About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a GTM Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on engineering role embedded in our GTM org. You'll own the systems that power how we identify, enrich, score, and engage prospects at scale: a custom built enrichment pipelines leveraging Cargo, the campaign sync tooling that feeds our events and outbound plays, and the code that ties it all together.
You'll work at the intersection of GTM strategy and software engineering by writing production TypeScript/Python, shipping PRs, designing schemas, and building internal tools that the whole GTM team depends on daily. Think of it as being the engineer who makes the rest of the GTM team unreasonably effective.
You don't need to have done this exact job before. You need to care about the craft. The best GTM Engineers at WorkOS are the ones who spot a broken workflow in Slack at 11pm, open a PR the next morning, and ship the fix before the standup. They're the ones who, when the sales team complains about bad data, don't just route it to RevOps, they dig into the Snowflake schema and find the upstream issue. If that sounds like how you work, we want to talk.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enrichment infrastructure: You'll maintain and improve our core enrichment pipeline: the workflows that take a new signup or a conference attendee list and return a fully enriched, scored, and Salesforce-upserted record. Today that involves Cargo, Clay, Snowflake, and a growing set of data providers (Apollo, Linkup, Exa). You'll own the reliability, fill rates, and schema consistency of these systems.
- Account scoring: You'll work on the fit scoring pipeline: the logic that evaluates every company flowing through our stack against our ICP and writes results to Snowflake and SFDC. This includes batching optimization, retry logic, logging and observability, and continuously improving the underlying signals.
- Campaign and event tooling: You'll build and maintain the systems that sync event attendee lists (Luma, conference CSVs) through enrichment and into Salesforce campaigns. When a BDR asks "who came to our event last night?", your tooling answers that question automatically and routes the right records to the right owners. You’ll also propose and prioritize growth experiments, validate the approach, own implementation, measure results, and iterate.
- Custom Tooling integration: You'll build and maintain enrichment tooling accessible via Wallaby, WorkOS's internal AI agent that the GTM team uses to look up prospects, run ad-hoc enrichments, and surface account intel on demand. You’ll design the underlying tools so they’re clean, effective, and composable, using AI and automation across research, enrichment, routing, and engagement workflows.
- GTM data infra: You'll work closely with the data engineering team to keep our Snowflake schema in sync with the tools that consume it, track downstream pipeline impacts when schemas change, and ensure the data flowing into SFDC is accurate and up-to-date. Own and maintain lead and conversion tracking across the funnel, including lifecycle stages and campaign attribution. Keep the underlying data and tracking reliable so we can measure conversion and identify where prospects drop off.
- Code: You'll ship real code. PRs go through review. You'll debug production incidents (Salesforce API rate limits, Cargo timeouts, enrichment failures). You'll instrument logging, add observability, and think carefully about batching, concurrency, and idempotency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering foundation: You're a capable software engineer. You write clean TypeScript or Python, understand async patterns, know how to design a database schema, and can debug a production incident from logs alone. You don't need to have worked at a software company, but you need to be able to write and ship code.
- GTM domain knowledge: You've worked with the tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Cargo, Apollo, or equivalents. You understand how leads flow through a CRM, what enrichment providers actually return, and why data quality degrades over time. Ideally you've had a BDR or AE background that gives you intuition for what the sales team actually needs.
- Systems thinking: You think in pipelines, not one-off scripts. When you build something, you think about what happens at 10x volume, when an API goes down, or when the same company gets submitted five times simultaneously.
- 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a closely adjacent technical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.

