What the Role Is
We are looking for an E-commerce Finance Manager to join our team. As Finance Manager for our E-commerce business, you'll own financial visibility, efficiency, and performance across the Babylist Shop — topline through gross margin. You'll partner with Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Data, and work directly with the Director of Strategic Finance to turn analysis into decisions on pricing, promotions, and investment. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role on a lean team: you'll set the approach, build the models and processes, and be front and center with company executives. If you've owned a full P&L picture and take pride in delivering clean, decision-ready work, you'll thrive here.
Who You Are
Deep ecommerce finance fluency
— you know the metrics and mechanics cold (AOV, gross-to-net, unit economics, and gross margin vs. contribution margin), ideally from a high-volume ecommerce or consumer-tech business
Advanced financial modeling skills
— expert in Excel / Google Sheets, scenario analysis, and managing large datasets to a clean, reliable answer
Strong independent ownership and problem-solving
— you can take an ambiguous problem, define the approach, and drive to a clear answer without day-to-day direction
Executive- and board-ready communication
— you present financial insights clearly and directly to senior leaders, connecting the numbers to what's happening in the business, including strong data visualization
A high bar for accuracy and quality control
— you build checks into your models and decks, reconcile outputs, and catch errors before they reach stakeholders
You naturally reach for AI in your work
— at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
Prior experience owning pricing and promotional decisions, with a focus on ROI and financial impact
You have hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) in finance workflows, with clear examples of automating reporting, accelerating analysis, or improving how you model
Experience with financial planning systems such as NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, Oracle Hyperion, or similar
5–8 years of experience, ideally in an FP&A role at a high-growth consumer technology or ecommerce company, with 1–2 years at the Manager level preferred or equivalent ownership and scope in a lean, cross-functional finance environment
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA a plus
How You Will Make An Impact
Proactively surface risks, opportunities, and value-added recommendations from both an operational and strategic viewpoint
Own the monthly financial business review for the Ecommerce business, delivering insights on sales, margins, and trends
Own Ecommerce forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis in partnership with Merchandising, Planning, and Accounting
Lead pricing and promotional analysis, including ROI evaluation and optimization
Analyze Co-Op, DDA, and rebate programs to assess financial impact and track accruals
Deliver SKU- and department-level reporting from revenue through margin
Ensure the data integrity of key ecommerce metrics in partnership with Data and Engineering
Build financial reporting that leadership relies on — dynamic dashboards, KPI and operational reporting, business analyses, and clear executive-level explanations of variances
Take ownership of establishing and managing new financial processes and reporting frameworks to close gaps and improve operational transparency
Leverage financial systems to give business leaders visibility to track against financial targets
Contribute to monthly and quarterly board presentations, the annual planning process, and long-range planning (5-Year Plan)
Identify and implement AI-enabled improvements across ecommerce FP&A workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing speed and consistency
Why This Role
You own ecommerce finance — topline through margin — for one of the largest parts of the business, not a slice of it
Your analysis reaches executives and the board and directly shapes decisions on pricing, promotions, and investment
High autonomy on a lean team: you define the approach in ambiguity rather than inheriting a fully built playbook
Babylist is pushing the frontier of AI, and you'll have a real mandate to reshape how FP&A works, not just experiment at the edges
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$128,413 to $171,229 + target bonus and competitive equity
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.
Who We Are
Babylist is the leading platform for expecting and new families. More than 10 million people shop with Babylist every year, making it the go-to destination for seamless purchasing, guidance, and expert recommendations. As a modern, AI-forward tech company, Babylist has expanded from a universal registry into a full ecosystem — the Babylist Shop, Babylist Health, Babylist Money, NYC and LA showrooms, branded content, and more — generating $750M in revenue in 2025. Building the generational brand in baby, Babylist is reshaping the $235B kids and baby market and helping parents feel confident, connected, and cared for at every step.
Our Ways of Working
Babylist is remote-first with team members across the U.S. and Canada who move fast, think smart, and use AI as part of how they work every day — not as an experiment, as an expectation. We come together twice a year to build the relationships behind the work, and we hire people who are genuinely excited about what's possible and prove it through how they show up.
