Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
As a member of the Capacity Strategy & Operations team, you will sit at the intersection of supply intelligence, demand forecasting, and cross-functional execution, turning a complex, fast-moving hardware market into a predictable, reliable foundation for our customers and internal engineering teams.
This is not a purely analytical role. You will own the end-to-end capacity planning process: from translating customer commitments and growth forecasts into concrete supply requirements, to coordinating fulfillment across vendors, finance, and the infrastructure team, to building the systems that make all of this repeatable and scalable. When supply is constrained and tradeoffs are unavoidable, you are the person in the room who can model the options, make a clear recommendation, and drive alignment fast.
You are a strong fit if you have operated at the intersection of strategy and execution before — someone who is equally comfortable building a capacity model in a spreadsheet and running a cross-functional war room when a customer deployment is at risk.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
- Demand-Supply Alignment Framework: Build and own the process that translates customer pipeline, signed commitments, and growth projections into a forward-looking GPU demand signal — so the team is never caught flat-footed when a customer scales faster than expected.
- Constrained Allocation Playbook: Define the decision framework for how Baseten allocates scarce GPU supply across competing customers and regions, including escalation paths and tradeoff criteria for leadership.
- Capacity War Room Ownership: Lead cross-functional response when a high-stakes capacity situation arises — coordinating across Sales, SRE, Finance, and Vendor relationships to resolve it with minimal customer disruption.
- Strategic Briefings for Leadership: Produce clear, concise capacity health reports and scenario analyses for senior leadership, enabling confident decisions on customer commitments, vendor negotiations, and CapEx allocation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the capacity planning process end to end: intake, triage, prioritization, fulfillment tracking, and post-mortem learnings
- Translate customer commitments, sales pipeline, and infrastructure growth targets into concrete GPU demand forecasts across regions, GPU types, and timelines
- Partner with Finance to model capacity scenarios, evaluate new supply opportunities, and support CapEx decision-making
- Work closely with the Capacity Acquisition team to align supply procurement with forward demand, flagging gaps and risks early
- Coordinate cross-functionally across Sales, SRE, and Infrastructure teams to resolve capacity conflicts and ensure customer commitments are honored
- Build and maintain the operational cadence that keeps capacity planning structured, visible, and free of ad-hoc Slack chaos
- Develop reporting and dashboards that give leadership a real-time view of capacity health, utilization trends, and risk exposure
- Identify recurring operational gaps in the capacity lifecycle and drive process improvements that reduce toil and improve reliability
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, or a similarly analytical and execution-oriented role
- Demonstrated ability to own complex, cross-functional processes with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong quantitative and modeling skills — comfortable building demand forecasts, scenario analyses, and capacity models from scratch
- Excellent communication skills, with a track record of distilling ambiguous situations into clear recommendations for senior leadership
- High ownership mindset: you identify what is broken, build the fix, and follow through until it is working
- Operates well under pressure and in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the playbook does not yet exist
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with GPU infrastructure, cloud platforms, or AI/ML ecosystem
- Experience in a high-growth startup or Series B+ environment where operational processes were being built from scratch
- Exposure to vendor or partner management, particularly in hardware, cloud, or infrastructure contexts
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

OUR PURPOSE
At Xero, we’re here to supercharge small businesses. By making small business more efficient every day, connecting them with big business technology and empowering a community behind them, their potential is limitless. When that happens, we’re not only helping small business, we’ll be building a stronger economy that can change the world.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Accounts payable is broken for small businesses. Managing and paying a bill today means stitching together three or four different tools — capturing documents in one place, entering data in another, chasing approvals over email, and making the payment in a bank portal. It is manual, error-prone, and it takes hours every week from people who should be running their business.
Xero’s bills and bill payment surface already serves over a million monthly active users globally: small business owners, the employees who keep their books, and professional bookkeepers working across dozens of clients at accounting firms. It runs on a system designed for a pre-agent world.
As a Senior Product Manager on Bills, you will own the layer underneath that surface — the API contracts, the data-access model and the permission architecture that decide what a person or an agent is allowed to read, write and pay on a customer’s behalf. That applies inside Bills, and it applies through Xero’s integrations with Claude, Copilot and our open-source MCP server. You will set the vision alongside a principal engineer, argue the customer’s case inside technical decisions, decide what the interface should be, and lead a team of engineers through a replatform that never takes those million users offline.
