About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring an experienced Engineering Manager to lead Dashboard, the team helping customers get more value from the WorkOS suite and helping WorkOS grow as a business. We’re looking for a leader who is excited to manage engineers, but approaches the role as a startup founding member would.
You’ll lead engineers working across customer onboarding and growth, billing and monetization, and AI assistance in the WorkOS dashboard. The team’s work connects the customer journey from signup and integration through production and expansion. You’ll partner closely with design, go-to-market, finance, and other engineering teams to make that journey simpler and more effective.
This role offers meaningful autonomy to shape what we build and why. It’s a great fit for a strong product thinker who enjoys working closely with product managers and taking the lead on product decisions when the opportunity calls for it. You’ll have room to identify customer problems, propose new directions, and carry ideas from discovery through launch, with ownership of the outcomes. If you’re excited by the chance to combine engineering leadership with product judgment, there’s a lot to build here.
You’ll also drive technical strategy, empower your team to execute on projects with a direct impact on customer success and the business, and play a pivotal role in scaling the team and recruiting exceptional engineers.
WHAT YOUR TEAM WILL BUILD
- Growth and onboarding: help developers move from signing up to integrating and running WorkOS in production. Improve onboarding and next steps, and work with go-to-market teams on timely outreach informed by product signals.
- Billing and monetization: build annual-credit capabilities, make billing more reliable and automated, and give customers clearer pricing, usage, and credit information in the dashboard.
- AI assistance for developers: bring the Dashboard Agent, WorkOS MCP server, Ask WorkOS, and Support Bot into a coordinated experience, with shared retrieval, evaluations, and quality standards. Help developers get useful, consistent answers and make progress with WorkOS.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and lead a high-velocity team that ships product fast and with polish across growth, monetization, and developer assistance.
- Be deeply technical and hands-on: read the PRs, write prototypes, and work with technical leads on architecture and project scope.
- Shape the roadmap in close partnership with product managers, design, go-to-market, finance, and engineering. Bring your own product perspective, identify opportunities, and drive product decisions directly where needed—from defining the problem and choosing an approach to measuring the outcome.
- Help the team improve the customer journey from signup to production and expansion, using product signals and customer feedback to choose what to build next.
- Balance rapid product iteration with the reliability and correctness customers need from billing and the quality they expect from AI assistance.
- Push for clarity, focus, and high energy in every sprint. Drive urgency without burning people out.
- Spend time with customers and engineers alike—digging into pain points, testing assumptions, and improving the craft.
- Coach, mentor, and grow a team of curious, driven engineers through direct feedback, clear goals, and meaningful ownership.
- Partner with recruiting to attract, hire, and retain exceptional engineering talent.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Track record of having successfully led product-focused engineering teams in high-performing organizations that shipped real impact.
- You've written code at a high level, and you still love to get your hands dirty. You view leadership as an amplifier, not a step back.
- Bias for action and scrappiness: You don’t over-optimize for process. You optimize for velocity, customer value, and learning.
- You deeply care about the developer experience. You think about UX, APIs, performance, edge cases, and joy.
- You ask "why" obsessively, and you push yourself (and your team) to learn constantly.
- You build trust, give direct feedback, and create space for engineers to thrive.
- You have experience partnering with internal recruiting teams to drive effective and fair hiring processes. You realize that recruiting is a large and important part of your role, and have a track record of recruiting, hiring, and mentoring top engineering talent.
- You’re a strong product thinker who connects customer needs, technical possibilities, and business outcomes. You collaborate well with product managers and are comfortable driving product decisions yourself, using customer insight and evidence to make tradeoffs and build alignment.
Experience with onboarding and growth, billing systems, or customer-facing AI products is especially relevant. You do not need prior experience in all three areas.

