Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide to reimagine how they operate and compete.
We're looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Associate to help grow two revenue motions: converting partner-sourced leads from Anthropic and AWS into Provectus clients, and building new pipeline in our target industries. This is a high-growth role for someone with solid BD experience who wants to sell AI services at the center of the industry's most important partnerships. You'll work closely with our BD leadership, take ownership of deals as you grow, and develop into a full-cycle enterprise seller.
What You'll Do
Partner motion: Anthropic and AWS
Act as a day-to-day point of contact for Anthropic's and AWS's partner and field sales teams.
Receive and qualify enterprise leads shared by our partners, run discovery calls, and move qualified opportunities through to proposal and signed SOW, with support from BD leadership on larger deals.
Keep the joint pipeline up to date, and help prepare quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions.
Build relationships with Anthropic and AWS field reps so Provectus is their first call for implementation needs.
Support partner program activities: certifications, co-marketing campaigns, case studies, and partner events.
New business development
Prospect into enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences through outbound, networking, events, and referrals.
Run discovery, scope opportunities with our architects, and own deals through the sales cycle.
Build a growing network of decision-makers on the East Coast.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with delivery leads and solution architects to scope proposals accurately. You'll be selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Share market insights (buyer objections, competitor moves, industry trends) with leadership and marketing.
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience
in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally in B2B technology, cloud, or consulting.
Hands-on experience working with a technology partner ecosystem (AWS, Anthropic, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar), for example co-selling, joint pipeline, or co-marketing.
A track record of moving deals through the sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal and close.
Strong written and verbal communication, and confidence presenting to VP-level and senior stakeholders.
Curiosity about AI and a genuine interest in how enterprises adopt it.
Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you take ownership without being micromanaged.
Willingness to travel up to 40% for client meetings, workshops, partner events, and conferences.
Nice to Have
Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech).
Experience selling services or statement-of-work (SOW) engagements rather than SaaS subscriptions.
Exposure to AI/ML, LLM-based products, or cloud data solutions.
An existing network in New York's financial services or life sciences communities.
Why Join Us
Work at the intersection of two of the most powerful partnerships in AI: Anthropic and AWS.
Sell with confidence, backed by a world-class AI/ML team that delivers what you sell.
Learn directly from experienced BD leadership, with a clear path to a senior partnerships or sales role.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.
Choice of B2B contract or full-time employment.
Unlimited vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(k) matching plan.
OTE range $120-140k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.

Hold every detail to an exacting standard for performance, reliability, safety, and compliance across global markets.
3. Lead JDM Execution
Set technical direction and guide partners through design, validation, industrialization, production, and sustaining.
Challenge plans, designs, tests, and conclusions; validate key evidence and keep technical authority inside Nex.
4. Make Quality Scale
Build Nex’s failure-analysis capability and establish the true root cause of manufacturing and field issues.
Prescribe and verify corrective actions that improve yield, prevent recurrence, and raise quality as volume grows.
5. Shape What’s Next
Evaluate technologies, platforms, and components that can unlock better consoles and active-play experiences.
Turn lessons, benchmarks, and working prototypes into stronger decisions for future programs.