This is not a zero-to-one bet looking for users. The work already has them. What does not exist yet is the architecture underneath accounts payable that makes automated, agent-assisted and human-directed spend coherent, safe and trustworthy. That is the job.
Your impact will be measured through customer, operational and commercial outcomes — including automation and straight-through processing rates, bill payment adoption and volume, activation and retention across owner and bookkeeper personas, platform and API reliability, and the pace at which the replatform lands without customer disruption.
THE TEAM AND HOW THEY CONNECT
You will join the Bills team — 20+ engineers, designers and product managers across Toronto, Vancouver and Pittsburgh — working across core AP workflows, platform APIs, AI experiences and bill payments. The team partners closely with payment and infrastructure vendors, and with cross-functional teams across North America, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. This is a global role, based in Toronto or Vancouver with flexibility to work remotely, and the team comes together in person regularly to collaborate and align on strategy.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
OWN THE ARCHITECTURE UNDERNEATH PAYMENTS
- Develop the vision, strategy and roadmap for the API, data-access and permission layer that underpins bills and bill payments, in partnership with a principal engineer.
- Define the contracts, data models and permission scopes that determine what any client — Xero’s own UI, a partner integration, or an AI agent — can read, write, approve and pay.
- Decide where authority sits: what a person must confirm, what an agent may do unattended, what requires a second approver, and what can never be automated.
- Sequence a replatform of a system serving more than a million monthly active users, with migration paths, dual-running periods and rollback plans that keep customers working throughout.
- Own the cost and consequence of changing contracts that other teams and third parties depend on, including versioning, deprecation and breaking-change communication.
- Identify opportunities to build reusable capabilities that serve Bills, the wider spend lifecycle and external developers, rather than isolated point solutions.
REMOVE TOIL FROM THE END-TO-END ACCOUNTS PAYABLE WORKFLOW
- Own products across the complete accounts payable journey: bill capture and understanding, coding and data extraction, approval routing, scheduling, payment execution, reconciliation and exception handling.
- Build toward a world where bills arrive, get understood, get approved and get paid with minimal human toil, and where the entire spend lifecycle lives in one place.
- Make Bill Pay the default way businesses pay through Xero, scaling bill payments across markets.
- Identify valuable and differentiated customer problems, and frame clear solutions that can be tested, validated and delivered incrementally.
- Ensure that platform complexity results in simple, understandable customer experiences rather than being passed through to the customer.
BUILD FOR MULTIPLE PERSONAS WHOSE INTERESTS CONFLICT
- Lead customer research across the distinct user types on this surface: business owners, in-house finance and admin staff, and professional bookkeepers and advisors managing many clients at once.
- Design for the tension between them — the owner who wants a bill paid now, the bookkeeper who needs control and auditability, the firm that needs consistency across a client portfolio — and make the trade-off explicit rather than averaging it away.
- Partner closely with Design and Engineering to create high-quality experiences across web, mobile and embedded surfaces, as well as programmatic ones.
- Use customer data, qualitative insight and market intelligence to inform product strategy, prioritisation and roadmap decisions.
SHIP AI AND AGENT CAPABILITIES CUSTOMERS CAN TRUST
- Define how AI and agents participate in accounts payable: what they suggest, what they act on, what they escalate, and how the customer stays in control.
- Own the quality bar for LLM-powered capabilities — evaluation sets, confidence thresholds, human-in-the-loop design, fallback behaviour and observable failure modes — and hold the line on it before launch.
- Prototype your own ideas, including in code, rather than waiting for engineering capacity to test a hypothesis.
- Shape how Xero’s accounts payable capabilities are exposed to external agent platforms, including our MCP server and integrations with Claude and Copilot.
- Design for an error-intolerant workflow: this product moves real money, and a wrong answer costs a customer real money and real trust.
NAVIGATE RISK, COMPLIANCE AND OPERATIONAL COMPLEXITY
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Security and Operations to build products that meet regulatory, security and operational requirements across markets.
- Take responsibility for risks arising from authorisation and access control, financial crime, privacy and responsible data use, data accuracy, regulatory change and service availability.
