About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the RL Teams
Our Reinforcement Learning teams play a critical role in advancing our AI systems. We've contributed to all Claude models, with significant impacts on the autonomy and coding capabilities of our latest Claude models. Our work spans several key areas:
Developing systems that enable models to use computers effectively
Advancing code generation through reinforcement learning
Pioneering fundamental RL research for large language models
Building scalable RL infrastructure and training methodologies
Enhancing model reasoning capabilities
We collaborate closely with Anthropic's alignment and frontier red teams to ensure our systems are both capable and safe. We partner with the applied production training team to bring research innovations into deployed models, and are dedicated to implement our research at scale. Our Reinforcement Learning teams sit at the intersection of cutting-edge research and engineering excellence, with a deep commitment to building high-quality, scalable systems that push the boundaries of what AI can accomplish.
About the Role
We're hiring for the Code RL team within the RL organization. As a Research Engineer, you'll advance our models' ability to write, edit, test, debug, and ship real software — end to end, on real codebases, with real tools — and to do it correctly, fast, and safely.
This role blends research and engineering. You'll design RL environments and coding tasks, build the reward signals and verifiers that capture what "good code" means, run training experiments on frontier models, diagnose why a model does (or doesn't) get better at a class of software-engineering work, and improve the speed and reliability of the pipelines that make all of that iterate fast. Code RL spans several focus areas — from agentic coding behaviors and code correctness, to long-horizon autonomous engineering, to high-performance code for accelerators — and we'll match you to the area where you'll have the most impact.
You may be a good fit if you:
Have strong software-engineering skills and deep Python expertise, including async/concurrent programming
Are comfortable owning systems end to end and debugging across the stack
Can balance research exploration with engineering implementation, and engage rigorously in shaping experimental design and interpreting results
Care about code quality, testing, and performance
Are passionate about the potential impact of AI and are committed to developing safe and beneficial systems
Strong candidates may also have:
Experience with reinforcement learning, RLHF, post-training, or LLM finetuning
Built coding agents, code-execution sandboxes, eval harnesses, verifiers, or developer tooling
Background in program analysis, testing, verification, compilers, or formal methods
Experience with PyTorch and large-scale distributed training; performance profiling and optimization of ML systems
CUDA / GPU or TPU kernel experience and accelerator-performance intuition
Experience with virtualization and sandboxed code execution environments
Related roles
If your background leans toward one of these areas specifically, you may also want to look at these postings:
Research Engineer, Performance RL (Reinforcement Learning)
— teaching Claude to write correct, fast code for accelerators
Research Engineer, Universes
— long-horizon, ultra-realistic agentic training environments
Research Engineer, Cybersecurity RL (Reinforcement Learning)

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You'll be Recruiting's dedicated people analytics partner — owning the data, shaping the strategy, and in the room where decisions get made. The core of the role is building trusted recruiting analytics infrastructure (funnel + stage conversion, pipeline aging, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, sourcing channel quality, and recruiter capacity) and making it self-serve for recruiters and leaders. You’ll own the stack end-to-end — from raw data in Ashby and Snowflake to clear insights that hold up in a pipeline review.
You're the person who turns workforce signals into recruiting strategy — bringing a point of view.
This role may be based in either our San Francisco or New York City offices. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own recruiting analytics end-to-end: Build and maintain the dashboards and reporting infrastructure Recruiting leadership relies on (funnel health, conversion rates by stage, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, pipeline aging, interview/interviewer effectiveness, and recruiter capacity) — real-time, self-serve, and trusted.
- Build headcount + velocity models: Translate hiring targets into pipeline math (volume needed by stage, ETA to close, roles trending behind plan) and tie it to recruiter capacity and prioritization — so leaders see issues early and know what to do about them.
- Make talent data decision-grade: Define core recruiting metrics and their definitions, document them, and build toward a single source of truth the team can align on.
- Bring signal to pipeline leadership reviews: Show up to pipeline reviews and QBRs with crisp analysis and a recommendation (where the bottleneck is, what changed, what to test next), not just a slide deck.
- Improve the recruiting system: Use data to spot where process, calibration, or prioritization is creating drag — and partner with Recruiting and Finance to fix it.
- Use AI as leverage in your first 90 days: Use AI to accelerate query iteration, metric QA, and insight narratives (e.g., draft + test SQL approaches, anomaly checks, and concise readouts) while keeping the underlying logic and definitions clean and auditable.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Proven ability to build analytics that gets used: You’ve shipped dashboards/models that teams rely on to run real weekly decisions — not one-off reports.
