ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our core team and perform a healthy mix of design and implementation tasks to advance the technical foundation behind the Fivetran product offering.
This team is tasked with evolving a high performance extract-load-trans form data integration system that enables our engineering teams to correctly implement hundreds of data connectors with minimal maintenance effort. The role will challenge you to reason about relational semantics, powerful abstractions, data representation, and software performance. You don’t need to be a subject matter expert before you join us (you will be one before you leave!), but you will need to have experience working carefully with a high impact software team — especially in environments where the best option may not be obvious, your decisions have cascading implications, and where you sometimes need to measure twice before you cut once. A successful candidate will be humble enough to collect diverse input and build consensus, will be experienced and confident enough to be decisive when it’s needed, and will be practical enough to build and iterate on the system while it’s in production. We are also looking for expertise and productivity with both modern and legacy software development environments.
This is a full-time position based out of our Novi Sad office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration.
Technologies You’ll Use
C (our main language), Python (used in testing), relational databases (Postgres, Oracle, SQL Server), make
GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Jenkins, GCP , Azure, AWS
macOS/Linux/Unix/Windows, git
What You’ll Do
Learn deeply about Fivetran in order to focus development on practical and relevant system improvements
Contribute to the development and planning of our roadmap
Collaborate with a small but mighty core team, and with a broader set of stakeholders
Work across the project lifecycle: requirements, design, prototype, implementation, review, release, monitoring
Review and approve pull requests
Care and feel ownership of our product, and leverage your skills towards improving it
Skills We’re Looking For
You are execution-oriented, and understand the need to target your “innovation budget” for the greatest impact: you find the middle ground between “perfect, but takes forever to code” and “fixes it now, but nobody will ever be able to understand what I did”
You know how to design and code systems and software that is effective, intuitive, easy-to-operate, and elegantly simple
You have worked with the relevant tooling and techniques: cloud services, network protocols, serialization, relational databases, etc.
You have knowledge of complex structures, object orientation, exceptions, memory management techniques.
Bonus Skills
Experience with data replication, ETL/ELT tools, cloud and software defined infrastructure tools (for instance AWS Cloud Formation, Kubernetes, Docker), API technologies and analytics is definitely a plus
Knowledge of DBMS internals is a strong plus
Familiarity with low level concepts, such as encoding and the internals of network communication, is a strong plus
Familiarity with system level programming (such as process and memory management and inter-process communication) is a plus

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
Render's mission is to eliminate the undifferentiated work that goes into building software products by offering an easy-to-use, powerful cloud platform for developer teams of all sizes.
As we grow into the place to deploy AI-native apps and agents, we design for two users at once — developers and the agents working on their behalf. We treat the agent as a first-class customer, not an afterthought: every primitive should feel as considered for an agent as it does for a developer.
We're hiring a Staff Product Designer to own Agent Experience (AX) end to end — the whole programmatic surface and the whole loop: an agent deploys, a human reviews what happened, the agent hits an error and recovers, the human grants it exactly the access it needs. Every hop crosses an interface boundary, and today those boundaries show seams. Your job is to design the loop as one product.
That takes real craft across every surface an agent touches — the CLI, the API, MCP, SDKs, Blueprints and Skills, and the documentation that teaches an agent how to operate — plus real craft in web UI, because half the loop is a human deciding whether to trust what an agent just did. Most designers are strong on one side of that line; we want someone strong on both. This isn't design following the company's strongest bet; it's design leading it.
We think about agent-native design in three areas: the interfaces agents need to operate, the human ↔ agent handoff where a person supervises and trusts agent work, and trust, safety, and governance — how access is granted, scoped, and revoked. This role owns all three. The first two are where the product is moving fastest today, but all three are in scope from day one — the whole point is to design them as one coherent experience rather than three disconnected efforts.
You'll inherit real signal to build on: an AX audit and scoring framework, a developer community that already trusts the product, and a design team treating agent experience as a first-class discipline.
