We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity and we would be interested in applicants from Canada time zones only at this time.
Staff AI Engineer
The Opportunity:
At Grafana, we build observability tools that help users understand, respond to, and improve their systems – regardless of scale, complexity, or tech stack. The Grafana AI teams play a key role in this mission by helping users make sense of complex observability data through AI-driven features. These capabilities reduce toil, lower the barrier of domain expertise, and surface meaningful signals from noisy environments.
What makes our team different is
how
we work: we operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, both as individuals and as a team. Engineers are empowered to make decisions, move quickly, and validate ideas early – while being supported by a deeply collaborative culture that values curiosity, feedback, and cross-functional partnership.
We’re looking for an AI Software Engineer with a strong software engineering background, a quick iteration mindset, and a passion for experimentation – balanced by a focus on shipping and scaling impactful features that deliver value to users. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and ship AI-powered features that contribute to improving infrastructure and observability quality through automation, while also expanding the capabilities of AI agents across the observability stack to assist users with incident response. As the team matures, there’s a broad opportunity to expand or redefine this role based on impact and initiative.

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join the OEX Mobile Growth team — a pure mobile team sitting at the intersection of engineering rigour, consumer growth craft, and product instinct. This is not a feature delivery role. You will sit upstream of requirements, shape initiatives alongside product and business stakeholders, and own the engineering end-to-end on growth bets that move real metrics for millions of users. The ideal profile combines a solid engineering foundation, hands-on growth experience serving mobile users, and the conviction to bring proposals, not just execute them.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the full engineering lifecycle of mobile growth initiatives - from shaping the brief with product and business through to production launch and iteration.
Build and optimise growth systems - including funnel instrumentation, referral mechanics, acquisition loops, and experiment frameworks — directly serving the mobile user base.
Collaborate closely with Product Manager, Business Development, and local market teams across multiple regions to translate commercial goals into concrete, data-backed engineering proposals.
Apply AI coding tools actively in your workflow to accelerate development, improve code quality, and bridge across tech stacks where needed.
Drive technical decision-making on growth infrastructure, articulating trade-offs clearly and defending or revising your positions based on evidence.
Mentor engineers on the team and help establish a culture where engineers bring solutions, not just responses.
What We Look For In You
8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production-quality systems at scale.
Hands-on growth engineering experience — funnel optimisation, experiment frameworks, acquisition or referral systems — in a consumer-facing (ToC) product context.
Understanding of mobile users: how they behave, what drives retention and conversion, and how mobile-native growth mechanics differ from web.
Actively uses AI tools as a core part of your engineering workflow — not just for code generation, but for building repeatable workflows and bridging across stacks.
Outspoken and proposal-driven: you come to the table with a point of view, push back when you disagree, and bring data and a counter-proposal rather than just flagging concerns.
Strong cross-functional communication — comfortable working with Product Manager, Business Development, and local markets to align on goals and hold the line on engineering quality.
Data instincts: you think in funnels, know how to instrument what matters, and use metrics to drive decisions.
Nice-To-Haves
Mobile development experience in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) — or backend experience building growth systems that serve mobile apps directly (e.g. growth APIs, attribution pipelines, notification infrastructure).
Experience with Rust or other systems languages — especially candidates who have recently migrated from mobile-native stacks and are building fluency in backend tooling.
Depth in mobile attribution and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, SKAdNetwork).
ASO operational experience (App Store Connect, Google Play Console).
Experience building referral systems, k-factor mechanics, or anti-fraud layers.
Background in fintech, crypto, or regulated consumer financial products.
Experience operating across US, EEA, and APAC markets.
A/B experiment framework ownership at meaningful scale.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
Docker is shipping a wave of new products this year, with R&D initiatives likely to lead to more, and we're investing heavily in the platform underneath all of it. That platform supports hundreds of engineers across many development teams and carries high-scale production traffic and data transfer every day. It has grown faster than its foundations, and this year is about closing that gap.
Today, much of that work still leans on a handful of experts unblocking the same provisioning and operational workflows by hand. The top priority for this role is moving that work from expert-driven support to paved roads: self-service systems with clear ownership, safe defaults, strong guardrails, and adoption we can measure. The goal is a platform teams trust enough to stop thinking about it, one that just works, so they can focus on their own products instead of ours.
