We are looking for a Russian-speaking
B2C Growth Marketing Manager
who can combine structured marketing leadership with hands-on execution of high-leverage work.
This is a full-time, fully remote role for someone who can work closely with the founder, turn many marketing ideas into a clear growth plan, identify the strongest lead generation opportunities, discard distractions, execute with discipline, and own the numbers for B2C growth, lead generation, and revenue.
About Transparent Hiring
Transparent Hiring changes people’s lives by helping them find jobs and relocate to countries with a high quality of life, making the process as smooth and predictable as possible.
We are an IT recruiting and relocation company specializing in helping English-speaking IT professionals find jobs in Germany and Europe. We support candidates through the full journey: job search, positioning, applications, interviews, job offer, visa, relocation, and settling into a new country.
Our headquarters are in Bavaria, Germany, and our distributed team works remotely across Europe and Central Asia. We operate 100% remotely and accept candidates from anywhere, as long as your working hours sufficiently overlap with ours.
About The Role
This role is a mix of
marketing strategy, funnel ownership, hands-on execution, and coordination of a small marketing team
.
You will work directly with the founder, who brings many ideas, hypotheses, and business priorities. Part of your job is to help turn these inputs into a focused marketing plan. More importantly, we expect you to bring your own growth marketing expertise: identify high-impact approaches we have not tried yet, and turn the strongest opportunities into practical campaigns, experiments, and funnel improvements.
You will own the plan, prioritize strategies, channels, and campaigns, define what success looks like, track results, understand what worked and what did not, and adjust the strategy based on data. This is not a role for simply organizing other people's ideas; we are looking for someone who can shape the growth agenda and make strong recommendations based on experience, data, and customer insight.
Our B2C marketing funnel includes social (Telegram/Instagram/LinkedIn), paid acquisition, lead magnets, webinars, lifecycle communication, and consultation-based conversion.
You will work with internal and external contributors across content, paid acquisition, operations, and analytics.
You may add freelancers or other external specialists when needed. As the function grows, success in this role should also create the case for hiring more marketing specialists and delegating more hands-on work.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize key lead gen opportunities (strategies, channels, campaigns) and discard the rest.
Proactively suggest and test high-impact growth marketing approaches that could improve lead quality, funnel conversion, and revenue.
Plan marketing activities, then execute the plan together with the internal marketing team and external specialists.
Set and achieve growth, lead gen and revenue KPIs.
Measure, understand and report on what worked and what not.
Own and improve the B2C funnel from awareness to lead and purchase, including ad campaigns, lead magnets, landing pages, email sequences, and marketing materials.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success means that marketing becomes more structured, measurable, and connected to business outcomes.
You will be successful if:
You deliver a clear and focused marketing plan that achieves monthly goals with given resources.
Marketing activities are executed according to the plan and deliver results.
Marketing ideas are captured, prioritized, and either executed or intentionally declined.
Growth, lead generation, and revenue KPIs are clearly defined, measured and achieved.
Marketing reports explain what worked, what did not, and what we will do differently.
Requirements
Fluent Russian language.
Fluent English at C1 level.
Experience working in a startup-like environment: limited resources, fast pace, and short feedback loops.
Experience coordinating marketers, agencies or freelancers.
Hands-on funnel owner: you can set direction, brief and manage contributors, and personally execute high-leverage work when needed.
Ability to design core marketing systems: funnel structure, automation, tracking, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills - you are good with numbers.
Structured thinking.
Clear communication in spoken and written form (towards stakeholders as well as marketing audiences).
Strong self-organization.
Attention to detail.
Nice To Have
Any of the following can be applied in our marketing, so it will be a plus but is not required:
Experience in EdTech, career, recruiting, relocation, immigration, or professional services.
Marketing workflow automation: n8n / Zapier / Make / Gumloop, or similar tools.
Experience planning and setting up email sequences and lifecycle campaigns.
Experience with chatbot automations in Instagram/Telegram/WhatsApp.
Performance marketing: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or similar paid social channels.
Experience with webinars or online events.
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
SEO experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, or similar.
Landing page creation and CMS experience, such as WordPress.