Why You Will Love Working At Babylist
Our Culture
We work with focus and intention, then step away to recharge
We believe in exceptional management, and we invest in the tools and the time to connect with colleagues

AI is part of how we work, not a side experiment. You'll have leading tools like Claude and ChatGPT from day one, with no waiting on access, so the busywork gets handled and your judgment goes where it counts
Growth & Development
Competitive pay and meaningful opportunities for career advancement
We believe technology and data can solve hard problems
We're committed to career progression and performance-based advancement
Benefits
Company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance
Retirement savings plan with company matching and flexible spending accounts
Generous paid parental leave and PTO
Winter Wonder Week: the whole company takes a paid week off at the end of the year, whether or not you celebrate anything, so everyone's out at once and comes back refreshed
Remote work stipend to set up your office
Perks for physical, mental, and emotional health, parenting, childcare, and financial planning

Little more about the team:
The Storage Team at Honeycomb is the backbone of our platform, responsible for the performance, reliability, and scalability of storing and querying billions of events. We design and own the architecture that powers correct and dependable query results — enabling every product experience from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs. As a senior engineer on Storage, you’ll work on high-impact systems where our customers may never see your code directly, but they’ll rely on it every time they use Honeycomb.
What you’ll do in the role:
Build and deliver high-quality solutions. You will design and implement solutions that power Honeycomb’s query and data storage infrastructure. Whether it’s improving query performance, evolving the Retriever service, or making our storage layer more reliable, you’re eager to jump in and add value where the team needs it most.
Scope and deliver projects independently. You’re comfortable breaking down complex storage and querying problems into achievable steps, surfacing trade-offs, and pulling in teammates when needed. You take ownership end-to-end — from design to production support — reducing toil and ensuring our systems deliver measurable customer and business impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners. You’ll work closely with Product Management and other engineering teams to connect technical solutions to product needs, from problem discovery through solution design and delivery. Much of our work is behind the scenes, but it enables every Honeycomb product experience, from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs.
Support our services in production. We believe in owning the software we build. Every engineer on Storage participates in on-call rotations, helps define team KPIs and SLOs, and proactively reduces toil by addressing reliability challenges before they reach customers.
Learn new ways to solve complex problems. As Honeycomb grows, so do the challenges of scaling our systems. You will explore new technologies, data storage techniques, and query optimization strategies to keep performance and reliability strong at scale.
Thrive on collaboration. You enjoy pairing, reviewing code, and offering constructive feedback. You model strong ownership and help your teammates grow, while keeping conversations forward-looking and focused on business value.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Technical leadership in storage and querying. You’ve led the design of patterns and guidelines that improve performance and reliability, and you bring expertise in writing Go along with experience working on high-throughput or complex systems. Prior experience with database engineering is a plus, as is comfort with Kubernetes.
Curiosity and experimentation. You learn by digging in — individually, in pairs, or as a team. You ask questions to better understand complex systems, explore trade-offs, and believe in learning from incidents as a way to improve both technology and practices.
Focus on business outcomes. You tie technical decisions to customer and company impact, weighing whether work is necessary now or later, and considering how projects affect the broader business.
Strength in mentorship and teamwork. You guide engineers through code reviews and help spread knowledge across a team with diverse skillsets so that ownership of critical paths is shared, not siloed.
Resilience in collaboration. You thrive in a senior-heavy team, giving and receiving feedback with grace, and contributing to a culture where tough problems and hard conversations lead to better outcomes.
Execution with impact. You can scope and deliver complex, multi-team projects while balancing production realities, proactively reducing toil, and ensuring systems deliver measurable customer value.
Deep debugging expertise. You’re trusted to diagnose and resolve the toughest production issues across the stack, restoring reliability where others may be stuck.
Influence beyond your team. You multiply impact by sharing knowledge, guiding adoption of new technologies, and driving foundational work that benefits Honeycomb engineering as a whole.

500M+ downloads. 80M+ monthly users. A decade of building – and we’re still accelerating.
Flo is the world’s #1 health & fitness app worldwide on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.
With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.
The job
We’re looking for a Creative leader who can turn creativity into a growth engine. You’ll own creative strategy end to end - from brand and big ideas to performance, production and AI - and lead a 20-person creative team to deliver work that moves both culture and business metrics. You’ll unlock new audiences, build a faster and smarter production engine, and bring creative closer to the heart of growth decisions. If you believe creativity should be bold, measurable and built for impact - this role is for you.
