making internal developer systems accessible to agents. Many workflows currently depend on human interaction through a UI. You’ll identify the most valuable gaps, expose those capabilities through APIs, and connect tools such as Claude Code to complete development workflows.
From there, you’ll improve the quality of AI-generated pull requests and automate recurring engineering work, including dependency upgrades, minor bug fixes, and maintenance. You’ll build the context and execution environment agents need: relevant repository information, tools and permissions, state management, tests, logs, recovery mechanisms, and evaluations.
You’ll partner with engineers across Sentry to understand where agents succeed, where they fail, and which changes improve the development process. This role combines technical direction with hands-on implementation, from choosing the problems to solve through building, measuring, and improving the solutions.
This role is based in San Francisco, with three days per week in the office to work closely with Platform teams and engineering leadership.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set priorities for AI-assisted development at Sentry, using engineer feedback and workflow data to identify where agents would provide the most value.
- Make internal developer systems accessible through APIs and build integrations enabling agents to complete workflows across those systems.
- Build context systems and agent execution tooling, including tool access, permissions, checkpoints, retries, and logging.
- Develop automated checks, evaluations, and feedback loops to improve the correctness, maintainability, and review readiness of AI-generated pull requests.
- Automate recurring work such as security dependency upgrades, minor bug fixes, and routine maintenance.
- Improve supporting developer workflows, including issue triage and CI/CD, where they limit agent effectiveness or create repetitive work for engineers.
- Lead changes across engineering teams, build agreement on priorities, and measure whether the tools reduce manual work and improve delivery.
HOW YOU WORK
- You’ve used AI coding agents on real development work and have informed views on their strengths, limitations, and failure modes.
- You bring structure to ambiguous problems, choose a practical starting point, and follow through on delivery.
- You move comfortably between infrastructure, backend systems, and developer tooling.
- You know when to build, integrate an existing tool, involve another team, or stop work with limited value.
- You combine data with direct feedback from engineers to assess whether a solution improves their work.
- You explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build alignment across teams and senior leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on ownership of production systems.
- Experience building developer tools, infrastructure, or automation used by engineering teams, such as CI/CD systems, internal APIs, code review tooling, or agent workflows.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools and agents, with an understanding of how context, tool access, and validation affect their output. Prior machine learning experience is not required.
- Strong software engineering and system design fundamentals, including experience building reliable integrations across systems.
- A track record of leading cross-team technical initiatives from problem definition through implementation and adoption.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining technical decisions and recommendations to senior engineering leaders.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building agent harnesses, context systems, evaluations, or automated pull request workflows.
- Experience with code review tooling, static analysis, or automated testing.
- Experience measuring and improving developer experience or engineering productivity.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems or monolith decomposition.
- Public contributions to developer tooling or AI-assisted development projects.
The base salary range that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $220,000 to $400,000 USD, plus an annual performance bonus of up to 15% of base salary. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.
If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, you may contact us at accommodations@sentry.io.

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design banners and visual assets for blog articles, landing pages and social posts
- Generate character sets in Soul ID, cinematic stills in Soul Cinema, and short video examples in Cinema Studio — keeping one character consistent across an entire article
- Write and refine your own prompts, and document them so readers can reproduce the result
- Work with the content team on what a piece needs visually before it's written, not after
- Keep the visual language of the blog coherent as it scales past a few hundred articles
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A portfolio with real AI-generated work: promos, ad spots, reels, short videos or campaigns made with generative tools. Show us the result and walk us through how you got there
- Hands-on experience producing promo videos with AI end to end: concept, storyboard, generation, editing, sound and final cut
- Deep fluency with AI image and video models. You know the strengths and limits of each one and pick the right tool for the shot instead of forcing one model to do everything
- Strong prompting skills. You write, iterate and debug prompts, understand why a generation failed, and know when to stop retrying and change the approach
- You can keep a character, style and lighting consistent across a full series of images and video clips
- Editing skills: you can cut a 15–30 second promo with pacing, titles, grading and sound that holds attention
- A solid design foundation: composition and typography strong enough to build a banner where the headline still reads at 400×225
- Comfort working fast and at volume without the quality collapsing. AI is how you move faster, not how you cut corners
- English at a level where you can set type in it and catch a broken headline
- You can explain your decisions. We'll ask why, and "it looked better" isn't an answer
Nice to have
- Experience making performance creatives or ads for social: TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts
- Motion design skills (After Effects or similar) for combining AI footage with graphics
- Advanced workflows: ComfyUI, LoRA training, upscaling, inpainting, lip-sync
- You follow new model releases closely and test them the week they come out
- Your own social account or channel with AI-made content
- You already use Higgsfield on your own projects
The deal
- On-site role in our Almaty office;
- Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;
- Full-time position with high ownership and growth potential.

