- Own significant parts of the product and infrastructure
- Work closely with the founders to turn ideas into production systems
- Help shape the engineering culture and team as the company grows
- Grow alongside the company as it scales
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Solana / crypto
- Professional experience with Rust
- Strong experience with TypeScript
- Ability to work independently and make pragmatic architectural decisions
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage, highly autonomous environment