As Senior Director of Product for our Employer of Record offering, you will own the product vision, strategy and execution across the full EOR employment lifecycle, from onboarding and documentation through time off, benefits, pay and offboarding. That spans the workflows our customers use, the internal tooling our operations teams rely on, and the experience of the employees we employ on our customers' behalf.
This is the core of Oyster's business and it is operationally and legally complex. A payroll delay, a contract issue or a compliance gap becomes a customer escalation, a legal question and an operations fire on the same day. We want someone who treats the whole journey as one experience, for our customers and for the people who have to run it.
As a part of the senior leadership team at Oyster, you will be shaping strategy well beyond your own teams, setting direction across multiple product development teams and trusted to make the calls that define where this part of the business goes. You will be leading through real change: we are raising the bar on performance, moving toward direct feedback and radical candour, and reshaping how we build with AI.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for EOR, and connect team-level work to company outcomes.
- Be accountable for the end-to-end performance of the platform, including the downstream operational reality, not only what ships.
- Turn highly localised, complex regulation into scalable, automated workflows rather than manual workarounds held together by our operations teams.
- Prioritise across new capability, regulatory requirements, technical debt and operational improvement, across several teams at once.
- Coach and grow a team of product managers and group product managers, moving them from delivering features to owning problems and outcomes.
- Partner with Engineering and Design leadership as a real counterpart, holding proper tension on trade-offs without dominating or giving in too easily.
- Partner with Operations, Legal and Finance to shape where this business goes, including the margin and risk picture.
- Build an AI-first way of working in the product organisation: how we discover, prototype and learn, not just what we ship.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years in product management, including 5 to 7 years leading other product managers, with measurable business and customer outcomes behind you.
- Experience in operationally or legally complex B2B or Fintech. HR tech, EOR, payroll or compliance is ideal, though the complexity matters more to us than the sector.
- A systems thinker who starts from first principles and diagnoses before proposing.
- Hands-on experience using AI to change how your team works, not only what it ships. We will ask what decision changed because of something you learned.
- Able to set product vision at business-unit level and generate real buy-in when priorities shift.
- Proven people leadership: coaching product managers into leaders, holding a clear bar, having the difficult conversation early.
- Experience leading through structural change, and comfort with ambiguity as an opportunity rather than a risk.
- Communication strong enough to influence senior stakeholders, backed by a mechanism that turns agreement into delivery.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection, or be able to get one.
- Fluent English language skills.

The role suits experienced paralegals, legal assistants (asistentes jurídicos), corporate secretarial and legal operations professionals, and executive or administrative assistants with legal exposure.

KYC, Finance, Billing & Vendor Support
Bank and Regulatory KYC/KYB Support:
Support the KYC/KYB processes required by banks and regulatory authorities for the group's own companies, including gathering and submitting corporate documentation (certificates of incorporation, UBO information, director details, proof of address, etc.) and coordinating with internal stakeholders to respond to bank and regulator requests.

Handle the end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) process within internal ERP systems, validating invoices against engagement letters and following up on outstanding payments or billing discrepancies.

Act as the primary operational point of contact for external law firms on invoicing, billing updates, conflict checks and routine document follow-ups.

Handle routine requests from clients and vendors for certificates of good standing, insurance certificates and similar documents.
Operations, Logistics & Governance
Legalization and Logistics:
Coordinate specialized legal document processes, including public notarization, apostille certifications and secure regional courier logistics.

