Location: San Francisco, CA | New York City, NY About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic is dedicated to developing AI assistants that are helpful, harmless, and honest. As usage of our AI services grows, we need to ensure they are not misused. The Safeguards team is at the forefront of protecting our users from the risks of powerful AIs as well as ethical, technical, and social risks from the use of generative AI. The Safeguards team at Anthropic builds protections for new AI features enabled by the research teams and protects new products and surfaces developed by our product teams. As a Product Manager for the Safeguards team at Anthropic, you will own the ideation, design, development and deployment of Safeguards systems and relevant product UX to ensure we are advancing frontier models safely to users across various cloud platforms. You will work closely with our research and product teams to develop detections, evals, interventions, and tools to measure and mitigate deployment and user risks. We are looking for a product manager who is deeply committed to making AI safe and beneficial for humanity. You are aware of the risks and are committed to working with experts and coming up with ideas for Anthropic to implement. You have deep technical expertise in development, deployment and measurement of Safeguards systems. You thrive in rapidly moving and ambiguous environments. Responsibilities Determine how to build in safety by design upstream and leverage downstream defenses for Anthropic’s frontier models, AI products, customers on different surfaces - Claude.ai, 1P API, external Cloud providers. Ability to write safety evals and communicate externally about safety. Drive impact via ruthless prioritization by clearly defining problems, solution options forward, clarity on both business & technical tradeoffs and accordingly clear requirements toward MVP vs. ideal state. Align & collaborate with policy, enforcement, research, engineering and cross functional stakeholders. Understand the AI landscape and ecosystem to plan for mitigation of deployment risks of increasingly powerful models and determined adversaries. Lead the development of metrics to understand the area, performance, blindspots to help inform future project planning. Minimum Qualifications You may be a good fit if you have: Ability to make technical tradeoff decisions; ideally with experience working across policy experts, AI/ML research engineers and software engineering teams to design and build state of the art safety systems. Strong user understanding of how our products are used, their Safeguards concerns and how we provide the best solutions. Demonstrated ability to build product and engineering strategy across multiple cross-functional teams for a rapidly changing space. Demonstrated experience in designing and building metrics to evaluate risks, system performance, user impact and making crisp tradeoffs Very strong ability to navigate, and prioritize amidst rapidly changing product specs, and to flex into different domains to bring clarity and execute. Evidence of exercising judgment and decision making in ambiguous situations. Planning, building, launching and measuring new products / systems in a zero to one environment. Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences in written and verbal communication. Think creatively about the risks and benefits of new technologies, and think beyond past checklists and playbooks. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years in product management with a focus on fast problem understanding, building roadmaps with tractable progress, ability to get into the details on data, detection & interventions, infrastructure & tools, and/or evals. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $385,000 — $460,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver. About the Role Enterprise deals aren't won by a single email or a single seller. They're won by a coordinated push that reaches every stakeholder in the room, at the right moment, with the right message. As our Account-Based Marketing Manager, you'll own the programs that turn our highest-value Enterprise and Strategic accounts into pipeline. You'll work directly with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Partnerships to build 1:1 and 1:few plays that engage buying groups and move complex, multi-stakeholder deals forward. This is a role for someone who's comfortable building from limited precedent and translating account strategy into campaigns that actually change how a deal moves. What you'll do Own and execute ABM programs for a defined portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts, from strategy through campaign delivery. Design 1:1 and 1:few ABM plays that engage decision-makers and full buying groups, not just single contacts. Partner with Sales on account plans, opportunity progression, and executive engagement, acting as the marketing counterpart to their account strategy. Build personalized messaging and content experiences tailored to enterprise stakeholders, translating account priorities into a value narrative. Run multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid media, content hubs, direct mail, and events, sequencing channels to match where each account is in the funnel. Lead high-touch executive engagement initiatives, including curated dinners, events, and account-specific experiences that build senior-level relationships. Drive account research to surface buying group members, whitespace, and engagement signals that inform where to focus next. Track account engagement, campaign performance, and pipeline impact across the portfolio, and use those signals to reallocate effort toward what's working. Test new ABM tactics and engagement approaches, treating each program as a hypothesis to validate rather than a template to repeat. At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve. Skills and Qualifications 4-7 years of B2B marketing experience with strong exposure to enterprise demand generation, ABM, or strategic account marketing. Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel ABM programs targeting complex buying groups. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate account engagement and pipeline signals and adjust programs accordingly. Experience partnering closely with Sales to support account strategies and opportunity progression. Ability to independently plan and execute marketing initiatives aligned with broader strategic objectives. Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and ABM or intent tools. Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and plans need to adapt in real time. Nice to Have Experience running executive-level engagement programs (dinners, curated events, VIP experiences). Background in SaaS or fintech, where enterprise sales cycles involve multiple senior stakeholders. You'll Thrive Here If You Treat a stalled enterprise deal as a puzzle to solve, not someone else's problem. Can build a program from scratch when there's no playbook to follow. Read pipeline and engagement data as a starting point for the next test, not a to file away. Move comfortably between big-picture account strategy and the details of a single campaign asset. Build real working relationships with sellers instead of treating Sales as a stakeholder to manage. Hold a high bar for personalization. Generic ABM doesn't move enterprise buying groups. Take ownership of outcomes, not just activity. Pipeline impact is the scoreboard. Give and take direct feedback easily, and adjust fast when a play isn't landing. Compensation The compensation range for this role is $98,000 - $106,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location. Perks & Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family. FSA and HSA Spending Account. 20 days of vacation, 5 sick days, 11 company holidays plus an additional 1 floating holiday. 401(k) plan with company match. 100% Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance and AD&D. Paid parental leave (12 weeks for primary caregivers / 6 weeks for secondary caregivers). Generous home office stipend to support your remote workspace. Annual professional development stipend to support your growth (e.g., workshops, courses, and seminars). Charitable giving program and paid volunteer time off with registered non-profits. Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) The Position CallRail is a lead engagement platform: we show businesses which marketing drives their calls, forms, and chats, and we help them answer, qualify, and route those leads around the clock. Home services is one of our largest and fastest-moving markets, and we're looking for a Vertical Marketing Manager to own it. Think of the role as general manager for home services: you set the strategy, you own the number, and you're the company's go-to on this market. You'll build the home services personas, positioning, and messaging, verticalizing our go-to-market narrative for this audience. From there you'll partner with demand generation, customer marketing, and content on how it comes to life, and work closely with sales, product, and leadership on what we build and say. Expect roughly equal parts strategy and execution. Home services is not one market, though. A roofer, an HVAC contractor, a remodeler, and a landscaper run different businesses with different seasons, job values, and buying triggers. Building a real strategy for each priority subvertical, rather than one generic story, is where this role makes its biggest impact. What You'll Do You act like an owner. Home services is your line of business. You know its performance, its risks, and its opportunities inside and out, and you carry the accountability that comes with it. You bring an informed point of view. You represent home services in cross-functional and leadership conversations, and your perspective carries weight because it's grounded in real expertise — what customers are telling you, what the data shows, what competitors are doing. You advocate for what your market needs. You don't wait for a door to open; you open it. When you see something we need in order to win in home services, you build the case for it, bring the rationale and the numbers, and champion it until it gets a real decision. You go deep. You're genuinely curious about this industry, its buyers, and the forces shaping it. You want to keep learning, testing, and refining what works. What You'll Own Home services strategy and business performance Own the go-to-market strategy for CallRail's home services business, including which subverticals we prioritize, how we position and message to them, and the plan to hit our acquisition and revenue goals Live in the numbers that define the health of the business: customers, new MRR, churn, ARPU, conversion rate, and product adoption. You'll spot emerging trends and issues early, work cross-functionally to understand what's driving them, and bring a plan when one is needed. Report on performance to leadership with the insight and executive presence to explain what's changing, what it means, and what you're doing about it Market and competitive expertise Be CallRail's subject matter expert on the home services market: the buyers, the workflows, the seasonal and operational realities, the vendor landscape, and the economics of how these businesses grow Own the home services buyer personas and the value propositions, positioning, and messaging built on them — the work that differentiates CallRail in an increasingly crowded lead engagement and AI voice market Track the competitive set continuously: who's winning, who's new, where they beat us, where we beat them, and what we should do about it. Feed that intelligence to product, sales, and leadership Regularly surface the headwinds and tailwinds shaping the vertical and translate them into implications for our strategy Validate market requirements through customer interviews, surveys, win/loss analysis, sales insight, and usage data Be the face of CallRail in the home services market: trade shows, industry speaking engagements, webinars, panels, podcasts, etc. Subvertical strategy and expansion Decide which subverticals we invest in and in what order, with a clear view of market size, our current traction, and where we're positioned to win Build distinct strategies, positioning, and messaging for each priority subvertical. Know the operational differences that shape how each subvertical buys Build the subvertical-specific proof that makes the case credible — customer stories, benchmarks, and ROI framing that speak to that trade rather than to "home services" in general Cross-functional leadership