ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
THE ROLE
Docker’s Professional Services team partners with customers to turn AI and cloud-native deployments into working production outcomes.
We are looking for a technically fluent Delivery Program Manager to operate delivery engagements. You will be embedded as an overlay alongside technical sales, solution architects, forward deployed engineers, and delivery partners, translating customers’ technical and business requirements into scoped service engagements and managing them through delivery.
You will be both builder and operator: designing repeatable service offerings where none exist today, and equally willing to roll up your sleeves to scope a detailed Statement of Work or unblock a stuck engagement. If you thrive in ambiguity, love building order from chaos, and operate with high autonomy and low ego, this role is for you.
_______________________________________________________________________
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
DELIVERY OPERATIONS
- Operationalize the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, from scoping and kickoff through delivery, handoff, and retrospectives.
- Directly manage customer engagements: plan, run governance cadences, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and escalations.
- Review technical assumptions in scopes and SOWs with solution architects (environments, integrations, identity, network and security constraints, customer prerequisites) so estimates and timelines hold up in delivery.
- Own customer readiness and handoff: environment prerequisites, acceptance criteria, and clean transition to Support and Technical Account Managers.
OFFERINGS AND REUSABLE ASSETS
- Partner with solution architects to create reusable delivery assets: playbooks, runbooks, statement of work templates, reference architectures, and onboarding workshops/guides.
- Turn repeatable customer patterns into packaged, fixed-scope offerings with defined outcomes, durations and pricing inputs.
- Build and maintain the sales-cycle engagement model and intake process for when and how Services are engaged across sales stages.
GOVERNANCE, TOOLING, AND METRICS
- Build the program management and governance infrastructure: intake frameworks, capacity planning models, risk registers, delivery dashboards, and milestone tracking.
- Define and report delivery KPIs: on-time delivery, utilization, engagement margin, customer satisfaction.
- Own SOW amendment and change-order processes: define when and how scope changes are documented, approved, and reflected in project tracking.
- Partner with Legal on SOW frameworks and language.
_______________________________________________________________________
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, professional services, forward deployed engineering services or equivalent cross-functional roles.
- Experience at a B2B SaaS, developer tooling, or infrastructure software company delivering implementation, migration, or adoption engagements to enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated experience building programs, processes, or practices from scratch not just optimizing existing ones.
- Strong technical fluency: comfortable participating in systems architecture discussions, understanding system dependencies.
- Strong structured problem solving, facilitation, and systems thinking, including participation in
- Experience with Professional Services tooling and business systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, PSA tools)
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator able to produce executive-grade program readouts and customer-facing documentation alike.
- High degree of personal accountability; comfortable owning ambiguous problems with limited oversight and providing value-added improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional services, consulting, or delivery experience at an infrastructure software vendor or systems integrator.
- Experience self-serving data and analytics (Looker, Tableau, or similar) to build performance reporting.
- Prior experience scaling a Professional Services or delivery organization or a support services operation through a growth or transformation phase.
- Experience building engagements with third-party partners and system integrators within professional services delivery models.
_______________________________________________________________________
WHY THIS ROLE
Building a PS function from the ground up is rare. This is an opportunity to shape how Docker serves its most strategic customers, define what great looks like for technical delivery, and leave a lasting operational footprint on a high-growth organization. You will have broad scope, executive access, and the room to build something that matters.
What to Expect in the First 30 Days
- Shadow: join scoping calls and review active projects.
- Audit the existing SOW process and template library to identify gaps in standardization, approval routing, and tracking.
- Meet your key partners: Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Finance and Legal.
What to Expect in the First 60 Days
- Manage first customer engagement directly, with support from the existing team.
- Identify the highest-priority SOW template gaps for standardization.
- Document the current delivery framework as it exists today capturing what's working, and what needs to change.
What to Expect in the First 60 Days
- Autonomously managing customer engagements.
- Support leadership with quarterly review cycles on active engagements and retrospectives.
- Translate process gaps into actionable workstreams with clear owners, timelines, and accountability.
Visa sponsorship: Not available for this role.