Role Overview:
We're hiring a Robotics Safety & Compliance Lead to own safety, risk, and compliance across our robotics operations — and to lead the function as it scales. This is a builder-leader role: you'll set the standard, establish the frameworks, and grow the program (and eventually the team) that keeps our labs and data collection environments safe, compliant, and audit-ready.
You'll be the senior voice on safety in the room with operations, engineering, and EHS — setting direction rather than waiting for it, and building practical frameworks that support both speed and control.
What You Will Do
Own safety and compliance end to end across robotics labs and data collection environments.
Set the safety strategy and roadmap as programs scale across sites, and define what "good" looks like for the function.
Develop and implement safety standards, SOPs, and risk mitigation frameworks.
Conduct risk assessments across different lab setups (humanoid, teleoperation, motion capture, etc.).
Serve as the escalation point and decision-maker on safety risk — including the authority to pause work when conditions require it.
Lead incident response processes, reporting, and root cause analysis.
Conduct regular audits and maintain audit readiness across sites.
Build and lead safety training, onboarding, and a safety champion network across lab teams.
Influence senior stakeholders and report on safety posture, risk trends, and program maturity to leadership.
Hire, mentor, and grow safety and compliance support as the program expands.
Partner with engineering on safe system design — cell layout, e-stops, guarding, interlocks, and operating envelopes.
Balance operational speed with safety and compliance requirements.
What Good Looks Like
Clear, practical safety frameworks that teams actually follow.
A safety culture the is owned by the organization, not one that depends on one person policing it.
Strong risk awareness without slowing down execution.
High audit readiness and clean compliance posture.
Proactive identification and mitigation of safety risks.
Credibility with engineering — seen as a technical partner, not a gate.
Strong partnership with operations and engineering teams.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in safety, compliance, or EHS roles (technical or lab environments preferred).
Demonstrated leadership experience — owning a program, leading cross-functional initiatives, or managing/mentoring others.
Experience developing and implementing safety programs or frameworks from the ground up.
Strong understanding of risk assessment and incident management.
Ability to translate standards into practical, operational processes.
Clear communication and proven ability to influence senior and technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., ISO frameworks such as ISO 10218, ISO/TS 15066, ANSI/RIA R15.06).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in robotics, manufacturing, industrial, or lab-based environments.
People management experience, or experience building a function and its first hires.
Software or technical background as a plus — comfort with ROS, robot control software, teleoperation and motion capture systems, or scripting (e.g. Python) to analyze incident and sensor data.
Experience building or automating compliance tooling — audit tracking, incident dashboards, or safety checklists integrated into lab workflows.
Experience supporting high-growth or rapidly scaling operations.
Background working with cross-functional technical teams.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Onsite lab environment (robotics lab, warehouse, or similar setup).
Must be able to stand for extended periods during audits and inspections.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Fast-paced environment with evolving operational needs.
Why This Role Matters
As robotics programs scale, safety and compliance become critical to sustainable operations. This role leads how we operate responsibly, reduce risk, and build systems that scale without compromising safety.
Benefits Included in the Offer:
- Friendly Working Environment
- IT Equipment
- Social Activities
- Global Mobility Policy
- Employee Referral Program
- Employee Assistant Program
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
- HSA & FSA
- 401(k) retirement
- Short & Long Term Disability Insurance
- Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity Insurance
- Telemedicine Benefit
- Annual Leave
- Paid Public Holidays
- Maternity/Paternity Leave
Hourly Pay: $65-$75/hr.

Skills We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in the software industry with a focus on building test automation frameworks, tools, and infrastructure at scale.
Experience defining and driving code quality for tests (review processes, efficiency, maintainability).

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
Explore our Engineering Blog https://builders.ramp.com & Emerging Talent https://builders.ramp.com/emerging-talent Blog to learn more about how we build at Ramp and what it’s like to start your career here.