Serve as the hub between sales, product marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, and product development, feeding market insight into each function and making sure everyone is marching in the same direction Serve as the messaging authority for home services: consulting across marketing for campaign and content development Pressure-test the work happening across teams against a simple bar: does it solve a real home services customer pain point, strengthen our competitive position, resonate with the segment we're targeting, and drive measurable results? Partner with product development teams as the voice of the home services customer, bringing market insight that shapes the roadmap Enable sales and support: train them on the problems we solve for home services buyers, and work with sales enablement to build the internal tools and external collateral they need What You'll Need BS/BA and 4–6 years of experience in a strategic marketing role, with direct experience in home services tech, the trades, field service software A track record of owning a strategy end to end and being accountable for the results, not just executing someone else's plan Strong analytical instincts and genuine comfort with data — you can get to the story behind the metric and build a case around it Excellent written and verbal communication, and the confidence and presence to represent your point of view to senior leaders and to external audiences Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional partners without formal authority Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where you'll prioritize, make tradeoffs, and shift between strategic thinking and hands-on execution in the same day If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience. Additional Perks Healthcare (one option covered at 100% for employees), Dental & Vision Coverage Competitive HSA with company matching Paid parental leave Flexible vacation policy 401K options with company dollar-for-dollar match Employee stock options available from day one $2,000 annual educational allowance Catered lunch every Tuesday * an in-office perk MARTA transportation or office parking expenses covered Employee charitable donation company match, up to $500 annually Regular company outings and events Hybrid work options with $500 office stipend to set up your home office Designated bike storage Learn more: https://www.callrail.com/about/ You Are Welcome Here CallRail understands that valuing diverse creative practices and forms of knowledge are crucial to and enrich the company's core mission. We encourage applications from everyone, including members of all equity-seeking communities, such as (but certainly not limited to) women, racialized and Indigenous persons, persons with disabilities, and persons of all sexual orientations and gender identities and expressions. In your application, please feel free to note which pronouns you use (For example - she/her/hers, he/him/his, they/them/theirs, etc). Continuous adoption of AI technologies is essential to this role. You will be expected to leverage AI platforms to streamline operations, solve complex problems, and stay ahead of industry benchmarks. *** This position is based out of our Atlanta office. Through December 2026, employees are expected to work in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Beginning in January 2027, CallRail will transition to a 3 day hybrid work model. Employees will work in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

We're looking for a Vertical Marketing Manager to own a portfolio of our emerging markets, with automotive at the center. From there you'll partner with demand generation, customer marketing, and content on how it comes to life, and work closely with sales, product, and leadership on what we build and say. Expect roughly equal parts strategy and execution. Automotive is the priority. It's one of our fastest-growing segments, and the aftermarket — repair and service businesses, tire and quick-service shops, collision centers, and the parts suppliers and retailers who serve them — is where you'll go deepest. Alongside it, you'll own a portfolio of our emerging small business verticals. They sit at different stages and require different levels of investment, and determining where to focus is a core part of the role. What connects them is the customer: small businesses that win or lose on the leads they capture. What You'll Do You act like an owner. These markets are your line of business. Location: Washington, DC About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role As a Customer Success Manager on Anthropic's Public Sector team, you will be the post-sales trusted advisor helping national security customers realize the value of Claude and turn their investment into mission impact. You'll combine your customer success expertise with technical fluency to drive adoption of Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Government (C4G) on classified infrastructure delivered through a cleared cloud provider, while maintaining our high standards for safety, security, and discretion. Working closely with our Sales, Applied AI, Product, Engineering, and Policy teams, you'll guide customers from deployment through enablement, model migration, renewal, and expansion. You'll develop genuine partnerships with customers' AI leadership, platform and compute teams, security and accreditation officials, and mission operators—and with the cleared cloud providers and system integrators that deliver alongside us. Your understanding of their mission, how they accredit and govern capabilities on classified fabrics, and how they evidence value to oversight will help them deliver decision advantage. Drawing on both your national security expertise and technical knowledge, you'll serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey with us—helping them navigate constraints that don't exist in commercial or federal civilian deployments: classified-fabric accreditation, fixed compute capacity, compartmentation, limited telemetry, and need-to-know discipline. Much of this work happens onsite, in the customer's spaces, on their systems. Your role focuses on driving consumption and adoption of Claude across mission workloads, standing up enablement and change management suited to a cleared, mission-driven