- Account for market-specific gating in payments and money movement — including US money transmission, UK FCA and open banking requirements, and Australian licensing and payment rails — when sequencing launches.
- Lead trade-off decisions that balance customer experience, risk exposure, regulatory obligation, technical complexity and commercial outcome.
- Treat operational processes, support tooling and exception management as part of the product, not an afterthought — including failed payments, duplicate bills, incorrect approvals, reversals and disputes.
DRIVE STRATEGY, EXECUTION AND COMMERCIAL OUTCOMES
- Develop and execute roadmaps that align customer needs, AP strategy, platform architecture and Xero’s broader business objectives, including the Melio acquisition and Xero’s North America growth agenda.
- Establish clear product goals, success metrics and OKRs, and be accountable for moving them.
- Take an active role in annual and quarterly planning, including funding, prioritisation and resourcing discussions.
- Lead release and rollout strategy so that changes land safely and iteratively across customer cohorts and markets.
- Monitor and interrogate customer, commercial and operational results, and lead interventions where outcomes are not meeting expectations.
- Understand the economics of the product, including payment volume, adoption, pricing, processing cost, margin and revenue.
- Make clear prioritisation decisions that balance immediate delivery against the long-term evolution of the platform.
LEAD THROUGH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL INFLUENCE
- Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Partnerships and Go-to-Market teams.
- Create clarity on what is being built, why it matters, how it will work and when it will be delivered.
- Hold your own in architecture and design reviews on data models, API contracts and migration sequencing, and bring a position rather than only questions.
- Drive decision-making across complex stakeholder groups and act as tie-breaker when consensus cannot be reached.
- Represent the products you own in senior leadership, product, architecture and payments forums, and in front of customers and partners.
- Mentor and support other Product Managers, raising the standard of platform and AI product expertise across Xero.
SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Bills arrive, get understood, get approved and get paid in Xero with materially less human effort than they require today.
- There is a clear, documented and well-reasoned answer to what an agent is allowed to do with a customer’s money in Xero — and customers and partners trust it.
- The API and permission layer underneath accounts payable is coherent, versioned and extensible, and new clients, markets and payment capabilities can be supported without duplication or rework.
- The replatform progresses on a sequence the team believes in, with no material disruption to the million-plus customers using the surface every month.
- Owners, in-house finance staff and professional bookkeepers each get an experience suited to how they actually work, and you can name the trade-offs you made between them.
- AI-powered capabilities ship with defined evaluation criteria, measured quality, understood failure modes and appropriate human control — and improve after launch on evidence.
- Bill Pay adoption, payment volume, automation rate, activation and retention are improving, and your contribution to that is clear.
- Product risks and dependencies are identified early and managed in partnership with Engineering, Risk, Compliance and Operations.
- Stakeholders understand the vision, strategy, roadmap and key trade-offs — and engineers come to you first when a decision needs making.
- Other Product Managers are developing through your coaching and knowledge-sharing.
- You demonstrate and amplify Xero’s values.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING WITH YOU
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
This role sits below the interface as much as in front of it, and the bar reflects that. You will bring:
- Experience shipping below the UI. You have delivered changes to APIs, integration layers or shared services as part of delivering a wider product, and you know what it costs to change a contract other people depend on. Ideally you have owned a public or partner API through a breaking change.
- Substantive AI product experience. You have shipped an LLM-powered capability that customers actually used, and you can talk about evaluations, failure modes and confidence thresholds unprompted — including what your product got wrong in production and what you did about it. You use AI aggressively in your own work and prototype in code.
- Multi-persona B2B product experience. You have built a workflow serving several distinct user types whose interests conflict, and you can name a specific trade-off you made between two of them.
- Error-intolerant domains. You have built products where a mistake costs money or carries regulatory consequence — payments, payroll, tax, treasury, lending, legal or clinical workflows.
- Significant product management experience in a software development environment, across the full product lifecycle — typically five or more years in product, or comparable time as a founder, consultant or technical individual contributor in a payments and/or commerce domain.
Deep accounts payable, bookkeeping, accounting or finance-team domain experience is a strong advantage but not a requirement, and experience with payment rails, regulatory-gated launches or fintech infrastructure is similarly valuable. Product experience confined to feature delivery on top of an existing platform, without direct involvement in the interfaces, contracts or data models underneath, is unlikely to be enough on its own for this role.