Conditions And Benefits
KPI-based performance bonus will be a significant part of your total comp.
Direct work with the founder and short feedback loops.
High ownership and visible impact from the first weeks.
Supportive international team.
Opportunity to shape the B2C marketing system, not just execute tasks.
Full-time role.
Fully remote work.
We are deeply dedicated to our mission and expect the same level of focus from you. This role requires full attention and a deep dive into our business, audience, offers, and numbers. It cannot be combined with client work, employment, or projects that reduce availability, focus, or create conflicts of interest.
How To Apply
Send us your CV and a short note explaining:
Your greatest achievement in a similar role.
Which KPIs you owned.
How you usually prioritize marketing ideas when there are more ideas than time.

What the Role Is
This is a new role that owns integrated go-to-market strategy for every Wishlist moment: feature launches, seasonal pushes, and campaign activity tied to Registry/Wishlist. You’ll own user research, market sizing, and journey mapping, becoming the expert on the wishlist user. You'll direct the editorial and content work needed to bring each plan to life. You report to the Director, Customer Marketing, and hand finished plans straight to Brand & Creative, Growth channels, and Corporate Communications for execution, reporting on progress, and iterating to drive wishlist adoption and growth. This role exists because Wishlist is a core feature driving LTV growth, and needs a single owner focused on the user journey, threading strategy through to execution. This role will create a single point of partnership across product and marketing to enable faster and more cohesive go to market ways of working.
Who You Are
You have worked in an Integrated Marketing role in a Senior role, leading through influence with proven success. - this is an IC role, requiring deep cross functional partnership to succeed.
User focused: Have taken UX, analytics and custom research and built a marketing strategy for a product that appeals to this specific customer.
Consumer marketing experience at scale: you've built plans that work across email, push, SMS, paid, and site at once, not owned a single channel.
Product marketing background: you can turn a feature roadmap into a customer story and a sequencing plan without much hand-holding
A specific track record of driving business growth through cross-functional partnership- you can point to what you built and what it moved
Comfortable directing editorial and content work without owning the creative function; you know what story needs telling and can brief it clearly
Genuinely energized by ambiguity and lead with curiosity. There's no formal brief in this model, you build the plan from what you learn inside the squad
You naturally reach for AI in your work. At Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
You can lead through influence.
How You Will Make An Impact
You will become the expert on the Babylist Wishlist user, understand motivations, needs, and wants inside and out of the product.
Build the integrated GTM strategy for every Wishlist moment, in lockstep with the product squad's roadmap
Direct editorial and content needs for Wishlist, briefing Brand & Creative and Content/Social directly
Demonstrate a level of competency on what good creative looks like and how to measure its success.
Create the internal playbook for this user and product, including competitive analysis, market opportunity and sizing and what good will look like in our marketing.
Hand finished GTM plans straight to execution centers; Brand & Creative, Growth channels, Corporate Communications, and keep each moving in parallel
Own the customer marketing value proposition for Wishlist across every channel it touches
Drive measurable growth in Wishlist adoption, you're accountable for the number, not just the campaign activity around it
Report progress and blockers directly to the Sr. Director, Customer Marketing
Why This Role
You're one of the first two hires into a brand-new model. Integrated Marketing didn't exist here before, so you're defining what good looks like, not inheriting a process.
Wishlist is one of Babylist's highest-leverage customer journeys, and this is a huge opportunity to shape the growth of this product.
You'll work inside the product squad itself, not downstream of it and your plan shapes the roadmap instead of reacting to it.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$143,800 to $191,700 + target 20% annual bonus and competitive equity
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Title: Planner Satellite Manufacturing - MAITE
- Location: Athens, Greece
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organisation
- Reports to: Director of MAITE
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
- Please note we can only accept applications in English
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
The mission of this role is to be the single planning point for the whole MAITE (Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, Test and Execution) organisation in Greece: AIT Engineering, Production, Stock & Logistics, Procurement, Quality, and the Cleanroom & Lab. You will build and own one integrated schedule, from the master schedule down to daily work orders, that turns satellite demand into executable work across all of them.
