HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE PARTNERSHIP ACTIVATION MANAGER ROLE ⭐️
You'll be the driving force behind the commercial activation of the Belfius Business network in Flanders or Wallonia & Brussels.
Your mission: help bankers identify the right companies (especially those with 20+ and 50+ employees), introduce the right Alan proposition, and turn our collaboration into measurable growth. You'll combine relationship building, commercial coaching and hands-on field activation, working closely with Alan's Belfius Partnership Lead, Sales teams and Field Marketing.
Your key missions
1. Activate the partner network. Build strong relationships with Belfius offices, zone directors and bankers across your territory. Identify the highest-potential offices and bankers (A/B/C prioritisation) and focus your energy where it has the most impact. Help bankers spot relevant opportunities in their portfolio and generate qualified leads.
2. Enable commercial success. Run trainings, workshops and commercial meetings (on-site and remote). Make Alan's proposition simple: which offer for which type of client, how to handle the most common questions, when to bring in an Alan Account Executive. Equip bankers with playbooks, customer stories and materials, within a compliant sales flow.
3. Turn strategy into action. Translate the quarterly Belfius x Alan commercial plan into a concrete local activation calendar: duo meetings with Alan Sales, focus groups, campaigns, incentives and events. Coordinate with Marketing and Sales so that every lead has a clear owner and a fast follow-up.
4. Own your impact. Track activity, leads, meetings, conversions and premium per customer across your network. Spot what works, challenge what doesn't, bring field feedback back to Alan and Belfius, and continuously improve the playbook.
You'll typically spend half or more of your time in the field, in Belfius offices and at client events.
⭐ Is it you we're looking for?
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in field sales, business development, partner or network activation, ideally with distribution networks (banks, insurers, brokers, HR or payroll services, benefits providers...).
- Love building relationships and know how to turn them into commercial results, even with people you don't manage.
- Are at ease facilitating a workshop for 20 bankers in the morning and coaching one banker on a client call in the afternoon.
- Combine strong interpersonal skills with a structured, numbers-driven mindset: you know your funnel and where it leaks.
- Are proactive, entrepreneurial and comfortable working autonomously on a territory.
- Are native in Dutch and/or French and comfortable working in English.
Experience in insurance, employee benefits or healthcare is a plus. What matters most is your ability to activate people, build trust and drive results.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level range. https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity

This role sits at the intersection of
finance, data, and technology
. You will drive Finance’s digital and AI transformation, connecting finance, business, product, data, and engineering teams, and turning operational and financial management needs into workable processes, data products, and system solutions. Your goal is to raise financial operating efficiency and data quality, give management reliable BI and actionable insight, and help build the financial systems and internal controls the company needs as it scales.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build, not just coordinate. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead Finance transformation programs end to end.
Build the roadmap for finance digitalization and AI transformation, prioritize projects, and define scope, milestones, owners, and acceptance criteria. Run cross-functional delivery from requirements through launch, training, and continuous improvement.
Own financial BI and decision support.
Build a unified financial and operational metrics framework with consistent definitions and dashboards covering revenue, cost, profit, budget execution, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
Turn data into action.
Explain business changes and anomalies to management, identify opportunities in cost, efficiency, and resource allocation, and work with business teams to execute and track the results.
Design finance solutions and automate processes.
Map finance processes, business rules, and system requirements into clear process designs, data models, and functional specs. Drive automation across bookkeeping, reconciliation, settlement, reporting, budgeting, and management analysis, and coordinate integration across ERP, finance platforms, data platforms, and business systems.
Improve data quality and control.
Strengthen reconciliation, exception handling, and data lineage so that definitions are consistent and key numbers are traceable.
Land AI and Agent applications in Finance.
Identify high-value AI use cases across finance, business analysis, internal control, and audit support. Take them from prototype to production with product, data, and engineering teams, including intelligent analysis, anomaly detection, document processing, and knowledge retrieval. Define success metrics, human review, permissions, and audit trails.
Build compliance and internal control foundations.
Work with Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Audit on gap assessments and remediation plans. Drive SOX-related controls, ITAC, and ITGC, and embed key controls into finance processes, systems, and data flows (access, segregation of duties, change management, data integrity, audit trail).
Keep leadership informed.
Give clear executive updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs, and act as a force multiplier by driving alignment and execution clarity across teams.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in finance products, finance digitalization, financial BI, or solutions roles, with a track record of turning finance requirements into system or data solutions and getting them adopted.
Solid understanding of finance operations: general ledger, AP/AR, revenue recognition, reconciliation, settlement, budgeting, and audit, with the ability to identify business rules and key control points.
Strong data analysis capability.
Independently use SQL to query, validate, and analyze data, and know at least one mainstream BI tool. Able to define metrics, analyze performance, and turn findings into recommendations that management understands and teams can execute.
Experience designing solutions and building, integrating, or optimizing ERP, finance platforms, BI platforms, or automation systems, with the ability to work effectively with product and engineering.
Strong cross-functional project management: able to align multiple stakeholders, manage priorities and dependencies, and push through complex problems.
Understanding of internal control and auditability requirements for financial systems, and the ability to judge where AI fits in finance scenarios and help validate and roll it out.
Independent thinking and high ownership.
You challenge assumptions constructively, form your own point of view, and operate with a strong bias toward action.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including with senior executives.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with IPO preparation, SOX, ITAC, ITGC, or internal control build-out at a listed company.
Experience building management-oriented business analysis and financial BI systems, and explaining how analysis drives decisions.
Hands-on experience implementing LLMs, AI agents, enterprise knowledge bases, or finance intelligence applications.
Background in banking, payments, fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or other high-volume businesses. Familiarity with trading, fund and asset flows, reconciliation, and finance operations in the digital asset industry is a plus.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Go deep on a few accounts. Learn each customer's business well enough that you could be wearing their badge in their hallways

- Decide when to bring in Agent Development, Product, Security, Legal, and Sierra leaders, and what each of them needs to do. You keep everyone aimed at the same goal
- Raise the bar for the SE team: mentor others, set standards for demos and pilots, and write the playbooks for Strategic deals and GTM processes
- Stay with the account after the sale, through the Agent Development handoff, launch, and expansion to new use cases
- Share what you see across your largest accounts with Product leadership and inform roadmap
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 7+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales
- Experience in leading the sales process with Strategic customers with deal sizes of $1M+ consistently

- Strong experience in relationship-building with prospect stakeholders, including C-suite executives and technical leaders
- Experience leading architecture, integration, and security discussions with enterprise architects, engineering leaders, and security teams
- Ability to leverage AI tools efficiently as a regular part of your technical sales motion — discovery prep, solution design, demo and prototype building, technical proposals. Importantly, you own the accuracy of anything you put in front of a customer, whether or not AI helped you build it
- Experience growing accounts past initial sale and defining customer roadmaps to facilitate growth
- Bachelor's Degree or above; bonus if in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience translating code, technical logic and user requirements to product and engineering requirements
- Selling a technical AI product