PRODUCT LEADERSHIP
- A strong track record of addressing customer needs through the innovative use of technology.
- Experience developing successful product strategies, roadmaps and long-term plans — setting direction rather than receiving a spec.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in technically complex and highly ambiguous environments, and to start before the problem is fully defined.
- Strong product judgement and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
- A track record of owning activation, retention, revenue or an equivalent metric and moving it — you can name the metric, the movement, and the trade-off you made to get it.
- Self-direction under ambiguity, with minimal supervision required to define direction and drive outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions at all levels of an organisation.
TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL UNDERSTANDING
- Ability to work as a peer with engineers and architects on platform design, APIs, data models, permission and authorisation models, system dependencies and technical trade-offs.
- Understanding of migration and replatform sequencing in a live, high-volume system, and of the risks that come with it.
- Strong understanding of how AI and agent systems are built and evaluated, including retrieval, tool use, evaluation design and the limits of model reliability.
- Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and technical specifications.
- Understanding of product economics, including volume, cost, margin, pricing and revenue.
- Experience evaluating third-party providers and making build, buy or partner decisions.
- Familiarity with the regulatory, risk, security and operational considerations involved in moving money.
CUSTOMER AND DATA ORIENTATION
- Strong experience conducting customer research and converting insight into product decisions.
- Ability to identify and clearly articulate complex customer problems — and to talk about users in the plural.
- Experience developing MVPs, incremental solutions and experiments that validate product assumptions.
- Strong analytical skills, using quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions.
- Ability to establish meaningful success criteria and monitor ongoing performance.
- Ability to translate complex information for technical, commercial, operational and executive audiences.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
- Demonstrated success working with diverse stakeholder groups across multiple engineering teams, geographies and third-party partners.
- Ability to lead through influence across Product, Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Finance and Go-to-Market.
- Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, and comfort presenting to executives and to customers.
- Ability to navigate difficult decisions, resolve ambiguity and create alignment across teams and geographies.
- Willingness to disagree with an engineer, and to be disagreed with, in service of the customer.
- Experience mentoring and coaching Product Managers and cross-functional team members.
CRITICAL CAPABILITIES
Love customer problems
- Lead the use of customer research approaches and methodologies to generate meaningful insight across owner, in-house finance and bookkeeper personas.
- Clearly define and articulate complex customer problems, including where personas conflict.
- Develop incremental solutions and experiments that validate customer and product assumptions.

WHY THIS ROLE
Most AI product roles are a bet on a zero-to-one that may never find users. This one is the opposite. More than a million people already do this work in Xero every month, and the mandate is to define how agents get to touch it.
Xero has already put the pieces on the table: a US$2.5B acquisition of Melio, an open-source MCP server, a live Claude integration, and a new North America Product and Technology Hub. What does not exist yet is the architecture underneath accounts payable that makes it all coherent. That is what you would own.
COMPENSATION & TOTAL REWARDS
At Xero, we value the impact and skills you bring to the team. We believe in a Total Package philosophy - ensuring your value is recognized through a holistic lens that includes base salary, performance incentives, and world-class benefits.
The expected base salary range for this role is CA$167,400 – CA$209,200.
Individual pay is determined by various factors, including geography, level of experience, and the specific skills you bring to the role.
In addition to base pay, Xero’s roles are eligible for the following forms of variable compensation:
- Variable Pay: Permanent employees are eligible to participate in our annual bonus and equity (RSU) programs. You may also be eligible for performance-based cash or equity (RSUs) incentives depending on your role level, and company performance.
- Comprehensive Benefits: World-class health, wellness, and retirement programs. Xero Perks https://careers.xero.com/inside-xero/benefits-wellbeing/ including Wellbeing days, generous leave, and dedicated professional development budgets.
This is a posting for an existing vacancy.

About Us

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Growth team (internally called "Value Discovery") and help expand our product-led business by helping customers discover and get the most out of our platform.
At Sentry, we do growth with an explicit bias for customer value. Our experiments are rooted in strong product sense and empathy for developers, not conversion pressure. We never surprise developers with new charges or push features they don't need. In a binary tradeoff between doing good by the customer or good by the business, the customer always wins.