You will work with the global planning team, which sets the master plan and component MRP, and turn it into a detailed, executable plan for the site. Unlike traditional satellite builds, LEO constellations demand industrial-scale throughput, modular design adaptability, and tight integration between production, engineering and supply chain.
Much of the value sits in the interfaces: sequencing a calibration campaign or a cleanroom intervention so it does not stop a build, holding a slot for a quality inspection, or flagging a long-lead component early enough for procurement to act.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, works comfortably across departments, and improves the planning tools and workflows they inherit where off-the-shelf solutions fall short. You are the reliable source of truth for the site plan: when the plan and the floor disagree, you know first and say so.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE's world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world's largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy, day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE's near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring (including oil-spill detection), and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE operates internationally with offices in Finland, Poland, Spain, Japan, the UAE, Greece, and the US. The company has more than 1000 employees, inspired by the shared vision of improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, maintain and optimise a single integrated schedule covering AIT Engineering, Production, Stock & Logistics, Procurement, Quality and the Cleanroom & Lab, from the master schedule down to daily work orders, against technical constraints, material availability, labour and facility capacity.
- Translate the master plan and component MRP from the global planning team into a sequenced plan for each department, agreeing dates and capacity with the department owners rather than directing their work. Hold slots for cleanroom interventions, calibration campaigns, quality inspections and rework loops so that planned work lands where it costs least, and keep those slots when priorities move.
- Run the daily and weekly planning cadence. Coordinate daily schedules with the site team leads, report actual people availability into the capacity plan, publish status, and raise deviations early and factually rather than sitting on them, then drive them to a decision.
- Feed the planning cycle. Keep plan versus actuals, milestone status and people availability current and flowing to the global planning team on cadence, so the plan above the site reflects floor reality.
- Produce and maintain the artefacts the organisation runs on: master schedule, critical path analysis, capacity plans, sprints and the visual management boards used in daily meetings.
- Integrate new product introduction and engineering changes into the plan, including prototype and qualification builds, without disrupting series production. Keep the plan and work order BOMs aligned with the current approved configuration, coordinating with Configuration Management, who own the governed baseline.
- Schedule planned downtime deliberately, including preventive maintenance, instrument calibration campaigns and cleanroom interventions, so that they land where they cost least.
- Embed quality hold points, inspection windows and rework loops into the schedule rather than absorbing them as overruns, and flag long-lead and shortage risk to Procurement early enough to act.
- Keep planning data in NetSuite, Manufacturo (MES), Jira and Smartsheet in sync with the floor: work orders released and closed on time, no phantom work in progress, no conflicting references, and material, WIP and stock status accurate enough to plan from.
- Publish and track the organisation-level planning indicators: on-time delivery, schedule adherence and cycle time. Consolidate and report the department-level measures that explain them, including material availability at kit release, inspection turnaround, equipment availability and calibration compliance. These measures remain owned by the department that produces them. Where one moves against the plan, raise it in the planning cadence with its owner and drive it to a decision.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- 5+ years of experience in production, industrial or operations planning in a technological environment (aerospace, defense, maritime, automotive, semiconductor, medical devices, etc.).
- Proven scheduling capability across multiple departments or product lines, building and owning a master schedule fully.
- Capacity planning across labour, equipment and facilities, with the judgement to state clearly what cannot be done as well as what can.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics and systems engineering, sufficient to challenge a lead time or a routing.
- Comfortable reading technical documentation: bills of materials, routings, work instructions and engineering change notices.
- Inventory management experience: tracking materials, work in progress and stock accuracy against plan.
- Ability to hold competing departmental priorities in balance and reach a decision without formal authority over the teams involved: influence and reliability over authority, and the instinct to raise a problem early rather than sit on it.
- Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to forecasting, problem-solving and decision-making, using Excel, Power BI or similar.
- Adaptability to respond quickly to production changes, delays, or evolving technical requirements.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP/MES systems and scheduling tools, including responsibility for planning master data accuracy. We use NetSuite, Manufacturo (MES), Jira and Smartsheet, which are being implemented while in use; experience with equivalent systems is fine.
- Experience producing visual management for daily operational meetings, and with project tooling such as Jira, Smartsheet or MS Project.
- Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
NICE TO HAVES:
- A satellite, aerospace, or another regulated, low-volume / high-complexity manufacturing setting.
- Foundational software development skills, such as Python or scripting, useful for automating planning tasks, integrating data sources, or building internal planning tools.
- Exposure to Lean or continuous improvement, S&OP cycles, or APICS/ASCM certification.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Talent Acquisition Interview
- Hiring Manager General Interview
- Technical Interview (onsite or virtual), including a Technical Challenge
- Leadership & Hiring Team Interview

About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We are the global leader in tokenized treasuries, tokenized stocks and ETFs, and are building the future of institutional-grade financial services onchain.
Founded by alumni of Goldman Sachs' Digital Assets team, we're backed by some of the best investors in the world, including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are the category leader by AUM, well-capitalized, and growing quickly. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
Our Data Science team turns on-chain and off-chain data into the analytics, risk, and decision-making infrastructure behind Ondo Global Markets (tokenized stocks) and Ondo Perps. We're hiring
Ondo's first Data Engineer
to build the foundational data platform that this work depends on—consolidating fragmented data sources, standing up a unified warehouse in BigQuery, and making trustworthy, well-modeled data available to the entire team.
This is a hands-on infrastructure role with end-to-end ownership. You'll lead the migration of analytics into BigQuery, work directly in the Go services that power Ondo Perps to ingest additional data into the warehouse, and build the repeatable ETL pipelines that let data scientists, risk, and analytics move quickly and self-serve. You'll partner closely with Data Science, Backend Engineering, Risk, and Product to replace today's siloed, ad-hoc pipelines with reliable, observable, and reusable data infrastructure.
Our team operates with high autonomy, high trust, urgency, and an uncompromising quality bar. We're looking for someone who improves the platform without waiting to be asked, cares deeply about data quality and correctness, and pairs strong engineering judgment with humility. You'll shape both Ondo's data foundation and how our Data Science team builds and scales analytics.
Responsibilities
Lead the migration of analytics and existing data workflows into BigQuery, establishing it as Ondo's unified, trusted warehouse and reporting layer.
Read, understand, and extend the Go services powering Ondo Perps to ingest additional data into the warehouse (e.g. changefeeds and streaming/batch sinks from production systems).
Design, build, and operate repeatable, well-tested ETL/ELT pipelines that the wider Data Science team can rely on and reuse.
Consolidate fragmented and siloed data sources—internal databases (CockroachDB, QuestDB), on-chain and market-data vendors (Allium, Dune, Databento), and product analytics—into consistent, well-modeled datasets.
Establish standards for data ingestion, transformation (e.g. dbt), orchestration, testing, lineage, and documentation so definitions are consistent and self-serve.
Experience building foundational metrics and dashboards, with strong opinions on data lineage and quality, in partnership with Data Science.
Own data quality, observability, monitoring, access controls, and cost management across the pipelines and warehouse.
Partner with Data Science, Backend Engineering, Risk, and Product to turn analytical and reporting needs into durable data infrastructure.
Requirements
5+ years of data engineering experience building and operating production data pipelines and warehouses.
Deep hands-on experience with a cloud data warehouse—BigQuery strongly preferred—including performance, partitioning, and cost optimization.
Strong SQL and data modeling skills, plus experience with modern transformation and orchestration tooling (e.g. dbt, Airflow, Dagflow-style schedulers, or similar).
Experience designing batch and streaming ingestion (CDC/changefeeds, event pipelines) from operational databases into a warehouse.
Experience building data infrastructure for fintech, trading, or other high-integrity financial systems where correctness and auditability matter.
High standards for data quality, reliability, testing, observability, and documentation.
Clear communication, high ownership, and a track record of delivering effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.
Nice to haves
Proficiency reading and writing Go, or strong general software-engineering ability and a track record of quickly ramping on unfamiliar production codebases.
Experience with crypto-native or on-chain data, and vendors such as Allium, Dune, or Databento.
Familiarity with CockroachDB, QuestDB, Snowflake, or similar operational and analytical stores.
Experience enabling self-serve analytics and AI-over-data workflows for analytics and data science teams.
Exposure to risk, quantitative analytics, or trading microstructure data.