Liaise with local and regional corporate registries and regulatory authorities to monitor application statuses, filing updates and compliance requirements.
Contract Repository Reporting:
Produce periodic reports on contract status, KYC completion rates and outstanding signatures for global leads, and obtain those outstanding signatures directly.
What We Are Looking For
A degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience; experience in a law firm, in-house legal or corporate administration, or in an executive or administrative support role is a plus.
A highly organized, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage high volumes of documentation across multiple jurisdictions without anything slipping through the cracks.
Proficient English, both written and verbal (essential); additional languages relevant to the regions covered are a plus.
Experience working in a global or regional setting, managing competing priorities across multiple entities, time zones and stakeholders.
A proactive, self-starting mindset: you chase outstanding items and flag issues before they become problems, without needing to be prompted.
A genuine interest in administrative, operational and process-oriented legal work, with a clear wish to build and grow in this type of role over the long term.
Why Join Aleph
Real impact:
You become the operational backbone of the legal function, keeping contracts, signatures, entity records and bank KYC/KYB requests moving across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
Room to grow:
This is a long-term path into legal operations, a discipline that is growing quickly in Spain, with direct exposure to global legal leads, ERP processes and external law firms.
A collaborative team:
You will work with colleagues and stakeholders across regions and time zones, in a role that rewards ownership, initiative and clear communication.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 33,000. Whether you're new to crypto or an experienced user, Trust Wallet makes it easier, safer, and more convenient to explore Web3, securely access dApps, manage your crypto, and buy and sell digital assets, all in one place.
About the Role
We're looking for a Lead AI Engineer to own the backend and Agent systems behind our LLM-powered products. The role is end to end: you'll build the Agent workflows, define how we measure quality, keep them reliable in production, and shape where the product goes next.
This role is for someone who has shipped LLM features to real users, stayed with them after launch, and can prove with data that their changes made things better.
Job Scope:
Build and own AI backend and Agent workflows
- Design, build, and maintain multi-turn conversation systems, including context management, tool calling, knowledge retrieval (RAG), state management, and human handoff.
Drive evaluation and continuous improvement
- Define success criteria with Product, Design, and QA leads.
- Turn production failures into evaluation samples and regression tests.
- Measure the impact and side effects of every change before and after release.
Diagnose problems across the stack
- Isolate the root cause of failures: model judgment, knowledge gaps, abnormal tool responses, backend instability, or conflicting rules.
- Apply the right fix for each cause rather than defaulting to prompt tweaks.
Own production reliability
- Handle timeouts, retries, graceful degradation, async jobs, and third-party dependency failures.
- Make sure every issue is traceable through logs, every change is versioned, and every failure has a recovery path.
Shape product and technical decisions
- Give clear, reasoned positions on requirements, covering feasibility, cost, risk, and alternatives.
- Propose better approaches and break work into phased, shippable deliverables.
Communicate proactively and follow through
- Share progress, blockers, ETAs, and next checkpoints without needing to be chased.
- After launch, track real-world impact and leave clear documentation and handover materials.
Requirements:
- Production LLM/Agent experience at scale. You've built LLM or Agent features used by 10,000+ active users, and you've maintained and improved them after launch.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals. You're comfortable owning production code, APIs, data flows, and incident troubleshooting. Experience designing and implement backend services in Golang and integrate with LLMs and AI systems.
- Real evaluation discipline. You've built evaluation sets, regression suites, and production monitoring, and you can explain how you confirmed an improvement was real rather than random fluctuation.
- Ownership mindset. You make decisions, surface risks early, and don't consider a feature done until it's verified in production.
- Web3 experience. Preferably 1 year of experience in a crypto, DeFi, or Web3 company (wallet, exchange, L1/L2 protocol, or DeFi platform strongly preferred)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is a global and fully remote role. You must have the right to work for the country you are based.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry is looking for a Manager, Design Engineering to lead the team behind Scraps, our design system. This role would manage a team of designers and front-end engineers that is building the infrastructure that powers our UI development.
This role lives at the intersection of design, engineering and AI tooling. The ideal candidate is comfortable reviewing a component's API in a pull request, can critique the consistency of typography across components, and has created skills to help agents use a design system more effectively. This role will set the direction for our system, grow the team, and stay close enough to the work to make design and implementation decisions.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Manage and grow a team of engineers and designers — hiring, leveling, and coaching across both crafts
- Own the strategic roadmap for the team: what components to prioritize, what tools to adopt, which parts of the web app to refactor, etc.
- Help maintain the UI quality and expression that Sentry is known for
- Keep design and code in sync — tokens, variables, component parity, and the pipeline from Figma to production
- Stay hands-on building components and the infrastructure to enable fast, accurate agentic front-end development and prototyping
- Drive adoption across product teams through documentation, lint rules, and contribution workflows that don't slow anyone down
YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Consider yourself a design engineer, or a designer who codes
- Are passionate about design systems as the context layer for agentic frontend development, and want to build tools and skills that enable product teams to ship faster
- Nerd out over component APIs, variant structures, and tokenization and naming conventions
- Care deeply about consistency but know when a pattern needs to flex for a specific use case
- Care deeply about interface quality, and want to build world class front-end infrastructure you can be proud of
- Get as much out of growing people as you do out of building things
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in a full-time design system or design engineering team
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Strong visual and interaction design skills with a sharp eye for spacing, hierarchy, and micro-interactions
- Deep fluency in React, TypeScript, CSS, and the DOM
- Familiarity with Figma's design systems tooling — components, variants, variables, auto layout, shared libraries, and branching workflows
- Able to balance long-term system thinking with the practical needs of product teams shipping on tight timelines
The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $200,000 – $270,000. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $100B in annualized spend flows in and out of 50,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATES AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY
- Schedule & Shift Bidding - Please Read Carefully: This role is part of Ramp’s UK-based overnight coverage strategy. Team members will work a set 40-hour/week schedule designed to support customer needs outside US business hours. Schedules may include evenings, weekends, and rotating holiday coverage, depending on business needs.
- Hours Expected: CX Associates work a set 40-hour/week schedule assigned through a schedule-bid process. Associates also cover 2–3 company holidays per year on a rotating basis. Ramp's customers operate on financial deadlines that don't pause.

— быстро и качественно решает проблемы пользователей;
— повышает доверие к платформе;
— снижает отток клиентов;
— помогает возвращать пользователей в продукт;
— выявляет системные проблемы и передаёт их продуктовой команде;
— автоматизирует большую часть типовых обращений;
Tone of Voice.
— Целевые значения должны быть подтверждены после фиксации текущей базы, но ожидаемые ориентиры следующие: выполнение SLA — 90% и выше;
— CSAT — 85% и выше;
— FCR — 70–80%;
— QA Score — 90% и выше;
— доля повторных обращений — не более 10%;
— автоматизация 50–70% типовых обращений;
— снижение ручной нагрузки на команду на 40–60%;
— снижение стоимости обработки одного обращения минимум на 30%;
— сокращение критических жалоб и эскалаций;
— измеримое снижение оттока пользователей после обращений в поддержку;
— First Response Time.
— Average Resolution Time.
— SLA Compliance.