You'll collaborate closely with several areas of the business including Product, BizOps, Data, Design, and GTM to identify the moments in a developer's workflow where Sentry can deliver more value, make that value easier to find, and support that your approach works with data.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
You'll lead a team of engineers, set its priorities, and be accountable for the metrics it moves. This is a new role, and the roadmap is yours to define and execute in partnership with design and data teams.
- Lead work across Sentry's self-serve funnel — signup and onboarding, first-run activation moments in-product, trial and upgrade paths, and pricing and billing surfaces in partnership with the Billing team — largely in our Python/Django and TypeScript/React codebase
- Evolve our experimentation foundations, in close partnership with our Data team — flagging, instrumentation, and readouts are real but far from finished
- Run a fast, disciplined experimentation loop where hypotheses are argued before they're built
- Hold conversion and activation alongside churn, support volume, and 90-day retention, and report all of them — including the experiments that come back flat
- Grow the engineers on your team, including the underrated skill of doing excellent work on something that might be deleted next week
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Believe Growth done well is a form of customer service, not a conversion engine
- Would rather ship one well-argued hypothesis than five cheap tests, and can tell the difference before the results come in
- Love digging into data to find insights but form your best hypotheses from empathizing with customers
- Enjoy the challenge of understanding developer workflows deeply enough to know where and when a change creates value
- Want to build the measurement foundation rather than inherit one, and have opinions about what a team should/shouldn't bother instrumenting
- Are comfortable being the person who says the result doesn't hold up
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years managing engineers, including time owning a metric-driven team, on top of a strong engineering background
- Technically credible with senior engineers — our EMs engage substantively in architecture and technical decisions, and every EM passes a technical assessment at a senior IC bar
- Strong product sense — you identify where a change will create the most value, not just where a metric can be moved
- Experience helping users get the most out of a complex product
- Working fluency with experimentation frameworks, feature flags, A/B testing, and analytics instrumentation
- Able to talk to users credibly about their workflows, tooling, and pain points, with genuine opinions about the developer tools you've used
- Bonus: you've worked on growth at a developer tools company, built experimentation infrastructure from a low starting point, or run experiments at volumes where significance wasn't guaranteed
The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $220,000 to $450,000. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.
If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, you may contact us at accommodations@sentry.io.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We're seeking an experienced Social Escalations Manager to be a founding member of a new pillar of our Operations organization: Community & Executive Escalations. This role is the front line of how Anthropic protects its reputation when high-stakes user issues surface on public social platforms. You'll help stand up the function from scratch and operate it day-to-day. You'll actively monitor brand and product conversations, triage emerging issues, and own social escalations end-to-end. During live escalations, you'll build real-time social reports that turn data into actionable recommendations to resolve issues quickly and reduce reputational risk. The ideal candidate pairs deep fluency in the social analytics landscape with calm judgment under pressure, sharp written communication, and a bias toward action.
Key responsibilities
Build the team's playbooks, escalation criteria, tooling solutions, and SOPs to successfully manage social escalations
Actively monitor public social channels for brand mentions, surfacing potential escalations and triaging them against defined criteria
Own social escalations end-to-end during your coverage hours
Communicate crisply with internal stakeholders: brief executives on live situations, give Comms partners the facts they need, and keep incident channels useful and current
Build social reports in real-time, using the data to drive actionable recommendations that quickly and effectively resolve live incidents and reduce reputational risk
Write clear post-escalation reports that capture what happened, what we did, and what should change—so the next escalation is easier than the last
Help iterate on the team's playbooks, response templates, escalation criteria, and SOPs based on what you learn running real cases
Minimum qualifications
6+ years of experience in social analytics, escalations management, customer support, or a related front-line operations role—ideally at a consumer or developer platform
Deep knowledge of the social landscape and hands-on experience using social listening tools (query writing, alert design, API pipelines, report building)
Excellent judgment under pressure and have a strong instinct for how issues spread across public social platforms
Sharp written communication—you can brief a senior leader in three sentences and document an incident so the next responder can pick it up cold
Comfort coordinating across functions in real time and influencing partners without positional authority
A pattern-detection mindset—you spot the second-order issue beneath the first-order complaint and surface it to the right people
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action; this team is brand new and you'll be helping define what good looks like as you operate
Excitement about protecting Anthropic's reputation and relationships at a moment when public attention on AI has never been higher
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$210,000
—
$260,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building it's UK business from the ground up. We are looking for a Director of Partnerships to be the senior commercial owner of Ramp’s partner ecosystem in the UK: creating the relationships, market presence, and repeatable routes to revenue that help make Ramp a category-defining company in the region.