What you will own
Creative strategy end to end: the brand platform and the thousands of assets that run against it, from CTV and upper-funnel video through paid social, search, web funnels, app store and lifecycle.
Business outcomes. CPA, subscription rate and payback are partly creative variables. You carry them alongside acquisition, you sit where budget is set, and you present the creative case to the executive team and the board.
Unlock new audiences. Build the repeatable route in: insight, territory, batch production, structured testing on ring-fenced budget, then scale.
The production engine, around 20 people across creative strategy, motion, design, UGC and production ops. Faster cycles, sharper briefs, and a written rule for what gets hand-crafted, templated or generated. Cost per asset and cycle time are KPIs.
AI in production. Generative tools are already live here and some of our strongest performers are AI-made. Push much further, and decide where human craft stays non-negotiable.
The measurement system itself. Creative performance sits in disconnected per-platform dashboards today, so a single comparable view of every asset is an early priority.
Experience and skills
You have led creative in customer facing tech where performance marketing is the main growth engine, and you can hold your own on incrementality, pROAS and LTV/CAC.
You can state what your creative was worth to your last business, and show the evidence.
You are equally credible on brand, and can write a positioning that survives contact with a media plan.
You are AI-first in practice, not in theory: shipped work, opinions on tooling, and the quality and disclosure calls made yourself.
You are comfortable pushing the boundaries, failing at times and being innovative.
You build teams people stay on, set the bar high and focus on coaching for strong outcomes.

How we work
We’re a mission-led, product-driven team. We move fast, stay focused and take ownership – from brief to build to impact. Debate is encouraged. Decisions are shared. We care about craft, ship with purpose, and always raise the bar.
You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it.
What you'll get
We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:
Competitive salary and annual reviews
Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme
Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave
Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same-sex and adoptive parents
Accelerated professional growth through world-changing work and learning support

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
Data Center Transaction Principal, Europe
About the role
As a Transaction Principal for Europe at Anthropic, you'll drive the commercial sourcing and transaction execution process for our European data center capacity deals. You'll lead RFP processes, negotiate term sheets, and serve as the central leader ensuring seamless stakeholder alignment from initial sourcing through lease execution.
This role is critical to securing the infrastructure that powers Anthropic's frontier AI systems across Europe — you'll bridge commercial negotiations with complex internal coordination across legal, finance, engineering, and network teams, and partner closely with our Compute Markets team who own the Europe market strategy and government relationships. This is not an established leasing org; you'll be building process alongside execution, and doing so across multiple countries with distinct regulatory, power, and development dynamics.
Responsibilities
Lead the RFP and commercial sourcing process for European data center deals, managing developer outreach, proposal evaluation, and competitive selection across multiple markets
Negotiate term sheets and manage the LOI process, structuring commercial terms that meet Anthropic's technical and business requirements while maintaining strong developer partnerships
Create the bridge from LOI to executed transaction, ensuring all commercial, technical, and legal requirements are satisfied for deal closure
Serve as project manager for cross-functional stakeholder engagement — coordinating due diligence teams, internal and external legal counsel, network organization, platform engineers, and finance to ensure alignment prior to lease execution
Act as the single point of contact for auxiliary organizations including networks, deployments, and government relations, providing regular updates on transaction progress and leasing status
Develop and maintain transaction timelines, tracking critical-path items and proactively identifying risks that could impact deal closure
Ensure all stakeholder requirements are captured and addressed in commercial agreements, translating technical and operational needs into contractual terms
Manage complex digital infrastructure development activities to a construction-ready state, through a developer or directly
Marry the right projects, capital stacks, and developers at the right stages
Navigate country-specific permitting, grid connection, and regulatory requirements that vary significantly across European markets
Document and refine transaction processes and playbooks to enable scalable deal execution as Anthropic expands its infrastructure footprint across the region
Partner with the Compute Markets Manager to prioritize markets, sites, and counterparties, and feed deal learnings back into Europe market strategy
You may be a good fit if you
Have 10+ years of experience in transaction management, commercial real estate, data center leasing, or infrastructure procurement
Possess a proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder transactions from sourcing through execution
Have strong negotiation skills with experience structuring term sheets, LOIs, and commercial agreements
Excel at project management and can coordinate across legal, technical, finance, and operational teams simultaneously
Have experience with RFP processes and competitive sourcing for large-scale infrastructure or real estate transactions