Within Safeguards, our Policy, Enforcement, and Threat Intelligence teams work as one org: Policy Design defines what is and isn't allowed across harm areas, Enforcement detects and acts on violations, and Threat Intelligence investigates sophisticated misuse and emerging threats.
That work runs across a lot of teams and moves fast. A single decision can touch model training, detection systems, product launches, legal review, and external communications. As the org's program manager, you'll keep all of it moving: tracking the portfolio across all three teams, running the processes that connect their work to each other and to the rest of the company, and making sure the right people are aligned before decisions land.
Your work will include the operating rhythm (planning, priorities, status, and decision tracking), launch and release readiness across policy, enforcement, and threat intelligence workstreams, and the processes that support how we share our work externally, including blog posts, threat reports, and other publications. You'll work closely with the org's leadership to spot risks early, clear blockers, and keep everyone pointed in the same direction.
This role is a good fit for someone who brings structure to ambiguous, fast-moving work without adding overhead, and who can earn the trust of policy experts, researchers, and engineers alike.
Important context for this role: some of the work may involve exposure to explicit content, including material of a sexual, violent, or psychologically disturbing nature. It also may require late nights or weekend work.
Key responsibilities
Own cross-functional program management for the Policy Design, Enforcement and Threat Intel teams, keeping workstreams across harm areas on track and visible to leadership
Run the team's operating rhythm: quarterly planning, priority setting, status tracking, and a clear record of decisions, who made them, and why
Coordinate policy work with partner teams across research, product, engineering, legal, and communications, so dependencies are surfaced early and nothing lands on a partner as a surprise
Drive readiness for policy, enforcement, and threat intelligence work tied to model launches and product releases, including timelines, reviews, and sign-offs
Own the process for the org's external publications, including blog posts and threat reports, from idea through drafting, review, approvals, and publication
Identify risks, blockers, and resourcing gaps across the portfolio, and escalate them with a proposed path forward
Build lightweight processes and tools that make the team faster, and retire the ones that stop earning their keep
Minimum qualifications
Experience running cross-functional programs in a fast-moving technical environment, with a track record of shipping on time across teams you don't manage
Ability to bring structure to ambiguous work: breaking big goals into plans, owners, and milestones, and keeping them current as priorities shift
Strong written communication, including clear status updates, decision records, and summaries for executive audiences
Experience managing review and approval processes with multiple stakeholders, such as publications, launches, or policy releases
Judgment about when a process helps and when it's overhead, and a bias toward the lightest process that works
Comfort working on sensitive topics and holding high standards for confidentiality
Preferred qualifications
Program management experience in trust & safety, product policy, enforcement operations, threat intelligence, or AI safety
Familiarity with how AI models are developed and launched, and how policy, enforcement, and threat intelligence work plug into that cycle
Experience coordinating external publications, research releases, or public communications
Experience using AI tools, including agentic tools, to automate tracking, reporting, and other recurring program work

This is a remote opportunity within the US.
What we're looking for:
- Bring experience in cybersecurity, deep technology, or business-to-business (B2B) software, with an understanding of technical buyers and complex markets.