Reporting to the VP of Channel Sales, you will operate as a founder for Partnerships in London. You will build a focused partner strategy, develop executive-level relationships, and turn the right relationships into durable commercial outcomes. You will work closely with the UK go-to-market team and cross-functional leaders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to make partnerships a meaningful driver of market entry and long-term growth.
This is not a role for someone looking to inherit a mature playbook. The right person is entrepreneurial, commercially sharp, and comfortable creating clarity where there is none. They can move from a first meeting with a senior executive to a clear point of view, an internal plan, and disciplined follow-through.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute Ramp’s UK partnerships strategy, identifying the partner categories and individual relationships that can accelerate awareness, pipeline, customer value, and long-term market position
- Build and maintain senior relationships across the UK ecosystem, including accounting, private equity and venture capital firms, professional-services and consulting firms, financial institutions, technology partners, and other high-leverage channels
- Work alongside the UK Channel Partner Managers, aligning the broader ecosystem strategy with Ramp’s dedicated motions and creating leverage across shared relationships
- Develop a focused partnership plan for priority relationships: articulate the joint value proposition, define the commercial path, and create mutual accountability for progress
- Generate measurable commercial impact by sourcing and influencing pipeline, creating warm paths to target customers, and supporting strategic deals through partner relationships
- Represent Ramp with credibility at executive meetings, industry events, and partner forums, building the company’s reputation as a serious, long-term UK partner
- Serve as the internal voice of the UK partner market, translating relationship intelligence, customer needs, and market dynamics into actionable input for Sales, Product, Marketing, and leadership
- Build the operating cadence for the function, including account plans, partnership scorecards, executive briefs, pipeline visibility, and clear follow-through across internal and external stakeholders
- Help shape Ramp’s broader UK and European go-to-market strategy as the market, team, and partnership portfolio grow
What You Need
- 10+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, alliances, or go-to-market leadership, with a demonstrated record of building senior relationships and driving commercial outcomes
- A proven track record of owning revenue, quota, influenced pipeline, or similarly concrete commercial goals in a complex B2B environment
- Executive presence and sound judgment: you can earn credibility with senior partner leaders and represent Ramp confidently in consequential conversations
- A builder mindset. You have launched a territory, vertical, business line, or partner motion, and know how to create a plan and operating rhythm from a blank page
- The ability to turn broad relationships into specific opportunities, navigate multiple stakeholders, and maintain momentum through long sales and partnership cycles
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to decide where Ramp should invest and make a clear, data-informed case to senior leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build a compelling partnership narrative and align cross-functional teams around it
- AI fluency as a daily habit. Ramp is a builder culture: if you do not instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment
- Ability to work five days per week from Ramp’s London office, with willingness to travel across the UK and continental Europe as needed
Nice to Haves
- Experience selling or partnering into private equity, financial services, consulting, enterprise technology, or high-growth software companies
- Experience in fintech, financial software, payments, spend management, or the office of the CFO technology ecosystem
- An established UK network of senior commercial, investment, operating, or technology leaders
- Experience building a new market or international go-to-market motion
- Fluency in an additional European language
Why Ramp
- Own one of Ramp’s most important external-facing growth mandates as we build the UK business
- Work directly with senior leaders across Channel, Sales, Product, and Marketing, with the autonomy to shape the market strategy and the accountability to deliver commercial outcomes
- Build at the intersection of fintech, AI, and enterprise software at a company redefining how businesses manage spend
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

, now part of Salesforce, is on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences.
Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
It’s an exciting time at Fin - especially within our Deployment Services team. We’re helping some of the world’s most innovative companies transform how they support their customers through AI-powered customer service.