For more information, visit alchemy.com http://alchemy.com.
THE ROLE
We are hiring a software engineer on the Developer Experience team. You will own projects from the first problem statement through production, and measure whether they worked.
The team owns how developers discover, adopt, and operate Alchemy: the dashboard, APIs, SDKs, CLI, and MCP server that sit between our infrastructure and the people building on it. A growing share of those users are coding agents, so we design for both.
Recent work spans enterprise controls, management APIs, developer observability, onboarding, and self-serve growth. Ahead of us is the shift to agents that discover tools, write code, pay for services with x402, and operate onchain infrastructure on their own.
Our stack: TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, Temporal, Kafka, AWS, and Kubernetes.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Agent-native developer tools: our CLI, SDKs, MCP server, x402 payments, and Agent Wallets.
- Enterprise capabilities for teams running production traffic: organizations, roles, SSO, key management, audit history, and spend controls.
- Public and management APIs for usage, billing, apps, and teams, used by developers, internal tools, and coding agents.
- Developer observability and product quality: usage analytics, request logs, alerts, and the reliability of the surfaces developers use every day.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own projects from problem definition through design, launch, measurement, and on-call.
- Design APIs with clear versioning, error handling, safe defaults, and backwards compatibility.
- Build data models and services that stay correct and reliable as traffic and customer needs grow, with security built in for users, agents, and services.
- Build the user-facing side of your features across our dashboard, CLI, and SDKs, so developers and coding agents can discover and use them safely.
- Instrument what you ship. Use activation, adoption, and conversion data, plus direct developer feedback, to decide what to build next.
- Write design docs, runbooks, and developer-facing documentation. Review code and technical designs to keep quality high.
- Work with Product, Billing, Security, Growth, and other engineering teams.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
At six months, you have:
- Execution: Scoped, designed and shipped a project across our APIs, backend services, and dashboard or CLI, and paying customers use it in production.
- Ownership: Joined on-call and handled incidents in your area without escalating. Your launches ship with alerts, a runbook and a rollback plan.
- Impact: Moved a number you can name, such as feature adoption, free-to-paid upgrades, time to first API call, or support tickets.
- Team: Earned the team’s trust by making sound technical decisions, collaborating across functions, and improving code and design quality.
- Direction: Proposed what the team should build next, backed by usage data and conversations with developers.
HELPFUL EXPERIENCE
- Blockchain experience is helpful, not required.
- Developer platforms, API products, cloud consoles, or enterprise developer tools, including SDKs, CLIs, MCP servers, agent tools, or machine-readable documentation.
- Billing, metering, or pricing systems.
- Temporal or another workflow orchestration system, plus caching and analytical data systems.
- Observability, incident response, and performance optimization.
- Blockchain products or developer tools, or agent payment and identity standards such as x402.
- Open source contributions, talks, or technical writing.

Partner with engineering teams to understand complex infrastructure and identify the telemetry and instrumentation needed to measure it.
Analyze infrastructure cost, utilization, capacity, and unit economics to help drive key business decisions across all our teams.
Create trusted metrics, datasets, dashboards, and analytical tools used by engineering, product, Finance, and leadership.
Establish strong practices around data quality, testing, observability, documentation, and reproducibility.

Experience with modern data platforms and tooling such as Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and automated ETL/ELT pipelines.

Experience working with large, complex datasets across multiple systems and levels of granularity.
Ability to translate ambiguous business and technical problems into measurable requirements and scalable data solutions.
Experience and flexibility with current analytics and visualization tools.
Familiarity with teams and engineering systems that utilize both on-prem and cloud infrastructure.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across global engineering, product, Finance, and business teams.
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in computer science
Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure billing and usage data.
Experience with Kubernetes telemetry, networking, or data center operational data.

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life. WHOOP empowers its members to improve their health and perform at a higher level by providing a deep understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
The Health team develops the algorithms and features that expand WHOOP's health sensing capabilities. The work spans women's health, wellness and longevity, member insights, emerging health signals, and software as a medical device. Applied ML Scientists and ML Engineers work as a production unit: scientists own problem framing and modeling; engineers own the path to production.
As a Senior Manager, Machine Learning on the Health Insights team, you will own delivery and people outcomes across a mixed team of scientists and engineers. You will translate department strategy into clear quarterly plans, develop senior ICs (and, as the team grows, the next layer of managers), hire against a high bar for both crafts, and partner with Product and adjacent Health partners on what is worth building and what the data can support. You will stay close enough to the ML lifecycle to evaluate the team's most important decisions without becoming the default contributor.
Success in this role requires enough ML and health-domain fluency to earn trust from senior ICs, plus the people-leadership skill to grow that team, hold delivery across multiple workstreams, and make prioritization calls under uncertainty.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own delivery, team health, and people outcomes across Health ML workstreams on a mixed Applied ML Scientist and ML Engineer team.
- Translate department strategy into quarterly plans, milestones, and success criteria; keep the team on the highest-leverage work and adapt deliberately as priorities shift.
- Build the team: lead hiring across science and engineering roles, calibrate the bar for each craft, and shape onboarding, leveling, and growth practices.
- Develop the next layer of leadership: coach senior ICs (and managers, as the scope grows), manage performance with clarity and care, and create the conditions for people to operate above their level.
- Set the standard for how Health ML gets built: work quality, evaluation rigor, review practices, and an operating model that holds as people and workstreams change.
- Partner directly with Product (and with clinical, software, and Digital Health partners as the work requires) to align on roadmap, evidence, and sequencing; broker trade-offs between iteration speed, scientific integrity, and member value.
- Own the risk posture for the team: anticipate execution, technical, and people risks, design mitigation into how the team operates, and keep senior leadership clearly informed of the most consequential decisions.
- Define and own the operating model: planning cadences, design reviews, decision forums, and quality gates appropriate to member-facing health ML.
- Build and continuously raise AI-enabled workflows that create measurable leverage across the team, for development, evaluation, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Represent the team's work credibly to executive and cross-functional audiences with brevity, evidence, and clarity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning, applied science, or software engineering, with 3+ years managing engineering and/or science teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated track record managing highly senior ICs: hiring, performance management, and developing people who in turn raise the bar around them.
- Deep familiarity with the ML development lifecycle (data collection, model training, evaluation, validation, deployment, and monitoring), sufficient to evaluate the most important technical and methodological decisions the team makes.
- Experience shipping algorithms or ML-enabled product in health, wearables, digital health, or a closely related applied domain.
- Demonstrated ability to set direction and make timely prioritization calls under uncertainty, keeping team focused on the highest-leverage work.
- Demonstrated AI-tooling sophistication: a track record of building or adopting AI-enabled workflows that materially improved team speed, quality, or decision confidence.
- Clear, high-signal communicator who can move fluidly between technical ML discussions and executive-level summaries of risk, trade-offs, and direction.
- Depth in a Health domain WHOOP already works in preferred (member insights, women's health, cardiometabolic or respiratory health, sleep, strength / healthspan, neuroscience, or related physiological time-series work).
- Preferred experience as a counterpart to Product on ambiguous health or member-insight problems: scoping, sequencing, and pushing back when a claim is not supportable.
- Familiarity with clinical validation, evidence packages, or Digital Health partnership on higher-stakes health features preferred.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.