- Strong SQL + data modeling judgment: You can write complex queries, debug data issues, and build maintainable models/pipelines that other people can trust.
- Quantitative modeling for recruiting problems: You can translate hiring stages into clear funnel math and capacity views, and you know how to stress-test assumptions.
- Strategic partner instincts: You anticipate the questions leaders will ask, show up with the analysis, and can say what the data implies for decisions.
- AI-fluent, with good taste: You use AI as a daily multiplier (analysis, QA, drafting narratives) and know when to rely on it vs. when to go to first principles.
- Build in Notion: You’re comfortable structuring knowledge and workflows in Notion (databases, views, documentation) so your work is easy for others to find, trust, and build on.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $225,000 - $275,000 per year.

About the role
The Safeguards team is responsible for ensuring our models and products are developed and deployed safely. We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Review Tooling team, which builds the systems that humans — and increasingly Claude — use to investigate potential harms and take enforcement actions across Anthropic's first-party products and third-party cloud platforms.
This is a foundational role: you'll own the tools our safety investigators rely on to understand what's happening on our platforms and act on it, as well as the platform underneath those tools. That platform includes analytics capabilities, privacy-preserving primitives that keep review workflows compatible with our data retention commitments, and a sandbox environment where new review interfaces and workflows can be built and iterated quickly. As model capabilities and usage grow, you'll also drive how we scale review through automation — building systems where Claude meaningfully extends what human reviewers can do, while keeping people in the loop where their judgment matters most.
You'll partner closely with policy, operations, data science, and legal teams to ensure our enforcement systems are effective, accurate, and trustworthy.
Key responsibilities
Lead, grow, and develop a team of engineers building investigation, review, and enforcement tooling for both first-party and third-party platform surfaces
Define the vision and roadmap for our review tooling platform, including analytics, privacy-compatible data access primitives, and a sandbox for rapidly developing new review interfaces
Drive the team's strategy for scaling review through automation, including enabling reviewers to use Claude effectively and building toward Claude-assisted and Claude-driven review workflows
Partner with policy, operations, legal, privacy, and data science stakeholders to translate enforcement and investigation needs into reliable, well-designed systems
Ensure review tooling evolves alongside new privacy primitives and data retention commitments, so reviewers can do their work without compromising user trust
Create clarity for the team and stakeholders in an ambiguous and evolving environment
Take an inclusive, equitable approach to hiring and coaching top technical talent, and maintain a high-performing team
Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of Anthropic's engineering management community
Minimum qualifications
Experience managing software engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, and developing engineers
A technical background in full-stack or platform engineering, with the ability to engage deeply in architecture and design discussions
Experience shipping internal tools or platforms with demanding operational users, and a track record of improving their workflows measurably
Experience working cross-functionally with non-engineering partners such as operations, policy, or legal teams
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
Care about the societal impacts of AI and want your work to make powerful systems safer
Preferred qualifications
4+ years of management experience, 10+ years of industry software engineering experience
Experience building trust and safety, integrity, fraud, or abuse-prevention tooling, or other systems supporting human review at scale
Experience designing systems under strict privacy, compliance, or data governance constraints, such as zero data retention environments
Experience integrating LLMs or agentic systems into operational workflows, or building human-in-the-loop automation
Experience building developer platforms or extensible tooling frameworks that other teams build on top of
Experience supporting enforcement or moderation systems across multiple product surfaces, including enterprise or cloud platform contexts

Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

THE ROLE
Our commercial segment — companies with up to 250 employees — is predominantly developer- and engineer-led. These buyers don't respond to decks and discovery scripts. They respond to someone who speaks their language, understands their architecture, and can help them think through a real problem. That's who we're hiring.
As a Commercial Account Executive at ClickHouse, you'll own the full sales cycle for inbound, product-led, and self-serve accounts in this segment. You'll engage with data engineers, platform teams, and technical founders at the moment they're evaluating ClickHouse for a real use case — and your job is to help them succeed, faster. The best deals in this segment don't feel like sales. They feel like an engineering consultation that ends in a contract.
Our commercial customers include companies like Circle, Flashbots, Blockworks, Cypress.io, Kit, Whop, Coframe, Shaped, and janitorai — developer-first products that chose ClickHouse because they needed something that could handle billions of events without slowing down their users. The best deals in this segment don't feel like sales. They feel like an engineering consultation that ends in a contract.