As a
Senior
AI Deployment Consultant
, you’ll lead our largest and most complex customer deployments, combining world-class project management with hands-on technical configuration of the Fin platform. You’ll be the trusted advisor who ensures our customers achieve value quickly and at scale, guiding them not only to do the foundations, but set a direction on how they measure their impact with AI.
You’ll partner with a dedicated team of engineers for complex technical work while managing the overall project strategy, timeline, and delivery. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer success, and execution excellence.
What will I be doing?
Own end-to-end deployment programs for our largest customers, ensuring successful and timely implementation to Fin - acting as a primary point of contact throughout.
Hold projects to scope, schedule, and budget that align with each customer’s unique goals and support model and keep GTM partners current on project state.
Lead discovery sessions to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical and project plans.
Own the hands-on configuration of the Fin platform—spanning automation, workflows, and analytics—while orchestrating technical readiness across data migrations, integrations, and security protocols.
Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to solve complex technical hurdles while maintaining autonomy over the vast majority of platform implementation.
Coordinate technical readiness activities, including integrations, data migrations, and security reviews.
Run projects with operational precision: maintained risk logs, a structured reporting cadence to both customer and internal leadership, clear escalation paths, and documented decisions. Surface risk early enough that it can be mitigated rather than managed.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and R&D - shaping deployment strategy up front and feeding what you learn in the field back into the roadmap.
Contribute to the evolution of our Deployment Services methodology, templates, and best practices.
Apply AI tooling to your own delivery work to compress discovery, documentation, and asset creation - and share what works back to the team.
What skills do I need?
5+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles, ideally within SaaS or AI technology companies.
A track record of delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget with low escalation rates - and a clear point of view on the operating discipline that makes that repeatable.
Hands-on technical capability. You can configure platforms yourself, and you're fluent enough in APIs, data flows, and integration patterns to know when a requirement is a config problem versus an engineering one.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing both executives and technical stakeholders.
Strong judgment under ambiguity - you can prioritize, decide, and move when requirements aren't fully formed, and you're resilient in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Daily use of AI tooling in your own workflow - discovery synthesis, documentation, customer assets - and the ability to show how it's changed your delivery pace. We'll ask about this.
Experience with Intercom Helpdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CX platforms is a plus.
How Will I Be Measured?
Automation Rate - Are you driving your customers to achieve high adoption of Fin?
CX Score — do customers rate the deployment experience highly?
On-time, on-budget delivery — do your projects land against the timeline and scope you committed to?
Time-to-value — how quickly do customers get to a working, measurable Fin deployment?
Contribution to the team — the templates, mentorship, and best practices you leave behind.

Clearly articulate the business and customer value behind proposed initiatives.
Product Discovery and Requirements
Work with operators, commercial teams, internal stakeholders, and end users to identify problems, needs, and product opportunities.
Analyze sportsbook journeys such as event discovery, navigation, search, market selection, bet placement, betslip usage, live betting, promotions, and bet management.
Convert business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
Break down complex initiatives into manageable and independently deliverable increments.
Validate requirements with design, engineering, QA, platform teams, and relevant stakeholders before development begins.
Ensure regulatory, responsible-gambling, accessibility, localization, and market-specific requirements are considered during product definition.
Maintain complete, accurate, and accessible product documentation in Jira and Confluence.
Roadmap and Prioritization
Own and continuously maintain the product backlog.
Prioritize initiatives and backlog items based on customer value, user impact, commercial potential, strategic alignment, risk, effort, and technical dependencies.
Define minimum viable product scope and phased-delivery approaches for larger initiatives.
Manage scope throughout the delivery lifecycle and ensure material changes are assessed, documented, and agreed with the appropriate stakeholders.
Balance new product development, operator requirements, technical improvements, defects, and technical-debt reduction.
Make clear prioritization decisions when capacity or timelines are constrained.
Agile Delivery
Work closely with engineering, design, and QA throughout planning, refinement, development, testing, and release.
Ensure the development team understands the product objectives, user needs, requirements, and expected outcomes.
Lead or actively contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and relevant product workshops.
Provide timely clarification and make product decisions during development.
Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early and collaborate with the appropriate owners to resolve them.
Accept completed work based on agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.
Support release planning and ensure features are ready from a product, operational, documentation, and stakeholder perspective.
Maintain delivery transparency and communicate progress, risks, scope changes, and decisions clearly.

