What the Role Is
Babylist serves nearly a million expectant parents every year through one of the most trusted registry experiences in the market. Wishlist is the next chapter — a product that keeps families connected to Babylist well beyond the newborn phase, giving parents of young children a simple, intelligent way to guide gift-giving for birthdays, holidays, and everything in between. This PM will own the product end-to-end: vision, roadmap, and execution. It sits within Babylist's consumer growth and LTV organization and reports to the Senior Director of Product. You'll run it like a general manager: accountable for the customer experience and the business it builds.
This is a multifaceted job. Be the best Staff PM your team has ever worked with: opinionated, customer-obsessed, outcome-owning, force-multiplying. And help Babylist make the transition into AI-native product development by modeling what an AI-native PM does every day — in your own work and in the standards you set for the team around you.
Who You Are
You've built something from 0 to 1
— a product, a company, or a line of business. You've lived the uncertainty, the false starts, and the iteration, and you don't need a playbook to get moving.
You have sharp product sense and judgment.
You know what's worth building and what isn't, what the right UX is, and what will delight users. You can point to shipped work that proves it - both features you added for a better experience and ones you cut for simplicity.
You think like a general manager, not a feature owner.
You understand how a business like Babylist makes money and which levers actually move it, and you make roadmap calls with the unit economics in mind.
You build engagement and growth loops.
You understand activation, retention, and the push/pull triggers that bring users back around moments that matter.
You're obsessed with customers.
You talk to users directly, synthesize fast, and let what you hear actually change what you build.
You can prioritize across a multi-sided product.
Parents want simplicity, kids have preferences, gift-givers need guidance. You weigh all three without defaulting to whoever's loudest.
You default to action in ambiguity
. Faced with an unclear problem, your instinct is to try something and learn quickly. People who've worked with you would say you just get things done.
You're comfortable getting hands-on when it's the fastest path to an answer
— light SQL, Figma, or AI-assisted prototyping to test an idea or unblock a decision — and you know when to hand off to a specialist instead.
You naturally reach for AI in your work
. At Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next. You also stand up working prototypes yourself, query the data and codebase directly, and contribute to code execution when that’s the most valuable use of your time.
You learn visibly and adapt.
The next 18 months won't look like the last. You reflect on what's working, change course when it isn't, and bring curiosity to ambiguity rather than anxiety. You're humble, low-ego, and work across team boundaries without waiting for permission.
How You Will Make An Impact
Make parents' lives easier by simplifying the answer to “what can I get your child for their birthday?”
Extend Babylist's relationship with parents from the 40 weeks of pregnancy into the 1,000 weeks of early childhood that follow.
Define and own the roadmap from today's MVP to a scalable, multi-sided gifting experience.
Discover the needs of your customers: parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and gift-givers.
Engage users during their most important moments: birthdays, holidays, and seasonal occasions
Set the outcome metrics for the product and own the results — what moved, why, and what's next.
Partner closely with engineering and design to run experiments and iterate fast, serving as the connective tissue between product, design, and engineering as the team grows.
Why This Role
You get access to nearly a million new parents per year from day one. Most founders spend years trying to acquire the audience this product already has.
This is a net-new line of business with no prior PM, meaning the roadmap, the team shape, and the definition of success are yours to establish.
There's a clear path to real revenue, and you'll be building something that matters to Babylist's long-term business.
Who We Are
Babylist is the leading platform for expecting and new families. More than 10 million people shop with Babylist every year, making it the go-to destination for seamless purchasing, guidance, and expert recommendations. As a modern, AI-forward tech company, Babylist has expanded from a universal registry into a full ecosystem — the Babylist Shop, Babylist Health, Babylist Money, NYC and LA showrooms, branded content, and more — generating $750M in revenue in 2025. Building the generational brand in baby, Babylist is reshaping the $235B kids and baby market and helping parents feel confident, connected, and cared for at every step.
Our Ways of Working
Babylist is remote-first with team members across the U.S. and Canada who move fast, think smart, and use AI as part of how they work every day — not as an experiment, as an expectation. We come together twice a year to build the relationships behind the work, and we hire people who are genuinely excited about what's possible and prove it through how they show up.