YOU WILL:
- Design the full programmatic interface, not just the CLI. The agent operates Render through many doors — the CLI, the API, MCP, SDKs, Blueprints, and Skills — and they should feel like one coherent product, not a set of independently evolved tools. You'll own the interaction model and the error language across all of them, so an agent can run deploy → verify → debug → iterate without a human in the loop. A one-command path from empty directory to running app matters, but so does an API call an agent can reason about and an MCP surface it can operate reliably. An error message an agent can't parse and recover from is a broken feature, and you'll treat it that way — on every surface.
- Design documentation as an agent-facing product. Docs aren't just for humans anymore; they're how an agent learns to operate the platform. You'll design Blueprints, Skills, and reference material that teach an agent to use Render correctly — treating docs-as-experience as a first-class programmatic surface, with the same rigor as any command or endpoint.
- Close the human-operated gap in onboarding. Today the default first-deploy path runs service-by-service through the UI — the one thing an agent fundamentally can't operate. You'll design a configuration-first path where the whole system is described in code (Blueprints) and deployed in one motion, so the programmatic loop doesn't break at step one.
- Design the dashboard surfaces where agent work becomes visible to humans. When an agent deploys, retries, or fails on someone's behalf, a person needs to see what happened, why, and whether to trust it. You'll design the review, supervision, and activity surfaces for agent-driven work — web UI held to the same rigor as any flagship flow, because this is where confidence in the whole agent story is won or lost.
- Design agent auth and access. Consent, scoping, and token management — so a developer can grant an agent or third-party app exactly the access it needs, see what that access is being used for, and revoke it without fear. Least-privilege should feel legible and safe rather than all-or-nothing. This is half policy design, half interface design, and it's where "can I trust this?" gets answered.
- Design one model, expressed everywhere. The core objects of the platform — applications, services, environments — should mean the same thing whether you meet them in the dashboard, the CLI, the API, an SDK, MCP, or a Blueprint. You'll design that model once and hold every surface to it, so a human and an agent are always looking at the same product.
- Surface the agent-operable paths at moments of intent. Copy-a-prompt CTAs, post-signup CLI install, post-error tooling suggestions. The programmatic paths already exist but aren't discovered — you'll place them where developer intent is highest.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 7+ years of product design experience, ideally on developer tools, infrastructure, APIs, or another technical, credibility-driven product. You may have worked as a product designer, a designer who codes, or something harder to label — the title matters less than the work. At this level, we expect someone who has owned a major surface or product area end to end and set the direction others built against.
- Craft that spans GUI and non-GUI surfaces. You have an eye for detail that borders on obsessive — the wording of an error, the shape of a command, the structure of an API response, the spacing of a dashboard — and you're as rigorous about a CLI message or an SDK method as you are about a screen. Your portfolio shows strong web UI work alongside text-first thinking: command design, API ergonomics, MCP/SDK design, docs-as-experience, or conversational interfaces.
- You design the whole journey, not a surface at a time. Your portfolio shows end-to-end experiences — a user carried coherently across interface boundaries, CLI to API to SDK to dashboard and back — where you designed the model once and expressed it everywhere it appears, rather than polishing one surface in isolation.
- A genuine point of view on what AI-native products mean for design — including how a product should show up to an agent, and not only to a person.
- Comfort near code. You can read it, prototype with it, and collaborate with engineers without a translation layer in between.
- The judgment to define quality where no established playbook exists, and the rigor to hold that bar once you've set it.
- Clear, direct communication and cross-org influence. You can make the case for AX to technical and non-technical partners alike, in rooms where it's easy to treat it as purely an engineering concern — and you can align product, engineering, and leadership around a direction without formal authority over them.
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Experience designing or shipping a CLI, SDK, API, or MCP surface used at scale.
- Experience designing agent-facing documentation, Blueprints, Skills, or other material intended to teach a model how to operate a system.
- Familiarity with OAuth, scoped tokens, or least-privilege access models — or an appetite to make permissions feel humane.
- Hands-on experience building with coding agents or LLM-driven tooling, with a view on where the agent loop breaks down today.
- Design-engineering literacy: motion, prototyping, or front-end fluency.
- Experience evolving a developer-first product toward larger teams and enterprises without losing the original audience.
- Writing, talks, or side projects that show your craft and point of view on developer experience.