The concrete version sits on this year's roadmap: spinning up a new global region or application environment should take hours, not days. Right now it takes days. Getting there means building the foundations underneath it. We need a real multi-region, cross-account network architecture and a testing and continuous-deployment flow teams can trust, then a self-service layer on top.
We're the container company building our own internal platform, so the bar for "the easy path is also the safe path" is high. You'd be joining a team of four, growing to seven this year (this is one of those hires), and we're looking for a Staff engineer to set technical direction and lead it through real production adoption.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a Staff-level role, so success is measured by leverage rather than just your own commits. On a team this size you'll stay hands-on in the codebase while also setting direction, aligning teams on pragmatic standards, and carrying platform investments through to adoption. Concretely, you will:
- Take ambiguous infrastructure problems and turn them into proposals the org can rally around, then drive them through RFCs and architecture reviews across teams.
- Design self-service capabilities and platform APIs (primarily in Go) for onboarding, provisioning, deployment, observability defaults, and day-2 operations, with contracts and docs teams actually use.
- Set delivery standards using Terraform, GitOps with Argo CD, progressive rollout, and good testing, including building the continuous-deployment flow we're missing today.
- Evolve the multi-tenant EKS foundations toward better reliability, security, scale, and cost: Envoy Gateway ingress, traffic routing, and the multi-region, cross-account connectivity we need.
- Improve SLOs, alerting, and incident follow-up on Grafana Cloud so production gets safer and less dependent on heroics.
We judge this work by outcomes the consuming teams feel: how fast they can provision and ship, how much they can do without us, and how reliably it all runs.
AI-ASSISTED OPERATIONS
We're actively investing in AI-assisted and agentic workflows to cut operational toil. We care that they stay safe, auditable, and human-reviewed. You'll help shape where these earn their place and where they don't. Early targets include:
- Alert enrichment and incident context-gathering: assembling the relevant signals, history, and runbook so the on-call engineer starts with context instead of a blank page.
- Runbook-assisted diagnosis and remediation recommendations, with a human in the loop on anything that changes production.
- Onboarding and readiness assistants that answer the questions our experts answer today.
If you've built operational automation and have a healthy skepticism about where automation belongs, this is a place to put both to work.
On-call
Operational ownership is part of the job. You'll join the rotation after onboarding and shadowing. As a Staff engineer, you'll also improve the health of on-call itself, with better alerts, stronger runbooks, less toil, and blameless postmortems aimed at prevention.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of professional, hands-on, full-time software engineering experience in backend, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong software engineering in Go or a similar language: design, testing, debugging, review, long-term maintainability.
- A track record designing, shipping, and operating cloud services or infrastructure platforms in production. We hire for skill and impact, not years.
- Deep expertise in at least one of: Kubernetes, networking, cloud platforms, reliability engineering, or developer platforms, plus solid Linux, networking, and production-ops fundamentals.
- Experience setting technical direction and leading work that needs cross-team alignment.
- Clear written and verbal communication in a remote environment (RFCs, design docs, incident writeups).
Nice to have: EKS and ingress/CNI/service-mesh experience; observability with OpenTelemetry/Prometheus/Grafana; CI/CD and progressive delivery (GitHub Actions, Argo CD, canaries); experience leading migrations or adoption programs across teams.
You don't need every item here. We value deep expertise in one area, strong systems judgment, and curiosity across the rest.
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
- Build context, meet partner teams, ship your first change, shadow on-call.
FIRST 90 DAYS
- Own a strategic platform problem with a clear plan and metrics; lead an improvement from design to production.
ONE YEAR OUTLOOK
- Lead a major cross-team initiative (for example, self-service provisioning of new regions and environments, or the multi-region networking and CD foundations behind it) and establish durable patterns that change how Docker engineers build and operate services.
Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.
Compensation & Equity
Canada: CA$238,250 – CA$382,250 + equity
United States: $170,350 – $275,550 + equity
______________________________________________________________________

About the team
The Finance Data Team is responsible for the data infrastructure that powers OKX's compliance, regulatory, and financial reporting operations globally. Our Finance Data domain covers everything from raw transaction ingestion to consolidated group financials — supporting statutory reporting, board-level financials, and audit readiness across 100+ markets.
This is a team that treats data correctness as a non-negotiable. We operate at the intersection of engineering rigour, financial domain knowledge, and regulatory accountability.