Have experience working in or across European markets, with knowledge of the regional data center and development landscape — including established FLAP-D hubs and emerging markets like the Nordics and Southern Europe
Are comfortable operating across multiple countries with different legal frameworks, languages, and business cultures
Are highly organized with strong attention to detail while maintaining focus on strategic deal objectives
Can operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where processes are being built alongside execution
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and can coordinate effectively across time zones with US-based HQ teams and distributed European partners
It's a bonus if you
Have experience with data center or hyperscale infrastructure transactions specifically
Come from the development side of the industry rather than traditional brokerage/leasing — you understand how DC development works and how value is created (yield-on-cost, cap rates, development fees)
Understand technical requirements for AI/ML workloads including power density, cooling, and network connectivity
Have worked with legal teams on complex lease negotiations or infrastructure agreements across multiple European jurisdictions
Understand utility coordination, power procurement, or energy considerations in data center transactions, particularly in the European context (fragmented national power markets, grid connection queues, renewable PPAs, sustainability and efficiency regulations)
Have familiarity with data sovereignty and regulatory considerations that influence European site selection
Have relationships within the European data center developer, operator, and broker ecosystem
Have a background in corporate development, strategic partnerships, or infrastructure investment
Have experience in high-growth technology companies managing infrastructure expansion
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Training and serving frontier AI models requires data center capacity at a scale and pace that conventional delivery models were not built for. Anthropic's Data Center Capacity Delivery team embeds with developers, general contractors, and third-party partners to take leased and partnered sites from deal close through floor access and operational handover as fast as they can safely be built.
As the Reporting and Controls Lead, you'll own the single view of where every project in the delivery portfolio stands: consolidated milestone tracking from early floor access through floor access and ready-for-service, the integrity of the data behind it, and the capacity projections leadership plans against. You'll build and run the reporting the delivery team and executives rely on, and chase down the schedule and data discrepancies it surfaces.
This is a highly cross-functional role: you'll work with Senior Delivery Managers and Regional Managers in the field, our third-party project-management partners, and the planning, transaction, design, and deployment teams whose inputs and outputs the portfolio schedule depends on.
MOC (Mission + Outcomes + Competencies)
Mission
Give the delivery team and leadership one trustworthy view of where every project stands.
Outcomes
Consolidated milestone tracking (early floor access, floor access, RFS) current across all projects.
Schedule and status data reconciled at the source.
Portfolio capacity projections and variance to plan maintained.
Delivery-review and executive reporting built; data-quality checks automated where possible.
Competencies
Project controls / scheduling on large capital programs.
Portfolio-level, not single-job, reporting.
Scheduling, spreadsheet, and BI tooling fluency.
Identifying, qualifying, and packaging data driven insights that define project and portfolio health.
Responsibilities
Own consolidated milestone tracking across all active and upcoming delivery projects — early floor access, floor access, ready for service — and keep it current
Validate schedule and status data from developers, GCs, and third-party partners; challenge what doesn't reconcile and fix it at the source
Maintain portfolio capacity projections and the variance to plan behind them
Build and maintain reporting for delivery reviews and executive updates
Define the data standards and integrated-schedule and tooling conventions projects report against, with the Program Management Lead
Automate reporting and data-quality checks where possible, including with AI-assisted tools
You may be a good fit if you
Have [7+] years in project controls, scheduling, or program reporting on large capital construction programs — data center, energy, or industrial
Have run consolidated reporting across a multi-project portfolio, not a single job
Are fluent in scheduling, spreadsheet, and BI tooling [e.g. Primavera P6, Excel, Power BI — confirm]
Communicate clearly, in writing and in charts, to technical and executive audiences
Are comfortable building the process while running it
Strong candidates may also have
Hyperscaler, colo, or developer-side program-controls experience
Owner's-side cost controls or earned-value reporting experience
Built planning or reporting tools leveraging AI-assisted development

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is building its own servers, racks, and accelerator systems with contract manufacturers and ODM partners, and deploying them across our fleet of data centers. We are seeking experienced engineers to own how well that hardware gets built.
As a Product Engineer on the Manufacturing Operations team, you are the technical owner of a product at the factory. During development, you gather manufacturing, test, and yield concerns, get them fixed in the design before each build, and sign off that the product is ready to move to the next stage. Once a product is in mass production, you keep it healthy by delivering engineering changes with minimal disruption, qualifying new components and second-source manufacturers, and root-causing yield and field failures.