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
We’re looking for a Technical Implementation Account Manager (TAM) to support our customers as a trusted partner and problem-solver, blending strong relationship management with a growing understanding of ClickUp’s platform and capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, solution strategy, and technical enablement, contributing to long-term growth, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. This role operates in an AI-native environment, and we expect TAMs at this level to use AI tools as a daily multiplier across account preparation, workflow analysis, solution design, follow-through, and customer enablement.
TAMs at this level manage a defined book of business and own day-to-day execution for their accounts, while working closely with more senior TAMs and cross-functional partners on complex initiatives. You’ll use established frameworks, playbooks, and templates to guide onboarding and adoption, monitor account health, and help ensure stakeholders see continuous value throughout their lifecycle. At the L04 level, success means not just understanding AI-enabled features, but showing sound judgment in when and how to use AI to improve execution quality, speed, and customer outcomes.
Technical Account Managers are responsible for delivering measurable value and driving meaningful business outcomes across their customer portfolio by focusing on:
- Customer Enablement & Onboarding: Supporting customers through onboarding and implementation for assigned customers, following established discovery frameworks and implementation plans.
- Account Health & Engagement: Monitoring adoption and account health within your book, executing standard plays to drive engagement, and escalating risks appropriately.
- Process Optimization & Solution Design: Collaborating with customers to understand key workflows and configure ClickUp solutions using established best practices, templates, and guidance from senior TAMs.
- Innovation Adoption & Workflow Automation: Guiding customers in adopting relevant features, including AI and automation, primarily by implementing standard patterns and documented workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- AI-Native Execution: Using AI in your own day-to-day workflow to synthesize discovery, accelerate account preparation, improve documentation quality, draft clearer recommendations, and increase the consistency and speed of customer follow-through while maintaining strong judgment and accuracy.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Customer Onboarding
- Support end-to-end onboarding and implementation of ClickUp for assigned customers using established discovery frameworks, templates, and project plans.
- Translate functional and technical requirements into ClickUp solutions for standard use cases under the guidance of more senior TAMs when needed.
- Guide customers through setup, integrations, and change management fundamentals, escalating complex scenarios appropriately.
- Use AI-assisted workflows where appropriate to prepare for discovery, summarize implementation decisions, and improve the speed and quality of customer follow-up.
Account Health Management
- Monitor health for your book of business, including utilization, key feature adoption, and champion/stakeholder engagement.
- Execute standard adoption plays and account review cadences to maintain or improve health, leveraging existing playbooks and frameworks.
- Identify risks early and partner with senior TAMs and account teams to build and execute recovery plans.
- Run recurring meetings with your accounts, sharing usage summaries, recommended next steps, and capturing follow-ups.
- Connect AI adoption, automation usage, and workflow improvements to measurable customer outcomes such as efficiency gains, stakeholder adoption, and expansion signals.
Workflow Mapping (IER Framework)
- Conduct Intake → Execution → Reporting (IER) cycles for core customer workflows using established discovery guides and templates.
- Recommend optimizations based on documented best practices and apply workflow templates to support scale and consistency.
- Maintain clear documentation of customer workflows, data models, and configuration decisions following team standards.
- Use AI to help analyze repetitive workflow patterns, identify process friction, and sharpen recommendations — while validating outputs before using them with customers.
AI Enablement & Agent Deployment
- Support adoption of ClickUp AI across relevant customer workflows by configuring and testing standard AI workflows and automations aligned to published best practices.
- Provide training and consultation on how to use existing AI and automation patterns; escalate novel or complex use cases to senior TAMs or specialists.
- Track and report AI usage and credit consumption against plan, surfacing straightforward opportunities to deepen adoption.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, usefulness, and business relevance before sharing recommendations or enabling them in customer workflows.
- Help customers move from feature awareness to practical workflow transformation by identifying where AI can remove manual work, improve reporting quality, or speed execution in repeatable ways.
Customer Success & Expansion
- Serve as the technical partner for assigned accounts, connecting usage to business value using established value frameworks and artifacts.
- Identify expansion signals (e.g., usage patterns, feature interest) and pass qualified leads and insights to the account team for follow-up.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support renewals, expansions, and AI upsells, aligning your work to the broader account strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with account teams, Product, and Services to maintain alignment between delivery and success for your accounts.
- Share customer feedback and insights to improve delivery and customer experience, focusing on clear problem statements and reproducible examples.
- Collaborate with more senior TAMs and internal stakeholders on complex initiatives, contributing execution and customer context.
CORE SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Technical Acumen
Solid understanding of ClickUp platform capabilities, automation logic, integrations, and AI Agent functionality, with a focus on applying documented solutions to customer use cases. Learns and adopts new features and patterns quickly.
AI Expertise
Uses AI and Agents as a daily multiplier, not just an area of awareness. Comfortable with generative AI concepts, prompt design, and automation frameworks, and able to show examples of AI improving work quality, speed, or consistency in a customer-facing environment. Able to implement standard AI use cases and identify when to bring in senior partners for more complex or novel scenarios.
Consultative Discovery
Strong at workflow analysis for core, well-understood processes. Uses structured discovery guides to identify friction points and map customer needs into ClickUp using existing best practices.
Project & Program Management
Strong project and time management for your account load. Able to juggle multiple accounts and workstreams with regular check-ins and guidance from your manager or senior TAMs.
Data & Reporting
Comfortable using dashboards and metrics to communicate health, adoption, and ROI at the account level. Interprets usage data to support clear, actionable recommendations within established frameworks.
Customer Engagement
Executive presence and strong communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, expectation setting, and follow-through. Builds trust with customer stakeholders by reliably executing agreed plans.
Account Ownership
Accountable for day-to-day execution for your book of business: proactive in follow-through, organized, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes while escalating higher-risk or highly strategic decisions.
Collaboration & Influence
Works cross-functionally with account teams, Product, and Sales to align on outcomes. Influences through clear data, customer stories, and consistent execution, while relying on senior leaders for major strategic decisions and escalations.
AI-NATIVE CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS:
- Can demonstrate examples of using AI tools, prompts, automations, or agent-assisted workflows to improve personal productivity, customer delivery quality, or workflow outcomes.
- Can speak concretely about where AI added value, where human judgment was still required, and how success was measured.
- For this level, we are looking for evidence of strong applied AI fluency in execution — not necessarily novel model development or highly complex custom agent architecture.
INTERVIEW SIGNAL:
BE PREPARED TO WALK THROUGH HOW YOU USE AI IN YOUR WORK. OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS WILL ASSESS PRACTICAL AI CAPABILITY, INCLUDING HOW YOU APPLY AI TO WORKFLOW ANALYSIS, CUSTOMER EXECUTION, JUDGMENT, AGENTIC WORKFLOWS, AND MEASURABLE OUTCOMES.