This is a new category, and nobody has all the answers yet — including us. If you're the kind of designer who's curious enough to figure things out, ship, learn what's wrong, and try again, we'd love to hear from you.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building new products that can reshape how finance teams operate. These products begin before the market playbook is obvious: the customer problem is still being sharpened, the product is evolving quickly, and the path from early signal to durable growth must be built.
We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager, New Products to lead that work. You will be embedded with Product and Engineering from the earliest stages, using customer and market insight to help choose the audience, shape the product, define the story, and build the commercialization and adoption motion.
This is not a launch-calendar or asset-production role. You will own the full business read for the product: customer problem, ICP, positioning, product readiness, launch, pipeline, activation, adoption, retention, proof, and the next product or GTM intervention.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Shape product strategy early. Bring customer, market, and competitive evidence into product decisions before the roadmap is fixed. Help the team identify the wedge, target segment, table stakes, differentiators, and highest-leverage problems to solve.
- Find product-market clarity. Define the ICP, buyer, user, jobs to be done, workflow, alternatives, and reasons customers will switch or expand.
- Own the product narrative. Build the canonical positioning, messaging, claims, proof, and competitive story. Translate technical and operational complexity into a clear customer value proposition without flattening how the product works.
- Design the zero-to-one GTM. Determine how the product should enter the market, including audience, channel, pricing and packaging inputs, sales motion, self-serve motion, launch sequence, and adoption plan.
- Lead launches end to end. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, Creative, Communications, Support, and other partners around one launch strategy, readiness bar, and set of measurable outcomes.
- Build commercialization, not just awareness. Create the programs, enablement, proof, and feedback loops that turn interest into qualified pipeline, activation, retained usage, expansion, and revenue.
- Work deeply with Product and Engineering. Understand the product's architecture, data, constraints, and trust model well enough to influence tradeoffs and explain it credibly to both technical and business audiences.
- Create the customer learning system. Develop direct relationships with buyers and users, run structured discovery, capture objections and product gaps, and turn what you learn into product and GTM decisions.
- Own the business scorecard. Define leading and lagging indicators, build a clear operating read, diagnose what is moving or stuck, and recommend the next intervention.
- Build proof and competitive intelligence. Develop customer evidence, use cases, benchmarks, and a current view of the market that improve both product decisions and GTM execution.
- Use AI as an operating advantage. Apply AI to research, synthesis, analysis, content development, and repeatable workflows—and help the team raise its standard for speed and quality.
- Create the new-products playbook. Build a repeatable method for taking an emerging product from customer signal to product-market clarity, launch, commercialization, and scaled growth.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 6+ years of experience in B2B software product marketing, product management, growth, strategy, or another product-led GTM function, including significant ownership of a product or business outcome.
- Demonstrated zero-to-one experience with a new product, category, platform, or business line—from early customer discovery through launch and adoption.
- A record of influencing product strategy using customer, market, competitive, and performance evidence.
- Strong customer instincts. You can run discovery, identify the real workflow and buying problem, and separate a loud request from a durable market signal.
- Technical and operational fluency. You can learn a complex product, work credibly with Product and Engineering, and explain how it works to different audiences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can produce a sharp product narrative, an executive recommendation, a launch plan, and a sales story that survives contact with customers.
- Strong data literacy. You can define and interpret activation, adoption, retention, pipeline, conversion, revenue, and product-usage metrics and turn the findings into a decision.
- Proven ability to lead senior partners across Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, Creative, and Marketing without relying on formal authority.
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity. You build the first version, test it with customers, make tradeoffs, and improve it quickly.
- Fluency with AI tools as part of your everyday research, analysis, writing, and operating workflows.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in fintech, payments, accounts receivable, accounting, developer tools, data infrastructure, AI, or another technical and workflow-heavy category.
- Experience taking a product from incubation through product-market fit and scaled commercialization.
- Experience with both product-led and sales-led growth motions.
- Experience contributing to pricing and packaging decisions.
