ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a hands-on Senior CRO Manager to drive conversion growth for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will be fully responsible for a continuous pipeline of A/B tests - from hypothesis and prioritisation through launch, analysis, and documented verdicts - working with the CRO Lead to grow the number of statistically validated winners across the funnel.
This is a high-impact role suited for someone who treats experimentation as a system, not a list of ideas. Tests without a clear hypothesis, verdicts called before the evidence supports them, and results that are not documented are not acceptable. You are expected to know the funnel numbers, segment before you conclude, and work closely with the data team, product, and engineering. The bar is high and so is the upside - performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experiment Pipeline: Own the A/B test backlog from hypothesis to launch. Prioritise ideas by expected impact, confidence, and effort, and keep the pipeline full so live traffic is always being used to learn.
- Funnel Analysis: Analyse the funnel in Mixpanel to find drop-offs, friction points, and segment-specific opportunities across devices and locales, and turn them into testable hypotheses.
- Test Analysis & Verdicts: Read results with statistical rigour, separate winners from directional trends and noise, and prepare clear verdicts for sign-off with the data team.
- Test Specification & QA: Write test specs and variant briefs that developers can build without follow-up questions, and check every variant before and after launch.
- Conversion Copy & Layouts: Produce conversion-oriented copy and layout variants that stay within compliance constraints on product claims.
- Documentation & Reporting: Keep every test documented in Notion with hypothesis, setup, result, and learning, and contribute to regular experimentation reporting for leadership.
- Mentoring: Support a junior CRO specialist on test design, analysis, and documentation standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must-Have Experience
- CRO / Experimentation: 3+ years running A/B tests on a D2C subscription or consumer web product, with results you can attribute to your own work.
- Product Analytics: Hands-on proficiency in Mixpanel or a close equivalent - building funnels, segmenting by device and geography, and reading cohort behaviour without analyst support.
- Statistics: Working knowledge of significance, power, sample size, and common pitfalls such as peeking and sample ratio mismatch.
- Experimentation Platforms: Experience with a feature-flag or A/B testing platform (GrowthBook, Statsig, or close equivalents).
- Conversion Copy & UX: Ability to write and critique conversion copy and page layouts, grounded in behavioural psychology.
- AI Tooling: Active daily use of AI tools (Claude or equivalent) to accelerate concept, analysis, and prototype work.
- Compliance: Familiarity with consumer protection rules for subscription products and marketing claims is a bonus.
Leadership Attributes
- Holds a high bar for their own work and the team's - tests ship clean, documented, and correctly called
- Constantly learns and adopts new tools and methods
- Ambitious - driven to build large-scale products used by millions
- Explains decisions clearly in writing - a hypothesis, a verdict, or a prioritisation call can be understood without a meeting
- Communicates clearly and proactively in a remote, async environment
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.

You will need to coordinate internally across multiple teams and stakeholders, including global teams across time zones, to drive customer success
Support customers building with both the Claude API and Claude for Work
Create and deliver compelling technical content tailored to different audiences. You will need to be able to span the gamut from technical deep dives for engineering and development teams up to business value focused conversations with executives

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Together with our partners, we’re helping customers break free from the restrictive, overpriced legacy solutions that hold them back, and blaze forward with the full power of the open cloud in their hands.
Founded in 2007, we scaled the business with less than $3 million in outside funding until 2021, when we did a traditional IPO on the Nasdaq stock exchange. Today, Backblaze generates over $100m in revenue and is the leading specialized storage cloud, managing over three billion gigabytes of data storage for 500K+ customers in 175+ countries, including businesses, developers, IT professionals, and individuals.
But while there is a lot to celebrate in our past, there is almost as much opportunity ahead of us. We’re seeking a

Backblaze’s B2 cloud object storage offers multi-exabyte, S3-compatible, globally available object storage that unlocks app builder innovation across AI neoclouds and traditional hyperscalers at a fraction of the cost of traditional cloud infrastructure hyperscalers.
The Principal Product Manager for B2 will work closely with key stakeholders to understand the evolution of cloud storage and the customer problems in the space, and determine product strategies and roadmap to address those problems. This person will work independently to lead efforts for new feature discovery and delivery, as well as improvements to execute on those strategies. Understanding customer problems through interviews and market research, and translating them into requirements, is critical.

Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from discovery through delivery in feature development.
Gather and synthesize inputs for discovery and prioritization from internal functions, customers, and partners across the full spectrum of R&D development, including feature capabilities, user experience challenges, cost optimization, and technical debt.
Translate complex customer challenges into clear, concise, and actionable product requirements in collaboration with Design, Engineering, and GTM teams.
Collaborate with Product Marketing to launch and drive adoption of new products and features.
Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist for Backblaze's solutions, presenting to customers, prospects, partners, and internal teams.
Establish and track key product metrics (KPIs), using data to guide iteration and growth decisions.
Maintain a deep understanding of the latest advancements in the object storage market, including customer use cases and competitive offerings, to identify new opportunities and ensure Backblaze’s market leadership position.
The Right Fit
8+ years of Product Management experience in tech businesses, preferably on IaaS and/or SaaS offerings.
A proven track record of successfully launching and scaling technical products or platforms in high-growth businesses involving in-depth cross-functional collaboration and leadership across R&D and go-to-market functions.
Strong grasp of cloud architecture, APIs, and security and compliance.
Proven success in owning product roadmaps, defining MVPs, and driving the complete product life cycle.
Strategic thinker who can translate market trends, customer needs, and technical innovations into a clear product vision and actionable roadmap.
Deep empathy for customers and users in gathering and synthesizing input, and a passion for solving their most pressing security challenges.
Outstanding communication and leadership skills with a collaborative and team-oriented approach to identifying problems, determining potential solutions, and building consensus around your vision with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience applying data and metrics to inform product decisions and measure success.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager, Sales to join our Finance team. You will be a key partner to Sales and RevOps leadership, helping shape metrics-driven decision making across Sales budget and headcount, commissions, SLG bookings, quota planning, capacity, and productivity. This role will have high cross-functional visibility and will be central to building the financial discipline, operating cadence, and scalable reporting needed to support Vercel’s next stage of growth.
What you'll do
Serve as the trusted Finance partner for the CRO by delivering actionable insights through forecasting, scenario analysis, business reviews, and resource allocation recommendations
Own Sales budget and headcount planning, including bottoms-up workforce models that connect hiring plans, ramp timing, productivity assumptions, commissions, and compensation costs to bookings and revenue goals
Support SLG bookings and quota planning by partnering with Sales and RevOps on quota capacity, ramp, attainment, coverage, territory design inputs, and productivity assumptions
Support commissions planning, forecasting, and reporting in partnership with Accounting, RevOps, and Sales leadership, including commission expense, accruals, plan changes, and performance insights
Lead Sales BvA reviews and operating cadences, translating financial results into clear variance narratives, risks, opportunities, and recommendations
Improve Sales Finance reporting and tooling by building scalable dashboards, templates, and processes that reduce manual work, improve forecast accuracy, and surface key risks earlier
What you need
Commercially sharp and analytically rigorous
– You understand how Sales and RevOps teams operate and can connect SLG bookings, quota planning, pipeline, capacity, attainment, productivity, commissions, headcount, and spend to the company’s financial plan.
Anti-bureaucracy, pro-speed
– You streamline workflows, remove drag, and make decisions with clarity. You believe a 3-bullet Slack post with a clear recommendation is better than a 20-slide deck.
Tech-forward operator
– You go beyond Excel. You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to automate, clean, and generate insights. You treat Finance like a product—always shipping improvements.
Detail-obsessed
– You know that a single error in quota capacity, ramp timing, commission logic, or start dates can swing the forecast by millions. You sweat the details so the CFO and Sales leaders don’t have to.
Strong cross-functional partner
– You can build trust with Sales leadership while maintaining financial discipline, communicating tradeoffs clearly, and driving decisions with data.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $200,000.00-$240,000.00. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

About Magic Eden and Dicey
Magic Eden reached unicorn status in just 9 months after launch, one of the fastest in history. They built a category-defining NFT marketplace from scratch and are now developing Dicey, a crypto casino and sportsbook platform targeting the $180B+ iGaming and sports betting markets. The team is small and fully remote, focusing on fast shipping, data-driven decisions, and rebuilding growth operations around AI.
The role
The position focuses on personalized retention in the iGaming industry, owning the full post-signup journey. Responsibilities include expanding the player segmentation framework, designing and running targeted offers and campaigns, and managing the associated P&L lever. The role is explicitly AI-native, involving building workflows, agents, and pipelines to run lifecycle campaigns efficiently. Half the job is problem identification, the other half is running experiments to find solutions.
What you'll do
— Own retention and monetization as a growth loop, setting targets, finding leverage, and driving post-signup metrics
— Own and evolve the player segmentation framework, deciding signals and company usage
— Build the AI-native growth stack including analysis, agents, and automated pipelines for segment surfacing, offer generation, and campaign execution
— Design and ship targeted offers such as reload bonuses, lossback, wager bounties, challenges, and win-back sequences; size, specify, ship, and measure them
— Analyze data warehouse and on-chain data to find patterns and create campaigns proactively
— Expand player signals including on-chain activity, status-match programs, social account linking, and others
— Run campaigns across channels like email, in-app, Telegram, with AI handling heavy lifting
— Collaborate with engineering and design to create product surfaces that enable repeatable processes
What they're looking for
— Strong intuition for player psychology and incentive design; experience in gambling, gaming, fintech, or consumer marketplaces is helpful
— Deep analytical skills, able to independently perform cohort analyses without waiting for data scientists
— AI-native mindset, already using AI to write queries, build analyses, and automate work, with desire to advance further
— High output with good judgment, generating many ideas and prioritizing tests effectively
— Bias to do it yourself, comfortable executing emails, queries, and specs personally
— Comfortable with ambiguity and building new playbooks
Backgrounds that tend to fit
— Growth PM at data-heavy consumer companies
— MBB consultants transitioning to product ownership
— Product-minded data scientists or analysts focused on shipping rather than reporting
Why this is interesting
— Competitive, top-of-market compensation
— Defining the role of a growth PM in an AI-native company without existing playbooks
— Early involvement in personalized retention, a key industry trend
— Real ownership of segmentation framework, product surface, and P&L lever with direct access to founders

Establish clear definitions for metrics, reporting periods, data freshness, and missing data so customers can interpret results accurately.
Coordinate with Product Value and core engineering teams on source data, reporting content, access controls, and shared infrastructure.
Own automated pipelines for building, testing, validating, and deploying reporting services.
Improve reporting accuracy, query performance, reliability, and observability as customer data volumes grow.