About the role
We are looking for a
Staff Data Engineer
to be the technical anchor for Finance Data at OKX. You will define how Finance data is architected, validated, and delivered, and set the standard for how the team operates in an AI-native way.
You will work directly with Finance, Accounting, and Treasury stakeholders to ensure that financial data is complete, reconciled, traceable, and audit-ready. You will also be the domain's primary escalation point and the technical voice of Finance Data within the broader engineering organisation.
This role suits someone who has operated as a de facto domain lead before — someone who has built financial data systems that have been reviewed by auditors, regulators and who knows what "good" looks like in a regulated financial data environment.
Responsibilities:
Domain Architecture & Technical Direction
Own the end-to-end Finance data architecture: from ODS ingestion through CDM transformation to reporting mart, with clear data lineage documented at every layer
Define and enforce data modelling standards for Finance: period cut-off immutability, multi-entity consolidation logic, revenue recognition alignment, and audit trail completeness
Lead the design of scalable pipelines supporting trading data, asset positions, P&L, and cost accounting across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions (SG, EU, US, and others)
Make architectural decisions independently and articulate trade-offs clearly to both engineering peers and non-technical Finance stakeholders
Financial Reporting & Audit Readiness
Partner with Accounting, Finance PMO, and Treasury to deliver datasets for month-end close, statutory reporting, and board-level financials on time and to audit standard
Ensure every financial figure is traceable back to the source system with full transformation history — no black boxes
Build the data foundation that supports OKX's regulatory reporting obligations and long-term financial reporting maturity
Data Quality & Controls
Design proactive, self-validating DQC frameworks — reconciliation logic, SLA monitoring, and anomaly detection built into pipelines, not bolted on after incidents
Own incident response for Finance-critical pipeline failures; conduct structured post-mortems and drive permanent fixes
Define "done" for financial correctness in partnership with Accounting; hold the line on data quality standards even under delivery pressure
AI-Native Finance Data
Lead the team's adoption of AI-assisted engineering: LLM-assisted development, automated anomaly detection, intelligent reconciliation, AI-generated reporting summaries
Evaluate and introduce AI tooling into Finance data workflows with production evidence — not POC demos
Set the bar for what an AI-native Finance data team looks like, and bring junior engineers along
Technical Leadership & Influence
Be the go-to escalation point for Finance data domain questions across the team
Mentor and grow engineers working in the Finance domain; translate domain complexity into learnable patterns
Represent Finance Data in cross-team architecture discussions, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews
Document domain knowledge that outlasts any individual — data dictionaries, pipeline specs, onboarding guides
Requirements:
6+ years
in data engineering, with at least
3 years owning a Finance, Accounting, or financial reporting data domain
end-to-end
Deep understanding of financial data fundamentals: period close and cut-off rules, revenue recognition, multi-entity consolidation, reconciliation, and audit trail requirements
Demonstrated experience building data systems that have been reviewed in a
statutory audit
or
regulatory review
Strong SQL and Python; proven ability to design and maintain complex production pipelines at scale
Experience designing for immutability and lineage — financial data that can be rolled back, re-run, and traced without manual intervention
Track record of operating with significant autonomy: defining requirements from ambiguous stakeholder input, not just executing tickets
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience at a
crypto exchange, fintech, or company that has gone through IPO preparation or public company financial reporting
Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions (MAS SG, SEC, FCA, or equivalent)
AI/
LLM
tooling applied to data engineering workflows in production
— concrete examples required; "exploring" does not count
Experience with Spark, Airflow, or equivalent orchestration at scale
Prior experience as a de facto domain lead or tech lead without formal people management title
Background working with Accounting/Controllership teams as a technical counterpart
Perks & Benefits:
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to candidates based near our NYC office or those willing to relocate.
Building general world models — systems that understand and simulate reality across tasks, modalities, and domains — requires closing the loop between learned representations and real-world action. We're looking for a Robotics Engineer to bring our video-native foundation models onto real hardware: deploying world-model-based policies on real robots and making them work in the real world.