- Experience as an early or founding PMM, product manager, founder, or operator in a fast-moving product area.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel

We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

RELOCATION TO GERMANY adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we’ve become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Architecting Intelligence to Optimize 200M+ Daily Decisions
As the intelligence core of our engineering organization, our Data Science team doesn’t just deploy models, we engineer the fundamental decision engine that powers our platform. At a scale of 770 million users and 100,000+ predictions per second, we are solving a multi-objective optimization problem that balances user incentives, advertiser ROI, and long-term platform health in real time. Our architecture is built on a 1PB+ behavioral data lake, providing the high-fidelity input necessary to train deep learning models that predict individual user engagement with precision. We aren’t just optimizing clicks, we are dynamically calculating optimal reward structures to sustain a global value exchange. Engineered for performance, our stack leverages Tensorflow and PyTorch for model training, NVIDIA Triton to achieve sub-100ms inference. We own the full ML lifecycle from high-level research and feature engineering to deployment and A/B experimentation. Here, you will find the autonomy, the data depth, and the massive scale required to solve the most complex optimization challenges in the adtech ecosystem.
The data infrastructure behind this runs at real scale: 2TB ingested in real time every day, 100+ Airflow jobs and data pipelines, and ML models handling p99 latency of 100ms across 100,000+ predictions per second.
As a Data Engineer on this team – you’ll be building and maintaining the infrastructure that makes them possible: the Feature Store, the data pipelines, the data quality systems, and the data architecture that data scientists depend on to move fast.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
Data engineering at ML scale. You have 5+ years in data engineering on a modern stack, with proven experience handling systems that process several TB of data per day and thousands of events per second. Flink is your default for real-time. You have hands-on experience with Apache Flink for stateful stream processing and real-time feature computation. You’ll translate Data Science requirements into high-performance streams, enable Data Scientists to contribute new features and implement features yourself when needed.
Pipeline bottlenecks don’t survive long around you. You know how to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in complex ETL jobs, whether handling high-volume batch processing or real-time streaming systems like Kafka. At adjoe, data velocity is critical: slow pipelines directly impact model freshness and prediction quality at sub-100ms inference.
You think in layers, not tables. You move beyond raw data to design robust, multi-layered data architectures using dbt, and can reason confidently about storage formats, Data Lakehouse models, and what belongs where in a 1PB+ data lake. Familiarity with Medallion Architecture is a strong plus.
The bridge between Data Science and Backend. You’ve worked closely with Data Scientists on online ML systems with low latency requirements, and understand what it takes to make experimental research production-ready. Strong Java required; Go or Python a plus.
Owns quality, not just delivery. You implement data validation, monitoring, and governance processes in production, because in a system where model inputs directly drive advertiser ROI, data integrity isn’t optional.
Experience with Airflow, Kubeflow, AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes is a strong plus.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for our first Data Engineer to build Teleport's internal data platform. You will design and own the pipelines and warehouse that turn raw data from across the company, including product usage, production costs, budgets, and sales, into data that any team can use to answer their own questions.
You will work closely with teams across the company, including product, engineering, finance, and revenue, to understand their data needs and deliver reliable, well-modeled data they can depend on.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and operate a low-maintenance cloud data warehouse and transformation workflow.
- Evaluate managed connectors, source exports, and native cloud services before building custom ingestion software.
- Model data from CRM, contracts, finance, billing, product usage, and cloud infrastructure into coherent business entities and metrics.
- Establish canonical customer identity and mappings between accounts, tenants, billing entities, and other source-specific identifiers.
- Partner with Finance, Revenue, Product, and Engineering to define concepts such as ARR, adoption, infrastructure cost, and gross margin.
- Build data quality checks, reconciliation, documentation, lineage, and observable failure behavior into the system.
- Protect customer and employee information through appropriate access control, minimization, redaction, and retention practices.
- Manage warehouse performance and cost, and keep the platform understandable and operable by a small team.
- Use Python or Go for integrations that cannot be handled safely and economically by managed or warehouse-native capabilities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Willingness to work collaboratively with Teleport's engineers on Data Engineering Challenge https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/data-engineer/challenge-1.md to design and build an analytics warehouse for a fictional business.
- Builder mentality; experience building a data engineering function from scratch at a growing startup is highly desirable.
- Strong SQL and dimensional or analytical data-modeling expertise.
- Experience translating ambiguous stakeholder questions into documented, testable business definitions.