Job Summary
This is a rare 0→1 Founding Engineer opportunity to build a financial platform from the ground up within an already established and profitable ecosystem.
We are looking for an exceptionally strong, hands-on engineer with direct fintech experience who has previously built core banking, payments, ledger, cards, or money-movement infrastructure at an established fintech, neobank, or financial technology company.
This is not a management-first position. We need someone who still wants to architect systems, solve difficult technical problems, and write production code. You will work directly with the founders and an existing technical developer, taking significant ownership of the architecture, product, and technical direction.
As the platform scales, you will also have the opportunity to help shape and build the engineering team around you.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and build core financial infrastructure, including accounts, balances, ledgers, transaction state machines, and money-movement systems.
Build KYC/KYB, onboarding, compliance, permissions, limits, and approval workflows.
Design integrations with banking partners, card issuers, payment rails, FX providers, and other financial infrastructure partners.
Develop provider-independent architecture that supports multiple banking and financial providers without vendor lock-in.
Build secure, reliable APIs and financial data models capable of handling reconciliation, event processing, retries, and exception handling.
Own technical problems end-to-end, from architecture and database design through implementation and production deployment.
Work directly with the founders to translate product requirements and business constraints into scalable technical solutions.
Help establish engineering standards, technology choices, and the long-term technical direction of the platform.
Requirements
3–8+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong backend or full-stack fundamentals.
Direct experience building financial infrastructure within a fintech, neobank, payments company, or similar financial technology environment.
Experience with core banking, payments, ledgers, cards, FX, reconciliation, KYC/KYB, or money movement.
Proven experience building production-grade APIs and distributed systems.
Strong database architecture and data-modeling skills.
Experience with asynchronous workflows, queues, events, retries, idempotency, and transaction processing.
Strong engineering judgment and product instincts, particularly when balancing speed, scalability, reliability, and correctness.
Comfortable operating in a highly ambiguous 0→1 environment and taking significant ownership without requiring extensive direction.
Natural initiative, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
Highly hands-on and excited to continue writing production code rather than moving into a primarily managerial role.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience as a strong individual contributor, early engineer, founding engineer, or technical lead within a high-growth fintech.
Background at companies such as Revolut, Wise, Monzo, N26, Nubank, Brex, Stripe, Plaid, Airwallex, Nium, Razorpay, Adyen, Checkout.com, PayPal, Column, Modern Treasury, or similar.
Deep understanding of financial ledgers, reconciliation, transaction processing, or money-movement architecture.
Experience integrating multiple banking, payment, card, or financial infrastructure providers.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements surrounding KYC/KYB and international financial services.
Experience building multi-currency, FX, card issuing, or cross-border payments products.
Previous experience helping build a product or engineering function from an early stage.

💰 Milestone-based compensation
🌎 Fully remote and flexible work environment
🚀 High-impact founding role with 0→1 ownership
📈 Direct influence over architecture and technical direction
🎯 Opportunity to build on top of an already profitable platform

Job Summary
This is a rare 0→1 opportunity to build a high-scale financial platform from the ground up within a profitable, established ecosystem. While most fintechs spend years struggling to find customers, this team already has massive distribution at the point of company formation. We are looking for a hands-on Founding Engineer to bridge the gap between company incorporation and global financial operations by building a neobank-style platform that handles everything from KYC and multi-currency accounts to complex money movement and card issuing. You will own the architecture and technical direction of a product that helps international founders launch and scale their businesses globally.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and build core financial infrastructure including KYC/KYB workflows, ledger systems, and transaction state machines.
Design and implement integrations with regulated banking partners, card issuers, and payment rails (ACH, Wires, FX).
Develop provider-agnostic systems that allow the platform to integrate multiple financial partners without vendor lock-in.
Build robust, secure APIs and data models capable of handling complex reconciliation and event processing.
Manage the full lifecycle of feature development, from initial database schema design to production deployment and internal compliance tooling.
Work directly with the founders to translate product goals into scalable technical solutions and engineering standards.
Requirements
3–8+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong backend or full-stack fundamentals.
Proven track record of building production-grade APIs and distributed systems.
Mastery of database design, data modeling, and asynchronous workflows (queues, events, retries, and idempotency).
A high degree of engineering judgment; you understand when to build for scale and when to optimize for speed.
Exceptional ownership mentality—you are comfortable taking a problem and a goal and figuring out the path to completion independently.
Highly hands-on approach with a desire to write production code daily in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
Nice-to-Haves
Direct experience in fintech, neobanking, or payments (specifically ledgers, reconciliation, or money movement).
Background at high-growth financial technology companies such as Stripe, Adyen, Airwallex, Brex, or similar infrastructure providers.

Experience building multi-currency or FX-heavy platforms.