You will work across the full stack of robot learning — from data collection and task design, to policy deployment, to physical evaluation. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role at the intersection of foundation models, learned robot policies, and hardware. You'll bring deep robotics domain expertise and help us ship world-model-based robot policies end-to-end, with applications ranging from manipulation to mobile robotics.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the deployment loop for learned policies (VLAs, diffusion policies, World Action Models) on real robot arms: inference serving, action decoding, controller integration, latency budgets, and safety limits
- Diagnose real-world policy failures — determining whether the problem is data coverage, camera/proprioception mismatch, or execution — and partner with the research team to fix it at the right layer
- Design demonstration data collection protocols (task setup, camera placement, teleop conventions) that produce data our world models can actually learn from — working with our existing teleop and lab infrastructure
- Partner with research to run controlled experiments connecting world model representations, data composition, and fine-tuning recipes to physical success rates
- Define and run physical evaluation protocols so results are trustworthy and comparable across policy iterations
- Adapt our policy recipe to partner hardware and new embodiments
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- You have personally deployed software on real robot hardware and iterated to make it work — whether learned policies, motion planning, classical control, or perception-driven manipulation. You can walk through a specific system you shipped, what broke on the physical robot that didn't break in sim or testing, and how you fixed it.
- Fluency in the software-to-robot interface: action/command spaces, control frequencies, observation pipelines, calibration, and how each affects real-world behavior
- Comfort working at the intersection of software and physical systems: you can reconfigure a robot workspace and trace a policy failure in the same afternoon
- Bonus: direct experience deploying learned policies (VLAs, diffusion policies) on real hardware; experience with video/multimodal generative models or world models
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Growth Engineer to own the technical foundation of Modal’s marketing and developer-facing web surfaces: the marketing site, docs site, growth landing pages, high-profile microsites, forms, analytics instrumentation, and the integrations that help users discover, understand, and get started with Modal.
This is a frontend-heavy role for someone with strong product taste, web engineering craft, and a business-owner mindset. You’ll partner with Product Engineering, Design, Data, and Growth to ship polished, measurable web experiences, from high-profile projects like the GPU Glossary https://modal.com/gpu-glossary and LLM Engine Advisor https://modal.com/llm-almanac/advisor to internal tooling that helps teams publish content faster.
When this role is going well, Modal launches new pages, docs experiences, campaigns, and experiments quickly without sacrificing performance, craft, or measurement.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Own and evolve Modal’s marketing site, docs site, and technical web experiences as high-quality engineering systems, not static content
- Build bespoke interactive projects with engineers, turning deep technical work into useful web experiences for developers and agents
- Instrument all public-facing content, all the way from human-facing marketing pages to agent-targeted, self-improving documentation
- Improve internal publishing flows so more teams can ship quality content quickly while keeping the site maintainable
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You’ve built and shipped modern web applications end-to-end
- You have experience with agentic development flows where agents consume marketing content and docs to help developers build on Modal
- You can build polished, responsive web experiences without needing every detail specified
- You have a business-owner mindset and strong data intuition: you think about conversion, activation, developer trust, speed of launch, and quality of measurement, and the tradeoffs inherent to each
- You’re excited about developer-facing AI infrastructure and building web experiences that feel credible to engineers
- You’re able to work in person in our NYC office
We care more about what you’ve built than years of experience.
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Deep knowledge of SEO, AEO, structured content, or agentic discoverability
- Experience with marketing sites, docs sites, or product-led-growth surfaces at a devtools, infra, or AI company
- Familiarity with our stack: Svelte/SvelteKit, TypeScript, Tailwind, Vite, MDX/SVX content systems, headless CMS (Sanity), Playwright/Vitest
- Familiarity with our integrations: Segment, Snowflake, PostHog, Sentry, Algolia/DocSearch, Fillout, Pylon, Ashby
- Experience designing growth experiments, A/B tests, or funnel instrumentation
- A portfolio of polished sites, docs systems, interactive demos, or growth experiments

About The Opportunity
The Compliance team's primary objective is to ensure that OKX operates in accordance with regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest ethical and moral standards. The team owns the full compliance engineering stack: KYC onboarding and refresh, sanctions / PEP / adverse-media screening, transaction monitoring (TM) and travel-rule enforcement, case management, and regulatory reporting. We achieve this by developing compliance service solutions, integrating with KYC & AML vendors, and enabling robust business growth, which ultimately strengthens user trust in our platform. Our ultimate goal is to create a culture of compliance excellence, where innovation and responsible business practices are seamlessly integrated. In compliance, a system that is mostly right is wrong — so every control we build must be deterministic in its enforcement, complete in its coverage, and explainable in its outcome.