- Own messaging, product marketing strategy, launch planning, sales enablement, and the content direction that supports them.
- Partner closely with senior product, engineering, marketing, sales, and go-to-market leaders to connect strategy across the business.
- Bring ideas from strategy through execution, using customer and market feedback to refine the story and priorities.
- Help shape the capabilities and resources the product marketing function needs as the business grows.

At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.

That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.

About the role:
Large teams of agents are starting to solve problems no single agent can, from rewriting major codebases to formalizing landmark mathematics. Our team studies how these teams scale: what happens to performance, cost and coordination as the number of agents, the compute budget and the length of the task grow, and what has to change to keep getting returns from that scale. We build the platform and evaluations Anthropic uses to run and measure large agent teams, and other research teams build on them.
This role lives at the boundary between research and engineering. It is a generalist role on a small team: you'll design and run large experiments, build the systems they run on, and get to the bottom of surprising results. We often need to go from a vague question to a running experiment quickly.
Responsibilities:
Design, run and interpret large-scale experiments on agent teams, reasoning rigorously about what the data does and doesn't show
Investigate how performance and efficiency change as team size, compute and task horizon grow, and find the bottlenecks that limit them
Build and scale the systems that run very large agent teams reliably, and debug the failures that only appear at scale
Design evaluations for long-horizon problems, and keep their results trustworthy
Build the tooling and metrics that let researchers see what a large agent team is doing and why
Partner with research teams across Anthropic so they can run their own experiments on the platform, and communicate findings clearly
You may be a good fit if you:
Have significant software engineering, ML or research engineering experience
Have owned something substantial end to end, such as a large system, an evaluation or benchmark, an agent product, or a research project
Genuinely enjoy both research and engineering work
Think quantitatively about complex systems, and think twice before trusting a number
Can work from a vague question rather than a spec
Are results-oriented, with a bias towards flexibility and impact
Have clear written and verbal communication
Care about the societal impacts of your work
Strong candidates may also have:
Experience building or operating large-scale distributed systems, such as schedulers, sandboxed code execution, or inference and RL infrastructure
Built evaluations, benchmarks or harnesses for LLMs or agents
Experience building complex agentic systems that use LLMs
Experience with scaling laws or other large-scale empirical research
A background in operations research, statistics, economics, physics, quantitative finance, or another field that models and optimizes complex systems
Strong candidates need not have:
Formal certifications or education credentials
Academic research experience or publication history
Prior experience with multi-agent systems or reinforcement learning
Representative projects:
Measure how performance scales with the number of agents on a hard problem, and explain where the curve bends and why
Prepare our largest-ever agent run: find what breaks as team size and task length grow together, and fix it before launch
Work out how to allocate a fixed compute budget across a team of agents to solve a problem fastest
Build tooling that turns the activity of a large agent team into something a researcher can read in minutes
Design a novel eval that distinguishes real gains in teamwork from artifacts of the evaluation setup