This is a role for technically strong people who are ready to own a number. Prior closing experience is not required — but technical credibility is non-negotiable.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead to close for accounts in the sub-250 employee segment, with a focus on speed, technical depth, and conversion quality.
- Engage directly with data engineers, platform architects, and technical founders to understand their use cases, data volumes, query patterns, and infrastructure requirements — and map those to ClickHouse capabilities.
- Troubleshoot schema design questions, ingestion patterns, and integration challenges during the evaluation process; serve as a trusted technical advisor rather than a traditional sales rep.
- Identify expansion opportunities within the existing self-serve and product-led customer base; convert usage signals into meaningful commercial relationships.
- Partner with Solutions Engineers on more complex evaluations, and advocate for customer needs internally with Product and Engineering.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene — documenting technical context, decision criteria, stakeholders, and next steps in Salesforce so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Contribute to playbooks, technical objection handling guides, and onboarding materials that help the team scale what's working.
- Participate in developer community events, technical meetups, and online forums where our users naturally gather.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A technical foundation that earns respect in engineering conversations — built through experience as a data engineer, solutions engineer/architect, software engineer, or similar role.
- Comfort with the modern data stack: columnar databases, streaming ingestion (Kafka, Kinesis), cloud infrastructure, and SQL-heavy analytics workflows. Hands-on experience with ClickHouse, DuckDB, Druid, Pinot, BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar is a strong plus.
- Some customer-facing experience — whether in pre-sales, technical account management, solutions engineering, or a customer-success capacity. You've navigated technical conversations with real stakes before.
- An instinct for moving quickly. This segment runs on short cycles. You know how to drive urgency without being pushy, and how to remove technical blockers that stall deals.
- Strong written and verbal communication. You can simplify complex concepts without dumbing them down, and you write clearly enough that your emails actually get responses from engineers.
- Curiosity about the business side of technology. You're interested in understanding why companies buy, not just what they're building.
- Ownership mentality. You're comfortable operating with autonomy, making judgment calls without a playbook, and learning from what doesn't work.
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
Most AE roles are execution roles. This one is a craft role. You'll build deep product knowledge, learn how high-growth companies architect for scale, and develop commercial skills in an environment where your technical instincts are your biggest competitive advantage. For the right person, this is a rare opportunity to bridge two worlds — and get paid competitively to do it.

We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
JOB SUMMARY
As a Business Systems Engineer on the GTM Engineering team, you will design, build, and operate the automation and AI systems that power ClickUp's Go-To-Market business — spanning core business products and the integration platforms that connect them. This role is AI-native at its core: you won't just maintain existing workflows, you'll actively advance our GTM systems with intelligent agents, LLM-powered automations, and next-generation integration patterns built on MCP, ClickUp Super Agents, and modern iPaaS tooling.
You'll sit at the intersection of business systems architecture and applied AI — partnering with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and fellow GTM Systems engineers to eliminate toil, accelerate revenue workflows, and build the automated, AI-augmented infrastructure the company runs on. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone deeply fluent in enterprise business systems, excited about deploying production AI, and committed to genuine ownership of the platforms they build — directly supporting GTMSOE's broader mission of operational excellence across the GTM org.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
AI-NATIVE AUTOMATION & AGENT DEVELOPMENT
- Design and build AI-powered automations and agentic workflows across the GTM tech stack — including Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and MuleSoft — to eliminate manual effort and accelerate business operations.
- Develop and deploy ClickUp Super Agents and LLM-based automations to automate tasks such as deal data enrichment, quote generation assistance, order validation, revenue recognition triggers, and exception handling in quote-to-cash workflows.
- Architect and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations that allow AI agents to interact with business systems contextually and safely — enabling intelligent, event-driven actions across the GTM platform.
- Explore and evaluate emerging AI capabilities (RAG, fine-tuning, multi-agent orchestration) and determine which are production-ready for GTM business systems use cases.
- Build reusable AI templates, automation patterns, and agent blueprints that can be extended across the GTM Engineering team.
BUSINESS SYSTEMS INTEGRATION & ARCHITECTURE
- Build and maintain integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, MuleSoft, DealHub (CPQ), and other GTM platforms — with a strong bias toward clean architecture, low technical debt, and supportable design.