The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $170,000 - $230,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

ABOUT THE ROLE

- Design and implement distributed services and APIs that power the Supabase Platform.
- Lead projects that improve scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency across existing systems.
- Build data-intensive workflows, background jobs, and event-driven pipelines.
- Own service SLIs/SLOs and collaborate on incident response and post-incident reviews.
- Improve system observability with metrics, logging, tracing, and profiling.
- Contribute to our CI/CD and release processes to ship safely and quickly.
- Partner with product teams to deliver features end-to-end, from design docs to production.
- Write clear design documents, RFCs, and high-quality tests.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experienced in designing and operating distributed systems, with strong foundations in consistency, fault tolerance, partitioning, consensus, and back pressure.
- Proficient in TypeScript and/or Go, ideally with 5+ years building production services in one or both languages (other languages also considered).
- Comfortable with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and container orchestration.
- Familiar with multi-tenant architectures, API design, and data modelling.
- Knowledgeable about networking fundamentals and security best practices.
- Experienced with Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi preferred; Terraform/CDK also fine).
- Comfortable participating in on-call rotations for large-scale production systems.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with Postgres internals, logical replication, or CDC pipelines.
- Experience with service meshes, workload identity, or zero-trust networking.
- Background in performance engineering and capacity planning.
- Open source contributions in systems, databases, or runtime tooling.
WHAT WE OFFER

- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

You'll report to the Director of Customer Experience (CX) Operations. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports.
What you’ll do
Own the SA operational toolkit and business requirements for systems, workflows, processes, reporting, and documentation. Partner with Revenue Technology, Revenue Analytics, and system owners on implementation, validation, data quality, and operational controls.
Manage operational support requests for tooling, access, assignments, and data issues, including triage, routing, resolution visibility, and root-cause improvements.
Improve the processes and system workflows for requesting, assigning, and tracking SA engagements. Implement intake requirements and routing rules agreed with SA leadership, and automate manual steps.
Document and operationalize the SA engagement model and cadences agreed with SA leadership and cross-functional teams, including responsibilities, rules of engagement, handoff criteria, and required customer information at key journey stages.
Own SA reporting requirements and data quality standards. Partner with Revenue Analytics to provide reliable visibility into capacity, engagement, technical evaluation progress, and outcomes so SA leaders can assess effectiveness and prioritize resources.
Support SA leaders with coverage and capacity planning, business reviews, and operating rhythms that help teams prioritize customer needs and resources.
Turn field feedback into operational improvements. Lead testing, rollout, and documentation, partner on enablement, and follow through until changes are adopted and sustained.
What you’ll bring
Relevant experience in Solutions Architect, Sales, Revenue, or Customer Experience Operations.
Understanding of technical sales, pre-sales, and post-sales, SA engagement models, technical evaluations, and how SAs demonstrate customer value, support growth, and coordinate with post-sales teams.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or comparable customer relationship management (CRM) tools, reporting, data quality, and workflow improvement; ability to translate field needs into clear system requirements.
Structured problem-solving skills: turn ambiguous issues into clear workstreams, own delivery, and sustain measurable improvements in efficiency and adoption.
Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for capacity, coverage, productivity, and scenario modeling.
Strong hands-on experience with artificial intelligence (AI)-native tools to support custom reports and data modeling scenarios.
Sound judgment, project management, and communication skills; ability to work independently, build trust, and influence across a global, distributed organization.
Preferred, not required: experience supporting a technical field organization in business-to-business software; Structured Query Language (SQL) or equivalent data-querying experience; and experience with GitLab or development, security, and operations (DevSecOps) and AI-enabled automation.
