About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
About the Role
Product decisions at Finom are made fast, and we want them made on evidence. You join the Growth & Activation product stream as its analyst, working with PMs and engineers on how new customers discover the product, start using it, and grow with it.
There is no established way of doing product analytics here yet, so you define it: how experiments are designed, how metrics are named and counted, what a readout looks like. You come with your own approach rather than waiting for one to be handed to you.
What you'll do
Work with the product managers and other stakeholders in the stream. Agree priorities with them, and look for the problems worth solving instead of waiting for a request to arrive.
Bring recommendations to the business, including opportunities it does not see on its own.
Define the metrics for the stream: what activation means, what we expect from the funnel, how each number is counted, and how it stays consistent with the way the rest of the company counts the same things.
Design the tests. Hypothesis, primary metric, audience split, duration, and how the result gets read once it lands.
Automate that work, so running a test is routine and not a small project every time.
Build the infrastructure for testing at scale, with external tools or our own, so a testing culture can spread across the product teams.
What you bring
Product analytics done end to end, with decisions that changed the roadmap behind it.
Fluent in SQL, confident in Python, and solid on experimentation and causal methods/
You have chosen or built tooling for tests and metrics before.
You use AI tools in your daily work, not occasionally.
A partner to stakeholders rather than a person who executes tickets.
Proactive, you bring the problems and the hypotheses yourself.
You take an ambiguous problem, structure it, and explain your reasoning to product and business people.
English at C1 or above
Nice to have
Product analytics built from scratch
Experience where conversion volumes are low: B2B, long sales cycles, small samples.

ClickUp is redefining the future of work with AI and our TA team is at the center of that mission. We're evolving how we hire, building toward a future where AI takes on more of the heavy lifting so our recruiters can invest more deeply in what matters most: a genuinely human experience. There's lot of work to be done and we want someone excited to help us build this.
We're betting that as we build more with AI, the human touch becomes increasingly important. That's why we want this leader based in New England to scale our Boston GTM hub with the kind of magic that only happens in person: hosting events, building talent community, and developing the relationships that make every GTM seller in Boston know our name before they're even looking. You're a player-coach who still loves the craft and is ready to multiply it.
In this Manager, Talent Acquisition role you lead a pod of recruiters, carry your own req load of quota-carrying GTM roles, and own hiring for a major slice of our sales org across multiple hiring managers and regions all while building the future with AI. As a function we've been focused on thinking big, building small, shipping fast. We want YOU to lead from the front and accelerate that for your pod, measuring what ships, not how many agents you launched.
THE ROLE:
- Lead and coach your team. Run 1:1s, pipeline reviews, real-time feedback, own performance and career conversations, and set the bar on quality, speed, partnership, and candidate experience.
- Be a player coach. Carry your own load of quota-carrying GTM roles at every level, intake to close. Your team learns the standard by watching how you operate.
- Build for where we're going. Bring an AI-forward working style to your pod and solve for the future of recruiting, not stretching today's processes. Build in public, wins and failures.
- Make Boston ClickUp's GTM talent hub. Write the talent community playbook, let agents supercharge outreach and planning, then show up in person through dinners, meetups, and brand activations.
- Be a true partner. Deeply understand the partners you support so you can be a proactive, solutions forward partner. Be http://partner.Be the first stop for sales leaders and cross-functional partners when problems come up, with a proactive point of view on talent, territories, and competitors.
- Run your pod on data. Own reporting and forecasting, know your funnel math cold, and be the source of truth for your pod's pipeline.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Deep track record hiring quota-carrying sales and GTM roles in high-growth SaaS, including high-complexity searches.
- Experience leading or managing recruiters while carrying your own reqs in a fast paced, ambiguous environment.
- AI builder and evangelist. AI is part of how you work every day, and you've built agents, skills, and workflows your team actually adopted.
- Strong GTM network (bonus for New England) and a track record building talent communities or events that generate pipeline.
- Trusted partner to sales leaders and cross-functional partners who runs a flawless hiring process today while planning for what's next.
- Strong data fluency, complex negotiation and pre-IPO equity expertise, and flawless ATS hygiene.
-

What the Role Is
Babylist is hiring a
Senior Experiential Producer
for a 6-month engagement who's comfortable leading the strategy, creative direction, and production of events — from marquee Registry Weekend events to partner-sponsored showroom takeovers and brand pop-ups. You'll take a loose brief and own it end to end: concept, creative, vendors, budget, and show-running inside our NYC showroom in Soho. You own how each individual event is conceived and brought to life. Expect several events moving at once, each at a different stage, from early concept through post-event recap.