Workplace: Hybrid
At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires.
Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 40,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
As a Solutions Engineer at Linear, you will be the technical guide across the customer lifecycle, from evaluation and close through onboarding and expansion. Partnering most closely with Sales, you will drive revenue by leading technical discovery, demos, proof-of-concepts, and solution design for prospects and existing customers. You will stay engaged through onboarding to ensure technical continuity, and provide clear handoffs to Customer Success that capture context, decisions, risks, and next steps. You will also codify repeatable patterns through demo environments, migration and integration playbooks, and enablement for new sales hires.
Location & work mode
This role is anchored to our London hub. We’re looking for someone who can work from our London office in Shoreditch 3 days per week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays), with flexibility around scheduling, as this role will be closely connected to in-person collaboration with our growing sales presence in the region.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the customer’s technical advisor across the lifecycle, partnering with Sales and Customer Success to ensure continuity from evaluation through onboarding and expansion, with a primary focus on pre-sales revenue impact.
- Lead technical discovery and architecture for strategic prospects and existing customers; translate customer workflows into Linear configuration, data model, permissions, and integration patterns.
- Run pre-sales technical evaluations end-to-end: deliver tailored deep-dive demos, proof-of-concepts, security and architecture reviews, and integration workshops that remove deal risk and accelerate time to close.
- Design and execute migrations and implementation plans that set customers up for long-term success; provide clear handoffs to post-sale teams (context, decisions, risks, and next steps).
- Build and maintain realistic, scalable demo environments and reference configurations that mirror enterprise workflows and enable Sales to tell a credible, repeatable story.
- Codify lifecycle playbooks and enablement: create technical training for sales and post-sale teams, curate exemplars, and continuously improve the technical sales motion.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or similar role at a high-growth SaaS company, with experience supporting enterprise-scale deals.
- Strong hands-on experience with OAuth2 and GraphQL, data migrations, and product integrations
- Excellent communication skills—able to present complex technical concepts clearly to both engineers and executives
- Experience with Github and git; Linear and/or Jira strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build realistic, scalable demo environments and troubleshoot production issues
- CS degree or engineering background strongly preferred
- Collaborative mindset with experience partnering across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Comfort with SQL and scripting (e.g., Python or JavaScript)
What we offer
We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Here's what you can expect:
- Competitive salary and equity
- Employee-friendly equity terms
- Daily meal and coffee stipend on every workday
- Paid co-working space or desk
- Health coverage (based on country requirements)
- 5 weeks paid vacation, plus local statutory holidays
- 4 months paid parental leave
- Paid month off after 4 years & every 2 years thereafter
- Regular team events and off-sites

- (Required) Have strong relational database experience (Postgres or MySQL); Postgres experience is a bonus.
- Have strong knowledge of TypeScript in addition to Go (languages used daily).
- Have strong knowledge of web technology fundamentals (cookies, sessions, JWT, HTTP, browser APIs).
- Have good knowledge of and deep interest in authentication security (passwords, protocols such as OAuth, OIDC or SAML, cryptography fundamentals such as hash functions, signatures and ciphers).
- Have experience working with multiple web frameworks like Next.js (or other SSR alternative in the JavaScript space) and traditional web frameworks like Ruby on Rails, Django, Laravel or equivalent (in any language).
- Have good technical writing skills (RFC process is an important part of making changes to the Auth product).
- Have hands-on experience building and operating services at significant scale.
- Have deep understanding of systems-level concerns: memory management, concurrency patterns, and compute resource optimization in Go.
- Have experience with Kubernetes and AWS (or comparable cloud platform) in a production setting.
- Have solid grasp of observability practices — metrics, distributed tracing, structured logging, and alerting (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
- Have experience managing database schema migrations safely at scale.

At JetBrains, code is our passion. Ever since we started, back in 2000, we have been striving to make the strongest, most effective developer tools on earth. Over 15.9 million developers already use our products, and 88 Fortune Global Top 100 companies are JetBrains customers.
About the role
We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work to maintain close relationships with our existing customers in China and help grow the business in the region.
As part of our team, you will:
Work closely with JetBrains account executives and support engineers to ensure a smooth pre-sales process and post-sales product adoption.
Manage existing large accounts, proactively preserve and develop them, and keep customers up to date on product developments.
Hold regular discovery calls with existing customers to identify and resolve issues early, understand how they use the product, relay important feedback to the product team, and help optimize their workflows by suggesting new features or improvements.
Handle customer escalations and help manage expectations with both the internal product team and the customer.
Provide technical guidance and assistance to existing customers.
Develop key sales, demo, and technical documentation for customers and adapt existing demos for specific use cases.
Visit customer offices and meet onsite at conferences and other events when necessary.
We’ll be happy to have you on our team if you:
Have strong pre-sales experience with the ability to demo and pitch a product’s key value.
Have technical competence combined with a business-oriented approach and a focus on customer needs.
Are proficient in software development tools, ideally with hands-on experience in programming, QA, system administration, release automation, or a related field.
Possess problem-solving and analytical skills across technical, product, and business areas, with the ability to grasp customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
Have at least five years of customer-facing experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, customer success engineering, or a similar customer-facing field.
Possess strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written – you will need to speak and write English fluently, as it is the preferred language of communication with our customers and partners, as well as within the team.
Have experience in driving discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Are comfortable giving both in-person and remote presentations, holding Q&A sessions, discussing product roadmaps, and delivering product demos.
Can work efficiently and successfully without direct supervision in a distributed team.
Have a proven track record of building and developing B2B relationships.
Speak Chinese at a native level.
Are willing and able to travel internationally up to 20% of the time.
Why join us?
This is a rare opportunity to shape JetBrains’ presence in China at an important stage. You’ll work closely with global leadership while maintaining the autonomy to drive results locally. We’re looking for someone who can take real ownership of the office, lead with clarity, navigate complexity responsibly, and build a sustainable environment where our teams can do their best work.