What You’ll Be Doing
Formulate, select, and develop technical schemes for platform projects across the compliance domain — KYC onboarding flows, identity verification and refresh, sanctions / PEP / adverse-media screening, transaction monitoring, travel-rule, case management, and regulatory reporting — including AI/ML-powered features such as intelligent screening disambiguation, document verification, anomaly detection, automated risk scoring, and analyst-assist agents.
Organize and coordinate resources, leading project research and development, troubleshoot problems, and ensure quality and timely completion — including delivery of AI model integration work within KYC, screening, and monitoring workflows.
Facilitate cross-team communication and promote teamwork efficiency through code quality control and collaboration, including partnering with Data Science, Risk, and Legal to productionize models and ensure reliable, auditable inference infrastructure.
Define where probabilistic AI is appropriate versus where deterministic logic is mandatory — and design the boundary cleanly so models assist without compromising auditability or enforcement integrity.
Undertake team tasks and cultivate technical talents in the industry, with a focus on building AI engineering best practices across the compliance engineering team — patterns for agentic coding, prompt libraries, eval suites, and human-in-the-loop review of AI-generated work in a regulated environment.
What We Look For In You
A compliance-first systems mindset — you instinctively reach for state machines, idempotency keys, exactly-once semantics, reconciliation jobs and immutable audit logs. You understand that in compliance, false negatives cost millions and false positives cost trust, and you design accordingly. Prior experience in KYC, AML, sanctions, fraud, or payments is a strong plus; experience surviving a regulatory audit is an even stronger plus.
Daily, fluent use of modern AI coding tools — Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex CLI, or equivalents. You can describe the specific workflows you run, the failure modes you have hit, and the guardrails you have built around AI-generated code. AI fluency is required, not nice-to-have.
Production experience integrating AI/ML model inference into Java services — REST/gRPC-based model serving, feature engineering pipelines, latency-sensitive inference optimization, graceful degradation, and drift / rollback playbooks.
Hands-on experience with LLM application patterns — at least one of: RAG pipelines (vector store + retrieval + grounding) for policy / KYC / case lookup, agentic workflows (tool use, multi-step reasoning, validation loops) for analyst assistance, or LLM-based classification / extraction shipped to production.
Discipline around AI output — you do not ship LLM features without evals, hallucination tests, prompt regression suites, and human-in-the-loop review for high-stakes decisions. You have an opinion on when to reach for a frontier model vs. a fine-tuned small model vs. a deterministic rule, and can defend that trade-off to a regulator.
Exposure to LLM integration or AI agent frameworks is a strong plus — e.g. prompt engineering at the system level, RAG pipelines, or orchestrating AI workflows within a regulated environment.
Good understanding of software engineering basics, distributed system principles, including CAP, consistency, idempotency, and exactly-once vs at-least-once semantics.
Clear logic, quick thinking, and good communication skills — including the ability to write clearly for non-engineers (compliance officers, auditors, regulators).
AI Proficiency Expectations & Interview Process
AI fluency is a required engineering competency for this role, on the same level as ‘can write good Java’. We will assess it explicitly during the interview, and a strong showing here is a meaningful plus:
AI-augmented workflow demo — walk us through how you use AI tools day-to-day. The prompts, the tasks you delegate to an agent vs. write yourself, how you review AI-generated diffs, and how you measure the impact (commit velocity, defect rate, test coverage). Concrete examples beat slogans.
Live agentic exercise — a working session using the AI coding agent of your choice on a realistic compliance-flavoured problem. We look at how you scope, prompt, validate, and integrate AI output, not whether the agent gets it right first try.
Design discussion with a probabilistic twist — expect at least one system-design question where the right answer involves deciding when not to use an LLM, and how to design the deterministic fallback. We hire engineers who can defend that boundary.
Evaluation & guardrails — be ready to discuss an eval suite or guardrail you have built for an AI feature in production (e.g. an LLM-assisted SAR narrative drafting tool, an AI-assisted KYC document review step, or screening-hit disambiguation). If you have not shipped one, tell us how you would design it.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development — including budget for AI tools, courses, and conferences
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!