This is a hybrid role based out of NYC with required presence at the NYC Showroom at least 3 days a week with the occasional weekend. On event days, hours could stretch earlier and later to cover load-in (as early as 7am) and breakdown (as late as 9pm), but that's specific to event days, not the norm.
Events you’d be responsible for and expected to be on site for:
Overview of Events, Pop-ups and Brand Activations
October
10/27 Venue Rentals:
A partner-rented panel discussion hosted in our owned-and-operated space. The producer serves as the primary venue point of contact — leading walkthroughs, sharing our approved vendor list, and handling the logistics that let the outside team produce smoothly on their own.
November
11/9 and 11/10 Venue Rentals:
Two partner-rented activations in our owned-and-operated event space. The producer serves as the primary venue point of contact — leading walkthroughs, sharing our approved vendor list, and handling the logistics that let the outside team produce smoothly on their own. With back to back events, producers will need to ensure that load in and break down is done seamlessly.
December
12/5–12/6 Registry Weekend:
Babylist's signature two-day consumer event welcoming 2,000 people in our showroom featuring approximately 8–10 brand partners, educational programming, product demonstrations, gifting, food and beverage, and immersive guest experiences.
12/9: Social Impact Event:
A custom partner-sponsored showroom experience featuring branded storytelling, product education, curated guest experiences, décor, food and beverage, gifting, and influencer programming.
January
1/14 and 1/28: Babylist-produced Event:
Two custom partner-sponsored showroom experiences featuring branded storytelling, product education, curated guest experiences, décor, food and beverage, gifting, and influencer programming.
February
2/6–2/7 Registry Weekend:
Babylist's signature two-day consumer event welcoming 2,000 people in our showroom featuring approximately 8–10 brand partners, educational programming, product demonstrations, gifting, food and beverage, and immersive guest experiences.
Who You Are
Comfortable leading strategy, concepting, and production of an event, start to finish — this isn't a role where someone else hands you the concept.
Deeply plugged into the brand activation + experiential world — you know what the coolest brand activations out there look like, you know what's trending, and you have impeccable taste to bring it to life.
Able to originate the concept yourself — you can build a mood board and a full concept deck from scratch, not just execute someone else's vision.
Track record producing design-driven brand experiences and pop-ups — you know the process of turning a brief into a full-blown event, from décor to negotiating with vendors to custom fabrication.
Able to run large and small-scale event productions — you feel just as comfortable executing a 500+ person event at the Babylist Showroom as back-to-back 10–15 person influencer gatherings on consecutive weekends.
Comfortable holding several events at overlapping stages at once — one in planning, one in production, one in recap — without dropping a thread.
Experienced building and managing vendor budgets (catering, rentals, florals, fabrication, AV, photography) and keeping production on time and on budget.
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You Will Make An Impact
Set the strategy and concept for individual events — mood boards, decks, layouts, décor, spatial planning — then produce them yourself, concept through strike.
Produce Babylist's signature Registry Weekend events in New York and lead partner-sponsored showroom experiences, from 15-person influencer gatherings to 500+ person multi-programming events.
Turn concepts and approved briefs into real production plans, timelines, and workbacks, and lead the planning meetings that keep internal teams and vendors aligned.
Source and manage production vendors — rentals, florals, fabrication, AV, photography, signage, catering — and oversee logistics from delivery through installation and breakdown.
Run load-in, show, and strike onsite, owning the run of show and troubleshooting in real time.
Wrap up production post-event, document learnings, and feed them into Babylist's internal recap process and the next event's planning.
Keep a rolling calendar moving — often conceiving the next quarter's Registry Weekend while still executing the current one

Founding GTM Engineering Lead (GrowthBricks)
Are you someone who likes to build GTM systems from the ground up? Have you built sales automations, signal-based workflows, account intelligence systems, or AI-powered GTM solutions yourself?
We’re looking for a
Founding GTM Engineering Lead
to build GrowthBricks with us, turning real GTM problems into working systems and using what we learn to shape the product itself.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems.
JetMinds is a new JetBrains-backed venture focused on AI-native GTM tools, and GrowthBricks is one of its new projects, designed to give GTM teams and AI agents a shared business brain. It brings together business context that’s usually fragmented across CRMs, calls, documents, dashboards, and other tools, giving people and AI agents the context they need to make better decisions and execute effectively across the sales and marketing stack.
What you’ll do
You will own our early customer implementations and help the founding team shape the product around what actually works.