- Own end-to-end integration patterns for critical business flows such as lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, order-to-fulfillment, and revenue reporting pipelines.
- Design data flows and transformation logic that keep business data accurate, consistent, and accessible across systems without creating fragile point-to-point dependencies.
- Apply a build-vs-buy mindset: evaluate whether a given automation need is best solved with native platform capabilities, iPaaS tooling, or custom code — and make the case clearly.
PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT & TOOLING
- Build internal tooling, low-code/no-code solutions, and lightweight applications using platforms such as Retool, Replit, or similar to extend business systems capabilities with minimal overhead.
- Write automation scripts and data transformation logic in Python, JavaScript, or Apex as needed to bridge gaps that platform tooling cannot address natively.
- Utilize Zapier, Workato, and similar iPaaS platforms to orchestrate cross-system workflows that are maintainable, observable, and well-documented.
- Own the full lifecycle of what you build: discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing optimization.
RELIABILITY, OBSERVABILITY & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Monitor the health and performance of automations and integrations you own; proactively identify degradation, data inconsistencies, or failure patterns before they impact business operations.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of integration failures or automation breakdowns and drive durable fixes — not just incident patches.
- Maintain runbooks and operational documentation so that platform behavior is understandable and recoverable by the broader team.
- Gather feedback from business stakeholders and iterate on existing automations to improve accuracy, reduce edge cases, and adapt to evolving GTM processes.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION & STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
- Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Customer Success stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-scoped technical solutions.
- Work closely with GTM Systems Engineering, DevOps, and BSA teammates on architecture decisions, intake prioritization, and delivery execution.
- Contribute to the GTM Systems Engineering operating model: maintain task hygiene, communicate proactively on large initiatives, and log AI/automation work in the team's AI Excellence registry.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for business systems automation and AI — educating stakeholders on what's possible and setting realistic expectations on scope and delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE
- 3–5+ years in a business systems engineering, systems administration, or integration engineering role.
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping automations or integrations that delivered measurable business value in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and at least one ERP platform (NetSuite strongly preferred).
- Experience deploying AI or LLM-powered automations in a production business systems context — or a clear, demonstrated trajectory toward it.
- Experience working in a high-velocity environment where you manage multiple concurrent priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Optional but valued: experience with DealHub (CPQ), ClickUp, quote-to-cash workflows, or revenue operations systems.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Technical
- Salesforce configuration, automation (Flow, Process Builder), Apex, and data model design — admin or developer-level proficiency required.
- NetSuite workflows, SuiteScript, SuiteBundler, saved searches, and data model — particularly as it relates to order management, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Hands-on experience with Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier, or comparable iPaaS platforms — including multi-step flows, error handling, and observability.
- Practical experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), prompt engineering, agentic workflow design, and MCP integrations. Experience with ClickUp Super Agents is a strong plus.
- Proficient with Python, JavaScript, or Apex for automation scripting and data transformation; comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth-based integrations.
- Strong understanding of business systems data models and integration patterns (event-driven, batch, real-time).
Operational & Mindset
- Ownership: You take full responsibility for the systems you build — from reliability and documentation to stakeholder trust and continuous improvement. You don't hand off and walk away.
- Velocity: You move fast, iterate, and ship. You know when "good enough and deployed" beats "perfect and blocked," and you never sacrifice reliability or data integrity to get there.
- AI & Automation mindset: You default to asking "how can an agent or LLM handle this?" before reaching for a manual workflow — experimenting confidently and evaluating critically.
- Collaboration: You bridge the gap between technical architecture and business impact, asking clarifying questions, challenging assumptions respectfully, and earning trust with the stakeholders you support.
- Growth: You stay current on emerging AI capabilities, evaluate what's production-ready, and continuously raise the bar on what GTM systems can do.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK WITH
- Salesforce: CRM platform — automations, Flow, Apex, data model, reporting, and CPQ/OTC integrations.
- NetSuite: ERP platform — SuiteScript, workflows, order management, billing, and revenue recognition flows.
- ClickUp Super Agents: AI-powered automation and agentic task orchestration within the ClickUp ecosystem.
- Integration stack: Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier — recipe/flow development, cross-system orchestration, and platform observability.
- AI & MCP tooling: LLM APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), agentic workflow design, and production AI integration patterns.
- Low-code tooling: Retool, Replit, or similar for internal applications and workflow extensions.