We're seeking a business development lead to own Anthropic's BD partnership footprint with a small number of the world's largest and most consequential technology companies. These are not single-threaded accounts. Each relationship spans many businesses at once — consumer products, devices and operating systems, productivity and collaboration software, cloud and developer platforms, commerce, and enterprise distribution. Your job is to see the whole board, decide where Anthropic should lean in and where it shouldn't, and turn that judgment into signed deals.
The center of gravity for this role is product and distribution partnerships: co-developing opportunities with partners, and structuring the commercial, technical, and go-to-market terms that make those partnerships durable. You'll typically be running several deal streams inside the same partner in parallel — at different stages, with different counterparts, and with terms that interact with one another — and you'll be the person responsible for keeping them coherent.
This is an individual contributor role for a seasoned dealmaker who is comfortable as the primary counterpart to senior executives at very large companies, who brings strong judgment to ambiguous, high-stakes situations, and who can carry a complex, multi-party negotiation from first conversation through signature and into execution.
Key responsibilities
Manage a small number of large, multi-faceted partner relationships end to end: set the strategy for each relationship, decide which opportunities to pursue and in what order, and stay accountable for the overall health and commercial output of the partnership across every surface it touches
Lead product partnerships: identify and structure opportunities to embed Claude in partners' consumer and enterprise products, co-develop new products and features, and define the product, technical, data, and brand terms that come with them, working closely with Anthropic's product and engineering leaders
Run multiple deal streams in parallel: manage several concurrent negotiations within the same partner — product integrations, distribution and go-to-market, commercial and consumption agreements, and infrastructure — and sequence and connect them so terms in one stream reinforce rather than undercut the others
Negotiate complex, first-of-kind agreements: lead end-to-end negotiations involving novel commercial structures, revenue and economics sharing, product and roadmap commitments, exclusivity and competitive provisions, data terms, and multi-year, multi-component value exchanges
Act as an executive counterpart: build and manage relationships with senior executives and their teams on the partner side, serve as Anthropic's primary voice into the partnership, and prepare and steer Anthropic's own executives through partner-level engagements
Exercise judgment on behalf of Anthropic: weigh commercial upside against strategic, competitive, product, and mission considerations; know when to say no; and make clear, well-reasoned recommendations to Anthropic leadership on trade-offs that don't have a playbook
Drive cross-functional execution: coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Policy across the life of a partnership, from initial structuring through negotiation, launch, and ongoing governance, ensuring what we sign is something Anthropic can deliver
Minimum qualifications
Direct experience owning a large, multi-business partner relationship, where you were responsible for the whole relationship rather than a single deal or product line
Track record of structuring and closing product partnerships — embedding technology into partner products, co-developed products, distribution through partner surfaces, or similar — in addition to conventional commercial agreements
Experience personally leading complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations with senior executives, including deals with interlocking terms, competitive sensitivities, and multi-year commitments
Demonstrated ability to manage several significant negotiations at the same time without losing the thread on any of them
Experience coordinating cross-functional execution (e.g., Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance) to bring a complex agreement from structuring through signature and delivery
Preferred qualifications
10+ years in strategic business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate development at technology companies, with meaningful time spent managing relationships with very large technology partners
Experience on either side of a partnership between a foundation model or AI platform provider and a large technology company
Experience working inside one of the very large technology companies, with a practical understanding of how decisions get made, who holds budget and roadmap authority, and how to navigate them
Experience with partnerships that span both consumer and enterprise businesses, or that combine product, distribution, and infrastructure components in a single relationship
Understanding of foundation model capabilities and how they translate into partner products, with enough technical fluency to work credibly with product and engineering leaders on both sides
Background in corporate development, strategy, or a legal or finance discipline involving structuring and papering unusually complex agreements
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee Anthropic's global equity administration and payroll operations. In this role, you will lead the teams responsible for our equity compensation administration programs and global payroll operations, ensuring both functions scale accurately, compliantly, and efficiently as we grow — including through listing readiness and public-company operations. You will manage senior functional leaders across equity and payroll, and partner closely with Legal, Tax, HR, and the broader Accounting organization to support our mission to make AI beneficial for humanity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and develop the equity administration and payroll teams, setting strategy, priorities, and operating cadence across both functions
Own the control environment for equity and payroll: design and document to public-company standards.
Oversee scaling to public-company standards across both functions.
Drive systems strategy across the compensation platforms, from equity to payroll, and surrounding integrations, ensuring a coherent architecture as we scale
Serve as the primary escalation point and executive interface for equity and payroll matters with Legal, Tax, HR, and external providers
Oversee international expansion of both functions, including new-country payroll setup, cross-border equity compliance, and mobility programs
Partner with Accounting on stock-based compensation and payroll accounting, ensuring clean handoffs for close, reporting, and audit
Drive automation and continuous improvement of manual processes across both teams through technology solutions
Build headcount and resourcing plans that scale with the business
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
Have 15+ years across equity compensation and/or payroll operations, with significant experience leading senior functional leaders
Have operated equity and payroll functions to a public company standard.
Have deep familiarity with equity management platforms (such as Shareworks or E*TRADE) and Workday payroll, with experience owning cross-system architecture
Have built and scaled global operations across multiple jurisdictions
Are a strong people leader who develops senior functional experts
Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and default to building scalable processes over adding headcount
STRONG CANDIDATES MAY ALSO
Hold CEP (Certified Equity Professional) or CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification
Have experience with international mobility programs, worker secondments, and cross-border tax considerations
Have led complex system implementations or migrations at scale