Working directly with customers, you'll figure out their GTM operations, identify where agentic automations can help, and build solutions around those needs. Alongside the product and technical founders, you’ll use what you learn from these implementations to shape GrowthBricks itself.
Day to day, you will:
Work directly with customers to understand their GTM workflows, systems, data, and bottlenecks.
Turn ambiguous business problems into working GTM systems.
Help build signal pipelines, account intelligence systems, enrichment and qualification workflows, outbound and CRM automation, and agentic workflows using GrowthBricks.
Work hands-on with tools such as CRMs, enrichment platforms, sales engagement tools, APIs, automation platforms, and AI agents.
Connect GrowthBricks to customers’ existing GTM stack rather than rebuilding it.
Identify patterns across customers and turn them into reusable product capabilities.
Work closely with the product founder and engineering team to shape GrowthBricks, including building and shipping features yourself.
What you’ll bring
Clear communication across roles. You can work effectively with founders, sales and marketing teams, RevOps specialists, and engineers.
Comfort with ambiguity. You can take an unclear business problem and work toward a concrete solution.
Strong product instinct. You can recognize which customer problems should become part of the product.
A practical mindset. You value working systems over unnecessary complexity.
What you’ll need
A strong, practical understanding of modern B2B GTM operations.
Experience building sales automation, enrichment workflows, signal-based GTM systems, or similar infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with modern GTM tooling such as Clay, TheirStack, or FullEnrich.
Experience connecting multiple systems using APIs, webhooks, scripts, or custom integrations.
Practical experience using LLMs or agents for GTM research, qualification, personalization, and automation.
Experience implementing GTM systems across multiple teams or customers.
The technical ability to build and modify product features and working solutions yourself, rather than just specifying what others should build.
What success looks like
In your first six months, you will have taken several customer problems from discovery to working production workflows.
You will also have helped us understand where GrowthBricks creates the most value, identified patterns that repeat across customers, and turned those patterns into reusable product capabilities.
Success means building systems that customers actually use, producing measurable GTM outcomes, and making the product materially better with every implementation.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family
Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills.
Fuel your day. Enjoy a hot meal or receive a lunch allowance on workdays.
Mental health support. To help you feel your best, we provide easy access to professional mental health services.
Sports benefit. Enjoy an on-site gym or sports club stipend.

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.
LOCATION
Hybrid New York or Remote (EST timezone).
ROLE
Morpho's commercial activity is growing fast, and the partnerships, integrations and vendor relationships behind it now outpace what Legal can cover. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will own the contract lifecycle for our partnerships end to end (intake, standard paper, signature, post-signature obligations) and build the tooling behind it, so that standard deals close without waiting on senior lawyers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deal desk: intake and triage of partnership team requests, NDAs on our paper and the counterparty's, and first drafts and negotiation of our standard partnership and incentive agreements, through to signature packs and signing summaries.
- Post-signature tracking: a single contract repository linked to our CRM, and an obligations register (milestones, grant tranches, exclusivity periods, notice windows, renewals) with alerts to deal owners and Finance. Be the go-to person for the conditions of signed deals.
- Legal ops infrastructure: negotiation playbooks, a clause library, a consolidated set of templates, a Legal FAQ for recurring partner questions, AI workflows and agents for intake, drafting and review, outside counsel budget tracking, and a monthly report on legal throughput.
- Vendor and compliance ops: standard vendor and SaaS terms, renewals and insurance calendar, due diligence and security questionnaires, internal policy upkeep and data room hygiene.
- As capacity allows: corporate housekeeping for Morpho's legal entities, and support on employment, IP and privacy matters with outside counsel.
- Work daily with the partnership team, Finance, RevOps, BizOps and outside counsel.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
You understand Morpho's products and main commercial relationships, own the partnership legal queue and all NDAs, and have read every live partnership agreement and our standard templates.
FIRST 3 MONTHS
Counterparty-paper NDAs are turned around within 2 working days. Every signed agreement sits in one repository linked to its CRM record, and the obligations register is live for all agreements in force, with alerts to deal owners and Finance.
FIRST 6 MONTHS
Standard template deals run without senior lawyer involvement, except for listed deviations. Partner categories are consolidated into an agreed set of templates, each with a playbook. You deliver a monthly throughput report (volume, cycle time, deviations), vendor renewals and insurance sit on a single calendar, and you have proposed the 2027 legal operations roadmap.
MUST HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Legally trained (qualified lawyer or equivalent law degree), with 5 to 8 years in commercial contracting, part of it in-house at a fast-growing technology company.