- Scripting & APIs: Python, JavaScript, Apex, REST/webhook integrations, and JSON-based data transformation.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
Notion is looking for an experienced engineer who has designed and built secure software systems to help define the security foundations for our AI products. You’ll work with product and engineering teams on agent runtimes, tool permissions, retrieval, content writes, observability, and abuse-resistant design. You’ll turn product risks into clear architecture, reusable guardrails, automated tests, and production systems that help teams ship new features safely.
This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Define and build security architecture for product surfaces that operate across customer workspace content, including tool execution, content writes, retrieval, permission checks, provenance, and auditability.
- Make the secure path the easy path for product teams by shipping reusable libraries, review patterns, test fixtures, and guardrails that prevent classes of vulnerabilities.
- Build automated red-team and regression testing for risks such as prompt injection, indirect instruction following, data exfiltration, tool misuse, cross-tenant leakage, and unsafe workspace mutations.
- Translate threat models for new product surfaces into concrete engineering requirements, production checks, and launch criteria.
- Use production signals, incident learnings, and targeted experiments to harden Notion over time, then feed those learnings back into architecture and developer workflows.
- Help define the security bar for how engineers use coding agents, MCP-enabled tools, hooks, and internal automation without introducing new risk.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Secure software engineering craft: You have 8-10+ years of experience designing, building, or securing complex software systems, and you are comfortable working in production code with product and platform engineers.
- Security architecture judgment: You can look at a complex system and reason about where the permissions, data flow, or trust boundaries are likely to get weird, and help re-design it to make them better.
- Security product strategy: You can turn a complex security risk you see into a product design or architecture that can be built.
- Builder mindset: You’d rather leave behind a useful tool, test, library, or pattern than a task or project for someone else to pick up later.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience building or securing products with tool use, retrieval, workflow automation, content writes, or complex permission boundaries.
- Hands-on experience with prompt-injection testing, red teaming, model behavior evaluation, or abuse-resistant application design.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS security models: permissions, sharing, audit logs, data residency, encryption, compliance, or customer-facing trust guarantees.
- Experience building developer tooling, CI checks, coding-agent workflows, MCP integrations, or internal frameworks that shape how engineers build software.
- Public security research, vulnerability writeups, conference talks, or open-source work related to product security or secure developer infrastructure.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $270,000 - $340,000 per year.

About the Role
Anthropic is investing in shared platform capabilities that power Claude across our consumer and developer products: the common foundation that Claude, Cowork, Claude Code, and future surfaces are built on. We're hiring a Technical Program Manager to be the connective tissue for this effort, someone who ensures we're building the platform the rest of Anthropic's products are built on, and that product teams actually get leverage from it.
This is not a single-team TPM role. You'll work across the platform engineering teams and every product team that consumes the platform, driving one cohesive roadmap rather than a collection of disconnected workstreams. Success looks like products at Anthropic shipping more easily, faster, and more reliably because they're built on a common foundation, with developer velocity increasing measurably across the company, not just within one team.
Responsibilities
Own the cross-Apps platform roadmap end to end: sequencing, dependencies, and tradeoffs across platform teams and the apps teams that depend on them
Drive alignment between platform engineering and apps teams so platform investments map to real consumer needs and adoption actually happens (leverage only exists if teams build on the platform)
Identify duplication across surfaces and convert it into shared platform capabilities
Establish the operating rhythm: planning, status, escalation paths, and launch coordination across orgs
Create program documentation including roadmaps, status reports, risk assessments, and communication plans
Facilitate technical decision-making by bringing together stakeholders, driving consensus, and ensuring timely resolution of blocking issues
You may be a good fit if you
Have several years of experience in technical program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional programs
Have experience with platform engineering efforts (shared services, developer platforms, or common capabilities consumed by multiple product teams) and can engage meaningfully with the engineers building them
Have driven platform adoption across consuming teams, where success depended on other teams choosing to build on what you shipped
Have experience coordinating across multiple engineering teams and organizations simultaneously
Are highly organized and can manage multiple parallel workstreams effectively across distributed teams
Thrive in unstructured environments with a knack for bringing order to chaos and creating clarity in ambiguous situations
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
Are passionate about Anthropic's mission and interested in the challenges of bringing AI capabilities to users safely and reliably
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$365,000
—
$435,000 USD
Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Metabase is the easiest way for people to get insights from their data, from tiny startups who get up and running quickly to major corporations with tens of thousands of users. That's why people love us.