Why You Will Love Working At Babylist

We work with focus and intention, then step away to recharge
We believe in exceptional management, and we invest in the tools and the time to connect with colleagues

Competitive pay and meaningful opportunities for career advancement
We believe technology and data can solve hard problems
We're committed to career progression and performance-based advancement
Benefits
Company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a strategic, data‑driven leader to shape the future of scaled customer success at Ramp. This role will design, operationalize, and lead programs that activate, retain, and grow 50% of Ramp’s micro‑SMB customers who don’t receive white‑glove 1:1 support, blending strategy, systems, and people leadership to drive impact at scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and evolve Ramp’s self‑service onboarding and activation strategy in partnership with Scaled CS leadership, Product, and Growth.
- Use data to diagnose activation bottlenecks, build dashboards, run metric reviews, and drive data‑backed recommendations.
- Partner with Product to improve activation features and automation that enhance self‑onboarding.
- Lead customer education programs at scale: group onboarding trainings, video content, chatbot optimization, and lifecycle communications.
- Continuously improve systems and team efficiency through automation, content, and applied AI initiatives.
- Design, launch, and iterate scaled CS programs that improve outcomes across thousands of customers.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Scaled Customer Success Managers, each handling ~300 monthly new customers.
- Drive team performance across activation, expansion, and CSAT targets while fostering ownership and excellence.
- Hire, train, and enable team members on Ramp’s product, customer journey, and playbooks.
- Partner cross‑functionally with CS, Sales, Product, Growth, and Data to align scaled strategy with company goals.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 4+ years in consulting, CS operations, revenue or business operations, or strategy within high‑growth B2B SaaS
- 2+ years of people management experience leading high‑performing CS or operations teams
- Proven success building or optimizing scalable programs and processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into dashboards, operational insights, and measurable outcomes
- Skilled at cross‑functional leadership and influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Growth, Data, Sales, and CS
NICE TO HAVES
- Customer‑facing or quota‑carrying experience with a track record of exceeding goals
- Experience building education content, webinars, or scaled training programs
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In the first 6 months, this leader will have launched and iterated scaled activation programs that measurably increase self‑serve activation and early retention, established a recurring metrics review with dashboards that surface funnel bottlenecks, and lifted team efficiency and CSAT through process, automation, and content improvements while developing a high‑performing team of 6–8 sCSMs.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee a portfolio of products within the Ondo platform — spanning tokenized equities, fixed income, and investment strategies. You will own product lines end to end: setting direction, translating market and customer needs into clear product proposals, and driving execution across Engineering, Design, BD, Strategy, and Operations. This role sits at the intersection of capital markets and blockchain infrastructure — you will need to understand both the financial products you are building and the technical systems that power them. The ideal candidate brings genuine care for the product, deep familiarity with capital markets structure and participants, and the ability to move fast without sacrificing quality.
Responsibilities
Own one or more product lines within the Ondo platform (e.g., tokenized equities, treasuries, or investment strategies), driving roadmap prioritization and delivery end to end
Lead customer and partner discovery to surface high-value opportunities across tokenized securities, structured products, and related asset classes
Translate ambiguous market and stakeholder needs into structured PRDs with clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
Assess feasibility and complexity of new features and product lines in collaboration with Engineering and Solutions Engineering
Build business cases rooted in ROI, risk, and strategic alignment, and secure cross-functional buy-in for go decisions
Represent Ondo credibly with external stakeholders — institutional partners, issuers, distributors — and serve as the product point of contact in those discussions
Define delivery milestones, manage execution to production, and instrument post-launch reviews to iterate based on results
Maintain a prioritized pipeline of product opportunities that continuously feeds the roadmap
Contribute to overall product strategy by bringing capital markets insight, competitive analysis, and ecosystem signal to internal discussions
Requirements
5+ years of full-time product management or founder experience, including end-to-end ownership of shipped products
Meaningful exposure to capital markets — equities, fixed income, funds, or structured products — whether through TradFi roles, fintech, or working closely with institutional clients and partners
Prior experience in a blockchain or crypto-native environment, or working on tokenization, digital assets, or DeFi products
Understanding of how financial products are structured, distributed, and regulated, and the ability to engage credibly with institutional counterparties
Strong customer research skills across qualitative and quantitative methods, with the ability to turn insights into crisp product decisions
Proven track record turning ambiguous requirements into shipped products with measurable outcomes
Excellent communication skills for both external and internal audiences, including logical writing and executive-ready documentation
Solid analytical skills and comfort defining success metrics and using data to guide prioritization and iteration
High ownership, strong organizational discipline, and the ability to operate in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
Based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones
Nice to have
Experience working alongside Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales on product-adjacent initiatives
Familiarity with brokerage, exchange, or market-making operations and the systems that support them
Exposure to frontend or UX practices sufficient to collaborate effectively with designers and engineers