- Has negotiated partnership, integration or licensing agreements alone, on both own and counterparty paper. US-style commercial drafting is essential.
- Has built legal operations in practice (contract lifecycle tooling, playbooks, intake, reporting), not only used them.
- Builds with AI tools: writes prompts and skills, automates document workflows, and knows where review by a lawyer is still required.
- Comfortable working with Finance on payment mechanics, milestones and budgets, and with a CRM as the source of truth.
- Able to hold a position with a deal team under time pressure.
- Clear, concise communication with non-lawyers.
- Strong ownership and autonomy at startup pace with limited support: doesn't wait to be told.
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
- Ability to work across US Eastern time zones with shifting priorities.
- Team-first mindset, low ego.
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken’s Consumer Creative & Design team owns end-to-end creative execution for Kraken Consumer and Krak. Our disciplines cover performance ad creative, 2D and 3D design, motion design, AI video creative and web design, turning growth strategy into creative that converts across paid, owned and organic surfaces. We work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content & Social, Lifecycle and our regional leads, holding the line on brand and messaging quality on everything that ships.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Senior Performance Video Creative, you concept, produce and ship paid video for Kraken and Krak. You ideate, generate, edit and ship, and you treat gen AI as a core production method rather than a novelty. You take a project from idea to a finished, approved, multi-market asset set, and you bring a real feel for what people stop on, share and screenshot.
You report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, who gives you direction, feedback and cover in reviews. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Senior here means craft and speed leadership: you set the bar for paid video on the team, work with AI-enabled processes, collaborate closely with other Krakenites in and outside the team, and are the person others come to with video questions.
- Own paid video for Kraken Consumer across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity.
- Build for channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X. You know what wins where, and you build to each platform’s specs and native feel.
- Concept and cut performance video so campaigns ship as complete cross-format sets.
- Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video, and know when AI is the fastest route to a great ad and when it isn’t. Keep your tooling current as the models change, and build repeatable workflows the rest of the team can reuse.
- Bring ideas to briefs rather than executing them literally. Pitch culturally timely, internet-native concepts that nobody asked for, including experimental ones alongside BAU work, and build the winners into creative pillars we can keep using.
- Version and localize video at scale across markets, languages, formats and regulatory requirements. In a typical month you’ll have roughly a dozen workstreams in flight at once, most spanning several formats and several markets.
- Build creative with testing in mind. Performance Marketing owns test design, cadence and readouts. You own the creative response: reading the results, forming a point of view on why a variant won, and turning that into the next round of hooks, concepts and cuts.
- Flex into AI-assisted paid static when a campaign calls for it, working from the team’s brand baselines.
- Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get work approved without losing the idea.
- Hold a high craft bar on your own work and keep your files clean enough for other people to build on.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years in performance video creative at a high-volume in-house team or performance agency, ideally in fintech, crypto, gaming or another regulated category.
- A portfolio submitted with your application. Paid video above all, with the brief or objective alongside the work and the result where you’re able to share it. Include two or three full video cuts, at least one AI-generated or AI-assisted piece with a short note on what was tooling and what was you, and one concept you tested where you can talk us through what the data said and what you changed.
- Real video skills, from concept to finished, sound-designed cut.
- High-level command of gen AI video and image tooling, with shipped work to show for it.
- Platform-native instincts across Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You can explain why the same idea needs a different build on each one.
- Experience inside a structured creative testing program. You’re fluent in the metrics your creative moves (thumb-stop rate, hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS), you can tell a real winner from low performers, and can translate test results into a creative decision.
- Fluency in internet and meme culture, with comedic instincts and a feel for what’s about to feel dated.
- Speed without sloppiness. Comfortable with fast turnarounds, several review rounds and late changes.
- Comfort working inside regulatory constraints, with work that survives risk warnings, disclaimers and market-specific requirements.
- A solid copywriting instinct for scripts and on-screen text. Plain language, value first, no hype and no jargon.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE TEAM
Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud for Europe. Our customers in finance, healthcare, and the public sector run frontier models on European-jurisdiction infrastructure, and the Cloud Platform team builds the systems that make that possible — compute orchestration, Kubernetes, bare metal, storage, networking, and the datacenter fleet that runs it all.
We run it all on our own metal, our own network, our own datacenters — which means when something breaks, the fix is ours to write.
European Compute Units let enterprises commit to multi-year capacity on that infrastructure, and we are scaling toward a gigawatt of compute across Europe by 2030. You will design and ship the layer every sovereign AI deployment depends on and shape the team building it.