This is a hands-on role with up to 50% travel to partner factories in the US and abroad. You should be as comfortable debugging a test failure on the line as you are presenting a corrective action plan to leadership.
Representative projects
Take a new accelerator rack from early evaluation to mass production at an ODM: audit the assembly and test process, set yield targets, confirm test coverage, and approve the transition.
Scale manufacturing from one line to multiple and then to a second site or second manufacturer without yield or throughput regressions.
Run a cross-functional root cause on field failures traced to a manufacturing gap, drive corrective action with the ODM/CM, and close the loop with the design itself when required.
Lead an engineering change across manufacturers: BOM and PLM updates, cut-in planning, partner training, validation, and monitor field failures/RMA.
Bring manufacturing requirements and validation data into each development phase review so the engineering team has a single prioritized list of what to fix before the next build.
You may be a good fit if you
Have carried a hardware product from early builds through mass production at a contract manufacturer or ODM.
Have set up or improved assembly and test processes at a manufacturing partner and drove yield, quality, and schedule commitments.
Use structured manufacturing and root-cause methods (DFM, FMEA, SPC, 8D or similar) as a matter of habit, and are an expert at translating messy failure data into clear decisions.
Can write a product-specific test plan and judge whether test coverage is sufficient.
Communicate clearly with partner engineers and operations staff on the floor as well as with leadership in a readout.
Are willing to travel to partner sites up to 50% of the time.
Have a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong candidates may also
Have been the technical lead for a data center hardware program such as: server, storage, switch, rack, or accelerator.
Have stood up a new manufacturing line or site, or brought up a second CM for an existing product.
Have experience with liquid-cooled or high-power-density rack systems.
Possess a Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
Have worked closely with sourcing and supply chain teams on component qualification and multi-sourcing strategies.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Developer Platform https://www.notion.com/product/dev engineer, you will directly contribute to the foundational pieces that make Notion extensible and connected. You will build tools, APIs, and platform experiences that help customers connect Notion to the world — bringing their apps, data, and workflows into one workspace. Your work will make it easier for developers, admins, and builders to create reliable integrations and automations on top of Notion.
You will be a key player in building the robust technical foundation that allows Notion to achieve the connected workspace vision. Your work will include both internal platform contributions that accelerate other Notion engineering teams and end-user-facing functionality that enables toolmaking ubiquity. You will be presented with challenging technical problems, as Notion’s product needs are complex. You’ll play a key role in identifying and executing against technical investments that ensure the long-term quality, reliability, and performance of Notion’s platform as we scale.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- You’ll work with a team of engineers and cross-functional partners across product, design, data science, and user research to define a product strategy and drive execution through conception, research, implementation, and maintenance.
- You’ll evolve Developer Platform capabilities across APIs, MCP tools, and integration infrastructure that help customers automate workflows, customize Notion, and connect Notion to the tools and data they use every day.
- You’ll contribute to the overall performance, reliability, and robustness of the Notion product, ensuring it scales elegantly across many dimensions.
- You’ll partner with engineering leaders to identify and execute against high-leverage technical investments that ensure the long-term flexibility and sustainability of our core systems.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 10+ years of experience shipping production software, with a strong track record of owning features end-to-end
- Fluency with TypeScript across both backend and frontend
- Strong product instincts: you can take a vague problem, propose a solid technical approach, and know when to cut scope
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience building developer tools like APIs and SDKs
- Experience driving teams toward shared goals and balancing business priorities with individuals’ strengths, areas of interest, and career development goals
- Familiarity with AI/agent tooling, evals, or LLM-driven product experiences
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $272,000 – $304,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Funnels team.
We need a producty-engineer or an engineering-y product manager to lead the product vision in a highly technical, experimentation-driven domain where UX choices, growth tactics, and analytics all compound.
RevenueCat is the monetization engine for 40% of the new subscription apps shipped. For many of those apps, Funnels will be a critical lever to monetize them: turning web traffic into paying subscribers, testing & iterating to improve performance, adopting web payments in other channels, and much more.
We can, and should, be opinionated about what RevenueCat’s developers should try next to help them make more money. We’re building the “Make More Money Machine”.