Please be informed that Foxelli Group hires exclusively in-house and doesn't work with any external recruitment agencies. Any company or individual claiming to recruit on behalf of Foxelli Group is not affiliated with us.
Foxelli brings together curious people who enjoy building brands, exploring AI and making ideas happen. Our D2C brands reach millions of customers and generate more than $20M a year. Behind them is a team that cares about the products we make and enjoys figuring things out together.
We like people who ask questions, try things and take responsibility for what happens next. If that sounds like how you work, keep reading.
WHY JOIN FOXELLI
You’ll create for our own e-commerce brands. Your ideas can go from a rough concept to a live ad, with real customer response to help you improve the next one.
We make room for experimentation and expect you to bring ideas to the table. AI is part of how we work, and we’re interested in how you use it to make better creative, learn faster and simplify production.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Performance Ad Creator who can take a product, understand why someone would want it and turn that insight into a video ad that sells.
You’ll own the idea as well as the execution: find the angle, write the hook and script, choose how to tell the story and produce the finished ad. You’ll work with our creative lead and media buyers to learn from results and decide what to create next.
If you enjoy:
- Looking through customer reviews and spotting a reason to buy that others have missed.
- Figuring out why an opening makes you stop scrolling, then creating your own.
- Writing copy that sounds like a real person and gives the viewer a clear reason to care.
- Experimenting with footage, AI and different ways to tell a product story.
- Seeing how your ads perform and coming back with a better idea.
We’d love to work with someone who brings that curiosity all the way through to a finished ad.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Customer research and creative concepts
- Get to know our products and customers. Read reviews, explore objections and study existing creative to find promising angles.
- Develop original ad concepts for paid social, especially Meta. Choose a clear selling idea and a format that suits the audience.
Copywriting and production
- Write hooks, scripts, on-screen copy and calls to action in English.
- Produce complete ads using product footage, creator content and AI-generated assets. Own the edit, voiceover, captions, sound and pacing.
- Use AI throughout your workflow where it improves the result. Check that the product stays accurate and the visuals and voice feel believable.
Testing and improvement
- Create different openings and concept variations to test new messages, motivations and storytelling approaches.
- Review results with media buyers and use what you learn to improve existing ads and develop new concepts.
- Review your own work before submitting it, apply feedback thoughtfully and communicate clearly about progress and deadlines.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience creating ads. You’ve made direct-response video ads for e-commerce, with responsibility for both the concept and production. Subscription experience is a plus.
- Customer understanding. You can turn a motivation, frustration or objection into a persuasive angle and clear English copy.
- Strong production skills. You’re confident editing video and know how to use visuals, pacing, sound and text to keep a viewer engaged.
- Practical AI skills. You use AI image, video or voice tools in real projects, can spot weak output and know how to improve it.
- Performance thinking. You understand how watch time, CTR, conversion rate and CPA inform creative decisions, and can turn feedback into something worth testing.
- Ownership and curiosity. You make decisions independently, care about the details and keep learning. You can take a product and a goal and move the work forward.
FIXED SERVICE FEE
Up to 2500 euros per month after taxes (depending on your skills, competencies, and experience we'd be happy to negotiate).
PERKS & BENEFITS
- Full flexibility with your schedule in a fully remote setting, while Apploye ensures transparency and fairness.
- Complimentary gym memberships and company-sponsored outdoor adventures for your strength and to keep your physical well-being in check.
- A personal development budget is at your disposal for your personal and professional growth to ensure you keep growing continuously.
- Generous paid time off, including parental leave and vacation days, to recharge and rejuvenate and ensure you’re well-rested.
- A budget for your home office setup so you’re comfortable working how you like and where you like.
- Strong company culture and a network of unique individuals that celebrate you.