Evaluate stakeholder requests objectively and challenge solutions that do not support the product strategy or provide sufficient customer value.
Present recommendations using evidence, product data, competitive analysis, and clearly structured business arguments.
Support client presentations, product demonstrations, sales opportunities, and RFP responses when required.
Product Performance and Continuous Improvement
Define success criteria and measurable KPIs for new features and product initiatives.
Monitor sportsbook metrics such as event-to-bet conversion, betslip completion, bet placement success, click-through rates, engagement, bet frequency, retention, and feature adoption.
Use quantitative data, qualitative feedback, user research, and operational insights to evaluate product performance.
Review delivered features after launch and identify opportunities for optimization.
Work with UX and analytics teams to identify friction, abandonment points, usability issues, and unmet customer needs.
Maintain awareness of sportsbook market developments, competitor products, user-experience patterns, and emerging technologies.
Conduct competitor and feature-comparison analysis to identify meaningful product differentiators.
Propose improvements that strengthen the UXMatrix sportsbook proposition and create measurable value for EveryMatrix clients.

ABOUT ENEBA
At Eneba, we’re building an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for the gamers of today and tomorrow. Our marketplace supports close to 20m+ active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Eneba is hiring an Account Manager to own a portfolio of mobile game publishers on our rewarded network. This is a commercial role with a heavy performance-marketing core: you will be the strategic point of contact for your clients, and you will personally build, launch and optimize the event reward funnels that drive their results.
The best person for this job is someone who is equally comfortable on a QBR call with a client’s Head of UA and in the dashboard at 9pm rebalancing reward tiers on an underperforming event. You will own the end-to-end performance of your accounts — the relationship, the funnel setup, the optimization, and the revenue behind it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own client relationships. Serve as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of mobile game publishers, building trusted relationships with UA managers, directors and CMOs, as well as monetization and growth stakeholders.
- Grow your book of business. Expand accounts through cross-sells (bringing additional titles from a client’s portfolio onto the network) and upsells (growing budget and spend on titles already live, and expanding into more geos).
- Set up and evaluate event reward funnels. Design reward structures using industry best practices, understanding event mechanics and payout tiers from scratch; QA them pre-launch and assess whether the funnel economics work for both the client and the network.
- Review performance and optimize events. Monitor live events against KPIs, diagnose drop-off points in the funnel, and make data-led adjustments to reward tiers, targeting, creative and pacing to hit performance targets.
- Act as a strategic advisor. Bring clients benchmarks, category insight and a clear point of view on what to run next — not just a status update on what ran last week.
- Own the invoicing and billing process. Manage the commercial back end of your accounts end-to-end, coordinating with finance to ensure accurate, on-time billing and clean resolution of any discrepancies.
- Plan and run QBRs. Schedule, prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews — virtual or in person — that translate performance data into a forward-looking growth plan.
- Drive client retention. Spot early signals of churn risk, and propose and implement retention strategies that keep accounts growing rather than lapsing.
- Own end-to-end campaign performance. Take full accountability for how your clients’ campaigns perform — from onboarding and setup through to results, reporting and renewal.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in mobile ad tech in an account management, partner management, customer success or performance/UA role.
- Direct, hands-on experience setting up and optimizing reward funnels. This is the highest priority requirement for this role. You should be able to walk us through a funnel you built, what the reward structure looked like, what underperformed, and exactly what you changed to fix it.
- Strong performance analytics instincts. Comfortable working in dashboards and spreadsheets, and confident with the metrics that matter in this space — conversion rate, completion rate, CPI/CPA, ARPU, ROAS, retention and LTV.
- Commercial ownership. A track record of growing existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell, and comfort holding a revenue or growth number.
PREFERRED
- Rewarded network experience — offerwall, rewarded playtime, or rewarded engagement/events. This is a strong plus and will move a candidate to the top of the pile.
- Experience working directly with mobile game publishers and an understanding of how their UA teams operate.
- Familiarity with MMPs and attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and with BI/reporting tooling.
- Exposure to the commercial mechanics of a network — margin, payout models, budget pacing and invoicing.

What it’s like to work at Eneba
- Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.
- Opportunity to help scale a unique product.
- Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