You'll lead Funnels, RevenueCat’s web2app product that turns web traffic into paying mobile subscribers, unlocking efficient paid acquisition and empowering app growth teams to iterate quickly. Along the way, you’ll help us evolve the product to address an even wider set of monetization problems that app growth teams face.
You'll partner directly with leadership, collaborate across engineering and data teams, and act as the primary driver for how our customers convert, retain, and grow their subscriber base.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Funnels.
- Be obsessed with your customers. Speak to prospective customers to understand their use cases deeply, and identify the feature gaps blocking adoption. Coordinate with existing customers to unblock them and help them earn more money. Triage and investigate problems proactively, instead of fully delegating to engineering. Dig into what growth teams actually want and the challenges they face, and understand why these products are a crucial instrument in any modern app's growth toolkit.
- Recommend, develop, and maintain new features that deliver value that truly matters, enabling customers to easily spin up compelling experiences, understand the results, and iterate quickly.
- Set the vision. Create a plan that is cohesive, intentional, and impactful. Break it down into meaningful chunks on a reasonable timeline.
- Get it done. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and GTM teams to bring these growth tools to market. This job cannot be done alone, and will require deep understanding of the individual products and the infrastructure that connects them.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have 5+ years of product management or technical product engineering experience or analytics experience, with meaningful time growing mobile apps.
- You’re analytical. You can’t do your job without data platform access. You are highly proficient in SQL (or similar tools) — whatever tool you need to know, you’ll learn. You love getting deep on the data analysis on your own. You’re experienced in developing robust and scalable metrics.
- You are technical. Coding is not a core requirement for this role, being able to prototype with code is (using your preferred AI stack). You can deeply understand how RevenueCat works — what is simple and what is complex within our domain. Maybe you haven’t built and shipped a mobile app yourself (yet) but you have enough knowledge to work closely and independently with highly technical folks. You can discuss APIs, data models, and risk logic with engineering partners and enjoy diving into system details
- You’re an excellent communicator. You can express complex ideas clearly and succinctly — written and verbal, synchronous and asynchronous, across timezones and mediums. You can get your point across.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on.
dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights.
Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
As a Staff Full-Stack Engineer on the Cloud Clients team, you’ll own end-to-end delivery across the surfaces where dbt developers do their work:
dbt Studio in the browser, the dbt VS Code extension, and the CLI workspace runtime that powers both
.
You’ll help build dbt’s
AI-native developer experience
, including agent workflows, diff review, streaming tool calls, charts and rich outputs for conversational analytics, and MCP apps that bring dbt projects directly into tools like Claude and Codex. This is a true full-stack role: you’ll work across
Python, TypeScript, React, and Kubernetes
, with the expectation that you can take a feature from schema and service design through to the final pixel without a handoff
What you’ll do
Own parts of the CLI workspace runtime that backs both surfaces, including migrating users off our legacy IDE and enabling asynchronous, background agent runs.
Design and build agent-facing experiences: streaming responses, transparent tool calls, diff review, and charting / rich output for conversational analytics.
Extend dbt into other developer surfaces — MCP integrations that make dbt projects usable directly from AI clients like Claude and Codex.
Lead well-scoped projects end to end: write the plan, partner with design and product, ship in two-week increments, and measure whether it worked.
Share oncall and customer support for your surfaces, and mentor engineers earlier in their careers.
Skills we are looking for
8+ years building production software, including senior-level ownership of projects that ran for months and involved several people.
Deep Python experience plus exposure to TypeScript and React experience — you move across the stack without waiting for a handoff.
Built and maintained something other developers depend on: an IDE, an editor extension, a CLI, an SDK, an LSP server, or a data tool.
Comfort with the operational side of shipping — APIs, Kubernetes, Postgres, observability — and with being on the hook when something breaks.
Strong written communication: you can make a technical argument in a document and bring people along.
Worked asynchronously as part of a fully-remote, distributed team
Bonus points for
Shipped LLM- or agent-powered features to production, with real opinions on evaluation, latency, cost, and where models fall down.
Worked with the Language Server Protocol, Monaco, CodeMirror, or other code-editor internals.
Hands-on dbt, SQL, or data warehouse experience (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift).
Migrated users off a legacy product surface and decommissioned it without breaking them.
Go, Rust, or systems-level performance experience.