workforce, identifying and hardening the workloads that matter most to the mission, and demonstrating value in unclassified terms that can leave the building and support renewal and expansion. The insights you gather will directly inform our research priorities, product roadmap, and national security strategy—making you a key voice in shaping how Anthropic builds and delivers AI systems for the most demanding missions. Key responsibilities: Partner with the account executive and Applied AI architect to deeply understand the customer's mission requirements and translate them into an account and success plan, ensuring alignment between mission objectives, the customer's investment, and technical implementation Serve as the primary post-sales advisor to the customer throughout their Claude adoption journey, from deployment through enablement, model migration, renewal, and expansion. You will need to build trusted relationships across the customer's senior stakeholders—AI leadership, platform and compute teams, security and accreditation officials, contracting, and mission operators—and coordinate internally across multiple teams and with cleared cloud providers to drive customer success Support customers building with Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Government on classified infrastructure—managed configuration, capacity and throughput planning, and workload onboarding—with a working understanding of accreditation requirements (FedRAMP High, IL5/IL6, classified-fabric accreditation) Create and deliver compelling enablement and executive content tailored to different audiences. You will need to spread the gamut from hands-on Claude Code enablement for engineering teams (Train the Trainer, managed configuration as the "paved road," Center of Excellence development) up to mission-value conversations with senior agency leadership, in unclassified language that can leave the building Help the customer develop evaluation frameworks and measure adoption and value without direct telemetry—provider capacity reports, customer-run dashboards, workload registries, and agreed leading indicators—and guide model migration and release readiness: eval gates built from their workloads, staged cutovers off end-of-support models, and realistic expectations about what lands on their fabric and when Drive consumption and adoption: separate under-pacing from burst saturation of a fixed compute pool, smooth and onboard workloads before asking for capacity, discover new mission workloads across compartmented organizations, and document value realized in mission-outcome terms (decisions accelerated, coverage, timeliness, findings produced) Own Executive Business Reviews that function as discovery and alignment—leaving executives with sponsor commitments, mutual next steps, and a mission-outcome narrative that supports the renewal decision—and serve as the primary conduit between the customer, cleared cloud providers, and Anthropic Identify common adoption and integration patterns and hero workflows that demonstrate mission transformation, and contribute insights back to our Product, Engineering, Research, and Policy teams—while maintaining strict separation of classified and unclassified channels and escalating correctly (e.g., 'Claude cut a high-volume analytic triage queue from days to hours') Work onsite frequently at customer facilities for enablement, workshops, and relationship building, on the customer’s systems and within their security and need-to-know rules Maintain strong knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities, agentic and Claude Code implementation patterns, and national security AI policy You may be a good fit if you have: Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, this position requires U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with a current full-scope polygraph (a TS/SCI with CI polygraph may be considered where crossover is supportable) Must have prior experience working with US national security (defense and/or intelligence) agencies —ideally at the level of AI leadership, platform, and compute teams rather than a single program office—and a working knowledge of how national security agencies accredit, budget, govern compute, and measure mission (including the difference between FedRAMP High, IL5/IL6, and classified-fabric accreditation, and the role of cleared cloud providers and system integrators) 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or Consultant, with experience navigating complex stakeholder environments; able to work onsite at customer facilities in the National Capital Region 3-4 days per week Experience driving success with consumption-based products (tokens, throughput, capacity) as well as seat-based products, including measuring adoption and value when you cannot see usage directly Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, API integration patterns, and agentic tooling such as Claude Code; familiarity with common LLM frameworks, tools, and evaluation approaches, and hands-on experience building something with an LLM API or coding agent, is a strong plus Exceptional ability to build relationships with and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, from engineering and platform teams to security and accreditation officials to senior national security leadership Judgment and discretion: never over-promises on dates, capabilities, or documentation; practices need-to-know as a reflex; keeps composure under political and competitive pressure; strategic mindset to identify mission transformation opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion plans Excitement for engaging in cross-organizational collaboration, working through trade-offs, and balancing competing priorities—advocating for customer needs across internal (Applied AI, Policy, Research, Security) and external (cleared cloud provider, system integrator, program office) stakeholders Passion for thinking creatively about how to use AI in a way that is safe and beneficial for the national security mission, and ultimately furthers the goal of advancing safe AI systems A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic 'roll up your sleeves' mentality—you're a true team player The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $265,000 — $350,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time.