What we offer
Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity, according to your preferences. We're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation.
Full benefits, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, plus a flexible vacation policy.
A remote-first team across many countries. You'll be an early team member helping shape our vision, culture, and engineering practices.
A+ colleagues. Our team includes alumni from Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, Two Sigma, Bridgewater, SpaceX, AWS, Meta, Google, McKinsey, Coinbase, Circle, and Uniswap.
Best-in-class investors. We are proud to be backed by leading crypto experts and venture firms, including Pantera Capital, Founders Fund, and Coinbase Ventures.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The GTM Strategy & Operations, Frontier team coordinates how Anthropic's research reaches the market: how we run model launches commercially, how we partner with Capacity teams to allocate a finite compute supply across customers and surfaces, and how we translate what the field learns into reads that Research, Product, Finance, and GTM leadership act on.
One tangible example of the work this role will contribute to is new model and product introduction: the end-to-end commercial run of a model, product or capability release, from identifying market opportunities to preparing customer cohorts and the field through to the adoption readout that shapes where we go from there. We are hiring for someone who can run a high-stakes cross-functional program where the bar for execution is sky high, author the strategic analysis and readouts executive leadership needs, and create and optimize repeatable methodologies.
This role reports to the Global Head of GTM Strategy & Operations, Frontier, and sits at the interface between GTM, Applied AI, Product, Research, Security & Safeguards, Finance, and Compute.
Key responsibilities
Run launches
Serve as GTM DRI for product and model launches: own account selection for pre-launch, coordinate field readiness across scaled pre- and post-sales teams, and run the launch-week operating room with extreme ownership.
Synthesize customer adoption signal (usage patterns, migration behavior, qualitative feedback from the field) into actionable reads for executive leadership across the company
Design and run the field response loop: how AE, CS, Applied AI and customer response and feedback gets captured, triaged, and routed to the teams who can act on it
Evolve the NPI methodology
Design and iterate GTM's NPI methodology across both standard releases and managed-access programs, including operating cadence, roles and handoffs with field teams, and the bar for launch readiness
Carry the executive reporting cadence for launches: what leadership teams see, how often, and how we make adoption trends legible early as well as retrospectively in a continual sprint environment
Partner across the company
Act as GTM's primary interface to Product S&O and Research on launch planning, ensuring commercial readiness is sequenced with product / model readiness
Work with Sales Strategy & Operations partners, Applied AI, and Customer Success on field execution, ensuring the launch motion lands consistently across segments and regions
Partner with Capacity teams on rate limits, provisioning, and capacity planning for account cohorts, assessing capacity-efficiency opportunity and executing against it with customer value at the core
Collaborate on protect-play targeting, sequencing, and post-launch competitive response when external launches and ours overlap
Minimum qualifications
Experience in product operations, PMM operations, release management, management consulting, or GTM strategy & operations
Built and run high-stakes, operations-heavy programs with many cross-functional dependencies at a high-velocity product company, with a track record of turning effective heroics into a repeatable, scaled methodology
Ability to quickly weigh, select, and execute the balance between business, safety, and repeatability considerations
Written for and presented to senior executives; you can produce the readout leadership reads and hold the room with Product, Research, and Finance counterparts
Exceptional analytical skills, rooted in data but never without corresponding actionable insights. You can design the metrics and reporting that make a program legible, distinguish signal from noise in a messy week-one read, and work with analytics engineering teams to evolve data design to be fit for purpose
A bias toward extreme ownership - you see the gap, you fill it, and you hold the outcome regardless of where the org lines fall
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred qualifications
Strong analytical foundation: SQL and code-level data proficiency, sophisticated modeling in Sheets or Excel, and experience with BI tools (Looker, BigQuery, or similar)
Experience at an AI, developer-tools, or API-first company with consumption-based pricing (ideally as well as B2B SaaS)
Strong familiarity with, if not direct experience in, commercial roles (sales, rev ops, product marketing) or product management in addition to operations
Familiarity with safety, trust & safety, or security-review processes in a product context
Demonstrated success operating in ambiguity at a company where the product and the operating model are both changing fast
Deadline to apply:

The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