THE ROLE
This is a people-leadership role from day one. You will manage the team — hiring, coaching, performance, growth paths, honest feedback — while staying close to the code: roughly half your time in architecture decisions and the hardest technical problems the team faces, the other half leading your squad. If you are looking for a senior IC role, this is not it.
You will lead the team building our serverless containers product: the way developers run AI apps, MCP servers, APIs, and managed workers on our cloud without thinking about servers. Push a container, get an endpoint, scale from zero to thousands of instances and back down — across CPU and GPU.
On a hyperscaler, the serverless layer is a product someone else built. Here you own it end to end: the scheduler that decides where a container lands, the routing path a request takes, the machinery that turns a scaled-to-zero service into a warm instance before a customer notices. All of it runs on metal, network, and datacenters we own.
That tension is the product: scale-to-zero economics with cold starts in milliseconds, autoscaling that absorbs a launch spike without a config change, GPUs scheduled onto containers the way other platforms schedule CPU. The customers betting on this layer are the developers building the next generation of AI software on European infrastructure.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the container platform end to end: image delivery, placement, request routing, scale-up, scale-to-zero — across CPU and GPU.
- Make cold starts a solved problem: snapshotting, prewarming, image-layer caching, whatever it takes for scale-from-zero to feel instant.
- Treat AI workloads as the normal case: GPU-backed containers, streaming responses, long-lived connections, MCP servers that cost almost nothing while idle.
- Write Go alongside your team and own the architecture and the hardest implementation decisions.
- Grow the engineers, not just the software — set the standard for ownership and coach people past their comfort zone.
- Own people management for the team: hiring, performance, growth paths, and honest feedback.
- Partner with Product Managers to turn platform decisions into a product developers want to deploy on.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of real people leadership. You have managed engineers — hired, coached, given honest feedback, and grown them. Hands-on contribution matters here, but this role is judged on the team you build and lead, not just the code you write.
- You have shipped production systems in Go. Not dabbled. Shipped.
- You have built container or workload platforms — orchestration, scheduling, isolation, request routing — not just deployed onto someone else's serverless platform.
- Deep Linux: namespaces, cgroups, image layers, page cache — comfortable well below the application layer.
- Multi-tenancy instincts: density, isolation, and fairness when hundreds of customers share one fleet.
- Significant experience building complex backend or infrastructure systems.
- You have partnered with product, design, and business teams to ship software that reached real users.
- A low-ego, team-first mindset. We care less about your exact domain and more about whether you are the kind of technical force other engineers want to work alongside.

About the role
We're looking for a Data Scientist to take ownership of the datasets and evaluation workflows that underpin our AI Safety work. You'll turn real-world product data into reliable, well-structured datasets for training and evaluating models, and help build the processes and infrastructure to continuously assess how those models perform in production.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of data science, ML, AI safety, and policy. You'll work closely with safety researchers, engineers, and policy specialists to translate complex safety requirements into practical data and evaluation systems - starting hands-on with collection, analysis, and labelling, then building the methodologies, contributor networks, and quality standards that let this work scale.
In this role, you will
- Own safety datasets end-to-end: collection, cleaning, labelling, quality control, versioning, and readiness for training and evaluation.
- Translate safety policy into clear, consistent labelling and evaluation criteria, working closely with policy specialists.
- Design and manage labelling processes, including sourcing, onboarding, and overseeing external contributors to a high quality bar.
- Build evaluation workflows for models in production, using real-world data to track performance and surface issues.
- Develop lightweight Python/SQL pipelines and tooling to make data work faster and reproducible, partnering with ML engineers on what "training-ready" looks like.
Who you are
- Experience as a Data Scientist, or similar, working with real-world datasets and ML models.
- Strong grasp of what makes a good dataset: collection, cleaning, sampling, labelling, quality control, evaluation.
- Comfortable with Python and SQL for analysis and practical data workflows.
- Strong critical thinking and judgement - comfortable with ambiguity and nuance, and able to turn complex guidelines into consistent, scalable decisions.
- Autonomous and a clear communicator, able to work across disciplines (policy, engineering, research) in a fast-moving, still-forming environment.
Bonus points
- Experience in AI safety, trust & safety, content moderation, or fraud/abuse detection.
- Experience building datasets or evaluation frameworks, or with adversarial/safety-focused ML.
- Experience managing human-in-the-loop labelling processes, dataset versioning, or ML pipeline tooling.
- Experience operationalising guidelines with policy or legal teams.
Location
This role is based in London, where you'll work closely with our AI Safety and Policy teams.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.