Join OLX and see how far you can go.
Join Our Team as an AI-native Staff Backend Engineer!
Join one of our cross-functional teams in Motors, Real Estate, OLX Classifieds, or Platforms, working remotely from Portugal.
Are you someone who is craving scalable problems and dealing with optimizations?
You'll work with a creative, critical, and well-organized team from the comfort of your house, but as close as we have ever been!
You will play a key role in enabling our organisation to scale efficiently.
Who we are looking for:
You can use agentic workflows (Claude Code, Cursor Agent, or equivalent) as your default, not as a novelty.
You practice context engineering, not just prompt engineering; you design the full information architecture an AI agent needs to succeed: repo structure, CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md configs, relevant code context, memory, and tool access.
You understand model routing trade-offs (e.g., when to use Haiku vs. Sonnet vs. Opus) and multi-agent orchestration.
Strong ownership instinct: AI output is a first draft, not a deliverable; you validate, refactor, and take full accountability.
You have strong Coding and Computer Science Fundamentals. Roughly ⅔ of your time will be hands-on technical work: designing solutions, steering and reviewing AI-generated code, developing new ideas, and reviewing others' contributions. The rest goes to cross-team influence, mentoring, and strategic alignment.
Strong background experience in Golang, Java/Kotlin (preferred technologies), and able to work with PHP. Flexible and capable of adjusting to changing project requirements, roles, and backend technologies as needed.
Scalable Systems Expertise. Experience with large-scale web applications, an economic-thinking mindset, and being able to design well-bounded future-proof domain systems, aligned with the business objectives.
Deep expertise in scalable distributed systems, CI/CD, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, AWS, and relational + NoSQL databases.
Big-picture thinker: aligns technical decisions with business strategy, influences without authority.
Clear communicator in English across engineering, product, and leadership audiences.
Self-starter who identifies what needs doing and takes initiative without waiting to be asked.
Skilled Technical Leader and Mentor: Guide and support engineers by setting a strong example. As a Staff Engineer, you are a role model, leading by example and through your expertise.
What you will be doing:
Architect context pipelines for AI agents: curate what enters the context window (repo boundaries, domain knowledge, test outputs, CI feedback) so agents produce reliable, mergeable code, not just plausible code.
Prepare task specifications that are agent-actionable (clear acceptance criteria, referenced modules, explicit constraints)
Design and maintain agent-ready systems: well-bounded repos, comprehensive test suites as guardrails, CI/CD pipelines with structured output agents can parse and act on.
Serve as an AI Champion: join and strengthen our growing AI Champion community, contribute to workshops, curate effective agentic workflows, and mentor engineers on AI-assisted practices. Contribute to org-level AI tooling evaluations and OLX AI practices repositories.
Drive active migration from a legacy monolith to microservices, owning decisions on bounded domain decomposition. Working on making agentic workflows effective across a codebase whose boundaries are actively being redefined.
Set the bar for GraphQL API design, RESTful contracts, database schema, and CI/CD quality across the tribe.
Work with product and engineering leadership to identify high-value problems, propose initiatives, and drive impactful technical direction without direct authority
Guide senior engineers in managing and reducing technical debt with AI as an accelerator, not a shortcut.
Our Hiring Process:
Recruiter Interview
Managemnent Capabilities
System Design
Live Coding
Our Benefits
Permanent contract
Salary + annual bonus up to 20% of your annual gross salary
Work with and impact all OLX websites around the world