- Production experience with dbt or an equivalent SQL transformation workflow.
- Experience with a cloud data warehouse such as Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
- Experience with managed ELT, APIs, object storage, incremental loading, and source schema evolution.
- Strong data-quality and reconciliation practices, including explaining how published numbers relate to their sources.
- Experience handling sensitive data, access control, and retention responsibly.
- Practical experience with Python or Go, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud operations.
- Sound judgment about build vs. buy decisions, operational simplicity, and managing scope in a startup environment.
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to master new technologies.
- Comfortable changing the area of focus and working directly with stakeholders across the company.
- No-ego mindset of collaboration, transparency, and seeking feedback from others.
HOW WE HIRE
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
For this role, we use a take-home challenge that mirrors real work at Teleport — on your time, your way. You'll have support from the team throughout.
1. Zoom meeting with a Teleport recruiter. You’ll learn about the company, our products, compensation philosophy, interview process, and key requirements.
2. Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager will walk you through the data engineering challenge and answer your questions.
3. Challenge collaboration. The day after your meeting with the Hiring Manager, you join a Slack channel and complete a Data Engineering Challenge https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/data-engineer/challenge-1.md using GitHub. The challenge usually takes about 2 weeks and ends with a Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager and a member of the interview team to review your solution.
4. If your challenge solution meets our bar, you'll receive an offer to join Teleport.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
THE ROLE
RC Capital is RevenueCat's first move into financial services. Our first product, Early Payouts, gives developers access to App Store proceeds without waiting the usual 30 to 60 days for Apple and Google to pay them.
As Sales & Operations Specialist, RC Capital, you will own the customer lifecycle end-to-end - from identifying and qualifying suitable prospects through screening, onboarding, activation, ongoing support, account operations, and portfolio health. You will combine commercial judgment, customer care, operational discipline, and risk awareness to help RC Capital acquire and serve more healthy customers.
This is a hands-on individual-contributor role on a small founding team. You might move from a discovery call to an onboarding issue, a portfolio review, and a workflow improvement in the same day. You will work closely with Sales, Support, Product, Data, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and GTM Operations, and report to the VP of Strategy & Operations. You will also help build the playbook and systems future teammates inherit.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
- Sales and qualification. Manage a portfolio of inbound and targeted outbound opportunities. Run discovery, assess product and customer fit, coordinate screening, handle objections, maintain momentum, and guide suitable prospects to a clear decision.
- Onboarding and activation. Lead approved customers from decision to activated. Ensure customers understand how to use Early Payouts successfully.
- Customer support and portfolio operations. Serve as a reliable point of contact for customers, including questions, disputes, and operational issues. Coordinate with RevenueCat Support and specialist teams, and own follow-through through resolution.
- Risk-aware execution. Apply documented customer, fraud, and risk policies consistently; investigate issues; document decisions; monitor emerging patterns; and make sound recommendations. Escalate exceptions and regulated or high-impact decisions to the appropriate risk, legal, finance, or leadership owner.
- Lifecycle performance and insight. Maintain a reliable view of pipeline, onboarding, support demand, usage, and portfolio health. Turn data into recommendations on funnel quality, conversion, time to activation, drop-off, retention, customer experience, and risk indicators. Bring structured customer insight to Product to inform roadmaps.
- Systems, automation, and playbooks. Improve CRM, support workflows, internal handoffs, reporting, documentation, and automation. Use AI thoughtfully to reduce manual work and response times without weakening controls or customer trust. Partner with Marketing, Operations, Data, and Product on durable implementations.
- Customer and growth. Partner with Marketing on focused acquisition and lifecycle experiments. Support marketing efforts like campaign execution, competitive analysis, and content that drives demand.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in a high-ownership, customer-facing commercial or operations role spanning sales, account management, customer success, customer support, or customer operations.
- A track record of moving opportunities through a commercial process and managing a meaningful volume of customer relationships with strong follow-through.
- Experience in fintech, payments, lending, factoring, embedded finance, or another environment where customer growth and operational risk are closely connected.
- 1-2 years of marketing or growth experience running campaigns or managing CRM-driven outreach.