We bring data tools with the elegance and simplicity of consumer products to the crufty world of enterprise business intelligence. We provide an opinionated open source starting point for how companies should measure, analyze and share their data, which is used by tens of thousands of companies.
The opportunity
We're looking for a Developer Advocate who is a trusted presence in developer communities. This role is about showing up where developers already spend time, contributing real value, and building long-term trust.
If people already listen to you because you're smart, practical, and credible, this role may be a great fit.
What You'll Do
Content creation and editorial
Create content that developers and analysts actually want: practical tutorials, clear explanations, honest opinions, and demos grounded in real use cases as blog posts, videos, talks, and whatever formats fit the moment
Act as an editor and curator for internal engineers, guest contributors, marketing colleagues and other advocates: validate technical claims, test code snippets, and edit drafts to ensure high editorial & technical standards
Produce video content (screencasts, shorts, explainers) that expands Metabase's educational reach and complements written tutorials
Build and maintain demo projects, sample workflows, and integrations that showcase Metabase's capabilities in practical, real-world scenarios
Community building
Develop and execute plans to build, enable, and nurture Metabase's developer community — through events, meetups, livestreams, courses, social media, partnerships, and whatever formats fit the moment
Show up and be genuinely helpful in the places developers spend time — Slack communities, forums, Reddit, Discord, YouTube, Twitch, social platforms, and wherever the conversation is actually happening
Build real relationships with developers, community leaders, contributors, and power users
Represent Metabase at events, conferences, and meetups as a credible practitioner, not a booth rep
Feedback and measurement
Bring what you're hearing back to the people building the product: friction points, workarounds, complaints, praise, and feature requests that only surface in honest community conversations
Represent the community's needs internally — synthesizing feedback and sharing learnings with engineering, product, and marketing teams in a way that's actionable, not just anecdotal
Track and monitor community health and content performance metrics, assess how well initiatives are achieving their goals, and adjust effort accordingly
What We're Looking For
You've worked with data: you're comfortable with SQL, databases, metrics, and analytics workflows, and you can talk about them in a way that earns respect from working developers and analysts
You have experience building community across some combination of: Twitter/X, YouTube, Twitch, Discord, blogs, meetups, public speaking, and live events
Your communication style is clear, direct, and human
You identify as a teacher and a learner, a builder and a doer
You're empathetic, inclusive, and warm, and you get a buzz from helping people — whether that's a beginner stuck on their first query or a senior engineer pushing the limits of what Metabase can do
You have good judgment about when to speak, when to listen, and when to stay out of it entirely
You can create content independently: you don't need a brief, a brand guide, or editorial approval to ship something good
Bonus: you've contributed to or built on top of open source projects
Bonus: experience with embedded analytics, BI tooling, or the modern data stack
What success looks like
Developers recognize your name and trust your input
The conversations you're part of are useful and human, not transactional
Internal teams gain real, actionable insight from what you're hearing in the community
The content and demos you produce become genuine resources people share and return to
Metabase earns credibility in places we never had to pay to be
Why this role matters
Developers are good at spotting marketing from a mile away. This role exists to earn respect the hard way: by being present, being helpful, and knowing what you're talking about. If that's already how you operate, we'd love to talk.
If there's anything more you'd like to tell us about yourself or your interests, use the "additional information" section on the application page. We're real humans reading applications and we love to hear what you have to say.
Compensation
The US base salary range for this role is $135K–$190K annually, plus equity and benefits.
Compensation is determined by role, level, location, and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, and scope of responsibility. Pay may vary by geographic location and other job-related factors.
Benefits
We offer meaningful equity and a comprehensive US benefits package, including fully employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance (with 75% coverage for dependents), a 401(k) with employer match available to enroll after the first 30 days, flexible and unlimited paid time off including sick time, and an asynchronous, remote-first environment.
We're a global team (50% outside the US), fully distributed (from Thailand to California), who get things done asynchronously, with plenty of uninterrupted time, supporting each other to do the best work of our careers. We offer flexibility (define your own schedule and work from wherever you want), autonomy, and an environment that fosters growth, learning, and development. We're relentlessly user-focused and believe in building long-term value, not short-term hacks. And we raised a $30M Series B to take our approach to the next level for years to come.
For U.S. applicants: Metabase participates in the federal E-Verify program, which confirms employment authorization of newly hired U.S. based employees. E-Verify is not used as a tool to pre-screen candidates and is only initiated upon hire.