- Strong operational judgment: you clarify ownership, define next steps, document decisions, apply policy consistently, and recognize when an issue needs specialist review.
- Analytical fluency across CRM, support, and analytics tools, with the ability to diagnose funnel or portfolio performance and recommend action.
- Practical experience improving workflows with automation and AI, including judgment about where automation introduces unacceptable risk or a poor customer experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication: persuasive with prospects, clear during onboarding, calm in disputes, and concise with executives and cross-functional partners.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity on a small, autonomous team and working hours that meaningfully overlap with US time zones.
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct experience with payment operations, underwriting, fraud and risk workflows, disputes, or compliance-adjacent processes.
- Experience launching a new product, business line, or operating motion before the playbook was written.
- Knowledge of mobile apps, developer products, subscriptions, or App Store economics.
- Experience contributing to CRM or lifecycle campaigns, customer-facing content, or growth experiments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Notion, Linear, Intercom or Zendesk, Slack, Zoom, and product analytics platforms.
What success looks like
In your first 30 days
- Understand RC Capital's product, customers, unit economics, risk model, and role within RevenueCat.
- Map the lifecycle from first signal through activation and live-account support.
- Establish baseline reporting for pipeline quality, conversion, time to decision, time to activation, support demand, repeat usage, and portfolio health.
- Shadow sales, onboarding, support, risk, and account reviews; then handle initial customer interactions with support.
- Ship one concrete improvement to a workflow, report, playbook, or automation.
By 90 days
- Independently own a portfolio from qualification and screening through onboarding and ongoing operations, escalating genuine exceptions appropriately.
- Give the team a reliable view of pipeline, onboarding, support, usage, and portfolio performance, with recommendations rather than reporting alone.
- Run a consistent cadence for opportunity follow-up, onboarding, live-account reviews, and issue resolution.
- Ship workflow or automation improvements that reduce manual work or customer wait time without weakening controls.
- Support marketing efforts to deliver on targets.
- Translate recurring customer and operational friction into structured recommendations for Product, Data, Finance, Legal, Support, or Marketing.
By 6 to 12 months
- Improve key lifecycle measures such as conversion, activation speed, utilization and retention.
- Help grow a portfolio of healthy customers while keeping fraud, disputes, losses, and other agreed risk indicators within guardrails.
- Maintain a commercial and customer-operations playbook another teammate can follow without relying on context held only in people's heads.
- Help turn the early motion into a repeatable engine and identify which responsibilities should move to partner teams or future hires as volume grows.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend

This position will be a core member of the extended Legal team, working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, GRC, Sales, and Deal Desk, with exposure to Docker's senior executives and the opportunity to grow beyond the initial responsibilities and role based on expanding company needs.

- Structure and negotiate commercial provisions in customer and partner agreements relating to product licensing, cloud services, hybrid on-premise and SaaS deployments, IP ownership, indemnification, warranties, and support commitments, in partnership with Sales and Deal Desk.
- Counsel on AI-enabled product features, including training data provenance, output ownership, third-party model licensing, and evolving AI regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with GRC on the intersection of product design and regulatory obligations, including software supply chain security expectations and emerging regimes such as the EU Cyber Resilience Act.
- Support IP strategy, including trademark usage guidelines, brand protection in product and marketing contexts, and coordination with outside counsel on IP matters.
- Monitor and analyze legal and regulatory developments affecting developer tools, open source, cloud services, and AI, advising the organization on necessary updates and adjustments.
- Help build scalable playbooks, templates, and self-service resources that allow Product and GTM teams to move quickly within well-defined guardrails.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar.
- 6+ years of relevant legal experience, with a meaningful portion in-house at a software, cloud, or developer tools company; a combination of law firm and in-house experience is ideal.
- Deep familiarity with open source software licensing, including copyleft and permissive license regimes, license compatibility analysis, and OSS program governance.
- Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating SaaS, software licensing, and cloud services agreements, including enterprise customer negotiations of IP, indemnity, and liability provisions.
- Working technical fluency with developer software concepts such as virtual containers, registries, CI/CD, APIs, and software supply chain security; direct familiarity with Docker's products or comparable developer platforms is a strong plus.
